I have booked the maruthi celirio zxi amt (O) of silver color on 1-9-2017 with dealer popular vehicles and services pvt. Ltd. At anna nagar east, chennai-600102.
But after one month today[protected] the dealer told that the silver color is not available and only possible to give red color. This is very bad, one moth before i have booked for it but now they told this.

I need only silver color only, please necessary action to get my requirement.

    I am an individual who has responsibility towards my india. I want to disclose someone fraud, is that, from ghaziabad mr. Lucky panchal, k 82, balmiki kunj, patel nagar 3rd, ghaziabad, owned a car whose number plate dl3cbç7012 is fake, is not registered in rto office, and doing sex racket with these car in his rented house at uninav height, flat no. 103, raj nagar extension, ghaziabad. I just want to inform about all these activity to you, so that, you can find is there, this car may be thieved by him. I have mentioned his both address permanent and that rented flat also. Thank you so much.

      When we booked car ertiga lxi in vadodara in kiran motors they told will get soon.. But still not get... Please do need full... We want delivery before diwali.. Please do need full... If not possible to deliver early company should be close this model... I have paid booking amount 86000/-... Please do need full... Because of late delivery impressions of maruti spoiled.. So people convert in other companies cars...

E., true value sales / tax / vehicle & charges invoice, registration certificate of 06.07.2017 from govt. Of maharashtra, motor vehicle department, pune, i. E., smart card, certificate of compliance with pollution standards, insurance certificate cum policy schedule, transfer papers duly signed and noc for the true value (Arai) maruti s – cross 1.6 alpha saloon car, vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457., delivered by you as on 05.08.2017 form your nexa showroom pune.

        Reference: purchase of true value (Arai) second hand maruti s-cross 1.6 alpha saloon car vide registration no. Mh12 ph 1457 from your nexa showroom, delivered by sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., as on 05.08.2017 (Saturday).
        Dear sir/madam,
        I pradeep jain by profession chartered accountant, resident of nagpur purchased true value (Arai) maruti s – cross 1.6 alpha saloon car, vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457., as on 05.08.2017.
        The said car sold by your sales executive madam sarika sharma and made a home delivery by your nexa showroom as on 05.08.2017 at pune. She came at the time of delivery along with showroom driver mr. Sandeep at late evening. I also went to your stock yard at bavdhan, mumbai banglore highway as on 05.08.2017 in the morning hours in between 11. Am to 1 pm for verification and selection of the car along with madam sarika sharma & driver sandeep. After confirmation of the said vehicle i also submitted the required important documents i. E., my pan card zerox, adhaar card zerox, my contact no., my date of birth, my email id etc.
        The details of my payments are as mentioned below (Total rs. 800000/-) :
        Rs. 11000.00 cash as booking amount as on 04.07.2017 at pune.
        Rs. 500000.00 rtgs as on 24.07.2017 from nagpur sbi to sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., a/c no. [protected], ifs code sbin0008044, pulgate, pune, vide transaction reference no. Itn 6904202 from pradeep jain a/c no. [protected] of sbi, nagpur as on 24.07.2017. Copy enclosed.

        At the time of delivery of the said vehicle, she assured us that the entire set of documents will be sent to your address as early as possible.
        At the time of ist service as on 22.08.2017 which i done at seva automotive pvt. Ltd., authorised dealer of maruti suzuki india ltd. At 33a/2 central midc, hingna road, nagpur - 440 016, md neha, servicing advisor and leo lawrence attended and accepted the ist free servicing of s cross 1.6 alpha vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457, after interference of madam sarika sharma on behalf of sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd. From pune. She told to madam neha of nagpur that please attend the servicing of that car which has been sold to pradeep jain, regarding documents which are presently in the name of sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., pune, will be sent in due course to the respective customer shree pradeep jain, after that the said car s – cross 1.6 alpha has been attended and made ist free servicing. Copy enclosed.
        As i am the resident of nagpur and using that car at nagpur, but the registration of car is from pune, against which i have to do some formalities with the nagpur rto after getting the noc and tto form duly signed from your side. Hence due to non receipt of the entire set of documents of my car true value (Arai) maruti s – cross 1.6 alpha saloon car, vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457, its very difficult for me to move out with the car.
        After so many telephonic discussions from last one month and recently from last 10 days she is even not attending the mobile calls which i regularly calling in the mobile no. [protected]. Now i came to the conclusion that i have no other option except to write a letter to your mail id, so that the respective head of the department should take care the commitments made by your sales executives at the time of making delivery of the said car.
        The details of the car which the sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd. Delivered to me are as mentioned below :
        Insured by you as on 11.02.2017 from bajaj allianz genaral insurance company ltd., with package policy having proposal no. 17619889 as on 11.02.2017 with policy no. Oc —[protected]-00040619 and period of insurance from 09.58:47 am 11-feb-2017 to midnight on 10-feb-2018 with insured name m/s sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., sr no. 30/1 a/p marunje
        Tal haveli, dist. Pune-411057, maharashtraof (Shown insured declared value rs. 1166803/-), with premium paid of rs.41818/- transaction no. 17011197 to hsbc bank ltd.
        Registered by you at government of maharashtra, moter vehicle department pune, mh, as on 28.06.2017 at 14.59:50, having application no. Mh[protected], ownership firm, applicant sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., pan no. Aafcs2240a, having chasis no. Ma3fnjj1s00149997, engine no. D16aa7404717, bharat stage iv, year of manufacturing 2/2017, premium silver colour, with sale amount rs. 1228214/- having cubic capacity 1598.00.
        Sale certificate in form 21 issued by manufacturer for presentation along with the application for registration of motor vehicle with the certification that maruti s-cross 1.6 alpha has been delivered by us to sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., of vetal peth a/p bhor, dist. Pune, maharashtra - 412206 on 26.06.2017.
        Tax / vehicle charges invoice in the name of sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., invoice no. Vsl16000374, invoice date 23.06.2017, key no. 50592, booking dealer 19 ne and delivery dealer 19ne by sales executive krupesh naik with total invoice value rs. 1228214/-, (Company vat tin no. [protected] v and cst tin [protected] c).
        Hence, i request you to send the following below mentioned documents immediately so that i will get the required documents which belong to me and against which the undersigned paid the entire value of your car.

        Very serious offence of cheating and Fraud done by SEHGAL AUTORIDERS, NEXA FATIMANAGAR, PUNE BUT TILL DATE no any customer support received from maruti suzuki india .

        Why maruti suzuki india company is silent about this. are they not able to deal with the dealer . if so reply so that the customer can file a suit against company and the dealer for shaking hands together and harrassing the customer by not taking action as well as not replying to the customer.

          Complaint is headlights 2no's (Rh & lh) water coming in side the reflector's forming the moisturizer. At the time of rain falling. I absurd the problem on 02/10/2017. Please rectified the problem.

            I have bought the new suzuki gixxer dd-150 orange color bike on 22nd september from aryan suzuki no.35/1, ramagondanahalli, varthur main road, whitefield main road, bangalore - 560066, opposite sigma tech park (Map). I paid the amount via paytm and bike was delivered on same day. Also, i had booked for same bike one week ahead. From the beginning itself it has hard gear problem. I have took the bike to service station. They keep the bike from morning to evening. Finally said that it is fixed, if i am ok i can take the bike. When i checked gear was still hard to change. They told to bring on next day saying the they don't have the part which has gone. They will replace on next day. I have again taken the bike into service station and kept for repair. I am not getting response even after calling many times now. First of all i have been sold the defect piece and problem is not getting addressed properly. Feeling i am keeping the bike in showroom only, even though i have purchased.

              Dear sir,

              I am vijay diwate my car no. Is mh-16 bh 9619. Swift dezire.
              At. Post-nimblak, tal& dist-ahmednagar, maharashtra.

              My car is damage on 5 aug.2017. Then car shifted to kankriya motors ahmednagar. Maharashtra. We completed all needed documents like insurance approval within a week but there is a no positive response from your authorised service centre. But till date my car maintenance work not completed, so i requested to you, please look at in this matter. Otherwise it shows your poor service for costumers waiting for your positive response

                As per premier maruti work shop kamarhati sodepur, my car alto k10 wb24ae0130 was to be delivered by 26th september, 2017 but now my service advisor mr. Aroup roy is taking more time and not providing my car as per promise. I need my car in well condition to my house by 3rd october. I have seen always maruti promises some date but never kept it.

                Hope it will be delivered by maximum 3rd october as i have given my car on 21st september, 2017. If it happens like these who will trust maruti further.

                  I hony nb/sub mohan singh have booked baleno alpha diesel car as on 10 may 2017. Stipulated pd i. E 20 weeks have been completed as on 27 sep 2017. But the same have been delivered to me till date. Request show why the company dealers cheating with customer if delivery can not be handed over to them.

                  I Hony Nb/Sub MOHAN Singh have booked a Car "Baleno Alpha Diesel, PA WHITE " as on 10 May 2017 under booking serial No SOB17001124 which is handed over to me by the maruti dealer hoshiarpur duirng the booking time.Stipulated pd i.e 20 weeks have been completed as on 27 Sep 2017. But the same has not been delivered to me till date. Request intimate present status that the booking serial No SOB17001124 will be deliver to the the customer. Request intimate shortly

                  Last day i serviced my vehicle they cost me about 978 rs litre engine oil i.e.sae5w40 but when i searched maruti genuine parts i saw it was only 471 rs per litre
                  So they charged me double amount in maruti suzuki workshop

                    I am having a car of maruti waganor dl8c ag 0994, which i had given to your service station yesterday (Sunday 1/10/17) at 10 am (Morning) with a clear instruction that i need my car in early evening as i have to go somewhere with my family. For that i had follow with concern adviser two time in day to get my car earliest. And he assure that work is going on fast.

                    But sorry to say when i reached your service station in evening 6 pm, i found my car in same place where i had parked in morning without any work. And when i discussed with concern service advise he told me that there is lot of work pressure today so we were unable to work of your car. And finally i got gate pass of my car at 7.30 pm with-out any work.

                    This is really matter of shame for you that what type of service you are giving to your customer. A road side mechanic is far better from you, who know the value of customer and his time. Just becoz of you peoples i had spoiled my all sunday without any reason and result of day was zero.

                    Taking the target of 160 is not the purpose if you are not able to deliver the services on time. Before taking the big target atleast improve your infrastructure and related machineries. And still not understand then take training from honda and hyundai service station who are working for quality not for quantity.

                      I have not yet recived my RC Book i have purchased my suzuki acess 125 in year 2010 but still not recived my RC Book i checked with dealer they tell me to we are not having your RC Book so check with RTO and RTO people saysthat we have send your RC Book so please check with your dealer for your RC Book i dont know what to do as i have given aplication in RTO but no response who is responsible for this what do do in this case how to fight with Suzuki to get my RC Book

                        I named mr mohan singh has booked a car that is "baleno alpha diesel top model colour pa white" since 10 may 2017 under registration no sob17001124 with rs. 11000/- through maruti nexa dealer hoshiarpur at punjab. Mostly about 23 weeks have been past but the delivery has not given to me till date. When the people are booking a car with dealer they believe to everyone that with in 16 weeks, the delivery should be passing to them. Can i know what the the reason that csd booking products are not given to them with in stipulated pd. If this practice have running continue, then most of people in india believes out from "maruti suzuki india". Kindly provide me booking product before dussehra festival. I am believe that your co-operation is highly appreciated for me.

                            Hi i booked service around 5:pm today and i went to leave my swift vdi car for the first service
                            I went to the service area and asked for the service person i was told prasanna is the guy will come so i was waiting
                            After some time few people crossed me i asked them to take my car service on one helped me nor responded me well
                            My vehicle crossed 1045 km if any problem come company is liable not me...
                            Poor customer service

                            If no actions taken will escalate to higher level.

                              My baleno car was got to them for second service after that i saw my cars roof and bonet was having some gummy material as patches and when i told them they told me u can come tomorrow
                              Unfortunately my car got accident next day and i took claim and after that the patches got increased from two to seven on bumpers and doors and i got my car uncleaned seats were having white material on it
                              Maybe compound or whitewash when i told service manager he said it's insurance claim related and the person in insurance dept can't listen and said to his boyput car outside their workshop highly disappointed worst experience jaycee motors amritsar

                                I booked maruti suzuki swift on 21 aug 2016 from d - 393, sector 10, noida, uttar pradesh, 201301. I booked car by of rs11000/- (Eleven thousand only) paytm transfer contacted with mr. Vikash/mr. Tarik. He promised me to deliver me the car within a week or whenever i want. This car i was planning from long time and hope you can understand how i am managing all. I had explained this to mr. Vikas at the time of booking.

                                I visited sbi branch for loan process along with mr. Vikar kumar and after approval he assured me car will be deliver in first week of sep'17 but they are unable to deliver car. After this i contacted to mr. Vikas but he was not picking my phone or no any single confirmation was coming from his side.

                                Then i got contact details of team leader mr. Surendar & mr. Saurabh and i contacted to him and they respond well, they told “we will call you and will provide you delivery date asap “ but from past 20-25 days i am just taking follow-up for the same and did not gave the delivery status of car.

                                I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from maruti plant and car availability at maruti. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car, help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car to me before this sunday otherwise i have to do something else.

                                I am attaching car loan approval slip, car quotation for your reference.

                                I am also working in same professionalism of "service & support" and touchwood we never made such frustrating condition for customer. I don't know whether i became a culprit just because i am trusting on maruti & maruti person.

                                I have booked a car in maruti suzuki showroom ertiga tour m cng variant on 9th September, 2021 .From the showroom side they said your car will take 2 months to arrive .after 2 months the sales guy contact us and said our car was arrived and arrange the loan amount.The loan was approved and processed by the bank .After the full payment they said the car will arrive within 1 week but the car was not delivered.so we contacted the showroom the showroom people carelessly said that the cng approval of the car was not came .They said: don't worry it will come next month.we paid the first due amount around 20 thousand and next month second emi due also came but the approval was not came .so they returned the loan amount to the bank.due to this we have have loss of nearly 60 thousand.Now the approval also came . today's date is June 6, 2022 the car was not delivered till now .if we call they will say( the car arrive's means we will give sir). I'm giving booking receipt below

                                      Sir/ma'm my complaint is that, that i wanna a buy a car whose off was given to me by two dealers one of my city dealer of branch says that we will give you 15000 of a. C series and 15000 of cash discount and after that we will contact to indore dealer and then they says we will give you 22000 of cash discount and 8000 of a. C series. Just tell me one thing if i was not do contact with indore dealer then i was not get the profit of 7000 my mean to say the the my city dealer of gwalior branch was looting me which is not fine it's my request from you is that do contact with gwalior dealer and tell them that they will give right information to their costumers.
