This refers to the buying of new alto 800 lxi, bought 31st march 2017 from stan autos c 39, phase – 3, mohali.
Since i bought the car there’s an issue of average. Last time i filled 18 ltrs of petrol and only drove 165 kms which comes to less than 10 kms per ltr, so as a customer i am really dissatisfied with the average my car is giving at the moment
I would like you to give your concern to the matter on priority as i wasn’t expecting this kind of average from maruti product.

    I had given my suzuki swish at rishikesh motors nagpur for general service and for low average, but to my surprise when i went next day to take the delivery of my vehicle i found that the scooter was not even properly wash and the work was not done properly, i found that the handle lock is also not working i complaint the matter to the mechanic instead of reparing it he said to me that why didnt you told me before as why should i tell him about the handle lock as it is working properly when i had given it for servicing, finally the work was not done.
    The behavior of the mechanic was very rude and there is no customer care desk at the workshop.

      Hello maruti,
      I rajan singh purchased a baleno car at krish motors showroom pitampura last year having registration no dl8cy 8020.
      My car's left side fender is very mild, even a slight pressure with hand makes a dent in it which has to be repaired afterwards.
      After inspection of my car in wazirpur service station mr. Aveg jindal (Maruti representative) and mr. Sandeep sharma general manager (Service &bodyshop) krish automotors they told me its normal your car's fender and maruti's all car fenders can be easily mild and dent if any body stand with your car it got dent there.
      Both inspection my car on 12/06/2017 (Monday) am still waiting my car's inspection reports in written or by mail.
      Kindly do something in this case. Many videos also uploaded on you tube regarding this problems.

        I have purchased a new wagen r (Regd. No: or 02 by 9341) about 5 years back. Recently, a month ago my vehicle was serviced at sky automobiles, patia, bhubaneswar. They have done wheel alignmnet. After servicing, i went to my native place with my car. Unfortunately, after running for about 400 km, it developed bearing problem and lot of sound was coming. After coming back i took the car again sky and they said bearing need be changed for one of the back wheels. I have driven it only about 26000 km sofar. How can maruti car gives trouble with bearing after just 26000 km. All our family family members have maruti cars at our native place in andhra.in fact we have good experience with maruti.

        Being brand new (Just 26000 km), if it gives problems like this how can i trust maruti.

        Kindly suggest sky, patia, bhubaneswar to service it properly. I am afraid of taking the vehicle again for long distance. I expect the service centre to do the service and any bearing replacement at free of cost as the problem came up just after servicing. My car was serviced on[protected]. Today[protected] i have given the car again.

          Sir i am saket from ranchi. I have claimed for insurance of my ciaz car in apr 16 and jan 17 two times. Both of time service center scratched my car and didnt accept their mistake and harassed me. I have contacted mr bablu mr mahto mr indrajeet in maruti premson workshop ranchi, kanke during the last 1 year they fails to sort out my matter and i got harassed badly for the last 1 year. Totally 4 scratches every time i visit service center. I want justice from your side. T

            Before i post my concern let me highlight that below customer care numbers of maruti suzuki are not being answered

            I tried calling on above numbers but the call gets disconnect after interactive voice response (Ivr).

            I purchased maruti wagonr in june 2016. I met an accident near mumbai-pune expressway in the month of october 2016. The car is at an authorized service center/garage in narayangaon, pune.
            The car was insured from royal sundaram. Insurance claim has been passed in the month of march 2017. Since then no repair work has been performed on the damaged car. The car is as is parked inside the service center/garage since march 2017.

            I called up the service center/garage owner mr. Nilesh punde ([protected]) many times since then and he is giving excuses every time. Sometimes he says that he is falling short of man power, and sometimes he gives excuses o[censored]navailability of parts to be replaced on damaged area of car.

            I have also made payment of rs.25000/- as advance. Before this incident, i got the car repaired twice from maruti suzuki's authorisied service center/garage where they never demanded me any money in advance.

            Even after paying advance payment, i am not getting any positive responses or any kind o[censored]pdates from him. I have also called up in maruti service center located in malad. The person said, he is not able to see the job card opened till the date. Usually they opens job card on the very first date when they start repair work (After insurance company gives approval).

            I have also contacted royal sundaram and queried about the claim approval.
            They said, the claim has been approved in the month of march 2017 and since then they haven't notified/updated by service center/garage for any work completion.

            As i live in mumbai, this is not possible for me to visit the service center/garage every day or week to get an update about the repair work. Hence my relative visits the service center/garage for the updates. The other workers don't give any attention at my relatives and proper update on the repair work. Instead o[censored]pdating about the repair work, they keep us telling to get in touch with service center/garage owner and they are not going to work unless they get such instructions from nilesh punde.

            This has been observed that the person is not in positive state towards the repair work. Many times he don't even attends the phone calls. We have to call him from different phone numbers to reach him.

            I have also called up to maruti true value person (From whom i purchased the car). As per his experience, the car should be delivered within 1 working month once the insurance claim is passed.

            This service center/garage is located at narayangaon, taluka junnar, district pune-410504. It is located near poonam hotel on pune-nasik expressway.

            As i have mentioned on the top, maruti suzuki customer care numbers are not working. This is the only reason why i am writing this complaint.

            I can write a complaint on their own website, but i am not able to locate the service center/garage into the drop down option and hence i am not able to complete the process.

            This has been 3 months now and we have waited peacefully. But we are losing faith in maruti since this is taking too long to complete the repair work.

            As i am not able to reach the correct department of maruti, i request you to forward this complaint to the correct authority and help me to get my car.

            I just received a call from [protected]. The person said he is calling from Maruti Suzuki. He discussed about the the complaint given above. Suddenly he started asking about my debit card number, expiry date, cvv number.
            He said, they will be refunding Rs.10000/- immediately. As I said, if they wish to refund this amount I am ready to accept the payment by cheque. He denied and keep forcing me to share the above said debit card details.

            I am not sure, if this was a genuine call or spam. As I refuse to share further details of my debit card, he said "jao fir nahi milega koi refund".
            Well I never made this call for any refund. I just want an action to be taken against the service center/garage for the delayed work.

            Does common man get satisfactory support and solution on this forum ?
            It's been 8 days, and I am waiting helplessly for someone who will slap Maruti and wake them up to listen to common people's complaints.

            Maruti Suzuki is the biggest car sellers in India. They claims the best 'after sales service' but I have been disappointed since last 4 months.

            I think you may proceed with legal proceeding by suiting a case through consumer court against Maruti Suzuki dealer / service center where you have kept your car for service and found some suitable resolution from them.

            Surely its a fake call. Now a days some culprits are collecting mobile numbers from this site and call to customers like company and asking about your debit / credit card details and stole their money. So dont not disclose the details in future with anyone.

              I have purchase swift vxi in oct-16, on very first day i am facing problem in back gear and ac, my car's back gear ia working after 2-3 attempts, and ac is also not working properly same is raised many time to servuce center but every time geeting same reply that no issue with your car, plz do let me know one thing if everything is good why i am facing this problem.

                I have maruti wagonr vxi 2014 july model. I bought it from m/s motor craft-sahibabad dealer. I have a had very bad experience of said dealer. Every time i did service of my vehicle from this dealer but never recitified problem first time. Recently i faced starting problem while drove with my family outside. Immediately sent vehicle as per advice of dealer. Two times the attended my vehicle then recified probelm but surprisely again same problem came after 20 days. I stuck with my family on road side, this was happend 4 times since last 2 days. I am fearing to take my vehicle outside. Quality of vehicle & service both are very bad. Please take immediate action.

                  Pls note on 4th june have given my car to pasco automobiles service centre for repairs as it was damage in accident.
                  And we clearly informed them to check and repair my car inside and outside both side today i picked my car from there and it was stop middle of the road then i immediately called to near car repairing person to check what happen with this car then they told me that gears are not working.

                  This is really not acceptable i paid 28000 rs/- for car repair cost and they done care less job pls talk with them.

                  And when i called the person who repair my car and advised that gears are not working then he told me that i repair outside not inside i really want to know what kind of service you people provide if car will damage in accident then this is your responsibility to check and repair properly and doing time pass if iam paying for it then you have you working properly.

                  So i request you to pls talk with them and set your help.

                    I had bought ertiga zdi in april 2013. I got the gearbox problem cropped in when i was close to 35000 kms. I couldnot shift from 3 to 2. Everytime i had to go to 1 and then to 2. I got is serviced from maruti authorised service center for warrenty. He also said that this is a problem with most of the etrtiga and many other models also. And agin i faced same issu after 66000kms, its happend on february 2017. The authorised service centre guy told that this issue is with the synchroniser ring, hence got it replaced. But now covered just 70000 kms and the problem is back again. Its only 3 months since i got it serviced and service station is saying it came back again because that time i never got clutch set changed. If i have got clutch set changed then this problem would have not come. Now they are saying i have to get clutch set changed & changing clutch set will be chargable as its not covered by warranty.

                    I think maruti suzuki should recall all vehicles with this same defect and get them repaired with nominal charges to customer (If any). This way they will save credibility and retain customers. This is assuming they do care for their existing customers.

                      My vehicle has been fitted with a defective break booster. There is oil being collected in the break booster and this will definitely lead to break failure. We are not able to use the vehicle anymore. It is giving a problem just after using for 20000km. Whereas it is supposed to last for at least 10 years or 100000km.

                        I have own maruti ciaz car. Its 2nd service was carried out on 08.06.2017.
                        1.in service they use cream in the interior, but the cream was not rub properly hence it looks very ugly when sitted inside the car, if service centre employ have problem in rubbing the cream then why they use the cream. It looks more worst then before.
                        2. There was some tape on the outside body, they dont remove the tape. On complaining them about the tape they said that it would take extra charge of rs500 to remove it. If i would pay the charge then what is the use of service in authorized service centre? Why company given free service coupan.
                        3. I have made some repairing on the driver side gate, they dosent make it properly. It have some white patches on the paint.
                        4. The employ left a dirty cloth in my car behind the rear seat. Is there was no inspection of the car after service before deliver to the customer.
                        5.in free inspection coupan they were using tick at the place of abbreviations, i dont understand the meaning of tick because there was no abbreviation given as tick.
                        6.in service centre they wash my car when i were reach there to take delivery of my car, if you wash the car on delivery then why you take car for one or two days on the name of service.

                          I buy a car in ur brand on "ambal auto" at "thiruchengode" on delivery we found thr thr is a bend in a wheel cap of "celerio zxi amt (Opt)"... As we concerned tht dealer they said tht its a company defect it can't rectified them... The worst customer service we have seen... They r simply saying tht it cant be altered...                             It tempts me to register my grievance against too low an average of less then 14 kmpl from petrol version alfa model baleno car purchased by me from nexa show room of maruti automobiles at bhilai on 27/01/17 which, is in total contrast with the average of 22kmpl claimed by the venture. At the same time suspension part of the vehicle is not satisfactory and is so disappointing.
                            As such, what the best can be expected from your concern so that quality commitments are duly met with to a satisfaction level.in the event of non compliance of issue within a limited time, i may be at liberty to move for alternative solution.

                              Complaint against varun motors (Maruti suzuki) gachibowli
                              I gave my car for denting & painting repair works. The service advisor (Imran) kept the car for 10 days saying that the insurance approval is causing the delay. However, after taking the delivery i have realised that the engine is making a lot more noise than it use to. Moreover, the painting had not been properly rubbed leaving a grainy feel on the doors. The rear suspension is rattling more often than it used to - all of this suggesting that the car has been tampered with. Apart from all this the car was given in a neglected state, with the wheel bolts not properly fitted, one small panel of the door removed and oil marks inside the car. Please take this seriously and i wish to lodge an official complaint against varun motors nanakramguda, gachibowli, hyderabad.

                                I purchased alto 800 last year. After so many complaints no action against its low average. Kindly do something fruitful that our trust in maruti can remain the same.
                                I have send it to peeragarhi dd motors.
                                I have send it to mayapuri ddmotors. I mailed to higher authorities. But no response. No one is solving the problem. We bought alto car to save petrol. But it is consuming a lot as per luxury car. This is out of our pocket. Please help to make its average petrol consumption normal.

                                  I booked ignis vehicle in nexa show room in koramangala, bangalore.
                                  I wanted blue color, but since only silver color was only available at the time of booking, i booked it with a booking amount of rs.11000

                                  Later i got a call from nexa showroom in marathahalli outer ring road, telling me that blue color ignis vehicle is available and i need to come and book it immediately

                                  Hence i cancelled my booking from nexa showroom in koramangala and booked again in marathahalli outer ring road. The car was also delivered to me by nexa in marathahalli outer ring road.

                                  I called nexa koramangala to refund my booking amount.
                                  They asked me for my bank details and it was sent to them as requested.

                                  Now even after two months i am yet to get the refund of my booking amount. Everyday i call them, the answer is "today it will be transferred".
                                  I have called up nearly 20 times, and always false promises are made to me.

                                  But till date the amount has not been refunded back to me.

                                  I am totally frustrated with the service on nexa koramangala showroom.

                                  Please help me in this regard

                                    Sir, i mr rohit, i have swift vdi (Abs) regd no hr 26 bf 6216. My car send for service in magic auto private limited, mayapuri, where my car proper checked and entered in workshop at 1600h on 29 apr 17, after complete the service wksp handed over the the vehicle to mr raj kumar ([protected]) at approx 1950h. Then mr raj kumar not checked the vehicle & next day early morning check the vehicle main glass found broken. Mr raj kumar informed to manager of magic auto private limited. The same was not repaired by magic auto private limited. They blamed mr raj kumar. Mr raj kumar went to consumer court the same.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My vehicle damaged due to accident on 30april to maruti showroom shahdol but till date nobody giving exact progress of work...Is this responsibility of maruti company. Sometime Manager is giving different answer and sometime sale r giving different answer...What's this ??? Is vehicle there or it has been sold to anybody else...

                                      Sub. Complaint of my car no. Dl8cag 5376 service not satisfactory

                                      Dear sir / madam

                                      I just want to know that every time company ask to do services on the authorized service centre and get full satisfaction without any hassle

                                      But sorry to say that i am the owner of 4 car in which 1 car unfortunately form your company (Maruti) and it was surprised that every time your guys make fun and nothing to do any special in car service, they just do work with close eyes only.

                                      Yesterday i sent my car for service on your respected service station (D d motors wazirpur) but sorry to say that the service was not satisfactory as usual same,

                                      Could be please elaborate at the time of purchase car you and your sales executive make fools to their customers of course i am also one of them that’s why i bring maruti car in home.

                                      I just want to know what is warranty or guarantee. Can you please define for me about warranty or guarantee definition? Because there is very big deference’s in the meaning when you buy a car and when the time to replace the things free of cost during the warranty and guarantee.

                                      At the time of purchase wagner, i took 4 years extended warranty on my car no dl8cag 5376. After that your company why charge money from us on which parts company changed and some of the parts are not changed which is not working properly

                                      So i am requested you to please take my car back and change the parts which is shown in the job card no. Jc17007678 dated[protected]. And refund our money which is charges against parts which is already in warrantee

                                      We hope that you and your organization are not to force me to take any legal action against you and your respected company and do all work whatever required in my car free of cost.

                                      We hope you do all changing according to the job card at the earliest.

                                        Suzuki access 125 — fuel efficiency average 24 to 25 kmpl
                                        Purchased on 26th january 2017. I have bought my new access 125 from apple auto near devegowda petrol bunk outer ring road bangalore on 26th jan 2017, so far i have fed in 95 liters of petrol so far 4 and half months complete it has only given me only 2200 km so far and the tank is almost empty, lets say in total it might give me 2200/95 = 23.15 kmpl where as the company promises 60 - 64 kmpl but as per users review you at least get 40-45 kmpl depending on riding conditions. I bought access due to its good fuel mileage but i am disappointed, i would like to know the reason for this low mileage and also resolve the issue asap, please guide...

                                        Suzuki only making a money no servise they have tipical answer on problems worst class service
                                        Poor Mileage, only gives 25 per liter. I asked many times to service center but they are not efficient. I don't know what to do. How can company claim 64 km/l
