Hi,

Kindly find my complaint reference number[protected]. I have already raised the complaint but yet not resolved. I was booking a flight from ccu to bom of 9th may but amount has been deducted from my bank account without any booking details. I was using your website for booking as guest.

Still i didn't get my amount of rs 10626, please refund my money.

Please contact me once, as i am unable to contact your customer executive.

      reschedule of bus with a time delay of 1.30 hrs.

      One e-ticket for bus booking id nu[protected] from kolkata to mandarmani on dtd 10.02.18 against snemita paribahan (Ticket no. 232n7dcc & operator pnr 232n7dcc) is changed by travel operator and reschdule at 08.40 hrs instead of 07.20 hrs on dtd 10.02.18 and it is confirmed on dtd 09.02.18 at 08.00hrs.
      Before journey it crucial moment to change the schdule and we are facing lot of problem due to such delay at 1.30 hrs from schdule...

      We had booked tickets through mmt website from delhi to pune (9th feb - 11th feb). When we were checking in for the return flight, we couldnt find the booking, we called the airline and they suggested that the booking was done for 11th march. Kept following up with mmt team on call / twitter / emails but they didnt provide any resolution. We noticed the dates only after trying to check in on the tickets.

      A similar situation had happened earlier with me when they had resolved the issue and somehow that is not in their logs. They say that the technical log shows the booking is for 11th march but the logs will pick up the date for which the booking has been made and we are very sure that we made the booking for 11th feb and not march (Since the booking was made in january, we would have to scroll further to select march and our return was planned for 2 days after going so we obviously didn't do that). This is the second time mmt has messed up with our booking. The first time there were 2 issues, 1 the booking wasnt found with the airline (This too i got to know while trying to do the web checkin) and they had booked some other date for return (Which they later got this sorted)

      MMT had asked me to check if the remaining amount is credited which was promised (approx INR 20k)however I wish to inform that it was NOT yet credited into my account. MMT is misleading customers with wrong information and not keeping their promises for full refund!

        We had booked a cab at mmt to pick us up from pandu nagar, kanpur at 13.30 pm on 10th feb 2018. We were supposed to report to catch our flight at lucknow before 16.45 pm. Car & driver details were not received. On reminding mmt, only driver name as mr. Mehandi hassan and his mobile number were received.

        Cab did not reach the pickup point in time. On calling driver, he said that as per instructions from his company he was waiting near bus stand and insisted waiting there. The bus stand is far away from booked pickup point. On talking to his company official, who was quite rude, said that they received pickup point address from mmt as kanpur, up only as such cab will not be sent to booked address. On complaint to mmt and rigorous follow up the cab moved towards pandu nagar. The cab reached desired pickup address at 3.05 pm. It takes about 2 hours to reach lucknow airport. We were almost sure to miss the flight due to delay of cab, but luckily the flight was little late and we just got it otherwise we could have lost the cost of tickets approx. Rs.13, 000.00.

        Further surprisingly the driver started asking us to pay the toll charges as per instructions of his company. We informed him, it is supposed to be included in fare already paid by us.

        We wanted to use the safety belts while sitting in the back seat but it was not possible as the belt holders were covered with the seat covers. Please make note of it.

        In short it was a very bad experience with mmt cab service. We had a big hassle in getting cab service from mmt and were through out under tension whether we shall be able to get our flight or not. We may not use mmt cab in future nor recommend any of our friend to use it.

        Even the cab which we got through mmt from lucknow airport for kanpur on 7th feb at 13.30 pm was not up to the mark and very dirty.

        We would appreciate hearing from your end.

          I booked a round trip taxi in makemytrip from bangalore to mysore and return. The driver dropped us to the destination in the afternoon. When we call the driver in the evening for sight seeing, the driver said that he already on the way back to bangalore.

          He left us without informing us even though we had booked a round trip. We raised complaint with makemytrip but no response even after 6 days. The driver even took 2.5 k from us while traveling for fuel.

          This kind of service was not expected and we want a full re-fund as soo as possible.

            I had booked 2 tickets on Make my trip for operator " Kaloji travels" Operator PNR 2354RUTP Booking ID NU[protected]

            Tickets were booked on 31st Jan for a trip on 10th of FEB, the operator has not picked up my calls/number out of service on the numbers provided [protected] / [protected], there is no website for the operator providing any additional means of contact and the few numbers for their Goa office that i did find after a lot of searching turned out to be wrong.

            Faced with no contact from the operator " Kaloji Travels" i was forced to cancel and rebook my ticket with another operator before they sold out and i have been charged with a hefty cancellation fee, i think it is only fair that MMT revoke my cancellation fee or charge the operator for it for denial of proper service. I think this calls into question if MMT even audits the operators they allow on their website else how else could someone without a website and working numbers get on MMT. https://questions.consumercomplaints.in/

            I am requesting a full refund of the cancellation fee by MMT, as i have not cancelled on my whims but forced to cancel because a MMT approved operator could not be contacted/couldnt be bothered to contact me himself

              I have had the most pathetic experience with make my trip for my refund for 8 tickets under 4 PNR mentioned below..have still not received my refund and i fail to understand what are they deducting 300 rupeees per ticket that is 2400 ruppess for 8 tickets in my case. What have you done towards my cancellation ..why should i pay you this money. All cancellation process was taken care by go air. A big mistake to book via make my trip. Pathetic customer care and process. No where in the ticket was it mentioned that i need to cancel via make my trip to claim my refund. I directly cancelled my tickets from go air they told me to call make my trip for refund and i did that immediately. I am informed a week back by go air that my refund has already been sent to make my trip. I called make my trip 7 to 8 times but am put on hold for 30 min when asked to speak to a supervisor. Front liners are expremely pathetic and cant solve simple queries.

              I have received a note from go air for my tax credit on ticket i hope you guys dont eat that as well. How can you make money at customer cost..it truly sucks. Never again will i book via your website and surely inform my network of your ways to make money from customers by giving only inconvenience.

                  I booked flight from Bangalore to Rancho and Ranchi to Bangalore using make my trip. I was supposed to get 1200 cash back in my Citibank account which I didn't get.
                  Attaching the screenshots of tickets booked.
                  I also contacted your customer care for the same. They said I'll get the cash back within 60 days of booking but now it's more than 60days.

                    I had booked a cruise holiday "costa cruise" for two persons starting 15th november 2017 (Booking no. Nl[protected]). The tour included free airport transfers & ocean view cabin. I am attaching the document received from you in this regard. I am an old customer of make my trip since 2011 & i have always booked my hotels, air tickets & holidays through mmt. I wish to draw your attention to following issues which i have faced on this tour:

                    1 our flight details were not informed to singapore agent with the result we did not get transport from airport to the port. After spending lot of money on telephone, i could get the vehicle after more than 5 hours. We are senior citizens and any sensible person can understand the plight of elders just waiting for the cab for such a long time.

                    2 we paid for ocean view cabin but we were provided an inside cabin. I had confirmed with the advisor mr. Vishal jain at least ten times for ocean view cabin which he confirmed every time to me. I feel so cheated by mmt and i never imagined that mmt will also deal in such shady deals to make money. You can listen to the conversation i had with mr. Jain.

                    3 mr. Vishal jain informed me that there will be mmt representative on board the ship & i could take up any issue with him. I had requested mr. Jain to provide me a contact number of mmt representative in singapore but he kept on assuring me that mmt representative would be available right on reaching singapore & at the ship also.

                    4 no transport was available from the port after completing the cruise journey. The cruise authorities completely refused to provide any transport and told that it is the duty of cruise arranger i. E. Mmt. I had to incur $ 18 (Inr900) on taxi.

                    If mmt has least sense of ethics and honesty, they should refund me the taxi fare incurred by me and the difference of payment for ocean view cabin. I request you to please help me in getting my money back. Thanks.

                      I book one train ticket. From ksr banglore jn to nagercoil but the otp window we're ok then no response from the application, i didn't refresh or nothing i lost my money from my account but no ticket and irctc password window is not showed the app window directly goes to card option window and i am shocked this is the 1st bad experience from mmt so refund me my money back,

                          I booked IN1712B1S4568190 Travel package to Maldives in mid of December for travel dates in end of Feb 2018 through Makemytrip India.

                          Due to the political unrest in Maldives, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt of India has issued travel advisory, like many other govts worldwide. Under these circumstances, I would like to defer my travel plans to Maldives for now.

                          As is the protocol around the world, when there are situations which arise due to political / civil unrest, The airlines and Hotels/resorts issue a full refund and do not charge any cancellation fees. However, when I called the customer care, they advised that I will not be refunded a single penny in case I cancel. This seems unethical to me. you would acknowledge that I am not cancelling because of personal reason, but for geo political situations arising at this time.

                          May I humbly request team MMT to let me know my available options and issue a full refund for my travel package please

                            Today i was trying to book my flight from jammu to delhi as i was using my atm card i was in a state of shock when the otp is being send it was immediately captured by make my trip website and it was booked automatically even when i do not fill up the otp no allotted by the bank. Is these some kind of fraudulent means to entice customer into their fold without waiting for their consent. I was not even realising the otp was send and i received a confirmation booking of the flight. These is in total contravention to established norms and regulations of the guidelines issues by the bank n other government regulatories bodies. The otp has to be enter by the customer and not by the website of make my trip. These practices of irrelevant and irregularities should be stop once and for all if make my trip website wants to survive in their endeavour to capture the market / customers. These will be the last time i will book my ticket in these cheating website n the whole community should be aware of their cheating habbit.

                              Hi,
                              I booked a flight ticket (Booking ID NF[protected]) on 23rd Jan 2018. During my booking, in the flash add, along with the promocode offer, it was clearly mentioned that 'additional' Rs 500 would be paid back if the fare was paid through UPI. So I paid the amount through UPI, but haven’t received the amount yet. Raised complaint in Make My Trip site, escalated the matter to level 4, but with no effect. The only reply I received was - with one booking two benefits cannot be availed. And the supporting link(https://makemytrip.com/promos/domflight-HDFCUPI[protected].html) they are providing contains a back dated terms & condition which got expired on 1st December 2017. Initially, they promised me to look into the matter, but now they are not even responding.
                              I would like to know, in simple terms, what does the word 'additional' imply in this add...?? And MMT is not the only site which was flashing this add, many other sites like Flipkart, Amazon also sometimes gives similar kind of offer and there two offers are could be availed on selected cards. Anyways, now they are referring to expired T&C, where at the last it is mentioned that this UPI cashback can not be availed if any other promocode is applied!! How can they send a back dated, expired T&C as a reference material for a current booking?? How come, meaning of any of MMT T&C becomes completely opposite to what they publicly announce through their promotional ads?? Is this not a ploy to misguide and deceive customer. They were flashing the add for 2-3 days during 23rd of Feb, but after my complaint they perhaps realised their mistake and removed it, otherwise would have attached the screenshot.
                              Now, the biggest problem is the pathetic customer care service. They don’t reply, you cannot reach them on the provided no[protected], such is there IVR. This is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how such a popular site is giving such appalling service to a customer who purchased so many tickets through their site.
                              Anyway, I want a suitable answer to my query and logical conclusion to the issue at the earliest as 2 weeks has already gone past.

                                Hello,
                                This is regarding a refund request o[censored]DF charges for 2 flight tickets from Mumbai to Delhi on 9th July, 2017 booked by Mr. Manan Shah (Booking ID: NF[protected]) The service we have received has been completely outrageous, taking such long times to connect the call or even give a satisfactory response. We have been trying to resolve this issue for the last 6 months but to no avail. The executives at MMT expect us to call the Jet Airways and get the refund for MMT. This kind of horrible service and excuses are not what is expected from a company like MMT or Jet Airways. To top it off, we get an e-mail saying our issue has been resolved even though we received no refund (Screenshot of the e-mail attached herewith). It is difficult to even get an e-mail for the update of the issue as we are kept re-directing. After innumerable calls and emails, we are yet to receive any information. This is absolutely incompetent and inexcusable behaviour!! What is the use of such redundant and rigid systems if they cannot even solve basic consumer complaints? The height is that we cannot even get connected to the senior managers as the call centre executives don’t allow us to talk to any authorities or even refuse to give a substantial update.
                                This pathetic behaviour and services have now forced us to take this issue public and if need be, we would even take required strict legal actions.

                                  I booked cab (Mmt) from delhi to chandigarh 11:30 pm. Cab reached on time but the cab no. And the driver was different as i was traveling with my gf i was concerned abt her safety so i called mmt to verify the cab but they were unable to verify the no. And the original driver was requesting us not to tell abt the changes... I clearly told my problems but they were not ready to refund or provide new cab. Booking id-nc[protected]. It is so heartbreaking when brand like mmt does this to us. It is endorsed by big celebrities and the policy and trust they ensure throug ad. Mmt today left us in dangerous situation and it is so unfair.

                                    We went to bali booked through make my trip office at salt lake (Kolkata). While returning we came to know that the flight was cancelled a long time ago, but we didn't receive any communication from make my trip, we inquired air asia, but they said they tried several time to contact make my trip but failed.
                                    It was a total harassment as we were stuck in abroad. We tried to contact the location manager of make my trip (Salt lake kolkata) but he switched off his cellphone just after i descried and asked for help. We tried to contact the landline there and then he told us to keep the bills. It was a total harassment for me and my wife, hence we had to stay one more night and return on our expense. After returning to kolkata, make my trip has continuously ignoring us and did not return our claims yet.

                                    Please never book through make my trip (Especially from the salt lake office) and go for other vendors which are looking for their customer satisfaction and trust (At least helping the customers at the time of trouble)

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Thank you for looking into our case. We did not provide any email id or phone number while booking. We went to the office and booked it there, they gave us printouts and vouchers. I gave them my email id after few days where they shared the soft copies of the tickets and vouchers. If you want I can forward the email to you. Give me your email id/contact number where I can call you and talk in details.

                                      I booked a seat in indigo flight from delhi to bangalore through make my trip for 26 feb, 2018 with booking id nf[protected] and that with paying additional full cancellation refund. Due to some change in the plan i booked another flight for 28 feb, 2018 but when i tried to cancel the previous booking it is showing that i will get rs. 0 as cancellation refund. Beside i am cancelling well before time there is no provision for the refund as shown in the site while booking. It is completely wrong to take extra charges to make the booking refundable and then not doing so. I request you to kindly look into the matter so that i can get the refund.

                                      It's been 3 days and apparently nothing has been done in this regard except a call from your side. And I found it suspecious as the person calling needed my debit card details, even my ATM password, to resolve the issue. I want to know how much time will this whole process of refunding take?
                                      I m booked bus for 6th feb for pune to goa but my payment has deduct but no booking confirm...

                                      There is plan called make my trip double black and As I was unable to understand I called make my trip customer care. And they explained me it’s terms and condition and I confirmed thrice with them. And now they tell sorry we can’t fulfill all those. Terms and conditions are written and I have proof of date and call recording
                                      I also got same issue cant get full refund.
                                      Even cant talk to there customer care and ticket reply is late.
                                      They will go down soon due to this. Even these airlines are also luring customers by taking cancellation charges.
                                      Indian railway should come up with bullet trains and all.
