Had been complaining about mrf humming sound to both mrf & msil but still have not received any response from single team. Have written total 10-11 mails but no single reply for the same. Complaint from 28th april 2017 till 28th june 2017 no body is bothered to attend the complaint.

Workshop team is also lethargic and not taking follow up of the same with anybody. And saying we cannot do anything for the tyre.

Highly dis - satisfied with ciaz performance and i would let you all know, never ever buy ciaz, as it has lamest and slowest service response.

    I have gone to service my maruti swift car to your dealar m/s rajiv automobiles pvt ltd at muzaffarpur bihar on 28/06/2017 vide my cash memo no bc17003996 for rs 4642.00. When i said that i will pay the amount through s. B. I debit card they refuse to take payment through card and demand me cash only. I said that as per gov. Notification payment should be made through card only but they do not accept. I have so much difficulty to withdraw cash from atm, lastly i have to go bank to withdraw cash. I want to know why they have do so

      Dear sir,

      Before several day i want a new car for my brother. So, i can search & compare some car on internet by price, quality, service, comfort & convenience and finally i make my mind on maruti wagon-r vxi modal.
      On monday (26-july-2017) i call at your sale point in rewari m/s dinco motor on these no.[protected]Given on your official website of msil) call pickup on reception and she say our ts (Mr. Harish yadav [protected]) call back to you. After 15 min he call & i give a query for maruti wagon-r vxi modal silver colour then he say sir, give me some time for checking availability of these modal in our stock then i call you again. Near by 12:30 am i receive a call from m/s dinco motors by his sales executive (Mr. Tushar yadav [protected]) and confirm wagon-r vxi modal silver colour is available in ready stock and discuss for price and other charge given basic price rs. 438537 insurance rs. 19194 trc rs. 850 & number plate rs 700 and we give a discount of rs 30000 and after some time he increase discount by give additional discount of rs. 5000 on these vehicle after all discussion i say i discuss with my brother then i confirm my booking and take delivery on 28-july-2017. Within 2 hour we all prepare our mind on given net price rs 424281/- and call to mr. Tushar yadav for confirm my order he give call to mr. Harish yadav (Ts). He completely refuse for that price will completely wrong given by our sales executive actual price of these modal is basic price 442361/- insurance rs 19336/- trc rs. 850/- and number plate rs 700/- and we give only discount of rs 30000. I say before 2 hour he able to confirm order on that price he ans. Me mr. Tushar is recently join the company and he give price of vxi white colour varient (Sir, mr. Tushar confirm silver varient is ready in stock and discuss price for these modal how it can be possible he give me wrong price because i read on your website all sales staff will be professionally trained by company for selling his product & service)
      Sir, after watching these episode please explain how i can trust on msil service or i can shift on other brand for better service.

        I had booked a grey zeta model ciaz hybrid on 7th of may at vipul nexa sector 63 noida.
        I was told that i would get the delivery within 2-3 weeks but even after 8 weeks now, today on 28-june, i still have no visibility of the delivery.
        The dealer is saying that there is some issue at the maruti production end and he is able to delivery the car in other colors than grey.
        How is it possible that maruti is producing the car in other colors but not grey.

        I have already lost so much time in waiting and still dealer is not able to give any clear picture on delivery either.
        This is very unacceptable and non-professional behavior, whether on maruti or the nexa.
        Not sure if this is what is called the nexa experience.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I booked dry cleaning and rubbing polishing service for my car wagonr registration no. : hr26aw8859 on 21 june 2017 with a pick and drop service at prem motors private limited (Plot no 3, idc, industrial development area, sector 16, opposite sector-14, gurugram, haryana 122001).
          I got a call around 3 pm from my service adviser mr. Ashok, he stated that my car met with an accident after the completion of all the service. They promised me to repair my car for free of cost within 3 working days. I visited their workshop on 24 june 2017 and found my car untouched. It was just parked in the workshop and no repair work started till date. I asked agm mr yogender to send an email with the detailed report on 21 june 2017 but i did not got any satisfying response from him, some how i got an email fro service adviser mr ashok on 26 june only after my repeated requests. He stated that they will take another week to repair my car. Then also i agreed to him in order to get my car repaired. They provided me with the replacement vehicle on 26 june 2017 whose hand brakes is not working. They are delaying the delivery of my vehicle as their is no progress in the repair work so far till date (28 june 2017). I had a word with mr saurav, body shop adviser at around 10:30 am, 28 june 2017 and he stated that they will start the work day after tomorrow on 30 june 2017. They are just creating troubles and doing nothing. My car's rc is with them.

            I have a maruti suzki baleno 1.2 alpha in petrol variant & date of sale 28.10.2016. We are facing a problem from suspension side. They are not working smoothly. It is working very hard. So it think that it will be replace in under warranty. So i requested to you please change these parts for smooth driving. We are living in budaun, uttar pradesh.

              Pathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and while traveling from buxar its engine got seized and the whole engine got rebuild in your varanasi maruti agency and they assured us that our car’s engine is like of a new car and will run smoothly for next 1 lack kms without any glitches…we got our car back and drove it for approximately 1400 kms…one day my dad was traveling to allahabad when again the engine stopped……we towed our car to your agency/workshop in allahabad “greenland motors, 40, industrial estate, teliarganj, allahabad, uttar pradesh”…we dropper our car at the agency on 01/05/2017 and whenever we asked them is our car ready they asked for more time…they kept our car for good 55 days telling us that there is a leakage in compressor and now they are saying that they repaired the whole engine again for which they are demanding 62000 (Apx.) rupees and ac work is pending for which we have to pay additional 22000 rupees (Apx.)…i mean what the hell we just got our engine packed from maruti agency in varanasi and it was supposed to run without trouble….. Now just after driving 1400km these people at allahabad agency are saying they repacked the engine and demanding approx. 62000 rupees for rebuilding engine and and 22000 rupees for ac after keeping my car my car in their workshop since last 57 days…. I mean how engine will cease again just after driving 1400 kms….. And the ac was perfectly working when we submitted our car…now they are saying ac is not working and delivery will be delayed and we will have to bear charges for ac repair also….. This is how maruti rob their customers….? A car is supposed to run at-least 40000 kms once the engine is remade but engine seized within 1400kms of run and now you people are asking us to pay for rebuilding engine and ac again and that to after 57 dayswhy you people push us to seek consumer court for justice…? A brand like maruti should not suppoed to rob customer like this. Such harassment from maruti is un acceptable. Paying 1.5 lack for ceased engine of a maruti car is no more han a joke. Even better/bigger brands like honda and hyundai doesn’t treat their customers like this.

              Its 70 days now and I haven't received any call from Maruti or The Dealer...This what maruti do in India...First they sell car and boast themselves as most trusted brand then they keep car back in the name of repair and rob customer...1.5 lakh for engine repair...Never maruti again...!!

              Its 70 days now my car is in your service cente...You people assured a proper resolution though I haven't received any call from Maruti or The Dealer...This what maruti do in India...First they sell car and boast themselves as most trusted brand then they keep car back in the name of repair and rob customer...1.5 lakh for engine repair...Never maruti again...!!

              Respected I bought a new swift desire from sudha motors Ranchi they said my cars with air bag but there is no written SRS in my steering and my front panel .i have shown my car to other maruti showroom for this, they also said there is no airbag

                Got my car serviced yday from maruti dealer in akurdi/chinchwad in pune.
                Though the car was at workshop 3 days while receiving i have noticed few unacceptable things as below -
                1. No internal cleaning at all, (Though i have been charged as 3m cleaning kit)
                2. All av vents, gear shaft, side lines, covers, door liners etc all having visible dust.
                3. Found cockroaches at few places in below back seat and near stepany. (This is ridiculous internal cleaning)
                4. Back seat cover got damaged at few places.
                5. Outside body wash is not done, dust everywhere in the corners.
                6. Matt and below seat area are all dusty and with patches.

                After letting s. A and s. M know about these issues they were reluctant to hear the issues and insisted to take he car back. What kind of customer service is this?
                One of my most terrible and worst experience with car service. Seems all got money oriented but no customer satisfaction at all.

                  We have purchased one maruti suzuki breeza on 31/03/2017 through one of your sales person yk dubey from reliable industries deoghar and we were supposed to get the registration papers within 15 days of sale of car. Inspire of several reminders the customer service cell is not prepared to listen to our grievances
                  Yk dubey is also not responding to our complaint and not delivering the services as promised during sale of the car. Tcs deducted on sale papers are not made available please look into the matter as this was not expected from maruti india

                    I own maruti swift car from past 4 years.in last month i. E may i got hit by buffalo near about 10 p. M since then its almost a month when i approach my nearby dealer of maruti suzuki i. E lovely autos nawanshar. The personals of the company has given me the time of 15 to 20 days but now its almost a month. They are not giving the satisfactory answer... I need my car as i have no other car... The customer relation ship manager is not dealing in right way with me... I am very disappointed with the service of the company...

                      The service and models are too worst and they will not provide warranty too even they issued warranty card also.
                      I bought a suzuki on jan'2017, from gem motors, hyderabad. From day one i am complaining on my scooter about the front wheel as it is not running properly. They had kept my vehicle for several times and they didn't resolve the problem as of now. They have changed break shoe first time and dust removed for second time and yesterday they changed drum. No warranty i got from any service or spare parts. Everytime i was charged and it costs approximately 5k as if now even i have a warranty on this vehicle.

                      I m from Aligarh, borrow ascooter access 2017 model five months back.now the problem in scooter is self start not work properly.service centre give me no proper response.its very bad experience to buy a new access125.

                        I visited dewars garage at taratala road, kol-88 on 10.06.17. Wanted to book dezire to get delivery by june-end. As per them old model at desired budget was not available and only dezire lxi with galant red can be delivered by this month (June) end. I booked it with nominal amount with their only option as i badly need a car by 28th june'2017 itself. Subsequently down payment and bank loan formalities were finished also in time. Presently concerned representative cannot give firmed delivey even yesterday evening he didn't lift my phone call. Booking no-sob17000531.
                        It seems to me that i relied on false committment otherwise i would have opted
                        For other choice.

                          Dear sirs,

                          I purchased maruti wagonr on 7th dec. 2016. After few day i complaint about the fuel consumption. Mr. Vinod borade sales man at showroom, who did the deal with me, told new car give less average and the average will give as per the maruti advertised.

                          Again i complaint about fuel consumption. He told me to wait until 2nd service of car. I did the second service and after that average becomes less.

                          Please do something to get full average as per advertised.

                            My son pratap dash have purchase a maruti suzuki vitara brezza car from legend car motors pvt. Ltd. Jeypore of odisha state on 14.07.2016. I have lodge a complain at the time of 2nd and 3rd servicing onward that when drive one dum dum sound comes from over the back side of left wheel but they are take it easily and not resolve that problem till today when i told several times about problem but no result has been found it is very unfortunate and servicing is unsatisfactory. Pl help me what i do.

                                I had purchased one ciaz vdi+ shvs car from your dealer in east delhi om=n dated[protected]. All three services are done by your authorised workshops in time. It completed 18000 km run. But the mileage of my car is 16.5 kmpl. It is against your co claim as 29.00 kmpl. It is not nearby.
                                Can anybody suggest me or help me so that we can achieve a good or reasonable mileage which save my pocket.
                                It reflects the bad image of your co. When the persons ask me it mileage.
                                Moreover i pospond the my idea to purchase the another vehicle from maruti.
                                I hpoe somebody will reply my complaint in suitable time frame.

                                  Just as a sales gimmick in all dealers advt. Showing discount on some models of suzuki cars in uttaralhand in june 2017. When contacted two dealers for the said advt., gave a deaf ear and telling they are ignorant about it.

                                  How can they play such trick. It seems that all the dealers are hand in glove and formed cartels. This kind of response is giving a bad name to apni maruti suzuki.

                                  Any brand name is built by the combined efforts of manufacturer and dealers.

                                  This kind of attidue is never expected in a state capital. Now the culture and attidue of buniness of a three tier city in coming to dehradun also. The business attitude is fast degrading with poorly educated sales team.

                                  It is alarming for maruti. That is why they had to open nexa for the elite. After some time nexa will also degarde and then maruti will think about nexa plus...

                                  It's right time to ponder for maruti.

                                    At the time of booking and at the time of delivery it was clearly said that vehicle is not older than 1 month i. E may-17 manufacturing.

                                    Herewith i am bringing into your notice that in the registration certificate it is clearly mentioned that motor vehicle was manufactured in the month of january-17

                                    When the vehicle was delivered to me the interior and outside there was mud stucked the polish was dull at the same time i asked the response was our where house is 70km away from the nexa - kharghar show room that's the reason mud was stucked while travelling to the showroom.

                                    I have notice that the shine of the vehicle is dull and no polish will make it look new.

                                    At the time of delivery it was shining in lights but after 2 days i have noticed it's a old standing vehicle.

                                    I am completely cheated with premium nexa rich experience.

                                    Nexa - kharghar navi mumbai have made me signed all the documents of peaceful delivery which i did but no papers were presented in front of me for manufacturing dates.

                                    But i was waiting for the rc document to know the exact manufacturing date of the vehicle.

                                    3 days before i have received the rc copy and pro actively i have taken the action.

                                    I have paid for new manufactured vehicle not for a old 6 months car and why i should get a 6 months manufactured vehicle with the same of new cost.

                                    After this kind of experience i will request maruti suzuki to cancel the dealership. Because this kind of cheats again leading maruti to a older experience.

                                      I mangilal choudhary, purchased the swift desire rj19cf-7377 on 21.10.2015, the said vehicle started giving trouble from jan 2017 and and again and again happened 4th time. It was 4th time brake failure in my vehicle. At last it occurred at the authorised service centre i. E. Lmj services ltd. On 19 may, 2017.

                                      1. I am a senior citizen and i purchased the said vehicle to meet my and my wife’s old age needs but the very vehicle has now became bone of contention in my life. It is dangerous, highly unsafe and threat to my life, life of my family members and people on road.

                                      2. Enclosed here with are the letters of communication of my grievance to maruti and dealer lmj services ltd., i have been running door to door to have permanent solution of the problem, but unfortunately i have been left disappointed by maruti and dealer also, the company in which i trusted my hard earned money to have a peace of mind by owning a maruti vehicle.

                                      3. Three times i have put faith in the maruti service centre / care to permanently address the serious problem of break failure in the said vehicle but my hopes are shattered after consequent failure of this vehicle on road and in crowd. Fortunately with driver’s active response the tragedy of causing harm to life was averted but caused vehicular damage due to failure of breaks.

                                      4. I have received reply letter dated 10/6/17 from lmj service to receive the “repaired” vehicle, but the letter more sound to bury me in paper work and twisted language rather than giving me confidence to receive the vehicle with assurance and resolving my despair to permanent solution of the problem and have peace of mind.

                                      5. Being a senior citizen me and my wife have medical urgencies /needs and the very vehicle was bought for meeting those needs also, as it was comfortable and family car, but with heavy heart i would say it has caused serious mental and physical agony to me and my family. I have lost confidence and trust in this vehicle as more than times it has disappointed me and my family. It has left me handicapped, helpless and dependent which just of the very opposite for which the said vehicle was bought.

                                      6. Also being a responsible citizen i would not dare nor maruti should do, to allow such vehicle to be on road unless there is permanent solution of the problem.

                                      It is my urgent plea and request to resolve the issue to replace the vehicle.
                                      Kindly get me out of this condition of hopelessness, despair, mental and physical agony.

                                        We had given our car gj 01 rk 4558 to kataria automobiles, makarba, ahmedabad on 08 june 2017 for service and also there was a severe noise coming from the right side front suspension. Which i had informed the dealer at the time of giving the car for service and also at times when it was given earlier than 8 june. The problem did not resolve. Further, the car was again requested to visit the workshop on 16 june and was delivered back on 17 june. At that time, i was assured that we are keeping the car for 2 days to resolve the issue and after which you will not face any problem. I had also requested for checking the right front suspension, as the wear and tear of the tyre on that side was higher compared to the other 3 sides. Also, to my surprise, there is another sound from right side disc brake which has started from yesterday 19 june, 2017.

                                        Issue 2
                                        Date since november 2015 till date

                                        I had informed the kataria officials and maruti regional representative on the headlight flickering issue many times. But the response was that it is normal and happens in all cars. I am pleased to inform you that technically this problem is not happening in the new shvs enables ciaz cars. Please understand if the headlight flicker happens due to compressor starts when the ac is on and also the other functionality get affected, it is not a normal sign. I do have a swift as well, where this kind of problem does not persist.

                                        It is because of the alternator, the load is getting shifted on the battery which is causing headlight to flicker while on the move.

                                        I hope that maruti is concerned about its customers and eventually is interested in providing a solution. As neither the workshop person nor the workshop manager take proper interest in vehicles and test them properly before handing over to customer. And every time false commitments are given.

                                        It is when the customer starts driving, these things come to notice. I humbly request the maruti team to please look into both the issues.
