but after two and half year company deny the same and taking the charge of manufacturing deafult. service man of maruti confirm that after some time gear are doing these type of problem and its a manufacturing fault. but now company taking the charge for the same and deny the same

MA3FHEB1S00385065 . i contacted abt salem .they serviced the vehicle and told me that old record has been corrected, but nothing has changed when i went to another dealer it happened that nothing has been changed . i want to know the discrepency made by karaikudi ABT

      I got my car swift zdi DL 2C AN 9163 serviced from Marketing times automobiles pvt. Ltd.9 (dealer code is 08870 ) Okhla on 23/03/17. Mr. Rajesh kumar advisor attended my car, after 38 hrs i got my car, jobs done as per Mr. Rajesh advised was not up to the mark. wheel alignment, wheel balacing, replacement of engin oil steering adjustment etc. nothing has beeen done properly they charged amount of Rs. 21687/-

        On the suggestion/request of service manager of m/s one-up motors, gomti nagar, lucknow - 226010, i have allowed for full service of a/c of my above mentioned car, at end of last summer season. But for this service my car ac is not cooling properly. I have made so many complaints to m/s one-up motors verbally. They called my car for rectifying this problem many times, but my efforts remain unfulfilled. Fortunately winter season comes and the problem remain pending. Now once again summer season comes back and my problem once again arises.
        Kindly do the needful action at earliest to save the reputation of maruti suzki ltd.

          i deepak choudhary residing at fd 136 saltlake city sector iii kolkata 700106 have booked a new swift on exchange offer from bhandari automobiles in kolkata vide booking number sob16004818 on 30/03/2017 from sales representative name mr suman ghosh. during the time of booking it has been told that i will be having my private finance from l.i.c of india which will make payment by 10 to 15 april 2017. he agreed with the terms and asked me to book the car witha guarentee cheque less my old car price he offered tio me which was about rs 498000/- . i also made a rs5000/- cheque during booking.
          mr suman promised me that this cheque will not be deposited at any cost whose conversation is recorded with me .
          but he deposited the cheque and the cheque got bounced this makes my reputation spoiled in bank.
          never in my life any of the the cheque is dishonoured from my bank.
          after this when i complained to bhandari customer care all the lady sitting there asking me to do mutual with mr suman.
          tell me what is the matter of doing mutual as he had done mistake and he should be removed from job.
          then they told we will not take complain against this
          i asked for owner number which they says i dont have or we cannot provide it.
          what is this going on i am not understanding the matter

          please help me .
          i am a share holder and always a lover for maruti car. i am using maruti cars from last 20 yrs but i never seen the peoples like bhandari automobiles .

              I have been using maruti swift car for 5 years, and i have done all the free and payed services at aouthorised service center k. D. Bhuj kutch. Hence i have driven my car 108000 k. M one hand and now i have noticed that some problame in pik up the car. I visited the aouthorised person and he toled me that car engien is fail. And asking for 100000 inr for that problame. So sir plz reply me fore that mistake that u asking me fore ur fault. Tell me sir how it has been done? Is it my mistak or compney fault? The dealer isnt help full fore me. Can u halp me plz? Or in future we do not have buy maruti suzuki car. I think 108000 k. M drive with regulor service and engine fail is un belivable and as well as not afoordable. Its ur huge mistake.

                Dear Concern, it is very painful for me to write this complaint to the co. whose credibility is undoubtful and almost every household is proud owner of any type of car produce by you. I still remember, when my dad purchased his first vehicle and that was Maruti 800, we roam around in and feel privileged. Than came a day when i started my career and want to purchase a vehicle, automatically the choice was maruti and it was my first car, that was maruti zen. After years when maruti stop its production of zen class again my love fell to maruti and again I purchased maruti Swift Glam. Actually Its legacy which my dad pass to me and same i wanted to pass on my son. Now my son want to purchase a car and accordingly i advice him to go for maruti coz itz tried and trusted. After weighing several options, product available in market and deliberations of several days, in the end i successfully convinced him for maruti product, He got ready to buy the ciaz. On 29th march 2017 From AUTOPACE the maruti dealership at Chandigarh we got delivery of our car maruti ciaz vdi, which was purchased in the name of my wife Ms. Neelam Sharma, H.No. 707 Sector 36-B, Chandigarh.After performing puja at mandir which was on the way from dealership which itself a few KM far from my house. On reaching home, out of curiosity i open the bonnet to see the engine and itz beyond my belief that engine smells like hot burning metal and heated like anything. i immediately rang to my sales person who deliver me the vehicle and told him, he replied my that sir dont worry i will see it tomorrow, coz itz very late today. On next day the service van come to my house with no requisite tool. He asked me for the fault which i told them and they see ask me that have you any tool to open the concerned part as we have forget it . on inspection of vehicle they found that there is no Coolant and the car deliver to us without the same. Now my faith of years on maruti strats shaken and i forced to think that i was wrongly suggested to my son for maruti product. Surprices still stores in, as they told me that they are not able to find the actual fault, so they called their seniors, who arrived after hours . After checking for quiet long time they told me that there is a pin hole in pipe which supply coolant to engine, so the coolant leaked . After that they fill the coolant and told me that everything is fine . When i ask them firmly are you sure they said with shaken voice YES SIR IT SEEMS PROBLEM IS OVER NOW. Seeing above circumstances and negligence on the part of dealership that they deliver me the car without coolant and same i drive for few kilometer without coolant and engine of my car got heated coz of their fault. . From very that day we stops to drive the car out of fear that it again not get heated or some other problem may erupt. Now I requested you strongly to kindly intervene in the matter and got my car replaced with new one, which i also prayed to dealership but still no response .I get from them. Itz the shear negligence of dealership with no fault of me and lacs of rupees from my hard earned income is on the verge of ruin. You are again requested to get my car replaced and give me the justice so that the faith and trust which i have on maruti before this incidence can be the same. Now ball is in your court to save the trust and faith of a man who in 50 years of his life never looks any option other than maruti .

                  My maruthy swift vdi with engine no d13a2778129 and chasis no ma3fheb1sooa59007bg, purchased on last march 2016, after running kilometer around 20, 000 not comfortable to travel due to the tyre (Mrf tyre) and informed the same to my authorised service station, sarathy kottarakkara, kollam, kerala, all the services are completed on due time.

                    I has been purchased a Maruti Alto LXI in the year Dec, 2007 from Beekay Auto, Asansol. My first day's complain is to dealer that A.C. is not working properly. They are try to repair again and again in different date, and I think change all the parts of my car A.C. But till date I am facing without A.C condition. I am discussed to Manager, Mechanics all office staff but they are told all is O.K. It that case I earnestly request to my dealer kindly they have take my car and use one or two days and after that they are told me Maruti A.C. is same to another car.

                      I Have Baleno car purchased on 30/11/2015 car is having tractor like susspension even on rcc roads, In every free service i tried to rais a complain about suspension but every time they refused that it's okay, In my third free service again raised suspension issue in resolution service person redused air pressure of tyre the car was serviced at 6414 kms and tyre cracked in side wall due to low air pressure at 6460 kms it's been more than 3 months no one looks after, even i complained to Nexa too they are closing complains without any kind of intimation and showing they are on dealers side. Current meter reading of my car is 6600 kms almost driven 150 kms on spare wheel, complain no- NX[protected] DT.15/03/2017 and again complained with complain no-NX[protected] still no response from company.
                      I Lost my tyre, apollo rejected warranty claim with the reason impact or under inflation, an average tyre should go around 40k kms minimum but mine cracked on 6414 kms . I tried to repair the puncture but still it's unable to hold air pressure it's non repairable puncture where on apollo site it shows tyre can be replaced if non repairable puncture but no one cares.
                      IT feel creepy after spending more than 8.5 lakhs for so called premium car with tractor like suspension and every time beg for services for which we have already paid mopney.
                      I want proper resolution as early as possible if they are not able to provide proper resolution i don't belive on their so called services and i want my money around 10k INR. of extended warranty certificate back and ready to submit warranty certificate back to Maruti Suzuki .
                      They do not give reply or resolution on calls mails tweeter or at any local service center.
                      And already they have given a lower rated tyre as a spare wheel other than mentioned in Car brochure I don't have any problem if they give steel rim as spare wheel but it shoud be of R16 as mentioned in Car specs Not Of R 15.

                          i had placed a/m order with ur dealer 5 WEEKS ago.at the time of placing this order, i was promised that the car will b delivered to me within a period of 3/4 weeks.they also told me that as per Maruti policy, they have to write delivery period as 4/6 weeks on paper.
                          at the end of 4 weeks, when i started contacting the dealer, they could not give any definite time within which the car is likely to b delivered.i hav been repeatedly contacting mr. arora & mr.naresh saini but their replies are evasive & non commitel.even today, i hav been told that order has still not been placed on MARUTI.it gives me a feeling that once the car is booked, the dealer & the company stops taking interest in the customer.
                          I am very disappointed with undue delay in delivery & also the attitude of your dealer.since i hav been a maruti car user for the last 20 years, i was keen to once again buy a maruti car.MY PRESENT EXPERIENCE IS MAKING ME CHANGE MY MIND & SWITCH TO ANOTHER CAR.

                          R/Sir,

                          I have purchased a car on 01.03.2017, After 1st service (16.03.2017), the car had given 1st Mileage average[protected]/35.25)=19.40 km/ltr. After that there average is very low details are as below:

                          On 22.03.[protected]/35.24)= 15.35
                          On 25.03.[protected]/36.42)= 15.32. How did it ?

                          Please suggest us that what is the work of workshop engineer (representative) on 1st service of car.

                          I had consulted your authorized service center (KTL Pvt Ltd, Kamla Nagar, Agra)on dated 27.03.2017. He do not properly satisfy us. He says that "we have not responsible to average in city. The car may give average i.e. 12, 10, 8, 6 too. And the 1st service we work only car wash and loose nut bolt fitment only. Average system is computerized so we do not touch this systems. If you are agreed otherwise check another service station."

                            But due to some issues i couldn't be able to buy the car from them.
                            I need my booking amount back but Gulzar Motors is neglecting to return the same.
                            You are kindly requested to ask Mr. Sanjeev in Gulzar motors to return the amount.

                            I have purchase a Maruti Car from Bimal Agency of Chandmari, Guwahati. Surprisingly, I inform you that in my document the model of the car is Maruti Swift ZXI, but they have provide me Maruti Swift VXI. Actually, I am going to purchase VXI model, but when they hand over my car document, the model of the car is ZXI. It is completely negligence.

                              We booked Brezza on 28 January 2017. They told us that we will get the car in 2 months i.e. by 28 March. But now they are saying that "It will take time" but they aren't telling us the exact date and time. They are consistently forcing us to buy Ciaz. They are telling us that Maruti will contact us directly but we don't see any contact happening anytime soon. Please provide us with necessary details or we will be forced to buy another car.

                                Sir, i had taken delivery of the car on 19 feb. Just before the delivery i was told that to fix the mud flaps the bidding will have to be cut which was not acceptable to me for a new car. When the mud flaps were fixed, they were loose and had gaps in all four flaps. This was pointed out to the dealers who said it is a manufacturing fault. 2. While driving i felt the noise level go up due to passage of air and rain water coming on the wind shield - a safety issue. This was pointed out to vipul motors workshop sect 63 noida in the first service with no remedy. Since then i have failed to get any remedy from nexa or the workshop. 3. On 17 mar i was called to the workshop and directed to go to nexa. Manager nexa told me that they will remove the four flaps and pay me the cost. He added that this model does not require mud flaps. I then asked him as to why four flaps were fitted initially. Failing to get a remedy i have given a written complaint to the senior manager nexa on 17 mar. There is no response to date. 4. As of date my car is without mud flaps and the body gets dirty every time the car passes over a wet patch. 5. I request maruti to uphold the faith we have in you and fix the mud flap issue. Regards.                                     Is it mandatory to pay 2% extra charge for credit card payment????

                                    I had took new swift dzire car at that time maruti executive asked me to pay 2% extra charge on credit card payment...
                                    At last i had done RTGS and took a delivery .

                                    Hence i just want to know is it compulsory to give 2% extra charge for credit card payment?

                                    On 19th March i had give a complaint but yet my issue is not resolved daily i am putting mail's them eventhough they cant reply...

                                    So pls help me in regards...

                                      My name is Sajith Sadanandan

                                      Now, i am registering second complaint about this problem. I am serving in Indian Coast Guard Station Frazerganj at Frazerganj situated at West Bengal. One in no of Suzuki Hayate SS Motor Cycle is received on 22 Mar 16. All free services are completed this vehicle. But we are physically checked the mileage from Main to Reverse in 03 times. Now we are surprised that the vehicle is getting 32-33 Km per litre. But company is telling bike will get 65 Km per litre.
                                      I am registering second complaint about this problem. Your Rep is already contact to me in one time before 05 days. But call is already cancelled due to the net work problem. Pls contact to me because Indian Coast Guard is coming under on Ministry Of Defence. This is a very big organisation.
                                      It is requested that problem to be rectified and repaired at an early date. Otherwise our vehicle book will face a big problem. Pls sudden contact to me in very urgent.

                                        I would like to mention here that about a month ago, I bought a car Vitara Breeza ZDI from One-up Motors (Maruti Suzuki), Alambagh, Lucknow – 226005, having Vehicle Registration No. UP 32 HQ 5615.
                                        The very next days after delivery of the car, I noticed some cloudy parts and bubbles on the driver and co-driver door of the car. then I spoke to the car dealership about the problem they notice the problem and send my car to their Maruti Suzuki Authorised service station on[protected] for fixing the problem.
                                        After 15 days, the same problem was reoccurred. When I took my car to the Dealer (One-up Motors (Maruti Suzuki), Alambagh, Lucknow – 226005) they again sent it to service station for rectification of the problems and delivered the car to me after two days.
                                        The same problem has again been noticed on[protected]. After just 20 days today again i.e. 24-02-17 the same problem has been noticed on the entire body of the car.
                                        When I visit again the authorised service station of the dealership they refused to resolve the problem and misbehaved with me.
                                        I brought the car for use my old parents and not to send it repeatedly to the service station for repairs or fixing problems. As you know it is very difficult to senior citizens to repeatedly visit the service station.
                                        Therefore, I would request you to please sort out the problem once for all to avoid any further complications.

                                        Hello Team

                                        On 23/03/2017 i have purchased your High end Premium car CIAZ AT ZXI TOP Model ( 2016) from TR SAHNEY MOTOR DIpali Chowwk Pitam pura on the name of Vikram Muradia. I have some basic question so pl answer one by one.

                                        1 Why i was forced to purchased accessories of worth 22 K if i was not interested.
                                        2 There was no ceremony/ photograph/ any gift / Temple kind of thing given to me which is usually given by on all CAR dealers.
                                        3 No petrol was filled in front of me.
                                        4 Total car delivery time was 1530 PM to 2018 PM. was totally harassed.
                                        5 No invoice received at the time of delivery.
                                        6 No insurance was given.
                                        7 No RTO receipt given to me.
                                        8 From starting given information that 18 k accessories was in build which i was forced to pay but at the time of delivery they have told that one more item is added style kit worth 4 k which i have paid cash then they have release the car without any above formality.

                                        I need the compensation as i was supposed to attend my religious ceremony but not able to visit. still waiting for all above items.

                                        Need at least cons-session of 5 lakh else i will go to govt bodies, why car has been delivered without any above formalities.
