We have booked LDI(O) in Silver Premium at 21/06/2016. Still haven't got the delivery. Because, by mistake of 'My Car" they have booked white color instead of Silver premium. They have cancelled our June Booking and re-booked the car in September 2016, stating that customer has changed the color; WITHOUT INFORMING us of their Mistake and cancellation action.
We have contacted their(My Car) Asst. Manager, Sales Manager with no response other then we are trying.
we had registered our complain with Maruti Suzuki's Customer care, they just forwarded our complain to same person, about whom we have complained. And took no further action, despite our rigorous calls and follow ups.
I have all the proofs of our original booking.
I want my booked car to be delivered to me on time, as it was promised on my original booking.
I request strict actions against My Car, for not accepting their mistake and passing fraudulent information about customers to Maruti Suzuki. And action against Maruti suzuki to not take action against their dealer, even after the knowledge of fraudulent entries and practices followed by the dealer, My Car Bhopal.
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
