Dear Concern

This is in reference to my car Maruti Suzuki Ciaz VDI PLUS registration no UP 14CK 4555, i want to state that from last two days i was facing problem of long ignition in my car and the oil light is blinking, then immediately i contact to my car service center Motor Craft situated in sector 63, Noida on 6th Feb 2017 . Then Mr Dubey GM inspect my car and said that this is a very small and common problem these days so you can take you car and come tomorrow. Then again i went to Motor Craft on 9th Feb 2017 and gave my car for inspection. Today on 10th Feb 2017 i received a call from Mr Farooqe service advisor & he was saying that you need to come to our office for approval. i went there and met with them and i was surprised to listen that they were asking for approval to open the engine. My car is just 24000 Km driven and comes under warranty with all service records. i have no option left accept to approve the job sheet. I do not know what is happening in maruti cars.I also called on maruti customer care number on 9th Feb 2017 but not found any fruitful response, then my lawyer suggest me to write a mail on Maruti Suzuki customer care as Maruti has a very good brand image and customer satisfaction level in Indian market.

So i request you to kindly look into the matter as my car is under warranty and well maintained with all service record..

    I purchased new ciaz zxi+ car from indus motors punalur (Kerala) on 20/12/2016. First service done in indus motors service center kottarakkara. Day before yesterday we found one tire flattered. We took the tire to workshop where we found the tire already punctured and repaired. I feel so sad and it's a serious matter of cheating a trusted customer.       Dear sir,

      1. I had purchased a car “maruthy ciyaz” from ‘popular vehicles’ & services ltd, kuttukaran centre, mamangalam, cochin - 682025 on 17 mar 2015. It is pertinent to mention that one of the front tyre (Below driver’s position) is got bulging on it. Vehicle has run only 35, 331km in stipulated time period.

      2. I have paid additional amount for “extended warranty facility” while purchasing the car.

      3. It is requested that the action for replacement of defective tyre mentioned above with new tyre may please be under taken without cost at the earliest.

        I recently opted for servicing in andheri west service centre(vitesse service centre) but as i brought my car home after servicing..i noticedthe stepny of my car has been replaced by a torn tyre..and the service centre is not very helping in this regard kindly look in to the matter..

          Hoping that the team would read this entire message patiently. Maruti suzuki is known for its excellent service, but to our surprise it has disappointed us. Just within 1.5 years and 13000 kms after its purchase, both the front tyres had worned out and had become completely blunt loosing all its grip. I am a cancer patient and getting a car was a very needful thing as i was restricted from driving two wheeler. February 2015 we bought waganr vxi car.in the first two pick and drop services, the team came and took the car and then after some days the tyres looked really worned out. When the same was reported to the showroom, they accused me of not doing wheel alignment but the fact is that they never asked whether you need the allignment or not. They simply came and took the car and did not ask whether we like to do that or not. Then i was told that the car must have been on rough roads. Here is the list of facts
          A_the car was taken to mumbai during my cancer operation. The nashik mumbai road is a highway, so no point of bad roads.
          B_ the car was never taken to a hilly bumpy roads.
          C_ after the third servicing, customer care had called and had asked for feedback, where again this tyre issue was reported. So the person came, checked and said_i dont see any problem.
          D_ when i went to the showroom and told the same thing again, they suggested about wheel alignment. But withing 60 kms of run once again the wheels were rubbed.
          E_ within 60 kms of run the wheels were wearing out again. Then they suggested for body alignment.
          F_ now i have done body alignment also. But the big fact remains is they did not take any responsibilty for it and always gave vague answers and refused to replace the tyre.
          So after deliberate requests and going to the showroom so many times i got the same vague answers a_the road must be rough b_ the driving would have been rough c_we will only provide replacement of one tyre and not both the tyres and the same answers were repeated each time i went to the showroom. But my question is how can a cars tyres get completely flat blunt loosing all its grip miserably so soon with such less run and the run being the kms when the issue was reported first. Till today, i have to take the car with this same condition with these blunt wheels as the issue was never addressed with priority. I have attached the photos of the wheels in all phases and also the invoice copy.
          Millions of people trust your brand and look forward for your service but i was unfortunate to not get one, which is why i had to wait wait and patiently wait and then finally write this complaint form. I kindly request your team to please take it seriously and provide replacement for both the tyres

            I have booked wagon r lxi cng colour silver chasis no b41769 engine no 7818205 invoice no nm 437 10 16 car has been delivered without rto passing number has not been given to me since more than 2 months sales executive shahshank team leader sachin mahajan excel autovista pvt ltd khargar branch both are not at all answering my call and i had visited showroom no body is ready to address my issue due to which trust on this fraud showroom of suzuki which has given license to sell the car and not serve the customer with proper service could you allocate me proper person as well as escalation matrix who will give me proper details of my car. Treat this as a urgent action orelse i would fill a case against this fraud suzuki company who supports fraud showrooms

              I have purchased dezire top end with magwheels which was company fitted. But they have not given magwheel for stepini. Leave that size of wheel in stepenie is different than other wheels. Such a big reputed company should nor try to save in not giving magwheel for stepini. Expecting positive response. Atleast mandovi people should have rectified it.

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                With reference to above mentioned subject, I Shanti Kumar Jindal purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZDI+ on 03/01/17. Where I was harassed at the time of delivery of car, please note following:-
                · I made full and final payment of car on 31/12/16 and took delivery on 20/01/2017, where I purchased car from Audi Motors, Churu and got delivery from Audi Motors, Jhunjhunu.

                · Till date i.e 10/02/2017 I have not received Form No.22, where when enquired in Churu they said that we are cooperating that is more than enough and forced us to ask in Jhunjhunu. When we enquired in Jhunjhunu they said that the necessary form is at Sri GangaNagar for which it will take two to three days to make you available at Churu.

                · We went to DTO office on 10/02/217 for registration where the DTO denied registration due to non availability of Form No.22. Kindly note DTO office 75 Kilometers from my place. I wasted my whole day there and still with no results due to highly unprofessional behavior of the staff and carelessness done by authorized personal of Maruti Suzuki Brand.

                · Also I purchased extra accessories which were not available anywhere in Jhunjhunu, Churu and Jaipur. For which I suffered three days in Jaipur, Churu and Jhunjhunu.

                Hence, kindly look in to the matter and answer the reasons for which I was suffered and harassed by such a big brand like Maruti Suzuki.

                  On 18/01/17 i was gave my scooter for service at dreamz motors pvt ltd. and i was told to supervisor that my scooter is vibrating when i start it and give exlater it starting to vibrate .
                  it was my third paid service bt my scooter constantly vibrating .
                  they don't have done any work in my scooter about my coplain .
                  pls take proper step about my complain.

                    Above said vehicle delivery taken from M/s Krish automobiles Jahangir puri
                    (Delhi) there are many issue with Krish motors and vehicle is heaving many
                    manufacturing defect.

                    After take the dilvery we have seen the one tyre budge at inner side on dated
                    03/01/2017 and we have visit Krish motors on dt-04/01/2017 at 141 kms. They have
                    removed the tyre and keep it with us and assured we will replaced it with in one
                    week. But till date tyre was not replaced and now they are saying, “ contact with
                    show room manger and show room manger saying contact with service resulted
                    customer was suffering and running between show room and workshop. Still the tyres
                    with M.s Krish motors (Jahangir puri) lot of time have visited but no response by
                    Krish Motors.

                    I have register the complaint on toll free number but also not responded the have
                    also refused to give complaint number, they have given the contact no- [protected]
                    & [protected] they are forwarded other person and other person forwarded other
                    person this practice is continues...

                    Sir, if your dealer will provide as such poor service then maruti suzuki brand
                    will be failed in market.

                    Request to you kindly help in this matter ASAP, as you know it is not possible to
                    visit at workshop per day.

                        I got my alto dl 6cm 2505 serviced at maruti service centre . I was charged the amount for horn replacement. The car body minor repair, wheel balancing. But after 3 days my horn faced same snag as it was ear liar. I contacted to service centre. They sent their machanic and rectified. After one month at speed of 47 kmph my vehicle start vibrating. Now it horn also have old problem. Money has been charged for around 7000/-. Servicing is not done satisfactorily.

Myself #Ranjeet Singh on 1 feb 2017 i purchased #Wagon R commercial from #Fair deal car Budh Vihar on very next day i went to Amritsar with my family but when i was coming back from there i found some unusual problm in my New Car bcoz of ths problm in car i face two chance of #Accident.Really it was very bad i purchase new car to having lots of trust on Maruti but i m really disappointed.i send my car at service center but i didnt get any good response from there bcoz there r taking long time to resolve my problm n i getting loss in my business bcoz of late service.I going in consumer court to file complaint against this major Issue

                            I have bought a Zen estillo from Mithra agencies Himayathnagar 2010 model in March 2010.Same day from same show room another car of same model 2009 model also was bought by my parents. From day one my car had a tight clutch and steering. I complained about the same during all my free services check ups and also at every time I gave my car to servicing in their authorised workshop at musheerabad. The other car which was bought on same day never had this problem. They never took my complaint seriously and the problem is still there even today.I had arthritis of shoulder due to hard steering and arthritis of knee due to hard clutch. Each time I complained they told me as the vehicle gets older it becomes smooth and never bothered to address my problem.when I asked why this problem is not there for other car, they have no answer, and I requested to check if there is any manufacture defect they never bothered . Till day my problem is not solved. Just a few days ago too I adressed the same problem and even showed them the other car which we took at same time of same model from their show room for comparison they changed the steering rack as per the bill they gave me and clutch cable and said even if they change clutch assembly they cannot guarentee and the problem may recur. I am grieved at their attitude of not taking my genuine complaint seriously and checking it when the vehicle was new and till this day, I suffered with arthritic problems because of hard steering and clutch which were never solved from day one till today.Each time I complaint about the problem the Mechanic pays a deaf ear .I suspect some manufacture defect which they are not bothered to check or correct. I honestly hope my complaint reaches the companies customer care and they live to the expectations of its customers as trusted one for years and adress my problem and solve it atleast now.

                              I have purchased maruti vitara brezza ldi-o on[protected] from (chasssis no. 170942) lmj services ltd. Jodhpur vide registration no. Rj 19 cg 4080.
                              It is to inform you that the steel character "ldi" is not mentioned on back side of the above car weher as same model of other car has marking of "ldi" with steel character.
                              I am unable to under stand how your company has issued tested ok certificate which is mark on car.
                              Pl. Do the needful and satisfy me.

                                I have alto 800 from beginning I have highlighted the issue of hard Stearing but still the problem not solved. Currently the noise of calliper has been observed and same has been also highlighted to engineer but during servicing they only done the greasing but now the calliper is in lose condition can be shake by hand. It's may be due to play in the calliper pin or fork. The servicing has been done at automotive aurangabad. Please look in this matter..

                                  I had booked my car on oct 18, 2016 from Krish Automotors Pvt. Ltd. Pitampura. I have also attached the Booking receipt. Booking person name is Ankur Khattar. First he said, I will get my car by first week of January, after he said in 3rd week then last week of Jan. After that they said I will get my car by Feb 3, continuously just passing the days. I am totally frustrated by there false commitment and by the services of NEXA and I also hear from someone that they're selling the car's in Black. At this time, I have urgent requirement of car and they're just passing the days and not understanding my situation. Its my request please do something in this case and also investigate that why there is delay in delivering the cars by Nexa Pitampura is that true they're selling the cars in black and giving the preference to other customers. On other showrooms deliveries are quick as compared to Nexa Pitampura. One of my friend booked Baleno in same colour and in same variant after me and got the car before me. Yesterday, they told me that there're only eight car's more next to me and my no. is 9th according to the variant but they said need to wait till March. Totally dissatisfied by their services. I need my car before Feb 10.

                                      I purchased a new Swift Dzire car ( No. WB-08-A-1232) from the show room of Machino Techno, Alipore, Kolkata in Dec. 2014 in exchange of my Old i10 Hyundai car ( No. WB-26-K-0812) though Machino Techno old car sales services itself. All the papers were signed & formalities were completed by the representatives of M/s Machino Techno in Dec. 2014 itself.

                                      But till date I am continuously getting call/messages related to fine imposed by Kolkata Police on my old car. Recently I have received such complains/messages in 27th January & 4th Feb. 2017. I have repeatedly requested the authorised representative of M/s Machino Techno ( Mr. Manish De) for last 6 months but of no use.

                                      Earlier also I have exchanged my car 3-4 times through Hyundai & others, but did not face any such problem. If this is the type of dealing of your agency, myself & all people connected with me will never go for purchasing Maruti cars.

                                      It is an utter harassment and I request you to please look into the matter immediately.

                                        On 27/01/2017 I asked you to service the above vehicle SWIFT VDI.
                                        When I collected the vehicle from you on [27/01/2017], I was told that you had carried out a “full service”,
                                        and resolve all problems (malfuctioning indicator on dash bora was glowing )
                                        they had diagnosed and changed all GLOW PLUG but i am having same issue from next day .
                                        so get back to maruti automotive service station, kamptee road, Nagpur 440026
                                        dashbord malfuctioning light is still glowing.
                                        and this is not first time i am facing same problem from many days .
                                        i told this problem evry time i service my car. but after some days having same issue.

                                        kindly resolve this problem.
