Dear sir,
I had been complaining about inefficient a/c cooling of my wagon-r (J-1 hg 3019). It was not attended. I finally gave up and also subsequently decided not to give car for service. Today also the condition is same. A/c works on 1st position but cooling is not effective on second and third position there is no difference. I feel the heat exchanger is covered with dust and requires proper cleaning with high pressure gust of air/water. Please let me know whether the logic is right and if so can you suggest the reliable source where i can get it cleaned and ensure proper functioning.
Also, to remind you earlier you used to conduct service camps where atleast the customer had the satisfaction that his complaint has been heard properly though the problem was not always solved.
I request you to please suggest the source where my problem can be sorted out.

wagon - R inefficient A/C cooling.
A/c not effective at positions 1, 2 & 3. hardly any cooling change effect at positions 2 & 3. Pressure OK. Request to suggest reliable source where the heat exchanger can be properly cleaned. Service centers ignore to take notice of it.
My wagon R purchased in 2016 VXI model a/c is not effective in any position from 1 to 4. We have notified your service teams whenever we gave for servicing. They used to clan filters and says problem is resolved. But even today, the problem remains sane. Can you look in to this and resolve? We will be very grateful. . . Prasad [protected]
I am very disappointed with the A/C and service team of Kalyani Motors, Nacharam, Hyderabad.

      Sir, i have booked maruti swift vxi optional model in sainath autolinks pvt ltd, durgapur, west bengal on18.09.17 vide booking order no sob17000827. But after 23 days dealer denied me to deliver the car before this dipawali. Now i am mentally disturbed due to could not provide my family the same in this dipawali. Sir, please look after this matter, so that i could make my family happy in this dipawali.

      Met with the accident and on Navsari highway on 12 th September 2017 and car is totally damaged but not a single person giving proper response to us and we got insurance done with Kiran motors Surat. The car is purchased on 28th March 2017 and we have car loan.

S sharma transfer to there branch located at kotkapura where i suffring from personal hrasment by our senior mechanic lakhveer singh which is always used shamed word in front of customer, so this senior & manager will totaly destroye my future in maruti. So i am compulsorily resigning because of personaly hraasment.

            I am saurav. I work in a mnc german firm walter tools. This may not be of your concern but i want your kind concern over my booking invoice copy of which is attached. I have booked a maruti suzuki dezire zxiplus on 5 july 2017, delivery of which was expected by diwali festival. After the booking in aug the distributer m/s alankar sales executive mr amit called me twice to get the car in august but as per expected delivery schedules i did arrange for funds for october. I have been trying to reach out the executive from last 2 week for the remaining payment status and car status but either they are not replying or they are refusing for delivery now. If such is the case what is the service commitment of maruti suzuki dealership. I work in a mns firm and i referred to it as i know the high standard work ethics in a firm as such. We are associated to you also as a tooling vendor and i know your work ethics are novice. But such service partner hampers the image. Pls guide for the further needful doings. Listing out the problems with the service partner of your's
            1. Commitment of delivery not being fulfilled. (Expected by 15 october earlier, refusing it now)
            2. Not repying to the calls properly by any of the employees.
            3. It should be discussed afterwards only but referring it here. I asked for a choice number (Although not so fancy 1691). At the time of booking they first refused to take the ownership for the same and refused to provide this number. Later on they accepted to give it a try. Now i am not sure whether they will provide the same or not.
            Hoping for the best to come oin intrest of both o[censored]s.

                This is with great agony i am informing you that you are giving pathetic and hilarious services to the customers. I got a call from your t. R sawhney dealer for insurance renewal of my two cars those are maruti celerio cng dl 1rtb 6063 and wagonr cng dl 1rt 7656. Caller name is deepika and number is [protected], she called me on 03 oct 2017 and ask to pay inr 42438/- for both cars. I agreed and ask to send someone for collecting premium amount from my end. She said executive will come on 05th oct 2017 and you will get your insurance policy after confirmation call from insurance company, next day confirmation of both cars have been done by insurance company. After that i called her to provide insurance policy because i cannot run my cars without insurance policy. She said that i will get that on 7th oct 2017 morning but as you also know today is 10th oct 2017 and i haven't got any hell insurance policy. I also got a call from kirti by [protected] she also committed me the dead line to send policy on 08th oct 2017. I have paid the full amount but result is zero. Now if my any car get caught by traffic police and if they make any challan against my vehicle then who will be panelized for this you or someone else?? One more thing you should know that i called today also to kirti on [protected] and she disconnected my call while i was talking to her and after that she switched off her mobile. After that i called to deepika on [protected] and she is not answering my call. What the hell is going on with me i don't know??? I also have the call records of these nonsense both of they are doing with me. Now you tell me should i file a case against your company because you guys have eaten my money with fraud executives. I will take further action on this and if i get any challan from traffic police you have to bear that challan otherwise i will sue you, deepika and kriti. Reply me fast because you will be in a big trouble if i get in any trouble because of your nonsense. I am counting the days and i will also send a reminder mail everyday to remind you the things. I don't know the dealer code or anything as if now but if i get i will tell you tomorrow in my next reminder mail. And by the way this not my responsibility to look after it this your responsibility to find those and take action against them. I need an action against both of them because this is you who is hiring these kind of nonsense girls to your company. If you will not take strict against those girls then you will be in a huge trouble and you will see that.

                  I have entrusted my car no. Kl 05aa 336 to indus motors venpalavattam anayara po trivandrum on 12.07 2017 for periodical maintainence and the vehicle was delivered at my door on 13.07.2017 and an amount of rs.10813.00 paid against bill no.145/ br1700405 dated 13.07 2017. As i am residing at kottayam about 160 kms from trivandrum i returned on 13.07 2017 itself and observed that the dash board was not opening which was hitherto working properly and the matter was immediately brought to the notice of the service centre and requested if it was possible to get it rectified at their kottayam centre. But they agreed to rectify the same at their tvm workshop on my return to tvm after two months. Today i called on them at tvm but their response was so rude that i felt very bad. I never expected this type of impropriety from the agents of this reputed company and like to mention that i am using a maruti vehicle right from 1998. I am a retired officer of a public sector undertaking.
                  Not only did they not rectify a problem created by them, but said additional payment has to be made and also informed they cannot give a definite time frame for fixing the problem, this has left me in a fix. Should i ignore this as an inevitable situation in this country or raise this matter to you as an honest citizen. We can live with anything but arrogance from service centres is too much to digest. I request you to interfere immediately and give me a solution asap.

                    I have purchased alto 800 on 30th september 2017 from varun motors, i got vehicle delivered around between 6-7pm from vehicle deliver point to my home hardly it would be 4km after reaching home we notice that engine is getting overheated immediately we called an informed the salesperson and the technician who involved in sale and demo of the vehicle and they said it is common until and unless we see any warning signal car meter were we can one warning light, but with that answer we were not satisfied and we had checked in over circle who are using we got the same answer from all is that for 4kms it should not get heated and we check once again next day morning for 1km then also the issue is same only for 1km it got overheated and again i had complained to customer care when i got call from maruti regarding feedback i have explained the issue to them and they said that they will be assigning a technician but no reply from thereafter
                    Notice: engine is getting over heated for only 1km

                    Please help in solving my problem

                      I have submitted my maruti suzuki model a-star rto no gj 27 c 5650 for repair with insurance claim on dated 08/10/2017. But kataria automobile khokhra service center, ahmadabad has given me delivery time with repair after diwali. The reason was given that spares of "a-star not available in this service station as company is not in position to provide it. Further to inform that back side bumper and its base and break and signal light are to be replaced.in the time of diwali festival i need my car but due to non availability of spares the delivery can not be possible before diwali.
                      Further reply to extra key was that the company is not in position to supply.in thew matter in no option i approach to you to resolve my complain time being.

                        I purchased a branch new ertiga in the year dec 2014. To my shock it started developing rust marks on many places within 2 years. When i first complained about this to my dealer shivam auto, they gave me complimentary servicing of the rusted portions by painting it. To my further dismay barely two months after this it started developing rust marks at the same places and many more. On again complaining it to shivam auto they sent the email...

                        I took a suzuki gixxer bike from suzuki noida last month. Now for the 3rd time i am going to the service center as my enginer oil is leaking. While running on the road the bike engine area got smoky and the oik got leaked out. Now being a customer i am suffering and the service center person is telling me not to drove speed and the behavior was also arrogant. I will not recommend anyone to buy any two wheeler from suzuki. No i want my bike/engine to be replaced.

                          Hi, we bought a new vehicle last yr registered on 6.10.2016 last week while driving suddenly some spares from engine broken to pieces and engine oil dried and my vehicle stopped suddenly with a high jerk. By gods grace we are safe where no vehicle to 300 mtr comes towards me.

                          No indication or alarm sound from the vehicle for engine malfunction comes. It proves the safety of the vehicle is technically poor.

                          No roadside assist as we towed the vehicle to shed on my own exps as we told that it was a holiday so no assist will come from our side ie.., from showroom manager. So again question of 24*7 customer care is poor.

                          My vehicle is under company warranty but responses for the above incident from the company is nil as we old that it has to be borne by me. It shows the company irresponsible.

                            I have sent my mother for reneawal of my insurance policy from maruti but on reaching the service executive refused to accept credit card payment though this was dissucssed over phone previously. They sent my mother aged 60 years to withdraw cash and when she returned they said that the relevent person has gone home and inaurance cant be done now.. What kind of service is this... Firstly due to cash withdrwal that was done by my mother as ur executive refused to accept credit card payment through my credit card i have to bear additional interest. Why cant i pay through my credit card as i have also agreed to pay additional charges that is to be deducted for paying through card.
                            Kindly take action against such executives else faith of customers like us on your company will be lost.

                              Someone from um car servicing center (Umariapan, madhya pradesh, india) have been calling me every other day from the following number ([protected]) and troubling me for last 1-year.

                              That's not all... Same person is circulating my number to bajaj finance all over india. I am getting calls from above number or bajaj finance almost everyday.

                              Kindly make note of it and take necessary action against the culprit.

                                  I deposit my celerio car in dinco motors rewari for servicing. Dey give me 3 days delivery time but dey gave me car back after 8 days, and the wheel cover is missing. Nobody is giving any suitable answer. A voice from engine is also there. The servicing of dinco motor rewari is very poor. I asked to manager also abt my wheel cover only 2 r missing 2 are fitted in car nd manager didn’t give me any good answer. Nw m going to complaint in consumer court i[censored] will not solve my problem. Thanks

                                    I stay in khopoli and i have maruti wagoner mh 06 ab 6141. I had given my car for service to sk wheels private limited khopoli, industrial estate, pune highway - 410203 phone no. Of head is [protected]. After two days of service my car developed more problems in terms of alignment and abnormal sound from wheels and they charges around rs.12000/-. (This had happened during last service also hence i had stopped giving my car this service centre for about an year or so).

                                    This time i had clearly told them that i am not going pay for this repeat problems but they did not agree and took @ rs 1300/-.

                                    Though i am raising a complaint, i am dam sure i will not give my car to any of the maruti service stations here on and advocate my friends who have maruti vehicle to not to give their cars to maruti service station, especially khopoli service station

                                      Sir i repaired my swift no hr12aa 7986 in april 2016 in insurance by jagmohan motors sonepat. After 2 monter changed left pender got faded looking differently from all car parts. I had traved in their workshop many times. Employees sachin took the photos of car in my last visit. He told me that they will sent to the company and he will inform me by phone but more than two months, workshop didn't contact me. But i am contacting many times on their number [protected]. Last someone tell me that sachin had left the job and me should travel again to workshop. He told me the manager kulbir singh 's mobile number [protected] but he is also not attending my call. Please sir do something
                                      . I am very upset and now trying to action through the legal process.
