I booked wagon r vxi silky silver on[protected]Rs. 5000/- booking amt), with bharath auto cars p ltd, as delivery promised before diwali. I made full payment of rs. 443879/- through rtgs on[protected], as promised delivery after full payment, but now they are delaying delivery stating that vehicle not available with the dealer. While taking full payment they told vehicle was in transit.

Kindly do the needful.

    Hello Sir,
    To be honest I have never seen this type of suspension in any cars. really very poor suspension. there is no comfort at all. I am really to say that the car has been announced as premium segment car that is not deliverables. how can you justify that the car is premium hatchback.

      Respected sir,
      It was a very bad experience in nexa park street and very disappointment from mr. Amit.
      I have visit to nexa park street on 3rd of september 2016
      I have meet to mr. Amit regarding baleno alpha petrol but the person has very bad attitude and did not show interest to talk to me he was mostly talking with over the phone and i told him that i need test drive of petrol and even he provide me the test drive in your parking area after driving the car i was not satisfied due to noises but after asking to amit he replied me “it was a baleno diesel 1.3 alpha”
      I was shocked at that time and even told him that i need a test drive of petrol but amit told me “all that interior is same but only different is the engine” then what was the reason that interior part i can also see it in showroom also, but still its ok i have wasted my time by taking test drive.
      After coming to showroom amit force me to go for the scross 1.3 by looks it was not good and still amit try is level best to make me fool, and still in this time i did get any water or tea.
      Then amit told me that on 4th you will get the test drive of petrol at my residence in morning 10am, i have leave the place. But i did get not get any test drive on 4th by calling him at 11:30am to confirm regarding test drive he replied me that your test drive has been postpond due to car service so it will be in nexa sunday. But next sunday also i did not get any test drive and on monday i have went to talk with amit but he was not there then i have meet a lady she told me that amit is not in the showroom i will let him know about you even she take my number also (I did not get a call) on saturday i call mr amit he show me his attitude over the phone also told me that he is a very busy person can’t talk with me right now.
      By that time whenever i call him he replied me that he is in a meeting but finally on 28th he call me and told me that he has one baleno diesel zeta model in showroom as his one customer is not interested to take the car right now so i can give you that car but for that you have to give 20, 000rs as a premium so i’ll break the q-line and put you there and 1, 000rs for the fancy number so i can deliver the car on 3rd october 2016 and force me to pay today only.
      Has i’m was travelling to other city i was not able to pay that time but still i told one of my friend to pay my booking amount but amit told my friend he need 20, 000rs as premium and down payment today only which i refuse that time.
      But after reaching to kolkata i call him regarding car he abuse me and told me if you need car you should have the money for that and go and buy tata nano.
      I was very disappoint from nexa park street specially from amit.
      Please take this as my complain regarding abusing and asking money for premium for baleno zeta
      Or i’ll take this to court after reaching kolkata.

        I went to motorcraft sahibabad, ghaziabad for my routine second free service on 5 october 2016 that time i have stated my problem which is related to car vibration during startup. Adviser told me that this is not a major issues almost all the diesel car have this problem but then also i was not satisfied i asked my adviser to pick my car from the home but he says that sir i am on leave i can not pick it tomorrow.

        Then on 8 october 2016 i went to motorcraft sector 63, noida for the same issue they told me that this issue is related to electrical wiring but after 2 days they sent my car back to motorcraft sahibabad, ghaziabad as they do not have demo car for electrical wiring testing after testing motorcraft sahibabad gzb reported me that sir this issue is related to less power produced in engine compression because of the adulterated diesel.

        Now they are asking me for rs 75000 for repairing of the engine.

        Please help me what result in the break down of my engine as when i have submitted my car in the workshop it was in working condition.

        Why motorcraft sahibabad did not resolved the issue during the service time?
        — may be that time it can be cured as there was no breakage of the block and the pistons.

        Why motorcraft hired such a unskilled worker who can not even figured out the issues?

        Why adviser did not picked my car very next day after the service when i reported the same problem again to him?
        — if he able to picked my vehicle then also this issue can be cured that very next day after service.

        Why motorcraft noida uses petrol fuel to start the diesel engine?
        — during the road test when my car stop abruptly then mechanic from motorcraft uses petrol to start the car which puts the load on the engine because of which the block and pistons rings get weaker.

        Why motorcraft noida did not figured out the issue and they kept me on saying that this issues is related to the electrical.

        Please maruti help me why at every step motorcraft neglect my problem and now it turns into nightmare for me.

        Maruti if you are authorizing motorcraft for servicing the maruti cars then how can they neglect the issues which result into repairing of the engine i understand that you certify that car engine is destroyed due to the diesel adulteration but that can be easily cured during the early stage but why motorcraft wait for getting the case worst.

        Please maruti my car is new it just ran 5000 kms why you want consumer to bear this when.

        Please response i did not hear anything from your side this is 4th time i am writing to you.

          I had booked baleno zeta (Ray blue) petrol on 19.08.2016 at nexa jamshedpur, jharkhand.. At the time of booking i was promised that will get the delivery on 28th oct 2016 as there is a birthday of my daughter and i wanted to gift her.. The booking was done by mr. Noorol hassan.. When i contact mr. Relation ship manager mr. Sumanta ghosh/ noorol hassan on 12th of oct they assured that i will definitely get the vehicle on 28th oct and on 20th oct i got a call from mr. Sumanta that ray blue is not available and if i need then i have to take white colour which i refused to take that.. After discussion with g. M (Girish madelia) of nexa jamshedpur again mr. Hassan called me at 11.12am on 22nd oct that they can provide me ray blue but i have to take alfa which i agreed for that and they assured me to deliver the car on 27th oct instead of 28th oct..
          Sorry to say that though it was assured by responsible person of nexa so i sold my old car on 24th oct..
          Again i got a msg on 24th oct at 4.37pm by mr. Sumanta that they will not able to deliver the vehicle and for this i have to contact mr. Bipin at nexa..
          When i contact mr. Bipin he told me that he will check and revert on 25th oct and now today is 25th oct and when i visited your nexa showroom at jamshedpur they told that they cannot help in this regards and will not deliver the vehicle before 15th nov and if i need they will refund the money to me..
          I just want to know, is this a process or people of nexa giving just false commitment to customer. I just can't understand that if you are not able to reach up to the demands then atleast don't give false promises.
          Now i need baleno alfa (Ray blue only) because as per assurance of g. M and other manager i sold my old car...
          And if i don’t get delivery either on 27th-28th oct will force to take legal action against nexa jamshedpur / maruti also..

            This is to inform you that i have one ertiga bearing car no hr68b 4606 and standing in your workshop at panchkula autopace for staring problem from last 12 days but nobody is bothering the concern and ask me to pay the amount. My car is under warranty and why they are asking for the payment and giving me such a foolish explanation on my concern. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my concern.

              Purchased Wagon R VXI in the month of June 15 from Alankar Motors (one of Maruti Dealer at Patna, Bihar), even after 15 months they did not provide RC book. My Vehicle No. is BR01CL-2304. I have tried to get it from own sources from DTO, Patna. The DTO official said that your registration no. has not been punched by the Dealer. As and when we contacted the dealershiip personnel, the answer is one that it will take time, but how long???????????? does not know. After harrasing by dealership, I complaint it to Maruti on Toll free nos., local office, regional office as well as mail the complaint in written also, but the Maruti peoples are also helpless.

                Hi. I have taken Swift Dzire vdi vechicle from Gem Authorised Dealer on 18.09.2016. I was maintaining vechicle in good condition and serviced regularly and tyre pressure was maintained correctly. But recently while I was travelling on ORR stretch of Hyderabad, one of the tyre got busted (that too bursted from inside which is not in road contact or even open).
                Not a even a single puncture was there to the tyre.

                I contacted near by Maruti service centre by Gem. Nobody gave warranty details of tyre or how can I do that tyre, which came while buying car.

                I even enquired Maruti customer service even they were not ready to give a satisfactory answer and I was deeply saddened by the issue about Maruti and causing concerns.

                  I am VINEET Kumar gaur, living in ghaziabad, uttar Pradesh. has booked a Maruthi Breeza LDI option premium silver car on 11th of August 2016 at Regent Autolinks Pvt. ltd., A-10/9, site-3, industrial area, Meerut road, ghaziabad.They promised us to deliver the car within 3 months. but even after waiting period of more than 2 months I have not got a delivery of my booked car. And now they telling us to wait another 3 more months. It has been long time I have been following up for my car delivery.Requesting the concerned team to see after the issue and awaiting for resolution.
                  Otherwise I am forced to take some actions against maruti.

                    We have booked LDI(O) in Silver Premium at 21/06/2016. Still haven't got the delivery. Because, by mistake of 'My Car" they have booked white color instead of Silver premium. They have cancelled our June Booking and re-booked the car in September 2016, stating that customer has changed the color; WITHOUT INFORMING us of their Mistake and cancellation action.
                    We have contacted their(My Car) Asst. Manager, Sales Manager with no response other then we are trying.
                    we had registered our complain with Maruti Suzuki's Customer care, they just forwarded our complain to same person, about whom we have complained. And took no further action, despite our rigorous calls and follow ups.

                    I have all the proofs of our original booking.

                    I want my booked car to be delivered to me on time, as it was promised on my original booking.
                    I request strict actions against My Car, for not accepting their mistake and passing fraudulent information about customers to Maruti Suzuki. And action against Maruti suzuki to not take action against their dealer, even after the knowledge of fraudulent entries and practices followed by the dealer, My Car Bhopal.

                      I take my car no- RJ20 CD 9063 on 1 november 2015 from Bhatia and company near dakaniya station kota. after 9 month left back tyre crack through side and it more long crack devlop. when I go in Batiya company. Mr--. abhishak mobile numer [protected] told me to meet JK tyre company and advise change this tyre to prevent an accident. I take my my car from Bhatia company and any defect responsible of Bhatiya company.Please change my defective tyre.

                          I bought new Ritz vehicle on first 400km starter problem came and replaced again on 4450km again on 2service starter problem this time they are saying it is not manufacturer defect warranty will not cover if I ask them about this they are behaving rood and they are saying it can't be done wat ever u can do do .
                          I am feed u with this vehicle in the starting only the vehicle is giving this problem if it get old then wat all problem can come I am facing problem for Mandovi motors

                              i am naresh kumar R/O House no- 65, Raj nagar, Nangal Punjab. i have booked new car swift dzier tour in CM AUTO SALES Nangal but they delivered me the new car in CM AUTO SALES roper.
                              sir on the time of delivery they charge me 5000/- rs extra. After paying the all payments i talk to cm auto nangal they said no amount is exceeded in new car and if they charge extra they will return the amount.
                              sir i tried to talk to Mr. Janak (ph.[protected]) CM Auto nangal but he refuse to talk with me and said me do what ever u want to do.
                              sir im a small taxi driver and the amount they charge me extra amount that mean very big amount for me.

                                Dear Team,

                                Had purchased a Maruti Suzuki model Wagon R from the Dealer Sky Automobiles, Bhanpur, Cuttack, Odisha on 9th November 2015.

                                During the month of July' 2016 i found one of my car tyre was damaged when the car had runned only approx. 3700 kms. All company fitted tyres were from a company/brand called "MAXXIS MA700". I searched for the tyre dealer at Cuttack city but did not find.

                                So, I rushed to the dealer point and asked for helping me to lodge a complain. Accordingly, the customer care executive guided me after verifying & taking snap shot of damages that there are no tyre company dealer available in our city & also told me to help to coordinate with HO and Maxxix. This happened during 1st week of August 2016.

                                After that, My follow up is going on with concerned dealer about the same issue but no positive response from their end.

                                On 22nd August, I called one of the Service Manager and got a reply that my complain has been rejected by HO. So on 27th August again i rushed to Sky Automobile and met the Service Manager personally, they have informed that the request has been rejected by HO but not able to provide me the exact fact. Also promised me to send back through my mail id the same feedback but same haven't received yet from their end after several reminder over phone & personal visit to Dealer Point.

                                I hope, same issue has not been informed to HO/Maxxis and simply they are giving false commitment to me and it leads to Mental harassment.

                                I am really disappointed with the kind of services given by such dealer and the response.

                                Request you to take it forward and expecting a quick response from your end.

                                  I was told that I.will receive my car in one month now it has been more than 2 months now

                                    I Wants to buy White Swift VXI deca limited edition as its a good value for money car. I am happy with all the accessories included in the kit, except those SKIRTINGS. Showroom executive's told me, they cannot remove the skirtings from the kit. As my home is on a higher plain compared to road in front, because of the SKIRTINGS on the car which even reduces the ground clearance, this car's bottom hits the front yard slope of my home. Also my village roads are not at all good for a car with this much less ground clearance. As a customer, it should be my choice to decide what all to be added on my car. But maruti local dealership guys are not ready to buy the skirtings nor skip it

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am a proud customer of swift dezire zdi with regeneration number UP 12 A A 2553. Sir I went to Radha Govind automobiles, Muzaffar nagar for regular service on 19/9/2016. Sir main problem is -1-they don't have proper trained staff for washing and cleaning.
                                      2- they don't have car lift for washing since beginning in spite of several complaints by maruti customers no action has been taken so far. . Automatic car washer is there but it doesn't work all the time . most of the time isn't in working conditions. If working also it doesn't wash properly.
                                      3- if customers ask for complaint register they say we don't have one. They just give feedback paper. Which most of the customers fill for betterment of washing and cleaning but of no use as they just throw in dust bin most of the complaints. As I also filled feedback form but I didn't get any revert callback.
                                      4- customer care contact number is not displayed anywhere. Only five level contact numbers are displayed from which 4 numbers are of showrooms staff which of no use . 5th level number is of Mr Rana territory manager but he doesn't pick up phone.
                                      5- Senior manager don't have knowledge about customer care numbers. My washing was done due as last time automatic car washer wasn't working. So yesterday again I went for washing but only 2 members which was untrained were washing and mopping car .again my car washing quality is very very poor.
                                      Sir. . Please send one team for inspection with out there prior notice or send one team as a customer. Then only you will know the reality.
                                      Sir. . Kindly take some necessary action to improve the service.

                                      Dear sir.
                                      In continuation with my previous complaint. .I also like to bring to your kind notice that-
                                      1- Washing material used by them is of very low quality and washing is done by some untrained locally hired persons. .which also in very low numbers highest 2-3 members.
                                      2- Billing system is also very slow and is not in proper working conditions and also done by untrained persons. We customers have to wait for very long time after a long waiting for servicing done it is very tiring for hearing to wait again for billing for more than half an hour. .Sir billing system need to be replaced and staff training should be done. .
                                      3- I searched the number on Google for customer care and made a complaint after a long waiting and struggle. Kindly take strict action regarding my genuine complaint. .

                                        Hi i bought acess 125 1 year back every time i have left the vehicle in showroom service center vehicle got ceased just for 20k runned showroom service center have not even bothered about cuatomer problems we get vague answers had to push more than 3 times from 3 to 4 kms had complained several times about the problem when said they have repaired and told everything is ok now once again vehicle got stopped in the middle anhad to push to the service ceneter they tell engine got ceased
