MakeMyTrip India — Misleading and false advertising | |||||
I got an email from Make my trip on May 13, 2016 regarding a holiday package for For Bali 7 days at Rs. 39, 900 ( discounted price) . I enquired on the same day saying that I am interested, please send me more details. I got an automated email from them saying that the team is working on the same. After repeated follow ups I still havnt received the said reply. Turns out there is no such package that offers a Bali holiday for Rs. 39, 900 . Thereby Make my trip is indulging in false and misleading advertisement which is an unethical practice. Strict action needs to be taken against them . Was this information helpful? | |||||

Didn't you understand what complain I had raised or don't you understand English.
Why did I get a fake misleading advertisement on May 13, 2016 on my registerd email ID? and on enquiring about the said advertisement on the same day.. why didn't I get a response ?
Do you now understand or are you still going to pretend you don't understand ??
OR is it true that you people are in the business of deceiving and sending fake and misleading advertisement!!!

I'm facing another cheating and harassment case from one of my existing holiday package.
even once you finalise your booking and pay the initial amount, they keep increasing the package price by saying flights have increased, new tax from government etc. All these things are not disclosed at the time of giving package price and details. And then they do not refund your initial amount even if you cancel 2 -3 months in advance.
One such inefficient executive from make my trip is Vibha Hegde.
Think twice before booking any holiday package, unless you want to lose your money and be harassed and deceived
