Dear sir our​ maruti suzuki ritz vdi bs iv -
Diesel (Reg no: kl27-b-2626; chas no ma3fdeb1s00277023; eng no d13a1515655; dt o delivery 01/01/2011 from popular motors kottayam) met with an accident on 21st august, 2016 and assessed as total loss. The insurance office (Oriental insurance office) is asking for the invoice/actual price proof to claim the insurance. When we went to the dealer concerning this, we were responded to our shock that we​ are the 5th owner and since the manufacturing of the ritz model had been stopped it's impossible to trace the particulars. The proceedings are getting delayed. Kindly help us in this issue to get the actual price proof. Thank you.

    Can you take care of your customers after car once get out of Agency:-
    1. Given defective piece scratches and dents on car - already informed
    2. Not received accessories - Faced lot of problem for getting my own car accessories
    3. Charged 3550 rs. but received for car kit of received of Rs. 359
    4. taken RC after 3 months form Agency
    5. Got accident due to defectiveness of car
    ... I have faced lot of problem for my own Accessories for which i have already paid...

    Can you help to give a lesson for such dealers...?

      I went for the servicing of my car suzuki vitara brezza there the service advisor mr. sachin and mr. vinayak attended my cqall and they were a total disgrace to the companies name. Mr. Vinayak could not solve my issue i had told him about and Mr. Sachin is the most arrogant person i have ever met. i had came regarding my service issue i was called at 10:30 and was told by Mr. Vinayak the complaint will be resolved in an hour.Mr.Vinayak was not even able to get the service advisor and at 11:15, 45 mins later i was attended with the most horrible person Mr. Sachin who is good for nothing. Mr. Vinayak did not want to attend me nor did he try to resolve any of my complaints. Mr. sachin was trying to teach me and i have taken video shoot as Mr. Sachin was not even able to remove the fuel pipe and finally till 12 noon, Mr. Vinayak and Mr. Sachin were not able to solve the problem were just doing time pass as earlier for service advisor they took more than 20 mins for the test drive, I am horrified by the service of navnit motors.

        I am a resident of kalya uliyargoli village post kaup udupi and a proud owner of maruthi suzuki-celerio -2016 model - vxi amt version, registered in the number - ka 20 ma 7405, chasssis no ma3etde1s00266058,
        Engine no k10bn1909870. I have always considered and valued the performance and quality of maruthi-suzuki products both combined and individually-hence when the choice to buy a car came it was maruthi all the way. This is my second car from maruthi, just 3 days back - 28/may/2017 my car met with an accident while i was trying to drive around a turn, my car skidded and i lost control and i hit the bus stationed nearby causing the front bumper heavy damage, this was quite unexpected and sudden as i was going at moderate pace only and the abs feature didn't kick in at the right time to prevent this skidding. Not only that, upon the crash the airbags from both sides of front seats did not pop out andme an dmy co passenger banged our head on the steering wheel of saving me from any collision crash,. While the "fault abs" caused the car to skid off, the air bags failed to save me from the collision and i was bleeding profusely i has stiches on left eyebrows. All five members in the car got severe injury, this has been a big disappointment for a customer like me who always considers suzuki products to be of top quality and i am hence a very dissatisfied customer. I am expecting proper replacement or compensation for the damages i suffered from the abs fault to my car and faulty airbag to my body as it would be proper compensation for me. I expect such a big company and brand like yours to take this seriously and respond or for the lack of which i would be forced to move by legal terms to acquire my rights as a consumer and by the laws that protect the consumers of this country from getting cheated on products and to ensure quality. To encounter such a big problem on a car that is just a year old is quite disappointing. Hoping for a favorable reply.

          all the online complaint sites of maruti suzuki and also of nexa do not work. It looks like they are dummy sites just to fool the customers. Your message just does not go forward.

          I had purchased baleno automatic mh12 pc 2130. I had given my car for 1st servicing to sai service j m road pune on 25 th may 17. The car was collected by the service centre driver from my house and delvered at my home the same day. Today i checked my navigator by map my india, and it was not working. When i checked the card slot was empty as some one had removed it. My car is driven only by me and no one else uses it. I talked to the service advisor that the card was missing. He told me that the driver removes the card and gives it to me before taking the vehicle. I told him that the driver had not given it to me, and most probably the card was removed by the driver. He told that he will check it out and let me know. After half and hour he phoned me that they dont have it. If such things happen at the authorised service station what should the customer do. Kindly look in the matter and see that they provide me with the card, and a police case be done against the driver or any one else from the work shop who has removed the card.

          An early reply and solving my problem will be highly appriciated.

            Dear maruti,

            This is ridiculous that i am still writing to you people about my query where as i know that you people dont have solution of my problem.

            But yes there is a need of this mail because maruti suzuki is not a small company and most of indian families are driving the cars of the same company.
            Reality is no one is bother about the safety of their family and that is why your responsibility is on higher side.

            I am having problem with my celerio model and i already have complained about the same for two times but i dont think company is bother to hear the customers.
            I am residing at ahmedabad (Gujarat) and my vehicle is giving me some abnormal noise from the front part of the car since i have purchased the car and showed it to the 4-5 different maruti authorized service center but non of you people have answer for the same.

            It already have costed me around 15000 bucks and being an economically middle size person i cannot afford any more of it.
            Please make a note that still i havent showed and serviced my card to any unauthorized service center.

            Hereby i would like to declare that my self and my family often travel in my car celerio which is having problem and maruti people are not solving it and if anything happens to us the sole responsibility would be of maruti suzuki.

            Even i cannot afford even a single rupee now to make this correct.

                We purchased a maruti swift-vxi[o] on 23/05/2017. The old car was sold to maruti true value. Kiran motors ahmedabad. The tecnical problem from the true value dealer is the old car was registerd in the name of anjuben mayoor banker [as per smart card of r t o, ahmedabad.]but the new car swift was bought in the name of anjanaben mayoor banker. As per the loan approved by the bank. We have given them the proof of pan card of the same number of i. Tax dept, stating the same person, same pan card no, and same photo. Kindly condider the technical default as an error/or/mistake. We attach herewith the copy of invoice, old pan card, new pan card of the same no, and the photo to be compared. The dearler is stuck, as maruti requires the same name regn. Bookof the old car and the new purchase proof. Please look in to the error and find a solution. We are prepaired to give an affidavit for the same.

                  I purchased maruti alto k10 vxi on november 2016. I last servised my car on 4th april 2017 as second service at varanasi motors pvt ltd, varanasi, uttar pradesh, india. Tomarrow i was going on my way, suddunly i felt to loosen my car break. It was break failed. How is it happened., and who will charged for the responsibility if any unusual took place, any life damaged???

                    Hi.
                    We serviced our car on[protected]Job card no. Jc[protected]. A week later problem in the accelerator arised, it was unable to take pick-up. We went to the workshop situated near rohilkhand dental college bareilly. The problem arised again couple of weeks later and i went again they charged me 80rs for replacing some part in engine. But yesterday again the problem persist.
                    Please take a strict action. This is highly unacceptable. This is the third time we have to go.
                    The whole time since service car ran only 300kms. Such is your service.

                    Please do something.

                      My k10 having a problem into exlator paddle. I have purchasing into a 2015 last october 31st. And it will cover a distance to into a 18000km.                         I handed over my vehicle ie AP 09 AZ 4553 on[protected] to Mitra agencies, plot no 3, near ioc petrol pump, Hitech city Road, Madhapur, Hydereabad-18, ph 23114567, job slip prepared on dt[protected] ie after 2 days. They are taking too much time to deliver the vehicle, writing estimated delivery date is[protected]. Earlier also they kept approximately 15 days with them and returned without attending the job again they called me to bring the vehicle every thing is ready. I went and asked to clear the job but they were not kept ready and came back without completing the work. So in view of above it is requested to look in to the matter and advice them early clearance of work and early delivery.

                              On 22 may 17 i went to m/s vishnu cars private limited a dealer of maruti suzuki ltd for a noise problem at my car' s (Sx4 zxi) front bearing assy. The technician there checked my vehicle and it was told that bearings if front wheels are to be changed. Then they told me that my a/c is not cooling properly. Though i did not felt it. Anyway as they are from authorised service centre employee i relied on them. On 24 may 17 when i went for delivery of my car they submitted me a bill of rs 12478/- out of what rs. 4497/- is for spare parts and they have charged rs 8000/-for labour charge. For the a/c they have done nothing. Only m seal has been put at one place and for putting that m-seal they have charged rs. 3943/- as labour charge. This is really ridiculous and a matter of shame for maruti suzuki india ltd. Service centres are simply looting the customers.

                                  I have booked one baleno zeta petrol on 25th jan 2017 at nexa alipore, bhandari automobile, kolkata-700027. My customer id [protected], enq no. 16004981. The relationship manager
                                  Verbally committed 3-3.5mth waiting period (Though booking slip shows 24wks). Later on, on repeated enquiries in march and april they said delivery by may end. But still there is no sign.
                                  My complain is why rm gives false commitment on which i booked the car. There is complete lack of transparency, communication on the part of dealer.
                                  Please take necessary steps against dealer and deliver my car immediately.
                                  Wish to see fast and effective action from you.

                                    I sent my swift vxi (Hr 51ay 3226) for service at your service station at sindhu border. Bill was around 4000 as it was general service after 30, 000 plus wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Please check your server on my vehicle number you will get the complete date and time that how many times my car was taken for repair.

                                    But after my vehicle came back from service after complete work a sound started coming from from tyre of driver side and vibration is also felt while driving. I complaint for it to your g. M at sindhu border he assured that he will get all done but thrice my car was taken by your technical staff but the problem is still as it is. They miserably failed to rectify it. Third time i went with them for trial and showed the sound coming aand vibration felt. More over third your staff said "aisa he hota hai yeh aap ka vaham hai" later i received a call from your service where she asked me that your car is running well after service so i shared the complete story but till date no action from your side.

                                    I need my vehicle rectified on urgent basis. I you want you can keep my car at service stataion for 1 or 2 days and give me a standby vehicle.

                                    Please make a note of it that if i have to bear any loss because of it than please be prepared.

                                    Your fast action will be highly appreciate.

                                      My car serviced by popular motors angamaly in 2015 december, with in warrenty peroid. Same time i make one complaint against dikki lock, after service they told they clear that lock complaint and also told if any problem coming they will replace in next warranty. But actually the lock complaint remain in same condition after service.. After 1year 5 month only i can go for next service (Because i was at abroad) that time the service provider refuse my request to change that dikki lock in waarany.

                                        I had recently done servicing of my maruti WagonR and I found they have levied false labour charges in my bill. I got the bill of Rs.10135 out of which Rs.5000 was against labour charges. Its a paid service so they said they have fix 1500 labour charges but they have charge me extra labour charges for every other thing the did. This is somewhat non digestible, looks like fishy. I am not sure if it is a genuine Maruti fraud business or its a fault of particular service center. I would like to hear my complaint and do some investigation.
