[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Refund not yet received for the ticket cancelled on March 9th 2021

I had raised a cancellation request for the booking on 9th of March 2021 and still haven’t received the refund yet. My booking ID: AN[protected] flight from COK to YYZ). I have been following up past months for the cancellation and no updates till date. Kindly support to get this escalated.

I have not received any response regarding the refund request and MMT call center is just fooling people without proper response or not attending calls. A serious escalation is required on the above mentioned issue.
