I have given my alto car for repair at rohan motors greater noida for body repair on 01.07.2017 & i was given delivery date for 01.08.2017 but till today (08.08.2017) my car is not repaired.
Even whatever repair is done is of very poor quality eg. 1. Rusting has started at repaired areas 2. Paint on hood & fender is done but color is not matching with other parts.
I discussed the matter at every level in the service station but no action is taken till now.

      Dear sir,
      This for your kind notice that i had send my maruti ecco dl-1ye-6876 for service as dd motor kirtinagar service canter as on dt. 17.01.2017. At the time of service they had fitted big/local oil filter due to lack of knowledge or got big brokerage from local parts suppliers which is not made for maruti ecco.
      Due to the same reason the oil filter was broken by hit with a breaker. Total oil was flashed out without our notice. We had driven the vehicle on yamuna express way when the oil filter was broken. My car was sudden stop on highway. If any kind of misshaping was done at that time who will be responsible for that?

      May i know who take responsibility that kind of accident comes due to this kind of mistake? Is maruti don’t have efficient manpower to serve better services to its customers?

      Maruti or dd motors don’t care customer’s life values. They only want to earn money weather customer face problem or sacrifices by its life.

      I will take the same matter to consumer court against.

        Dear team i have an accident in the month of july on 1st july and after that i gave his car in the agency of maruti suzuki in muzaffarnagar in radha govind on 2nd of july and they give me the 15th of july to return my car but when i went on 16th of july they said me that your car is not ready and we want two more days then i give him 2 or 3 more days and after this when i go again they say me that we will surely give your car on saturday but after this i went on sunday and they did not give my car on sunday and after this they give my car on 30th of july at 7:00 pm and after this when i checked the car they did not do the service properly and my parking sensor and mud flap and my vedio screen is also missed from my car whey i say him to return my these things then they say me that our all staff should have go right now and you came tomorrow but i am a banker and i do the job from out of station so cant go next day and after this i will go two times there on sunday to sunday but they did not return my car accessories till now and now i am very frustrated so u request you that do the need full and return my things and give the claim of my money which i was spent to go there day by day and i hired a texi for reach his office also otherwise i will take a legal action against your company.

          I've left my car (Celerio - Auto) for service at Bimal J.P. Nagar and informed about problems with clutch. When the car was serviced and handed over to me they simply said that it has been rectified. After 3-4 days of driving the problem was persistent and again I've simulated that to Bimal Auto Engineers. Finally they admitted that issue is there with the clutch and said that they will get in touch with Maruti Engineers and get the permanent fix done. It's been almost a month now and still I've not heard anything back from Bimal or from Maruti. I've even called Bimal service engineers and they simply asked me to talk to senior managers at Bimal as the issue has already been escalated to Maruti. Inspite of talking to senior managers at Bimal, I've not received any satisfactory response.

          I've always been told that at Maruti customer and service is of high quality but in my case this proved wrong. I'm really wondering whether to continue servicing this with Maruti Authorised Dealers or get it done outside to get this fixed. If this is not addressed in the next week, I'll never turn up to Maruti again in future.

          When I tried to complain this in Maruthi website, they doesn't have Karnataka State Name listed in the Dealership dropdown. Hence I've to come to this website and post the complaint.

            I have renewed the car insurance of my vehicle wth the registeration number - jh02an6396 through maruti suzuki centre, kapico motors india private ltd, chennai. I was told that a free voucher for car wash and wheel alignment would be provided to me as a part of insurance renewal offer through maruti. I have got my insurance papers but i haven't received the free voucher.
            I have send mails and calls to kapico motors in this regard, but however there is no response from their side. It is requested that the voucher be delivered to my address (Provided during the insurance renewal) as soon as possible.

            As per auto.ndtv.com celerio zxi o ags the topmost model are provided with alloy wheels.I booked one at max auto Sangrur and on delivery on 24.7 found alloy wheels were missing. I feel cheated.No fault of dealer but they have no catelouge to convice me that this model is not provided with alloy wheels.

              Im complaning about the service providing by auto vista. Bandra. Mumbai branch... I pay full payment on 11march 2017. They commited me that the car will be deliverd within 10days but they give me on 22nd april after along period... But till now they didnt get my cng registration... My car is tourist vehicle and im really fad up to get service from auto vista bandra. Local police always caught me on daily basis for non registration

                I have met an accident with my vehicle no. Od 33 l 3741 (Maruti baleno alpha petrol) on dt. 15.05.2017. I have vehicle insurance under "zero dep" scheme with maruti suzuki itself covered under royal sundaram general insurance. Service manager of maruti work shop (Orbit motors pvt. Ltd. Rourkela) assured me to deliver the vehicle within 45 days, but 65 days already passed out. They are not delivering the vehicle rather i have to make a move frequently to the work shop after taking insurance policy from maruti itself.

                    My car is swift vxi. And we have purchased tha car on august 2015. My car's milage is only 3400 km till now. But when i bring the car for service in krish motors in g. T karnak road, the executive told me that your car's kilometers are opened to 48000 by marketing times. Marketing times have posted wrong information about my car. I have never gone to marketing times for service. They have opened tha washing job card for my car and have made wrong changes in the kilometers. And when i told marketing times to rectify it, they told me that it is not a big thing and they are not taking it seriously. My car no. Is dl8cah6296. If there is any mis hapining who will be responsible? It is a fraud case. It is request to you to please check this matter and take strict action against marketing times. Thanking you.

                      My ertiga vehicle was involved in a pile up at ludhiana on 3rd jul 2017 resulting in extensive body damage. The vehicle was taken to the nearest authorised dealer for repairs after meeting the obligatory insurance formalities. I am a veteran & a senior citizen settled in ambala & was well received. My request for an alternate conveyance, as provided by other companies, was negated and was promised good & expeditious service. Messages received indicating that the vehicle will be ready by 23rd jul were shown to the manager who after deliberations with his staff confirmed delivery in 10-15 days. However my experience with the firm was nightmarish, to say the least. Since i was to return to my residence a relative of mine was mutually agreed upon to monitor progress of the repairs. Till 10 jul the vehicle was not even touched. Thereafter it was a battle of wits prodding, cajoling, requesting & pleading to finally get a confirmation on 22 jul at 6 pm that the vehicle was ready for collection & that the vehicle can be collected on sunday from two designated persons who have been briefed, i reached the workshop & met the designated person on 23 jul at 12.30 pm. After completing payment of liability, started another nightmare. I was told that the vehicle was not ready for delivery. The vehicle was first traced & sent for wash. Thereafter when the vehicle was produced we started noticing defects which were not repaired. One by one they were attended to with lot of reluctance as blame was being apportioned on various people who were not present. Since i had to return to ambala, in total desperation i took over the vehicle at 5.30 pm with defects still remaining.

                        I had purchased swift car on 2nd june 2017 and new car having issue in clutch plate and company had changed it with in warranty but a strange noise came from engine side and company diagnose that issue in Gear Box and next 15-20 day car had changed its gear box too, but problem yet not solved.

                          I purchased the ertiga cng vxi and taken delivery on 5th july 2017 registration # mh01cp7696, chassis # ma3elmg1s00467184.
                          Please note that all the five tyres are not of fresh quality but of 2nd quality. Is this the part of policy of the m/s. Maruti? Abidance of this is that there were four punchers in the one tyre right from beginning. While i got tyre air pressure checked and observed that there is puncher. I asked the concerned person to get it repaired and finally in my presence he found four puncher in the places where puncher never happens which shows poor quality of the tyres.in my old car 4 puncher happened in the span of 5 years (40k kms running). Now you can see the quality of the tyres provided by m/s. Maruti. Please look into the problem and arrange to replace all the five tyres with the 1st quality tyre of branded company.

                          As far as dent in the back bumper, intentionally it was painted before giving delivery to me which got fainted after 5 days itself after car is being cleaned by the car cleaning person daily. Therefore arrange to replace the back bumper with new one please.

                          These two issues are the visible issues, i never know further hidden quality technical issues which may prop up over a span of time?

                          Hope you will understand the issues and take appropriate action and revert.

                            I purchased swift dzire zdi+ 2017 new model car in your showroom at
                            Bhargavi auto moblies pvt ltd. Tirupathi.
                            The delivery we have taken as on 1/08/2017.
                            I referred the registration number before one day with my lucky number "0369". They answered me definatly we provide you the same.
                            While we went to showroom to take the delivery there they simply said that "madam due to power fluctuations we can"t able to provide you the number what you suggest to us".
                            Insted of the suggested number which is" 0369"they provided"1627". We are not"happy"with the given number.
                            If it is possible please change the number other wise i will file the complaint at court. Because the response of the showroom"gm mr. Karthikeya chowdary"is not good. He simply said that it is a"human mistake "we can"t accept the response of your executive.
                            Kindly refund the amount or provide us the number which we have selected.
                            As before the registration i have already informed them that i know the registration process how to get the desired number. On that day they told me, "no madam we can provide you the number what you have suggested". So we believe his words

                              I contacted your toll free contact for support, however, they are suggesting me to visit nearby service center instead of any support.

                                It's been more than 2 months i had booked new maruti dezire from tr sahani mayapuri new delhi but last sunday i received my car with scratch so i rejected them and there and showroom manager mr. Vinod told me to provide another pease by today (1st aug'2017) however today also they denied to give now they again asking for 2 more days, very bad service no one is listening my complaint. Car is booked on my brothers name mr. Harish nakra
                                Request to look into this matter on priority and need to arrange a call for me as soon as possible.

                                  Maruti Celerio (RJ 08 ca 7050) purchased on 28-2-17 from M/S Bhatia car, bundi a authorised distributor.Copy of sale deed is enclosed. New Car was given for 2nd service on 11th july 2017.copy of job card is enclosed. I m suprise to note that my new car was badly damaged by service centre staff during service tenure. Unprofessional behaviour shown by Authorised service centre of Bhatia car situated at Bundi (Raj).
                                  I am also applied Maruti Suzuki Customer care on 21st july 2017 through interaction id[protected]. No satisfactory received response till date.
                                  My car was still standing at service centre . I had to hire private taxi for daily conveyance which cost me Rs. 2000/- per day.
                                  My New car which was acquired before 4 month and run only around 5000 km. was damaged by service centre staff.
                                  I lost my faith in reknowned company maruti suzuki india .
                                  i want new car in replacement.

                                  I had to inform you that an email recd on 11th Aug.2017 from customer care of M/s BHATIA CAR regarding charging for warehouse charges of Rs.200/- per day. Whether my car was standing at your service centre as per my wish? In this regard It is also inform you that I had to hire taxi for daily conveyance, which cost me Rs.2000/- per day from last 30 days due to mistake done by your service staff.
                                  Dealer shown gross negligence on part of 2 nd service of my car. No satisfactory resolution made even after the expiry of one month.
                                  Dealer written MINOR accident by service staff during service tenure. It is totally false. Following parts was damaged during service tenure
                                  - Bonate
                                  - Front Bumper
                                  - Front Grill
                                  - Right Side main light
                                  - Bonate patti
                                  - Centre cross
                                  - Right side fainder
                                  It means my car is badly damaged from front side by your service staff. All the above parts are requiring to be replace. Even I doubt that engine may also damage and even also some unseen damage might be in car . So that car is not in position to move on and I m not able to use this car.
                                  It is not out of place to mention that my car was got accident outside to service centre according to condition. Further Dealer is unable to provide me the CCTV footage of service centre . Even also information regarding accident given me after 3-4 days .
                                  As far as value of vehicle is concern it is to inform you that Insurance & Tax is part & partial of Car. Total costing of this car for me are around Rs. 5.90 lacs including taxes, insurance, accessories etc. All the payment is made to M/s Bhatia Car, Bundi through cheque and cash.

                                  Kindly esclate my problem as earliest

                                    In continuation to above complaints, It is regret to note that Kataria wshp, Makarba, Ahmedabad is not responding/Behaving(Advisor Swapnil).Replying me that if car is not staring then push & start. Moreover in new car appearing of Battery signalon panel is common. Some abnormal Noise is also coming after service, for that ad visor replied that it will go after running the car for some KM. The wiper is moving very slowly & water Spray on Glass is also very slow. The Car was not washed too. Today I have talked to Workshop Manager Mr Shailesh Prajapati, Mobile no. [protected], he assured to do needful & Battery will be send to vendor. I have told to fit NEW BATTERY as just in a month the Battery is not working then what will happen in the time ahead to come? I have purchased CIAZ ZETA petrol(From NEXA Popular, Ahmedabad) on 25.06.2017 & IGNIS DELTA on 27.06.2017(Kataria Automobiles, Ahmedabad) .In 2 days 2 cars are purchased.Earlier I was having Maruti MPFI 800, then Dzire VXI, then these 2 cars. I am an old customer of your reputed company.I am much disappointed from Kataria for getting such an irresponsible, baseless, rubbish, poor response. I want prompt positive reply & action from your side as well as Kataria. Get all the problems solved & Battery to be replaced by New one.

                                      On dated 29 nov16, i purchased a car maruti suzuki vitara brezza vdi (O) white color, from your dealership karnal motors pvt ltd sec 2, kurukshetra haryana.

                                      Day before yesterday at night dated 28 july 17, my car was stuck on the road near tribune chownk chandigarh. When i called to customer care, there were no service provide by them that time and the result was my car left by them for full night on the road. Next day on 29 july17 tri city automobiles india, phase 2, chandigarh provided their service to me, whatever services they given to me in which they said there is broke down the cam shaft which is a manufacturing default. According to them the repairing charges will be 150000. As you know my car is under warranty period and insurance too.
                                      I hope you shall take the appropriate actions to ensure no repeat of such a bad experience to your customers

                                        I would like to inform that i have already lodge a complain regarding third free service of my vehicle but service centre charged rs-47000/- in spite of this service centre done worst service. After lodging complain they again take my vehicle for rectification again they charged rs-2300/- approx. I am unable to understand which type of service they are providing.

                                        I had booked my new swift dezire from dinco motors agency which is located in rewari, haryana.I had booked my car in magma grey color before one week of launching date but still they are not giving any satisfactory answer.I need this car before 5 th Aug 17.
