I bought suzuki access this year from shri shakti dealer, krishna nagar, delhi. I gave my scooty for first service about one month back, since then my scooty getting switched off while running. I have come 3 times to service centre beneath the dealer showroom but to no use. Very incompetent and unprofessional behaviour by the staff there. They make me wait for 2-3 hours, unable to find the fault and then send me back everything. I come from dilshad garden and i am a doctor by profession. I cannot come again again for the same single complaint. If service executives are unable to correct the fault, replace my vehicle or give me refund of my money. Last service request was done on thursday. If you also don't help, i will file fir for cheating /fraud.

    I am a owner of commercial dzire tour and from 1 year i haven't got my refund. My dealer is premier car world pvt ltd kamarhatti kolkata and still no response from the dealer, regional office, ms customer care. I have submitted all documents they want. Sona debi wb 11d 0764 howrah wb. Please do something about this matter and give back my refund. From 6 months i am trying to know why i haven't got my refund but everyone is saying your work is still on process but no results till now..

    I have given my car for general routine service, but without my permission they did injector cleaning only for enhancement of bill . This type of practice breach customer and company relationship and spoil the name of reputed Maruti Shuziki company. .

        Sir, on receipt of message from mandovi motors that discount up to 50% on paid service is offered from 29 the aug to 03th aug2017, i left my vehicle for servicing. While taking delivery of vehicle, only rs 600/ was offered as discount on total labour bill of 3052/ excluding spares bill of rs 4494/. So i felt cheated by them. Pl clarify regarding this as i am with maruthi as customer for the past 30 years & this is my 4 th maruthi vehicle & that too with the same dealer. Regards. Madan mohan gk.

          Iam from satna-madhya pradesh -485001. I have a ciaz zdi+ bought from city cars (A unit of agrawal motors) at satna, m. P. On december 2016. This complaint i am registering due to unprofessional behaviour & very pathetic repair service done by city cars service division at satna. My car was accidented on march 2016 from front section & when i gave them for complete repair of my car at service center of city cars they told me that car get slight heated on that time before repairing car sound, vibration&average are all very good. Now i told them to make a refresh service of my car & ask that every should perfect after repair. They told me every thing should as new don't worry sir. & then i told them to get the survey & claimed to insurance company because i have a zero debth claim insurance which means their is no extra cost comes in doing repair service only the d. O. Charge is applicable. After all they made a bill of 35000 rs extra charges after survey claim & after hot discussion they released my car after getting 7500 rs from me were as the claiming d, o. Charge is 13 or 1400 rs as i knew. Now comes in repairing category as i got my car & taken a trial their is lot of noice, vibration & average effect shown to me & i refer them to make this ok as the car is in previous condition & told them after changing such a lot things like head, volve & more other why the noice gets high & vibration in a cars as well average is also showing of 12 km/hr why is it that.&they have refuses me by giving answer that every thing ll' adjust automatically as u drive. By getting this answer i checked out from service center with my cars & after driving near by 1000 km their should not any thing happened although the same noice, vibration occuring & average is fluctuating either it comes 11.9 km/hr or some time 12.2 km/hr. Again i went for service of my car & told the same thing as previous & again they refer me the same answer. No one is their to handle it properly behaving as a unprofessional i am wrighting this complaint because i got frustrated by their unprofessional behaviour. After changing of head, volve & most of other parts why the noise, vibration& average of car is effected. My car is effected by doing their repair service. Kindly check in this matter otherwise i fill a complaint against this behaviour treated to a customer by ur car dealer.               Dear sir / madam,
              Good evening,
              I am mahendra kumar from air force station udhmapur. Today i visited j&k vehicleleads pvt ltd udhampur (J&k) for my first car servicing. It was a very unpleasant experience and it pains me to inform you that the workshop staff did not do anything in my car. Even they did not carry out the basic daily inspection. A mechanic just opened the car bonut hardly for 10 seconds and closed it. After 10 minutes mr. Ranjeev told me that your car servicing has been done and shortly you will get your gate pass for leaving. All time i was available with my car so there are no chances that they have done it and i could not see it. Initially before preparing job sheet mr ranjeev (Rep of j&k vehicleleads) insisted me a lot for getting many paid job done like spraying on engine, polishing, bottom painting etc, but i denied for those things. They have not even washed or cleaned the vehicle, but given a paper slip by saying that you come any other day as today it is raining. I was completely shocked to see that on the name of free servicing they have not done even a single paise job. Sir, in view of the above you are humbly requested to look into the matter seriously as these people are spoiling the image of maruti suzuki. Car product is very good, but how a layman would be able to maintain it well, if this kind of poor service will be given by an authorized maruti suzuki dealer. Please do something. Waiting for your fruitful actions. Thanking you.

                I own ertiga car mh12/ky/9804, i had done paid servicing on 17.7.17. The authority told me that there some foul smell in ac. He advised me to continue with that unless trouble increase. Later on foul smell in ac became strong. I contacted service center of ace kudale, manjari but of no use. Poor servicing faculties and facilities provided to me. I also requested for paid cleaning but no reply from service provider.

                  I rukhsana ismail giletwala had purhased suzuki access from hycon sales pvt ltd, invoice no 42 dated 26/4/2017 from the date of purchase till date my moped taken for two free services and three times for the defect the defect is every time the self goes not working then we had to start with kick as this moped drives a women it make very dificult to manage the situation every time they repair and say now you will no get any problem. Many my friends told that do no purchase suzuki access it make lots of problem then also we had purchased this moped and we realise that our friend are true. Every time we had to travel 10 to 12 km for service center and we had to expence near about 2000 to 500 for travelling back. Tell me how can i recomaned any one for this moped the brand new moped is giving such problem please do need full or we had to go to cosumer court in this regard.

                    I got serviced my maruti eartiga car regn. No. Rj05/ua3337 on 10.07.2017 from m/s t. M. Motors private limited, bharatpur vide invoice no.006/bc/17000419. On the invoice of my gst no. Not mentioned and wrongly mentioned "gst unregistered". I am repeatedly making follow up with the dealer but grievance has not been redressed so far inspite of lapse of more than 40 days long time.

                      My eeco cargo got accident on 17th of july. I took the eeco to the body shop and they gave me date of dispatch of car as 19th august. It's 30th of august and still they are not able to dispatch my car. Every time i visit they make some reason like stock insufficient. Worker not present and all.. It's a loading vechile and with high priority but still they are not making it working.. I just want to know the company that i am going to file that complaint in consumer court as well..

                        I own a maruti swift dzire hr51ay4494 and few days back i got it serviced form vipul motors faridabad (Hry), now my concern is that on the bill statement there is 28% gst charge on service kit (Including air filter, fuel filter and ac filter etc).

                        Now as per my understanding only 18% gst should be applicable on these above products and even maruti officials have confirmed the same.

                        Kindly resolve my query asap.

                          After about six months of purchase of vitara brezza zdi headlight liver (Assembly liver (On/of switch) failed to work, had to replace it but since after its replacement the right side indicator gets on automatically with tick-tick sound and when try to indicate on left side the four lights gets on with four indicators, took services of agency house for three times but there efforts remain effective only for few days and it starts again. It starts as soon as car starts and remain on till car is on. Meanwhile the music system also became dead and removed by the workers to send it to company as it is with in warranty period. I am fed up and irritated. The problem of indicator is so severe that i cannot take the vehicle to market as it starts showing indicator of wrong side. It gets off for sometime automatically and it starts again. Is it a problem of indicator or something to do with wiring system as at first light on/of liver failed, then music system became dead and now this irritating and non stop side indicator. It is also to inform you that to sort out the problem another lever of on/off was placed but no use. Kindly help.

                            My booking for Maruthi desire was on 8th July and the delivery promised by the dealer Sai Perumbavoor was 6 weeks . Now I have no definite answer as to when I will get the car. Can I hope to get it as promised schedule. Based on the promise of 6 weeks delivery time, I sold my car and for the last 2weeks I am unable to move out for my normal life. I can go for a change in colour if alternative is available

                                Sir,
                                I have purchased swift ldi in may this year from gurgaon. Due to the engine filter placed at low level, when i drive the vehicle in rain, the rain water entered into the engine n inside vehicle stopped and engine voice changed. I think it is major manufacturering defect due to which water entered into the engine owing to level of the engine filter being very low. Today i have had to experience great difficulty and had stuck on the road five hours and could not reached my office. After that the agency people reached the spot n tow the vehicle to workshop. Maruti should own its manufacturing defect and get the needful done so that its trusted customer may not have to experience difficulty in rainy season

                                  I had given the maruti alto 800 no. (Hp 10 b 0791) for repair before 25 days. They keep updating us that car will be repair on next week and so on. They also made commitment to deliver the car two, three times. Now its around one month they were saying that car can not be repair over here you have to tow it to shimla branch.

                                  So just look into this matter as early as possible. Now after one month i will not tow my car to shimla, i need it to be repair as soon as possible.

                                    This refers to my complaint on june 16, 2017, thankfully i did received a call from maruti service station within a period of 2 days. Hence i visited the service station where they did a parameter check and said everythings fine. Last they fixed the gap between 3 nos. Of spark plug and told me everything is fine and you may not have any more issues with the average anymore.

                                    I filled the petrol tank full and drove my car for a long journey of 450 kms from chandigarh, punjab to rudrapur, uttar pradesh, and came up hardly with an average of 15 km/ ltr. I found it good as compared to the average i was getting earlier (9 km/ltr), then i drove it locally in suburbs of chandigarh, average came down to 13 km/ ltr and presently came down to 12 km/ ltr.
                                    In my view, i bought maruti suzuli alto 800 as it was affordable and fuel efficient as advertised and committed 24.7 km/ ltr.

                                    To my experience since i bought this car, fuel efficiency no way near the mark of 20 km/ ltr nor did it lower my expenses on fuel.

                                    It consumes fuel like the other luxury cars out there in the market. Fuel consumption seems out of my pocket after investing 3.5 lacs on my new car.

                                    The big question is why in the first place such a product comes to market, is there no prior checks been done to avoid such complaints of your product. Maruti suzuki is dominates the automobiles market in india, how such blunder mistakes happens.

                                    Hope this shall bring forth a better insight of the issue and grievance faced at my end.

                                    Please consider my request and ensure me to make its average petrol consumption as per your big and daring commitments.

                                      On 12/8/2017 i have call to showroom for my car paid servicing they told me on 13/8/2017 at 11 am they will pick my car but till date they have not yet pick my car for servicing

                                      Also from last 2 years i have a very very bad service received form ace kudale manjri showroom

                                      So just look into this matter as early as possible

                                      It is very wrong that my car was damaged on the night of 25/08/2019. I boarded my car at WORKSHOP on 27/08/2019. But your surveyor and workshop gave you an intimation about the late 29/08/2019. There is nothing wrong with me. Also why did your surveyor allow the car to start operating without any thought and how Workshop started working immediately. It is completely wrong to ask your surveyor to start work immediately without any confirmation. Please note that all work of my car is completed as per your surveyor suggestion. Due to the eclecticism and ecstasy of Surveyor and Workshop, I have had to deal with a lot of problems for the last 8-10 days.

                                      Either request that you pass the claim or instruct WORKSHOP to pay. Currently, the rainy days are on and my family and I have to suffer a lot because of the lack of a car.

                                      Requesting that my vehicle be given to me today, with proper consideration of the matter. Pl take immediate action give my car today anyhow.

                                        I am a regular user of maruti swift dizar and all my family members are also using maruti vehicles. On 23/06/2017 i brought a maruti alto 800 lxi car for my wife resmi from your dealer m/s hercules automobiles, kawidar thiruvanathapuram-3 kerala on exchange scheme.
                                        After few days i noticed that the service book given along with the new vehicle was having particulars such as engine no, chassis no and other data’s were not of my vehicle. This shows the irresponsibility of a dealer toward a customer. The matter was informed dealer at anchal in kollam district kerala and he requested that when the vehicle is brought for the first service the will arrange a new service book but till this date they have not done anything.
                                        On 28/06/2017 i noticed that the vehicle was jerking. When i got down of the vehicle and inspected the vehicle it was noticed that back right tyre was bulged. This matter was brought to the notice of the dealer. If these tyres are not changed i am afraid that the vehicle will be met with accident. After running 750 km (On 22/07/2017) the vehicle was produced for ist service. The complaint was recorded. But till date the damaged tyres were not replaced. I am not in a position to drive the vehicle smoothly. Now i doubt that the vehicle was used before registration by some one. I request that the matter may be got solved urgently. I take the opportunity to inform you that i select maruti car brand on the trust in your product and good will on the service centers of maruti.
                                        The same complaint were made to the dealer through mail but till this date they have not given a singly reply that is why i am writing to your kind notice. If these type of attitudes are made by the dealer m/s hercules automobiles towards me i would like to take the matter before the consumer court and also with the social medias against maruti and the dealer which will bring a bad reputation. Inconvenience caused may be regretted. A suitable reply is solicited.

                                        Sab se jhut bat karte hai . booking dene par booking nhi hua. or 4 -5 dino se fasaya jaa raha hai . seals wale rudely bat karte jaise ki koi jarurat nhi customer ki. ek galti ke liye itne jhut bolte hai ki pucho mat.
