I booked ignis vehicle in nexa show room in koramangala, bangalore.
I wanted blue color, but since only silver color was only available at the time of booking, i booked it with a booking amount of rs.11000

Later i got a call from nexa showroom in marathahalli outer ring road, telling me that blue color ignis vehicle is available and i need to come and book it immediately

Hence i cancelled my booking from nexa showroom in koramangala and booked again in marathahalli outer ring road. The car was also delivered to me by nexa in marathahalli outer ring road.

I called nexa koramangala to refund my booking amount.
They asked me for my bank details and it was sent to them as requested.

Now even after two months i am yet to get the refund of my booking amount. Everyday i call them, the answer is "today it will be transferred".
I have called up nearly 20 times, and always false promises are made to me.

But till date the amount has not been refunded back to me.

I am totally frustrated with the service on nexa koramangala showroom.

Please help me in this regard

    Sir, i mr rohit, i have swift vdi (Abs) regd no hr 26 bf 6216. My car send for service in magic auto private limited, mayapuri, where my car proper checked and entered in workshop at 1600h on 29 apr 17, after complete the service wksp handed over the the vehicle to mr raj kumar ([protected]) at approx 1950h. Then mr raj kumar not checked the vehicle & next day early morning check the vehicle main glass found broken. Mr raj kumar informed to manager of magic auto private limited. The same was not repaired by magic auto private limited. They blamed mr raj kumar. Mr raj kumar went to consumer court the same.
    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My vehicle damaged due to accident on 30april to maruti showroom shahdol but till date nobody giving exact progress of work...Is this responsibility of maruti company. Sometime Manager is giving different answer and sometime sale r giving different answer...What's this ??? Is vehicle there or it has been sold to anybody else...

      Sub. Complaint of my car no. Dl8cag 5376 service not satisfactory

      Dear sir / madam

      I just want to know that every time company ask to do services on the authorized service centre and get full satisfaction without any hassle

      But sorry to say that i am the owner of 4 car in which 1 car unfortunately form your company (Maruti) and it was surprised that every time your guys make fun and nothing to do any special in car service, they just do work with close eyes only.

      Yesterday i sent my car for service on your respected service station (D d motors wazirpur) but sorry to say that the service was not satisfactory as usual same,

      Could be please elaborate at the time of purchase car you and your sales executive make fools to their customers of course i am also one of them that’s why i bring maruti car in home.

      I just want to know what is warranty or guarantee. Can you please define for me about warranty or guarantee definition? Because there is very big deference’s in the meaning when you buy a car and when the time to replace the things free of cost during the warranty and guarantee.

      At the time of purchase wagner, i took 4 years extended warranty on my car no dl8cag 5376. After that your company why charge money from us on which parts company changed and some of the parts are not changed which is not working properly

      So i am requested you to please take my car back and change the parts which is shown in the job card no. Jc17007678 dated[protected]. And refund our money which is charges against parts which is already in warrantee

      We hope that you and your organization are not to force me to take any legal action against you and your respected company and do all work whatever required in my car free of cost.

      We hope you do all changing according to the job card at the earliest.

        Suzuki access 125 — fuel efficiency average 24 to 25 kmpl
        Purchased on 26th january 2017. I have bought my new access 125 from apple auto near devegowda petrol bunk outer ring road bangalore on 26th jan 2017, so far i have fed in 95 liters of petrol so far 4 and half months complete it has only given me only 2200 km so far and the tank is almost empty, lets say in total it might give me 2200/95 = 23.15 kmpl where as the company promises 60 - 64 kmpl but as per users review you at least get 40-45 kmpl depending on riding conditions. I bought access due to its good fuel mileage but i am disappointed, i would like to know the reason for this low mileage and also resolve the issue asap, please guide...

        Poor Mileage, only gives 25 per liter. I asked many times to service center but they are not efficient. I don't know what to do. How can company claim 64 km/l

          Dear Sir
          This concern is regarding the Suzuki Access 125 I have purchased on 8th May 2017 through Umang Motors (Sarwasti vihar, Pitampura). From the 4th days onwards the left brake has started giving problems. An abnormal sound has started coming from back tyre once left brake is applied. This problem is constantly coming since then.
          I have gone to GL Suzuki services (Gt karnal road) twice to help me for this problem. But they are unable to rectify the noise. After repeated number of trails and repair the noise is still coming.
          So I would request you to please look into the matter and kindly try to resolve the problem I am facing or provide me with the new vehicle as company has unable to rectify the noise. It has been less than a month from the date of purchase that I have to repeatedly go the service center. Kindly compensate me for the loss.

            सुबह 8 बजे भी बहुत लम्बी लाइन लेकिन कोई रिसीव करने वाला नहीं मिला। दुसरे फ्री सर्विस का नाम लेकर customer से व्हील बैलेंस आदि के नाम पर पैसे लेना। दूसरी सर्विस पर ही गाड़ी में व्हील बैलेंस की जरुरत क्यों। अगर है तो customer के सामने व्हील बैलेंस करे और मशीन की रसीद दे। सेण्टर से बहार व्हील बैलेंस सामने करते है पता तो चलता है। सेण्टर पर तो पता ही नहीं लगता किया भी है या नहीं। और अगर 2500 km पर ही व्हील बैलेंस की जरुरत है तो a question rise on performance of vechile and comapny। So not a good experience with maruti at low level specially at service center.

              Respected sir, i m pradeep, i have filed a complaint as omparkash vs hira automibile in consumer court of patiala, district patiala, against hira automobile.7th of june 2017 court is going to announce a historical decesion in my favour. I will highlight the decesion in front of newspapaer & will broadcast @ national level news channel. After highlight the decesion, i m 100% sure maruti suzuki will collapse all over india just in 24hrs. I[censored] wanna compromise, u have only 1day (Tuesday 6th of june 2017). Call pradeep @ [protected]. I mailed u because the operation head @ hira automobile, mr jaswinder singh gill ([protected]) doesn't seem serious in this case.

                I sent my maruthi swift desire for service at aathi maruthi coimbatore for following complaints:
                There was bad smell from the air conditioner due to rats got killed inside. When the car was returned after service we could find the same problem of bad smell coming still from the a/c. When i contacted the service people they said the problem was rectified and did not attend the call later.
                Then i sent my maruthi swift desire for service at abt coimbatore (Puliankulam branch) for the same problem.
                I told the supervisor that the car was sent for service for the same problem to aathi maruthi (Ondiputhur) also. When the supervisor took the vehicle he assured of cleaning the air conditioner and fully rectify the problem.
                He also told that the oil has to be changed. But i was not interested in changing the oil. But as the supervisor insisted i agreed and told him that i am giving the vehicle for service only for removing the bad smell but not for any other work. Because there was no other complaint in my car.
                But this time also when the car was returned after service we could find the same problem of bad smell coming still from the a/c existing.
                I was not satisfied and asked the supervisor about this. But did not give correct answer and the supervisor is trying to only avoid us. I am really disappointed with the service people after spending more than rs 15000/
                I am really annoyed and unhappy that aathi maruthi and abt maruthi service coimbatore are highly untrustworthy and writing this mail to you for corrective measures.

                  Sir, i had booked dezire 2017 zxi on 27th april 17. The status told is that my booked dezire has come in the dealer's showroom ie. My car (Dealer) at zarib chauki kanpur about 5 days back and i have seen the car also. But the dealer is saying that company has not allowed them to deliver the car to buyers as there is some problem regarding rto.

                  I would request to to look into it and advise me with the facts as the explantions given by the dealer are not convincing.

                  I look forward to get an early reponse directly from the company.

                        Sir/madam,
                        this is with refference to my wagonr green (Cng) with registration no : mh01cr0157.
                        Chassis : ma3ewde1s00b62309.
                        Engine no: 7846488.
                        i have raised a complain against job slip no 3007 dated 16/3/2017 & job slip no 3937 dated 15/4/2017 to fortpoint (Reay road) branch mumbai for unexpected engine oil consumption & cng leakage smell. After following up with the service adviser and not getting proper response. I raised a mail to maruti, against which i received a mail from mr. Amol amrutker on 25/04/2017, where i replied him back through mail about vehicle issue, further on 28/04/2017 i received a call from mr. Akshat tiwari (Service engineer of fort point) where he advised me to once again take the vehicle to the service centre, so the vehicle was taken to the service station on 29/04/2017 against job slip no. 4737. My vehicle was inspected under mr. Vishal shirke (Service supervisor fortpoint) supervision, while inspection he drained the oil from engine to check the quantity, the oil drained from engine measured 1.9 liters after 4000kms run, so mr. Shirke toped up engine oil to 2.7liters with advised to observe and said that he will check the oil level after 3000 km again to see an loss in oil, on the other hand he also found cng leakage from the regulator and decided to replace the cng regulator. The replacement of regulator took one week, but the replaced regulator was also found defective with same leakage in it. And this time it was worst then before my wagonr was running only upto 60kms with 8kg of cng (Full tank) so mr. Akshat decided to call for one more replacement.
                        know after a long wait of 34 day and constant followup call by me to mr. Akshat & mr. Vishal on 1st june 2017 they decide and called my vehicle to the service station for replacing once again with new regulator by stating that the delay was because they wanted to be sure of no leakage/defact in this new regulator, but the result was zero as they tried replacing two more regulator & both of them have same leakage issue in it secondly they also drained engine oil from engine to check the level as dicide. The oil drained from engine measured 2.2 litre after 3300kms of run. That means 500 ml of oil lose in 3300kms
                        know i have been advice by mr. Akshat to leave the car with them at service center so that they can fill the cng tank and leave it overnight to check the leakage. Agreeing to this advice i left my vehicle with service station on 1st june 2017 at 6pm evening.
                        on 2nd june 2017. I visited the service center at 10am morning where i and mr vishal shrike notice a pressure drop on regulator by 5 points i:e, last evening after cng tank full filled the pressure was 190 & next morning at 11am it dropped to 185. So mr vishal divided to take test drive to check milage. During test drive we drived the car till cng fual indicators first point dropped & the point dropped at 8.3km on that we decided to topup the tank once again and drive further to check the same point drop and this time it dropped on 31.3km.
                        i think this is quite enough to prove the leakage. As the difference was of 3.77 times then earlier.
                        now i am awaiting since 1st june 2017 for solution and reply from mr. Akshat and team. My vehicle is an commercial vehicle & i am facing loss of approx rs3000 per day plus i have face loss in cng cost for so many months.
                        so my question is that who is responsible for the loss?
                        know in this circumstances and as per the case history i demand maruti to replace me with new vehicle against the current one as this vehicle is defective form the manufacturing side. Or else i will be forced to take this matter to consumers court and media with the proofs of cng leakage videos and unexpected oil loss from engine.
                        i have attached video of the cng regulator leakage for your reference.

                          AP20AL9114 given for breaks check up on 31st may 2017 at RK SABOO Motors uppal. In the evening it was informed that breaks sensors should be programmed will be delivered on 1st June evening. On contacting for delivery, it was informed that maruthi related software corrupted and takes around one week and pay the bill and rectified after software problem resolved. I refused to take delivery. Resolve the problem immediately. It's panic to hear that programming takes one week. It's unfortunate to Lodge this complaint on maruthi service. Look into the matter seriously and do the needfull.

                            I have given my car for the 3rd servicing. I already had very bad experience in last two services and this time i was worst than ever. I had my ac working perfectly earlier but as best of my understanding they replaced my ac units control panel with a bad one in 2nd service which i realized very late few days back. It was supposed to be rectified in 3rd service.

                            They mentioned as its in warranty it would be replaced with a new one and they never put a old / repaired part in such a case. But when i tested the switch (Air direction adjustment) it was sticking in between. The service guy talked like - ye koi lohkhand (Metal piece) thori hai jo itni jor se ghumaya, ghuma ke kharab kar diya ab repair karna parega. Actually just putted a repaired part already and did not do it properly also. Latter manager told me that i should operate switch like one setting at a time and it may take like 30 - 40 seconds to reach from one end to another end. To my whole experience of years till now, no body operate ac direction adjustment switch this way. Anyhow they now refused to provide me a new part again and said now only repaired part is possible. They are also not able to provide me any proof that the part placed for new one. There were lot more mishandling in service and sales both. But hard to mention each thing. Now i refused to accept the car in the current condition and willing a resolution of the problem. They already kept me waited for 4 days without giving any logical reason. Also, i expect a little manners and softness in the way the service center people talk to me.

                              I was bought a suzuki gixxer sf bike more than 9 months but the dealer is still not provided me the registration certificate. I was submitted all the necessary docs twice to the dealer for the same but still he was unable to provide the rc still now. As well as he is not receiving my phone calls now.

                              The showroom from where i was purchased the bike that showroom has been closed but his another showroom is in krishnagar nadia which is too far from my home. Now its very hard to ride the bike without papers.

                                Dear sir our​ maruti suzuki ritz vdi bs iv -
                                Diesel (Reg no: kl27-b-2626; chas no ma3fdeb1s00277023; eng no d13a1515655; dt o delivery 01/01/2011 from popular motors kottayam) met with an accident on 21st august, 2016 and assessed as total loss. The insurance office (Oriental insurance office) is asking for the invoice/actual price proof to claim the insurance. When we went to the dealer concerning this, we were responded to our shock that we​ are the 5th owner and since the manufacturing of the ritz model had been stopped it's impossible to trace the particulars. The proceedings are getting delayed. Kindly help us in this issue to get the actual price proof. Thank you.

                                  Can you take care of your customers after car once get out of Agency:-
                                  1. Given defective piece scratches and dents on car - already informed
                                  2. Not received accessories - Faced lot of problem for getting my own car accessories
                                  3. Charged 3550 rs. but received for car kit of received of Rs. 359
                                  4. taken RC after 3 months form Agency
                                  5. Got accident due to defectiveness of car

                                    I went for the servicing of my car suzuki vitara brezza there the service advisor mr. sachin and mr. vinayak attended my cqall and they were a total disgrace to the companies name. Mr. Vinayak could not solve my issue i had told him about and Mr. Sachin is the most arrogant person i have ever met. i had came regarding my service issue i was called at 10:30 and was told by Mr. Vinayak the complaint will be resolved in an hour.Mr.Vinayak was not even able to get the service advisor and at 11:15, 45 mins later i was attended with the most horrible person Mr. Sachin who is good for nothing. Mr. Vinayak did not want to attend me nor did he try to resolve any of my complaints. Mr. sachin was trying to teach me and i have taken video shoot as Mr. Sachin was not even able to remove the fuel pipe and finally till 12 noon, Mr. Vinayak and Mr. Sachin were not able to solve the problem were just doing time pass as earlier for service advisor they took more than 20 mins for the test drive, I am horrified by the service of navnit motors.

                                      I am a resident of kalya uliyargoli village post kaup udupi and a proud owner of maruthi suzuki-celerio -2016 model - vxi amt version, registered in the number - ka 20 ma 7405, chasssis no ma3etde1s00266058,
                                      Engine no k10bn1909870. I have always considered and valued the performance and quality of maruthi-suzuki products both combined and individually-hence when the choice to buy a car came it was maruthi all the way. This is my second car from maruthi, just 3 days back - 28/may/2017 my car met with an accident while i was trying to drive around a turn, my car skidded and i lost control and i hit the bus stationed nearby causing the front bumper heavy damage, this was quite unexpected and sudden as i was going at moderate pace only and the abs feature didn't kick in at the right time to prevent this skidding. Not only that, upon the crash the airbags from both sides of front seats did not pop out andme an dmy co passenger banged our head on the steering wheel of saving me from any collision crash,. While the "fault abs" caused the car to skid off, the air bags failed to save me from the collision and i was bleeding profusely i has stiches on left eyebrows. All five members in the car got severe injury, this has been a big disappointment for a customer like me who always considers suzuki products to be of top quality and i am hence a very dissatisfied customer. I am expecting proper replacement or compensation for the damages i suffered from the abs fault to my car and faulty airbag to my body as it would be proper compensation for me. I expect such a big company and brand like yours to take this seriously and respond or for the lack of which i would be forced to move by legal terms to acquire my rights as a consumer and by the laws that protect the consumers of this country from getting cheated on products and to ensure quality. To encounter such a big problem on a car that is just a year old is quite disappointing. Hoping for a favorable reply.

                                        all the online complaint sites of maruti suzuki and also of nexa do not work. It looks like they are dummy sites just to fool the customers. Your message just does not go forward.

                                        I had purchased baleno automatic mh12 pc 2130. I had given my car for 1st servicing to sai service j m road pune on 25 th may 17. The car was collected by the service centre driver from my house and delvered at my home the same day. Today i checked my navigator by map my india, and it was not working. When i checked the card slot was empty as some one had removed it. My car is driven only by me and no one else uses it. I talked to the service advisor that the card was missing. He told me that the driver removes the card and gives it to me before taking the vehicle. I told him that the driver had not given it to me, and most probably the card was removed by the driver. He told that he will check it out and let me know. After half and hour he phoned me that they dont have it. If such things happen at the authorised service station what should the customer do. Kindly look in the matter and see that they provide me with the card, and a police case be done against the driver or any one else from the work shop who has removed the card.

                                        An early reply and solving my problem will be highly appriciated.
