We were going from sgnr to gharsana (Our house) after shopping, it was around 7 when our car just started emitting excessive smoke from the exhaust stalled. Thereafter stopped. Today it has been 24hrs and diwali celebrations are going and we still dont have our car back and also they ave denied the service for tomorrow. This is how you treat your customers?? There is not even single valid response from the company!! Pathetic!!

    When we planned to purchase new car, we were very much concerned about safety features. Based on our budget we were started searching for safety cars and we were in the stage of comparison with other makes and models, but somehow we caught with bellari (Karnataka) nexa marketing executives and they convinced and brain washed my father and my family persons and based on our family security required vehicles they suggested to go for maruthi s-cross zeta defected model (Defected version) and boasted like above mentioned car has ultimate security features and has ultimate service stations around the country and mentioned car has sufficient security features as you desire so we had fixed to go for above mentioned car. We purchased the above mentioned car with on road price of rs 12, 15, 000 inr (Inr rs 9, 82, 951.32 + inr rs 2, 32, 048.68 it include standard built in accessories + special service charges) on dated: 27/04/2017.
    But this above mentioned killer/ fraud car has compromised all its security features and since we purchase the above mentioned car it has been pushing our family members to giving death penalty each time we took for ride, but due to god’s grace, and human alerts our family got narrow escape from major incidents also from the death penalties, so we request to you replace this car totally with well tested and pre-security tested car as soon as possible and this also a proven cheating and the proven service ignorance from maruthi suzuki’s end. So we demanding inr 10 crores as penalty based on our loss of time and individual earning capabilities of each members of our family. We would like to describe the deadly incidents happened during each ride and narrow escapes from death penalties and service ignorance incidents below.
    Describing the incidents during family persons taken for rides:
    1. Even after wearing seat belt its giving indication as you were not wear seat belt.
    2. When we are riding, automatically wiper starts wiping without switching on the wiper even on the plain and surface clear nh roads.
    3. Indicators are switching on automatically without any manual interruption.
    4. Steering got locked even we were riding at the speed of 40 to 50 km/hrs.
    5. Doors getting unlocked without manual interruptions.
    6. Several times we were unable to open the doors manually are through sensor keys during emergency incidents.
    7. Mirror movements happening without any manual interruption.
    8. Abs indication keeps glowing without any action.
    9. We are listened the sound like air bags were tried to opened.
    10. We got bad burning smells inside the car after we listening air bags opening sound.
    11. We are getting bad ac smells.
    12. We are unable to change the gear even after applied the clutch properly during riding.
    13. Head light switched off automatically during night rides.
    14. Break became hard, and sometimes we were unable to apply the break when we were riding at the speed of 80 to 120 km/hrs.
    15. There is no mileage even we rode this car with economical speed with well experienced driving expertise.
    16. Engine oil got leaked.
    17. Fire took place in the bonnet.
    18. During the fire took place we were unable to open the doors, after we struggled like anything to come out doors opened automatically.

    Describing the defective, ignorance, careless service incidents from maruthi suzuki authorised dealers and service centers:
    1. First service happened on[protected] at 900 km
    A) we left the above mentioned car for service at kpf private limited, bellari karnataka. Authorised maruti suzuki dealer.
    B) during first service we complained about mileage drop, but there was no action.
    C) we could not explain the entire security features problem from the list of above 18 complaints, but we complained few issues during first service but we got oral commitments from works manager it will be fixed in the next service.
    2. Second service happened on[protected] at 6175 km
    A) we left the above mentioned car for service at kpf private limited, bellari karnataka. Authorised maruti suzuki dealer.
    B) as committed during first service related security feature issues, but those were not fixed.
    C) without diagnosing problems for the above listed 18 issues they confirmed like issues got resolved.
    3. Interim running repair happened on[protected] at 6705 km due to ignorance/care less from the second free service.
    A) engine oil was leaking, smoke raised and burning smell was came out from the bonnet during long drive then we struggled to connect to nearest service stations but somehow we managed to connect them then from kpf private limited bellari, service persons came to kudligi to solve this problem by applying m-seal paste but they could not fix this issue.
    B) so they took this killer car through tow to authorised maruti service center (Kpf private limited, bellari).
    C) they diagnose that all the issues were because of pressure pump problem and they said we replaced pressure now and the confirmed that there won’t be any problem.
    D) as committed during first service related security feature issues, but those were not fixed even on second service and third running repair service.
    4. After the third running repair service again same issue arrived and fire attacked at the bonnet of the above mentioned car at t. Dasarahalli, bangalore-57 on[protected] at 8:45 am.
    A) all of sudden when we were riding at the speed of 10 – 15 km/hrs on the mid of the road smoke came outside the bonnet and fire attacked.
    B) we tried to apply the break, but break was struck and not able to apply the break.
    C) clutch became totally free.
    D) we were not able to open the doors, after several tries door lock opened automatically.
    E) somehow we (4 family members along with pregnant women and 5 years old kid) manage to came out from the car with the help of nearest auto drivers help.
    F) few family members in the car experienced suffocation and they were unable to open the glass or door.
    G) after multiple tries we were able to switch of the car and, we opened the bonnet then we tried to extinguish the fire with help of traffic police.
    H) this incident happened during peak traffic hours at t. Dasarahalli, bangalore-57 hence almost hour traffic was jammed.
    I) hence traffic polices arrived and they borrowed fire extinguisher from neighbours travellers and applied the fire extinguisher, after smoke got reduced, with the help of auto drivers we disconnected the battery connection inside the bonnet to avoid damage to the neighbours vehicles and to stop completely burning of the car.
    J) as mentioned above list of 18 complaints most of the problems were occurred.
    K) as steering got locked we were unable to push to parking place.
    L) then we pushed the car on the same direction to avoid the traffic jam.
    M) as incident happened on later we reached out bellary kpf private limited’s works manager for service help but they were given us toll free number, because of this terrible incident we do not have patience to follow the process to lodge the complaint for service help so we requested kpf team to arrange service for us by providing the address of the incident.
    N) but we did not get any response from kpf works manager then we waited for some time and then we escalated to deputy general manager of kpf, but he has sent contact details of rns motors general manager to reach out.
    O) because this negligence and ignorance we escalated to territory service manager.
    P) territory service manager (Manikantan) committed, we our self arrange service help to fix this, then we started getting calls from multiple authorized maruti service centres, but no was confirmed about the time to come to the incident place.
    Q) after we waited for around 4 hrs again we called to territory service manager to service help then rns service persons were committed like we will be attending this call.
    R) we were on road for around 6 – 7 hrs then rns motors service persons came and inspected the incident and taken car through tow.
    As we were completely fed up with the above incidents, we will be complaining and demanding as requested in our subject line through the register speed post.
    Note: if the issue is not fixed as mentioned in the subject line we will be lodge complaints and appropriate cheating case against maruti suzuki india ltd with necessary evidence.

Veerakumar next day he asked over phone replace the timing chain set becouse of 91000km then he asked to replace the lower arms i donot know what is the lower arms next day he asked over phone come to service center i went ther he show the rail assy. Fuel very small leakage in rail he replaced it like that the y replaced sevaral parts without my kwolege pleace ref invoice after 5days they delivered my car with bill amt - rs43182 after one week i complained that when morning startng white smoke is comimige - he asked to bring the car to service center after check the car they told nothig promblem-after5days the same smoke promblem vary high-he sent one servise enggmr-vinoth. To our home cheked the car and test drive he told it is becouse of old diesel - when starting the car some noise taka-thakka-takka cranking noise-for that he told nothige promblem-after one week smoke just like tractor - complained over phone to veerakumar he told to bring car to service center-that day i went to nearest kongu maruthi service center asked this problems they came and repaire my car and it is ok they ajested the timingchain and calibrated the fuel injectorsand also servied they charged rs-9500/ so please asked the jaikrisha to return my amount rs - 50000/ and also compensation of mentel torcher and loss of bussness activities rs 25000/ note[my englise words are witheout gramer sorry ]

        Legal notice

        Sir,
        Under the instructions of our client mr. Mrigank shekhar, s/o raj kumar singh, a-301 sagar sadan apartments, ip extension, plot no. 113, patparganj, new delhi - 110092, we do hereby serve upon you legal notice as follows:

        1. That on september 8th, 2017, our client booked a maruti suzuki alto 800 car lx model of granite grey colour with the noticee no. 2, and paid the booking amount of rs. 5, 000/- by cheque, which has been duly encashed.

        2. That before booking the above said car, there were some rounds of meeting and negotiations with noticee no. 4. Our client had even approached m/s competent motors for purchase of the same car model with the same colour.in order to induce and win over our client to book with noticee no. 2, the notice no. 4 represented and offered that if he booked the car during the “sharaad period” :

        • there would be a special discount of rs.20, 000/- plus rs.15, 000/- (In lieu of gold coin) and a buffer discount of rs.1, 000/- (Total rs.36, 000/-).
        • the car would be delivered during the navaratra (Ie., any time from 21/09/2017 to 30/09/2017).
        • that he could choose any color given in the maruti suzuki brochure.

        3. That at the time of booking on september 8, the noticee no. 3, after meeting the manager re-confirmed that the car would be delivered before september 30, 2017.

        4. That thereafter our client kept in regular touch with noticee no. 4, who even assured that the car could be delivered before 25/09/2017, and later on said before 30/09/2017.

        5. That however, after 30/09/2017, the noticee no. 3 and 4 started avoiding our client’s calls and when finally, he could contact him on 4th october, 2017, he was informed that the delay was caused due to the low demand of the lx model of granite grey colour of the car and that because the production had not yet been initiated for it by noticee no.1, though the indent for the car had been made and the entire price of the car paid to noticee no.1. Now noticee no. 4 started making excuses for non-delivery of the car and when our client insisted on a specific date, he was unable to give any specific date of delivery. When noticee no. 4 could not give a plausible explanation for non-delivery of car, our client contacted the noticee no. 3 the team leader mr. Chandan kumar and subsequently the bagga link, patparganj showroom manager, mr. Abhishek nadda and even the bagga link customer care manager, ms. Deepti singh. But all that they could say was that they will not be able to give any specific date for delivery. They were even unwilling to share any information about the date of indent placed with the noticee no1-company. Now suddenly, they started expressing helplessness in giving information on the status of the car and informed the client that the factors delaying the delivery of the car were outside the control of the showroom and its employees and that the company i. E maruti suzuki india limited and not the dealer was responsible for the delay. They even hinted that maruti suzuki company is likely to stop manufacture of lx model of any colour.

        6. That our client then contacted the maruti suzuki india limited helpline no.[protected] and was informed that any sort of delay was the responsibility of the dealer and that the company maruti suzuki india limited always acted on the indent made by the dealer and initiated production accordingly. The client registered a complaint no. [protected] with the maruti suzuki company against the sales executive mr. Parvinder singh and team leader mr. Chandan kumar for making false promises to the client on the helpline. Our client has recorded all the conversations with noticee no.4 and other executives.

        7. That after our client registered his complaint with the maruti suzuki india limited helpline, on 8th october, 2017, the team leader mr. Chandan kumar and the sales executive mr. Parvinder singh (Noticees no. 3 & 4) visited our client at his residence and tried to persuade him to withdraw the complaint as they were in no way responsible. They even said that all the promises were made on the advice of the showroom manager. Both of them told our client that they themselves were not privy to the information exchanged between noticees no. 1 & 2, and thus were unable to furnish any details. The client however refused to withdraw the complaint and demanded delivery of the car within a week. Both mr. Parvinder singh and mr. Chandan kumar then assured our client that they would have some update on the status of the car by the end of the day.

        8. That on the next day, ie., 9th october, 2017, our client was informed by noticee no. 4, mr. Parvinder singh that the granite grey colour of the lx model was not available and that the same may not be available for an indefinite time as the company maruti suzuki india limited has stopped producing it due to lack of demand. He then tried to persuade our client that he should instead opt for a higher priced model lxi in granite grey colour or for the lx model in silky silver or white colour. He was told that if he confirmed the model in silky silver or white colour, it would be delivered by the end of the month of october or in the beginning of november 2017 (But still no definite timeline for delivery). The client however refused to change his choice as already a delay of over a month and half had been caused. He felt cheated for being forced to change the choice of colour he had opted for in the beginning.

        9. That our client states that he feels completely deceived and cheated by noticees no. 2 to 4. It seems it has become the trade practice of noticee no. 1 and their dealers to persuade all customers to make advance booking of any model or color by making false promises of sure delivery within 1-2 weeks. The modus operandus of the the dealer bagga link motors, patparganj (Noticee no.1) through its employees is thus :
        • to somehow snare all customers coming to the showroom to book and and consequently pitch sales over and above other competing maruti suzuki showrooms by making all kinds of false and fraudulent promises of quick delivery of any model or color.

        • once snared in their net, to keep on promising further, week after week, to wait. After the customers are wearied out, to come out with bizarre explanations, even blaming the maruti suzuki india limited company for the delay and non-delivery of the booked car, and to persuade the customers to change over to different model or color, which they have either overbooked and are not able to sell. What is most intriguing is their refusal to show proof or details of indenting the booked car with maruti suzuki company, as if they are “top secret official secrets”.

        • now that special discounts period (Of rs.36, 000/-) is over, the customer would be, willy nilly, forced to come to the terms of the dealer and take delivery of whatever car model or color that they are willing to offer.

        • till today, noticees no. 2 to 4 are unwilling to give a timeline for delivery of lx alto 800 model of granite grey color.

        10. That our client has been advised that the above described conduct on the part of the noticees no. 2 to 4, is tantamount to defrauding and cheating the public, besides gross “deficiency of services” and unfair trade practices. It is also grossly anti-consumer, monopolistic and anti-competition and violative of the anti-competition law. There is no semblance of any fair dealing at all, in their conduct. By their conduct, they have made themselves liable for being prosecuted for the offence of cheating and also being sued for compensation and damages before the consumer disputes redressal forum, besides being hauled up before the competition commission.

        11. That our client has been further advised that since noticee no. 2 is the agent of the noticee no.1, the latter is liable for the acts and deeds of the former, and hence noticee no.1 is also liable to pay damages and compensation for deficiency of services by noticee no.1. By this legal notice, the noticee no.1 is called upon to deny or confirm whether they have received indent/order for delivery of the above specified car from noticee no.2, the date of indent/order, the amount paid and also whether the company is capable of manufacturing and delivering maruti suzuki alto 800 model car of granite grey colour as published in their brochure.

        12. That although the mental torment and harassment suffered by our client at the hands of noticees no. 1 to 4, cannot be measured in terms of money, our client has modestly assessed the damages and compensation at the token rate of rs. 1, 000/- per day from 30/09/2017 onwards till the date of actual delivery of the car booked by him. All the noticees are jointly and severally liable to pay such damages and compensation to our client. Besides, the noticees are also liable to punitive damages of rs.50, 000/- for their tortious attempt at fobbing of car of any model and color, not of his choice.

        In the above circumstances, you are hereby served with this legal notice and requested to deliver the maruti suzuki alto 800 model car of granite grey color within a week of receipt of this legal notice, alongwith damages and compensation at the rate mentioned above, ie., @ rs.1, 000/- per day beyond 30/09/2017 till delivery of the car (Plus punitive damages of rs.50, 000/-, failing which our client shall be constrained to initiate criminal prosecution for the offence of cheating and criminal misappropriation of property, as well as initiate appropriate proceedings and sue you for damages and compensation at the appropriate forum/court at your risk and costs.

          My complaint is that the shivam auto zone in powai branch which is maruti suzuki company. I had exchange my old car renault kiwid which is mh03cb0150 i have exchanged it with the show room policy in which the showroom had made delayed in amount and solid my car without noc and form 35 in which they saying its their right and the consumer right is nothing means when my file was incomplete why showroom pressure d on me about car payment which was process by loan and the rest by exchange amount so the question is why company claimed the amount and didn't give me my delivery of new car it is even consumer right without my paper company solid my car so the same it will have to deliver me my car it's because of noc and form which is under process with it reanult when the showroom payment was delayed i had to pay the interest now i also want justice because of their process my process came in delay

          Jayesh is head officer of their exchange service and sachin was there at the time of exchange and process .and caring is sales officer they we're there at the time of deal and this was done between them and even mentions them if our process is not completed do not register our Car but they have done their process and took all the funds and jayesh has sold my car without noc and he had made one agreement if we sell our to him we won't get any problems but he is harrising us and saying if anything happens to car the blame will on us ? Because we didn't submit the noc and form35 we get spot offer car24 and benifical amount but sachin said gave us the Car it will be in safe hands .Now the problem is he sold our without noc and form35 but he can't deliver our car the shivam automobile showroom will have to pay our interested of our car amount now in their process we coperated them now its their turn coperate they have taken 6:50 lakh from us still they have not given us the car they will have to pay the interest of the amount Mahesh is exchange officer at powai branch is mobile number is[protected] and caring shankar is sales excutive in powai he was the consult person to us his mobile is [protected]

            Service centre is excellent but becareful the service guys are thieves, i have kept my charger in the car seat pocket, they are saying that they have taken it but they dont know where it is, this is absolutely bad on mithra agencies service part its just 550/- but they are very confident of theft they may take anything from car and they are not responsible, i may never visit this outlet again, please becareful make yourself comfortable to visit this outlet

              At the time of Ist service as on 22.08.2017 which I done at Seva Automotive Pvt. Ltd., Authorised Dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. at 33A/2 Central MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur - 440 016, Md Neha, Servicing Advisor and Leo Lawrence attended and accepted the Ist free servicing of S Cross 1.6 Alpha vide Registration No. MH 12 PH 1457, after interference of Madam Sarika Sharma on behalf of Sehgal Autoriders Pvt. Ltd. from Pune. She told to Madam Neha of Nagpur that please attend the servicing of that car which has been sold to Pradeep Jain, regarding documents which are presently in the name of Sehgal Autoriders Pvt. Ltd., Pune, will be sent in due course to the respective customer Shree Pradeep jain, after that the said car S – Cross 1.6 Alpha has been attended and made Ist free servicing . Copy enclosed.
              As I am the resident of Nagpur and using that car at Nagpur, but the Registration of car is from Pune, against which I have to do some formalities with the Nagpur RTO after getting the NOC and TTO Form duly signed from your side .                   I purchased the vehicle on january 2017.. When i bought it, it was wonderfull bike as the all the parts were new. I have engine guarantee of 5 year which was informed whiel purchasing. Now.. I am facing a lot of problem from the bike as for the fulltank fuel i got a milage of 110 /-. Which is so emabarssing. I contacted the sapatagiri suzuki in dr rajkumar road in bangalore which is big patatic service and their the biggest cheater's... I have changed the engine oil in shell before 4 th free service as i did not get a chance to service my bike in authorised service station. I am facing the engine bearing problem.. Now what is solution.. I asked them to do it as per the engine warrenty.. The employee speaks as if that he giving the parts from his own money.. I told in case if you 25 % money i will pay rest tell the company to pay. My bike is not completed one year of its bday.. He says that i have given the bike for the service out side. So the warrenty is lapsed.. For all kind info i have changed the engine oil. I did not open the engine.. Saptagari suzuki employee are worst care taker of bike and customer..

                  My request is to all the customer.. You have paid the for bike and paying for the services.. Care a dam to this guys going forwarded.

                  I did understand from the conversation i had with sapatagiri suzuki that they are begger's. As i can ignore this warrenty get the parts outside and get it done from the local mechanics.. This is a msg to all the customer that a customer of sapatagiri suzuki has faced the problem.. Which is so disappointment

                    It is complaint about DD motors Dehradun.

                    I had booked Swift vxi option silver grey colour on 25th September and I was promised delivery on 17th Oct ie Dhanteras I did every preparation from loan sanctioning to leave and in between I confirmed from Mr Ankit Goyal Sales and finance manager about delivery and he assured me that it will be delivered on 17th October but today ie on 15th October he called and told me that the car could not be delivered as Maruti has not delivered the car
                    I was really shocked that one day before he is telling all this thing
                    His unprofessional behavior has caused lot of trouble to me and my family members would be really saddened by this casual attitude of your manager
                    this brings bad name to your esteemed company as well

                    I request to please intervene and get me the car delivery on dhanteras

                    I would be definitely taking legal action against the dealer official for causing me so much of trouble and effecting me and my family badly on an emotional level as well.

                      Yesterday (14/10) i had my ciaz s delivered from bimal nexa, orr, bangalore. I paid all cash and was excited with my family to invite this car, pl note i moved from ford. Moment i saw my car i found it was display car and not new one from the stock, it was accepted and all they could say was sorry and i had to take this car as it was registered already. Maruti, this is not the experience we want, people should be genuine and fulfill the commitment. I am very unhappy and i sincerly hope you folks can do something about this

                        Suzuki access is the worst vehicle in the scooter segment.
                        Compare it by rolling the wheel manually, you will find it very tight in comparison to activa jupiter and other brand.
                        Two times engine in my scooter has been opened but even after paying 3000/- it was not working as per my satisfaction and when i drive other brand scooter it runs on the road very smoothly and light.
                        Average of access is near about 37 whereas other brand scooter is having more than 55.
                        So never never purchase it and save your hard earned money and prefer to purchase other brand if you are trying/planning to purchase access
                        Further net work of show room and service center run by these show rooms are also a big cheater particularly the service center situated in bhopal mp.
                        Function style of these service center
                        Whenever you go for repair your aceess, manager prepare estimate based on the feedback of the mechanic which will always a long list of parts which are also working in good condition.
                        It is observed by me that in actual estimate of rs.1000/-it was prepared by them by increasing it up to extent of 2500/- to 3000/-
                        In above charges the parts which are in good condition and replaced by service center is always taken away by the mechanic in their home and in part time they fitted it with the scooter which brought by the customer to their home for repair.
                        In my scooter work estimate has been increased drastically which was accepted by the other mechanic of the service center when i contacted him for personal repairing at his home and he also told that whenever i found any problem visit his home for repairing at a very low cost compare to service center.
                        It is also observed that such types of mechanic took leave from the service center when a customer approached him and when mechanic found a major work of any access and thus they earn a handsome amount in one day.
                        The best solution of all these problems are not to purchase suzuki access.

                          I have purchased maruti ciaz on 9/11/2015 from stan auto ludhiana, after covering 17000 km engine of my car jammed on 6/9/17, stan auto repaired the engine and returned the car on 26/9/17 but with mechanical issue of noise under engine. Again returned to dealer stan auto to repair the noise, till today after lapse of 40 days, suffering due to maruti manufacturing defect and stan auto is not bothering to listen my complaint and asking rs.300 per day parking fees. I want 40 days compensation and my taxi bills as actual, cost of my harassment, agony, stress, time and money.

                            I have a baleno zeta, mh12 pc0839. The nearest service center to my house is kothari wheels chandan nagar branch 13 km and i am asked to come 30 km to hadapsar or wagholi branch and the reason is we do not service nexa vehicle at chandan nagar. And my friend has done servicing at chandan nagar branch 2 months back.
                            2. My front wheel disc brake got rusty and paint quality is so nuisance, even a small dust on body creates scratch while opening and closing and touching by hand.

                              I have visited maruti suzuki dealer m/s amar cars pvt. Ltd., vadodara, gujarat for purchasing a new maruti alto 800 car on 13/10/2017.

                              I have informed them that i would purchase insurance for the new vehicle from the insurance company of my choice.

                              However, maruti suzuki has declined my request and informed me that i have to compulsory purchase insurance from maruti suzuki only.

                              As per rto rules, any vehicle needs to be insured before plying on road. I have informed them that i will provide them copy of insurance policy before taking delivery. But they rejected my request quoting that maruti is not permitting anyone for self insurance.

                              Insurance is not the proprietary product of maruti suzuki. Maruti suzuki is having tie up with many insurance companies for providing insurance. Maruti suzuki is earning healthy benefits in terms of infrastructure expenses from these insurance companies. A customer always has the right to decide from where he would purchase insurance. Maruti suzuki is denying self insurance only to gain healthy benefit from insurance companies.

                              In view of the above, i request the competent authority at indian consumer complaint authority to take strict action against maruti suzuki for adopting unfair business practice.

                                I have suzuki hayate bike-2014 model. During drive this bike, bike is not taking pickup and not running more than 30kmph speed. I went to suzuki service centre (Petal suzuki, ahmedabad) and he adviced to change "clutch plate".
                                After changed the clutch plate, that problem again and again happened.
                                Last two months he change two times clutch plate but stil after 15 days that problem came again.
                                Every time service center person is demanding unwanted money for this. During 3 months, i spent 5000rs.in my bike.
                                Please do something for me.

                                  Na hi woman staff ke liye koi suvidha di gayi hai. Kabhi bhi gadiyan servicing ke liye le lete hain night main 9pm tak staff ko roka jata hai, servicing ka kam bhi sahi nahi hai. Service supervisor customer se self extra charge leta hai.                                     Vehicle ka05mw1710 from the time of delivery cars door are not closing properly. Kataria automobile pvt. Ltd j. P nagar. Staffs are very poor and ignoring coustomer complaints. They told me that this car is new doors will be okay and if there is any problem will be checked in 1st service. Even after reminding no solution after service also. I must say they are very worthless and only educated #. Kindly look into the matter nobody is bothering.

                                        I am a proud customer of your company. I had purchased maruti suzuki - ciaz zxi on 24 oct 2015 from ktl pvt ltd. (Invoice attached for reference)

                                        1. Being a defense personnel i had purchased my car through csd and i was given the quotation by mr. Adnan khan, the sales representative of ktl pvt ltd, lucknow. (Quotation attached for reference) with extended warranty for third and fourth year. I had paid the amount for the warranty and was told that my warranty would be punched with in a month and the car was delivered to me.

                                        2. Therefore extended warranty for my car has not been given to me and it is already been two years since he has been promising me that it will be done. After repetitive calls and follow-ups and request reply has always been it will be done or he will return my money. He is neither getting the warranty done nor returning my money. (Whatsapp conversation attached) which shows how he has been fooling me for the past two years.
                                        3. This has been a very bad experience and fake commitment with me which was not expected from a reputed company like maruti suzuki, its a breach of customer trust.
