I had purchased swift car on 2nd june 2017 and new car having issue in clutch plate and company had changed it with in warranty but a strange noise came from engine side and company diagnose that issue in Gear Box and next 15-20 day car had changed its gear box too, but problem yet not solved.

    I purchased the ertiga cng vxi and taken delivery on 5th july 2017 registration # mh01cp7696, chassis # ma3elmg1s00467184.
    Please note that all the five tyres are not of fresh quality but of 2nd quality. Is this the part of policy of the m/s. Maruti? Abidance of this is that there were four punchers in the one tyre right from beginning. While i got tyre air pressure checked and observed that there is puncher. I asked the concerned person to get it repaired and finally in my presence he found four puncher in the places where puncher never happens which shows poor quality of the tyres.in my old car 4 puncher happened in the span of 5 years (40k kms running). Now you can see the quality of the tyres provided by m/s. Maruti. Please look into the problem and arrange to replace all the five tyres with the 1st quality tyre of branded company.

    As far as dent in the back bumper, intentionally it was painted before giving delivery to me which got fainted after 5 days itself after car is being cleaned by the car cleaning person daily. Therefore arrange to replace the back bumper with new one please.

    These two issues are the visible issues, i never know further hidden quality technical issues which may prop up over a span of time?

    Hope you will understand the issues and take appropriate action and revert.

      I purchased swift dzire zdi+ 2017 new model car in your showroom at
      Bhargavi auto moblies pvt ltd. Tirupathi.
      The delivery we have taken as on 1/08/2017.
      I referred the registration number before one day with my lucky number "0369". They answered me definatly we provide you the same.
      While we went to showroom to take the delivery there they simply said that "madam due to power fluctuations we can"t able to provide you the number what you suggest to us".
      Insted of the suggested number which is" 0369"they provided"1627". We are not"happy"with the given number.
      If it is possible please change the number other wise i will file the complaint at court. Because the response of the showroom"gm mr. Karthikeya chowdary"is not good. He simply said that it is a"human mistake "we can"t accept the response of your executive.
      Kindly refund the amount or provide us the number which we have selected.
      As before the registration i have already informed them that i know the registration process how to get the desired number. On that day they told me, "no madam we can provide you the number what you have suggested". So we believe his words

        While trying to update the map through your mapcare web page i am getting message "this is an invalid vin for map update".

        I contacted your toll free contact for support, however, they are suggesting me to visit nearby service center instead of any support.

        Highly appreciate if you can provide the solution to fix this issue.

          It's been more than 2 months i had booked new maruti dezire from tr sahani mayapuri new delhi but last sunday i received my car with scratch so i rejected them and there and showroom manager mr. Vinod told me to provide another pease by today (1st aug'2017) however today also they denied to give now they again asking for 2 more days, very bad service no one is listening my complaint. Car is booked on my brothers name mr. Harish nakra
          Request to look into this matter on priority and need to arrange a call for me as soon as possible.

            Maruti Celerio (RJ 08 ca 7050) purchased on 28-2-17 from M/S Bhatia car, bundi a authorised distributor.Copy of sale deed is enclosed. New Car was given for 2nd service on 11th july 2017.copy of job card is enclosed. I m suprise to note that my new car was badly damaged by service centre staff during service tenure. Unprofessional behaviour shown by Authorised service centre of Bhatia car situated at Bundi (Raj).
            I am also applied Maruti Suzuki Customer care on 21st july 2017 through interaction id[protected]. No satisfactory received response till date.
            My car was still standing at service centre . I had to hire private taxi for daily conveyance which cost me Rs. 2000/- per day.
            My New car which was acquired before 4 month and run only around 5000 km. was damaged by service centre staff.
            I lost my faith in reknowned company maruti suzuki india .
            i want new car in replacement.

            I had to inform you that an email recd on 11th Aug.2017 from customer care of M/s BHATIA CAR regarding charging for warehouse charges of Rs.200/- per day. Whether my car was standing at your service centre as per my wish? In this regard It is also inform you that I had to hire taxi for daily conveyance, which cost me Rs.2000/- per day from last 30 days due to mistake done by your service staff.
            Dealer shown gross negligence on part of 2 nd service of my car. No satisfactory resolution made even after the expiry of one month.
            Dealer written MINOR accident by service staff during service tenure. It is totally false. Following parts was damaged during service tenure
            - Bonate
            - Front Bumper
            - Front Grill
            - Right Side main light
            - Bonate patti
            - Centre cross
            - Right side fainder
            It means my car is badly damaged from front side by your service staff. All the above parts are requiring to be replace. Even I doubt that engine may also damage and even also some unseen damage might be in car . So that car is not in position to move on and I m not able to use this car.
            It is not out of place to mention that my car was got accident outside to service centre according to condition. Further Dealer is unable to provide me the CCTV footage of service centre . Even also information regarding accident given me after 3-4 days .
            As far as value of vehicle is concern it is to inform you that Insurance & Tax is part & partial of Car. Total costing of this car for me are around Rs. 5.90 lacs including taxes, insurance, accessories etc. All the payment is made to M/s Bhatia Car, Bundi through cheque and cash.

            Kindly esclate my problem as earliest

On 26.07 problem of battery signal appeared on panel, informed immediately. After service received with complaints, not staring, battery signal persisting, wiper & water spray very slow.               In continuation to above complaints, It is regret to note that Kataria wshp, Makarba, Ahmedabad is not responding/Behaving(Advisor Swapnil).Replying me that if car is not staring then push & start. Moreover in new car appearing of Battery signalon panel is common. Some abnormal Noise is also coming after service, for that ad visor replied that it will go after running the car for some KM. The wiper is moving very slowly & water Spray on Glass is also very slow. The Car was not washed too. Today I have talked to Workshop Manager Mr Shailesh Prajapati, Mobile no. [protected], he assured to do needful & Battery will be send to vendor. I have told to fit NEW BATTERY as just in a month the Battery is not working then what will happen in the time ahead to come? I have purchased CIAZ ZETA petrol(From NEXA Popular, Ahmedabad) on 25.06.2017 & IGNIS DELTA on 27.06.2017(Kataria Automobiles, Ahmedabad) .In 2 days 2 cars are purchased.Earlier I was having Maruti MPFI 800, then Dzire VXI, then these 2 cars. I am an old customer of your reputed company.I am much disappointed from Kataria for getting such an irresponsible, baseless, rubbish, poor response. I want prompt positive reply & action from your side as well as Kataria. Get all the problems solved & Battery to be replaced by New one.

                On dated 29 nov16, i purchased a car maruti suzuki vitara brezza vdi (O) white color, from your dealership karnal motors pvt ltd sec 2, kurukshetra haryana.

                Day before yesterday at night dated 28 july 17, my car was stuck on the road near tribune chownk chandigarh. When i called to customer care, there were no service provide by them that time and the result was my car left by them for full night on the road. Next day on 29 july17 tri city automobiles india, phase 2, chandigarh provided their service to me, whatever services they given to me in which they said there is broke down the cam shaft which is a manufacturing default. According to them the repairing charges will be 150000. As you know my car is under warranty period and insurance too.
                I hope you shall take the appropriate actions to ensure no repeat of such a bad experience to your customers

                    On 29 feb 2016 i was amazed after purchasing new maruti swift vxi bsiv car from competent automobiles co. Ltd. Madhu vihar, dwarka showroom, i decided to spend my hardship money on this car due to the commitments made by maruti suzuki but i didn't know that it would turn out the worst decision of my life. I was told that the car has 'n' number of latest technology which consist so called "anti theft system" -"immobiliser" also.

                    As per the maruti, immobilizer is a device which prevents theft of the car and no one can unlock the car without the original 2 keys given by the showroom. But i am shocked at the fact, that on the night of 13 july 2017 i parked my car with proper locks and checked twice before entering into my home and the next morning when i came in parking where i had parked my car, unfortunately my car was not there. I was numb that how could is it possible? Then i got a cctv footage of the my car stealing in which thief easily unlocked my car and drove it smoothly within 20 minutes. Maruti suzuki told me, "ma'am it is impossible for someone to unlock the car without original keys and by chance if it happens then the car has so called latest technology which would stop the car within 2-3kms automatically and i was really convinced with this commitment. Now, where has that system vanished when the thief drove my car without original keys? It was heart breaking for me, that how can a immobiliser built car can be unlocked so easily? The anti theft claim system by maruti suzuki has now proven fake. You guys mislead innocent customers like me just for the sale of your cars which is really shameful for maruti.. I am quiet annoyed with the false commitments of maruti suzuki which was made to me at the time of purchasing car.

                    Because of your fake commitments just for the purpose of your sale, my car has got stolen, i have paid hefty amount to you and in return what maruti gave? Misguided customer, financial loss, emotional loss, time loss...

                    If you people have a little shame with you then do compensate for the loss which occurred to me due to your fault because there was no such immobilizer system which worked at the stealing of my car and please stop playing and robbing with customer's emotions and money.

                    Look into matter seriously otherwise i would have to knock at the consumer court.

                        Recently i had accident on 12th july 2017; as i always prefer i took my car to nearest spectra service station for repair job. The car was damaged from behind so while giving, i have specifically ask mr. Ramchandran kesvan that check for water leakage through tail lights.in between 12 to 27, i have reminded same thing (Water leakage possibility) at least thrice to mr. Ramchandran.
                        On 27th july 2017, after receiving confirmation from mr. Ramchandra, i went to service station to pick up the car. While taking delivery i have noted following things -
                        1. The exhaust pipe is dangling behind as the rubber cork is not fitted properly.
                        2. The number plate light housing was broken.
                        3. There was water around spare wheel.

                        While problem 1 & 2 taken care immediately, for water ram told me it is due to washing.
                        Day 3, on 29th july i found there is severe leakage through right side tail light. On enquiring my ram told me that he will sent technician to pick up car on monday and refused to pass the call to his manager mr. Pankaj.
                        I am very unhappy with kind of services provided to me and seriously thinking to switch the brand if this is the way maruti is handling the customers.

                          The first complaint is as follws,

                          - i advocate abdul rehman s/o late mohd. Raufa got my maruti swift dzire repaired and painted on 09/08/2014
                          -at future auto wheels, subhash nagar dehradun under my father name dr mohd raufa
                          -paid amount 17, 621
                          -six month of repair paint start fading and start turn into yellowish but i idnored thinking that i got it painted at maruti service station as your service supervisor navjot singh told that my car got painted at maruti service station i. E i relied upon your service
                          -then after one year the colour changed drastically which was not expected /seems like low quelity paint was used
                          -the bone of contention arose when i wanted to sell my car on account of my father death due to cancer
                          -i was in desperate need of money and could not get a buyer of my car due to prominent colour defference im paint.
                          -it resulted in finencial loss and mental agony to me
                          -so i registered my complaint at maruti complaint site id [protected] on june 11 2017
                          -there was no response
                          -then i visited future auto wheels pvt ltd countless times
                          -the gm mr anand and mr haroon did not take my problem seriously
                          -the gm mr anand made baseless execuses that he will talk talk toh md till 1 month when i approch him him he talked rudely and missbehaved as well eg he said "sote raho ap" and all
                          -i indeed made numerious no of call to him and service manager mr haroon they told me that he will talk to their md about this but he did not
                          -this led to wastage of my quelity time, energy and money as well
                          -i had high opinion of maruti suzuki but such thing forced us to think otherwise
                          -we feel like being cheated
                          -there fore i kindly request you to take action to my complaint and solve it as soon as posdible
                          -otherwise i will have to take the matter to consumer court

                          My second complaint

                          - i think maruti is not taking my complaint seriosly. No response yet
                          No solution to my problem
                          -yesterday ur service manager of maruti
                          Future auto wheels mr haroon called and said that "apke jse kitne ate h yha hme koi farq nhi padta"
                          -he talk rubbish thing your employees do not have manner that how to talk to customers even with human
                          -when i said him thay i will go to consumer court then he answer me that "jo krna h kr lo kitne dekhe h tre jse"
                          -this matter is going to personal level
                          Maruti is liable for this you have to take some action

                          My third complaint
                          As mentioned earlier we don't have any trust on you now reason best
                          Explained & mentioned to you personally as well via mail. You cheated
                          & humiliated us, wasted our precious time

                          We had a very bad expirience, we already faced a very bad time
                          Because of future auto wheels pvt ltd

                          I am already planning to go to consumer forum or take it legally or
                          Take the help of media or if i find anyother option i am forced to get
                          Justice, i already intimated the same to maruti & again copying the
                          Mail to them. If i wont get a positive reply i have no option left.

                          I have not recieved any help, mail or call till now plz tell me the decision of maruti

                            My maruti swift vxi is off road from more than 20 days. I had contacted standard maruti services at vijay nagar, jabalpur (Mp) and his other service centre at civil lines, jabalpur (Mp). I have following complaints :

                            (A) i have been told that my car requires a change of modular which will be costing rs 7500/-. I find this amount too much as i got the servicing of my car done at standard maruti service at vijay nagar few days back of this incident when my steering had became hard. At that time also when i recd my vehicle back, the steering was hard and on my complaint one mb van came and repaired my car. Thereafter i could not use my car for a longer time because i went out of station for almost one month. 4-5 days after coming back to station i found my steering very hard and on complaint i was told that modular will have to be changed. It is not understood that how come a single handled car without any issue before got off road due to hard steering. Kindly interfere as i am finding the amount too much.

                            (B) my second complaint is regarding the demand of modular for car steering. I have made a request for placing a demand for modular almost 15 days before with the standard maruti service at civil line jabalpur, however due to the confusion between both the agencies as mentioned above as to the placing demand, my car is still off road. The agency at civil line himself imagined that the parts have been asked by the agency at vijay nagar and without confirming from them i was informed the date on which the part will arrive in jabalpur, which was the date after 6-7 days. Thereafter i was told that the demand actually was not paid by any of the agencies. Therafter till date i am waiting for the parts (Modular) to come in the station and was informed today that it will take min 7 days and it may be delayed also.

                            I request that you plz interfere, as i stay alone with the small baby and apart from office i need my car for other household requirements specially relating to the child. I have waited a long. I am facing too much problems due to absence of my car speciall when i dont have any other mode of commutation. I have never seen such a bad service of maruti in my life. Please interfere so that the modular can be sent within 1/2 days to agency at civil lines, jabalpur. And meanwhile i may be provided with the alternative car from the agency, so that my day to day works will not get suffer.

                              Dear sir/madam, i have purchased a swift vxi as on 27th january, 2017 from bimal auto agency, adabari. My car’s registration number is as 01 df 7732. My vehicle is in brand new condition approx. 5000 km run and i have got done only two services and they are also on time as per schedule and from authorised maruti service centres. The car performs well for 4 months but from approx. Last 20 days the ac was suddenly stopped working. And on 26th of july i was driving my car to the service centre for repairing the ac, but after approx. 70 km of run the car was making very loud sounds and suddenly the engine stopped working at the middle of the road, and i couldn’t restart the engine. Then i call the bimal auto service centre, adabari and they came and they took the car to the service centre. As per the service guy, the car has some manufacturing defects as the coolant oil and the engine oil got mixed somehow and part of the engine got damaged, and they have to change the engine parts. I am very much surprised that trusted brand like maruti suzuki are making this kind of cars and selling it to the customers without testing the car. I have buy maruti suzuki because of its brand name, and this could put a question on the maruti’s brand value and the trust that peoples have on maruti. I would like to request you to look in this matter very seriously and on high priority. I would not accept this faulty repaired swift, because the whole engine is opened and i don’t know the future consequences, will it work properly or not, what will be the millage, and what would be the performance and as i had put 6.5 lakhs in this car. So i don’t want such vehicle which can break down in any moment. I want replacement for this faulty defective swift, and i hope you will help me out to get out of this abnormal situation and replace this defective car to a new one.

                              I had a similar incident of Maruti Swift, this car has been serviced on time and was under warranty, while driving on the middle of the road, engine got cracked with loud sound and oil start over flowing. Had to tow the car to the maruti workshop after inspecting and detailed evaluation they said they would replace the engine with no cost. Maruti should replace the car as the engine got crack.

                                I have purchase a maruti suzuki ciaz, zxi +, during the purchase i was not told that the stepeny provided was not of the size matching my other tyres, my car rim size is 16 inch and the stepeny provides is of 15inch. This causes the car to imbalance and is a accidental hazard. Also my alloy wheel cannoy be used when i use the stepeny, the company in this way is forcing the users to buy new tyres if the alloy to be used. Have been cheated with the and if a company policy i wasn't given an option during purchase to buy the exact size of stepeny by paying some extra in replacement of the 15 inch one. I expect this to be considered and my stepney to be replaced and a new 16 inch typre to be provided as stepeny.

                                  i booked a new dzire top end auto diesel model at kiran motors pvt ltd, chhani, vadodara on 14th june 2017 in d name of jaiminaben vimalkumar patel with a advance booking amt 11000 rs.
                                  After one and half mth dealer don't give a car delivery tilltime as my payment is fully cash agt delivery.Mr. Bankim who is d ASM of kiran motors talking very rudely n misguide which spoil marutisuzuki company image in mkt.
                                  I came to know tht they people selling car to other current customers with taking additional 5000 to 15000 rs n give immediate delivery i.e. in a week.Pls help me in this case as i'm waiting since last 45 days.

                                    I got my car serviced at magic auto service centre, secor-24 dwarka, new delhi. Vide invoice no. Br17004141, dated 29.6.2017. After some days i noticed that oil was leaking from my car engine. I called up the service station and talked to the service engineer, mr. Deepak rana too on 25th july 2017. He promised me that he will send engineer to my place and get the fault checked and corrected on 26th july 10 am. I took leave from my office but i have not got any response from the service station.
                                    I am afraid that the oil tank was not properly tightened during the service and since the car was being used, it might have caused serious damage to the engine of the car.
                                    Even otherwise the car was not cleaned properly during the service. I received no feedback call from the service station too as i used to get from the other maruti service station.
                                    Please get my car checked properly and all damages are compensated by the maruti service station.
                                    Looking forward to an early response and action.

                                      Hi support team,
                                      Am bhanu, a customer of eritga 2013 zdi model, 57000 kms, i found my car has a sudden power loss problem, where i approached near by mechanic who said it is a turbo problem? Could you please help me out with the details, the problem with the car is, sometimes while running, the car suddenly drop its power and it moves very slowly. It hardly reaches 40 km/hr after pressing the throttle hard for long time. Its accelerator seems not responsive during the problem and its turbo too. Then if we stop the car and then start again, the problem gets solved temporarily.

                                        This is to inform you. I own a ciaz zdi plus just 6 month old. Having registration no dl 14 cc 8514. I am very disappointed with type of service and quality of showroom placed at muzzafarnagar on the highway. The staff recruited in the said showroom is totally unqualified and incompetent. They can handle just small body work repairing. I have been suffering from past 3 months.

                                        Please note on 13th april my car had an accident on the khatauli bypass in evening around 6 pm. As by god grace my brother was safe. Since muzzafarnagar was near by so it was late we had sent our car to the showroom. Since we put up from ghaziabad, we went to the showroom to transfer our car to ghaziabad being our local area but they suggested and assured us that being a company outlet we also bit assured. But this was not the end.

                                        For the first 15 20 days nothing was done, no work has been started. We were just told that since the car has been taken over by nexa we are facing bit problem in procuring the parts. We used to take follow ups they just used to say sir the work is on.

                                        Please note when we saw the entire month has passed by and we visited the insurance surveyor we came to know that these people has given false and manipulated estimate to the insurance company surveyor valued approx 12 lac rs and the car value was 11.10 lac. They have put requirement of single parts two three times and also the parts that were not even required for this. Then we had created a scene and made them send new requirement estimate that came out to be rs 5 lac. Now in all these 1.5 months has passed by, now the parts were received within 10 15 days to the showroom. But they were totally unable to install the same. Every week they used to tell us that this part is not working that part is not working. They had stopped picking up our calls. Mr nadem being the head in charge of the body shop is totally a hopeless person. Now we got the number of the gm mr gaurav tyagi. After his intervention he also stopped responded to our calls.

                                        More than 3 months have passed by they are unable to start the car. The way they had kept the car is totally poor. They have kept heavy machines like engines and body parts on the seat which are now totally dirty and torn. They still have no clue how to move forward. I have waited for three months but till date nothing has been done. I am not sure whether they will or not be able to repair my car.

                                        I do not believe that they have 100% efficacy to repair the car fully. They have ruined my 6 months old car that was purchase in the month of october. I want an immediate action from your side.
