I (Ravi suri) residing at lucknow. My subject vehicle met with accident at farukhabad (Up).
As m/s apoorva motors, authorised dealers / service centre available at farukhabad, we have parked the vehicle there for repair etc. I was remained continuously touch with manager mr. Vinay pandey and owner mr rajan. After getting there assurance on 02/05/2017 that vehicle is ready in all respect, i have gone from lucknow to farukhabad on 03/05/2017 and reached there at 1 pm. The subject company has done all the outside work, but after taking delivery from me and paid the amount of bill to him. He informed me that both the hose pipe of the vehicle is repaired only and due to not receipt of the same from the company they are not able to replace the same. I found very shocking then seen the hose pipe they have done taping on the pipe by general tape only. But what i can do at that time because it was around 6 pm and i have to come back to lucknow that was urgent. I have taken the vehilce and start from there. After going to some of the km dash board showing one red sign, i have enquired from mr rajan over phone, he told nothing is there, he will arrange some machanic at lucknow and it will become ok.

I came to lucknow and after searching from maruti booklet and search from net google, i came to know that this sign is of faulty air bag etc.

I immediately contacted to mr rajan over phone on 04/05/2017, he assured me to sending / arranging some body from lucknow and he will pick my vehicle and solve the problem.

Since 04/05/2017 to 06/05/17 upto 1.30 pm i have waited a lot and several messages send from my phone and talked over phone with mr. Rajan and mr. Vinay, only they are giving false promises but not attended my complaint.

I am really disappointed with this type of services given by maruti service centre.

After waiting a lot i am sending my vehilce to m/s k. T. L pvt ltd. Lucknow through my driver now.

I am totally unsatisfied with the performance of the dealer that they have handed over the subject vehicle by puting my life in danger as the google shows the sign means `air bag faulty " it leads my life in danger.

I have made full payment to the subject service centre without puting any question. But they have provided bad services to me.in this case i have made insurance claim also.

If they have repaired / replaced hose pipe and correct all these thing may part of insurance claim. Now i have send the vehicle through my driver to m/s ktl at faizabad road lucknow may burden on me for further cost.

It is really disappointement. The subject service centre told me that maruti compan y has not provided hose pipe to them, whereas i received my vehicle after 21 days. I thing this time is sufficient for bring any part from company. When they have receipt of all other parts like bonet, air bags, side panel, censures etc. Why hose pipe is not provided to them and why the dealer/ service centre has delivered faulty vehicle to me.

I am submitting my complaint after total fed up by them.

Apart from that some of my interior decor items etc. Missing / stolen at the work shop which is also extra burden on me.

Kindly take up the issue with the subject dealer / service centre and reply at the earlest.

Their behaviour with me, pretend me to go for complaint. Now i am also going to consumer forum and claim with the agency as they have put my life in danger by handing over to faulty vehicle without proper repair.

Early response will be appriciable.

    My maruti swift car tn05x9696 vdi 2008 model diesel car engine failured within 80000 kilometres. Already engine turbo replaced as per maruti technician advise. Unnessary, my maruti engine failured. The maruti company demands rupees 30000 to clear the failured engine. The engine will be run upto 130000 k. Msmaruti company should clear the engine repair

      I have purchase a new car from pasco maruti, gurgaon in nov'13.

      Nearby Oct'16 my car diggy lower area showing rust.

      I visit pasco maruti, near rajiv chowk, gurgaon
      meet to manager showing my car

      He said to me company is not responsible for rust.

      I have take my car service in nov'16 Last days.

      I have renewal my insurance policy in Nov'16 last.

      he suggest me that come with car after 1 month, repair this in insurance.

      but insurance surveyer was not approve this rusty arrea, approved only back bumper and left side back quarter panel accidental damage.

      After that he said you come after 2-3 month, I repair it in 2nd insurance claim

      Yesterday on 02/05/2017 i have visit of pasco maruti rajiv chowk, gurgaon but Manger not persent so i meet to Mr. sunil mudgil and he said i can't any help in this matter.

      He said if you want solve it, change diggy on payment.

      I am very dissapointed about Product Quality,
      Employee response,
      I suffer from mentaly struss and nearby six month passing but result is Zero.

      This is product defect because only diggy lower arrea sowing rust problem only in 2 - 3 year.

      Other any part not showing any rust problem.

      So why i pay a large amount in diggy change.

      I want claim on company for change my Sift VDI Car Diggy.

        Hi Team,

        This is inform you that I have buy a commercial car from your Lakhimpur branch. I got my car 1 jan 2017 and got number after 3 months and tax submitted by him only for 3 month. Which has been end on 30th April 2017. But I have listen that new commercial vehicle tax valid for 5 years. And now I am trying to submit UP RTO tax online than there is no data found on internet. So please tell me that how can I pay my RTO tax. so request you please update my vehicle details online. I am trying to contact with him but those are guys not receiving my call. And when I am asking him about my estimate details than that guys are saying that which money left that money go back to company that's not for you. my contact number is [protected], [protected].

          I unfortunately had renewed my car insurance with popular dealership at Maruthi. Since my son got a policy from United Insurance, I submitted the cancellation letter along with the policy bearing policy number[protected]with the cancelled cheque to the Insurance manager Mr Gopakumar ([protected]) on 6/02/2017. Policy cancelled only on 26/04/17

            Respected Sir/Madam

            This is a compliant regarding glass breakage of a brand new Maruti Swift car. I bought a car before 8 months from Sawani moters Amritsar. Last week when my family was travelling, suddenly the front glass got a scratch like breakage with a mild sound. Right the moment itself i took car to the local maruti service center. And they says that it is due to an unexpected hit with some small stone. And we took to two three mechanic shops, they all says that it is due to the wrong fixing of Glass. They said this is routine complaint with swift car.
            Again when we contact service station for any remedy. Now they says that one spot is there on glass, and it says glass has a hit with small candy size stone. And they gave two choices either replacing glass on insurance or by giving cash. If it is cash i have to pay Rs 6000, or if it is through insurance Rs 750 plus labor charge. Insurance bonus will be redeemed if i chose this option.
            My query is whether i will get any justice for this. Or i will have to pay all these amounts for some manufacturing mistake. Is the front glass of Maruti Swift cant survive from a normal hit of a stone like they justifies.
            I have no hope in filing a complaint like this. But just making using of this facility
            If the concerned authority have any right to do something please help a consumer like me.

              Pl. Refer to my previous complaint no. 1534013 on this site. This complaint is not resolved till date. Apart from above i had also lodged my complaint on toll free no.[protected] vide complaint no. [protected] on dated 11-4-17. After this complaint oneup motors gomti nagar lko. Called me and take my vehicle for 6 days to rectify my above ac related complaint. But all my efforts gone into vein. And i am still suffering with above problem.

              During this 6 days onup motors gomti nagar lko. Advices to change for work of clutch, flywheel bearing, both shokers, brake etc. But they do not touch my previous complain of ac. And even in this change of parts, i am not satisfied with service, because adjustment of clutch, brake etc. Is not working properly.

                I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my son anurag singh.

                Anurag singh has purchased swift dzire lxi for taxi purpose (Invoice no. 3812650, invoice date 25.11.2016, engine no. 1888577, chassis no. A38129) from m/s anand motors agencies lucknow. Registration no. Of the car is up32gn6993 with all india taxi permit.

                I have submitted his claim for refund of excise duty as per notification no. 12/2012-ce and notification no. 1/2016 along-with all the requisite papers and as per guidance fromm/s anand motors agencies to:-

                Imt, maneser, gurgaon (Pin-122051)

                But i am surprised that since then i have heard nothing from your company.
                Neither the excise duty has been refunded nor any communication has been received. What does it mean.

                Please bestow your personal attention to the matter and immediately remit the entire refundable amount otherwise i will be compelled to adopt legal recourse against you on your cost & expenses.

                  I have a swift dzire car vdi i was purchase a 12 april 2016,
                  17600 km done, vehicle no is dl 2c aq 9589, before 2 to 3 month continue some brake problems in my car. Push a brake pedal and noise start continue its a very irritiate noise. Three time maruti competant work shop check my car but this noise is not stop. My problem is not short out my car is in a warranty.

                    I had submitted documents for insurance policy endorsement on 14/04/17 with complete documents and vehicle inspection done on same day from chowgule industries, taware colony, pune. Till now i have got no feedback or update for the same even after repeated calling. Vehicle no. Mh 14 bx 2558. I have traced with maruti insurance team and found that there is no endorsement request generated yet.

                    We booked vitara breeza premier silver colour date4feb2017.now dealer said you take white colour silver colour is not avaible. You waited 1or2 month for silver colour booking time dealer said you get car2 or 3 months. Now 3months are complete on 4 may2017. Please tell me when my car delivered.

                        In continuation with my previous complaints, i bring into your notice that despite my repetitive attempts no suitable action is being taken from your end to rectify the manufacturing defect in the car.

                        Every time i try to bring attention of your company and service dealers that i am tired of getting repairing the manufacturing defect but no solution is being provided till now.

                        After 3-4 months of getting repair, the same problem starts and being returned back by servicing the fault temporarily. Earlier last month also, i visited again for that same problem.

                        Again i gave the car to Krish motors (Wazirpur Industrial Area) on 23/04/2017 for checking the fault. The car starts missing on CNG Mode and results in unpleasant driving experience with a risk of life attached with it. It is being around 6 days of giving car to your workshop and no solution is being provided. I have only driven 45000 kms in 2.5 years with problems on regular basis.

                        Your company cannot rectify the defect and cannot accept it as manufacturing defect. I do not need this faulty vehicle anymore and going to consumer forum for justice. I have wasted my crucial time by regularly visiting your workshops which can be seen from the records and even incurred huge money by travelling in taxis.

                        Kindly keep the faulty vehicle with your company only.

                        This is to bring into your notice that we one of the oldest customer of your company using Maruti Suzuki cars since 1990.

                        I bought Wagon R Green in September 2014 from ROHAN MOTORS NOIDA keeping in mind the technolozy, reliability and the service that is being provided by Maruti in collaboration with Suzuki Japan.

                        I started problem in car from starting that the car stops/misses while running. I complained about in First Service with Noida. They checked it and gave back.

                        After that the problem of Engine getting stopped on CNG was still there which was being checked with the different service dealers on following dates. The details are as below:

                        ROHAN Motors Noida - 18/10/2014-Problem Tempoarily Rectified
                        Bagga Link, Patparganj - 03/08/2015 - Car stopped and engine not started.

                        After that Regular Follow Up with DD Motors Wazirpur on following dates

                        08/07/2015 - check up done
                        13/07/2015- check up done, Harness Assembly wire changed
                        05/08/2015 - check up done
                        10/08/2015 - check up done
                        31/08/2015- check up done and throttle body changed.

                        The car started running fine but after 4th service the problem started again which was also duly being checked from
                        Krish Automotors on 04/07/2016 and subsequent visit at our home for check up.

                        With all this after facing big risk, i want to lodge my complaint for change of my car DL 7 CT 3236.

                        Many a times, i was struck on the road while driving and even on highway. This might would have resulted in some casualty.

                        I bring the risk and the consequences to the notice of higher authorities.

                        Tha CNG car fiited by MARUTI is either not successful or has a manufacturing defect which is not being accepted by the the various service dealers.

                        I being a professional has a very busy life schedule and my one day costs big sum to me. I took new car just because i will not face any problem for few years beacuse of the reliabilty of MARUTI SUZUKI,

                        And CNG Green will result in pollution decline in our society.

                        I Request MARUTI SUZUKI to take back the Car with immediate effect and compensate me for the loss and the risk we faced.

                          I purchased maruti sdzire tour diesel no wb 04g 9235 on[protected] by cash from dewars garage ltd, 4a council house street, kol - 1. Because of sheer negligence of above dealer i could not get central excise refund on above commercial vehicle in spite of my vigorous follow up with them. Please look into the matter and ensure me the above refund. I did not expect this kind of non-cooperation from the dealer of a reputed company like maruti.

                            Sir, i have given my vagonr car to anand motors bahraich. As per their commitment they have to ready my vehicle on date. The person who was given job trfd to lucknow. Iind one whose mob no. Given to me is on leave. Iii rd person picked the phone & told me to give position after few minutes, is not picking mobile now. I have some urgent work for outstation for which vehicle is required. Plz help me.

                              I have left may brezza rj14 wc 8000. For 4th service today at kp maruti serice service centre mansarover at 11 am.
                              The iso promise me to give it back at 4 pm today onwords.
                              But after 4pm the car was not delivered then i surprisingly visit at washing longue to see the delay... I saw it and shocked that the service iso and workers are talking that my car is phycial damaged by someone maruti service machanics during moving inside the service area or ok testing time.. Atonce i met maruti service manager and complaits about the huge damaged. Ang rubbed my car.
                              The manager commence me that i hav to left my car for 1 or 2 day... We will clear it..
                              I am angry to service my car as they comment

                              I want to full replace of the damaged area on the call.

                              This is my complaint to u by myside to correct ifself by service company. Otherwise i go to coustmer court.

                                I would like to keep you notice that, the gas fliter in my car is not replaced for a month after several remainders, i am facing difficulty in driving my car (Ie) during summer.

                                  My car reg # ka 05 - mt - 7514. Was parked on 11th april in my apartment parking lot, after my travel return on 24th april, 25th morning, started car after being parked from 11 th april. Started engine, it was fine - shifted the gear to d (Drive mode), did n't move, again tried with accelerating lightly, did n't move. Did again, to my surprise the car moved so fast and hit the wall in front, damaged front portion. Even brakes didn't work. Now it is in garage bimal service station, (Approx. Cost rs 22 k +).

                                  To me, it is very serious issue with design, no other car behaved like this even in my past (Fluidic - verna and even santro).

                                  When i discuss this with the garage person, he mentions that the vehicle after parking for some days - it requires 10 to 15 minutes idling of the engine for proper working of brakes and also automatic gear. This is big surprise. Where it is mentioned??? No where.
                                  Please register this complaint and would like to get solution on top priority.

                                    I went to r d motor, tezpur to buy a swift vxi from the dealer. There was rs.10000 cashback on this model. But they didn't want to give me the cashback amount and forced me to install some accessoeies which is not neccessary for me. They told me that if i don't want to buy this car from the dealer i can choose onother dealer. They said i must have install the accessories at the dealer.
                                    Now i want to ask that is it neccessary to install the accessories at the dealer or they have to handover me the amount.

                                      I had bought this top end version of s cross from nexa, pasco, gurgaon on 30th july 2017. She was serviced by pasco at their wshop at nominated kms/time with no problems. On 21st april while on the highway near my residence in gurgaon, saw battery warning, then ac stopped, i reached home after few mins and parked her in basement. Registered a complaint with maruti road side assistance, they attended and advised that her fan belt has broken and no spares available as yet for s cross and advised not to run the car.
                                      22nd april raised the issue with pasco who were trying for belt from various sources but none was available, finally they got same from maruti udyog by late evening. 23rd morning technicians visited and they changed the belt but again there was a sound coming from engine so it was decided to tow the car to wshop which was done. Since 23rd april my car is lying with pasco and the fault has not been zeroed in and they are not sure when they will be able to return the car. Its really pathetic state of affairs when a car costing upwards of 13.5 lakhs and only 8 months old is now being ripped apart to detect the problem. I would like maruti management to please get involved in this and arrange for either replacing this witha new scross 1.6a or refund of money.

                                      I have booked baleno delta(petrol) in Nexa pitampura(Krish motors) on 31/1/2017. They told me that they will deliver the car approximately in 3 months but now they are saying that it will take 3-4 months more.Please help me we need our car urgently.

                                        I had booked ertiga vxi on 6th march 2017 by paying 10000rs booking amount. The sales person manjunath from kataria automobiles bangalore had assured us that the car order will be submitted by their system same day or the next day and car would be delivered by 23rd march 2017. We were just given booking id. March month had consumer offer of 15000/- rs. We did bank formalities for loan and bank sanctioned loan in the same month. That sales person asked us to transfer the full amount 3 days before delivery and we agreed to that. Bank was ready to release loan on 21st march. But then the sales person called us and told there is some problem with dispatch of vehicle so delivery will be delayed. We were not informed anything about invoice/billing. He repeatedly told us that billing or invoice would be done by them in the month of march to avail offers. Now they are calling us and saying invoice could not be done in march and so we will have to pay 10000 extra as april consumer offer is only 5000/-rs. Who is responsible for this? Do customer have any control over invoice - no!! Whatever we are told to do, we have done it. Billing/invoice is not in our hand. We just go with the words of dealer. Looks like they have done some mistake while billing in march due to which maruti has rejected. By the time they realized their mistake, it was already april and now that manjunath and whole kataria automobiles is trying to put it on customer. I am planning to move this case to consumer court so that they learn a lesson in future to not cheat customers. Do anyone have inputs here for me? Where do i need to file this case as a starting point? Thanks for your inputs.
