Updated by Sonil Bhandari I had to inform you that an email recd on 11th Aug.2017 from customer care of M/s BHATIA CAR regarding charging for warehouse charges of Rs.200/- per day. Whether my car was standing at your service centre as per my wish? In this regard It is also inform you that I had to hire taxi for daily conveyance, which cost me Rs.2000/- per day from last 30 days due to mistake done by your service staff.
Dealer shown gross negligence on part of 2 nd service of my car. No satisfactory resolution made even after the expiry of one month.
Dealer written MINOR accident by service staff during service tenure. It is totally false. Following parts was damaged during service tenure
- Bonate
- Front Bumper
- Front Grill
- Right Side main light
- Bonate patti
- Centre cross
- Right side fainder
It means my car is badly damaged from front side by your service staff. All the above parts are requiring to be replace. Even I doubt that engine may also damage and even also some unseen damage might be in car . So that car is not in position to move on and I m not able to use this car.
It is not out of place to mention that my car was got accident outside to service centre according to condition. Further Dealer is unable to provide me the CCTV footage of service centre . Even also information regarding accident given me after 3-4 days .
As far as value of vehicle is concern it is to inform you that Insurance & Tax is part & partial of Car. Total costing of this car for me are around Rs. 5.90 lacs including taxes, insurance, accessories etc. All the payment is made to M/s Bhatia Car, Bundi through cheque and cash.
