Hello sir,
My name is balwant ram and mobile no [protected]. I have swift dzire vdi car and no is "pb01b3534" model feb 2017. I have taken insurance from nation insurance company. My policy is number is[protected]. Accident happend with my car few month back. When accident happend my driver went in autopace service center and they told us or guide us if you take insurance claim now, your insurance will finished. So do repair outside, so that your insurance will continue as it is. That's why i got repaired my dent out side. Somehow dent is not fully repaired by outside mechanic at that time. So now when i went again autopace service center, they are saying why you have done repairing outside. I dealt with mr. Ashish and mr. Kiranjeet singh, they even said that car insurance only include one side of car but it is bumper to bumper insurance as it is first insurance after i bought the car. I am facing lot of harassment from them as they are not even entertaining my insurance claim and giving me wrong policy details. I am looking for justice from your side.

    Hello,
    As i left my car for servicing and sorting out the problem i have mentioned is been cleared but now another regarding auto sensation door locking system and reverse alarm isn't working before giving it for service it was working good after i got it from servicing the problem mentioned above as occured and i don't think i could give a fair feedback about your service centre.

      I bought the scooter for my daughter in 2013 from signature motors india pvt ltd. Till the company service period every thing was fine. This year i took an annual service contract and every thing has gone wrong from then. None of the repair work pointed out at the time of service is completed. They don't even have a customer care recorded line which i cannot believe such a reputed company like suzuki will entertain. The state of the scooter has become dangerous for my daughter to drive because of the neglect on repairing the complaint. For example three service before the supervisor told me that the front suspension has to be changed. I asked him to do it. The scooter was returned without doing it because the spare was not available. This same thing was repeated after two months. This time i called the service center and confirmed that the spare parts are available and i gave the scooter for service today. Now i got a call that the spare is not available and they can't even confirm when it will be available. Is this really one can expect from an authorized suzuki service center?

        My self arun m from pune.in last month my car damage by accident in solapur
        12 aug 2017 i towing a car and sent to maruti suzuki solapur showroom, 18 aug 2017 my insurance company members came and check a damages,
        24th aug 2017 insurance company given a green signal for work. Till that day to 12 sept 2017. Show room people still not start a work. After long discussion.18sept my car ready to delivery. After all payment procedure has been done but still car not deliver till today 21st sept 2017.
        Now after 4 day he said, you have to pay
        Petrol charge, toll charges, driver payments, driver lunch charge, driver return ticket charges etc... And after all we will deliver your car...

          Last year i had purchased the alto car from sai service. I had taken extended warranty from maruti suzuki and not from sai service. But they have send me threatening email and message on whatup that if i dnt renew my insurance they will cancel my extended warranty. Ms devyani from sai service has tourched me by calling again and again on this issue. Its purely the customers choice to select from which maruti service dealer they want to do renew of car insurance.

            I got my car serviced from kiran motors andheri (West) mumbai. Vehicle no. Mh04-eh-5039 swift dzire on 6th sept, 2017. After receiving the car i observed that the knob of the gear is broken. I have tried contacting service adviser, however he was not reachable for 2 days. On 3rd day i called the board line of the service and appraised the executive of the issue and service adviser details. She confirmed me that service adviser mr. Prathamesh will call back. However i didn't any call, very next i again call the board line and i got the same answer but no one called me.
            Few days latter their feed team called and i expressed that i was not satisfied with their service. She confirmed that mr. Ravindra the service head will call me back but it vain. Till date no one has call back or resolved my issue.
            Request early resolution and provide gear knob for my car.

              High handedness at the hands of msm okhla phase ii new delhi

              Hit and trial method for repair just to increase the repair bill

              At the outset, i wish to draw your attention towards this link:

              Sir,

              With all apologies, i wish to bring to your notice that the incharge of the unit refused to share your email id or phone number which should have been displayed in the workshop to provide better customer service and redress complaints of the customers who are harassed at the hands of the the staff and want to escalate their issues.

              This is regarding service outlet - maruti service masters at okhla phase ii.

              I am arun juneja, r/o 664, sector-a, pocket - c, vasant kunj, new delhi. I went to msm okhla for servicing of my car no hr 51aj 9834 (Sx4) on 26.7.17. Please peruse my record which will reveal that i have never ever got my car serviced from any unauthorized service station since i bought it.

              I told the service advisor mr basu that the car engine is misfiring and also it stopped at idling and jerked while accelerating. This was the major defect i had brought to the notice which can be verified from the job card. It was a routine service after 10000 kms. The car was handed over to naïve/untrained mechanic who was not aware of finding fault and instead resorted to hit and trial methods. Firstly he told me that spark plugs needed to be changed again after 10000 kms (Which were not even retd back after changing) though the same were changed in last service vide job card jc16013426 dt 8.7.2016 where many repairs/jobs were carried out and billed amount was rs 14730/- (Bill attached). Many other unnecessary very costly checks were suggested again which were not required after running of about 10000 km. Many parts/jobs were again repeated viz fuel injector or injector holder and i was charged exorbitantly for all hit and trial methods. Please compare the bill with the previous bill of 2016 and you will see which jobs were repeated which were not required. I was not satisfied with the job when i was told that the car is ready, but the floor incharge or some other person took a road check and told that the car was ok and engine was not missing, though i wanted to convince him that i have been driving the car for the last seven years myself and i know the smoothness but he was not convinced and compelled me to take the car and was billed for rs 7986/- job card jc[protected]Bill enclosed)

              A week later i called up mr basu to tell that the car is again missing and he sent a so called mechanic to check who said that the car was ok but it shoud have been checked through computer for ruling out any problem. Still no solution was provided. I called up mr basu again that there is a problem but he insisted me to visit again if i wanted to check and since i was to go out of station i expressed my inability but no solution was provided. A harassment for customer of vasant kunj for visiting okhla again and again for the same problem. After i came back, while driving again the engine started jerking and i had travelled only one km from home that the car was over heated. I called up mr basu again about the problem who said that he will send the driver for bringing the car.
              Sir, the driver came in the morning and told, without even starting, that he will not take the car as it was being overheated and went to vasant vihar to pick up other car he was assigned after he refused to take mine and i was told to send the car through crane. (Bill of rs 800/-enclosed). This expenditure was solely due to irresponsible behaviour of the mechanic and service advisor. Mr basu was not available in the workshop on 29.8.17 so the car was handed over to other service advisor mr nigam.

              To my utter surprise, the callousness of the floor incharge and the service advisor, the car was retained in the workshop for six days (29.8.17 morning till 3.9.17) for checking the problem. Does it take this much time to identify the problem? On 30.8.17 at about 4pm, (After the car was with the workshop for about two days) i was told that the fan has stopped working and its motor needs to be changed. The coolant was drained out. Then i was told that ignitors have problem due to which there was missing in the engine which need to be changed. Many other parts were changed for the problem. I am sure that many of these parts did not require change as it must have been decided to change all parts from which this problem can emanate without going into root cause of the problem. The first thing to be checked when engine fires back is ignitors. As a layman and because i had already faced the same problem with my other car, i asked about the ignitors and i was told that they have been checked and are ok then how can they be faulty in a few days time. (Bill enclosed)
              This was the connivance of the floor manager mr devender with mr nigam to teach me a lesson as i had called number of times for explanation on the previous service which was mere a month back and they had no justifying reply to give.

              Again on 18.9.2017, the car backfired and started overheating. I called up the floor incharge to inform him and he again said very lightly to send the car again to the workshop. This is the workman ship of the okhla workshop. However, a driver was sent and the car was again taken to the workshop on 18.9.17. The coolant was again drained out but there were no signs of its being drained out from the cap side.

              See the irresponsible behavior of the floor manager and service incharge that till 12.30 i did not get any information about the status of my car. I called up and asked mr nigam, who had promised me to call by 10am next day to find out the problem and he very callously said that he had not seen the car yet. When i told him that i will bring his attitude to the notice of the director, even then he was not bothered and he called me at about 2pm and told that the leakage of the coolant was from one of the pipes and also two more heating hose pipes needed to be changed. When i asked why was it not checked the second time the car came to them, he said how would we come to know and why should we check when it is not suggested in manual. I was told that the coolant leaked due to leakage in a pipe which was leaking on 3.9.17 also, but which was not noticed and instead the motor of my fan was changed. I even don’t know if the changed old part (Fan) belongs to my car or not. Again i was told that a valve has been damaged when the car got overheated. I do have all the reasons to believe that the parts replaced at my cost were damaged due to bad workman ship and not finding the exact fault in the car even after keeping it for six days.

              The company is 35 years old and the service advisors and mechanics should know that a car which is 7 years old need rubber parts replaced even if these checks are not given in the manual.

              I request you to compensate for the mental trauma and harassment at the hands of your employees and refund of extra charges charged from me and crane charges spent by me for your bad workmanship and for refusing to pick up the car. Also please take action against all erring officials which would act as a deterrent.

                Krank n gearz llp located at new link road, borivali (W) is an authorized suzuki service shop.

                The owner kareem is a fraudster, sells accessories as first copy stuffs does not provide you with the billing invoice. Deals only in cash, if asked for an invoice provides you only the rough copy with the gst included. Not a man of words, after purchasing anything if you face any issue this man will show you his true colours. Fake commitments.

                Purchasing a bike from them is a strictly no-no, he will tell you that we are only dealing with services and accessories. This dealer sells old mfg year bikes, after making the payment and delivery and receiving the rc from the govt i. E after 1.5 months you will come to know about his actual mfg. While purchasing, in the insurance he will mention the current year as mfg which won't be the same after receiving the rc paper.

                And then you won't be able to do anything.

                Please avoid this scammer. Looting the consumer in the name of services.
                Hey, yes i agree with you Rahul. Mr Karim and his partner/employee Ricki are fraudsters. They're good on blaming the consumers. Just saw your post and thought of supporting you with this fraudster dealer.

                Faced a similar issue 6 months ago. Been only a year or so they've opened the showroom. Deals with their partner who has a big name in the suzuki, dream suzuki. They will only provide you with their bills and their own services would be only in cash. First copy stuffs are their biggest source of income. Booked a jacket from them ₹25000. Gave them the token amount and after a week while going for the delivery they say sorry my partner/employee Ricki have given you the wrong rates. The actual amount is ₹35000. So i tried canceling it and asked for my refund booking amount, but according to them it's against their policy. You have to purchase anything from them, they won't refund you.

                Ended up buying 4 helmets. Big scammers in the business and using the name of Suzuki in services. Please avoid them. There should be a way for us consumers to report them to Suzuki so they lose their licenses. Been a horrible experience.

                  I have done the payment for the renewal of the payment on 29th augest still they have not provided me the copy of insurance till 19th sept.

                  I have done full payment, called them number of times till no success.

                  The insurance is issued by sk wheels turbhe. Even if multiple reminders were sent to them there was no success.

                  It was promissed by the sk wheels that i will get the hard copy delivered to my home address in 1 days still no action from their side.

                  Representative name from sk wheels: kavita and hetal.

                        My car was gone accidental repair, but still after a month, some pending issues still not repaired.
                        Service center response is very poor to resolve my problem, while i have made full payment. Thats why they are not responding.
                        It has been four weeks for continuously following with service center, but they always tell me to bring car after 3days but when i bring car there, they excuse non availability of material.
                        Now they have stopped receiving my phone or convey the massage through other person that he is not in center right now.
                        I am totally unhappy with maruti services. I can't do anything because i have made full payment.
                        Kindly help.

                          vibration problem in my maruti celerio vxi car (cng)

                          I had bought the new celerio car last month (20.08.2017) from vipul motos pvt ltd, faridabad, since then i am facing the vibration problem while gear shifting & silencer side although the first service is also done in my car but still the problem is not resolved. During the service the technician cleans up sparking plugs & injectors but proved futile. Moreover they told me it’s a 3 cylinder based car hence vibration...

                          Till yet Maruti People are not able to give us delievery as they always come with new theory and Excuse.. As United India Insurance company already paid for the charges.

                          The Service Person who is looking for our car Name is KULDEEP with his contact number [protected]. and the GM of Ajmer Branch is not attending our calls from last Few Days..

                          As with long terms and as involved in Business i Hired an taxi to visit my factory and other business places and paying on daily basis. May i know if i need to pay for the taxi why should i bear the car..

                          As each and every one at Maruti Suzuki making excuse for the delievery..

                          If they are untrend why they took our car responsibility.. As the work is of a day or two..

                          I need to know if they will deliever my car or they are using my car as an taxi to earn money out their .. as we are 50 Km's far from service center so its not fisible for us to go and look every day

                              Please be informed that i am a non resident indian. My name is sreekumar.
                              I have booked for maruti dzire vxi amt m/grey and paid the advance on 12th june 2017.
                              Today is 15th september. I am going back after my vacation on 18th september. I booked this car assuring the commitment from the dealer that it would be delivered before my return after vacation. Regret to inform you that there is no proper response or support from this dealer except the follow up for the payment.

                              I am really too much upset and fed up with the kind of customer care from this dealer. Requested to address my concern with priority

                                Here am writing this email due to the bad experience i had from your dealer at shakumbari autowheels pvt. Ltd, nexa, roorkee uttarakhand.

                                I would like to name and tell you the whole story what happened. I visited the showroom on[protected] with my husband to enquire about maruti ignis zeta petrol mt (Single tone). I was entertained by sales executive mr. Ahmer khawaza. The car was to be purchased in the name of my father-in-law dr. Anil kumar agarwal (Senior surgeon u. P. Govt. Bareilly) in c/o my husband residing in haridwar, uttarakhand. I told him that i shall consult my in-laws and confirm you about the same.

                                Later, on[protected], we again visited the showroom to finalize the deal. Mr. Ahmer greeted warmly to us. He provided us a discount of rs.10000 (By maruti) + rs. 3100 (Corporate) and rs.15000 (Cash discount). Also an additional discount of rs.15000 was provided on car accessories. This was confirmed by the showroom manager mr. Shailendra kumar. So, we paid the booking amount of rs.11000.

                                Afterwards, i told them the remaining amount will be transferred on[protected] through rtgs by my father-in-law as[protected] was 4th saturday, the next day was sunday and[protected] was holiday on account of eid-ul-fitar in the bank.

                                I asked mr. Shailendra to give me this in written but he told me i can’t give you this in written. So, i told him i have booking this deal with your words as assurance to me.

                                On[protected], in the morning, i called mr. Ahmer to further confirm the deal and how much remaining amount i have to do rtgs. He told me to add ex-showroom price + registration + insurance and deduct rs.28100 from this. Also, an additional discount of rs.15000 will be provided on accessories at the time of delivery.

                                Rs.11000 booking amount was already paid. He told me to transfer remaining amount.

                                So, on[protected], i reached the showroom by 11 a. M. To again re-confirm the payment from mr. Shailendra and mr. Kunal.

                                Mr. Shailendra told me to pay remaining rs.6, 05, 000. My father-in-law has made an r. T. G. S. Of amount rs.4, 95, 000 by 2 p. M. And remaining rs.1, 10, 000 was paid in cash in the evening by 5 p. M. We included accessories of amount rs.25000 (Of which 15000 was provided as discount).

                                After that we waited till 8 p. M. For our delivery but another inconvenience occurred. Your employee has mentioned loan as mode of payment in insurance instead of cash/r. T. G. S. I was later told that the insurance will be completed by tomorrow. I was denied to take my car. Later mr. Shailendra and mr. Kunal asked me to give an undertaking to take my car. The time was around 9:15 p. M. As it was too late, i provided the undertaking and took the car. Also, it was told to me by mr. Shailendra that he will sent the documents next day.

                                I waited next day for my documents but when i didn’t receive, i called mr. Ahmer on[protected] for the same and he told me he will get them deliver the same day by night or next day in the morning.

                                Later on[protected], my husband received a call from mr. Ahmer at 12:30 p. M. That we have to pay an extra amount of rs.4500 for registration for “care of”. I felt like cheated. My husband told him that it was already informed to them before the deal that registration will be done in the name of my father-in-law in c/o my husband. This amount was never told by him at that time. Later in the evening, my husband again called mr. Ahmer and he told that the company is paying the amount on your behalf. His attitude showed that we are at fault and we felt humiliated.

                                On[protected], mr. Kunal called me and told me that you have to pay an amount of rs.25000 otherwise you will not be receiving the documents. The behaviour of the staff is very ignorant, harsh and pathetic. It felt like harassment and blackmailing from maruti.in the evening, i called mr. Shailendra and he started quoting the same thing and dropped my call without listening my problem. To sort out the problem, we visited again on[protected] and told him about the offer. Mr. Shailendra started denying an extra discount of 15000 on accessories. I was not expecting such cheating attitude from a renowned maruti showroom sales personnel. He didn’t even call the sales executive mr. Ahmer and emotionally blackmailed us that mr. Ahmer has two children and his one month salary will be deducted and so & so. After that we requested him to meet the gm maruti nexa roorkee but he denied us the meeting.
                                We have taken the matter with tsm mr. Avijit but all in vain. Mr. Avijit told me that he is making a payment of rs.15000 on your behalf. Behavior of your employees mr. Avijit, mr. Ahmer and mr. Shailendra were unprofessional with a lady and we were forced to pay rs.20000. After that i called mr. Avijit and told him that i have paid rs.20000 and you do not need to pay. He told me that i will refund you the excess amount but we have not received the amount back.
                                In addition, mr. Shailendra started demanding rs.1746 as penalty for registration for not submitting the documents. We have already submitted all documents on day of purchase. He has put on hold for submission.
                                Next day i complained on nexa customer care. Then we got a call from showroom manager mr. Shailendra they forced us to close our complain and they offer 2yr extended warranty, teflon coating, washing coupon and some minor accessories in place of complained closing.
                                And then they also promised us that they would not create any problems in future like r. C. And numberplate.
                                On 26th july a sms came on my husband's phone for number plate after that i call to nexa showroom but they didn't respond us. On 30 july my husband went to maruti service center roorkee. There he call mr. Shailendra for r. T. O. Slip but as usual they again didn't respond us.
                                After all on 4th aug i complained again on nexa customer care.
                                Then they gave us our rto slip but we didn't get our registration amount receipt.
                                Now we want that mr. Shailendra have to give in written that all the offers and compensation they offered us verbally.

                                I have been a customer of maruti from past 25 years. Staring from maruti van, maruti 800, maruti zen, maruti zen estilo and now maruti nexa ignis, i always appreciated maruti sales and services.

                                But after this, it is clear that maruti, the premium nexa is also encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the name maruti by creating market monopoly. This is a complete case of fraud. I have been mentally tortured by maruti nexa roorkee. I would take a legal action against maruti in the consumer forum if my problem is not resolved for all the inconvenient caused to us. Maruti, the premium nexa should take an immediate action against the dealer.

                                  I have buy two wagnor with cng fro rohan motor ghaziabad after that we have taken all services from motor craft ghaziabad since 4.5 year, always they are convinced me to change all the mechanical parts as per the requirement as per the suggestion from your engineer we have change the all mechanical parts along with oil and accessories also but till date there in any information regarding fire extinguisher which is very important to all cng car user.
                                  Can you explain why not inform us to re-fill the gas or change the fire extinguisher which is very important accessories toward safety.
                                  I have regular inform to your agency pls let me know about the process but till now there is no action taken by the agency along with customer incharge also.

                                  Note : we have planning to buy one more car from maruti motor craft) means already i have booked.
                                  Pls let me know should i purchase or not, bcoz our confidential data mobile no and res address given to other banker for finance after that i have rcv more call from finance co through reff of your name motor craft.
                                  Any document given to you means i understand my confidential data distribute to other dealers or finance co or credit card agency.

                                  Pls explain me on priority other wise we are going to cancel my booking from maruti agency motor craft.

                                    Sir on 31.08.2017 while driving the car my son met with a severe accident on nh6 near dhulagarh due to removal of wheel. I have sent the car to the nearest maruti body shop. Though they verbally told that repairing cost will be around one lac but today they send an estimate around 2.20 lacs. Here i am attaching both the estimate given by bhandari automobiles and photo of the car wheel.
                                    Being a maruti buyer and a shareholder of maruti i am requesting you to intervene into the matter. As the car is 10 yrs old the insurance company (Sbigen) advised me i will not be able to get lump sum amount for repair. Now i request maruti to compensate me as the accident is due to purely machanical fault.
