Maine 25 December2015 ko cm auto sales p ltd chandigarh se new swift dhire car kharidi thi. Jis se main aaj tak pareshan hu. Pehle hi din is car ka steering teda tha jo ki company walo ne check kar k bola ki alignment hone wali hai. Maine kar wa li. Fir 2 months k baad tyres me sound aane lagi. Maine check karwaya to company walo ne bina job card banaye meri car check kri or bola ab theek hai. But woh sound band nai hui. Fir maine maruti auto Vogue panchkula me check karwai woh kehte shower ki problem ho sakti hai. Main fir cm auto sales chandigarh pe gya to kehte tyres me problem hai. To unhone jk tyres india ke vendor ke pass bheja to usne tyre check kar k bola ki tyre theek hai car me problem hai. Main fir wapis cm auto sales pe gya to kehte car me problem nai ho sakti. Kam se kam main cm auto sales pe 10 baar gya isi problem ko lekr. Mera 10 dino me jyada na bolu to[protected] ka loss hua hai. Or harassment alah se hui. Ab maine car k tyres b new daal diye fir b woh sound band nai ho rahi. Btao main kya kru. Mere pass ab consumer court jane ke bina kuch b nai hai. Agar aap log isme kuch kar sakte ho to bta do nai to main dusra rasta apna lu.

Sir, i have given my car swift dzire no up 78 cq 2406 for engine work. after completion sound of engine is very high more over they have not allowed proper discount the upholstry of car has become dirty after there work.

    This is to inform you that I am owner of a maruti swift reg.no-wbo2z-6882. vdi make 2008. on 2012 one day i found my front glass was hairline crack from bottom portion. then i complain to maruti suzuki and mr.saikat chatterjee take action and my glass was changed from company side.again 2014 same hairline crack happened from bottom portion.again i complain to maruti suzuki and that time mr.amit das came and as per him due to rust in front glass frame glass was broken and on my own expenses i changed the glass with total front frame. all work done at your premier car sevice.92, barrackpore trunk road, kamarhati.kolkata, west bengal-700058.you can find all documents there. now again on 18th sept-2016 same hair line crack appear from same bottom portion.advice me what to do.can i believe in your quality of service or faith as i am very disappointed with this issue. this is my fifth car from maruti i never face this type of incident before.if you need previos documents that i can arrange.looking for your kind response in this regards. my email id: [protected]@gmail.com .       Dear Sir,
      I am very Glad to inform you that i purchase 3rd car of Maruti Suzuki in last 6 years. I am very happy with all three cars performance and services. I purchased Maruti vitara Brezza on last month from Kiran Motors, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Previously I have been purchased swift Dizire from same dealers. I booked my Car Before 4 Month ago. I got commitment 9.01 Lac pries from Authorize Stockist, when I booked. When Car came for delivery car rate is increase to 9.17 lac. I welcomed pries increase and i also paid for same. After that Kiran Motors demanding minimum 20 thousand accessory you must be purchase from our show rooms if you wants car delivery. I request him so many time, But Kiran Motors refused my request and pressiorised me for accessories. They didn't give me car without surrender. i need your help for back my money from kiran motors, which they got unauthentic way. please do the needful.

      I booked vitara breeza on[protected] with booking nbr 16000012 at maruti showroom sangrur. After two months i didnt get the car yet. when i go mauti showroom sangrur they said me nothing information about this. So iwant change my mind.         Dzire no.up70bb8805 serviced by one up gomtinagar lucknow on 12.04.2016 for poor average 10km/ltr. Charged for EGR also Rs1449. But average did not improve in spite of requests. Invoice no.BR16000080. Then went to Reliance motors care lucknow on 01.09.2016 they serviced EGR, which was in a very bad condition, not cleaned earlier, since then average is satisfactory email [protected]@Gmail. com

        Unaware about the status of my car with the dealer...no response from the dealer. Needed the car back in condition. Bills setteled but car was not delivered as promised since two weeks as promised.

          I had a new STINGRAY white purchased from Shubh Motors jabalpur on 30th April in name of my wife Ms NEELAM PATERIA and every bit of formalities is complete but due to the exchange of my old maruti 800 an episode was wrongly created by agency. A guy who wife could not now recognise from TRUE VALUE collected SBI's NOC for foreclosure of car loan on lod car in 2012 and misplaced it. The agency is now forcing me to go Raipur to collect the true copy of NOC then only they will get my RC book and registration no.
          I and my wife were rudely treated by Mr. Kemtani, Mr. Ashish Agarwal, Mr. naidu and Mr Shyam Ji Upadhyay. In fact Shyam ji and mr naidu threatened me of grave consequences
          I sincerely put before u this grievance for immediate redressal or else I may have to complain with Women cell of Police for misdemeanour of staff.
          Kindly do something from ur good office to get my RC book and registration number..

            WHAT CAN A HAPLESS CUSTOMER DO, WHEN A COMPANY LIKE MARUTI FAILS IN ITS QUALITY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
            Dear friends,
            I am bringing to your attention the fate of my new Maruti Ciaz which started giving trouble in the suspension from the next day of the purchase.
            To put things in perspective, I submit as under:
            1. I have been a loyal Maruti customer for the past 17 years.
            2. I bought a new Maruti Ciaz ZDi+ from Magic Auto Pvt. Ltd., Sector-13, Dwarka, New Delhi.
            3. The delivery of the car was made on 08.09.2016.
            4. On 12.09.2016, I have left the car with Magic Auto P. Ltd at their show room with a complaint that the car is making a noise of thud on even the smallest of pit and that the sound is unusual and indicative of some problem in the suspension.
            5. As you all will understand, it is quiet frustrating, scary and disturbing for a customer, who has spent around 10.65 lakhs for a new car to have a problem in the suspension within 3 days of the delivery.
            6. I have been told by the dealer that the problem was with a bush of the suspension which has now been changed but the best quality bush will only be available after 20th September, 2016 which they will get fitted in my car.
            7. On further research on the net, I have read the same kind of experience from other customers also, which clearly indicates that the problem is just not with me but in the product supplied by Maruti Suzuki. The company is fleecing the customers by fitting low grade parts and then will mint money through the workshops when the customer will come with a complaint after some time.
            8. Based on this I have demanded a replacement of the car as this clearly is a case of defective product and a customer who has spent such a huge amount, deserves the car in perfect condition for long term peace of mind.
            9. The company has gone in denial mode.
            SO I REQUEST YOU TO VOICE YOUR OPINION...
            AM I ENTITLED TO A NEW CAR OR NOT...
            PLEASE POST YOUR REPLIES AND SHARE THIS AS MUSH AS YOU CAN IN MY SUPPORT.

              I purchased Ertiga in the month of April-2016 ..Im getting low average since a day i purchased the vehicle..I have completed my two servicing they said its new vehicle that is reason you are getting low average but now its almost five months and 5000 km completed still same the same problems is there...Iam getting average of 7 and hardly its works in 200 to 250 km and again i have to fill the full tank..Kindly gives us right solutions or replace the car ..its a big very problem for me to spend double the money on fuel..somewhere some problem is there which your service centre not able to solve...I need the solutions on immediate basis...

              Immediate action on above request is highly appreciated.

                Sir,

                My son Sagar Maurya has purchased two Maruti Cars on the name of S.M. Tours & Travels on 25th July 2015 and 24th September 2015 with Registration Nos. MH 47 C 7552 Maruti Wagon R & MH 47 C 8038 Maruti SWIFT Dzire, the Registration Amount taken from him was Rs.24500 for Wagon R and Rs.26000 for Dzire and the actual RTO receipts were issued only for Rs.9850+ Rs.9850. Thus he was over charged by Rs.[protected]+[protected]+9850). On enquiry I was told it is charged to all & approved by Maruti. Recently it has come to my notice when the papers were given to Chartered Accountant for accounting and IT Return purpose.

                The payment to Spectra Motors Borviali East by him and the bank was Rs.497072 for Wagon R & Rs.698077 for SWIFT Dzire but instead of Proper Receipts Account statement was given stating Registration amount Rs.24500 & Rs.26000 for Wagon R & SIWFT Dzire respectively. Last month I paid RTO Tax for one car at Borivali TRO without any extra charges.

                According to one latest Quotation the same overcharging is still going on by Spectra Motors. When the Govt. is promoting self employment to Educated Youths under various schemes in this case it is MSME, then such overcharging by Spectra Motors on the name of RTO Registration Charges highly deplorable and illegal.

                  I Milind Durve bought Maruti Alto 800 from your dealer Wonders Car from Pune. On 13 th Sept gave to Wonder Car service for 1 st free servicing. I had observed a diff vibration type sound when starting the vehicle and also some time till it is in 1 st gear. The vehicle is still at work shop. I am told by this service center that they have tried changing some parts and today they showed the vehicle to Mr. Nikhil of Maruti H.O. in Pune. Now also they are trying to change some parts ( Not known to me the list) and trying to reduce or control the sound .

                  Here I would like to also inform you that service which Wonder cars service is very good as of now. No issue. They have given a service vehicle to me so no problem.

                  This is my 5 th Maruti vehicle. But the experience on the quality is totally different than the earlier one.

                  May I request to please give guide line to remove this problem.

                  Please also note I will accept back the vehicle based on the parts changed history.

                    I have purchased my car DL1RT A 4007 from Magic auto, sector-13, dwarka in month of feb. At the time of delivery of vehicle, They promised to hand over my GPS certificate at my place. Since then I have visited their showroom multiple times and wasted my time as they told me they are finding same in their files . After more than 7 months, I still not get my certificate and now their executive "SAMEER" have also stopped responding .Also attached screenshot of conversation with him.

                      I mr.Rajesh manilal chheda booked new ertiga smart hybrid zdi+.Order no:[protected] on 23rd june.Your dealer promised us to deliver new car in 8 to 10 weeks.Dealers detail-spectra motors limited ghatkopar west 400086.But now its beyond 12 weeks and even we complained twice they promised us to deliver in 1st week of september.We are going through many problems and we have paid 51000 at the time of booking and even we surrendered our old maruti waganor car before time.We are really disappointed with you service.We are part of maruti suzuki and we didn't expected this from you.Hope so you read my mail and give respons as soon as possible.Please reply and i think i didn't need to complain again.

                        I went for service at Hira auto mobiles Rajpura .I got the service done and got service invoice as Eng. has advised to change front glass wipers it was charged in the invoice but later I found it was my old wipers these were not replaced but charged in invoice this is shear Cheating how can I believe other valuable parts which they claim that they have replaced is not a cheating with me. No yard stick can measure the parts as told and charged in the invoice is actually replaced or not . They charged more than 11000 from me.

                          I, Tanoy Sarkar purchased Indica Vista TDI 2010 model (WB 24K 6685 of Barrackpore-W.B. registration) from true value outlet located at Krishnanagar, Nadia, W.B. - 741101 (Branch of Bhandari Auto mobiles pvt ltd.) on 12 Dec 2015 and i was feeling proud that i got my car from true value.

                          When i bought the car its tax was failed for about 6 months, bt after my purchase I renewed the same from the same True Value outlet in the name of previous owner. Then on Feb 2016 from the same outlet I applied for transferring the RC book from previous owner to me... Bt till date its about 7 months passed away...still no response...
                          I enquired a lot with the same True Value representative bt they use to bring useless excuses...sometimes problems regarding RTO, sometimes anything else...
                          I am facing a lot of trouble in roads while moving without RC...
                          Please look after the matter...

                            The agent of the dealer diwars garrage mr. Tapas pal (Mobile - [protected]) has given me the pricequote of rs - 4, 17, 440/-, mentioned with accesaries, in the letter head of dewars garrage for wagon r avance limited edition, 2015 model, with his sign and stamp, however at the time of delivery dated 09.09.2016, he charged me rs - 11200/- more for accessory, not paying of which he declined the delivery, i have paid rs 5000/- more then, and they delivered the vehicle, now he is asking me to pay the rest amount that is rs 6200/- not paying of which they are not giving me the hsrp number fixing slip, it was first of all a false commitment and the complete activity of fraud. Please help me in this regards asap.

                              Car pick up from 1 st service not geetingSecond service i told the guy that pick up on geeting engine off The guy said tuuning ho jyegi no issue filter chnge 3 rd service again same issueThe guy told me that clucth need to chnge in new car car runs on ly 5664 km and i told the new car he told me that tunning kr deta hoon koi dikkat nhi hogi Now still same issue no pickup in car and still engine off And i also take extra warranty package with the car please help me in this other wise i take strongly action against the company i am already a lawyer

                                I have purchased above vehicle from M/s Platinum Motocorp LLP, Manesar, Gurgaon, Hry. against Invoice no.VSL16000155 dt.29.07.2016 & found some defects in the vehicle as per details below:-
                                1-Bluetooth connectivity problem
                                2-Driver side seat head rest problem
                                3-Head lamps viabrating
                                4-Glove box cover not working
                                5-Right side rear door handle broken from inside ( as informed me by work shop)
                                6-Noise in gear at the time of shifting of gear in slow speed
                                Visited in showroom of PLATINUM MOTOCORP Pvt Ltd, on 12.9.16 to resolve above complaints but when I received my vehicle after two days NO WORK has completed even I received in very bad & savy condition. To much dust & piece of papers inside the vehicle. The name of dealing persons is. Mr Hemant, Mr Sudhir, Mr Amit and I was told by all of them that they have completed all the works as per my requirement. Please take suitable action & resolve my above problem immediately at my doorstep because it is not possible for me to visit 80-90 km again & again. Also, I have purchased 4no. Alloy wheels for Rs.25, 160/- but they have given me receipt of Rs.24, 360/- and also not received my (RC) till date.

                                  I am Maruti user since long(Wagon-R &Zen Estillo).I recently got a Celerio VXI ; Beekay Siliguri 31st March.Since 1&half month having series of problems.Though based in Siliguri I need to drive in Darjeeling hills, but car has difficulty pulling up gradients even in1st gear.Motion is very jerky esp gear change. From 2nd Sept auto-emission light begins to blink when going uphill & goes off when car is stopped for sometime.Fuel refill does not register till after 1&half Km.Have taken for check but no definite diagnosis is given even using computer.I was told another Celerio having same problem& they have requisitioned a part.When inquired they are not able to tell me what part or fault with car& have only noted my complaint. It is hardly 5 months.Am called for 2nd free service 24th Sept .Is there no competent person to address the complaint with seriousness?I am very disappointed by the company response.Other Celerio also have complaint. Request redress.

                                    I went Alankar service center, boring road, patna with the complain that in my car we feel always smell of petrol and for window glass. service center advised to get car A.C.serviced and i followed on 29-6-16 (job card no JC[protected] but we get no relief .Again on complain he changed another part (JCN JC[protected] and window problem remained as such.

                                      Hello Sir,

                                      I had booked a Maruti Suzuki Ciaz from Spectra Motor Showroom in Borivali by paying a booking amount of Rs 50000.I was promised that the car will be delivered to us within one week of making the balance payment. The balance payment was done on 1st August 2016 and upon constant reminders and follow up the car was scheduled for pick up ie 26th August 2016 almost a month late after the payment. Upon taking the car from the showroom with the Maruti Suzuki driver, the car started producing problem in the left front tyre the minute it was out of showroom. Immediately a technician was called by the Maruti Suzuki driver and upon checking it was confirmed that the car was not in workable and deliverable situation.

                                      The car was taken back to the workshop. The Branch manager of Borivali branch showroom Mr Shakil Ahmed asssured us that the car will be repaired and given to us. After repairs and compliances, the car was delivered to us on 2nd September 2016. Not even a week into it, the car produced the same noise as it did on the first day. The technician named Mr.Haji Khan was called again from the Maruti Suzuki Showroom and he took the car back, accepting the defect on 7th September 2016. The car was attended to and returned back to our door step on 8th September 2016 by the same technician Mr. Haji khan who accepted that many Ciaz models were facing the same problem regarding the "bush". Assurance was given that the car was now completely ok and there won’t be any complaints for the same noise issue.

                                      Today again, on 13th September the issue does not seem to be resolved and the car continues to produce irregular noise. Its quite sad and appalling that the car is not checked thoroughly and delivered to us with utmost confidence and assurance.

                                      Being a customer to such a reputed company like Maruti, we do not expect this sort of customer service wherein the customer is running behind and following up with you on a continuous basis.

                                      After giving enough chance and waiting for proper solution, there seems to be no ear. This is really unacceptable and shocking. We buy a vehicle for convenience and certainly not to follow up for the defects on a constant basis. Excused once, but certainly not this time. We need an exchange for the vehicle, as no proper solution is attended too. Also, when a customer pays for a new car, we definitely deserve a car with our any defect and not a three time repaired car.

                                      I do hope that I have made myself clear about the seriousness of the situation and understand the gravity of my concern. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by this month, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the courts.

                                        We have purchased swift desire registration no. Mh04gd5089 last year. And in a year facing many times starting issues. Back glass door water leckage, breaking issue. Trice a time car taken in garage paramount authorised dealer at mira road thane 401107. But issue not yet resolved. Two times my deasel got removed from garage. And taken 20-25 days kept in garage for repair. But still problem not yet reolved. And difficult to manage this. I am disapponted after taken this car.
                                        Request you pls look on this issue. And resolved my case permanently.
