I go to stan autos service centre for alto k10 2nd service. Very poor service.. Sab se pehla 8am Mera hi number tha. Par fir bhi mere car ko service karne main 3 hour lage. Wo bhi simple. Checkup ke liye r washing ke liye. Plz agr aap ke service centre wale free service walo ko time se nhi service de sakte ko free service dena band kar do.. Paid kar do service sabhi. Ache se attend to karenge wo log...

    Hello,
    I am writing this complaint after huge round of discussion and arguments held with your surat, vesu dealer "Kataria automobile".
    I gave my swift vxi petrol vehicle for one main problem that the car was taking around 3-4 self to start. This behaviour is not uniform means some time it takes 3-4 self in morning most of the time after running couple of kms.
    I envolved kataria workshop manager mr. Jay prakash from starting of the troubleshooting.
    Initially norrmal servicing along with relay checking, spark plug changing, air filter change, tappet setting was suggested to me. I agreeed. Bill came around 7000.00rs.
    I took the vehicle and found that the problem was not resolved.
    I gave the vehicle again.
    After discussion and detail evalutaion from dealer they came to me with a solution that we need to go for complete head overhaulibg including replacement of valves and relapping on lathe etc.
    It was garanteed to me by mr. Jay praksh (workshop manager of kataria automobile vesu surat) that the problem will be resolved. And if not they take garantee.
    They asked estimate woukd be around[protected] rs.
    I permitted again. And paid the bill and took the vehicle.
    Only the next day itself i noticed that the problem is at is. Not even 1% improvement.
    I again gave the vehicle.
    Firstly it is very shameful on their part that they could not solve it in so many attempts. Apart from that the manager do not have that much curtsy to accept the same amd go for solution directly now without thinking if making money.. Instead of that now again thay are coming with one more option fo changing electrical coils.
    I have clearly said i will not pay even a single pie to them and they have to solve it by any means.
    I cant afford to pay them which is working like a training centre or working on trail and error methodology..
    I once again request you to kindly resolve the matter without any discussion.

      Fuel problem

      Sir I am from Delhi and last week went to Amritsar Punjab have a Maruti swift Vxi there was some fuel supply problem in my car I sent my car to your authorised service station Hanson automobiles @ Amritsar Punjab engineer checked the problem and said that will clean the fuel injectors and throttle body and fuel tank clean they done all thease work but after 30-40 kms I facing same fuel supply problem

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have done 3rd serving of my car [MH05CV6315] on 8 June 2017 from Prakash Auto Pvt. Ltd. Badlapur (E), Maharashtra. My car running as of now aprox 16000 km.

      I was purchase this car before 6 month [Date of Purchase : 28 Nov 2017 /Chassis No : 357560 ] from same dealer Prakash Auto Pvt. Ltd. Badlapur(E).

      I meet that time to your Service adviser Mr. Chndrakant [[protected]], there almost done serving of my car but tyre wheel alignment was pending due to lack of time, so as per suggestion by adviser, I have checked my car tyre alignment from Ulhasnagar [ Same report has been attached]. According to his report shows some minor problem/fault in alignment in front camber of left side tyre [ reading is varies from normal range] [As per report remark - front left shock up issue ], Same thing i have share to with Adviser CHandrakant [Service adviser of Prakash auto], for confirming issue, Mr. Chandrakant was drive my car about 500 meter and given his Remark- that everything fine ok, wait some months will observe it.

      But I have some drought, that how can he said everything fine ok. I want to clear the problem, as my car is only 6 moth old and under warranty. So kindly suggest me on this. I am really very disappointed. If everything fine then why should reading not proper??

      Again I Come to Prakash Auto Service center for reconfirming alignment issue, Mr CHandrakant from prakash auto, then suggest and said Service Centre alignment machine giving some error/faulty, so you have to come to service centre after two days when machine will repaired, and we will call you. Now its 2 week over, i didn't get any call from Prakash Auto. Also Mobile/Contacts of Prakash Auto are not reachable.

      My concern is that I have to recover my car fault. So kindly suggest me on this.

      Just I Got call from Andheri by Mr. Amit [Fraud Name ] Bhayya Bihari language speaking after launching complaint - He is saying are you launch complaints ? If I say yes then asking for Credit / Debit / ATM Card details and says if you give Credit / Debit / ATM Card details your problem will be get solved. If you check number online on true caller the name says --> Indan Cnmer Help [Mobile Number : [protected]] --- He is fraud Bihari Bhayya May be working in Call center.

      Moral of story : don't give him Your Credit /debit or ATM card details...

      When i was driving a car.. and going 2 take turn so staring was lovk not move... after restart my car.. it was free but after ... in a turning poing my stearing also lock.. so plz help me...

        I am waiting for more than 7 months for said parts .maruti has delivered me faulty car with gear box failure. i have reported the dealer who sold the car OMR NEXA CHENNAI also.

        i gave back the car to dealer itself they have taken the car to service center initially and gave back with open job card still waiting for parts . i have reported this issue in 700 kms itself that's just weak time i got delivery .

        i face a serious break down issue in gear box on high way, they wanted only repair and give it to me they are still doing the repairs when ever i give my gar for service regarding this issue for more than 5 times in this 7 months and work shop people will give me back after 10- 15 days in garbage condition every time they break some thing or the other & scratches dents alover the engin console and front side walls of car while repairing .every time service center say they are still expecting some parts to come once its arrived will call for service . mean wile the car also got into accident because of gearbox failure my self my family are not safe in this car . .. u know they kept my car for more than 2 months around 75 days in service station itself .

        and all service centers are clean in taking the car for service for only the free km service coupons

        also i observed that the parts they raise in invoice is not replaced in the car i have strong valid proofs

        i don't know what to do with this kind of people and the car .i have all proofs still my complain is open only. customer care or officials have no words just keeping silence.

        i have not showed my anger also with them i was believing maruti will take care of this issue as days goes now but i lost hope

        friends and experts plz help me on this

          I'm really surprised to encounter the fraud done with me by the premium segment of Maruti i.e. Nexa and I will highlight wherever I can. Due to heavy rain there is water logging and cars of all other companies be it Hyundai or Ford crossed that place but the esteemed model of Maruti got stuck, my problem didn't stopped here. The real dilemma starts here when I approached Nexa showroom from where I purchased the Baleno by spending my hard earned money...to my surprise they revealed that the insurance given to me is not of Nexa but is from outside.

          1- No body asked me about my preference regarding insurance. Why they don't cover all engine protection as well other coverage which are same provided by Maruti Insurance.
          2- Is this the reward in return we are getting for the faith we developed for so many years on Maruti???
          3. My Car is Just 5 months old. is it engine technology you are providing??
          4.How water is reached to my car engine while other cars like Hundai i20, ford figo, Maruti swift crossed well. is all other cars are better than Suzuki Baleno?
          5. Talked with Nexa sales team, even they don't know what things are covered under different insurance policies. it is all experts you appointed?

          Don't think that I will stop here, I will definitely fight for my right...

              My car has gone there for maintainance from last 1month but after a long period of time we have not recieve any positive results. The staff of rukmani motors ujjain (Mp) specially mr. Satish patel misbehave with us with a very rough language and told he is not responsible for that. He used some abuse words against my dignity.
              Resolve this problem.

I bought a maruti suzuki swift desire zdi in year of 2014.in the may month 2017 1st day my car met an accident on that day evening i sent to the showroom.. On the that day 01.05.2017 they take no further action & no response for 10 days and i pay the per day 370rs for the parking for 10 days. Weekly once i went to the showroom to see my car no further improvement in car... I ask to questions to the supervisor they don't correctly response. For repairing amount 3007765.00. I already pay 50000, ready to pay full amount and i enclosed the bill.in 7 days before they told car has been take out 15.07.2017. I sent the car in the month of may they said they return in july. When i ask question they don't correctly answer. I so suffer without my car and i can't go out for family functions. They are so many problems. They so delay and irresponsible. So please ask to complete my car work sir take further action at cuddalore branch and rectify my problems as much as possible. I sent a mail to your company before 2 days.. Still u don'n take any action

                  I had given my car on 24th June for servicing to Maruti Competent (Sector 34, Gurgaon). The car was in perfect condition and just required the normal timely servicing. Car was picked from my home by competent driver and it reached their service station without any issue. After couple of hours I got a call from competent that there is a problem in the engine and the engine has got seized. The cause they told me was the last diesel which was filled in the tank was of bad quality.

                  When I escalated this to Maruzi Suzuki then they took time to analyze and responded that there was a manufacturing defect in the engine due to which engine has failed. Even though my car is under extended warranty, engine failure happened at Maruti dealer’s workshop and the cause is manufacturing defect they are not replacing the engine. They are forcing me to get the engine repaired which will certainly impact the value of the car and also if there is manufacturing defect in one part of the engine then it would have also impacted the other parts of engine

                  I am escalating this with a hope that an action would be taken against harassing the customers

                    For 3 month back i purchase a maruti suzuki celerio vxi from rana motars prasant vihar in 2 nd service the quality of car cleaning is very bad and before service my fog lamp is working and car pickup is good but after servicing of my car my fog lamp is fuse and car pickup is very low i am submitted my compliant to service center on phone call on same day but no one take my complaint seriously...

                    I am really very disappointed why should i purchase maruti celerion this is my worst experience the quality of services of company really very worst no one can resolve a customer complaint.

                      Had been complaining about mrf humming sound to both mrf & msil but still have not received any response from single team. Have written total 10-11 mails but no single reply for the same. Complaint from 28th april 2017 till 28th june 2017 no body is bothered to attend the complaint.

                      Workshop team is also lethargic and not taking follow up of the same with anybody. And saying we cannot do anything for the tyre.

                      Highly dis - satisfied with ciaz performance and i would let you all know, never ever buy ciaz, as it has lamest and slowest service response.

                        I have gone to service my maruti swift car to your dealar m/s rajiv automobiles pvt ltd at muzaffarpur bihar on 28/06/2017 vide my cash memo no bc17003996 for rs 4642.00. When i said that i will pay the amount through s. B. I debit card they refuse to take payment through card and demand me cash only. I said that as per gov. Notification payment should be made through card only but they do not accept. I have so much difficulty to withdraw cash from atm, lastly i have to go bank to withdraw cash. I want to know why they have do so

                          Before several day i want a new car for my brother. So, i can search & compare some car on internet by price, quality, service, comfort & convenience and finally i make my mind on maruti wagon-r vxi modal.
                          On monday (26-july-2017) i call at your sale point in rewari m/s dinco motor on these no.[protected]Given on your official website of msil) call pickup on reception and she say our ts (Mr. Harish yadav [protected]) call back to you. After 15 min he call & i give a query for maruti wagon-r vxi modal silver colour then he say sir, give me some time for checking availability of these modal in our stock then i call you again. Near by 12:30 am i receive a call from m/s dinco motors by his sales executive (Mr. Tushar yadav [protected]) and confirm wagon-r vxi modal silver colour is available in ready stock and discuss for price and other charge given basic price rs. 438537 insurance rs. 19194 trc rs. 850 & number plate rs 700 and we give a discount of rs 30000 and after some time he increase discount by give additional discount of rs. 5000 on these vehicle after all discussion i say i discuss with my brother then i confirm my booking and take delivery on 28-july-2017. Within 2 hour we all prepare our mind on given net price rs 424281/- and call to mr. Tushar yadav for confirm my order he give call to mr. Harish yadav (Ts). He completely refuse for that price will completely wrong given by our sales executive actual price of these modal is basic price 442361/- insurance rs 19336/- trc rs. 850/- and number plate rs 700/- and we give only discount of rs 30000. I say before 2 hour he able to confirm order on that price he ans. Me mr. Tushar is recently join the company and he give price of vxi white colour varient (Sir, mr. Tushar confirm silver varient is ready in stock and discuss price for these modal how it can be possible he give me wrong price because i read on your website all sales staff will be professionally trained by company for selling his product & service)
                          Sir, after watching these episode please explain how i can trust on msil service or i can shift on other brand for better service.

                            I had booked a grey zeta model ciaz hybrid on 7th of may at vipul nexa sector 63 noida.
                            I was told that i would get the delivery within 2-3 weeks but even after 8 weeks now, today on 28-june, i still have no visibility of the delivery.
                            The dealer is saying that there is some issue at the maruti production end and he is able to delivery the car in other colors than grey.
                            How is it possible that maruti is producing the car in other colors but not grey.

                            I have already lost so much time in waiting and still dealer is not able to give any clear picture on delivery either.
                            This is very unacceptable and non-professional behavior, whether on maruti or the nexa.
                            Not sure if this is what is called the nexa experience.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I booked dry cleaning and rubbing polishing service for my car wagonr registration no. : hr26aw8859 on 21 june 2017 with a pick and drop service at prem motors private limited (Plot no 3, idc, industrial development area, sector 16, opposite sector-14, gurugram, haryana 122001).
                              I got a call around 3 pm from my service adviser mr. Ashok, he stated that my car met with an accident after the completion of all the service. They promised me to repair my car for free of cost within 3 working days. I visited their workshop on 24 june 2017 and found my car untouched. It was just parked in the workshop and no repair work started till date. I asked agm mr yogender to send an email with the detailed report on 21 june 2017 but i did not got any satisfying response from him, some how i got an email fro service adviser mr ashok on 26 june only after my repeated requests. He stated that they will take another week to repair my car. Then also i agreed to him in order to get my car repaired. They provided me with the replacement vehicle on 26 june 2017 whose hand brakes is not working. They are delaying the delivery of my vehicle as their is no progress in the repair work so far till date (28 june 2017). I had a word with mr saurav, body shop adviser at around 10:30 am, 28 june 2017 and he stated that they will start the work day after tomorrow on 30 june 2017. They are just creating troubles and doing nothing. My car's rc is with them.

                                I have a maruti suzki baleno 1.2 alpha in petrol variant & date of sale 28.10.2016. We are facing a problem from suspension side. They are not working smoothly.                                   Pathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and while traveling from buxar its engine got seized and the whole engine got rebuild in your varanasi maruti agency and they assured us that our car’s engine is like of a new car and will run smoothly for next 1 lack kms without any glitches…we got our car back and drove it for approximately 1400 kms…one day my dad was traveling to allahabad when again the engine stopped……we towed our car to your agency/workshop in allahabad “greenland motors, 40, industrial estate, teliarganj, allahabad, uttar pradesh”…we dropper our car at the agency on 01/05/2017 and whenever we asked them is our car ready they asked for more time…they kept our car for good 55 days telling us that there is a leakage in compressor and now they are saying that they repaired the whole engine again for which they are demanding 62000 (Apx.) rupees and ac work is pending for which we have to pay additional 22000 rupees (Apx.)…i mean what the hell we just got our engine packed from maruti agency in varanasi and it was supposed to run without trouble….. Now just after driving 1400km these people at allahabad agency are saying they repacked the engine and demanding approx. 62000 rupees for rebuilding engine and and 22000 rupees for ac after keeping my car my car in their workshop since last 57 days…. I mean how engine will cease again just after driving 1400 kms….. And the ac was perfectly working when we submitted our car…now they are saying ac is not working and delivery will be delayed and we will have to bear charges for ac repair also….. This is how maruti rob their customers….? A car is supposed to run at-least 40000 kms once the engine is remade but engine seized within 1400kms of run and now you people are asking us to pay for rebuilding engine and ac again and that to after 57 dayswhy you people push us to seek consumer court for justice…? A brand like maruti should not suppoed to rob customer like this. Such harassment from maruti is un acceptable. Paying 1.5 lack for ceased engine of a maruti car is no more han a joke. Even better/bigger brands like honda and hyundai doesn’t treat their customers like this.

                                  Haven't received any update from Maruti team yet...When I'm going to get my car back...It's already 60 days. Very disappointed and feeling cheated.

                                  Its 70 days now and I haven't received any call from Maruti or The Dealer...This what maruti do in India...First they sell car and boast themselves as most trusted brand then they keep car back in the name of repair and rob customer...1.5 lakh for engine repair...Never maruti again...!!

                                  Respected I bought a new swift desire from sudha motors Ranchi they said my cars with air bag but there is no written SRS in my steering and my front panel .i have shown my car to other maruti showroom for this, they also said there is no airbag

                                    Got my car serviced yday from maruti dealer in akurdi/chinchwad in pune.
                                    Though the car was at workshop 3 days while receiving i have noticed few unacceptable things as below -
                                    1. No internal cleaning at all, (Though i have been charged as 3m cleaning kit)
                                    2. All av vents, gear shaft, side lines, covers, door liners etc all having visible dust.
                                    3. Found cockroaches at few places in below back seat and near stepany. (This is ridiculous internal cleaning)
                                    4. Back seat cover got damaged at few places.
                                    5. Outside body wash is not done, dust everywhere in the corners.
                                    6. Matt and below seat area are all dusty and with patches.

                                    After letting s. A and s. M know about these issues they were reluctant to hear the issues and insisted to take he car back. What kind of customer service is this?
                                    One of my most terrible and worst experience with car service. Seems all got money oriented but no customer satisfaction at all.

                                      We have purchased one maruti suzuki breeza on 31/03/2017 through one of your sales person yk dubey from reliable industries deoghar and we were supposed to get the registration papers within 15 days of sale of car. Inspire of several reminders the customer service cell is not prepared to listen to our grievances
                                      Yk dubey is also not responding to our complaint and not delivering the services as promised during sale of the car. Tcs deducted on sale papers are not made available please look into the matter as this was not expected from maruti india
