My car serviced by popular motors angamaly in 2015 december, with in warrenty peroid. Same time i make one complaint against dikki lock, after service they told they clear that lock complaint and also told if any problem coming they will replace in next warranty. But actually the lock complaint remain in same condition after service.. After 1year 5 month only i can go for next service (Because i was at abroad) that time the service provider refuse my request to change that dikki lock in waarany.

I purchased New Wagon R CNG two years back is having many complaints. Such as wind shield packing is not proper, Wipers are defective, Horn not working properly, tyres damaged too early, Car making abnormal sound etc. etc.

    I had recently done servicing of my maruti WagonR and I found they have levied false labour charges in my bill. I got the bill of Rs.10135 out of which Rs.5000 was against labour charges. Its a paid service so they said they have fix 1500 labour charges but they have charge me extra labour charges for every other thing the did. This is somewhat non digestible, looks like fishy. I am not sure if it is a genuine Maruti fraud business or its a fault of particular service center. I would like to hear my complaint and do some investigation.

      I got my new baleno delta on 9th mar and waiting for my number till now. Total payment has been made and paying emi for that but still i am waiting bad service from your end. I even not able to do polution certificate. Police also creating problem due to tc number. Because it is too late.

        I have maruti suzuki ertiga model 2016. I have servicing my eriga dl8can1901 in my home town jaunpur maruti service center kirti kunj automobiles jaunpur, (U. P). Talk to service adviser, he is said that your servicing charges and estimate is rs 10, 000.
        My ertiga is under warranty 4 years, why i paying rs 10, 000. Plaease note my complaint and take to action.

          Hello, my name is hemrajsinh varachhia. I have purchased new brand maruti alto lxi green model before 1.5 months ago from kim kataria showroom. From the firrst day i am facing the problem of suspension.in my first 2 free services i mentioned the same problem but they didnt solve it. I called them so many times and requested to change my suspension, but they hang up the call with the answer that each and every new alto has same problem. Then i checked different alto cars but they are not having this problem. That means they making me fool and not doing ther job honestly. So i am requesting you to help me to solve my problem.

            I had bought suzuki access on 10 april 2017. But i was given suzuki access old model which is without daytime running light. As per new motor vehicle rule the dealer shall sell only bs iv two wheeler wt daytime running light features but suzuki kunde verna goa has not followed the supreme court orders n disrespected the verdict of supreme court n sold me the scooter without my notice. I came to know about it later about the feature was not inbuilt in it. Coz my feelings was that from 1april 2017 all will follow the guidelines.

            I request you to solve my issue at the earliest posst orelse i have to approach higher authority to appeal this issue n realise supreme court that suzuki had violated the rules.

            after i registered my complaint I had received call saying from suzuki India he asked me to share debit card number to transfer the entire bike payment. Plz let me know about the authentication, I received call from this number [protected]. if it is fraud then plz take necessary step as on the name of suzuki he will make fool to all the complainants.

Jis Karan meri car me diggi me dent Laga, quater panel me, bumper & back light toot gai or left side me moter bike se driver side door me dent pad gaya. com is allowed back side, quater panel & bumper .
              But company is not covered lift side door.
              Mere kheney per keh Diya aap Jo chahe kr lo hum lift door n dengey.

                After long booking period I have purchased a Baleno delta car from Bimal Auto Agency, Maruti suzuki, GS Road, Guwahati-6 on 28 thFeb'17, Next day all doccuments changed as found the chasis /Engine No-wrongly entered . On 11 th April found SMS -Vehicle Reg No-AS 01DF-8779 under process for the said car but after few days again informed me a new Reg No. Its OK- I requested for R C to deliver as early as possible . But fortunately after 80 days of purchased the vehicle till date no R C (Registration Card) - already Loan financier given notice to me for failure to submit the R C. Its a mental harassment though I have paid all requisite fees. I never expected such type of service from a Reputed company-dealer.

                  I Mr M. sridhar husband of M girija kalyani owner of the car bearing no AP09cu0166 given for repair in shadnagar maruti service centre some ofrepairs in insurance claim on 11/05/2017 on 16/05/2017 i received a call from jarama moters pvt ltd (maruti service centre)staff saying that you got a claim for only wind glass. then i objected for that and i asked him why not he called me when insurance surveyer came he told me that" he is not in my work shop if you want to talk i will provide him number " i agreed for that he provided his no by sms from mobile no [protected] insurance surveyer no [protected] he attended my call and he cut the phone with out listening my querry after that i called several times (more than 20 times) he is not responded immidiately i informed to maruti service centre staff Mr shohib . After two days i receive a call from your a call from maruti service centre staff mobile no[protected] stating that the insurance surveyer is given claim for front bumper and RH front door i was shocked because i never asked or not even mentioned in repair job slip for RH front door then i asked Your representative to discuss with insurance surveyer and appropriate claim i think your staff collaied with insurance surveyer and informed me you can get the same claim or else take your vehicle back then i came to your showroom to take my vehicle back then i think manager of the show room came and ask me to give aletter for not accepting the claim the i objected for that the claim it self false so how can i accept? then he started a letter to my wife behalf me and provoking me to sign on it and i objected and asked him to give a gate pass stating that vehicle returned without repair he written one letter with carbon copy and taken my sign and take asnap of it and send to some one on whatsup and discussed by phone and torn off that papersand he abused and returned my vehicle with out giving any documents with all the above behavior of your manager and staff i faced very bad experiences So i request you to take necessary action

                    I purchased a Celerio ZXI(O) car from M/s. Pratham Motors Pvt. Ltd., HSR Lay out Bangalore on 26/04/2017. The same has to be registered in the State of Kerala. The dealer has handed over to me all the connected documents for registration. When I approached the Joint RTO, Mallappally, Dist. Pathanamthitta, Kerala, he refused to register the vehicle saying that the Emission standards notiified by the Central Road Transport Ministry are not complied with by submitting the Certificate of Emission Standards in the newly notified Form 22. He further stated that no vehicle should be sold and registered without complying with the newly notified Emission standards w.e.f. 1/4/2017. The car which I purchased was manufactured in March 2017. The Certificate of Emission Standards issued by the manufacturer viz. Maruti is in the old format of Form 22. Hence I am unable to get the vehicle registered with the RTO. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take up with the above dealer urgently. The last date for registration is 25/05/2017.

                      I have drop my car in S.P Motors (Marruti suziki cervice center, mahrauli ghaziabad) for repairing and tyres changing also on 27/04/2017. at the same time i told to entire team that i need my old tyre after completion of service but when i went to take my car than team said that they have not tyres. I just purchase these tyres on December but due to long run journey i had change these. They have sold these tyres without my permission. I need my old tyres or compensation for same.

                          When my seven month ciaz rs car had a puncture recently i was shocked to find that the stepeny was not having alloy wheels. My previous sx 4 had alloy wheels as the stpeney. If the company is cutting costs using such silly means, this is condemnable. I request maruti to replace these spare wheels of loyal customers like me and not to adopt such means to cut costs.

                            Sir i brought a new alto800 lxi car through bharat auto cars it is ac car so the air filter is necessary for ac then why can't you put it in factory only. Why we have to buy it separately. If your wheel cover is not fitting correctly change the cover design or don't put the wheel cover at all. Why we have to tie it.
                            It is new car why you are insulting our car.

                              This complaint is for Maruti and Bagga Link Motors (Patparganj Industrial Area). I bought new Ciaz VDI (DL14CC8919) in the month of October 2016 and since after one month and the first servicing of car I was complaining regarding the Average of Car which is not upto the mark as Company promised. As per company, Ciaz Diesel Model should give mileage 25 kmpl in city and 28 kmpl in Highway. I have ran my car both in city and highway and its not giving mileage more than 15 kmpl. I have done the third servicing of car and rather than giving the better results in mileage, it's giving -ve results which is between 12 to 13 kmpl. Company runner says mileage depends how to drive the car if its so then I challenge to show me if they can get upto 20 kmpl mileage in my car. 20 kmpl mileage is satisfactory for me as company do promises their car should give 25 kmpl.

                              Requesting Company and Bagga Link Motors to look into this matter as its very serious and important for me. I will wait till one week to get any sort of solution otherwise I have to report this into consumer forum.

                                I booked ciaz petrol delta on 4april 2017. Delivery period was 4 to 6 week which is completed today. Till now also no detail about car is available with dealer future nexa dehradun. Very poor feedback from showroom manager. Every time i ask he say i will call u, but no call... Evertime they say to give exact status but they fail every time. Not a single time they have called back to give feedback... Just they say call on monday.. Then on monday say call on tuesday... Its very frustating

                                  I brought suzuki gixxer in the last october from classic omega suzuki, thrissur. Today l bring my bike to the showroom for service as per the information,.. They told me that you will get your bike today itself for sure. Bt, now they telling that sorry sir, your bike's service not finished yet, so you can take your bike tomorrow afternoon only. I could adjust this. I had send my bike to service on the basis that bike will get today its self. This very nasty thing.. Too bad..

                                    Hi,
                                    I have raised a complaint no. [protected] on 28th june 2016 with maruti regarding their workshop varun motors in visakhapatnam (Vizag) have kept an alternator of maruti dezire instead of sx4 into my vehicle due to which i have incurred a loss of more than 20, 000/- in repairs of belts, break down which i had to get repaired from other workshop jayabheri motors.

                                    So the charges which i paid for the dezire alternator with labour more than 6000/- + belt repairs & break down charges in between for more than 5000/- + 9, 100/- for new sx4 alternator which was charged by another service center jayabheri in visakhapatnam so total of 20, 000/- money i need as a refund in cash as it was spent from my pocket on my vehicle which is just the material replacement and a lot less than agony which i have gone thru in dealing with such headless people at varun motors.

                                      I have a maruti swift which is being serviced in maruti competent mehrauli from last 5 years. The problem i faced is when i got my last service done on 21 march, 2017. From the same service center, i had a pick up and missing issue with my car which was not resolved after the service as well. I called up their customer care department and asked them to send a technician at my place to see what's the issue with my car. They keep postponing the promised date for sending the technician, and at the end no one turned up. So i stopped calling them. But today when i was going to my work my car started troubling me with the missing problem. And i straight away took my car to maruti competent. I reached their by 1030 hrs. I went to customer care unit and explained my problem to the customer care manager. She appointed the service advisor named - (Manoj). He was such a inefficient person. He just said you will have to wait till 1600 hrs, then i told him just to recognize the issue you can't take such a long time. Then again i talked to customer care manager. She said they will do it asap. And they said they will clean throatal body and injector for this. And by 1600 hrs nobody came to me with the status of my car. I myself went to them and asked what's the status. Then after a long discussion they said i need to leave my car. I straight away said no to them. I talked to the manager - (Mr. Gupta). He kept on explain me rubbish thing that am a mechanical engineer and i know the car who has cng fitted from outside face this issue. And he said this issue can't be resolved. You will again face this issue after few months. So they were out of solution. The manager kept explain me that you have used this car on cng for almost 85000 kms and you have saved so much money. So know you will keep facing this issue now and then. They just marked in the remarks that some tapped sim need to be changed but after this also i might face this issue again. Then what was the point taking my car to authorized maruti service center. I should better take my car to local repair shops under the tree. Who know much better then these workshop of maruti. I was so tortured during this time when i was in the workshop. I had no realization of what they are doing and they weren't even concerned about sharing the status of my car to me. Then they started talking about the discount they could offer me.in which i was least interested. If i could take my car to authorized service center i could get it repaired without discounts. So ultimately at the end they didn't repair my car. And i only know how i got my car back home.

                                      It was a very very poor service!! Zero hospitality.

                                      Now, i need to ask that where should i take my car. Or should i dump it??? Because your authorized maruti service center have no permanent solution for my car's problem.

                                      I am so disappointed with maruti for the very first time in my life.

                                      I hope i get a solution for my complaint asap.

                                        I gave my vagon r car for repair on last week. But within a week same air conditioner problem has been started. Repair was not properly done by service centre. For that repair purpose car was in service center for 6 day as the part was not available. Now once again that problem. So now it's very difficult to once again a car kept in centcenter for some days.
