Due to my society fall under containment zone i could not travel and accordingly I spoke to The Grand Mamta Hotel and they told me they are ready to amend my above booking for any future date and since I had made booking through makemytrip, they suggested me to email you. So please contact The Grand Mamta for amendment of my above booking so that I can utilize the above booking in future. Please do the needful at your earliest

    I have booked two ticket thru make my trip frm chennai to dehradun @RS 14292/ but indigo cancelled the flight and refunded Rs 15099/ to make my trip but make my trip refund me Rs 13685/ . i.e. Rs 607/ less which is cheating with customer and not tolerable. the flight and PNR No was TP7LSN and booking id NF[protected] .

      This is for a particular booking
      MMT has transferred INR 59, 722 out of the INR 84, 002 (approx.) that was to be refunded. INR 24, 280 has not been refunded to me yet
      Also, I spoke to MMT agent (when they called) and explained
      The agent promised to escalate the issue, send an email and also promised a call back. Nothing done so far
      The call was from this number: +[protected]

      No email address and they don't come on call. So, I am not sure how to contact them

      I have sent them all the details they need.

        I have Cancelled my flight booking and that refund amount is credited to my MakeMyTrip wallet. Now that amount is not getting transferred to original payment mode as MMT is giving error while transferring the amount. Even customer care numbers are on IVRs and they are not replying to the emails. How can I reach to them to raise my concern.
        I want the amount to be in my original payment mode or in bank account.

          I have booked flight through makemytrip on 24th march and it got cancelled due to pandemic (Corona virus) and i have requested an refund and the amount was refunded in makemytrip wallet... And i have requested agian to refund in my SBI bank account ...Its says refund is succeddfull in ur bank account but when i check my bank account there is no amount credited yet... It's already 8 days i did not get still now... With whome should i contact for this queries.

            due to covid lockdown flight were not operational on 3rd April . Then ticket auto cancelled. But not yet received any refund to my account. Several times called both airindia and MakeMyTrip regarding this. Pls refund as soon . completed one yr waiting for refund

              It is nearly 2 years since the Jet Airways flight booked on Makemytrip.com was cancelled and my refund from Makemytrip is still not forthcoming.

              I see that my booking id is now not available on their IVR system or website.
              Where is my Refund ?

              It is with exasperation I am writing on this forum.

              It was a big mistake to book an international flight on Makemytrip.
              For 2 years I have serviced an outstanding credit card bill of over 1 lakh, waiting for their refund to come in.

              Makemytrip are absolute scam. They have no physical office, so we can't approach them for refund. Other travel agents have refunded their customers. But Makemytrip simply refuses to give Customers money back.

              We Customers need to come together or else these online aggregators will continue to abuse Customers.

                    Hello team, I had booked a hotel room on 27th march on make my trip.com hotel named francisco sunshine hotel Goa.
                    As we visited the hotel there was no electricity no fans or AC so we did not check in the hotel room.
                    After that i checked for the cancellation of room i did not find on the app.. As i did not checked into the hotel you should, t charge for the room as the main reason was electricity problem.

                      NF[protected] Refund I realize make my trip is worst service provider in recent circumstance, I had wallet money 5683 since last year for one cancel, I haven’t utilize since long time so I was requested to reverse in original payment mode.
                      This is my mistake start because company don’t have intention to revert back money or they keep rolling rolling since last two month +
                      Or other hand I can say this is worst service provider take customer money and doing business ? Almost 10 time call explain every time, executive try to find excuse or avoid call 24 hours 48 hours 72 hours bla bla they keep or try to release rather than solve issue they try to avoid issue, I’m surprise once I was read several complain related refund means they have professional cheater take customer money and won’t refund why Indian govt not take legal action because they are cheater !!
                      After several follow up they refund 1933 still 3783 pending !

                      Well after April 5th till today no single response, this is clear indication company was corrupted, intention is pretty clear took customer money and disappear ! Other hand call cheater company ? How come not reversing money ?

                          I had booked tickets Goa Air -G8 247 for 4 people from bhuvaneshwar to Mumbai on 13 Jan 2020 for travel on 19th APRIL 2020 . For this i received the refund of 926/- only .But the actually the ticket was reshedule for 7 Feb 2021, which was later cancelled.
                          For this i received the confirmation mail from Go Air support about the refund of 5712 /- .I had forwarded the same to makemytrip support group but they have not responded.
                          Below is the Go Air support team mail

                          Dear Smart Flyer,

                          This is with regards to your reservation with GoAir of PNR A5GPTC. The applicable refund of INR 5712 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:
                          • If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
                          • If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
                          • If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
                          • In case of cash transactions, kindly send your NEFT details to [protected]@goair.in

                            Total waste of money, covid protocol is not followed, no hygiene, temperature check,
                            breakfast was not at all good,
                            Near the entrance, parking and entrance to swimming pool beer and wine bottles were lying.
                            My checking was at 6.00pm, I was searching the hotel from 3pm but they call me at 5. 00 pm. and reached at 6.00pm, after coming to hotel charge my mobile removing mobile from ultra power saver I saw WhatsApp up the location of the Mmt has send.
                            While checking out 8.am I have requested them to send some one to carry baggage to my call no response for half an hour. I have carried my baggage from first floor to parking locations.

                            Not even sanitizer provided

                            I will give negative ratings on face hotels reception, if anybody will ask me

                            Worst experience in my life time.

                            I need thanks only one guy that is security guy

                            They close swimming pool, spa, library, indoor games.

                                    Hi, My booking ID is NF[protected]. I have booked flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderbad (Indigo) and Mumbai to Coimbatore (Spice Jet) both in the same itinerary. Both up and down tickets for 2 passengers.

                                    Spice Jet had cancelled the flight from Mumbai to Coimbatore due to non operational reason. I submitted the cancelation form from Makemytrip app and recieved a refund.

                                    Then I cancelled the flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderabad (Indigo) directly from the airline on 4th of March for 2 passengers. After that I cannot see the cancellation button and the cancelation form in the Makemytrip app. Its is still showing that my Indigo flight is active. 2 days later I called the Makemytrip customer care and they canceled the flight from their side.

                                    After the makemytrip customer care cancelled, in the app it showed that I will recieve a refund on 29th March and the status showed as "Refund under process" and "We are constantly following up with the airline on the refund and will process it as soon as we recieve from the airline".

                                    After cancelling directly from the airline (Indigo), I called the airline the next day and they said that they have already processed the refund and given it to Makemytrip and also said that maximum by 6th or 7th of March Makrmytrip can see the refund.

                                    Today is 2nd of April and still the status in makemytrip app is showing as Refund under process" and "We are constantly following up with the airline on the refund and will process it as soon as we recieve from the airline". Makemytrip has already recieved the refund from the airline almost a month back but they are still holding it and not refunding me to my account.

                                    If I call the customer care, I am unable to connect to the Domestic airline customer care of Makemytrip, the email I send gets rejected saying it's "no reply email". I don't have any option to contact Makemytrip too.

                                    Makemytrip has already received the refund from the airline but now they are not refunding me and intentionally blocked my phone number from getting connected to domestic airline. It stops with the IVR recording and disconnects.

                                    Please note that the cancellation and cancellation form is unavailable in my makemytrip app. The customer care agent has already cancelled and submitted the form from his side on March 4th.

                                    Please refund me the amount immediately and make no delays for Coimbatore to Mumbai via Hyderbad (Indigo) cancelled flight for 2 passengers.

                                    I read your comments TODAY on makemytrip app. THIS IS A LIE.

                                    Firstly, as I said in my complaint yesterday, I cancelled on 4th March and next day Indigo Airlines confirmed me that they have already issued the refund to Makemytrip. They also told me that Makemytrip will be able to see the refund by 6th or 7th of March.

                                    Still, from past 1 month including today, I often kept following up with Indigo to check if they have refunded and they said the same all the time that they have already issued the refund next day to Makemytrip after I cancelled the flight and that Makemytrip would be able to see the refund on 6th or 7th of March .

                                    YOUR COMMENTS THAT REFUND IS UNDER PROCESS AND NOT ISSUED BY AIRLINES DUE TO COVID IS A CLEAR LIE!

                                    Secondly, in the comments it says that it was last updated on 29th March. In fact, the comments were actually updated today on 3rd of April. Check my complaint yesterday where I have attached the screen shots and there these comments were not there. If you had updated in 29th of March then why weren't the comments there in the screen shots yesterday?!

                                    LIES UPON LIES! SHAME ON YOU AND NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM MAKEMYTRIP!

                                    ONCE AGAIN, AIRLINE HAS ALREADY ISSUED MY REFUND NEXT DAY AFTER I CANCELLED. SO STOP LYING THAT THE AIRLINE DID NOT REFUND GIVING LAME EXCUSES ABOUT COVID. AND STOP LYING ABOUT THE LAST UPDATE DATE.

                                    PLEASE REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.
