I had bought swift Ldi September 2015 after 22000 km. my car got stopped in between and its was giving starting problem. I was really got annoyed because after several crank it was not starting up but after some time, Again next day my car got stopped in highway and there was no garage nearby place.i called up to hare Krishna motor bhandup west then they took my car.Now they have mentioned that in most of the maruti diesel car high-pressure pump coming as a defective part.

As a very important part in the car how maruti suzuki india limited has designed the car recklessly.

Now i want maruti suzuki india limited to take necessary action to change my car high-pressure pump immediately and ensure it will not fail in future.I want root cause report why it has happened in my car and why high-pressure pump frequent failing in the maruti diesel car ?

If maruti will not take a necessary step the i will go for a legal notice and complain a consumer court notice to the company.

    Maruti Suzuki is least bothered that its been 144 days i have not got a single reply from any one.

    Tomorrow i am going to the consumer court and submitting the complaint directly.

    I have purchased the Maruti suzuki swift ldi (O) on June 1 2016 friendly motors (India) Pvt. Ltd. Mysore. Till now the car has several complaints but no one has turned up to repair it properly. I have driven 7700 km till now. Y other model cars in swift variants are good. Turbo and low pick up not working properly and given so many times for service station but they are saying your car is good. All the doors are having noise, front steering and whole dashboard is having vibrations and noise. They had changed the wheel caps when I had given to service but in return if I ask them to replace they will reply you only have changed the wheel caps and blaming on us. I have talked with management people but they are so careless in delivering the words to their customers. Totally the car is not good. I have paid them 7, 40, 000/- but they have given me poor quality car. They are so many people who talk very carelessly to me that I have begged the car from their home and have given to me. Consumer forum has to take this on serious note and provide me the alternative. From June till now most of the time car is in friendly service station itself. It hurts to me a lot as I purchased my dream car and friendly motors did like this. Funniest part is sales team is not taking blame and blaming service team and service team is not good enough to provide me the resolution.

    I forgot to update in the previous complaint. I had taken the car for low pick up after third time of complaining General Manager of Friendly Motors service station Mr. Bharath Madana told if your car is having low pick up why don't you buy Porsche car it is good with pick up. We middle class people are meant for budget car. Is this the way to give resolution? it has hurt me a lot for those words. Everyone are so careless to respond to me.

    If I complaint to customer relationship manager friendly motors Ms. Nima Balal she is replying in favor of friendly motors and she is not giving proper response and she will run away if she's me. Totally a very bad company and they are making Maruti Suzuki to loose they value from customers. Please do something and get me the resolution. Maruti to take this up with serious note

      This is to Inform you that I have booked A Maruti Suzuki Delta Model
      on 8th February, 2017. Although Ihad been informed that my chosen vehicle would be delivered to me around 11th April, 2017 - approximately from a period of 8 to 10 weeks since my booking date ----- Time and again I have been enquiring, however there is no information regarding allotment of the said vehicle from your end.

      I am sorry to say such unnecessary delay is tarnishing the brand value of the Maruti Suzuki Vehicle - this would lead to customers switching off to non-Maruti Vehicles in particular.

        I m owner of gixxer 150cc sp which I bought on 24 Jan 2017 ...at time of purchase dealer promised me of providing free official suzuki gixxer jacket ...but due to lack of stock they told me to provide it later...but after I made several visit they use to tell everytime that stock is not available ...and now they are telling that they will not give jacket ...so it's my request to look for this matter and take some legal steps and provide my jacket as early as possible...thank u

          My maruti suzuki wagon r motor car no. Mh 02 eh 4775 t permit is damaged in a road accident its silencer is damaged. I did all leagal formalities and sent car to vittese maruti suzuki workshop andheri west before 1 april 17 workshop said they will repair damage within 7 days but damadge is still not repaired. I contact to vittese workshop they said the spare part is not available and it will take 10 to 15 days more. Since the car is tourist permit everyday i bears 1000 per day.

          Please help me and give me leagal advise

            I got my new car serviced and after that the AC stopped cooling. Upon inspection by the dealer - Bagga Link, Patparganj, Delhi, he said that the coil is leaking and refused to accept his fault. What sbould I do?

              Gear problem was fixed at Kapoor motors, alambagh Lucknow but again the same problem is persisting and MASS is asking me to pay again for the same thing, he has cheated me on this . I think he has not changed the part and cheated me on this, Maruti dealer / mass have started cheating consumers to a great extent

                Booked on february 15th 2017. Waiting time given was two months.
                No information about the car nor the status from maruti or dealer. Received only booking id which is of no use. What is the use of booking id? It should be at-least used to track the status of the car. Only reply we receive from the dealer is that there is an issue in production of maruti suzuki. Are they joking? Company like maruti will have an issue and that too for 15 days???

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  I have bought Suzuki Acess 125 from sub-dealer ASMI MOTORS, 319, Sathy Main Road,
                  Sivananda Mills Bus Stop, Sivanandapuram, Coimbatore - 641035 on 31st Aug, 2017.
                  The main dealer is GOLDFINCH MOTOR CYCLES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Mettuyapalem Road,
                  Coimbatore.

                  They told me that the vehicle is brand new and cost is 74, 000/- and offering 15k discount on account of BS3.
                  They insisted for spot payment of 59, 000/- for vehicle and 1000 for Notary for address proof. I asked them
                  multiple time to confirm the vehicle cost. They confirmed that the actual price is 74, 000 including additional
                  fitting, insurance and registration cost. However they shall offer 15k discount on account of BS3.

                  I paid the said amount to them on 31st Aug, 2017. They promised me to register
                  the vehicle and handover to me on the same day late evening.

                  Later I found that the vehicle is 2014 model and its on-road price is 63, 000/-. I also
                  found that the vehicle is with the vendor since 2014 and thus he finds it difficult
                  with registration and insurance.

                  I was cheated by the sub-dealer that the price is 74k and offered 15k discount.

                  The story didn't ended here. After rigorous follow up and frequent visits, they
                  gave me bike on 12th April but completely in bad condition. I had a serious argument
                  with them but they insisted that I had to take bike and money will not be refunded.

                  To list few of the issues with bike on delivery:
                  -- Front mud guard one side is completely scratched and thus they painted to cover it
                  -- speed meter and odometer not working
                  -- foot mat is small and not fitting for the Suzuki access
                  -- There are scratches on bike
                  -- There is crack in front light indicators
                  -- Seat is slightly torned and they stitched seat cover to cover it.
                  -- Initially they told me engine warranty card and tool kit shall be provided and took my signature on invoice.
                  On the next day, they say there is no Manufacturer engine warranty available. Now they say that the bike is very
                  old and thus no manufacturer warranty. Instead sub-dealer says that he will take of engine issue if any.
                  -- No tool kit
                  -- No Manufacturer Manual
                  -- Sub dealer got insurance done for bike with manufacturing year 2016 instead of 2014. He claims that it is by mistake
                  -- There are nuts and bolts missing in several parts of the bike. I have complained and they fixed it.
                  -- They gave bill for 59, 000 from Asmi motors but final invoice is generated as 52, 008/-. However they argue saying
                  that I was provided 15, 000/- discount.


                  To summarize, they sold a very old bike with many issues for a high price to me. This is completely cheating
                  and thus seek your support in addressing these issues.

                  I am completely helpless and I had to go to consumer forum too if required.

                    This is with reference to the subject, the vehicle registration belongs to rajula, gujarat.

                    I got purchase the vehicle before 5 month back, the problem is there is no proper service provided in the centre situated in rajula. There is no technical personal in the service they don not know how to do wheel alignment.

                    There is only one service centre available in the rajula (Atul motors), other service centre is in amreli that is 80 km far from rajula.

                    No vehicle parts available in the service centre, i have asked to provide a wheel cap before 4 month back but still they are not able to provide.

                    I would request you to look into the matter.

                      I'd faced car starting problm in mumbai. I calld my car dealer at talasari & asked for helpline no.for mumbai. Mr mehulPatel from shivam auto talasari gave me Delhi no. for asstnce in mumbai.& after total 8 phonecalls from Delhi helpline de refuse to help in mumbai. When i reached to MehulPatel to ask abt his immoral & irresponsible services to customers, he refuse to meet.

                        I have booked Swift Vxi optional granite grey colour at Competent Automobiles Una (H.P.) with a booking Period of 4 to 6 weeks under the booking no. SOB16000814 on 25th february . After 50 days the showroom employees told me that they are unable to bring the car .                           Respected sir,

                          On my first thought, i would like to congratulate the entire maruti suzuki group on launching such an outstanding car like baleno.in the current scenario, every individual likes to be a prestigious owner of this variant.

                          I have also booked the car baleno alfa last week and is in the queue of a 22 weeks waiting informed by sales representative.

                          On this line, i would like to request you sir i stay in a remote area in kolkata newtown, in the outskirts where commuting is an issue. At night specially after 8pm it is area where you might not get anything to travel. Ola and ubers are also not available sometimes. So it will be very difficult to serve an emergency situation at odd time. However, i manage my travels by my two wheeler, but recently the ailment of my 5 year old kid has added on to the problem.

                          He needs to be taken to the doctor twice in every week and thus traveling in my two wheeler becomes problematic. Thus i would need a four wheeler on an urgent basis.

                          I was getting a four wheeler from other car making companies, but i would like to stay with maruti and baleno.
                          In this connection i beg to state sir to deliver my booked car at the earliest. It will be a big help to me if you really can make it. Hope to get a positive and favourable reply from your side.

                            I purchased new vehicle from prem motor sector 14 on 31st march 2017, at the time of purchase dealer response very poor they took 4 hrs for delivery. I made payment on time and submit all documents on time but they deny to deliver vehicle because of payment issue, i make extra payment through my credit card then they were ready to deliver. After 3 days they return my extra payment.
                            After two days i made complaint for steerio not working properly but no response from dealer. No i observed that my vehicle mileage not ok and black smoke from silencer (At present mileage is 14.5 km/l). Please take action dealer and resolve my issue on priority

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I have bought Suzuki Access 125 bike from ASMI MOTOR who is sub dealer for GOLD FINCH MOTOR CYCLES, Coimbatore. The vehicle on delivery found to be in bad shape with several scratches, worn out tyres, missing screws, nuts and bolts, foot mat, mutt card repainted, cracks in front indicators, faded back support rod, slightly torned seat etc. They cheated that the vehicle price is 74k and is brand new in perfect condition and giving 15k discount because of BSIII issue. We later found that 2014 model on road price is 63k. In addition to this price, vehicle condition is not good, . Not registered for 10 days even though they took full cash on 31st march 2017. Now they say registered, but not giving number, insurance copy, manufacturer manual voucher, tool kit etc.

                              Please kindly intervene and help me get quality product or discount as this vehicle is 3 years old, low quality but sold at high price with defects

                                Now, i am registering third time this complaint. I am serving in Indian Coast Guard Station Frazerganj at Frazerganj situated at West Bengal. One in no of Suzuki Hayate SS Motor Cycle is received on 22 Mar 16. All free services are completed this vehicle. But we are physically checked the mileage from Main to Reverse in 03 times. Now we are surprised that the vehicle is getting 32-33 Km per litre. But company is telling bike will get 65 Km per litre.

                                I am registering third time complaint about this problem. Your Rep is not contact to me or my organisation. But problem is very very serious issue. Because Mileage is very very important in our organisation's log book. Log book is showing 65 km per litre till December 2016. After checking of Mileage test book is showing 32 Km/litre.

                                  Since i bought the vehicle on november 21st 2015, till date the service centers never addressed my issues completely eventhough we pay them heavily. This time out of total frustration because of the lethargic and unskilled labours in avish automotives pvt ltd in thirumullaivoyal, chennai - 600 052 i'm writing this down.

                                  It all started when i left my bike for service on 22nd february 2017 morning 9.00am which was my 4th service. I had few major issues in the bike which i have addressed them to clear during the service.

                                  - my bike had a heavy tapping noise while accelerating (To be precise during gear change) [still not done]
                                  - engine noise which completely could show a difference from other gixxer bikes on the road.
                                  - oil leakage from the engine

                                  Out of these majorly mentioned issues only the last one (Oil leakage) was taken care as it can only cost me for which they charged conveniently which took them 2 days to do. I received my bike on 24th feb 2017 6.30pm. For this 4th service they charged me around 713rs, when questioned about the tapping noise to the manager of the service center (Ashok kumar) he asked me to bring my bike 2 days later i. E on sunday.

                                  On sunday when i went with the bike, manager (Ashok kumar) was not available and i was informed that he is no more in that service center and he has been transferred. My service book was still with them as ashok kumar requested to hold for record as when i took my bike from service on 24th feb, other staffs weren't present. I agreed to collect it on sunday, but he was already transferred.

                                  When asked about my pending service for which i have already paid they said as
                                  "the person who handled my bike (Ashok kumar) isn't present, so after knowing the history of the service will call you back for the pending service". It took them 1 more week to reply in spite of calling thrice in that week. This time i was called that it could be solved, but again their reason was ashok kumar hasn't returned yet so i have to wait for few more days, as it was sunday, i was asked to come on friday to finalise the issue. Yes i visited them on friday, this time they had a different reason, it was on the suzuki side. Saying that the tapping noise was due to "clutch bell" so it had to be changed with the approval of suzuki personnel (Arun – if i’m not wrong). This time the person (Arun) who has to approve was in leave due to his marriage. I had to take my service book out of frustration which was lying somewhere below in their desk for the past one month without care and without any entry for the service which i had paid.

                                  I still don't understand when a person in-charge is out of work for around a month for his marriage won't there be any other person in-charge taking care of his job?

                                  After a month trial for getting my bike issue solved, i ended up without any solution. Yes till date they have given me null solution on this issue and tapping sound is still prevailing in my bike.

                                  Unskilled labour: tapping noise is heard only during sudden acceleration (Gear change) which clearly says it’s the "bore log head" tapping inside the engine part which has to be covered in my warranty time. But to the labours out there in avish suzuki, it was clutch bell. If it was clutch bell during the entire ride i would hear the tapping noise. Moreover when i addressed this issue, manager said the reason might be due to some oil leak inside between the exhaust pipe and engine. Later when taken in his absence was said clutch bell problem. Even they're not clear with the issues in the bike. Then how can they be good enough to service our hard earned bike.

                                  Out of all this, my service book wasn’t filled and they haven’t recorded in their database about the service but billed for the service and made me pay the entire amount. As mentioned earlier due to oil leakage in the engine it was cleaned and sealed with a cover for which i was charged. Now after claiming the pending service, they said they have to remove the cover again to check for the issue, for which i have repay to cover it up later. Highlight of this issue is when i left my bike for the service, total km run was 14, 216km and now it has almost reached 17, 265km which they again show it as a problem to go for warranty. When it was 14k they said it comes under warranty and during the issue as i had to use my bike they claim it to be out of warranty which nowhere seems to professional approach.

                                  Totally bs service with completely money minded management with utterly waste servicing ever had.

                                  I require a reply soon on this issue and also to be sorted out. I have 5 years extended warranty for my bike engine. I hereby provide you with the bill for which i was made to pay without complete service.

                                    Maruti suzuki jhansi suri's workshop.
                                    They did not satisfy us. My car Alto 800 VXI a bus was passing near my car and its makes a large dent from back light to front door. Sarveyar did not pass the the claim and only give the front door and rear door.He did not give the backlight.And makes a excuse of not justifying...
                                    Compies service is worst...

                                      Maruthi wagon r, 2012 model handed over to varun motors tolichowki hyderabad for general service tyre replacement (front) and with complaints like excessive cabin noise, vehicle wobbling, right door remote lock problem, ac and mileage issues. At first they replaced bearing and told me bcoz of that you are hearing excessive noise and handed over vehicle after delivery when i test drove no problems were attended, after 5 days again handed over my vehicle with same complaints, again i got a completion call and asked to pick vehicle. This has happened 4 times, 4 job cards, even still my problem is not resolved. maruthi authorized service service centers are horrible.escalated the issue in maruthi portal but no update as on date.

                                        I had purchased my Wagon R car from Krish Automobiles Jahangirpuri Delhi in January 2015 and from then till date I m the only owner. But when I took my car for service on 2/4/2017 on another Authorised Service Center, I came to know that my car was sold (FAKE) by M/s.DD Motors Peera Garhi Delhi on 26/2/2017 nd billing of service of my car was also framed in the name of M/s.DD Motors, Peera Garhi, Delhi. I am totally shocked about this type of Mischief from any Authorised Maruti Suzuki dealer.
                                        Hoping for an early action in this matter.
