I have booked a Ciaz Automaitc Dignity brown from maruti on 10/Aug/2016 and I was told that you will get the car in a month, and after a month of booking and pass the delivery date they are telling me that maruti is not producing Dignity brown colour in Ciaz Zxi automatic and upon asking when it will be produced and delivered they don't have any timeline.

Also logged a complaint on [protected]@maruti.co.in but there is no response on the email too.

    Dear sir,

    I have given my car to servicing at GEM Motors on 10th july 2016.
    While giving the car for servicing I raised complains such as
    1) Brake failure
    2) Steering shaking
    3) Front wheel alignment.
    After the servicing was done its delivered car with test drive but noticed by me none of the above compliments are fixed. After couple of days I noticed above compliments are not rectified given for car services again for same issues finally they delivered car with same problems that causes today on 11 Sep 2016 I met with a major accident due to above complaints which were failed to identified root issues to fix of above issues during irresponsibility / ignores of car services, hence requesting you kindly attached all necessary pics in this complaint as attachments.

    Hence kindly do needful to me and please replace or rectify the car in good condition if not will proceed legally against to the company .

    Here I am Raj prakash pandey using Swift Dezire.I have purchased this vehicle on 27 Apr 2016 from Autopace agency phase- I Chandigarh During delivery Sales man Mr. Ajay Sharma told me that vehicle can't be delivered without availing extended warrranty and auto card, though I was not interested for these. Still I could not recd the auto card till date whenever I call Mr. Ajay sharma always he give me irresponsible reply.Here, I request you pls get my extented warranty and Auto card cancelled my money may be refunded.Not only the above said case, Also the vehicle delivered was manufactured in Jan 2016 Which was four month old .What is the rule and how old vehicle can be delivered as per the norms.pls do the needful.The dealing of above said agency and salesman is very-very poor.my ph no .[protected], [protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com

      This is to infrom you that when I recived the smart card I was fulfil your prosuger and sumit all docents with your form with singnature and handover in ocl maruti showroom in baguati in front of bigbazar kolkata.       You are requested to send my excise amount because I was already many problems face and I wait excise. Amount but today when I called in showroom then they asked to complain in customer care. My cab no is wb07j2384 .you are again request to send my excise amount as early as possible.or inform me. I am waiting to excise amount please send because when I recived smartcard I am given and fulfills so where is my default

        I bought the brand new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Vdi+ Variant from M/s Modern Automobiles, Sector 8, Panchkula on 07.09.2016 with VIN MA3FXEB1S00233781 Engine- Chasis no.[protected], 2016 Model.

        But the vehicle delivered to me is defective.

        As It has many problems with awful smells and fumes coming up (detected on 07.09.16 and confirmed on 07.09.16 and verified on 09.09.2016), noise coming from dual belt systems (09.09.2016), imperfection in the Suspension work some rods and bushes issues (09.09.2016), noise like that of air leakage coming from diesel tank detected as a fault in fuel pump (detected on 07.09.16 and confirmed and verified on 09.09.2016), AC stopped working twice in two days (09.09.16) and few noises from the engine/rims/bearing as well as. Reported all these issues to the service startion and they have asked me to bring the car to the service station to 10.09.2016 at 09:00 am that they will check the car and scan for defects in details. but my point of writing this mail is just to bring in your notice if I had purchased a new car then why these several issues are coming up as told to me that the car delivered to me has rolled out directly from the Traillor and delivered to me. But after encountering all these issues as mentioned above I am in a dilemma that if some another issue arises in further span of time than who will be responsible for the same as well as for the harassment I am suffering with.

        For the Issues of awful smells and fumes & of the noise of like that of some air leakage, I have reported to the company just after 25 minutes of delivery of the car and I was in panic and calmed with a assurance that its the smell coming from tyres & noise of like that of some air leakage is a genuine noise and will be as it is but when i checked in one of my frien's car there wasn''t any such noise in his vehicle.

        I would be looking forward for an immediate revert to my complaint as I am being harassed. I had paid full amount for a new vehicle but not for a repaired vehicle. So please replace the vehicle with a new one.

          I've booked Baleno about 5 months back. At the time of booking NEXA guys told us that you will get a car within 1 or 2 months max.

          After booking its been more than 5 months now not even a single update i got for NEXA which is not acceptable. Every time when i call them or visit they used to lie and start giving excuses. This is the worst customer service

          MARUTI IS LOSING THE REPO JUST BECAUSE OF NEXA.

          I NEED MY CAR BEFORE 15.

            Hi,

            This is to bring into your notice that my experience with Maruti is as bad as anything, something which is difficult to explain as you don't expect such a behavior and service from a reputed company like Maruti.

            I bought a new Maruti Swift Dzire few months back and i was promised that you will convert my vehicle into a commercial number and i did all the required formalities from my end but nothing was done from your end and eventually you informed that the process can't be completed due to some reasons.

            I still remained polite and said that i am happy with my car you now just convert it into a private number to this an executive replied that i need to pay RS 15000 more for the cancellation of my commercial vehicle request. Sorry but this is not done, I have already paid you the amount initially. Please throw some light on this issue as your customer care number is useless and the people working there doesn't want to solve any queries but harass people.

            Please resolve this issue in 24 hours else i will have to use social networking sites as a medium to tell the world how you guys are working

              Sir i have booked a maruthi alto 800 before a 25 days ago and i had paid the amount 325000 too through finance. I didnt get my vehicle delivered yet.After few more days i have to pay my 1st EMI too. Showroom executives says some excuses when i contact with them.the executive are very bad showroom did not have get my call
              I expect a warm comstomer relation from Maruthi

                Im upset with my 2nd Maruti car - Breeza LDI (o) which does not have rear head rest.Its a shame on the Brand to miss an important feature.It comes as default in all variants of cars with pretty much all brands.Now im helpless unless maruti comes with an alternative.This was never informed to me and i assume all the customers who bought this variant are suffering.UNHAPPY MARUTI CUSTOMER.Ill tweet this so others are safe.

                  I have Suzuki access 2012 model only 20000 km driven. The mechanic said that it's engine damage however every service of it on proper time than how ??

                  Then I said ok repair it I gave it to them on last Friday ( 2nd September ) but till now today 7th september it's not repaired them
                  One other machnic said that it's only take 3 to 4 hour I want to ask to you that it's a big mistake of life that I purchase it
                  From this platform I want to advice everyone that think twice before buy Suzuki access 125

                    I am the owner of maruthi swift dezire vxl model vide regn no TN72BB 5020. I am residing at tirunelveli town. Yesterday my son took the car for servicing at M/S Aadhi maruthi service station Karairuppu tirunelveli distt after receiving call from said servicing station. first they said in telephone bring approximately Rs. 1000/- after reaching there he enquired to carryout other checkups. my son denied due to insufficient funds, decided to come nextday. after that one of your staff took my car with high speed and park it outside the gate with applying sudden brake my son saw the tyre black marks were visible on mud path. And without telling anything he throw the car key to my son and whisked away from the spot. this is the way of behavior of your staffs at service station date 06/07/2016

                          I booked my car scross grey night grey clour 1.3cc zeta with navigation model in 17 July.My car dealer says with in 1 And a 1/2 month we delivered your car.But today is 6th September but no information about my car at that time.My dealer is Roorke nexa says due to shortage of scross in plant cause delay in delivery.But I contact in Delhi Akshardham nexa they are ready to deliver scross with in 25 days with signature on the paper.How it is possible in two dealer time duration.why my time is wasted .I am not satisfied with this stupid service.How two dealer statement is opposite.What is the duty of Maruti sale department.why dealers are not updated by sales department.How you fill my this wastege time.

                              Seems dealer has replaced my spare parts during service and within 20 days I am facing issues. I was charged 12000 Rs within 2 years of my car purchased. My current km driven is 25, 400 approx. Hope you take this at your end amicably and help me as a customer.

                              Also let me know why so high charges for service, when I have taken warranty and extended warranty. Surprisingly looks dealer is making money on your brand name.

                              Pls investigate from your side and then confirm !!!

                              Pls look to it as I can see your complaint i[censored]nanswered would create bad mind frame.

                                On dated 27 jan 2015 i purchased the new maruti ciaz vdi+ from the rohan motor branch bulandshahr. But after two week i had faced gear/cluch problem in my vehicle. I reported to my concern service centre i. E rohan motor bulandshahr, they look after the problem of my vehicle but after some time i had faced same problem again and again. Then i went to same agency as indicated above they had changed the cylinder to reactify the problem. After running 3000 km approx i have been facing the same problem. You are requested to take necessary action to reactify the problem as soon as possible. I am facing lot of problem due to this defect in vehicle. An early action is highly solicited please.

                                  My Self Jagtar Chatha & I buy swift VDI BS IV hatch back from KARNAL MOTORS PVT.LTD. Sector 2 Industrial area KURUKSHETRA in May 2014 & my car service history with karnal motors I never did service out side actually I live overcease AUSTRALIA(NRI) & after two year when I come back India two mont early then I drive my car Swift & I feel it's very noise when speed limit over 60 km/ph. Then I went to Karnal motors showroom & workshop & I done my car service on 19000 km & I met their service manager PARSHANT BHUTANI & told about my car noise problem & then he told me its car tyre problem & u need to change car tyre. I said ok but last one & half month I regularly going to karnal motors showroom & try to contact or meet with PARSHANT BHUTANI but he ignore me & my car fault last more then one & half month & today when I meet him then his behaveviour with me very rood he don't know what is the coustmer service & how talk with a client or customer he said me I will check again & resolve problem his answer not satisfied my car last two days in Karnal Motors Workshop & today I went & pick up my car back with a noise still same no solution by Mr. PARSHANT BHUTANI.
                                  Last two months he Harras me he don't know what a coustmer service I never experience like this I live overcease I run taxi company in Australia I have 30 cars in Australia but I never face like this coustmer service in Australia never ever. Even I have Skoda & Volkswagen car in India but they provide best coustmer service to his clients once hour year back I have problem in my Volkswagen car & when I went to Swami Automotive show room in karnal they provide best service & solution to my problem & change part under warranty that time Gourav Sharma service manager in Volkswagen but 1st time I buy swift VDI for local use small car & I face problem with Karnal Motors PVT.LTD. next time I will not going to shown room for car service because when they don't care of coustmer & not provide good service like PARSHANT BHUTANI manager their I don't want to meet again because he miss use his position & don't listen proper coustmer problem two time before I did call him am coming showroom because my car have problem but he never meet me when I call him he didn't pickup phone someone pickup & told me Parshamt in meeting he can't talk & he didn't call me back.My car is still under warranty with Maruti but they not giving me good solution for my problume.
                                  Please today am very Mentaly Harras by PARSHANT BHUTANI he talking with me very badly & I feel it's my mistake buy Maruti car from Maruti company.
                                  Please I need quick solution for this 24-48 hrs otherwise I will go to consumer court because last two months am stuck here in India because they not solve my car problume & my tickets delay I did extend my tickets.

                                      Dear maruti team, i purchased ciaz vxi+ on 12th july from vaise automobile, patna, bihar, during the payment process i paid some amount by cheque, some by loan.in final bill i paid 15000 more then the actual price. I asked for return at that time but they told me that it will be returned to u within week by cheque not by cash or u can buy some accessories, but i asked for money. They said ok sir it wl b return within week. But even after multiple reminder by my side, till now i couldn't get my due back. Kind take this matter seriously and di the needful other wise i don't have any options other there consumer form.
                                      Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I bought a new car on Aug 31st 2016 from Premsons maruti showroom which is at bariatu, Ranchi. The stepney tyre specification which has been given along with the car is not matching with the installed alloy wheel tyres .

                                      Stepney tyre specification : 165/60 R14
                                      Alloy tyre specification : 185/65 R 15

                                      Please take necessary action

                                        Dear sir,
                                        My self vikas padwal from virar mumbai,
                                        Have booked baleno delta variant petrol version on 15 july 2016, from your thane ghodbundar showroom,
                                        At that time the showroom executive mr. Shailendra datta assured me that the car will be dispatched and i would get the delivery by diwali, i had clearly kept the conditions if itsunami getting in diwali then only will book the car and it was agreed and assured by the nexa executive as well, hence i started the finance process from my home branch and got the loan sanctions but the showroom is saying that it may take 2 more months
                                        The sanction waiting period is only 45 days after that it will be disvalid and i'll have to reinvent the entire loan process
                                        My entire money is ready with me request you to please help me with the car delivery
