Hi,
This is Anitha Chandrasekaran, I hereby mailed you guys to inform that I have a complaint regarding the service done by Popular Vehicles & Services Pvt.Ltd. in Kolathur, Retteri Junction, after an accident meet by my car. The actual thing happened is my car got damaged over the rear right-side and I claimed for the insurance for recovering my car, but the guys over there gave many sorts of trouble by misusing my new car parts. My car is a brand new car which didn’t even crossed 6000km. The accident meet by meand the damage is on rear right-side as I said before, but the guys just over there removed my Pioneer music player and they just misused it by doing something and said that it was broken while they are trying to fit that but as I investigated and got the information that they guys tried to steal my music player because it was not handled in a proper manner to be remove it was just like pulled over with huge force and they just broke everything, and even the broken music player showed to me was not mine this made me to doubt even more, But they replaced me the new music player, But now my doubt is they misused my music player and many parts which can be identified by me literally, But literally I agree that I don’t know whether they had misused my car’s engine, suspension, etc, because these can be only identified by a professional and really I had a doubt on those guys had they might misused my car’s part this doubt came to me because of them, as they guys misused my music player, just plucked my car’s emblem both front and rear, removed horn pad and it’s not even working properly as it was broken when they removed it, fog lamp, door handle, these things was removed but I don’t even know why they removed these things as it was not damaged or not a necessary part for removing or part needed to be changed due to that accident, and now I have so many complaints regarding my car. The music player re-fixed by them is not working properly, the horn is not working properly, I even have a starting trouble, the car is not starting properly had a trouble in starting motor, the fog lamp is missing, the rear danger lamp is not working, and now my car is not even starting, I don’t know what those guys done with properly running car and now am having many complaints, but I don’t have any sorts ofcomplaintsbefore leaving the car in service center which I identified now, but I literally don’t know about the interior parts, and these complaints was not there while I gave my car for service, and these problems are not related to the accident and these are the problems created unnecessarily by those guys, So literally I got fed-up regarding my car and I need you guys to take necessary action against this complaint, I reached you guys as I’m not interested to speak with those guys regarding my car and I’m not willing to hand over my car to them once again and not willing to lose my car’s part anymore and no need them to use my car’s part for their sake anymore, and now I can’t even use my car for my regular usage, So I need you guys to take necessary action regarding this as soon as possible and I need a proper reply for this mail with in a weak, my contact No: [protected], [protected], or else I’ll go through court for legal action over the Popular Maruti for the justice to my car and the thing happened to me.

I ordered a maruti suzuki swift zxi on 4th august from indus showroom, kannur. They promised delivery within a month or before. Even after one and a half months, they couldnt confirm us a delivery date and i had to cancel it. I went to see the manager and his behaviour was not good.

    Dear sir,

    My vehicle no. Is hr 06 ae 0481, i am facing problem in my car related to remote key, it is malfunctioning last approx. 3-4 days. On 30th of sept 16 i visited at harisons automobile panipat approx. 4:40pm and concern person told that plz visit tomorrow 1st of oct with your both keys. On 1st of oct 16 i visited at around 9:30am and technician /engineers are saying your remote problem they issued new remote but same problem facing.
    And finally they have checked and saying after seen armrest (Which is i have installed from pasco auto mobile gurgaon on 9th sept) they replied that problem is occurred only via remote sensore problem so need to change your push start button assembly. We have ordered to maruti and it will take time till wednesday your car problem get resolved. I have contacted to mr. Gunjan malik and manager harisons mr rakesh he replied that it would be chargable basis i told why because its under warranty and if problem through arm rest then its installed by your another service partner pasco you may plz talk him... Plz help me sir about this under warranty case.

      As i today servicing my maruti suzuki swift (Vxi) registration no-or -05-ae-7343 at sky automobile cuttack. But i am severely unsatisfied with the kind of labor charges and other behavioral aspects of the service unit.

      Ervice type-running repair

      Please find the details on which i am heavly unsatisfied
      1-suspension front remove and not check but charge - rs.580/-
      2-caliper pin greasing - charge-525/-
      3-wheel drum breaks cleaning -600/-

      Kindly please follow this matter seriously and revert me urgently. The behavioral aspect and the manner is so embarrassing to me.

          Power strring not funcitoning like a power steering. Its functioning like manual steering. I have visited three time to local maruti service centre. Engineers tried to resolve but after running some kilometer it becomes just like manual steering.

          After some kilometer running it becomes again like manual steering

They take my car and commited me that they return me after two or three days.And they give my car back after one month.Secondly they take 15000 rs charges from me and give the bill of amount 8781rs. Sir please take a strick action against your employee and give me feedback as soon as possible.

              Regarding breakage of cam shaft of my vehicle ritz-mh14 da1619 (engine-chassis no[protected] purchased on 29th sept-2011.

              Last week when i started the vehicle in parking, it suddenley stopped with a noise. i was notified by service adviser that cam shaft is broken and due to this other parts are also damaged. i was surprised to know that how come internal part got damaged which is well protected and not exposed to external damage. i still cant believe that such an important part has been failed. being an engineer, i knew that cam shaft is a critical part of the vehicle and which is designed for life long operations. having said that, i doubt on quality of the shafts and related parts of the engine and hence requested to investigate. i brought this vehicle which has completed just 5 years and just crossed 1, 17, 000kms.
              Currently vehicle is at your authorised service station-m/s wonder cars, pimpri, pune-411018. cost estimation provided by them is approx. rs.65000/-
              I hope you will look into this case positively and provide free replacement of cam shaft and other damaged parts because of which failure has occured or re-imberse the money which i am going to pay to dealer.

                I have given my car for body work to am motors mannarkkad on 22/09/16, i told them the work under insurance claim completely they said we will mail to insurance company and tell u the details, and after one day i will called adviser he said surveyor told me to start work, and today i gone to collect my vechicle they said you have to pay 6000 rupees for work, i came to showroom
                at 4 and i went 7.30 pm until that time i spend over there, , , they told me to come tomorrow the problem with am motors they have not said you won't get claim if they said that i will go to other dealer they have done all workes with out my permission when i go to enquiries they said we finished work, they didn't take my permission to take work they have done their self everything called lot of maneger to am but everyone telling to wait ...iam a business person today i have lose in my business because i didn't get my car can you help me to solve problem my number [protected]

                  When I serviced my car Swift vxi for the third free servicing. It was done by Maruti autherized service station in narnaul (Shayam Auto Trade).They installed local(other company) oil filter. Due to that the engine block of the car got burst.
                  Now when we tried to avail our warranty option at the dealer workshop in rewari (Dinco 4 Wheelers), they rejected it on the basis of outside filter.So ultimately I have to get my car repaired by my own money when it should be covered by warranty and even the root cause of my problem is that oil filter for which the Maruti suzuki only is responsible.

                    I m Varun chawla residing in Gurgaon, as I already booked baleno delta 1.2 at Nexa Pasco Automobiles in sikanderpur gurgaon before 3 months . During booking as I already mentioned that there is my sister marriage in October. But before few days they called me and said wll give u the car at the end of sep16 but now when i called for purchase they refused to give and say wll give u in November.
                    Sir pls tell me one thing, can I change my sister marriage date for this .. If I wll not get the car it's very bad thing for me. Which is also not good image for u as u can understand what I want to say.
                    Pls sir I request u to do best possible for me and take on priority.
                    Though this I can gift baleno car to my sister on marriage.

                        Worst company to buy a two wheeler that to specially access 125
                        It has only been 2 years & though my vehicle is still in warranty. The company has no concern to solve the complaint of their customer.

                        Access 125 is so worst that it is showing self start problem consecutively 4 times.

                        Every now & then we have given the two wheeler for servicing & even they charge the same and are not concerned about customers problem at all.

                        They only show advertisement for their popularity, but it's of no use until you satisfy the customer. People don't commit this mistake of buying the two wheeler from here. It's the biggest wrong decision you will make.

                          I purchased wagonr cng from hare krishna auto derails given below.

                          This vehicle is giving problem right from the second week i purchased. It stops in the first gear many times. Several times this problem reported to hare krishna but they could not solve this problem. Now they are telling me that this happens with every cng car.
                          The take this vehicle, keep it, they do something (Thats what they claim) and returned it back to me until i report problem for the next time.
                          I am scared to drive this vehicle on the road as it stops suddenly and their might be chance of major mishap.
                          Hope to get permanent solution this time.

                            Sir, we have purchased Vitara Brezza LDi (O) on 05-Sep-2016 from M/s Kothari Wheels, Pune,
                            We have no words to appreciate the dealing of Kothari Wheels . For us they are one of the best dealers. First of all I would like to mention here that this is my first Maruti Vechicle .
                            The problem now which we are facing in our vehicle is that the rear seat does not have the head rest. It is pertinent to mention here that when we went to the above said dealers show room on[protected], we saw the Vitara Brezza which was displayed in their show room and we were very much impressed by the sales representatives demonstration and we decided there only to book the Brezza. Of course it was top model displayed and it had seat head rest on its rear seats also. As per our expense capacity or seeing our pocket, we decided to book the LDI(O) at same time. We never thought that LDI will not have head rest on rear seats. Now it looks very impossible that maruti’s vehicle will have such rear seat.

                            When we sit on rear seat even our shoulders are above the seat back. When vehicle moves or when sudden stops, person sitting on rear seat gets very serious jerk on the neck, which is very dangerous because neck bones may break any time. I have many examples of such serious incidence that does not have seat head rest. I am writing because twice I got jerks while sitting on rear seat in my own above said car and my neck is paining. We have enquired from the dealers and from the local market to put or fix the head rest but everyone is helpless to fix it, they says there is no solution. Everyone says write to the Maruti Company. Now it is our humble request that what is the solution for us, please guide us as early as possible, we are very seriously in trouble, hoping from your end for your favorable reply very soon.

                              I am Rajkumar paliwal residing Udaipur Rajasthan and a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki
                              But when this time I want to purchase a car and wanna gift to my father dealers in Udaipur refuse ko give me car and said that their is waiting for 6 months to baleno
                              I really disappoint about the dealer answer and policy regarding company
                              The dealer always give an option to book a car with booking amount without any assurance to give me car on decided date
                              Now I have to decided to purchase Scorpio Mahindra product

                              I don't want to say but now if Maruti Suzuki company gave me baleno in free of cost
                              I must say NO

                                I bought a alto k10, vehicle number tn37cp1282 from ambal auto from coimbatore., during feb 2016. With very less kms done, i tried to check the air pressure in my stepney., but surprisingly, i found the tyre in the stepney with out air pressure, on checking i found a screw in the tyre which cause puncture. How can a stepney supplied with screw in the tyre, i means they have fitted a used tyre on my car., i request maruti to resolve the issue

                                I bought a ALTO K10, vehicle number TN37CP1282 from AMBAL AUTO from coimbatore., During Feb 2016. With very less KMS done, I tried to check the Air pressure in my stepney., But surprisingly, I found the tyre in the stepney with out Air pressure, On checking I found a screw in the tyre which cause Puncture .How can a stepney supplied with screw in the tyre, I means they have fitted a used tyre on my car ., I request Maruti to resolve the issue
                                My k10 is 15 month old and it start rusting from both fenders bonnet window dikki and under bonnet chachis frame and front left tyre make abnormal noise even in small depth in road

                                  This is to inform that i lost my 32gb micro sd card from my car (Kl 28a 989) when i gave it for an accident repair at indus motors ranni, pathanamthitta, kerala. The card ws attached to the stereo. I enquired about it when i ws handed over the car. Since it was holiday for them, they said they"ll check with the garage people and let me know. But till to date i have not recived any reply. The showroom service head is now not even responding to my call.

                                    In continuation to my mail on 19th Sept' 16, its very unfortunate and sad to see that none of the officials at Maruti don't even have courtesy to revert back with any updates on complain. At least someone from Magic auto made an effort to call though that call was not at all with an objective to resolve the complain and was just an inquiry call post which i am still awaiting to hear from some one

                                    Just want to put to your notice that during the time of submission of my car i was assured that there would be minimum time duration for car repair. I wasn't aware that for Maruti the minimum duration is 3 months and still in counting...

                                    I am sure for one customer Maruti or its dealer is not even bothered and Customer Satisfaction is far fetched word for you guys. But the only reason that i am making and have to make efforts because i am the one on the receiving end and i am the only one facing all the problem hence have to make an effort.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My vehicle No. is MP07 CC 6458. My alto's insurance document still not given by Prem motor Gwalior staff after commitment. Prem motor's insurance vertical staff promise to me on 25 Aug that your policy document Reach at your home with in 3-4 days but still no response. I'm very upset from Prem motor's services.

                                      I bought Wagon R on 13th Aug after making all the payments. On 28th Aug I got a letter from the dealer stating that state govt had issued a notice regarding increase in VAT from 14.5 % to 15% on 11 Aug. Also from same day onward 1% of extra road tax had been made applicable by the state government. So I was asked by the dealer to pay Rs 5237 more to accommodate this increase in tax even after i had completed all the payments on 13th Aug.

                                      Though i made the extra payment, my concern is - if the government had increased the tax on 11th, it should have been a part of my invoice when i was making the payment on 13th Aug. If the dealer missed to charge this on 13th, he has no right to send me a letter and extort money later on. Please address this issue.

                                      Two months down the line if the dealer realizes that he has missed to charge some other tax, he cannot keep on sending letters asking for more money after i have cleared all the payments. Please resolve.

                                        Respected senior authorities,
                                        My father had bought maruti's wagon_r in nov'14 but due to his rare use of car, he asked me for its regular use. When i drove it, i found plenty of manufacturing or installation faults which is as below.

                                        1) visibility issue in windshield (Front glass) and side glass in rainy days when a. C. Is on

                                        2) theft alarm/sensor not turning off

                                        3) music system has 4 (2front + 2 back) speakers out of which 2back speakers are not working

                                        I visited plenty of service station mainly to turn off the alarm, but none them able to do that, some of them have suggested to consult any technician outside maruti for paid services.

                                        Kindly suggest how to deal with these issues, waiting for your favourable response.
