As I have mentioned this complaint before also, but as it was short enough I request you to go through it once again, I'm not satisfied with the services you provided, I have been to your workshop many a times but as I was unsatisfied with the service and the cost that you've charged was about 30% more then the estimated cost which you have already told me!
And also you took around 1 and half month to fix the problems as I had to face many problems because of it.
I regret my decision of taking service from your workshop, as it is such a bad experience.

Also, as I have given my car to dd Motors in peeragarhi I left my car over for around 2 months, they took 50 days to repair my car, as they've used defected quality items, i.e, rear bumper break down, and also have used some old and defected headlight instead insurance company has claimed for the new headlight then also they've used a defected headlight, I'm totally dissatisfied with the services you have provided.
Hence, kindly look into this matter immediately.

    Subject: complaint against dealer my car maruti swift dezire (Hr05an 1400) model 2014 in the name of mr. Vishal yadav, is under warranty but when i approach to service centre in karnak (Modern motors) they refused to give any warranty and asked us to pay the whole amount. Details of gm is a follows: gm - mr. D. P. Chopra chandigarh sr. Office mr. Gunjan malik please help in this metter as it is really embarrrassing situation where

    The car stopped all of a sudden. Then i took my car to maruti agency named cm auto sales pvt. Ltd, anandpur sahib. They kept my car over there and i came back as i have some urgency on that day and next day mr. Gurjeet singh who is work mamager there called me and said that your engine got seized. I asked to do repair as my car is under warranty but they refused to do it in warranty and told about my fault but sir not being mechanic how i come to know about it later it was founded out that engine is being seized due to internal fault of engine chamber. Moreover sir out side engine there was no leakage. When i talked to mr. Gunjan malik, senior manger of chandigarh & told all about this but surprisingly in place of helping me, he talked rudely to me. Then i decided to take back my car from there and then i approached to modern motors, karnal and they also repeated same line & refused to repair it under warranty as he told that we can't give you warranty for this matter and you have to bear the expense of 1 lac rupees for repair otherwise you can take your car back and get it repair from outside. To your kind notice, sir
    All services of my car had been done at there centre and now they are not cooperating me at any level. There is no fault from my side so please help me in this matter. Otherwise it's i have search other alternative. So humble request to take needful steps.

      Dear Maruti team, it very dissatisfactory and painful experience for me when a faulty Swift LXI delivered to me. I bought it on 5th. August 2016 from Anand Motors Lucknow with lot of joy and excitement as it was my first ever car earned. On 7th August, all the excitement gone suddenly when I came to know that there is a fault in the gear box and it'll be replaced even without driving a kilometre. Although, I was not ready to take repaired car when I paid for a new one. They requested saying no fault will occur again. But it was just a false commitment as they knew it was a faulty car. After 10-15 days again a sound of vibration noticed when we drove, informed to the service workshop at the time of first service. As per the service person, the AC compressor has a fault and it'll be replaced now. Even before a month of purchase and driven just 346 km, how can a new car has so many faults. Dear team, it is my hard earned money I'll not let it go. Request you to please replace my car with the new and ok one else I'll go upto ANY EXTENT to take my money back.         I have purchased my suziki gixxer bike from Aryan auto agencies private limited, Domalur, Bangalore on 1st January 2016 its been only 8 months since i purchased my bike . it had lot of problems there is no pick up at all it seems suzuki cheated me by selling damaged bike (i think), head light is not working, break is also not comfortable thats making me unfortable while driving the bike. last week i have given my bike for servicing(3 rd time) and complained about all my problems. the show room guys just did water servicing and gave it me 3 times they done the same thing. just for water servicing they charged me (~3000 for 3 times). please help on my concern like whom i need to contact etc... what could be the solution please help me..

          Regret to inform that within just 5 years, the ECM is now showing malfunctioning. Regent Autolinks says that I have to pay about 17K for ECM now.

          Really, it is failed vehicle which has been sold to me. Earlier AC equipment got failed, temporarily repaired, problem returned agains and now ECM. Can Maruti engine how a customer is suffering? These parts are core parts of your vehicle and for that Maruti should take responsibility to resolve.

          It is also a similar case of cheating like VW did globally.

          I am not sure, what I will do with my next vehicle purchase but one thing is sure that Maruti vehicle is out of questions.

          I would humbly request you to raise this issue to top level. Alternatively, I am also filing case in consumer court within next 2-3 days.

          You claim vehicle life of 15 years minimum but vital parts are getting failed even within 2 years??

          One of the Ghaziabad dealer workshop is saying that there is defect in A/C assembly kit and entire kit need to be replaced which will cost approx Rs. 23000+ labour charges.

          Dear Sir,
          I Gunjita Kumar owner of SX4 ZDi model 2011 No- UP14BM4323 has given this car to Regent Ghaziabad for Accidental repairing on Saturday 19th Jan 2013.
          The approach of Body Shop Manager/ Staff is so casual, I could not understand what they do, what they check and who have trained them to do so. Simply they give more/only focus to make the car cosmetically correct and no attention OR zero attention on mechanical damage if any.
          Customer is not supposed to be mechanical engineer neither he/she is supposed to know the entire engineering.
          When my car was handed over today in the evening to me, I thought of getting the wheel aligned, treys rotated and wheel balancing at my own cost and also at third party facility which is TYRE ZONE ( a facility set up by MRF, next to HYUNAI show room ) close to Regent Motors. You will be surprised to know that when car was taken for alignment on the platform at TYRE ZONE, - their engineer refused to do the alignment by saying that your rear right tyre is not at the proper place and LOOKES tilted inside. Please show it to company's showroom only. Then quickly I rush the car within 5 minutes to Regent again at reported them at 5:55pm today and ask them about the entire story. They said that now your car has been shown out today, we can't take it back and you have to come on Sunday the 27th January as tomorrow is holiday on account of republic day. I said, if I take this out today, might be you will refuse to attend on Sunday under the same claim file which has been open and close for repairing. They said- it will not be considered by insurance company. I said how you know that once you have not raised, discussed, shown to insurance advisor as the damage is the result of accident only? They refused to take the vehicle and finally I took my car back to my home. I also observed that the painting work is also not uniform and has wide shade variation from original color that what they have done it on bumpers which has been replaced / repaired.
          It is shame for me and for Maruti both to have such ignorant supply chain stakeholders.
          I don't know to whom I should right and what will be the impact of my letter but my wish to get a sincere written apology from the Showroom Manager and also Maruti should attend this case sincerely and compensate all my financial and time losses. I don't understand how the trust will be rebuilt but this will certainly make sense to Maruti to improve it's deteriorating services day by day.
          Another complaint:
          RUSTING ON NICKEL PLATED CAP ON seat Adjustment LEVER of DIVER SEAT: Since it's purchase, this problem was there and reported to Regent many times. Initially they ignored. But after three services and repeated reporting of such problem, they realize to attend it but took further three months to accept it by saying that they will verify the same after seeing another vehicle SX4 ZDi or ZXi. After three months, they accepted that this is a fault and prevalent in every car of this make/model. Then they said- OK, we will replace it and writing it to Maruti for pieces replacement. It took then further three months to respond back that this is practically not possible from Maruti to do replacement of this part and finally it will be manually painted and for that I have to leave the car for one complete day as they need to open the entire seat assembly for painting that rusted part.
          Now the point of attention is here: After this accident, when I gave my car for almost 7 days for repairing, I requested them to complete this rust removal assignment also. Now I was behind them everyday. Finally today they surrendered and said that it can't be even painted and now only solution is to replace the entire seat under warranty. How funny and irresponsible your supply chain is?. They are simply replacing the entire seat just for the sake of repairing the part or removing rust by doing paint coating of a nickel plated cap?
          I request Maruti to investigate the case and not just forward the case to them to discuss with me and request for closure.
          Being a Maruti costumer from past 10 years I was having a faith which is now all shattered as I feel that Maruti is fluttering on its sales figures of May 2010 and are now least concern on costumer relationship and satisfaction. Expecting an explanation and a spontaneous & strict action against the defaulters.

            Hi,
            My Name is ALPESH JAIN .

            I booked Vitara Brezza RED color at dealer
            KTS MUMBAI . Looks like they are internally assigning vehicle to other who booked after me as many of my close people has got the delivery but i am still waiting for it . I want to know the process...Its almost 6 months, i was told 1.5 months delivery (I booked on March 9th). but still dint get vehicle. have made few complaints to maruti customer car but they discard the complaints without settling, i don't know how serious are they to settle issues. i have mailed them also and also sent them on twitter.
            Please urgently suggest.

              This is LATHA.P. My car num is TN55AP2955.I had met with an accident at 1st JULY 2016.we got back after serviced from PLA MOTORS, Theera nagar, TRICHY branch at 15 of JULY 2016.After getting back from service they fail to attach REVERSE SENSOR.I requested them almost more than 20 times., they are not responding properly.so i had a complaint over them.Plz do the needful as soon as possible.

                My vehicle was under warranty/Free service but yet when I visit the service center in Ajmer to get it services, they are telling me that they have replaced some fake part and making me pay for it, I completely disagree with them because I barely use this scooter and parts they are claiming that they've replaced were working absolutely fine, before submitting it to the service center, probably they might have replaced some other parts as well and the service of this AJMER Suzuki service center is pathetic. they are least bothered, no matter whatever customer is complaining about and react very rude.

                I am regretting the decision of buying this Suzuki scooter in the first place. if I would've known that this kind of service they will be catering. I should've never purchased it.
                In jamnagar service center in under ground parking area. So denger to go and return. No sufficiant space and may be illeagal. No compter network at service center.

                  Worst customer care experience - My car had an accident and I submitted the car to S. K. Wheels Turbhe for repair work. Here is what happened -

                  1) Accident happened at 7.15 am on 11/08/16. Brought the car to S. K. Wheels by 7.30 am. The damage was serious and I was disturbed as this was my first major accident.

                  2) The advisor was there at the shop at 8.00 am (He later told me that he did a 8-5 shift). However, he attended me at around 8.30pm. He was pleasantly talking to me at the start.

                  3) Later, he asked me to submit a couple of document. One of the document was a customer satisfaction voucher (by Insurance Provider). I reasoned that this document should be taken after my damages are repaired. I was told that this document was necessary to process cashless claim. I again asked that then there should be a application form for cashless claim. I was arrogantly told that there is no such document. This is only one. I did not agree to sign such a document before I see my damages fixed. This is when the advisor became arrogant telling me that the claim will then be processed 2-3 days after my car is ready. I requested him to talk to me properly and understand the reason I was not ready to sign such a document and asked why should I wait for more 2 days even after my car is ready. He did not answer me convincingly and kept arguing. Nevertheless, I submitted the car without signing the customer satisfaction voucher and left.

                  3) Once I was home, I called the advisor's manager. I asked him the same reason and also asked him to let me know why his advisors are so impolite. I was stunned when he also started arrogantly arguing with me and started proving how advisor's behaviour was correct and his demand not unreasonable. I hung up. I then had a set of smses exchanged with him as well where I instructed him about his incorrect arrongant behaviour. He now called me and argued furiously yelling at me Just because I had written such a sms. I advised him to be polite to customer and teach the same to his subordinates. But, I did not see a change in his behavior. He told me to come to office and submit the customer satisfaction voucher citing the same reason as his advisor. I denied and disconnected the call.

                  4) Days passed - I was told that I would receive my car latest by 31/08/2016. However, I was never told about any progress on the car in this waiting period - not even what work was approved by the insurance company and what would be the cost beared by me. I just received a message from the insurance company citing the total cost which I shared with the manager asking him to let me know some status. He replied with a brief message on phone but nor did the advisor neither did his manager called me. Knowing the advisor's arrogant nature, I did not want to talk to him. Hence, when a sales executive called me, I had a discussion with the customer support initiated and enquired about the car. This is when I received some information on the car.

                  5) A long ago dent was discussed when I submitted my car for damage repair. I was told that it would not be covered by the insurance. However, I still asked the advisor to remove the dent for me. On the day he asked me to come to check the car, I enquired about whether the dent was removed. He said no. I reasoned why did he not remove the dent and why did he not call me even once to discuss the progress of the car damages. He was again arrogantly replying all nonsense reasons. I asked him to remove the dent which extended the period of delivery of my car by 2 days.

                  6) When I finally came to inspect my car (after the dent was removed), he was on the epitome of arrogancy when he asked me to abide the time of 8-5 (his duty time). I told me I have already adjusted my duty time and came to garage by 6pm not attending one of my important meeting and why could he not adjust for a customer. He again started arrogantly reasoning with me that he cannot do so for anyone. However, after a lot of commotion, he came and showed me the vehicle. He then asked me to submit the customer satisfaction voucher which I signed and gave him. He then told me to come the next day to pick up the vehicle (I wondered that he had said at the start that after customer satisfaction voucher is submitted, it would take 2-3 days while now he is making the car ready in just half a day).

                  7) As I was going to go to office the next day, I asked him to contact me the next day so that I can tell him to either drop the car to my home or whether I am coming to pick up. The next morning I could not go to office and then planned to pick up the car by myself. The advisor called me and said that he shall be sending the car over to my home. I said I will bepicking it up myself. He became arrogant again telling me that now sending the car over to my home cannot be cancelled. I do not understand why even before he could try, he was arrogantly trying to push his decisions over me. I denied and said I am coming over to pick up my car.

                  8) When I came to pick up my car, I saw that there was indicator light not working. We highlighted to the advisor who did a small fix by opening the bonnet. However, once home, the indicator issue is still persisting. I am also experiencing other electricity failure issues like my door, though physically closed properly, gives me indication that they are not starting the in-vehicle lights again and again and my car taking time starting. I am also experiencing my door and gears unusually stiff. I am lost how do I get this resolved with such an arrogant advisor and his manager.

                  I have experience very bad behaviour before but this from S. K. Wheels and Maruti personnels is just pathetic. I am sure what I will do when I shall buy next car or give a car for service to this service station. I request Maruti (if they care for their customer) to change the customer service experience by initiating the belief in their advisors that customer come to buy car more for a best customer service than for just car alone.

                  The complaint is still not resolved. I am amazed that the Maruti does not care. There are multiple failures in the electricity in the car and I have being highlighting but no-one responsible person is contacting me. The junior staff just hears the complaint and sits on them for multiple days. Is this the Maruti I took the vehicle from. No action from their end for taking action against S. K. Wheels and their staff. I am astonished about the customer care from Maruti. Very Pathetic indeed.

                        My above mentioned car regd. Under dl 8cad 0682 was bought my me in may 2013. Till now i have driven only 17880 km. There are numerous complaints in the car and the same were brought in the notice of saya automobiles ltd. G.T. Karnal road, azadpur, delhi. Your regd. Dealer.

                        Complaints are hereunder:

                        1. Break issue.

                        2. Gear lever slips itself.

                        1. I have brought the complaints in the notice of the dealer and for your information i have taken the extended warranty for the period of 4 years and they have charged me for break check and clean. When i have taken extended warranty then there is no question of charging for the break check. The break lever gets hard and the break does not apply and it is a very serious matter. I am not at all satisfied with the kind of work that has been done by your dealer. I need the company to check the breaks at the company workshop by your qualified engineers. If necessary, it should be replaced.

                        2. The gear lever shift itself to neutral while driving, this complaint was also brought to the notice of your dealer but they have not attended to my complaint.

                        Rather they had made the hefty bill of rs. 13, 138.00.It seems the company is just for grabbing/ making hefty bills.

                        Since i have taken the extended warranty for 4 years and had paid for the same so why should i be charged for the check up for the parts which comes under the extended warranty.

                        The car is driven just 17880 kms till now and we are facing such major problems.

                        Either you take immediate action or i have to report the matter to top level and to the concern judiciary.

                          I have visited nexa showroom at greater kailash rana motors and nexa claims to give premium services but my miney 50, 000 cash was stolen from my mothers bag. And i am very sure that its the case of robbery .
                          So, please take action and try to find out my money through cctv or any medium.
                          If the action is not taken i have to lodge an FIR for strict actions .

                            We are from puttur travelled 90km to give our swift vdi service. But the service done by cars india redhills is pathetic.
                            They didnt rearrange the bolts of engine oil properly so oil started leaking. And changed our tyres too to old used ones.
                            We have to go back again 90km to recheck and they put the bolts which are taken from other car came there for servicing. Customers trust the authorised service centres even they are doing this type of stealing from loyal customers
                            Its not good in their part. Have to take a relevant action on them
                            How can one go again and again for 90km for simple mistakes and they cover the mistakes by arranging the lost parts from other car which are given to them for servicing

                              Last year i buy Alto K10 VXI from SAI service Trichur Kerala, 2 service was done and they take signature from me, the last week i try to start my car but car is not starting then our self i check, I FOUND BATTERY NO HAVE THE WATER, i dont understand which type of service this peoples are doing ?, they Chang my new battery and fix any old one battery ? how i can believe his service more ? the service only for the formality ? they should need to change the battery and fix new battery in his cost and responsibility.

                                Maine maruti suzuki nexa baleno future auto dehradun se 9 june 2016 ko car purchase ki thi. Jiska temporary registration future nexa car pvt ltd ne karwa ke dena tha. Mujhe apni car dehradun uttrakhand se saharanpur uttar pardesh lekar aani thi. Company ne meri car ka temporary registration 18 june ko dehradun rto me apply kiya. Jo 20 june so 19 july tak valid tha. Maine 18 july ko saharanpur rto me documents deposit karwa diye. Rto ne mere se car price 585519 ka 8%tax+ 4685 rs late fees charge karke car registered ki. Future nexa car dehradun ke owner and mahraj mohan, rahul gulati, ajay sharma ki wajah se mujhe 4685 rs ka late fees deni padi.

                                    My name is adv. Darshan anant kulkarni and i am your customer since november 2015 as i have purchased maruti ertiga top end model from shaan cars pvt. Ltd. I met with an accident in the month of march 2016. So, i claimed for insurance in the month of march 2016 as i have been told by the concerned workshop authority of shaan cars that your vehicle is new one and it will take time to arrive your new parts so after the arrivals of the parts finally my vehicle got done and fully repaired by the concerned staff member and as my vehicle was new my right side outer mirror also got damaged by the accident the concerned ovrm was of non movable from the inside buttons so they gave me the non electronically movable ovrm i. E. Right side outer mirror so i made complaint for that and the concerned workshop authority told me that we have made order for the new one and it will arrived after the one week with the ordered parts from us i said “ok, i will wait for the arrival.” so the part arrived and as per the telephonic talk with the workshop staff authority they have told me after the 20 days of my repair that your part is arrived. But i was not in the city i told the concerned workshop staff member he told me that as and when you will arrive please visit to the workshop. My part was arrived in the end of the month of may 2016 and i visited the workshop in the first week of june 2016 i told by the concerned staff member that i replace your part to the another customer and he told me that i will again make the same order to maruti, dehli authority and you will get it after one week but after this i made calls and my part of right side outer mirror is still awaited.

                                    My question is that i paid the accident amount and my part is delivered to someone else, is that a promising service?

                                    As i have paid the accident bill on 26th april, 2016 and took the delivery of my vehicle on the same day though my car was damaged outside but the concerned repairing persons damaged my car from inside they touch their messy hands to my car fabric and interior. And put some grace on the cars fabric interior parts as i have made complained for the same they told me that we have no cleaning measures so do the cleaning from some other private cleaner.

                                    My question is that i have paid full accident amount and i get the car dirty from inside, is that a fair servicing?

                                    When i met with the accident my right side tire also got burst in the accident and your maruti insurance company gave a new tire of goodyear but the same we not good enough to run on the road that got punchier due to bad quality of tire.
                                    As there is another complaint that your shaan cars delivered me the fake goodyear tire because if the tire is new one it will damaged after a year or after 10000 km but the concerned maruti insurance gave me the fake tire.

                                    My question is that if i am your consumer and if i am getting the bad quality tire then how can i and the people of india can trust the brand name of yours this brand is since 25 to 30 years old so the question arose that the brand name is fake or the dealers of maruti is not good enough to maintain the brand name?

                                    Finally i am asking you that when my part will arrive, my interior will be cleaned and will my tire will be changed. If these three complaints will not be done in 15 days then i will issue a notice to you and your dealer after this. And you and your dealer will be wholly and solely liable for the damages that i am suffering since 26th april 2016. And it is also to be noted that if the action is not done in this 15 days period this will cost you and your dealer a serious damages for my metal harassment too. Awaiting for your quick response and action too.

                                      I purchased my ciaz zxi (regn no. mh-12 lp-6013) from my car pvt. ltd, wakad, pune in jan 2015, and have been very happy with the car and with your sales team, as well as with your service team during the first 3 free servicings i've undertaken at the same place.

                                      However, i am writing this email with respect to a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience today (28 aug 16) with the 4th service (paid) of my ciaz zxi done today at mycar maruti service centre at wakad, pune (jc[protected]. when i collected my car after servicing and brought it home at around 5:30 pm in the evening, i realised that front two cabin lights (on top of the driver and navigator) were not working when the car doors were opened, or engine shut off, or car unlocked, though the lights were working when switched on individually. i immediately called up and spoke to the service advisor, who said that he will revert back in 5 mins, but he didn't. i called him up after 45 mins, and he again said that he will get back in 5 mins, which he didn't. i called him again after 30 mins, but he was totally unresponsive and said that... we'll see... come tomorrow. i told him that though my residence is in pune, i come to pune only on sundays / holidays as i am posted and working in lonavla, and will be leaving tomorrow early morning at 7:00 am and return only next sunday. to this, he gave a very disgusted reply that... ok... then we'll see next sunday. i then called up my car service centre and requested to speak to the works manager, but someone else spoke to me and said that he will see. but till now i haven't got any response from my car.

                                      I am highly disappointed with this unprofessional and casual approach of my car, which is totally against the fine work ethos and principles of my car and maruti suzuki. my lights continue to remain non-operational...

                                      I request my car and maruti suzuki to please resolve this issue when i come back to pune next sunday 04 sep 2016, by sending an electrician to my house and not asking me to visit the workshop.

                                        I purchased my suzuki gixxer on 13 Feb, 2016 and on 23rd July, 2016 my bike got stolen. I purchased the bike for around 1lakh, 5 thousand but these people insured me for just 64thousand . I think that the suzuki dealers have cheated me. I am very unpleased with the insurance.
                                        The company dealers have cheated by making the insurance of very less value. Please suggest me something to get the remaining money back.
