Maruthi suzuki insurance for car promised that we will provide best service for me. During drving my cars front glass shield and under chassis got damaged at an moment. But maruthi suzuki and royal sundaram( Maruthi suzuki insurance agent) suppose to claim in two times. compare to bajaj, icici lombard, iffco tokio the maruthi suzuki(Royal sundaram ) insurance is more expensive nearly 4 to 5 thousand rupees more. Purchased baleno delta from nexa panchkula on 19 feb 2017 after paying 6, 11, 000. Refund of rs 7500 app has not yet been received inspite of telephonic as well as personal requests. My car eeco DL3CBL8196 had been sent to competent on 4-3-2017 for service & with complaint of conversion from petrol to cng takes very long time resulting in very heavy consumption of petrol & consumption of CNG is also too much & both sliding doors faulty. Hi i got my vehicle's bumper changed last week from your malad w workshop. They did a good job but when they returned my vehicle there were below issues

1. Fuel was @3 point when i had handed over the vehicle, at the time of delivery the fuel was reduced to 1 point.

2. I refilled cng in my vehicle the next day, post that i was unable to switch my vehicle from petrol to cng.
