My above mentioned car regd. Under dl 8cad 0682 was bought my me in may 2013. Till now i have driven only 17880 km. There are numerous complaints in the car and the same were brought in the notice of saya automobiles ltd. G.T. Karnal road, azadpur, delhi. Your regd. Dealer.

Complaints are hereunder:

1. Break issue.

2. Gear lever slips itself.

1. I have brought the complaints in the notice of the dealer and for your information i have taken the extended warranty for the period of 4 years and they have charged me for break check and clean. When i have taken extended warranty then there is no question of charging for the break check. The break lever gets hard and the break does not apply and it is a very serious matter. I am not at all satisfied with the kind of work that has been done by your dealer. I need the company to check the breaks at the company workshop by your qualified engineers. If necessary, it should be replaced.

2. The gear lever shift itself to neutral while driving, this complaint was also brought to the notice of your dealer but they have not attended to my complaint.

Rather they had made the hefty bill of rs. 13, 138.00.It seems the company is just for grabbing/ making hefty bills.

Since i have taken the extended warranty for 4 years and had paid for the same so why should i be charged for the check up for the parts which comes under the extended warranty.

The car is driven just 17880 kms till now and we are facing such major problems.

Either you take immediate action or i have to report the matter to top level and to the concern judiciary.

    I have visited nexa showroom at greater kailash rana motors and nexa claims to give premium services but my miney 50, 000 cash was stolen from my mothers bag. And i am very sure that its the case of robbery .
    So, please take action and try to find out my money through cctv or any medium.
    If the action is not taken i have to lodge an FIR for strict actions .

      We are from puttur travelled 90km to give our swift vdi service. But the service done by cars india redhills is pathetic.
      They didnt rearrange the bolts of engine oil properly so oil started leaking. And changed our tyres too to old used ones.
      We have to go back again 90km to recheck and they put the bolts which are taken from other car came there for servicing. Customers trust the authorised service centres even they are doing this type of stealing from loyal customers
      Its not good in their part. Have to take a relevant action on them
      How can one go again and again for 90km for simple mistakes and they cover the mistakes by arranging the lost parts from other car which are given to them for servicing

        Last year i buy Alto K10 VXI from SAI service Trichur Kerala, 2 service was done and they take signature from me, the last week i try to start my car but car is not starting then our self i check, I FOUND BATTERY NO HAVE THE WATER, i dont understand which type of service this peoples are doing ?, they Chang my new battery and fix any old one battery ? how i can believe his service more ? the service only for the formality ? they should need to change the battery and fix new battery in his cost and responsibility.

          Maine maruti suzuki nexa baleno future auto dehradun se 9 june 2016 ko car purchase ki thi. Jiska temporary registration future nexa car pvt ltd ne karwa ke dena tha. Mujhe apni car dehradun uttrakhand se saharanpur uttar pardesh lekar aani thi. Company ne meri car ka temporary registration 18 june ko dehradun rto me apply kiya. Jo 20 june so 19 july tak valid tha. Maine 18 july ko saharanpur rto me documents deposit karwa diye. Rto ne mere se car price 585519 ka 8%tax+ 4685 rs late fees charge karke car registered ki. Future nexa car dehradun ke owner and mahraj mohan, rahul gulati, ajay sharma ki wajah se mujhe 4685 rs ka late fees deni padi.
          Mai company se legal me notice bejh raha hu.

            Dear maruti this is second time within a year... I am very disappointing with maruti as i have not getting my choice of car.

            Earlier i was want to red celeriyo which was not available for a month and i have to convince my self and go for gray.

            Again i wand to purchase swift vxi red. Result same not available.

            Again i convalesced my self and go for gray, however now gray color also not available in mp zone.

            Can you help me out... I have to perches the car before 3rd of sep.

              Sir,

              My name is adv. Darshan anant kulkarni and i am your customer since november 2015 as i have purchased maruti ertiga top end model from shaan cars pvt. Ltd. I met with an accident in the month of march 2016. So, i claimed for insurance in the month of march 2016 as i have been told by the concerned workshop authority of shaan cars that your vehicle is new one and it will take time to arrive your new parts so after the arrivals of the parts finally my vehicle got done and fully repaired by the concerned staff member and as my vehicle was new my right side outer mirror also got damaged by the accident the concerned ovrm was of non movable from the inside buttons so they gave me the non electronically movable ovrm i. E. Right side outer mirror so i made complaint for that and the concerned workshop authority told me that we have made order for the new one and it will arrived after the one week with the ordered parts from us i said “ok, i will wait for the arrival.” so the part arrived and as per the telephonic talk with the workshop staff authority they have told me after the 20 days of my repair that your part is arrived. But i was not in the city i told the concerned workshop staff member he told me that as and when you will arrive please visit to the workshop. My part was arrived in the end of the month of may 2016 and i visited the workshop in the first week of june 2016 i told by the concerned staff member that i replace your part to the another customer and he told me that i will again make the same order to maruti, dehli authority and you will get it after one week but after this i made calls and my part of right side outer mirror is still awaited.

              My question is that i paid the accident amount and my part is delivered to someone else, is that a promising service?

              As i have paid the accident bill on 26th april, 2016 and took the delivery of my vehicle on the same day though my car was damaged outside but the concerned repairing persons damaged my car from inside they touch their messy hands to my car fabric and interior. And put some grace on the cars fabric interior parts as i have made complained for the same they told me that we have no cleaning measures so do the cleaning from some other private cleaner.

              My question is that i have paid full accident amount and i get the car dirty from inside, is that a fair servicing?

              When i met with the accident my right side tire also got burst in the accident and your maruti insurance company gave a new tire of goodyear but the same we not good enough to run on the road that got punchier due to bad quality of tire.
              As there is another complaint that your shaan cars delivered me the fake goodyear tire because if the tire is new one it will damaged after a year or after 10000 km but the concerned maruti insurance gave me the fake tire.

              My question is that if i am your consumer and if i am getting the bad quality tire then how can i and the people of india can trust the brand name of yours this brand is since 25 to 30 years old so the question arose that the brand name is fake or the dealers of maruti is not good enough to maintain the brand name?

              Finally i am asking you that when my part will arrive, my interior will be cleaned and will my tire will be changed. If these three complaints will not be done in 15 days then i will issue a notice to you and your dealer after this. And you and your dealer will be wholly and solely liable for the damages that i am suffering since 26th april 2016. And it is also to be noted that if the action is not done in this 15 days period this will cost you and your dealer a serious damages for my metal harassment too. Awaiting for your quick response and action too.

                Dear sir,

                I purchased my ciaz zxi (regn no. mh-12 lp-6013) from my car pvt. ltd, wakad, pune in jan 2015, and have been very happy with the car and with your sales team, as well as with your service team during the first 3 free servicings i've undertaken at the same place.

                However, i am writing this email with respect to a very unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience today (28 aug 16) with the 4th service (paid) of my ciaz zxi done today at mycar maruti service centre at wakad, pune (jc[protected]. when i collected my car after servicing and brought it home at around 5:30 pm in the evening, i realised that front two cabin lights (on top of the driver and navigator) were not working when the car doors were opened, or engine shut off, or car unlocked, though the lights were working when switched on individually. i immediately called up and spoke to the service advisor, who said that he will revert back in 5 mins, but he didn't. i called him up after 45 mins, and he again said that he will get back in 5 mins, which he didn't. i called him again after 30 mins, but he was totally unresponsive and said that... we'll see... come tomorrow. i told him that though my residence is in pune, i come to pune only on sundays / holidays as i am posted and working in lonavla, and will be leaving tomorrow early morning at 7:00 am and return only next sunday. to this, he gave a very disgusted reply that... ok... then we'll see next sunday. i then called up my car service centre and requested to speak to the works manager, but someone else spoke to me and said that he will see. but till now i haven't got any response from my car.

                I am highly disappointed with this unprofessional and casual approach of my car, which is totally against the fine work ethos and principles of my car and maruti suzuki. my lights continue to remain non-operational...

                I request my car and maruti suzuki to please resolve this issue when i come back to pune next sunday 04 sep 2016, by sending an electrician to my house and not asking me to visit the workshop.

                  I purchased my suzuki gixxer on 13 Feb, 2016 and on 23rd July, 2016 my bike got stolen. I purchased the bike for around 1lakh, 5 thousand but these people insured me for just 64thousand . I think that the suzuki dealers have cheated me. I am very unpleased with the insurance.
                  The company dealers have cheated by making the insurance of very less value. Please suggest me something to get the remaining money back.

                    So, in end week of July 16 I meet manger of showroom regarding delivery of my booked vehicle, he tells me that my waiting number is 6 and I will get delivery of my vehicle approx end of August 16, & I will be informed as soon as vehicle is dispatched from Gurgao (factory) On Saturday 20th August 16 I get a call from Sales Executive Biswajit Behera that my vehicle is dispatched and do the payment, so I go to showroom to find exact amount and RTGS Details, that time manger tells me that his Executive has done mistake by informing me and my waiting no is 4 and I won't get delivery

                    So sir your Dealer has played with my EMOTIONS And PATIENCE and I got some questions in mind

                    In month August only 2 Vehicle where dispatched from factory

                    Can your manager tell me how many vehicle were delivered in month of August 16 and show me there booking forms

                    Can a professional company make such a big miscommunication

                    Or I should think that vehicle are not delivered according to waiting list number

                    Please go through this issue

                        I have purchased Maruti Brezza RTO registration number MH-49-AE-0597 in the month of April 2016. On[protected] during travelling from Umrer to Nagpur. My car one of the rear tyre got burst automatically on the Tar road which is in good condition. On that date my car was travelled only 2, 400 km. I have given the tyre to the Maruti dealer Seva Automotive, Amravati road, Nagpur. Then I have received the message form the Service Engineer Mr. Subhash of Seva Automotive that " Please collect your MRF tyre 205-60-R-16 from us within 7 days as it has been rejected by MRF service engineer on 22-08.2016."

                        I request you to do the third party inspection of the defective MRF tyre from the Government accredited organisation. Also I request you to kindly replace the tyre and issue a new one, else I will go to consumer court for justice.

                        I booked Ciaz ZDI+ RS (Black Color) on July 7th. I was promised that I'll get it in 4-6 weeks time and now they are saying it will be another 4-6 weeks.
                        I have purchased breeza around 2month back. Last 20days back the car did not started, the service person told that it is battery problem, after 3days they gave the car, but now again the same problem. Today my car did not started. I have given the car to the showroom.Plesa help me .

                          I owned a maruti suzuki CIAZ ZDI purchased in Feb-2015, which was met with an accident where the bumper was detached and lost.The vehicle was handed over to JYOTE MOTORS Ltd, Bhubaneswar on 22.07.2016 and approve by the INSURANCE Company for full repair. Today is 26.08.2016.

                          I am working now as the principal of a reputed Engineering College and my work place is 25 kilometers from Bhubaneswar City. After the vehicle was handed over no specific information is provided as on today as to when the vehicle will be handed over. For coming to and going from my work place I am hiring an OLA Taxi spending lot of money which is totally a heavy financial burden on me. If I purchased a higher model vehicle with the hope that good after sales service will be be available, then I am totally disappointed.
                          I need a reply in this regard

                            I made a car booking of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza at Competent Motors dealership at Connaught Place on 12th June 2016 after I was convinced by a high ranking official at Maruti Suzuki- Gurgaon Plant as he is a good known and recommended that if I book a car at competent motors I was to get the delivery soon. Before this I had purchased Maruti Suzuki cars from Rohan Motors, Pasco and Rana Motors and that too in last 1 year the experience I had was amazing everything was done over phone margin money and booking charges were collected at doorstep and I made a single visit to the dealership’s that too on the delivery date.

                            This time I booked the car in name of Kabeer Karnani, my younger brother on 12th June 2016 as me and my brother kept calling the Showroom for someone to come and pick up the booking amount no one turned up so finally on a Sunday me and my brother decided to personally visit the showroom and submit the booking amount the staff was not welcoming enough and was talking in slang language but anyways I ignored it asked about the booking amount the sales man said Sir its 25000 I said do u accept payment by card he said no only cash payment accepted for booking I went to a nearby ATM and withdrawed the money came back to the payment window the cashier sitting there said sir booking amount is 21000 not 25000 I ignored his mistake of telling the wrong amount as I thought this is a human error and not a problem anyways and paid the booking amount of 21000 and left.
                            We used to call the dealership once a month and ask the status finally the 2nd month I called the sales man phone number was coming switched off kept trying for 2-3 Days then finally thought to call the landline number came to know that the guy has left the job then they said they will call back in sometime and let us know the status but till after 3-4 days there was no call from dealership we decided to call again to remind finally the guy again said that they will call and let us know the status but this time he called back and said it will take around 30 days more, we were fine with it as we expected 3-4 Months waiting time in next 2 days we got a call from the dealership to tell us that the vehicle was ready and we can get the delivery in next 3-4 Days and they called us to get the loan documentation done and document submission, we visited the dealership on 14th August 2016 to submit all documents and ID proofs after that again silence on Monday 22nd August I got a message from HDFC bank that the loan is approved and ready to be dispersed, that is when I called the dealership again to ask if it was done the guy said he will call back and confirm, I got a call back after 3-4 Hours and told me to pay the remaining amount after that they will start working on the case I asked him the balance amount and he told me he will call back and confirm in next 5 minutes but no call back from him. The next morning I called the guy back to enquire about the amount again this time he again said he will call back in sometime and confirm but this time he did call back but only after 3-4 hours after I put him multiple text message to confirm me the amount finally Tuesday was getting over and my time to make a bank transfer was also over so I decided I will collect cash from family and friends and pay in cash so that the process can be speeded up, by the time I could collect all the money it was 4 PM I started driving to the dealership from Gurgaon it was bad traffic I decided to call him to ask till what time they are open he asked why I said I am coming to make the balance payment and asked him if I make the payment today when is the earliest I can get the delivery of the car he said sir when the cheque clears I said I am paying in cash to avoid any delays he told me to wait till he confirms from his senior management if they can accept cash or not I put my car on side and waited for his call back 10 mins passed by I called again and asked him did you confirm he said sir I will call back in sometime as I am busy I told him I am sitting in the middle of road and need to know if I can come or I need to turn around again after waiting 10 mins a expected no call back from his side I called him back again then is when he confirmed to me sir we need RTGS or NEFT I told him to message me the details so I can get this done 1st thing in the morning so entire Tuesday gone for a toss, I made the payment through NEFT 1st thing in the morning and went to pay the remaining amount by cash to the dealership 1st thing he charged me Rs 5000 more of which no receipt was given to me on asking he said these are Temporary number charges of which no receipt is provided I found it awkward but any ways not a big amount for me so I paid it then the insurance was coming out to be Rs 4000 more than what I was getting from a reputed company though an agent to what they were offering I called up my agent to come to the dealership and do the insurance there and then, they made my agent wait for hours before they could provide engine no and chasis number to my agent for getting the insurance cover note and that was finally provided at night by the time my Agent could not do anything the next afternoon my Agent provided the insurance cover note but by that time the dealership told me Temporary number could not be provided as Authority is closed by now and 25th August would be Govt holiday so vehicle can be only delivered on 26th August, I was fine with it .

                            On 25th Morning I got a call from the dealership asking for my ID proof as car was in my brothers name and I paid the amount from my account I sent the ID proof and called them back to confirm that is when I asked the guy that am I getting the car tomorrow i.e. 26th August 2016 he said it might take 3-4 Days more and he will let me know when it is done I asked him but on 24th when I went to make the payment they confirmed that vehicle can be picked up on 26th August 2016, Then is when the main Irony started that shocked me and made me realise never to visit Competent motors again in life and to tell the people around me never to go there again as they will make your life hell
                            He said “ Sir Sarson ki kheti kar rahe hain kya jo tel nikala aur de diya yahan toh aise hi chalta hai gadi leni hai lo nahi leni toh jake tel lo”
                            These words made me loose my temper and I told him that will some there and set him right, He said “ Jahan aana hai aaja ab teri gadi gayi tel lene main dekhta hun tujhe gadi kaise milti hai” I decided to drive down again I reached the Dealership after an hour and asked for the guy at the gate as soon as the guy saw me he came to me as if he would hit me and that is when his seniors came in between and stopped him and sent him downstairs. They apologised and said they will try to provide the car today i.e. 26th August 2016.
                            But this thing has left me so much disheartened that I have personally decided never to buy a Maruti car again if this was the customer experience they have to offer to customers.

                            Also whenever I have bought the car from Maruti other dealerships they pass on some minimum dealer discount to the customer also give you some freebies like God Idol, Mud Flaps, foot mats and Car perfume with a box of sweets and a flower bouquet when I asked them do they provide all this they said no this chargeable I asked how much they said amount Rs 7500 – 8000, I am really shocked by this experience and rude behaviour towards customers either Maruti is not able to take the success on a positive note and work towards making the customer experience a good one or they are not conducting proper Audits at dealerships to ensure that quality are they offering to customers in terms of service.
                            But after this I wish I could get my money back and cancel the booking, as I would be happy to buy some other brand vehicle as the market is flooded with lot of options as I am seriously concerned about the after sales support they will offer after going thought the mental harassment that I have gone through this time.

                            Kindly look into it and let me know if I can get my money back I would be happy to go away and would also tell people around me not to buy Maruti Vehicle to make your guys work load less and finally you guys can focus on Customer service and Customer Experience.

                              I am badrishchhabra from dehradun. i booked one celerio zxi from d. d. motors dehradun by giving them a cheque of rs 3.21lac on 24 aug 2016 at 4 pm in exchange for my old maruti car alto k10 lxi subjected to choice of my colour. today on 25 aug around 10.30 i went to their yard (it is on record) and found colour not suitable for me. so i called executive sales that i dont want car pls give my cheque back to me and i am coming to your show room.
                              On the way to showroom i visted another showroom future automobiles. i found my colour there and future auto promise me to give a celerio zxi. after reciveing cheque from d. d. motors i went to future automobile. they simply refuse to give me a car as mr. yougesh gupta asm maruti instructed them to do so. you can view his call records. i am feeling stuck between two dealers and asm mr yogesh gupta.
                              I had planned to buy a car other then maruti. loyaltee of last 23 years by maruti suzuki is shamefull... as per maths one and one is two but in sales and marketing one plus one is called eleven.in this tuff scenario if company is not worried about loosing loyal coustmers then future of maruti suzuki is???

                                Sir,
                                I am using dzire vdi 2014.its gear box noice so much which is very irritating.i make checked my car from max auto sangrur .they changed its fifth gear .but they failed to solve the problem of noice.after this i visit max auto once again but again they didnt solve my problem.i requested them a lots time for the solution bt i could not get a positive feedback.and my problem is not yet solve.now one of their employee suggest me that its gear box' s cover need to change .my car is under warranty.
                                I am totly upset from gear box noice and max auto's service .
                                I want solution of my this problem.its requested to u to please take initiative to solve my problem.

                                    Dear maruti team,

                                    We purchase two nos. New maruti wagon-r in july-16. Just three – four days before one vehicle block is burst at night. Reason i don’t know because at this time this vehicle in maruti workshop.

                                    But when maruti workshop engineer open the front bonut & remove the air filter, then it’s old more than 3 years ago (Make june, 2013, photo no 1 attached). I am surprised & shock with this seen how can it possible that maruti use more than 3 years old product in own vehicle at the time of manufacturing. Then we can check our second car for the same part, then we can again shock. This car air filter also fitted make 2 years old (Make june, 2014, photo no, 2 attached)

                                    Please told to us how can maruti challenge that we are not captured and use two or three days old inventory. Because as per my knowledge maruti can’t taken any part of stock in own campus older than 2 or 3 days from any supplier. Please explain

                                      I have Purchased top Variant of Wagon-R VXi, bearing Regn No. DL4C AV 8792, the Stereo attached started malfunctioning from the first day of the purchase as :

                                      1. Its function button of the system pops out when we are driving the car,
                                      2. The FM Frequency also do not turn up every time
                                      3. It does not respond to the PEN DRIVE every time


                                      It was reported immediately, but was answered that it will be rectified at my residence only but nobody turned up. On every service the same was reported but nothing fell on the deaf ears. Now 1 Year have passed, on my threat that I will move to consumer court, Mr. Sandeep Service Adviser Mobile No. [protected] from DD Motors. took my vehicle and returned back after few hours reporting that the button is broken and needs replacement costing around 4000 on my pocket with no fault of mine. Please look into matter and do the needful

                                        This is outrageous. I have been following up with your team personally on the coupons which were promised to be delivered to me within 3 to 4 days from when the policy was dispatched. Its been more than 15 days and there is no follow up from your team. I keep calling and your executive aarti soni just gives false assurance and standard script that the coupons are yet to be signed by the manager.

                                        Oh come on, where in the world is your manager sitting who is unable to sign these documents. I want to know the exact day by when the coupons will be delivered to me.

                                        I don't mind taking this to the next level if my complaint is left unattended by your department.
