Sir/ma'am

I mangilal choudhary, purchased the swift desire rj19cf-7377 on 21.10.2015, the said vehicle started giving trouble from jan 2017 and and again and again happened 4th time. It was 4th time brake failure in my vehicle. At last it occurred at the authorised service centre i. E. Lmj services ltd. On 19 may, 2017.

1. I am a senior citizen and i purchased the said vehicle to meet my and my wife’s old age needs but the very vehicle has now became bone of contention in my life. It is dangerous, highly unsafe and threat to my life, life of my family members and people on road.

2. Enclosed here with are the letters of communication of my grievance to maruti and dealer lmj services ltd., i have been running door to door to have permanent solution of the problem, but unfortunately i have been left disappointed by maruti and dealer also, the company in which i trusted my hard earned money to have a peace of mind by owning a maruti vehicle.

3. Three times i have put faith in the maruti service centre / care to permanently address the serious problem of break failure in the said vehicle but my hopes are shattered after consequent failure of this vehicle on road and in crowd. Fortunately with driver’s active response the tragedy of causing harm to life was averted but caused vehicular damage due to failure of breaks.

4. I have received reply letter dated 10/6/17 from lmj service to receive the “repaired” vehicle, but the letter more sound to bury me in paper work and twisted language rather than giving me confidence to receive the vehicle with assurance and resolving my despair to permanent solution of the problem and have peace of mind.

5. Being a senior citizen me and my wife have medical urgencies /needs and the very vehicle was bought for meeting those needs also, as it was comfortable and family car, but with heavy heart i would say it has caused serious mental and physical agony to me and my family. I have lost confidence and trust in this vehicle as more than times it has disappointed me and my family. It has left me handicapped, helpless and dependent which just of the very opposite for which the said vehicle was bought.

6. Also being a responsible citizen i would not dare nor maruti should do, to allow such vehicle to be on road unless there is permanent solution of the problem.

It is my urgent plea and request to resolve the issue to replace the vehicle.
Kindly get me out of this condition of hopelessness, despair, mental and physical agony.

    We had given our car gj 01 rk 4558 to kataria automobiles, makarba, ahmedabad on 08 june 2017 for service and also there was a severe noise coming from the right side front suspension. Which i had informed the dealer at the time of giving the car for service and also at times when it was given earlier than 8 june. The problem did not resolve. Further, the car was again requested to visit the workshop on 16 june and was delivered back on 17 june. At that time, i was assured that we are keeping the car for 2 days to resolve the issue and after which you will not face any problem. I had also requested for checking the right front suspension, as the wear and tear of the tyre on that side was higher compared to the other 3 sides. Also, to my surprise, there is another sound from right side disc brake which has started from yesterday 19 june, 2017.

    Date since november 2015 till date

    I had informed the kataria officials and maruti regional representative on the headlight flickering issue many times. But the response was that it is normal and happens in all cars. I am pleased to inform you that technically this problem is not happening in the new shvs enables ciaz cars. Please understand if the headlight flicker happens due to compressor starts when the ac is on and also the other functionality get affected, it is not a normal sign. I do have a swift as well, where this kind of problem does not persist.

    It is because of the alternator, the load is getting shifted on the battery which is causing headlight to flicker while on the move.

    I hope that maruti is concerned about its customers and eventually is interested in providing a solution. As neither the workshop person nor the workshop manager take proper interest in vehicles and test them properly before handing over to customer. And every time false commitments are given.

    It is when the customer starts driving, these things come to notice. I humbly request the maruti team to please look into both the issues.

      Having staigrey vehicle under warnty, its right side mirror was defective since purchase, i approached the maruti service centers at jammu several times but the service centers at jammu didn't pay any head till today and now today the mirror plate on its own detached from cover and fell down, since it was a manufacturing defect and i was avoided every time by service centres at jammu, as such it is requested that the mirror be replaced under waranty at an earliest
      It is sorry to say that maruti has been dodging me since last 3 years

      I have booked a ciaz sigma disel from 30/05/2017 and got commitment that I will receive my car on or before 20/06/2017 from dealer. (Nexa twin city, Bhubaneswar). When now I m asking them about status of my booking they are saying that they can't give me car bcoz the price is going to hike.is the way maruti Suzuki works??

        I am vipin chaudhary from delhi, my car was drained in a water, so i gave it to your service station, named maruti service master f-39, okhla indl. Area phase-ii new delhi 110020., for a changing of all car parts which were faulty so when i picked my car from service station they told me that your car is good as new and no other parts are need to change and my bill was of 87152. Mechanics near by house said that it will cast around 30 to 40k not even i have paid so much for my car but it's not even working properly how it was used and after a week car wiring was default and car was not able start my sister drives this car and she was so uncomfortable because many times she that face the problem even at night because the car won't start and for that i had to left my car at service sration 3 times, when i talked to the manager of service master then the problem was taken care off, and now its breaking gets jammed and some times it dosent work and the average of car is around 8 km/ltr for this problem, i am calling your agents and even senior persons of service masters for last 1 month but they are not even picking up my calls not even replying so please see to it

          I am from jhansi (U p). I book new swift dzire 2017 model. When it launch and bookings were open for all customer. The showroom salesman told me that ur car has been pre booked and the company delivered ur car within a next month. But he has not kept his word and when i reached showroom salesman says ur car delivered after 20 days but now when i reach he neglact me so there is no response on a customer.

            I would like to inform you that something is going wrong in your truevalue section at guwahati (Beharbari), as a good customer of maruti suzuki i had visited your truevalue outlet at beharbari (Guwahati) and when i had selected one of the car to buy, the staff name rishab agarwal there demanded and he asked me extra money above the car value and when i had refuse to give him the extra money he didn't give me the vehicle and at the same time he sold that vehicle to another person below the price which i had given against the vehicle and taken extra r. S 5000 from that another person as a commission.
            So i would like to ask one question that is this outlet his own property to do this kind of harassment to a valuable customer and whenever i do enquiry about him i found that earlier he was a absolute car broker, that the reason i request you to take strict action against this person.

              They mentioned wrong milege in bill of services.

              And also give air cleaner 225 rupee
              But in my car already new air cleaner available they don't ask to customer and directly charges applying for this air cleaner.

              Revese gear movment hard problem not solved again after servising already i informed him for that.

              They mentioned chages for coolant and oil filter which i already changed before service
              And informed him

              Kindly give feed back for this issue and please resolve as soon as possible

                They are not accepted loan amount of hdfc bank my loan approved by dma deepak singla for dass associates ferozepur cantt in favour of new maruti alto 800 but mr sanjeev sodhi didnt accept his approoval so i am very harrased by his attending and not deal proper sales manager mr sanjiv sodhi talking rough and harras me and not accept my old maruti car in exchange offer

                  I am vijayalakshmi. I am small petty shop owner. After so many difficulties i purchased the vehicle for cash. Date oh purchase-14/04/17. Chasis no-56305, engine no:4913. Dealer-vishal motors, jothipuram, coimbatore (Sub dealer of sujatha suzuki, trichy road, coimbatore-641005. I am unable to take my vehicle on road. It creates lot of mental agony to me. Please do the needy.
                  I have posted the complaints 1 week back but no response.pl I need solution to the probelm.I am also thinking of taking this matter to consumer court.

                    Pathetic product quality and performance of nexa ciaz!!!..

                    My previous experience and faith with my swift led me to continue my journey with maruti suzuki's new product "ciaz" in-spite of ample trustworthy quality products the competitors like honda city, hyundai verna.. Still i purchased ciaz alpha on april'14, 2017 from your nexa rajsneh meerut dealership,

                    Currently the vehicle has tracked appx. 5100 kms...

                    As on a pleasant day with my proudly owned "so called ciaz" was on my way from dehradun to gurugram (Self driven) on 14th june 2017 for an official assignment at gurugram... To my astonishment a sudden abnormal noise caught my ears. With lots of fear and care for brand new vehicle i started inspecting to my best and figured out the sound to be from front right hand side. Still somehow i manage to pull the vehicle to gurugram.

                    The next day itself on june'15, 2017 at 9:00 hrs, i took the vehicle to one of your authorized service setup name "pasco". Feeling worried and ashamed of the product quality i explained the issue to the service advisor mr. Sharat. Who took the vehicle into his custody and assured the issue shall be resolved.

                    A test ride along with the floor supervisor was conducted for arresting the fault. The floor supervisor was not at all ready to acknowledge the abnormal sound and rather was covering the same by pointing it to be the sound of surrounding running vehicles on the road. I was continuously demonstrating the sound to the supervisor but he was adamant to listen to my voice. Still i left the vehicle to the workshop and told them to inspect further. Later at 14:30 hrs mr. Sharat (Front line supervisor) acknowledged that there was actually some abnormal noise from the vehicle. Again to my astonishment he told me that they have checked the belt and found it to be ok and they still are suspecting it to be the "water pump" issue (Blatant hit and trial scene).

                    Now the parts availability was a concern for them. Water pump was not available in their stock. They said that they have already placed order for the same (Vor) and the vehicle shall be delivered by evening (June'15, 2017 itself). Later on the late eve when the status of my vehicle was inquired mr. Sharat told me that the part is not yet available and shall be available by tomorrow only and the vehicle shall be positively delivered by tomorrow (June'16, 2017).

                    # manual job card was given to me against my vehicle and it didn't had any estimated vehicle delivery time, although i had clearly communicated pasco workshop team that i need to travel back to dehradun on june'16, 2017 night as i was on an official trip to gurugram..

                    June'16, 2017:- due to parts unavailability at their end, hence i was forced to stay back @ gurugram. Which eventually affected my liability to my working organization as well as my personal life. Further to my inquiry (Repeatedly) it has been informed rather committed to me by gm of pasco (Msil dealership) gm mr. Tarun that w/s will be arranging the part by june'16, 2017 night and vehicle shall again be positively be ready for delivery on 17th june'17 by 2:30 pm.

                    Days are passing by and the commitment dates are also passing by.

                    The issues mentioned which i am really looking to get answered from msil (Nexa) team are:

                    1) are you as an organization still looking forward to get jdp csi no. 1 ranking in 2018 with such poor quality service (Hit and trail methods), parts availability (Your plant being in the vicinity) and a pathetic consumer experience.

                    2) manpower at your workshop is still not trained enough to identify the actual product issue. Seems as if selling the vehicle itself has become the top most priority. Service and consumer experience after that are all subsidiary things.

                    3) parts availability for your premium product so called nexa products @ your dealerships is a major concern.

                    4) vor taking more than 24 hours to get deliver at the dealerships which are just adjacent to your manufacturing plant.

                    5) loss to consumer in terms of professional life, personal life, financial aspects.

                    Hope this shall bring forth a better insight of the issue and grievance faced at my end and all i had in my hand are commitments which are already passing by.

                      I request your service centre to pickup my ertiga car tn 38 bp 0371 for water service. Sofar i gave my car to their service centre for all my services and repair works. But they refused to give pickup and drop failitis even i ready to pay for that pickup and drop services. And also they cut the phone without giving proper reply to me. Ppreviously they provide these facilities to me. Last three services they could not give proper reply to me for service done details but they forced me to give service mark 10 out of 10. Regarding these i argued with them. Because of these reason now they denied these service to me. Rearding these i complaint the customer care manager, he also not reponding properly..

                      This is not a good business deal. As a customer i need proper reply for these.

                        This refers to the buying of new alto 800 lxi, bought 31st march 2017 from stan autos c 39, phase – 3, mohali.
                        Since i bought the car there’s an issue of average. Last time i filled 18 ltrs of petrol and only drove 165 kms which comes to less than 10 kms per ltr, so as a customer i am really dissatisfied with the average my car is giving at the moment
                        I would like you to give your concern to the matter on priority as i wasn’t expecting this kind of average from maruti product.

                          I had given my suzuki swish at rishikesh motors nagpur for general service and for low average, but to my surprise when i went next day to take the delivery of my vehicle i found that the scooter was not even properly wash and the work was not done properly, i found that the handle lock is also not working i complaint the matter to the mechanic instead of reparing it he said to me that why didnt you told me before as why should i tell him about the handle lock as it is working properly when i had given it for servicing, finally the work was not done.
                          The behavior of the mechanic was very rude and there is no customer care desk at the workshop.

                            I rajan singh purchased a baleno car at krish motors showroom pitampura last year having registration no dl8cy 8020.
                            My car's left side fender is very mild, even a slight pressure with hand makes a dent in it which has to be repaired afterwards.
                            After inspection of my car in wazirpur service station mr. Aveg jindal (Maruti representative) and mr. Sandeep sharma general manager (Service &bodyshop) krish automotors they told me its normal your car's fender and maruti's all car fenders can be easily mild and dent if any body stand with your car it got dent there.
                            Both inspection my car on 12/06/2017 (Monday) am still waiting my car's inspection reports in written or by mail.
                            Kindly do something in this case. Many videos also uploaded on you tube regarding this problems.

                              I have purchased a new wagen r (Regd. No: or 02 by 9341) about 5 years back. Recently, a month ago my vehicle was serviced at sky automobiles, patia, bhubaneswar. They have done wheel alignmnet. After servicing, i went to my native place with my car. Unfortunately, after running for about 400 km, it developed bearing problem and lot of sound was coming. After coming back i took the car again sky and they said bearing need be changed for one of the back wheels. I have driven it only about 26000 km sofar. How can maruti car gives trouble with bearing after just 26000 km. All our family family members have maruti cars at our native place in andhra.in fact we have good experience with maruti.

                              Being brand new (Just 26000 km), if it gives problems like this how can i trust maruti.

                              Kindly suggest sky, patia, bhubaneswar to service it properly. I am afraid of taking the vehicle again for long distance. I expect the service centre to do the service and any bearing replacement at free of cost as the problem came up just after servicing. My car was serviced on[protected]. Today[protected] i have given the car again.

                                Sir i am saket from ranchi. I have claimed for insurance of my ciaz car in apr 16 and jan 17 two times. Both of time service center scratched my car and didnt accept their mistake and harassed me. I have contacted mr bablu mr mahto mr indrajeet in maruti premson workshop ranchi, kanke during the last 1 year they fails to sort out my matter and i got harassed badly for the last 1 year. Totally 4 scratches every time i visit service center. I want justice from your side. T

                                  Before i post my concern let me highlight that below customer care numbers of maruti suzuki are not being answered

                                  I tried calling on above numbers but the call gets disconnect after interactive voice response (Ivr).

                                  I purchased maruti wagonr in june 2016. I met an accident near mumbai-pune expressway in the month of october 2016. The car is at an authorized service center/garage in narayangaon, pune.
                                  The car was insured from royal sundaram. Insurance claim has been passed in the month of march 2017. Since then no repair work has been performed on the damaged car. The car is as is parked inside the service center/garage since march 2017.

                                  I called up the service center/garage owner mr. Nilesh punde ([protected]) many times since then and he is giving excuses every time. Sometimes he says that he is falling short of man power, and sometimes he gives excuses o[censored]navailability of parts to be replaced on damaged area of car.

                                  I have also made payment of rs.25000/- as advance. Before this incident, i got the car repaired twice from maruti suzuki's authorisied service center/garage where they never demanded me any money in advance.

                                  Even after paying advance payment, i am not getting any positive responses or any kind o[censored]pdates from him. I have also called up in maruti service center located in malad. The person said, he is not able to see the job card opened till the date. Usually they opens job card on the very first date when they start repair work (After insurance company gives approval).

                                  I have also contacted royal sundaram and queried about the claim approval.
                                  They said, the claim has been approved in the month of march 2017 and since then they haven't notified/updated by service center/garage for any work completion.

                                  As i live in mumbai, this is not possible for me to visit the service center/garage every day or week to get an update about the repair work. Hence my relative visits the service center/garage for the updates. The other workers don't give any attention at my relatives and proper update on the repair work. Instead o[censored]pdating about the repair work, they keep us telling to get in touch with service center/garage owner and they are not going to work unless they get such instructions from nilesh punde.

                                  This has been observed that the person is not in positive state towards the repair work. Many times he don't even attends the phone calls. We have to call him from different phone numbers to reach him.

                                  I have also called up to maruti true value person (From whom i purchased the car). As per his experience, the car should be delivered within 1 working month once the insurance claim is passed.

                                  This service center/garage is located at narayangaon, taluka junnar, district pune-410504. It is located near poonam hotel on pune-nasik expressway.

                                  As i have mentioned on the top, maruti suzuki customer care numbers are not working. This is the only reason why i am writing this complaint.

                                  I can write a complaint on their own website, but i am not able to locate the service center/garage into the drop down option and hence i am not able to complete the process.

                                  This has been 3 months now and we have waited peacefully. But we are losing faith in maruti since this is taking too long to complete the repair work.

                                  As i am not able to reach the correct department of maruti, i request you to forward this complaint to the correct authority and help me to get my car.

                                  I just received a call from [protected]. The person said he is calling from Maruti Suzuki. He discussed about the the complaint given above. Suddenly he started asking about my debit card number, expiry date, cvv number.
                                  He said, they will be refunding Rs.10000/- immediately. As I said, if they wish to refund this amount I am ready to accept the payment by cheque. He denied and keep forcing me to share the above said debit card details.

                                  I am not sure, if this was a genuine call or spam. As I refuse to share further details of my debit card, he said "jao fir nahi milega koi refund".
                                  Well I never made this call for any refund. I just want an action to be taken against the service center/garage for the delayed work.

                                  Does common man get satisfactory support and solution on this forum ?
                                  It's been 8 days, and I am waiting helplessly for someone who will slap Maruti and wake them up to listen to common people's complaints.

                                  Hope they will help me out with this issue.

                                  Maruti Suzuki is the biggest car sellers in India. They claims the best 'after sales service' but I have been disappointed since last 4 months.

                                  I think you may proceed with legal proceeding by suiting a case through consumer court against Maruti Suzuki dealer / service center where you have kept your car for service and found some suitable resolution from them.

                                  Surely its a fake call. Now a days some culprits are collecting mobile numbers from this site and call to customers like company and asking about your debit / credit card details and stole their money. So dont not disclose the details in future with anyone.

                                      I have maruti wagonr vxi 2014 july model. I bought it from m/s motor craft-sahibabad dealer. I have a had very bad experience of said dealer. Every time i did service of my vehicle from this dealer but never recitified problem first time. Recently i faced starting problem while drove with my family outside. Immediately sent vehicle as per advice of dealer. Two times the attended my vehicle then recified probelm but surprisely again same problem came after 20 days. I stuck with my family on road side, this was happend 4 times since last 2 days. I am fearing to take my vehicle outside. Quality of vehicle & service both are very bad. Please take immediate action.

                                        Pls note on 4th june have given my car to pasco automobiles service centre for repairs as it was damage in accident.
                                        And we clearly informed them to check and repair my car inside and outside both side today i picked my car from there and it was stop middle of the road then i immediately called to near car repairing person to check what happen with this car then they told me that gears are not working.

                                        This is really not acceptable i paid 28000 rs/- for car repair cost and they done care less job pls talk with them.

                                        And when i called the person who repair my car and advised that gears are not working then he told me that i repair outside not inside i really want to know what kind of service you people provide if car will damage in accident then this is your responsibility to check and repair properly and doing time pass if iam paying for it then you have you working properly.

                                        So i request you to pls talk with them and set your help.
