Here is a summary of my complaint. I have filed a police complaint and I think if all of the 1444 people file police complaints we will have enough for a class action law suit against these frauds. I want to pursue them to the fullest extent of the law.

I recently booked an international hotel (Singapore) from makemytrip.com. The company in the fare policy showed that the room in fully refundable until 23rd December 2015 and there will be no cancellation charges in case the room is cancelled before that date.
