Above said vehicle delivery taken from M/s Krish automobiles Jahangir puri
(Delhi) there are many issue with Krish motors and vehicle is heaving many
manufacturing defect.

After take the dilvery we have seen the one tyre budge at inner side on dated
03/01/2017 and we have visit Krish motors on dt-04/01/2017 at 141 kms. They have
removed the tyre and keep it with us and assured we will replaced it with in one
week. But till date tyre was not replaced and now they are saying, “ contact with
show room manger and show room manger saying contact with service resulted
customer was suffering and running between show room and workshop. Still the tyres
with M.s Krish motors (Jahangir puri) lot of time have visited but no response by
Krish Motors.

I have register the complaint on toll free number but also not responded the have
also refused to give complaint number, they have given the contact no- [protected]
& [protected] they are forwarded other person and other person forwarded other
person this practice is continues...

Sir, if your dealer will provide as such poor service then maruti suzuki brand
will be failed in market.

Request to you kindly help in this matter ASAP, as you know it is not possible to
visit at workshop per day.

      I got my alto dl 6cm 2505 serviced at maruti service centre . I was charged the amount for horn replacement. The car body minor repair, wheel balancing. But after 3 days my horn faced same snag as it was ear liar. I contacted to service centre. They sent their machanic and rectified. After one month at speed of 47 kmph my vehicle start vibrating. Now it horn also have old problem. Money has been charged for around 7000/-. Servicing is not done satisfactorily.

Myself #Ranjeet Singh on 1 feb 2017 i purchased #Wagon R commercial from #Fair deal car Budh Vihar on very next day i went to Amritsar with my family but when i was coming back from there i found some unusual problm in my New Car bcoz of ths problm in car i face two chance of #Accident.Really it was very bad i purchase new car to having lots of trust on Maruti but i m really disappointed.i send my car at service center but i didnt get any good response from there bcoz there r taking long time to resolve my problm n i getting loss in my business bcoz of late service.I going in consumer court to file complaint against this major Issue

          I have bought a Zen estillo from Mithra agencies Himayathnagar 2010 model in March 2010.Same day from same show room another car of same model 2009 model also was bought by my parents. From day one my car had a tight clutch and steering. I complained about the same during all my free services check ups and also at every time I gave my car to servicing in their authorised workshop at musheerabad. The other car which was bought on same day never had this problem. They never took my complaint seriously and the problem is still there even today.I had arthritis of shoulder due to hard steering and arthritis of knee due to hard clutch. Each time I complained they told me as the vehicle gets older it becomes smooth and never bothered to address my problem.when I asked why this problem is not there for other car, they have no answer, and I requested to check if there is any manufacture defect they never bothered . Till day my problem is not solved. Just a few days ago too I adressed the same problem and even showed them the other car which we took at same time of same model from their show room for comparison they changed the steering rack as per the bill they gave me and clutch cable and said even if they change clutch assembly they cannot guarentee and the problem may recur. I am grieved at their attitude of not taking my genuine complaint seriously and checking it when the vehicle was new and till this day, I suffered with arthritic problems because of hard steering and clutch which were never solved from day one till today.Each time I complaint about the problem the Mechanic pays a deaf ear .I suspect some manufacture defect which they are not bothered to check or correct. I honestly hope my complaint reaches the companies customer care and they live to the expectations of its customers as trusted one for years and adress my problem and solve it atleast now.

            I have purchased maruti vitara brezza ldi-o on[protected] from (chasssis no. 170942) lmj services ltd. Jodhpur vide registration no. Rj 19 cg 4080.
            It is to inform you that the steel character "ldi" is not mentioned on back side of the above car weher as same model of other car has marking of "ldi" with steel character.
            I am unable to under stand how your company has issued tested ok certificate which is mark on car.
            Pl. Do the needful and satisfy me.

              I have alto 800 from beginning I have highlighted the issue of hard Stearing but still the problem not solved. Currently the noise of calliper has been observed and same has been also highlighted to engineer but during servicing they only done the greasing but now the calliper is in lose condition can be shake by hand. It's may be due to play in the calliper pin or fork. The servicing has been done at automotive aurangabad. Please look in this matter..

                I had booked my car on oct 18, 2016 from Krish Automotors Pvt. Ltd. Pitampura. I have also attached the Booking receipt. Booking person name is Ankur Khattar. First he said, I will get my car by first week of January, after he said in 3rd week then last week of Jan. After that they said I will get my car by Feb 3, continuously just passing the days. I am totally frustrated by there false commitment and by the services of NEXA and I also hear from someone that they're selling the car's in Black. At this time, I have urgent requirement of car and they're just passing the days and not understanding my situation. Its my request please do something in this case and also investigate that why there is delay in delivering the cars by Nexa Pitampura is that true they're selling the cars in black and giving the preference to other customers. On other showrooms deliveries are quick as compared to Nexa Pitampura. One of my friend booked Baleno in same colour and in same variant after me and got the car before me. Yesterday, they told me that there're only eight car's more next to me and my no. is 9th according to the variant but they said need to wait till March. Totally dissatisfied by their services. I need my car before Feb 10.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I purchased a new Swift Dzire car ( No. WB-08-A-1232) from the show room of Machino Techno, Alipore, Kolkata in Dec. 2014 in exchange of my Old i10 Hyundai car ( No. WB-26-K-0812) though Machino Techno old car sales services itself. All the papers were signed & formalities were completed by the representatives of M/s Machino Techno in Dec. 2014 itself.

                    But till date I am continuously getting call/messages related to fine imposed by Kolkata Police on my old car. Recently I have received such complains/messages in 27th January & 4th Feb. 2017. I have repeatedly requested the authorised representative of M/s Machino Techno ( Mr. Manish De) for last 6 months but of no use.

                    Earlier also I have exchanged my car 3-4 times through Hyundai & others, but did not face any such problem. If this is the type of dealing of your agency, myself & all people connected with me will never go for purchasing Maruti cars.

                    It is an utter harassment and I request you to please look into the matter immediately.

                    An early action is requested with feedback please.

                      On 27/01/2017 I asked you to service the above vehicle SWIFT VDI.
                      When I collected the vehicle from you on [27/01/2017], I was told that you had carried out a “full service”,
                      and resolve all problems (malfuctioning indicator on dash bora was glowing )
                      they had diagnosed and changed all GLOW PLUG but i am having same issue from next day .
                      so get back to maruti automotive service station, kamptee road, Nagpur 440026
                      dashbord malfuctioning light is still glowing.
                      and this is not first time i am facing same problem from many days .
                      i told this problem evry time i service my car. but after some days having same issue.

                      kindly resolve this problem.

                        As per Instruction from Delhi office we approached M/S. D.D.Motors Dehradun for procurement of a EECO Ambulance under DGS&D rate contract. After detail discussion with Mr. Ankit Goel of M/S. D.D.Motors, A P.O was raised along with D.D in favour of Maruti suzuki india ltd. for Rs.376910/ and Road Permit form17 bearing no. 519487.dt.03/12/2016. . The P.O was accepted in writting and D.D//Form17 collected by the dealer by sending representative to our office. But the P.O. along with D.D and Form 17 returned to us by hand and told that it could not be supplied as the DGS&D R.C has been expired on 31st Dec''2016 though we submitted our P.O. before 31st dec'2016 and after discussion only.

                            1 .On 15th of December I booked my car from competent Motors Lajpat Nagar New Delhi on the name of Mr shivang goyal they told me that car is ready and he is going to deliver my car by 25th or 26th of December.
                            2. Then on 20th of December he called me and said that it is by mistake and they don't have car now.
                            3. Then I called your help line number and told them this whole story.
                            4.Then after that I have a conversation with the GM of competent Motors Lajpat Nagar on 24 December he said sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and told me that they will give me the car on the same price that were in December.
                            5.Then I waited for 1 and half month to purchase this car from competent Motors.
                            6.Now the chases number has been generated of my car .
                            7.And now he is going giving me that car with the Hike of Rs.12000.

                            If Competant Motors want to give me the car at newer price.Then, why their GM has done False commitment and fooled me.
                            Maruti please help me in this regard.
                            Maruti I can go to some other dealer in this 1.5 months but I not because the GM of Competant Lajpat nagar Manish has done the Commitment to me that he will be going to give me the car on the same price which was in December.
                            Maruti Please help me in this regard.
                            Tell competent to give me the car in the price of December and take the Strict action again Competant for playing with the Customer two times first on giving wrong commitment that they have car and second giving wrong commitment of Giving the car as on price which were in December.
                            Please help me Maruti as soon as possible.
                            Maruti now I want the car in accordance with the price of December.

                              I've purchased Maruti Suzuki Diesel SHVS vehicle in Aug 2016 from Pune. This was purchased on company lease. Since the day of purchase the average milage of the car has increased from 12.4 to 17.5 KMPL. Per the sales advertisement this was quoted as 28KMPL. While I understand that this would be under ideal conditions and I am not looking for 28KMPL, but was expecting 22-23 atleast since I drive the vehicle on highway with limited break-clutch usage. Daily usage is @60KMPL and out of that @40KM is on highway. I do not have high speed blow/ac on continuously. During the 1st Free servicing I was told that after 5K running the average would increase. Now after 2nd Free service I am told that average would increase post 10K. In between the service team has done some manual adjustment on dashboard setting due to which suddenly the display average jumped to 25KMPL but the display number came down rapidly as the car ran for @50KM. (The actual average was always between 16-18KMPL only, it was just the display trick)

                              I purchased the high end car to save on fuel and also have environment friendly more milage car BUT so far for last 6 months, my experience is not at all worth on average/milage. Checked with couple of colleagues etc, so they mentioned 22-24KMPL for them on only diesel (not SHVS - where it should be more)

                                I purchased a Suzuki access 125 from Ride Suzuki dealer, Uppal, Hyderabad. It is a new show room and they were giving a discount of rs5000/- as sales promotion offer. The offer was up to 26th January 2017. I purchased a access125 on 11th January 2017 and was given a discount of only rs 3000/-. Whereas someone known to me has got rs 5000/- discount. They are cheating on customers by not extending their offers to all evenly and are fooling customers. I would urge you to give wide publicity to this so that people are awakened to this kind of fraud indulged in by Suzuki dealers in Hyderabad. Thanking you, jayashree sivaraman

                                  Sandip sidana working with fortune cars Bhiwadi cheated us by not giving our RC for the car we purchased from their true value. Every time a new excuse and his senior staff also not responding properly.it is two months now.
                                  Hope this will be taken into notice. Iam not the only one suffering.
                                  We bought a sx4 from them. They say do whatever you want. We do it our way only.
                                  Same complaint I have lodged with Mr.Modi our prime Minister too.

                                    I own Maruti Ertiga VDI model. As per the specifications the fuel tank capacity is 45 liters. However, after I filled in one of the HP outlet in Mysuru (after low fuel indication in my vehicle) the filling station indicator showed 52.67 liters and I paid for that. When asked the HP management they told that the fuel tank capacity is only indicative and the tank can fill 53 liters. I want to make sure whether it is true. Pl. see my communication to HP as well as their reply given below.

                                    I have Maruti Ertiga car (diesel variant, VDI model). I had filled diesel from your retail outlet (Srinandi corner, HPCL Valmiki-Hunsur Road, Mysore) on 18th January 2017 after my car showed the indication of "low fuel". Attached herewith the receipt from Srinandi corner (clearly showing my vehicle regn. no.).

                                    They had filled diesel full tank and the volume in the indicator showed 52.67 liters. The tank capacity of my car is 45 liters with some fuel left in my tank. Normally after I fill my tank after the "low-fuel" indication in my car I could fill only to the maximum of 38 liters (top-up and not auto-cut-off). Also attached herewith the diesel which I had filled in BPCL fuel station on 23rd Jan 2017 after my car showed "low-fuel indication". I could fill oly 37.8 liters (top-up).

                                    First, when the tank capacity of the vehicle is maximum of 45 liters and with some fuel left in my tank how could your retain outlet can fill 52.67 liters?

                                    When I talked to the owner of the fuel station he told that the tank with 45 liters capacity can fill 10 liters more. He also asked me to remove the tank from the fuel and he will prove it correct.
                                    No logical person can do this..The tank capacity of 45 liters cannot fill 53 liters.
                                    Also, for the past four years I could not fill more than 38 liters after the "low -fuel" indication in my car.

                                    You retail outlet had cheated me. Therefore, I request you to take stringent action against your retail outlet and reimburse my money (62.99 x 15 = Rs. 945).
                                    If I didn't get any response from you I wish to take legal action (consumer complaint)

                                    Attached herewith the receipt from your retain outlet as well as that from BPCL outlet. Also, attached herewith my RC book showing that my car is – Maruti Ertiga Diesel VDI model.

                                      Sir/Mam,
                                      I have send my Swift Dezire for paid service at your Agra authorised service Centre"KTL PVT LTD" 20 -25 DAYS before, my car was send for normal paid service n ur executive called me n forced me to get car suspension done n to pay Rs.9000 i denied dan again he called n said to get caliber pins repair n dere is not need for suspension required as he checked n dere is caliber pins defect not suspension...i said ok. As my car came to my place in d evening I checked black spots on my car seems car not washed n even got more dusty n wen complained to d person who came to give car he said u can come anytime n v get it wash again.He asked for Rs. 6498 which i paid through cheque n dat was realised after 3 days. On d very next day i feel my car a.c blower is not blowing proper air n working properly, i went to company n complain dem, dey checked a.c filter filter which was totally chocked dat it won't b clean n will b changed only. Is dis doesn't comes in service which i get it done a day before .Dan my car is again having all d problems like missing n pickup n gear choking n so on d same for which i send my car for service. Please i request u to refund my amount of Rs. 6498 as early as possible as i have to go for legal issue.

Maine apni car pe claim liya tha jo ki 10 january 2017 ko maine moradabad 244001 delhi road akansha automobile workshop mei repairing k lye di thi claim k lye jo bhi formalities chahiye thi wo bhi 12, 13 january tak complete ho gayi thi aur fir mere driver ne poocha tha kabtak car mil jayegi thik hoke toh mr. Jayprakash mishra ji ne 17, 18 ko car dene ka commitment kiya then mera driver 18jan ko akansha automobiles workshop m gaya toh usko firse ek new date di kha 21st jan ko mil jayegi fir driver 21st jan ko gaya toh unhone bola ki 22jan ki sham ko complete ho jayegi aur jab driver gaya workshop m toh usko firse mana kar diya ye baat mere driver ne mujhe batayi aur jiski complaint maine apke toll free no. Par bhi ki thi 22jan ko ki then uske bad 25jan ko mera driver gaya toh usse bola workshop walo n ki pehle ap apni complaint wapas lijiye tabhi apko car milegi mujhe urgent car chahiye thi but akansha workshop walo 25jan ki morning se evening kardi car dene m aur mr. Jaypraksh mishra ne mere driver s misbehave kiya aur kaha ki jabtak tum apni complaint wapas nhi loge tab tak apki car nhi denge toh mujhe majburan 25jan ko maruti feedback costumer care pe call karni padhi aur maine mam s bola ki m apni complaint wapas lena chahta hu aur mujhe apni car chahiye ap workshop ko mail kijiye ki constumer ne apni complaint wapas le li hai toh fir mam n poocha kya apko jo aapne complaint ki thi uska resolution mil gaya hai toh maine kaha mam resolution toh nhi mila but mujhe apni car chahiye ap unko jaldi s mail kijiye.. Toh uske bad mr. Jayprakash aur unke workshop k members n mere driver s misbehave kiya usko dhamki aur abusing di aur kaha aajke bad apni car yahan mat lana aur apne members s kahan y car agar aye toh isme bilkul bhi kaam mat karna inko sabak sikhana h aur jab mere driver ne ghar ake car check ki toh car m dono door lge hue the jo ki thik fit bhi nhi kiye dono door awaaj kar rahe hai aur door pe jo paint kiya tha uski drops mirror p agyi hai jo ki night m car chalaane m problem ho rahi hai usko bhi thik s saaf nhi kiya meri car ki condition kharab kar di hai inlogo ne mei bayaan nhi kar sakta bahar s dekhne m car thik lag rahi thi but jab car ko thik s check kiya sabse pehle kami meri car ka centre lock khrab kar diya jo ki usme koi sikhayat nhi thi jab maine apni car akasha worshop m di thi so centrelock kharab lar diya car lock nhi ho rahi hai car ki wiring s chedhhh chaadhh ki usme missing show kar raha hai aur system kaam nhi kar raha hai aur jab bhi back side ki dikgi khul rahi h tabhi kuch na kuch system screen pr wiring missing aise hi kuch likha araha hai aur saamne deskboard pr mini speaker lage hue thi both side mei jisme left side speaker ka cap kho diya aur bola ki pata nhi kahan chala gaya workshop walo n aur fir mere new horn lage hue thi car m usko change kar ke purane horn laga diye aur saaf safayi k nam par sirf formalities ki hai aur sir meri car ki service 7, 8 jan 2017 ko hui thi aur 10 jan 2017 ko maine apne car ko workshop m khadi kar di thi jo ki 25 jan ko mujhe meri car mili ab ap meri car ki condition dekhiyega apko ache s pata chal jayega ki service aur claim lene k bad bhi meri car ki condition kaisi hai ab mujhe y jaanna hai kya meri car ki condition aise hi rehni h ya ap kuvh action lenge mr. Jayprakash k against jo apke maruti suzuki ki reputation kharab kar rahr hai ap y dekh lijiye m driver ko dhamki de rahe the ki jab tak tu complaint wapas nhi lega tujhe gate paas nhi milega.. Sir y maruti service centre nhi gundagardi chala rahe hai outdoor k ladke rakhte apne sath costumers ko darame dhamkane k lye. Agar ap kuch action nhi lenge to majburan mujhe inke against police complaint karani hogi.
