Sir/madem i m mir saqib 4m lolab from last year i was tellin yu kupwar/srinager branch i have some problems in shower's when i go your branch namely jamkesh vehclades kupwara kashmir j&k srinager.first off all they ask me ur veh iz under warranty but when i completed my vehcles work they tell me paid for same.it iz unjustic with me they r not cooperative persons there.they r not behaving well there on 21of january my vehcle was there.

    my name is Nitish Dipta i had booked maruti baleno alfa petrol in fire red color on 3rd September 2016 from nexa auto space chandigarh showroom, they said will get the delivery with in 4 months. In december they called me and told that I have put my booking on hold then they told me to write a mail that I am ready to take delivery in January. Still I am not getting any response from them. please can you help me with the contact or email ids where i can directly contact with maruti production team or any other ways from where i can resolve my issue.

      Sir i have purchased S-cross (HR12AC9773) Zeta1.3 on 02/09/2016 from Jagmohan motors nexa Rohtak and that was driven only 19000 km and i was coming from Karolbagh to Rohtak my car was stucked.
      Unfortunately, the car has not been satisfactory because my vehicle engine was over heated and excessive smoke came. My near by DD Motors mechanic inspected the car and said he can`t fix the problems then I had to toe chain the car to DD Motors Peeragarhi Chowk . Now my vehicle at DD Motors Peeragarhi Chowk.
      I don`t want my car to be repair. I want you to give my money back or a new car. Please solve this matter as soon as possible. If this matter is not sought out soon. Then I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the court.

      Bull [censored] work just now went there to pick my car RITZ VDI given them for service in the morning I found scratches on all 4 of the alloy wheels totally unprofessional . There are amateurs who don't even know how to work and they call themselves platinum dealers. Total waste And this is not the first time

        I bought baleno on JAN-16 chassis no[protected] and I found rust in multiple location during servicing. I informed your service center of local dealer( KTL private Ltd. Lucknow) about the same, to my surprise i am told that as per their thinking it is not a quality issue and no action has been taken but as per my understanding and knowledge Rust is the major defect in any product and damage the parts and vehicle.
        Therefore I request you to take necessary action.

          Please be careful while buying cars from true value . I was about to buy Maruthi Ritz from khivraj true value - chennai . They tried to sell me flood affected vehicle . They promised me that true value sells only qualityvehicle . . Originally i was not able to find out as it was polished and presented in such good way . Then i asked for service history,

            I had booked car - maruti suzuki celerio vdi on 14/12/2016 and it got delivered on 06/01/2017 sold by ("bharath auto cars", charmadi road, sampige nagara ujire) at the time of booking, they (Bharath auto) agreed upon on returning booking amount rs8, 100 within three-four days after the car gets delivered. It’s been 18 days, i got car but didn't get the excess money. I had paid rs-5, 51.739, in full payment through vijaya bank neft. I’ve been calling them daily for refund, sometimes they do not receive the call and always tries to avoid/ignore our call and most of the times says that “i will call back in 10 minutes”, and never calls back. The sales executive who attended me was abhisheik marathe the behavior of the sales executive is very ignorant and unresponsive. I also tried contacting... Head office (Ph:[protected]) mangalore they too doesn’t respond correctly. I am hard to understand that maruti dealer is not able to refund the excess money even after 18 days from the date of delivery of the car which is not at all acceptable. Request your intervention to get the refund of excess money paid on account of purchase of below mentioned car at the earliest.

              Dear sir/mam

              This is to bring to your immediate notice few serious issues with my 1 year old ertiga vxi (Cng) purchased in december 2015 from paramount wheels pvt ltd, mira road.

              The vehicle with registration number mh04 hf 0098 has shown serious wear and tear that has not only dented my image when i drive my car publicly, but is also of grave safety concern to all the passengers in it & on the road. I visited the paramount wheels workstation yesterday for my 3rd free service and have shared the issue with the team. Not only have they acknowledged it (See attachment), but have also shared concern to their seniors. They are yet to get back to me on the solution.

              The problem areas that has come under my notice and have been accounted for by the workstation team are as below:

              1. Constant creaking noise from the roof.

              2. Horn keeps switching between mono & poly tone on its own. Serious safety concern. Rusting on all chrome parts including the maruti suzuki logo! This is unheard of in any brand across industries. They ensure their own logos/names are kept in the highest pedestal. If maruti can’t ensure that for their own logo & brand name, i wonder how would consumers be treated.

              3. Rusting in below the seats in the metal parts. Unheard of!

              4. Rusting in the window panels.in a 1 year old car?

              5. Rusting in the fuel injector/pump! This is grave safety concern!

              6. Rusting in the silencer pipe. Again grave safety concern.

              7. Rusting in the frame holding the stepney tyre. Serious safety concern

              These are few that have come to my notice. I wonder what else has gone unnoticed and is posing a serious threat to the safety to myself and my family along with people on the road. Please keep in mind, this is a brand new vehicle and is of the segment of ertiga which demands a high value/price that i have shelled from my pocket. I expect the vehicle to be of top notch quality in its features, looks and most importantly safety.

              I have been a loyal customer to maruti as i have 3 vehicles from brand maruti. An 800 dlx, wagon r vxi & finally the ertiga cng, which i purchased from maruti, inspite of having numerous choices from competing brands in that segment/budget. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated in my biggest car purchase from brand maruti.

              I believe the vehicle is a defective piece passed on to me for the heck of sales. I need a replacement as no amount of repair is going to make it like it should have been when bought new. Attached are the images & videos which speaks for itself. Please ensure that immediate action is taken on it.

                I sent my car for the third service to magic auto mayapuri on 21st jan 17. The driver came back with the car however the right fender lining of my car was missing. Now these guys are giving me lame excuses and saying that it was not there. If you will see the picture it seems that it has been neatly taken out and not broken or fallen. Then i spoke to a guy with the no [protected] this guy says i tried to call you but could not reach me when on sat ans sun i have spoken to him more than 5 times. He said i have denied wheel alignment and balancing which is utterly rubbish. I want this to be taken up with utmost priority before i Sue you guys

                  Gem motors at kondapur is having worst service. There is no service after delivered the vehicle.

                  Some of the parts has been removed
                  Same problems before the service is repeating

                  There is no call back when trying to reach people. Executive will say you can lodge compliants. I have paid 11950/- for the repairs they have quoted and i have the invoice. I am not raising compliants againts amount because it is my fault i went there but they have to repair which they agreed and taken the money for. They are bluffing the employees who don't have time to check whether everything is as per standards or everything is working.

                    और अपनी सर्विस पंच करो बाकि में देख लुगा और कस्टमर के साथ बैड लैंग्वेज में बात करता है अतः में आप से निवेदन करता हु की ऐसे व्यक्ति को पद से हटाया जाये और इन पर उचित कार्यवाई की जाये

                        Dear Sir. I am a faithful customer of maruti having owned 6 maruti cars in my lifetime. I also own a swift dzire vxi. Recently i exchanged my zen estilo on persuasion of maruti salesmen for a celerio vxi. I took delivery of my celerio vxi on 16/01/17. On 19/1/17 in the middle of a busy road this car developed clutch problem and would not move. I called the dealer and works manager of beekay auto asansol who expressed their inability to help me at 8pm. I however managed to tow my car upto my house. Next day technicians came and said clutch is out of order and it will not be covered in warranty. My question is how can this develop in 3days. My driver is very experienced having driven my maruti cars for ten years. I strongly believe that this is a case of manufacturing defect. I met the GM of beekay auto asansol also. Now it is almost 3.days they have not sent any one to tow my car to their workshop despite repeated phone calls to even GM. I am shocked with the attitude of Beekay auto and maruti co. I believe my trust in maruti was not worth it. Please look into this matter and do something urgently.

                          I have purchased new car DZire vxi from Nanda automobiles Pvt Ltd, AHMEDABAD on 16.01.17 & fitted co fitted accessories. Customer care executive behaviour is not satisfactory.she has filed form as per her wish.car bonet damage at the time of delivery, but repaired it and car delivered.Complimantry CD given on next day, but car cover not given me. I am repeatedly request but dealer denied to give - other dealer give car cover on complimentary to customer. Please advice accordingly and oblige.

                            During the Booking of the cars the dealers are intimating that there is 33 weeks waiting but it is a maximum period waiting, the car would be available earlier. The Pasco Automobiles (Nexa) is having huge waiting list of Baleno Delta (Petrol) M.Granite Grey and are unable to provide the cars. Pasco Automobiles shd be provided more cars to deliver to the customer at the earliest. The dealer is showing their inability to deliver for not getting sufficient numbers of cars. The other dealers are providing cars much earliers than the above dealer. I have booked a Maruti Baleno Delta (petrol) M.G.Grey. on 4/10/2016 and even after lapse of more than 3 months i hv not been provided the car. If maruti is providing sufficient cars then the dealer is misguiding the customers or allocating the cars of his own. If the dealer is having huge waiting he should not book the cars from his agency untill unless he is able to clear the waiting within the short period or Maruti should stop booking of baleno car until they manage the demand. Instead of looking into the inconvenience of the customer, the maruti is launching new vehicles to gain cheap popularities in the Car Market. Not providing of Cars in time shows the inability of the Maruti towards their product and keeping the customers in long waiting. I have made several complaints but none of them has been answered. Maruti should accept their inability and request the customers to choose cars from other Car manufactures instead of Maruti.

                              I have booked a white commercial DezireTour car on 23.07.2015 by paying Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with an additional Rs.3000(Three Thousand) to your agent Jit Kumar Maity([protected]) who promise me to delever the car within 3 month.
                              On 31st July 2015, I had given an interview at Mangolane office for the Offer Letter and which was through as commited by Jit Kumar Maity.
                              Today I met with Mr. Biswajit Dutta a State Transport Authority who confirm me that my offer letter was issued long time back but Dewar Garrage mislead me by making false promises by Jit Kumar Maity and kept me waiting for more than one and half year.
                              I am very much disappionted by the services of your dealer which carries such a good brand name in the whole Automobile Industries.
                              I appile before your goodself to look into the matter seriously as itis spoiling the reputation of your brand by victimising innocent people like us.

                                Sir, I, myself Kalyani Day owner of a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire bearing No. TR-01-AL-0634. My vehicle was entered in the workshop of Jain Udyog situated at A.D.Nagar, Agartala on 10th January, 2017 for issue of my vehicle's engine's mobil chamber. They have taken a time for 7 days for fix this issue but till date they don't deliver my vehicle after fixing of problem. If this kind of service rendering by them then near future no one can buy Maruti Suzuki Products. Also note that, their service charge is also high other than all private workshops. They randomly also misbehaving with the customers, who are gone for service of vehicle. Please look into the matter from your end and take a appropriate action in this regard for maintain the goodwill of Maruti.

                                  I am facing an issue of refund of excess amount of Rs.3, 537 since 13th January 2017 despite of my several oral requests, my personal visits to showroom and my written requests to Maruti Suzuki dealer M/s. Suraksha Car Care Pvt. Ltd., 100 Feet Road, Next to BDA Complex, Koramangala, Bangalore on account of purchase of below mentioned car. I am getting only dates and response like refund requires signature of their Directors for refund, which never materialized till today. I am hard to understand that Maruti dealer is not able to refund the excess money even after 8 days from the date of delivery of the car which is not at all acceptable. Request your intervention to get the refund of excess money paid on account of purchase of below mentioned car at the earliest.

I have selected the GREY colour. i was in contact with my sales consultant every day and every i use to say same thing to him that i will not compromise in colour i want grey colour only. Till the end he said i will give you grey colour only. and before half and hour early he give me silver colour. You guys cheated with me. this is not the way to do business. once you commit to the client you have to fulfill his/her expectation and RTO Person (asish) not given the proper information about the RTO Registration.                                         Dear
                                        I bought a swift car with maruti Suzuki my car pvt ltd dealer bhopal.
                                        I pay all money of car before 23 dec 2016.
                                        But there are i recive a letter from R.T.O. mentioned i must able to pay my RTO fee.
                                        When i call My Car Customer Care they said that to me
                                        Aapko pay karna padega vo to nahi to penalty lagegi.
                                        I am very suffer with that type of service.
                                        Please do need ful.
                                        Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
