Dear Sirs The seemingly deliberate action on your part so as to change the original scheduled Flight 9W-503 to 9W-6607 so as to miss my connecting Flight 9W-2613 was most unbecoming and unexpected from MakeMyTrip.Com. Was this done to accommodate some one else? I will have to think twice to use the Services of MakeMyTrip .Com in future. I have been advised to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum for 1) Deficiancy in Service, Physical Hardship and Mental Agony. Booking ID- NN[protected]. Airline Pin.NAUYIR and GRZUDK. Reservation No. 8QY8lE.

Further in reference to your complaint, please note that airline schedule happens because of various reasons that might be due to any real time technical issues, change in operation timings, adverse weather conditions or due change in aircraft and various other reasons as well for which airlines reserves the complete rights. Now in this booking we have checked and found that on multiple occasions we have intimated you regarding change in schedule from our end.

Please note any involuntary change is being made by the airlines and travel agency doesn’t have any rights over such schedule changes.

    I knew you would come up with some more excuses.
    What do you mean by you need the cc statement in pdf file. Cant you find a more lamer excuse than this.
    Please give me your directors phone and email ids i do not wish to talk to people like you who cannot take any decision and waste our time.
    You people have no moral will to settle this if you have any shame left either send the refund or please donate it to the golden temple and send me the receipt.
    I shall keep reminding you every day until you either you refund or you donate and there after tweet it around so that at least my circle is not at your mercy.

    With reference to our earlier communication, we would like to inform you that as per the confirmation received from our finance department, the payment gateway (Mediator between your and our bank) requires the bank/cc statement to trace the transaction details.

    Further, kindly share the bank statement form the date 08 nov 2014 to till date for further investigation. We request you to provide us a copy of bank or credit card statement in pdf or jpeg format.

    In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case with our concerned team and found that refund of Inr 11050/- for unconfirmed booking has been processed on 8-Nov-14 only and as checked with payment gateway the same was already settled with your bank on 9-Nov-15.

    There was a delay in providing the correct refund status as our accounts team was unable to trace the same with payment gateway. As per bank’s requirement payment gateway requires customer’s bank statement since the date of transaction to check details with bank. Please check with your bank with ARN#'74332744313431279405092.

    In case your bank denies for any refund processed from our end. We request you to please file a Charge Back dispute with the Bank.

    Make my trip company is in a habit of delaying the refund to the extent that a consumer is frustrated and lets it go.Mr dinesh thakur claims he refunded the amount d very next day and my bankers deny having received any credit for them.

    I once again strongly recomend that people should avoid using their services.I had requested them to donate this money to a gurudwara but that also they will not do.I have purchased tickets from them running into lacs and this is what they do to me and god forbid if you are their new client what will happen.There are other sites with better offers and services.Please say good bye to make my trip.

    If make my trip has any moral standing please ask them to put it in black and white the refund details and i shall get a rebuttal from my bankers.

    I think income tax people should take a note of this.

    What can I say just imagine a company takes from Nov 08 to date to verify from their accounts department (how far is their accounts department from their office that it takes 8 months to confirm whether the payment was made or not).Apart from me getting the payment or not I wish to warn every traveller to please refrain from using their services coz they are just waiting for you do a cancellation an that is it.
    I would love to receive participation from fellow travellers who are suffering like I am and I am willing to take them to the court of law and teach them a lesson.I have today issued instructions to all my offices in Mumbai, Siliguri and London not to purchase tickets from this company.I will follow this with warning my friends on face book and twitter.
    NO MORE MAKE MY TRIP PLEASE

      False Offers-Debit of Loyalty Discounts

      The website advertises of Loyalty discounts against each booking. Which got debited on its own without any bookings. Since Marcy 2015 am escalating to the management of makemytrip.com for a revert, yet they have not been bothered to revert on the same in 5 months. The status still shows as open. Any suggestion what can be done to get them to penalise...

      Never book anything from MakeMyTrip False Commitment, Harassment, Poor customer service, Ignorance and so on! My issue with booking id: NF[protected] Complaint Number: *[protected] *[protected] *[protected] *[protected] Hi, I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore through Makemytrip Mobile App for August 4th 2015 Spicejet 15:45 flight and when i received an email from Makemytrip with Itinerary it shows August 3rd 6:15 AM flight which i have never opted or selected. I tried to reach customer support, but the customer support is so worst that they put your call on hold and never resume, i almost called several times and had to wait almost 50min in each call and the same way they put on hold and never resume. Very bad experience from Makemytrip support also i feel that booking directly through airline website is always suggested because this is purely an issue with Makemytrip software and at the end of the day customer loses his money My mobile app shows original booking but when i visit website and check on manage booking i can see the faulty ticket I have attached here screenshot of my ticket booked from Mobile and the ticket that was received, you can see both have same booking id.

      Yes my problem is resolved but after posting on multiple websites and following up almost 30-40 times.

      Let me know what is the step or process that you have taken to address this type of issues when Customer calls you first time.

      Also it is known that your Customer support puts call on hold and never responds back, there are times when i had waited almost 2 hour on the call just to check if your customer support replies and they never did.

        Makemytrip.com - the most horrible experience. Please donot ever book with them. We booked a four star hotel using makemytrip. And guess what ? The standards were like a minus star hotel. Shalimar Spice Garden in Thekkady. The road leading to it was non existent, and the cottages and rooms were located after a heavy trek. No where is it mentioned u need to walk to go up! The staff were ok, but the manager was the most horrible! Anyway this post Is about makemytrip and not the hotel so without goin into too much hotel details. I would just say makemytrip is running a money back guarantee scam. They claim To refund the Money If the hotel amenities are not as advertised. But that's not at all the case. Especially we Westerners need to be aware of it. We think they are the travel agents and hence can be trusted but despite multiple attempts to make calls and emails, no response from the agency to even return a call. They keep mailing everyday that we tried to contact you. What a load of ! India should have some sort of Consumer protection to fight against this. Not only have they refused for a refund but they don't answer to any complaints made either. Next time pls prefer booking.com Atleast they don't steal your money.

            On 15th June 2015 from Srinagar Planes were cancelled due to problem on run way and (our booked plane was Go Air, Booking person was Vibha Gupta), although amount already given by Go Air long back, My amount was not settled by You till today i.e.[protected] Despite many reminders to Vibha Gupta the matter is not settled till today, look into the matter and do needful as soon as possbible

I had booked 6 flight tickets of Air Arabia Airlines through Makemytrip.com website from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to New Delhi, India on 13 July 2015. The amount of Rs.84630/- has been deducted from my bank account in the name of payment of tickets. I had got the confirmation email from Makemytrip that the reservation has been confirmed and the e-tickets will be emailed within 4 hours. But now its more than 24 hours and I haven't got the e-tickets. Booking ID / Confirmation ID - NN[protected] Hence, I would be grateful if you could intervene in to the matter to provide the e-tickets or else pay back the amount with the interest. Thanking you.                 Hi, I have booked a hotel in Darjeeling on 20th June 2015 but after 5 minutes of booking I canceled my booking however makemytrip.com charged one day cancelation charges of rs.1667. I have sent them few complaint mails which they did not replied back to me. They did not even listened or cared what I had to say, see I am a student and I do not earn so every penny is precious to me. So please help me with this issue.

                  Hi, I have booked a hotel on make my trip on 20 th June 2015 however, I have canceled the hotel booking on the very same day within 5 minutes after booking the hotel. But makemytrip.com charged me the cancelation charge of one day which is RS.1667, I have sent them few complaint mails however they did not even considered my mail or replied me back. See I am a student and I do not earn so every penny is very precious for me. First it is the cancellation system it is really bad and second the bad after sales customer service.                       I booked a ticket from Dehradun to Delhi Travel Date 15th July 5:20 am Booking ID number: NU[protected] The departure time was changed to 9:20am and when I asked to cancel the ticket and rebook another one, I was told 20% cancellation would apply. I asked for a supervisor and I was told there are no supervisors at Make my trip. Really?? I was asked to contact the operator directly and ask for Refund. Wow!! Big companies and poor customer service, rude employees, fraudulent practices and our law system is weak enough to support these money making sharks. Resolution?? How to ensure general public doesn't get played at the hands of these organizations which continue to take advantage of the system and ignore what they are supposed to provide in the name of service

                        I made a flight booking from New Delhi to Bangalore on 14th July 2015 around 9:15 am using the make my trip app on android. . The amount was deducted during the transaction. But after that the application showed no booking details.Just the payment page was visible .Screenshot is in the attachments. Please see to this because such events lead to loss in trust in such app, companies. Refund the amount as soon as possible

                          i have booked train tickets through makemytrip.com on 4-5-15, for journey date 29-5-15, but cancelled the tickets on 26-5-15.bookind id NR[protected] its almost 45 days from date of cancellation but i didnt get the refund amount inspite of repeatedly filing complaint with their customer care and calling them.every time they say within 72hrs your problem will be resolved.but not yet resolved. i have uploaded my bank statement to [protected]@makemytrip.com about 4 times also as a proof that didnt get the refund passenger name paidi ramakrishna reddy booking id NR[protected] date of cancellation 26-5-15

                            Worst Airline Booking Company . These dumb people do not know how to refund the cancellation amount .                               Dear sir, many people have lost money as the makeymytrip trave agency is a fraud and sucks the money from the peopleedbit or credt cards and no airtickets and they themself cancel the tripos nd no refunds as well a groups of frauds, does not have a regular well established offices simply a laptop office ready to fly and mobile offices, cheats the people, mr kunal mr vaibhav pandey etc all g roups of frauds why the civil aviaiton ministry not taking acitons, first ban this dirty cheating travel agency the makemytrip, , first take care of these frauds, the police have to take them under custodoy they are operating from the haryana state, india, even the us president is contacted to stop this makmytrip dirty fruds at ny and one at california dirty laptop offices, they are not having any well established offices sucking money from debti cards people beware of this

                                i am booked the bus ticket through internet in make my trip(universal travels) from tuticorin to neyveli. they are issued the ticket, but bus not came at 8 pm i asked the bus operator they told to wait in bus stand, again contacted the bus operator through mobile he is replying no bus is available in the route. In ticket make my trip is given one number they are not lifting the mobile it is busy for half an hour. I am searched in internet i got toll free number . they made an complaint.

                                  SCIF is the code of joint scheme by Standard Chartered Bank & MakeMyTrip.com if tickets purchased by Standard Chartered Credit Card.On 7 June 2015 we purchased two tickets one after another by using two different SCB credit cards -one primary card and another the supplementary card ( 1) first ticket with payment Rs 89370 & code SCIF led to a series of manoeuvre like one time password, Pay back Pin number, Pay back Card number etc and final booking resulted in ID IN1506B2S069051which were earlier opened with MakeMyTrip.CashBack to wallet to follow was Rs 4000 ( 2) Second ticket with payment Rs 89370 & even though for sure entered the code SCIF, some how got slipped out in entry submission and did not go through the manoeuvre as in ( 1 ). MakeMyTrip.com Sales were day & night after me to sell tickets and lured by SCIF code and all Chat. e-mail communication even before payement after payments, the doubts on SCIF processing are in record. In fact as compared to normal booking through web site, MakeMyTrip gave link where alone Rs 89, 370 appeared and where we were promised that SCIF would be processed. They had other code explore15 which was Rs 1300 discount on a fare of Rs 87448 through their normal web site link. In other words Rs 86, 148 instead of what we paid Rs 89, 370. (Rs 3000 extra per ticket) Both Standard Chartered Bank & MakeMyTrip now squarely blame us the customers for the man-machine non-ethical program slip on their side They say it is mandatory to enter code; Question is it not mandatory to have system programmed fool-proof for computer to ask back "sure no code filled-in" - (particularly when they use term Mandatory) if system has not found code entered The very link was provided by Sales and Sales did check after payment- we thanked each other ! Seems to us that Bankers name are spoiled by such agreements with Banks by the Travel Agents and exploitation of codes. They use Bank Joint Codes only to lure unsuspecting naive Customers who go by Bank name but have hidden one sided mandatory points to avoid giving benefits. Customers asked to fend for themselves, just digest having got fooled and cheated. A lot of time and energy wasted which shows better buy marginally expensive tickets directly from the Airlines. A bird in hand is better than two in a bush (of travel agents- bankers- joint codes)

                                  Thanks to Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), several executives got involved giving their precious time and energy to resolve with MakeMyTrip.com not only as a single isolated issue; but also working to bring in quality in man machine methods of working of MakeMyTrip.com. Like to share appreciation to Standard Chartered Bank that instead of leaving the customer continue to hang on MakeMyTrip.com with so called wallet cash back, readily credited the SCIF code benefit of Rs 4000 to my SCB credit card account.

                                    Refund money in wallet

                                    Today i have cancelled my flight Delhi to Pune, there was two option 1 is Refund money in Wallet & 2nd is Refund money in my bank account, i choose 2nd option, but company transfer money in wallet after that i called them customer care but they not help me, my call was disconnected team, kindly request them please refund my money in my bank account. Please help me....

                                    The makemytrip is a fraud compnay having laptop offices and cheats the people the frauds groups includes mr kunal, mr vaibhav, etc, and all having laptop offices, by chance any fool deposti the money for buying the airtickets, the the money goes to hell these frauds are enjoying without any fear since this is dirty indian govt and even after several compolaints the civil aviation minister not bothered to take the action on these frauds, located at haryana, and they have manylaptop offices, ready to fly and cheat office, people beware of these frauds, , the debit card frads, credit card frauds, these does not have any building etc, simply a lapttop office and cheates the people, , the meida must highlight these fruads, and arrest them, many people got cheated by these frauds
