Dear Team Make my Trip

I am a regular member of make my trip.
I had booked a flight ticket in AI-519 from Surat -BBI for 5/4/2020 for my daughter Lipsa Biswal.

That time all flights cancelled and after waiting lastly I got that ticket cancelled on 30th. Nov.2020 having refund application No.[protected].
Make my trip booking ID - NF[protected]

The refund not yet done nad when I contact Air India, they are telling to contact make my trip.

    I booked International flight tickets from Sydney to New Delhi for 1st May 2020 and return on 16th May 2020 Booking ID NN[protected] and NN[protected] but couldn't travel because of global Covid restrictions. After Supreme court guidelines, I applied for a refund and got it approved on 21 Mar 2021 for Rs27976 and Rs43124 which I transferred to my original mode of payment through MMT mobile app. However, I got an email from make my trip on 2 Apr 2021 that the amount could not be transferred as the booking was made more than 6 months ago so the amount will be transferred back to my MMT wallet but that has not happened in the last 2 weeks. When will I get the money back in my MMT wallet? I am stuck in Sydney, Australia and tried every possible way to contact make my trip via phone and email but everything directs me to self service portal which is of no help. Will I ever get my money?

    The automated email that MMT sent me that my refund could not be processed to my Credit Card because the transaction was 6 months old was incorrect. I contacted my bank and the amount was credited to my credit card. So, closing the complaint.

          Hi,
          With reference to the MMT Booking ID NN[protected], I have been trying to connect with MMT customer service. Tried connecting via phone, email and Twitter, however not getting required response on Refund. They just use same response on Twitter, however my Refund query is neither answered in email nor on phone.
          Ticket was booked for 19th April 2020, and due to Pandemic the ticket got cancelled and I got money in my MMT wallet in Jan 2021. I tried to push my money back to original payment mode which is credit card in Jan 2021. Till date MMT had not returned my money.
          Requesting to process this request ASAP. Please let me know any further details are required from my side.

            I am giving repeated complaints but MAke my Trip is not refunding my money back.
            RA no is[protected]
            Make My Trip has already received refund amount from AIr India but why not refunding it to me?
            I had already launched complaint against Make My Trip on 23rd February 2021 but no further action by Make my Trip.
            Also all the customer care nos are no reply.

              I tried a domestic flight booking through the make my trip app on 14th March. Their app said transaction has been cancelled from bank side and didn't give any transaction number. The funny thing is there is no way of filing a complaint in the makemytrip site in such situations.
              The bank SMS said payment has been processed with (Ref is MAKEMYTR4771630 on 14-03-21 at 23:48:55).
              I made the payment with an alternate payment method, and now the payment has happened twice. Th booking ID is NF[protected].

              I am posting this here in this site because there is no way I am able to communicate to makemytrip India on the app or the website regarding this. Chatting with their bot was a joke ( waste of my time).
              Please all be aware that there is no easy way of contacting make my trip when such a thing happens.
              I had been a satisfied customer of make my trip till date.

                This is with respect to my booking NF[protected]. Amount has been deducted twice, even though once it had failed.
                Haven't recived refund even after 1 month.
                There is absolutely no way to contact the customer care executive, or email a complaint. It is very irritating

                  Makemytrip website has informed by your app/website that the refund has been processed on 26th March, and amount credited to the account on 29th March, However even after TWO weeks (15th April 2021) the money is still not credited to my account, ICICI bank has informed me the that the UTR number provided by makemytrip DOES NOT EXIST in the system, and they cant trace it at all.

                  I have raised a complaint with my bank and asked them to provide the transaction trace.as per them the money was either transferred and the UTR number provided does not exist.

                  I have also received another mail from goair the airline i booked the tickets for that the balance amount of Rs 8113 also, The aforementioned refund was only partial and for Rs 10, 000 Only. Please advise me on the balance amount as well.

                  Please advise my ON the status of BOTH the amounts, as writing to [protected]@makemytrip.com given an automated response of checking the app. The APP has no way of raising a complaint., Calling the call center takes us to an automated response, and finally asks you check the app.

                  SO basically its a dead end, hence there is NO Mechanism to reach makemytrip and raise a complaint, hence the only options that would be left to me is to escalate to the appropriate authority/ministry of transportation ect to resolve

                    I had raised a cancellation request for the booking on 9th of March 2021 and still haven’t received the refund yet.

                    My booking ID: AN[protected] flight from COK to YYZ). As per cancellation policy the refund should have been with 10-20 days and now its more than a month..

                    Thanks and no update so far from them..
                    I have been following up past months for the cancellation and no updates till date. Kindly support to get this escalated.
                    I have not received any response regarding the refund request and MMT call center is just fooling people without proper response or not attending calls. A serious escalation is required on the above mentioned issue.

                      For my above booking I was unable to travel as my society was under containment zone, accordingly i requested the hotel for change of date for which they agreed to but since I had made booking via makemytrip, they want me to send email to them through your portal. So please help me to complete the formality so that I can make amendment to above booking.

                          I am down with FEVER. I am unable to take the booked flights. Since I can not go, my wife Reeta Prasad also can not go.
                          You are therefore requested to CANCEL our DEL-PAT as well as PAT-DELHI flight on the grounds of my illness/possibility of Covid-19 infection which I may or may not develop. I and my wife both are 72 yrs old.
                          Considering our age and my fever, you are requested to CANCEL our flights and process REFUNDS on compassionate grounds.

                            I booked a ticket online in their web site from Hyd to Washington DC, USA vis London Airport on 3/3/2021 and they issued us a ticket. When the travel is on 19/4/2021. British Airways informs me that we can not travel through London Airport unless we have USA passport. This stipulation exits from Jan onwards, but still the company is issuing tickets to Indian Passport holders. My ticket is non refundable and the company is not responding to me. Please look into.

                              Pnr 97097110 flight from Delhi to Bali has been cancelled by the airlines and refunded to mmt. However, there is no option to contact mmt for refund. It is been one year, we have been trying to get the refund with no avail.
