Dear sir,
I have serviced my swift vdi car at maruti service centre (Uma motors, nh2, mathura) on 26/10/2017, hr 30k 6663, chassis no. Ma3fheb1s00225478. I complained "some sound is coming near to shocker". They advised me to change shocker kit after changing when problem not got resolved they are saying steering is faulty which i refused to change. Then i went to akansha maruti service centre sitarganj where i found actual problem is link rod. Uma motors is making customers fool and changing ok parts of car and not resolving problem properly.
Pls. Take strict action.

    Dear sir, my swift dzire car sent for repair at body shop at bright four wheels lucknow centre on 23 jun 17, after repair car was delivered to my residence by service centre after repair. Again on 04 nov i sent my car for routine paid service at same centre. Then during the inspection it was found that old puncture stepney was kept in place of my unused new stepney. I informed the same to the concerned person mr. Ajay tiwari. He did not give satisfactory reply. Kindly look into the matter and enquire the same.       Hi, i own a all new suzuki access 125 which i purchased on 1st may 2016. Last night me and my wife were coming from a party and at around night 11pm suddenly there were some strange sounds coming out of the engine. I suddenly stopped the vehicle and was checking what happened. I could not find any problem, but i was not able to start the vehicle after that. I have to push the vehicle tk near mechanic and got it checked there. The mechanic opened the engine and said that some part inside the engine got damaged and you vechicle cannot take self start now. He temporarily fixed it by using kick start and said me to show it in showroom. It has been only 1 year that i purchased access and i got a problem in the engine, in fact i got ot serviced 1 month back from suzuki service center in malakpet gunj, hyderabad. I am dissapointed by owning suzuki. I also own honda activa from past 7 years and i dont have a single problem till now and im access i got problem within 1 year. Immediatly fix my problem else refund my money.

        I had booked maruti alto vxi (O) at future motors, dehradun on 22nd october 2017. Mr. Deepak and kamla goswami told me that they will intimate me when i can take the vehicle. On thursday i. E 2 nov 2017 he called me and told me that car is on the way and you can collect it on friday. Before thursday also i called him to collect the cheque so that there is no problem in my delivery of my car because my father will come from rishikesh and i have to take the delivery on sunday. On saturay evening theycalled and refused to deliver the car on sunday.
        Mr. Deepak or kamla goswami did not come to recieve the cheque and now they are refusing to complete the commitment. Now my father is going back on sunday. Either please refund my money or give my delivery on date.

        Please look into the matter.

          Last year i was purchased the new maruti suzuki dizzer

          2016

          My vehicle register number is mh12nb3954

          And maruti showroom dealer provide me hdfc ergo company insurance policy

          Vehicle number mh 12 nb 3954

          Place-wagholi, pune

          Vehicle type :-swift dizzier

          Insurance company name :- hdfc eargo

          Last week on 30th oct monday policy renewal

          Due date

          For renewal purpose i visited in sai services wagholi showroom on 28th oct 2017

          And contact insurance representative after all discussion he provide one slip to pay the amount of rs 26154/- in account dept

          I pay the policy amount in cash and take the receipt (Available with me)

          Next day 29th oct on sunday i was received call form maruti suzuki and inform me about policy cover other details

          (Policy verification call)

          Next day 30 oct on monday i personally go to visit at wagholi showroom for take the print out. But some technical reason policy print out not provide by your dealer

          (Inform me reason)

          From monday to friday daily i visited in showroom for policy print out and also calling for status

          Finally friday afternoon your team say your policy rejected by insurance policy due to wrong amount received from your end

          I pay the insurance amount of rs 26154/- is confirm by your dealer,

          Know my policy was discontinued,
          Above incident ware was my fault

          Pl check and renewal the old running policy

          Hope you understand the my concern

          Don't forward my complaint to this people he is help less due system fault

          And not given the proper solutions

          I hope you take the positive action against my complaint

            Hi

            I own maruti swift car and yesterday i left my car for service in kapico motors, in cmbt chennai, tamil nadu. I am not satisfied with their service and more over they are not trustworthy (Silver plated lord ganesh idol is missing after their service).

            As a service provider, i expect customer oriented service, but the manager (Koteeswaran) in this service station doesnt know how to deal with customer. This is my third experience with maruti and their service dealers.

            For sure i will share my experience with my friends and with my network about my bad experience. I will not recommend maruti any more because of this untrustworthy service dealers.

              Purchased vitara breeza 3 months back (Rj26 ca 4966) and facing some issues regarding tyre and services ar registered maruti centre.
              1. Rear left side alloy wheel tyre is having some extra bulging and get patch of damage that i have observed and inform service centre manager who sent me to apollo tyres showroom that is not my job as i have purchased complete car not without wheels so its maruti responsibility to replace it but apollo manager has confirmed me about manufacturing defect of tyre and told me to pay rs 1850 for replacement that i dnt understand. So please check this and get my tyre replaced well in time.
              2. Service quality of service centre (Relan motors ajmer (Rajasthan) was so bad or poor. Cleaning ness was so poor and i also paid 2800 rs against one dent and small paint on car bonet but that quality was poor and bonet get a new small dent of thumb on bonet while fixing it back after painting.
              I informed all these issue toi manager but reaction was unexpected. Inside car no cleaning was done and i am having very poor response and poor service quality at ajmer service station.

                On 29/10/2017 my car was sent for servicing to rangat work shop following things where donevide invoice :jri17/001043 dtd 29/10/2017
                1. Engine oil total
                2. Filter assy. Oil
                3. Screen wash.
                All the above mentioned was done we are ready to pay but the labour and services in the bill charged is to heavy ie
                4. Paid service (M2)
                5. Paid servicing tax 18% qty 3.97 rate 315 total rs.1250/-

                The same was done on 05/01/2017 and they charged me rs100./-+rs.240/- i had no objection i paid without any hesitation. This time when asked they replied me because of gst. Again when inquired the replied it is the software uploaded from head office that is "agency house port blair".
                Kindly take up the matter, as how such huge difference occur within 9 months. Customers are disheartened at their such type of dealings.
                It would be better you fix a charge and they implement.
                Please uphold the company reputation, so that we public opt for your car and service in future

                  I have taken delivery of a access suzuki scooter tn 59 bp 8718 on 13.09.2017 - through your madurai 625 018 (Tamil nadu) dealer m/s. Arunachal motors. At the time of taking delivery of the scooter, i was informed that, there will be 3 free service. I gave the vehicle to the dealer and they have collected rs. 320 /-. Vide their invoice no: 002 / br / 17002811 dt. 2.11.2017 i want a clarification in this subject.

                    I bought ertiga vdi model car in a. R. A. S. P. V. P. V & co showroom in tirunelvelion 04/07/2014. (Reg no:tn 72 as 8389. I have already bought a swift car in 2011from my wife’s name. (Reg. No:tn 72aj 2081). I have much more trusted service on maruthi suzuki. Currently aadhi cars company (P) ltd is selling your cars in tirunelveli. I bought a car in a. R. A. S. P. V. P. V & co. And after that i have done all the service in aadhi cars (P) ltd. The second gear does not work properly riht from 19/05/2017 in my car. I filed a complaint about this in aadhi cars (P) ltd. They said that it can be fix in the next service but i have to pay for that and it would cost uptors.12, 000. My car was running at 16, 000km on that date. It, s been 3 years since i bought a car. My trust in the company decreaseswhen there is a significant impact on it. So i humbly ask you to make the alteration in free of charge.

                      I bought swift dzire new model car in saketh motors tumkur.
                      Complaints.
                      1) purchase my car after 2 days i saw air crack on front glass. I met saketh moters persons they refuse to replace the glass.
                      2) company itself found problem at back wheel break assembly and drum has been replaced the i tem without cost. It shows that particular car have a major problem.
                      3) now a days while driving i found small sound when apply the break.
                      4) my car completes 8000 k m s now front break pad & drum has been collapsed. We are not suppose to move the vehicle please rectify all my problem earliest without cost.
                      I & public have very good faith on maruthi suzki vehicle. But your persons on saketh motors - tumkur their response is very bad. For very good faith of your company you should be in costumer motto please don’t lead me to go to the higher level. Pleas solve my problem at your level. We are the marketing persons for your vehicle. Give the good

                      Nothing action taken to my car complaint its totally company defect, before this you are using tvs company material for brake assembly. But now you are using your own suzki material. Dont try your experiment on your customer. Please dont keep your customer in waiting to your response. With the brake problem brand new maruti suzki is standing in-front of my home. Please see the attachment.
                      Before do viral please rectify my problem.
                      I purchased car for move on the road not park in-front of home.

                        We are very very disappointed with your dealer service. Kiran motor doing cheat with customers and they not give proper answer and solution. We renew my car insurance policy there and by mistake we miss it and now we want new copy but they not given and harassing us last 15 days. So we request you take action as soon as possible.                           I have given my car for repair pb10fb5800 ertiga zdi at stan autos, sherpur, ludhiana. Service is very very poor. They promise to give car of 24th oct but gave on 27th oct after 5 hour waiting in workshop getting washing myself and got ftited mirror.

                          On ist day lakhbir told me charges will be 2500/- but now they are demanding 13000/- dont know for what but on my argument they came to 10000/- and now they give my car without any bill amount it shows they were cheating.

                          Painting is done very rough my factory person has cleaned with petrol all glasses. Behavior of in charge is also very bad. No body listen to customer.

                          I am complaing there toll free number vide complaint number [protected]since 28.10.17 and send mail @ [protected]@maruti.co.in vide complaint number crm:[protected] but till date not a single call is received till today.

                          This is the way they treat the customer. I am requesting to provide me maruti suzuki md/ceo contact number of mail id the toll free person does not provide it.

                          I had booked baleno delta on 28/09/2017 but till date there is no information about the date of delivery whereas customers those who booked on 25/09, 10/09/2017 and on 1/10/2017 have all received their cars. This information i got to know from customers during my visits to the nexa showroom rohini.

                            Hi,

                            This e-mail is to notify the authorities that, buying a maruti suzuki car is the biggest regret of my life, and trusting my your fort point maruti service center was another one.

                            A year ago, i purchased maruti suzuki ertiga vxi (Petrol + cng) from your fort point, dombivli dealership. Since then, my life became miserable. Initially, i loved my car as it was a great experience. Then, suddenly, after some thousand kilometers, my car's rooftop started rattling, which by the way fixed by the dealership, at last servicing. At that time, i notified them about steering wheel noise and roughness issue along with a rattling in car's seat. (This is when i left my car for 2nd service, at 10000km).

                            When i picked up my car, they claimed, the issue was fixed and if anything happens i should bring my car again to the dealership. Now, at next service, issue of seat rattling, and the steering wheel was still there, which i informed them. Again, when i collected my car, it stopped rattling, but after some days, that noise started again.
                            Now, the same thing happened at my last servicing, and top of that, some strange noise started coming from my steering. Also, they claim they did my break maintenance, which sounds like a break of some broken truck.

                            Is this the way they cheat the same people who trust the name of maruti suzuki? Is that my mistake that i trusted your service center to fix my car? For how many days should i suffer more? Today, i'm saddened to the deepest degree of my heart.

                            While writing this e-mail, i am searching answers for those questions. Now the real question is, are the higher authorities going to look into this issue?

                            Kindly help me and get me out of this mess, by doing what needs to be done.

                              I have purchased marutivitara brezza from kumbashi abarana motors.

                              In rainy season or while washing the car, water will fill in head lights.
                              We have complained several time in maruthi service station, we have not got any solution for this issue.

                              From last one year we are facing this problem and not got any solution.

                                My suzuki gixxer front conset is damaged. It runs only 6500 km and less than 6 months. Suzuki service center dealers saidiht has no warranty. They asked me to paid 800rs for servicing it.in muvattupuzha servicing is also very poor.in my 3rd free service they didn't clear my complaints. It is in warranty period. Then why not giving warranty please claim my bike for warranty...

                                    I gave my car as usual for servicing in coral motors bareilly centre with complaint of decreased average, excessive vibration and distorted rpm and non of my these problems were solved and was charged for 5000 rps for general service. Please look into the matter and serve rightly. I have been a loyal customer of maruti since long time and i expect nice feedback

                                      I have bought a new swift dzire tour model car a month back its a own board car not an yellow board. The problem is that our car is not going beyond 80km speed and after that its slows down gradually. The dealer where we bought the car has not provided proper information about the speed limit issue to us in detail. Later coming to know about this problem i was shocked we are unhappy because i liked maruthi car very much then any other cars. One more thing we have found and confirmed that speed limit for yellow board cars only but we have bought it for our own purpose (Registered our car in white board) where we have put into trouble like yellow boards.                                         Sir,
                                        I have given my car on 16.10.2017 [reg. No. Jk02bl6167] to authorized service provider of maruti suzuki i. E. Maruti suzuki my car pvt ltd service centre, kalukuan tindwari road banda u. P. For necessary repair after a road accident. After submitting the car i received sms regarding the estimated time of repair. It was communicated that the car will get ready by 30.10.2017. On 31.10.2017 i received sms that my car is ready in all aspects and can be taken from service centre. I send my elder brother along with driver to take the car from service centre. After reaching to the service centre, i was surprised to know that the repair work is not even initiated by the service provider. I have registered a complain to maruti customer care regarding this [complain no. [protected]].
                                        In this regard, i request you kindly expedite the matter and arrange to provide the exact situation of my car repair and exact date of delivery of my car after repair. I further request to submit a report about the action taken from your side [complain no. [protected]] against the service provider for mis-communicating about car repair to me and maruti company itself.
