Dear team,

My self sumit patil have purchased baleno delta petrol premium silver (Chassis no. Mbhewb22she130728, rto registration number mh46-ba-4922) from shivam auto zone india private ltd kandivali got delivered on 1st july 2017.

On 12th of july car 1st servicing was done by automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai as it was nearby to my place, after that i had faced some braking issue while driving with my car so just for check-up i took my car to automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai, their mr manoj bani & 1 other guy had check car & told they are not seeing any major issue but he advised to leave the car for complete break check-up, i too agreed for same as it was break issue & told them to pick the car from me on weekday, on 18th july 2017 automotive driver picked car from me for check-up, at around 1:30 same day mr. Manoj bani called me & told my car is been dashed inside automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai by the technician & car’s front bumper, front grill & front bonnet is been damaged & have to replace it, so please come to see the same, hearing that i immediately rushed to the automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai, after seeing my car damaged i was totally shocked by the negligence shown in handling the car by automotive maruti service center guys, mr. Manoj bani took to his cabin for further discussion, their i met mr. Khade (Work shop manager), they started insisting me to give my car insurance for car repair with a very rude tone which was not expected from a manager or a customer facing person, even after their forcing i told them why should i give my insurance for repairing for the damage done by the automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai, they gave an answer that if i will not give insurance they can’t help with repair, somehow after discussion mr. Manoj bani told they will rectify the issue & replace the damaged parts with new, i too agreed for that as i was in big loss in a new car purchase on 18th day of my car.

On 21st july 2017 mr. Manoj bani texted me car is ready & take it on 22nd morning, on 22nd morning i went to take car, after check i noticed the colour of bonnet & front bumper which was replaced is mismatching with the rest body colour, even when i touched the replaced bonnet & front bumper feeling some rashness on colour without any glossiness & front bonnet left & right alignment was not proper it was tilted down, i reported the same to mr. Manoj bani he started explaining me that it is the same how maruti company makes & it’s like original, he enquired the paint issue to body shop guy of service centre & came to know the paint polish was not done on the replaced parts so it is little harsh he told it will take more 2hrs to make the paint polish for replaced parts which he should have done befor calling me, he called 1 guy for rectifying the front bonnet alignment issue, i was standing in front the guy, he started rectifying the issue, the upper right corner of the bonnet was tilted a bit, the guy was trying to press the upper right corner of bonnet with plier & it got hard punched & it got pressed inside by him & again the bonnet got damaged, just stepped out from their & told mr. Manoj bani i will not accept the car, i need proper replacement of bonnet again. At around 5pm 22nd july on same day again i got call from mr. Manoj bani saying that he is ordering a new bonnet again & will paint, meanwhile he said he has fixed the issue of morning damaged bonnet, i should take a look & accept that as the morning damage was because of me (Sumit) as i told mr. Manoj bani that alignment is not proper & for rectifying that issue the bonnet got damaged so i should accept that as automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai can’t be able to match the original fitting fitted by maruti company.

I don’t understand the car was damaged in service centre premises by an service technician of automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai, why mr. Khade & mr. Manoj bani forcing me to give my insurance that to in an arrogant manner, i would have given my insurance value of my insurance would have been decreased because of automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai fault.

My car has not even passed a month & i have to now use a modified parts replaced car with colour mismatch with in my 18th day of my car, where my mistake is not at all there, in future if i will go for selling my car all the damaged replaced parts will be highlighted as an accidental car & price will go less.

Dear automotive maruti service team & maruti india company team, i am not able to understand that had i made an mistake giving the car to automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai & after that hearing their arrogant speech.

It has just passed 18 days when car got damaged by automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai, please give an replacement of whole car with a new one, if automotive maruti service center nerul navi mumbai is not able to make the car look like a new company assembled car.

    i am an user of maruti suzuki k10 vxi car. My car no. Rj14-vc-8049
    Met with accident on 12th june 2017. The accidental vehicle is insured
    With maruti insurance broking pvt. Ltd. Policy number is 215700/31/2017/197718 and expiry date of the policy is 28th april 2018.

    the accidental vehicle was brought to the workshop of m/s k p
    Automotives pvt ltd-1104, e-198 riico industrial area, mansarovar,
    Jaipur on 13th june 2017.
    Since 13th june 2017 i am regularly in touch with bodyshop manager mr. Rajesh every 3/4 days but neither satisfactory reply was given nor vehicle was repaired.

    more than one month has elapsed since the vehicle was brought to theworkshop but no repair work has so for been started.

    today i. E on 22nd july 2017 i visited the workshop and met with workshop (Body shop) manager. He told
    Me that still the it will take about one month to get the
    Car repaired.

    you are requested to please take up the matter with concerned
    Workshop and get my car repaired at the earliest.

      I am highly dissatisfied by the services provided to me for my car.20 days back, i went for the services of my car at naraina centre. I have made the payment of rs.13, 500 (Approx). Since then my car has become noisy. The tyres are bubbling, no pickup and it has become heavy while driving. I have been the regular customer of yours from quite some time and such kind of services will hinder our relationships with your company. It was not expected from the company like yours. Please see into the matter asap.

        I mr g surya rao purchased maruti celerio vxi on date 31/11/2016 from sky auto mobile, jagdalpur. I've paid rs 499318/-, but dealer provide invoice rs 443347.01 i, e invoce amount. Insurance amount rs14780/-, vehicle registration amount rs 35911/- (Total amount - rs 494038.01). Discount amount rs 16499.99.
        Therefore dealer taken extra money from me.
        Kindly consider my complaint.

          Sir,
          I own a maruti swift lxi 2012 model petrol. Its four door window opening handle just fall off from the panel. I got to the service station to fix it, they replied that they dont have the spare and agreed to arrange the parts within two days but its almost 4 months past still havent arranged the parts. Cant open the window without the handle. So please do the need full.

          From the time i bought it i have had frequent starting problem... Also onroad service was pathetic... Noise of excel not going away... Today when i am writing this i am stranded andcwaiting for assistance... Car not starting... Forced new india insurance.. Extended warrenty... Everything is waste...             Dear sir,

            This is in regard to an alto vxi blazing red, i pruchased from m/s. Hercules automobiles, alleppey. I booked the car with full payment cheque. I preffered white colour, but due to their stock deficiency i forced to move to red. Until delivery everything went fine.

            After the car delivery, just the next day, the sales executive mr. Abhijith suriya – mob:[protected] came to take the car for permanent registration, and later he return. He just hit my car into the house gate. At the moment only my wife and mother was there in home. He just told them that he will repair the car while we come to service, means he will do it one month later. Please remember that, i just purchased the car one day before only and we drive it for just 10 kms - only to the temple near to us.

            I think this might me the value you were giving to your customers. Once sale is completed, your commitment to customer finished. Means once sales is completed, the sales executive will get his incentive, and after he don’t have to care for the customer. This might be the commitment to your customers.

            Later i called his manager mr. Rajesh kumar – mob: [protected], he told me he will send someone to collect the car on the next day for repair. As he committed, he send his driver next morning and they took the vehicle for repair.

            Now it is three days completed, we didnt get our vehicle back yet. On our continuous follow-up, the update from their side is, “we will give the car tomorrow”. This is the regular update we are getting from them.

            Before going to the consumer court i just wish to inform this matter to m/s. Maruti suzuki india ltd directly.

            Also attached the pictures of the damages happened to the car.

              I krishan kumar beniwal purchased baleno delta from platinum nexa showroom manesar on 14th june.2017. They couldn't provide me the bills while delivering the vehicle saying that tomorrow they will send through some staff at my home. But they couldn't do this upto next 20 days and finally they sent it upto rewari instead of my hometown. Also they made compulsory the accessories of rs 27k. Later for registration we came to know that agency is to take the registration amount and they should prepare a file. Again i contacted mr. Anant y who dealt my vehicle delivery. He told me to do neft of rs.34500/- and within two days he will despatch the file to me.. Amt was 31030/- but without checking he asked me the old amount. Neft was done on 13/7/17 but till date he didn't do needful​ for me and even. Not picking my phone.. Request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and do drastic change in their behaviour. Because of their negligency my car registration is delayed..

                I own a maruti swift car and it is 5 years old car. I got my car servicing done at vishnu car service private limited last month. After my servicing, i was charged exorbitantly for annual periodic servicing albeit it involved routine service as previous years. I also inquired for annual service charges with breakup for any routine service without any additional defects from maruti suzuki through mail.
                However, maruti suzuki directed me to the concerned car service centre and concerned service centre is not responding even after repeated calls and mail. Also maruti co. Is yet to give breakup or details of approx amount to be charged for any periodic annual servicing of diesel car

                  Not clearence in front side lighting and mirror
                  I already told to the service technical person but hes not solving the problem
                  Again problem was repeated
                  He was saying chang the head lights then it is ok solve the issue
                  But i taking the new last one months y changing the lights
                  Hw many times told nobody nt responding my problem
                  Again if repeated the problem i go to complaint another side i take the vehicle at saboo motors tadbund hyderabad near bowinpally (I am nt satisfied service and sales)

                    I have a swift vxi (2012 model). Out of these 5 years, i had to replace clutch plates for 2 times.

                    They simply ignore by saying, depending on driving condition the wear & tear can happen. Just rubbish. I have 2 wheelers also and i maintain my vehicles under single-driving condition only. For my 2 wheelers, even after 80k kms of mileage there is no wear & tear of clutches?
                    But for this dirty maruti car, within 50k kms, i had to replace clutch plates 2 times.
                    So maruti cars are cheaper in quality compared to mopeds. Shame on you maruti for your cheap quality.

                    Now, the most surprising thing is: i got it repaired at mithra agencies, madhapur, hyderabad and they gave me a repair bill of 11k which has almost equal cost with spares cost i. E., my spares bill is 6k worth and the labor charges are 5k for that!!!
                    Can anyone believe this? 90% labour costs?

                    Really disgusting and really this is purely looting the customers.

                    Only for buying a car, maruti was economical. But don't fall prey of their luring sales. They squeeze all your money with their hopeless quality products and service costs. We will definitely repent in future during these service costs for buying a maruti.

                      Hi this is muralidhar reddy janampally bought swift vdi option on april 2017 i went to srisailam when i came near munnanur check post car breakdown and when i tried to start it several times it failed u can imagine how tough situation it was for me no signal in that dense forest no one was there for help what it could have been if any wild animal passes away from that place and if my car brokedown on ghat road what could have been my situation and my family when i tried to contact your customer care there was no proper response and with local mechanic i was able to identify the problem and the problem was car diesel supply pipe was failed and no towing provided for me for which i got expenses of rs 6000 the cost of the diesel pipe is costing around rs 38000 and what i am worried is maruti is a brand which i had very gud opinion but with this incident i totally lost my goodwill on ur brand and i will never recommend maruti to my family or friends in my life because it is just hardly 3 months since i bought this car and there is a defect in diesel pipe r u using defective products and even i am worried that what could happen next with my car for a new car this type of situation should not happen i purchased car from adarsha showroom chandrayangutta hyderabad from b srikanth who is the sales person from whom i didnt get any suggestion. Even after paying road assist you guys haven't provided me towing facility i personally took towing from private and towed it from srisailam to hyderabad what sought of quality you guys are maintaining in designing the cars did you sold me a second hand car at showroom price what could have been my situation in case if handbreak fails on that dangerous ghat road money can be given but what abt our lives is it replaceable no right i want you guys to pay the towing charges which i incurred and replace my car i am not at all satisfied with the kind of services offered to me by maruthi respond back to me [protected]

                        Booking date was on 10.06.17. It was committed to deliver by 30.06.17. Accordingly booking was done with no optional choice but lxi new dezire (Gallant red). It was delayed and today they are asking for delivery when on scrutiny it was found that they paid for only 5 years duration registration tax where as amount was paid for one time (15years).

                          I am shaleen bindal working as area manager in escorts ltd. (Amg) posted at kanpur. Before 25 days, my wagon r passed on a bolder during an accident. I had submitted my car to ktl auto private ltd, ramadevi kanpur. Before 15 days, my cars service advisor inform me that cars brake booster also damage. Service advisor ordered brake booster before 10 days but not available till now

                            Subject : worst behavior made by dealers and ignorance when i am trying to contact him, really frustration for me
                            I am ashutosh designated ad project engineer in ministry of commutation and technology, new delhi, govt. Of india and basically from allahabad (Up), just want to purchase new dzire vxi model to gift my dad and regrading this i tried to connect your dealer (Green land motors) but they were not picking phone. After that i registered to your dealer's website www.greenlandmotors.com from where i got a phone number relation ship manger ([protected]). But after picking my call his first question was "how can you get my number" and did not given answer my single question as he said - "i forwarding your number to someone he will contact you soon" but there is no any call back for as of now, i am still waiting for same. Is this right way to handle your customers?

                            After that i was able to get another number bu googling for allahabad dealer of suzuki, named as anand ([protected]) but after receiving my call he has the same thing "how can you get my number" and no help from there side and redirect me to another number named as deep daas ([protected]). I was in frustration this time but i still a made a call to deep das, now again he has same thing "how can you get my number" and the way he was taking like why i made a call him, very rude, very very very rude.in last there was no help.
                            I was never expected such a worst service from a repudiated automobile company marti suziki's dealer.
                            How irresponsible they are and is this a right way to deal with customer?.
                            All employees were just trying to avoid there task and responsibility which should be right manner.
                            I need legal action for such type of employee working in your organization and hoping there will be a call back from your side to assist me.
                            In last, i have also made a call on your toll free number ([protected]) and make a polite request to kindly assist me or make a call back from any of dealers working for maruti suzuiki in allahabad and he assured me that there will be call but i could not get yet.

                            There thing are really frustrating for me, i am employee of govt of india but never make such a worst behavior to any one, i am very very sad that you are proving such type of service. This service experience was before purchase how can i sure after purchasing you will assist me for vehicle problems and stuff like that.

                              I am having alto k-10 of 2012 model. I have done hardly 12000 kms.
                              On 24 mar 2016 i found unable operate right side window glass and approached r n s motors at vijayapur karnataka. I was told the subject switch needs to be replaced. The subject item was replaced at the cost of rs1713/-

                              After one year again the same problem repeated. I was not ready to pay for the same. Thererfore i requested the service centre at vijayapur to take take up with company for remedial measure to improve the reliability of the switch.
                              On my insistence the workshop here said the original switch which i had carried with me was o k and the same was replaced in june this year. Again the same is not working now my e-mail address [protected]@hotmail.com

                                This is second time i'm complaining about the same car as they called me and asked my problem and never bothered to call me back againpathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and while traveling from buxar its engine got seized and the whole engine got rebuild in your varanasi maruti agency and they assured us that our car’s engine is like of a new car and will run smoothly for next 1 lack kms without any glitches…we got our car back and drove it for approximately 1400 kms…one day my dad was traveling to allahabad when again the engine stopped……we towed our car to your agency/workshop in allahabad “greenland motors, 40, industrial estate, teliarganj, allahabad, uttar pradesh”…we dropper our car at the agency on 01/05/2017 and whenever we asked them is our car ready they asked for more time…they kept our car for good 55 days telling us that there is a leakage in compressor and now they are saying that they repaired the whole engine again for which they are demanding 62000 (Apx.) rupees and ac work is pending for which we have to pay additional 22000 rupees (Apx.)…i mean what the hell we just got our engine packed from maruti agency in varanasi and it was supposed to run without trouble….. Now just after driving 1400km these people at allahabad agency are saying they repacked the engine and demanding approx. 62000 rupees for rebuilding engine and and 22000 rupees for ac after keeping my car my car in their workshop since last 80 days…. I mean how engine will cease again just after driving 1400 kms….. And the ac was perfectly working when we submitted our car…now they are saying car is ready to pick up and the bill is rs 86, 000 and we will have to bear charges for ac repair also….. This is how maruti rob their customers….? A car is supposed to run at-least 10-15 thousand kms once the engine is remade but engine seized within 1400kms of run from the first repair and now you people are asking us to pay for rebuilding engine and ac again... I mean i'll. Will have to rebuild my engine after every 1500 km and will have to pay heavy amount of rs 80, 000 for it... A brand like maruti should not suppoed to rob customer like this. Such harassment from maruti is un acceptable. Paying 1.5 lack for ceased engine of a maruti car is no more han a joke. Even better/bigger brands like honda and hyundai doesn’t treat their customers like this.
                                People from maruti don call or fallow up after first call. This is cheating.

                                  To whom soever it may concern,
                                  I had met with an accident due to which the rear bumper of my car was damaged. I requested the service center men to pick up the car and deliver as soon as possible as my car is my only source of commuting within the city. They took the car ontime but took 3 weeks to deliver the car back to me after me following up with them on multiple occasions. There was no status update provided to me during this time. I had to call and check regularly on the status. Once the car was delivered, they failed to return my car documents rc and insurance (Original copies) which i had to submit to them to claim insurance. Later they're informed me that the documents are lost. Its been over 2 months now and i'm still waiting for the documents. During the course, i had to again follow up with the people from the service center to get a status and finally they asked me to go to the rto for certain formalities. I was informed that it would take maximum of 30 mins to complete the formalities. But when i was in the rto, i waited for more than 6 hours from 9am to complete the formalities. I'm not sure if i'm able to convey the frustration that i've been put through right from the accident (Which a tt came and ramped my car from behind) or the service provided by garuda autocraft. Pathetic service none the less and negligence at its peak and no accountability towards their duties eventually leading to major frustration and trouble they've put me through.

                                  The names of the service center employees are saravanan and sridhar from garuda autocraft, hebbal service station, bangalore.

                                  Please look into this and let me know if employees like this can be put to task for their negligence.

                                    I bought ciaz zdi+ on 29th june 2016.

                                    Within 1 month from purchase the plug of the right side projector head lamp got burnt. Then i had constant issues with the music system which i even highlighted in 2nd and 3rd service. Then the floor light got fused. The car's horn plug was also got burnt. I highlighted to the service centre to check the whole wiring but they just kept resolving these small issues and the below incident happened on 14th july 2017.

                                    I was driving back from gurgaon to ghaziabad around 11:30 pm
                                    First the battery light turned on in the instrument panel. After a while other lights like abs, airbags, hand break turned on while the car was running. The music system switched off and the head lights got dim as if the voltage is low. After a while the power steering went off and it got too hard to move it. Still i managed to drive for a while without lights/horn, power windows not working and power steering on national highway without street lights. After a few kilometres the car stopped and did not start again through self or through manual push. I was stranded in middle of nowhere in ghaziabad at 12:30 pm which was not safe at all and was a big risk.

                                      I am Balakrishnan R serving at Indian Army, 5 Madras regiment, Arunachal Pradesh. I booked and got a delivery of brand new Maruti Suzuki Baleno car - Alpha 1.2 Petrol (TN73 P 1418), Chassis No: MBHEWB22SHE125342, Engine No: 7103708. on 5th June'2017 at Khivraj NEXA, Chennai, Ambattur though CSD (Army Canteen).

                                      On 23rd day of purchase, my new Maruti Baleno car caught fire on 28th June'2017 at 11:00 PM inside parking area of Government quarters campus under parked condition at Nungambakkam, Chennai.

                                      It was just 23 days old car and ran only 300 KM's, on 28th June'17 around 11:00 PM, we received info over phone from the campus residence stating sparkling sound & smoke coming from the car, all we gathered & tried for controlling of fire. When this incident took place Local police authorities, Fire brigade and few media journalist reached to the spot within 10 minutes, fire brigades tried to control the fire, but the fire was uncontrollable which completely burnt the vehicle. same was broadcasted in Polimer TV, Kalaignar TV, etc, & published in daily news papers.

                                      Nungambakkam F3 Police Station has filed a complaint on this issue and provided a FIR to us on 29th June 17. Egmore fire & rescue station has also registered this incident and provided their report on 29th June’17. This issue is already reached to Chennai Commissioner Office and Officials are closely monitoring the case with Nungambakkam F3 Police Station.

                                      I and my family kept our patience right from the beginning and co-operated for this investigations. But Yesterday (13th June'17), Maruti NEXA Team declaring that, car caught fire not because of Manufacturing defect or technical fault and its due to external factors which is contradict with the facts and reports provided by Police, Fire and Fore & Seek investigations.

                                      Maruti Team soothing us that you will get your insurance money as per your IDV quoted. It's distressing that Insurance company (United India) paying me the compensation as per IDV, which was not our choice at all and we only spent Rs.21000 as insurance fee, whereas after many inquiry and study, we choose Maruti Suzuki Baleno car as our choice and spent whole rest of money to them, only for their company reputation, customer support and Trustworthiness.

                                      Being first generation car buyer, had many aspiration and dream on buying this car. So at most priority were given and bought this as fully loaded top variant Maruti Baleno car without any compromise. Its huge heartbreaking loss to us and couldn't imagine that we lost very huge money within 20 days timeline on buying this car.

                                      If Maruti are 100% sure on denying manufacturing defect or technical fault. I am 200% sure that there is no possibility for fire through external factors, There is no history of security concerns raised in our quarters campus till now, since its inauguration at the year 2000. Our Government Quarters located in heart of the City, has 24/7 police patrol at Loyola college gates, which is quite opposite to our campus in 10 to 20 meters and surrounded by very busy road. Moreover people who are living in the quarters are Tamilnadu Government Fire and rescue brigade officers.

                                      In addition to that, Police authority, Fire Dept, fore & seek Dept., has submitted their report and it says fire starts from front portion of the car and there is no trace for external cause of fire. And the people who saw this incident lively also stating the same.

                                      Maruti became an automobile giant, only through the customer like us giving positive reviews, feedback, customer experience and recommendations through good word of mouth. Even i switched from Hyundai I20 to Maruti Baleno due to my friend's suggestions only.
