Hi,
I am Rajkumar paliwal residing Udaipur Rajasthan and a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki
But when this time I want to purchase a car and wanna gift to my father dealers in Udaipur refuse ko give me car and said that their is waiting for 6 months to baleno
I really disappoint about the dealer answer and policy regarding company
The dealer always give an option to book a car with booking amount without any assurance...

I bought a alto k10, vehicle number tn37cp1282 from ambal auto from coimbatore., during feb 2016. With very less kms done, i tried to check the air pressure in my stepney., but surprisingly, i found the tyre in the stepney with out air pressure, on checking i found a screw in the tyre which cause puncture. How can a stepney supplied with screw in the tyre, i means they have fitted a used tyre on my car., i request maruti to resolve the issue...

This is to inform that i lost my 32gb micro sd card from my car (Kl 28a 989) when i gave it for an accident repair at indus motors ranni, pathanamthitta, kerala. The card ws attached to the stereo. I enquired about it when i ws handed over the car. Since it was holiday for them, they said they"ll check with the garage people and let me know. But till to date i have not recived any reply. The showroom service head is now not even responding...

In continuation to my mail on 19th Sept' 16, its very unfortunate and sad to see that none of the officials at Maruti don't even have courtesy to revert back with any updates on complain. At least someone from Magic auto made an effort to call though that call was not at all with an objective to resolve the complain and was just an inquiry call post which i am still awaiting to hear from some one

I bought Wagon R on 13th Aug after making all the payments. On 28th Aug I got a letter from the dealer stating that state govt had issued a notice regarding increase in VAT from 14.5 % to 15% on 11 Aug. Also from same day onward 1% of extra road tax had been made applicable by the state government. So I was asked by the dealer to pay Rs 5237 more to accommodate this increase in tax even after i had completed all the payments on 13th Aug.br...

My father had bought maruti's wagon_r in nov'14 but due to his rare use of car, he asked me for its regular use. When i drove it, i found plenty of manufacturing or installation faults which is as below.

1) visibility issue in windshield (Front glass) and side glass in rainy days when a. C. Is on

2) theft alarm/sensor not turning off

3) music system has 4 (2front...

I am purchase a new car, model swift zdi, having chasis no : b47656, engine no: 647825 from kataria automobile manianagr branch ahmedabad on dt: 01.09.2016 but not perfect gear working. car in under service last 3 days till date in kataria automobiles but he is not give proper answer regarding problem. so we are requesting you please co-operate this case.

This is to inform you that my vehicle visited at maruti workshop competent gazipur before 10 days for accident work and now the paint is chipping off from the rear bumper what sort of paint quality do u people use and every time you people need more time as per the promised time what do u think customer time value is 0.i want to talk to your regional manager to contact me...

I went for car service at CM auto center chandigarh opp ellante mall and after reaching home I noticed that car tail light was broken. Attendent Mr Parveen knew this this thing that while serviceing by mistaken light got break... but instead of telling me they see of[censored]s from workshop very humbly... you all are buggers... never visit again at ur workshop and never suggest any of my frend to visit there....

I Sakthivel booked new ertiga VXI on 20rd june.Kalyani Banswadi Bangalore promised us to deliver new car on 22 August.On mid of August said it is not possiable to delivery in August and will delivery by September. But now they are saying even that cannot be met and even we complained twice they promised us to deliver in 1st week of september.We are going through many problems and we have paid 5000 at the time of booking and even we surrendered...

I send my car maruti ritz for rutine service to authorized dealer m/s stan autos pvt. ltd. ludhiana on dated 11/8/2016.

Dealer pick car from my home for service and issue me vehical pick-up slip without any serial no. or any proper confirmation only with undersigned by driver who pick car for service.

Dealer inform me details of service and confirm rs 8000 to pay as service charges which i accept. and confirm...

Receipt not provided and taken extra money by dealer, after servicing key ring and AUX wire also found missing.
I have to take lot of follow up to get the work done.
At the time of purchase also the accessories bill not provided till date.

Hi, I am to say that my vehicle no. OD-13-C-5445 (Swift Desire) was repaired @ 40, 000/- just 2 months before but on today i.e. on 22.9.16 for normal check up my vehicle and checked in at 3.26pm by the Narayani Motors, BBSR. It is sorry to say that don't have any care and checked out my vehicle after 3 hours, for which I suffered a lot. This is for your information and necessary action....

On 18.09.2016 my son was on drive in a highway 78, between Kotma to Manendragarh. suddenly the car stopped with a sound of something breaking. He tried to restart but it could not started. I have booked alto 800 lxi at atul motors, rajkot 360002 - gujarat
Before 15 days,
When i ask about test drive, the dealer told me to give test drive in 2-3 days.
Now only 10 days left when i will buy my car, but they don't give us test drive, as per them car is in repairing... which is not satisfactory..
They have to arrange other car in short time....

Please refer above complaint nos. I lodged against Kakaria automobiles MIDC Ahmadnagar MH.

In this regard I would like to tell you that still I did not received my old axle replaced by Kakaria automobiles.

This is very disgusting that maruti dealers giving service like this,...

My car met with an accident and now my car is in popular motors angamal service center .Now I need a body shell for my 2013 new model swift dzire vdi .but the service centre representative told me that
Company don't have a stock of that shell because Maruti stopped production of that shell and I should pay 40000 rupees more for new type shell . I already have a bumber to bumber insurance for my vehicle because of this I won't pay the...
