I am having a car of maruti waganor dl8c ag 0994, which i had given to your service station yesterday (Sunday 1/10/17) at 10 am (Morning) with a clear instruction that i need my car in early evening as i have to go somewhere with my family. For that i had follow with concern adviser two time in day to get my car earliest. And he assure that work is going on fast.

But sorry to say when i reached your service station in evening 6 pm, i found my car in same place where i had parked in morning without any work. And when i discussed with concern service advise he told me that there is lot of work pressure today so we were unable to work of your car. And finally i got gate pass of my car at 7.30 pm with-out any work.

This is really matter of shame for you that what type of service you are giving to your customer. A road side mechanic is far better from you, who know the value of customer and his time. Just becoz of you peoples i had spoiled my all sunday without any reason and result of day was zero.

Taking the target of 160 is not the purpose if you are not able to deliver the services on time. Before taking the big target atleast improve your infrastructure and related machineries. And still not understand then take training from honda and hyundai service station who are working for quality not for quantity.

    I have not yet recived my RC Book i have purchased my suzuki acess 125 in year 2010 but still not recived my RC Book i checked with dealer they tell me to we are not having your RC Book so check with RTO and RTO people saysthat we have send your RC Book so please check with your dealer for your RC Book i dont know what to do as i have given aplication in RTO but no response who is responsible for this what do do in this case how to fight with Suzuki to get my RC Book

      I named mr mohan singh has booked a car that is "baleno alpha diesel top model colour pa white" since 10 may 2017 under registration no sob17001124 with rs. 11000/- through maruti nexa dealer hoshiarpur at punjab. Mostly about 23 weeks have been past but the delivery has not given to me till date. When the people are booking a car with dealer they believe to everyone that with in 16 weeks, the delivery should be passing to them. Can i know what the the reason that csd booking products are not given to them with in stipulated pd. If this practice have running continue, then most of people in india believes out from "maruti suzuki india". Kindly provide me booking product before dussehra festival. I am believe that your co-operation is highly appreciated for me.

          Hi i booked service around 5:pm today and i went to leave my swift vdi car for the first service
          I went to the service area and asked for the service person i was told prasanna is the guy will come so i was waiting
          After some time few people crossed me i asked them to take my car service on one helped me nor responded me well
          My vehicle crossed 1045 km if any problem come company is liable not me...
          Poor customer service

          If no actions taken will escalate to higher level.

            My baleno car was got to them for second service after that i saw my cars roof and bonet was having some gummy material as patches and when i told them they told me u can come tomorrow
            Unfortunately my car got accident next day and i took claim and after that the patches got increased from two to seven on bumpers and doors and i got my car uncleaned seats were having white material on it
            Maybe compound or whitewash when i told service manager he said it's insurance claim related and the person in insurance dept can't listen and said to his boyput car outside their workshop highly disappointed worst experience jaycee motors amritsar

              I m gaurav pandey customer of maruti suzuki swift ldi granite grey.

              I booked maruti suzuki swift on 21 aug 2016 from d - 393, sector 10, noida, uttar pradesh, 201301. I booked car by of rs11000/- (Eleven thousand only) paytm transfer contacted with mr. Vikash/mr. Tarik. He promised me to deliver me the car within a week or whenever i want. This car i was planning from long time and hope you can understand how i am managing all. I had explained this to mr. Vikas at the time of booking.

              I visited sbi branch for loan process along with mr. Vikar kumar and after approval he assured me car will be deliver in first week of sep'17 but they are unable to deliver car. After this i contacted to mr. Vikas but he was not picking my phone or no any single confirmation was coming from his side.

              Then i got contact details of team leader mr. Surendar & mr. Saurabh and i contacted to him and they respond well, they told “we will call you and will provide you delivery date asap “ but from past 20-25 days i am just taking follow-up for the same and did not gave the delivery status of car.

              I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from maruti plant and car availability at maruti. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car, help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car to me before this sunday otherwise i have to do something else.

              I am attaching car loan approval slip, car quotation for your reference.

              I am also working in same professionalism of "service & support" and touchwood we never made such frustrating condition for customer. I don't know whether i became a culprit just because i am trusting on maruti & maruti person.

              I have booked a car in maruti suzuki showroom ertiga tour m cng variant on 9th September, 2021 .From the showroom side they said your car will take 2 months to arrive .after 2 months the sales guy contact us and said our car was arrived and arrange the loan amount.The loan was approved and processed by the bank .After the full payment they said the car will arrive within 1 week but the car was not delivered.so we contacted the showroom the showroom people carelessly said that the cng approval of the car was not came .They said: don't worry it will come next month.we paid the first due amount around 20 thousand and next month second emi due also came but the approval was not came .so they returned the loan amount to the bank.due to this we have have loss of nearly 60 thousand.Now the approval also came . today's date is June 6, 2022 the car was not delivered till now .if we call they will say( the car arrive's means we will give sir). C series and 15000 of cash discount and after that we will contact to indore dealer and then they says we will give you 22000 of cash discount and 8000 of a. C series. Just tell me one thing if i was not do contact with indore dealer then i was not get the profit of 7000 my mean to say the the my city dealer of gwalior branch was looting me which is not fine it's my request from you is that do contact with gwalior dealer and tell them that they will give right information to their costumers.                       I am owner of swift desire veh no hr 21j 5955.in month of feb this year, i faced the problem related to shifting of gears and repaired it on 9th feb from unique maruti with expenditure of approx 13000 (Same may be produced for ready reference).
                      The same problem arise again in month of july first week and as i working in military engg services as je e/m in chandimandir cantonment area i visit to autopace automobile located at panchkula and asked for repair.
                      It was told to me that the synchronizing ring with clutch plate will be replaced with estimation of rs 11000. I told them about already repaired the same and i also show them the bill o[censored]nique maruti. They told me that we can not do any thing in this matter and advice me to contact me to unique maruti hissar.
                      When i explain my problem to unique maruti on phone it was told to me that mechanical parts do not have any warranty.
                      In this matter i want to know that no 1 automobile company how can be irresponsible with quality assurance. Secondaly, should i visit hissar everytime when i face the problem? Is the veh repair is under warranty or not? If it is under warranty then suggest me maruti service centre nearest to chandimandir cantonment.
                      Hope for positive response in short time.

                        We booked a baleno car from maruti suzuki nexa ahmednagar showroom six months ago, our allotted car came to showroom on 6th of september and they asked us to pay the amount. Because of some issues there was delay in the payment and they started abusing us on the daily basis and forcing us to pay the amount in abusive language. And on 25th of september without concerning and informing, they cancelled our car and gave it to someone else. This is mental harassment as well as unethical behavior.

                          Sir recently i gave my wife's car at anand motor agency in chinhat lucknow after an accident. They have stolen away some good working body parts of my car and put old and bad working parts in my car. This is pure cheating with customers. They charged huge bill for all repairs, then why did they steal parts of my car. They must be cheating all customers like this who gave their car at anand motor agency chinhat lucknow for repair after an accident.

                            I have complaint about worst customer services.

                            I have maruti car - ciaz of rj number, but i am regularly getting calls and message from tr sawhney motor, patparganj for servicing of car number dl6cm-8716. I have only 1 car on my name & registered number of rj.

                            Complaint was already raised a year ago to both service centers (Tr sawhney motor, patparganj & technoy motors, udaipur) but nothing is changed yet.

                            I am still getting calls from tr sawhney motor, patparganj for service due.

                                My old car no-wb 06g9148 handed over to machino techno on01/08/2016 n bought maruti wagon r vx 02ak0317 fm machino techno kolkata alipore road. But still now complain reg traffic violation cases getting lodged in my name against my old car. Matter reported to mr nilratan manna n mr jiten murmu of yr true value office doga road kolkata no of times oer telephone but no information recd so far. When i told them that i will inform to ur head office, they said u can go ahead n cplain. The last case against my old car wb06g9148 waslodged on 11th sept 2017, case no mmpc114092/17.                                   All meters working except km/h... Sai service pune insisting to replace complete instrument panel which is costing huge. I am totally dissatisfied with this response. Moreover if we tab upper desk of instrument panel it is working.. I have never seen such a casual approach by any dealer like sai service pune. I strongly feel that my this genuine problem to resolved without any delay... Please note - i have paid for extended warranty too.

                                  Also note : this problem started after my car serviced recently at sai service pune.

                                  Sai service approach towards customers are very casual & only trying increase the bills by removing so called defective parts..

                                  I am a professional engineer working for mnc company & totally dissatisfied with service rendered by sai service pune.

                                    my car sold me ritz vxi bs4 in may 2017 details mh12 fy 3588, car had lot of issues like clutch ac trance-mission shifting etc.

                                    called up sales person who sold it , he asked me to get it serviced.

                                    When i asked him to pick it up from my place he refused to do that and said my car do not provide pick n drop to
                                    True value cars.

                                    Then called up sales manger he agreed to pick n drop and asked to contact service dept

                                    I got call from service adviser told him all issues.

                                    i was surprised to see that even after service all issues were not fixed my car just washed the car and returned , had word with manger vp no effect.

                                    Awre that i have bought maruti vehicle not mercedez benz, he kept shouting and use harsh language constantly he also added that if i need good service why
                                    Did not buy hyundai or vw car to get great customer experience.

                                    i was shocked to hear that .

                                    I need monetary compensation for this verbal assault my car has to
                                    Pay me 1 million gbp to buy mercedez car so that i wont trouble them in future

                                    Also spoke to maruti person. He said he is helpless and can not help in this regard.

                                    I am sure maruti person is protecting such ppl.

                                    Within the 5 month car ingine is not working (blocked)
                                    When time to time servicing are done
                                    At maruti Suzuki Chougule service satara
                                    When car are submitted on servicing Center they says that oil and coolent are mix therefor ingine block

                                      Worst service provided by suzuki motorcycle. I purchased suzuki access 125 in 2015 november, in september 2017 smoke out too much. I visited autozone on 6th or 7th sep for service but manager told to me part will be available on 18th, after that everyday i’m calling he told to me check after 2-3 days. Why you are selling vehicle if you do not have enough part to deliver on time.
                                      I don’t have choice of word for both of you suzuki and autozone.
