I took delivery of the said car in the evening of 6th october 2016 from rohan motors sector 2 noida and was driven home by rohan motors staff
While going through the car manual i came across a warning on page 2-5 regarding serious risks to health of people with pacemakers from the radio waves produced by push botton start system antennas
My wife has a pacemaker installed in her chest as such she will be prone to severe risk every time she travels in the ciaz car in it's present condition the car has no use for me unless system is modified and risk factor removed
I have already brought this to the notice of mr rajneesh singh manager sales operations rohan motors noida
Kindly attend to this issue immediately

I took delivery of Cia Zxi automatic car on 06 10 16 from Rohan Motors, Noida yesterday evening and driven home by Rohan staff
I tried to start the car today but it not start Rohan staff came and jump started the car I was stunned to observe that battery had completely drained out without the car moving an inch even though all lights were off
I need replacement of new battery

Secondly I draw your kind attention to Warning on page 2-5 regarding Radio waves interfering with electrical, medical equipment like Pacemakers leading to severe injury and death
My wife has a pacemaker installed in her chest and that sets me worrying
I want an assurance from you weather it is safe for her to travel in Ciaz car If she can not this car is not good for us please reply IMMEDIATELY I have already informed Manager Sales Operations, Mr Rajneesh Singh Rohan Motors Noida

    I bought a ciaz zxi + engine no 7135472 on 21 aug 2016 from rohan motors, gurgaon after three weeks, i drove the car to kandaghat, solan hp, a distance of 350 kms from gurgaon and reading was 410 kms.in a day or so, i experienced major loud noise from suspension even on a slight road bump as if the shockers had packed up. No problem on the highway though. Came back immediately and car was sent to rohan motors, service centre gurgaon with this specific complaint for first servicing.
    To my utter dismay, i was told that the jumping rod bush had gone and new modified bush would only be available after 4th oct. I also gathered that at least 40 ciaz vehicles were pending modification at rohan itself and all ciaz are affected.
    I have seen my brand new car completely opened up twice and they had difficulty assembling the steering back even. Destroyed my confidence in maruti and car lying in my garage as no info from dealer or service centre. User of maruti for nearly 20 years will hesitate to buy a maruti again.
    My question why general recall was not issued for ciaz? How can you see a new car opened up twice and yet to be repaired? Will maruti replace this car for me or guarantee me trouble free service/ who compensates for the harassment i am going through?
    Need an urgent reply and future plan.

    Car done Took six hours. opened up all again and steering twice for proper centering. Bad feeling but advise that be there yourself and take test drive yourself to assess correct fitting. Bushes werte changed, two of them and only time can tell as they were rubber ones
    I am a ciaz user too. Purchased it on 2nd Sept in Delhi and facing the same issue . I had sent a mail to Maruti but did not get a direct reply from them, instead a service centre person called me up to get it checked. I got to know from other sources that there has been a internal circular from Maruti to service stations in this regard. Been following up with service centre, but they have told me to wait . Apparetly the part is Stabiliser bar bush.

    They have recieved the rubber bush from Japan and i got my car done yesterday. painful to see your brand new car suspension downed twice. Steering also had to be opened. Insisted on wheel alignment which was done by Rohan motors. Steering wheel centering took three attempts. wasted six hours in the process. Not a single word from Maruti. Am asking for extended warranty by atleast one year

    Hi Sir

    Please let me know if your car feels OK after getting the part changed. I am still waiting for my service centre to confirm the same. Does the noise still trouble you ? I hope that the car is restored to its original state and they have not introduced any more defects after this job.
    Car seems ok but bad experience. New car opened up twice and not a word of re assurance from Maruti
    Also, not sure how long the bush is going to last. Time alone will tell.

      My vehicle got breakdown at 1.00 am in bangalore near marathalli. We called the on road support and they created a ticket and told they will come to tow it within 1 hour. But for 2.5 hours we were keep on calling the on road support team and driver but all were saying they will come soon which never happened till now. They even told us to leave the vehicle there itself as the driver was not available which is totally unacceptable. We were in outer ring road and how can they tell such stupid things to a customer especially during late night.

          Dear sir/madam

          We have booked maruti suziki celerio vix amt model. We have given token amount on 17th sept2016. Then we have again visited on maruti suziki tri star showroom located on chandrapur maharashtra to confirm the procedure & date of delivery.
          At that time we have told to tri star chandrapur representative for date of delivery on 11th oct 2016 (Tuesday).
          At that time he assured to me that var will be delivered before 2th oct 2016. We reconfirmed him that we want to take car on only & only on 11th oct 2016 on the eve of shubh dashara.
          But now after proceding all procedure of payment, today he told me to not possible to deliver ob 11th oct 2016.
          So its my request please look inthis matter, try to deliver my car on 11th oct 2016 as per commitment given by maruti suziki.

            I had given my Vitara breeze WB 02AJ 5809 for body repairing job on[protected] to Dewars Garage Ltd, 14 British India Street, Kolkata & was told that i will be handed over the car in 15 days. Today on[protected] they say that the parts of the car have not yet arrived from Gurgaon. This is just ridiculous. Is this the normal procedure ? Kindly let know.

              Its been more than a month following every one in Maruti and Anand motors Lucknow but not getting solution.The car is still lying at the workshop of Anand motors. I purchased a swift lxi on 5th august found fault in gearbox on 7th august, got repaired again AC compressor has problm in10-15 days. Why shud I take this car. Pls help I m being harassed

                I am service man in govt undertaking body and am not free everyday I have given my car for servicing to this dealer on 26 sep 2016 at evening around 6:30 pm after my office when I reached to take my car which is almost 50 to 60 km away from my office I saw there are many problems unresolved in tha car What type of servicing has been done when I asked them then mechanic after taking 30 to 40 mins resolved the problem in tha car according to them and they asked me to finalise the bill I don't have enough cash at that time so I went to ATM when I came back There was nobody except the billing person and the boy who has take my car I paid an amount around Rs 4200 of servicing but when I sit into my car and ignite the engine there are many problems in my car unresolved ACM light is on in the meter Indicator problem many thing which I told the same boy at service centre again He said to come next day again and also said the problem is not major You can go home safely But while taking the car to home its engine stops many times I have to start it again and again I have to take selve This happens almost 25 to 30 times some how reached home and I narrowly get saved that day when I complained on phone they said that they will send mechanic next day in the morning but no mechanic came next day After that day i got a call from a person asking for my address to come to home for repairing the car but that day no one was at my home even I was also leaving for my office I asked him to come to next day he said ok but no body came after that neither I havent received any call nor any personal visit from anybody for your side Today is 5 oct From more than 10 days I am facing the problem Even A feedback call has also come to whom also explained everything but no solution has come from that side also Is this the way to treat your existing customer Because of that problem in the car I am unable to my car to the service centre even for repairing but you people are very careless You dont have any worry neither of your customer nor of the brand image of your company I am requesting you to kindly resolve my problem unless I will go to higher level and forums.

                  I am d. R. Sahu. I purchase swift dezire zxi at dated 11/01/2016 from sky automobile raipur telibandha.
                  Engine no - k12mn1685534. Registration no - cg25c5763.
                  At date 24/08/2016 my car engine has been damaged due to manufacturing problem. My car is in workshop of sky auto mobile raipur from date 25/08/2016 and my car mileage was 25500 km at these date.
                  They do not give any reply till now.
                  Attention please it is manufacturing problem then "who is resonsible for these"
                  Only maruti suzuki is responsible.
                  Hence please replace this car by new one. Otherwise iwill go to the consumer court.
                  Workshop manager mr. Anish panikar of sky automobile raipur telibandha are fraud and lier. He say that only 50 % claim are given by insurance and 50% amount are charged to customer.

That means if I refuel my car for 30 liters, I'm getting mileage below 460 km. This is wrong. The services are over. Each and every time they say they will tune. But nothing has happened till now.

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is to bring to your notice that I am your old customer & have been using Maruti Ertiga since 2014 purchased from Autovista & never had any problem.
                      However, my recent purchase of Maruti Swift Dezire AGS model from S.K.Wheels, Turbhe, Vashi for which I took the Delivery yesterday on 03/Oct/2016 was a disaster because of following Reasons:
                      1.At the time of delivery there was no technical person to explain me the working of the car. Moreover, the salesperson who was not knowing much told me incomplete details about operating system of the car.
                      2.The spelling of my surname on RC receipt were wrong & this the dealer had not noted till I brought to his notice. All my documents submitted as well as the billing receipts had correct spelling & inspite of this the most important document RC receipt was incorrect.
                      3.I had clearly mentioned to both sales person as well as Maruti insurance person who had called that I would like to have New India Assurance which you can also check in your voice record system as I was called twice for the same. But finally I was given Iffco Tokio insurance, so my carry over benefit of same insurance company could not be availed.
                      4.I have visited S.K. Wheels 5 times & none of the times there manager was there to listen to me & even at the time of delivery no manager was present to listen to my complaints.
                      5. I had taken SBI loan for my car for which banking liasoning officer from S.K.wheels never met me. It was only after talking to my salesperson Mr Vijay Masurkar that I could see the person who unfortunately was of no use. I ultimately directly co-ordinated with SBI bank officer Ms Jhanavi Bhonsale & the same you can confirm from her.
                      6.I was called yesterday for deliver at 2:30 pm but when I reached the car was still getting washed & finally got deliver at 6:30 pm
                      Kindly let me know how can my problems number 1, 2, &3 can be solved.
                      I never had such a bad experience with Maruti

                        This is Anitha Chandrasekaran, I hereby mailed you guys to inform that I have a complaint regarding the service done by Popular Vehicles & Services Pvt.Ltd. in Kolathur, Retteri Junction, after an accident meet by my car. The actual thing happened is my car got damaged over the rear right-side and I claimed for the insurance for recovering my car, but the guys over there gave many sorts of trouble by misusing my new car parts. My car is a brand new car which didn’t even crossed 6000km. The accident meet by meand the damage is on rear right-side as I said before, but the guys just over there removed my Pioneer music player and they just misused it by doing something and said that it was broken while they are trying to fit that but as I investigated and got the information that they guys tried to steal my music player because it was not handled in a proper manner to be remove it was just like pulled over with huge force and they just broke everything, and even the broken music player showed to me was not mine this made me to doubt even more, But they replaced me the new music player, But now my doubt is they misused my music player and many parts which can be identified by me literally, But literally I agree that I don’t know whether they had misused my car’s engine, suspension, etc, because these can be only identified by a professional and really I had a doubt on those guys had they might misused my car’s part this doubt came to me because of them, as they guys misused my music player, just plucked my car’s emblem both front and rear, removed horn pad and it’s not even working properly as it was broken when they removed it, fog lamp, door handle, these things was removed but I don’t even know why they removed these things as it was not damaged or not a necessary part for removing or part needed to be changed due to that accident, and now I have so many complaints regarding my car. The music player re-fixed by them is not working properly, the horn is not working properly, I even have a starting trouble, the car is not starting properly had a trouble in starting motor, the fog lamp is missing, the rear danger lamp is not working, and now my car is not even starting, I don’t know what those guys done with properly running car and now am having many complaints, but I don’t have any sorts ofcomplaintsbefore leaving the car in service center which I identified now, but I literally don’t know about the interior parts, and these complaints was not there while I gave my car for service, and these problems are not related to the accident and these are the problems created unnecessarily by those guys, So literally I got fed-up regarding my car and I need you guys to take necessary action against this complaint, I reached you guys as I’m not interested to speak with those guys regarding my car and I’m not willing to hand over my car to them once again and not willing to lose my car’s part anymore and no need them to use my car’s part for their sake anymore, and now I can’t even use my car for my regular usage, So I need you guys to take necessary action regarding this as soon as possible and I need a proper reply for this mail with in a weak, my contact No: [protected], [protected], or else I’ll go through court for legal action over the Popular Maruti for the justice to my car and the thing happened to me.

                        I ordered a maruti suzuki swift zxi on 4th august from indus showroom, kannur. They promised delivery within a month or before. Even after one and a half months, they couldnt confirm us a delivery date and i had to cancel it. I went to see the manager and his behaviour was not good.

                          Dear sir,

                          My vehicle no. Is hr 06 ae 0481, i am facing problem in my car related to remote key, it is malfunctioning last approx. 3-4 days. On 30th of sept 16 i visited at harisons automobile panipat approx. 4:40pm and concern person told that plz visit tomorrow 1st of oct with your both keys. On 1st of oct 16 i visited at around 9:30am and technician /engineers are saying your remote problem they issued new remote but same problem facing.
                          And finally they have checked and saying after seen armrest (Which is i have installed from pasco auto mobile gurgaon on 9th sept) they replied that problem is occurred only via remote sensore problem so need to change your push start button assembly. We have ordered to maruti and it will take time till wednesday your car problem get resolved. I have contacted to mr. Gunjan malik and manager harisons mr rakesh he replied that it would be chargable basis i told why because its under warranty and if problem through arm rest then its installed by your another service partner pasco you may plz talk him... Plz help me sir about this under warranty case.

                            As i today servicing my maruti suzuki swift (Vxi) registration no-or -05-ae-7343 at sky automobile cuttack. But i am severely unsatisfied with the kind of labor charges and other behavioral aspects of the service unit.

                            1-suspension front remove and not check but charge - rs.580/-

                                Power strring not funcitoning like a power steering. Its functioning like manual steering. I have visited three time to local maruti service centre. Engineers tried to resolve but after running some kilometer it becomes just like manual steering.

                                Local service engineers tried to resolve three time but they could not resolve it permanently.
                                After some kilometer running it becomes again like manual steering
                                Kindly help me to resolve the issue i am suffering since the beginning of purchase of this car.

                                  My self mahesh aggarwal owner of vhichel no. PB-10-CN8596 mentally harassed by your employee mr. G.S kalsi. They take my car and commited me that they return me after two or three days.And they give my car back after one month.Secondly they take 15000 rs charges from me and give the bill of amount 8781rs. Sir please take a strick action against your employee and give me feedback as soon as possible.

                                    Regarding breakage of cam shaft of my vehicle ritz-mh14 da1619 (engine-chassis no[protected] purchased on 29th sept-2011.

                                    Last week when i started the vehicle in parking, it suddenley stopped with a noise. i was notified by service adviser that cam shaft is broken and due to this other parts are also damaged. i was surprised to know that how come internal part got damaged which is well protected and not exposed to external damage. i still cant believe that such an important part has been failed. being an engineer, i knew that cam shaft is a critical part of the vehicle and which is designed for life long operations. having said that, i doubt on quality of the shafts and related parts of the engine and hence requested to investigate. i brought this vehicle which has completed just 5 years and just crossed 1, 17, 000kms.
                                    Currently vehicle is at your authorised service station-m/s wonder cars, pimpri, pune-411018. cost estimation provided by them is approx. rs.65000/-
                                    I hope you will look into this case positively and provide free replacement of cam shaft and other damaged parts because of which failure has occured or re-imberse the money which i am going to pay to dealer.

                                      I have given my car for body work to am motors mannarkkad on 22/09/16, i told them the work under insurance claim completely they said we will mail to insurance company and tell u the details, and after one day i will called adviser he said surveyor told me to start work, and today i gone to collect my vechicle they said you have to pay 6000 rupees for work, i came to showroom
                                      at 4 and i went 7.30 pm until that time i spend over there, , , they told me to come tomorrow the problem with am motors they have not said you won't get claim if they said that i will go to other dealer they have done all workes with out my permission when i go to enquiries they said we finished work, they didn't take my permission to take work they have done their self everything called lot of maneger to am but everyone telling to wait ...iam a business person today i have lose in my business because i didn't get my car can you help me to solve problem my number [protected]

                                        When I serviced my car Swift vxi for the third free servicing. It was done by Maruti autherized service station in narnaul (Shayam Auto Trade).They installed local(other company) oil filter. Due to that the engine block of the car got burst.
                                        Now when we tried to avail our warranty option at the dealer workshop in rewari (Dinco 4 Wheelers), they rejected it on the basis of outside filter.So ultimately I have to get my car repaired by my own money when it should be covered by warranty and even the root cause of my problem is that oil filter for which the Maruti suzuki only is responsible.
