    When my seven month ciaz rs car had a puncture recently i was shocked to find that the stepeny was not having alloy wheels. My previous sx 4 had alloy wheels as the stpeney. If the company is cutting costs using such silly means, this is condemnable. I request maruti to replace these spare wheels of loyal customers like me and not to adopt such means to cut costs.

      Sir i brought a new alto800 lxi car through bharat auto cars it is ac car so the air filter is necessary for ac then why can't you put it in factory only. Why we have to buy it separately. If your wheel cover is not fitting correctly change the cover design or don't put the wheel cover at all. Why we have to tie it.
      It is new car why you are insulting our car.

        This complaint is for Maruti and Bagga Link Motors (Patparganj Industrial Area). I bought new Ciaz VDI (DL14CC8919) in the month of October 2016 and since after one month and the first servicing of car I was complaining regarding the Average of Car which is not upto the mark as Company promised. As per company, Ciaz Diesel Model should give mileage 25 kmpl in city and 28 kmpl in Highway. I have ran my car both in city and highway and its not giving mileage more than 15 kmpl. I have done the third servicing of car and rather than giving the better results in mileage, it's giving -ve results which is between 12 to 13 kmpl. Company runner says mileage depends how to drive the car if its so then I challenge to show me if they can get upto 20 kmpl mileage in my car. 20 kmpl mileage is satisfactory for me as company do promises their car should give 25 kmpl.

        Requesting Company and Bagga Link Motors to look into this matter as its very serious and important for me. I will wait till one week to get any sort of solution otherwise I have to report this into consumer forum.

          I booked ciaz petrol delta on 4april 2017. Delivery period was 4 to 6 week which is completed today. Till now also no detail about car is available with dealer future nexa dehradun. Very poor feedback from showroom manager. Every time i ask he say i will call u, but no call... Evertime they say to give exact status but they fail every time. Not a single time they have called back to give feedback... Just they say call on monday.. Then on monday say call on tuesday... Its very frustating

            I brought suzuki gixxer in the last october from classic omega suzuki, thrissur. Today l bring my bike to the showroom for service as per the information,.. They told me that you will get your bike today itself for sure. Bt, now they telling that sorry sir, your bike's service not finished yet, so you can take your bike tomorrow afternoon only. I could adjust this. I had send my bike to service on the basis that bike will get today its self. This very nasty thing.. Too bad..

              Hi,
              I have raised a complaint no. [protected] on 28th june 2016 with maruti regarding their workshop varun motors in visakhapatnam (Vizag) have kept an alternator of maruti dezire instead of sx4 into my vehicle due to which i have incurred a loss of more than 20, 000/- in repairs of belts, break down which i had to get repaired from other workshop jayabheri motors.

              So the charges which i paid for the dezire alternator with labour more than 6000/- + belt repairs & break down charges in between for more than 5000/- + 9, 100/- for new sx4 alternator which was charged by another service center jayabheri in visakhapatnam so total of 20, 000/- money i need as a refund in cash as it was spent from my pocket on my vehicle which is just the material replacement and a lot less than agony which i have gone thru in dealing with such headless people at varun motors.

                I have a maruti swift which is being serviced in maruti competent mehrauli from last 5 years. The problem i faced is when i got my last service done on 21 march, 2017. From the same service center, i had a pick up and missing issue with my car which was not resolved after the service as well. I called up their customer care department and asked them to send a technician at my place to see what's the issue with my car. They keep postponing the promised date for sending the technician, and at the end no one turned up. So i stopped calling them. But today when i was going to my work my car started troubling me with the missing problem. And i straight away took my car to maruti competent. I reached their by 1030 hrs. I went to customer care unit and explained my problem to the customer care manager. She appointed the service advisor named - (Manoj). He was such a inefficient person. He just said you will have to wait till 1600 hrs, then i told him just to recognize the issue you can't take such a long time. Then again i talked to customer care manager. She said they will do it asap. And they said they will clean throatal body and injector for this. And by 1600 hrs nobody came to me with the status of my car. I myself went to them and asked what's the status. Then after a long discussion they said i need to leave my car. I straight away said no to them. I talked to the manager - (Mr. Gupta). He kept on explain me rubbish thing that am a mechanical engineer and i know the car who has cng fitted from outside face this issue. And he said this issue can't be resolved. You will again face this issue after few months. So they were out of solution. The manager kept explain me that you have used this car on cng for almost 85000 kms and you have saved so much money. So know you will keep facing this issue now and then. They just marked in the remarks that some tapped sim need to be changed but after this also i might face this issue again. Then what was the point taking my car to authorized maruti service center. I should better take my car to local repair shops under the tree. Who know much better then these workshop of maruti. I was so tortured during this time when i was in the workshop. I had no realization of what they are doing and they weren't even concerned about sharing the status of my car to me. Then they started talking about the discount they could offer me.in which i was least interested. If i could take my car to authorized service center i could get it repaired without discounts. So ultimately at the end they didn't repair my car. And i only know how i got my car back home.

                It was a very very poor service!! Zero hospitality.

                Now, i need to ask that where should i take my car. Or should i dump it??? Because your authorized maruti service center have no permanent solution for my car's problem.

                I am so disappointed with maruti for the very first time in my life.

                I hope i get a solution for my complaint asap.

                  I gave my vagon r car for repair on last week. But within a week same air conditioner problem has been started. Repair was not properly done by service centre. For that repair purpose car was in service center for 6 day as the part was not available. Now once again that problem. So now it's very difficult to once again a car kept in centcenter for some days.

                    My name is sushma karnik, i am a costumer of your company, maruti suzuki ocean motors reti mandi, indore. I brought a wagon r vxi ags (Baker's chocolate) on 28th march 2017, just after one month, my car started showing some signals, so that i contacted to maruti suzuki reti mandi branch. They took my car to check the exact problem, and today it's been 15 days but problem is still same. This was not expected from maruti suzuki, i am very disappointed.

                        Wagnor duo (Company fitted lpg) engine stopped/halted on highway while driving on lpg (Last week). Very scary experience... From that day i am not able to drive on lpg mode. Engine stops if i switch from petrol to lpg mode.

                        For 4 year old vehicle (With just 32km running).. It's very disappoint that vehicle is giving this major problem. As per service center lpg regulator in car has to be replaced which is costing more than 28000 rupees... Which is again fallback for so called low maintenance maruti-suzuki vehicle...
                        I am suspecting that either service center has not diagnosed problem in lpg kit correctly or the kit itself hasn't been quality checked thoroughly by maruti suzuki india in factory... Can maruti-suzuki india will help in resolving/repairing vehicle with minimal cost...?

                              Poor customer service at the shivam auto zone, maruti service centre charkop kandivali west mumbai 400067. Today evening at 4.20 pm i entered the service center. Had to wait for over an hour for the advisor to attend to us and no one even bothered to offer a glass of water even. I'm a maruti customer for the past 12 years, never i've come across such an experience. A humble request to the stakeholders today's world is all about customer service. People want value for their money.

                                Hi,

                                I booked a ALTO VXI on 02-Apr-17 with Machino Techno Sales Ltd, Alipore, Kolkata. Customer Id [protected]. They promised me to deliver it in 3 weeks. Further, I have made the full payment on 22-Apr-17. Till now they have continuously changing the delivery dates and I am still not sure when I will get the car.

                                I want a compensation of the false promise they have made as I have to made alternate arrangements for the last 6 weeks. Also if I am aware that they will not able to deliver the base car in their stable for such a long time, I can check for other dealers or other car companies as well for faster delivery because I need the car very urgently and I conveyed this message several times to them.

                                Further I want to highlight few more issues.
                                1 Though I booked the VXI model, the receipt they sent me through whats-up showing it is a LXI model. I have to call several times to fix this.

                                2 I have received atleast 4 calls from the Maruti call center asking for detail feedback about my new car. I repeatedly told them that the car is not delivered yet. How come they start seeking feedback when the car is not delivered and why they repeat the same thing after I have informed once?

                                  Thanks Mr Pendse for your quick response after I spoke to your Show Room Manager(?). However, I find that the dates indicated in your mail is May 17 in some places which are yet to come and need corrections.

                                  Irrespective, I have few comments to make on your mail, and also on the discussions held yesterday.
                                  1. I find too much follow up for getting the cheque from different department of dealership including you which were delivered immediately but no subsequent update or follow up for delivery of the car, and when I spoke to you earlier you had no details except you asked for immediate payment else you threatened to allot some one else. Based on the same I had deliver the payment cheques on Sunday 23rd April 17 to your RM, who confirmed me to deliver the car within 7 days. I had also got my choice number done immediately so that there is no daly as you have refused to support, while other dealers does.
                                  2. I also note from your mail that your A/Cs depart had hold the process for cheque clearance, Can I ask why your A/c dept did not submit the cheque to your bank on due date and kept on hold, as mine and dealer A/c is in the same HDFC A/c which takes max of 15 to 30 mts to get the money transferred which took more than a dat and delayed the process. Who should be responsible for such delay???
                                  3. During the discussions, I was told that there was also delay by a day due to Insurence query, (was not known to me), which has also delayed by one day.
                                  4. I appreciate, there were two public holidays, but that should not stop working on other days.
                                  5. You had submitted for CRTM on 2nd may, as per your mail, and it took two days to get, but I am told it is done next day and as per mail recd to from RTO it was not submitted on 2nd May and was done later.
                                  6. Now I am told to take the car with undertaking, which I refused as it is not correct and for any eventuality, I will be held responsible.
                                  7. After my push yesterday, I am now told a date of confirmed delivery on Wednesday next, 10th May, which is 17days days from handing over the cheques.

                                  Just to reiterate that I have no major hurry for the car as I already have multipl cars in my possession, but reason I am travelling from next week as such I had repeatedly requested to your RM, Dheeraj.

                                  In addition to above, I would also like to reiterate that I have booked the car without seeing and test drive the variant I booked as you did not have an automatic variant car which is surprising, though I did request few times during my multiple visits which other NEXA Dealers are providing. Also, during my talk to Senior Maruti officials, was told that they have created new NEXA Brand for better and Improved Customer Service and feelings, which I do not see in your Dealership, not sure about the dealers, which I am going to take up with my Maruti friend ASAP.

                                  Hope I could clarify and looking forward for clear communications with better Service.

                                    We bought a new maruti suzuki baleno car from atul nexa rajkot.
                                    At the time of purchase i told him that we want a selected registration vehicle number from Rto.
                                    At the same time he wrote the wrong address in the rto registration process form. Now we dont have that address proof. So we told atul nexa to solve this problem. Mr. Bhargav (atul nexa rajkot) take 1.5 months to resolve that problem. Now rto morbi told us that u passed the time to select the number.
                                    Atul nexa rajkot raise the hands and told me that this is not his fault.

                                    So pls help me to resolve the problem.

But when i received my car that time my some car accessories and one blazer with important documents has been kept by the concerned person of that service station. I repeatedly asked them but they are not interested to give my missing articles. Nor taking any responsibility of that theft.

                                      I had given my wagon r car for repairing. They kept my car in workshop for 7 days and after that they delivered me. But I noticed that some car accessories has been stolen and my blazer also stolen with some very important documents. Therfore I am facing so much difficulties only due to theft committed by the marutu suzuki work shop worker's.
