Me Akash N working in Syndicate Bank had booked a CIAZ vehicle in your KALYANI Motors showroom in Bangalore.Without receiving the documents and even without my consent the loan was released and your people dint even know that the loan was released.Later after I did cancellation the loan was not cancelled and for that I had to serve 16830/-RS as charges for no payment of loan in SBI banagirinagar branch. Worst customer service this is..25 times I have visited the Showroom but nothing has happened. Ur so called CGM(Shetty) doesn't even know what is the issue and says he can't do anything.While we were spking he just got up and walked. Ur Finance manager (Cahrles) speaks at his high voice as though he is doing some favour.The problem with ur team which had taken this up and made me pay charges. I want atleast you to take a call on this or else we will start a campaign against your kalyani motors across bangalore.I want this issue to be resolved immediately.First go through the problem and then see what is my mistake in that.Being an Indian brand this was not expected of you.I mean this and I want the resolution immediately.Ur CGM no : [protected]

    Dear Sir,

    Your authorised dealer M/S Motor Magic Auto Zone situated at 4/29A site 4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, (Near pacific mall) Sahibabad, U.P. are selling a discount coupon card @ 1000/- each. In this card the card dealer is providing some coupons just as free service, free AC checkup etc etc. I purchased 2 cards for my two swift VDI cars for Rs 1000/- each. Now when I went to the workshop to avail discount coupons and asked them for rough estimate, they added the price of ‘synthetic engine oil’ instead of ‘normal engine oil’, which is already[protected] costly in comparison to ‘normal engine oil’. I request them to use ‘normal engine oil’, but they said that ‘normal engine oil’ is not permitted by Maruti Suzuki as of now, and we only use ‘synthetic engine oils’. I said that recently my car was serviced at another authorised Maruti service centre, and they use 'normal engine oil'. But they refused to use 'normal engine oil'. I asked them that what is the use of this discount card if you are already charging[protected] Rs extra in the name of synthetic oil, only just to make fool of the customers ?

    I don’t expect such fraud practices from the dealers of Maruti Suzuki and urge Maruti Suzuki to stop its dealers from doing such malpractices which are against the ethics of fair business. I also request Maruti Suzuki to instruct the dealer to refund the amount of Rs 2000/-, which I paid against two cards.

      Car still not delivered after allotment letter

      My booking number is 6207/sob no. 1600062. I booked a Vitae brezza Ldi on 2 may 2016 and I received a letter from dealer ( Libra AutoCAD company limited) on 9 August 2016. Now I am visiting agency daily but they are not delivering me the car. I am very greased so please take genuine step....

      The seva automotive private limited, nagpur delivered me a alto 800 car with its initial odometer reading noticed been 266 kms. It's a second hand/used car delivered to me, against the price paid for the new brand car, demanded/requested. The dealer promised me, to pay the compensation towards but hasn't fulfilled the same, despite a year period is been passed, by now. Maruti suzuki india is requested herewith to please take serious note of it and intervene into the matter, in order, the due justice gets delivered to me, against the injustice/harassment/humiliation being posed by the dealer, till date. Most prompt action from your side, is highly solicited.

      The car owner signature over the RC for the same car, was noticed forged by the SEVA Automotive Private Limited, NAGPUR. The same is already been complained with the RTO NAGPUR, though, the dealer tried a lot to pursue me, to take back my complaint registered so.

        I have made a booking for maruti vitara brezza ldi (O) on the 26/04/2016 from sidhi vinayak vehicles pvt ltd, bahadurgarh, haryana.

        I was promised by the dealer that i will get the car within 2 months and i had made a booking amount of 21000 rs.

        This is so frustrating that even after my constant follow up i am not getting any proper response as in when will i receive my car.

        I have been getting offers from the competition like hyundai creta and i am forced to make up my mind now and move to the competition.

        This is really very disappointing from a brand such as maruti suzuki although i have been using maruti car myself for the last 5 years.

          I purchased wagon r vide invoice no. Vsl16000840 from mandovi motors basaveswaranagar in this month. Karnataka govt is charging life time road tax @14.43% of amount shown in invoice. At the time of regn at rto, dealer declared ex show room price ie rs 499449 where as amount in invoice is rs 467949 (After company discount of rs 30000& corporate discount of rs 1500). Invoice is not generated at the time of registration in rto. I noticed that all maruti dealers are doing this mistake. Because of this, i paid rs 4547 extra as road tax.
          Can you instruct all your dealers to generate invoice while going for registration at rto & declare the same for calculation of road tax. Now a days, registration is done online in some rtos.in such case, invoice amount to be mentioned in the online entries (Not ex show room price)

            Dear sir/madam
            I dr gaurav sirohi have a swift dezire model in the name of my father shri jaipal singh with regestration no-up21bd7548. I always use to service my car on time at m/s akanksha automobiles gajraula u. P. Before six month i had make a complaint about my car there were some problem in my car regarding wobbling in the speed between 25 kmps to 40 kmps. Firstly service center staff denied about the problem. They said there is no such type of problem in your car. But when i regularly face same problem then they said there may be some problem in your car's axel. I said please change it. They changed my left side front axel. But problem were same. When i make complained again they change right side axel of my car. But problem were same. Then there were some technical team came to check my car from maruti suzuki company. They also said this problem will be definitely in the diesel version. But when i said there are three more same cars in my family there is no such type problem in these cars. Then they said ok we will workout on this problem. Please give us time for one month. But there is no response from maruti suzuki. Then i called tsm. They called me for checkup my car. There were a mechanic in akanksha automobile with the name of jahangeer. When he take test drive of my car then he find out there is some problem in tyres. When he checked tyres physically. All four tyres were damaged. After listen this me were totally disappointed with the service of akanksha automobile as well as maruti suzuki's services. Because there is no proper diagnosis criteria to check the vehicle. Because the take 5-6 moths to diagnose the problem.
            Now i totally disappointed after listen this. After they made a latter for tyre (Mrf) company. Firstly tyre vendor denied to change the tyre. But when i make request then they said ok you should go to the head office of mrf. I knw now you will say this is not our responsibility. You should go to the related vendor. But i am very disappointed after this. Now i am thinking to sale out my car or go to the court.
            One more thing when i discus with tsm to short out my car's problem he said its your problem you should go to the vendor. I said sir - can i make a mail to the company it may be helpful to resolve my problem. Then he said mail come to me and nobody can help you, i am the only person who can help you. If you will make a mail to the maruti it will come to me only. What is this???
            Can any responsible person from whole company take responsibility to shortout my problem.
            After it i will never go for any complained/service to the authorized service center. I will use local mechanic otherwise you should change my all four tyres. Because this is the manufacturing defect. And i have to use 8-10 time to go to the service center for only single same problem.
            What about my important time which i waste for a single problem.
            What about my mental harassment.
            Maruti gives me defected car.
            I don't want to spent a single rupee for the same.

              The service that was given to me on the pretext of free servicing was not at all satisfactory. The bill that was handed over amounted to rs 5710/- (On 23/07/2016). At the time of the delivery, it was found that the inside of the car was not cleaned. Only when i brought this to their notice, they told me that the vacuum cleaner was not working for which they were unable to clean the inside of the car. Upon this they issued me a note that i can bring my car for a free service on my next visit. When i enquired about the free service, they declined my request and has been dodging since then.

                Hi,

                I happen to purchase new vehicle ertiga zdi plus shvs from kalayani motors, banargatta, bangalore a week back, to my surprise, the vehicle start making noise after 300km like old van and also when speed exceeds between 60-80 kms. The same noise, can be felt within inside too, its very annoying and disappointed and felt shocking to learn that, how can a new vehicle, mal function within a week. I wanted to escalate this, please do help me in this regard

                  Already sent mail but no response from Maruti, regarding clutch from day one I'm facing problem but every time your person do clutch setting but problem not resolved now I send for same to Harekrishna they are charging me for same, if I facing problem from day one then why should I pay for it it is manufacturing defect .

                  I don't have any option now I have to pay charges for same if you will reambars same it will helpful for me .

                    I purchase maruti suzuki wagonr in the year april, 2014 from amar car vadodara. Since then regularly given for service and every time lodge complaint for poor performance of air condition system. Every time filter were replaced but not able to resolve the rout cause. Presently car is given for service and for air condition problem. Now they suggest to fill up refrigerant with chargeable. This indicates that till date they were avoiding the issue and kill time so that warranty period is expired. This is not healthy customer service offered by maruti. It may please be noted that this is my third maruti car. Peoples are purchasing maruti considering good performance and trouble free car.

                      I purchased a maruti wagon r, from maruti dealer m/s indus motors from kalamassery on 04.07.2016., with chasis no. Ma3ewdeis00a73618 and engine no. 4828691.

                      The issue: the dealer is not willing to give proper invoice matching with the quotation.

                      I need the invoice which shows the ex showroom price as rs 455345/-, without showing discount to settle my loan amount from my financer. As per the quotation given to me and further submitted to my finance department for vehicle loan, the dealer has not shown any discount in show room price, but shown discount of rs 15000/- after adding insurance fee and registration charges. So i applied for vehicle loan for the showroom price. The financer will not give discount amount, insurance fee and registration charges. As there was no discount shown in show room price, loan for rs 455345/- has been sanctioned. But for making the loan settlement the financer is refusing to accept the invoice, in which a discount of rs 27510/- has been shown from the ex show room price.

                      Hence i requested the dealer m/s indus motors at kalamassery to issue an invoice matching with the quotation. But the dealer is not responding in a favourable manner.
                      Futher, the dealer has given me two types of invoices with different amounts, one for submitting to the rto and the other to keep with the customer.

                      I am sending the quotation and copy of the two invoices with different amount for the same vehicle.

                      I wonder how a registered maruti dealer can generate two invoices of different amount for the same vehicle., but denying to issue an invoice matching with the quotation.

                      Hence i request to issue me an ivoice matching with the quotation issued to me.

                      Please consider to issue the invoice showing ex show room price as rs. 455345/- with proper break up but without showing discount.

                        We have purchase the maruti suzuki celerio amt zxi opt bearing registration number mh01ch2845 delivered to us on 17th aug 2016 as against committed delivery date of 5th july 2016 from spectra motors mumbai goregoan. While delivery we have observe paint peel off on bonnet and inform to sudesh and deepak of spectra motors mumbai but till today they have not shown any courtesy to call back for correction. I am trying to reach sudesh since last two days on phone but not responding the phone calls.

                        We are being cheated by spectra motor/maruti by giving false information while purchase of vehicle on features and conveniently deleted four features from zxi amt option like fog lamp, alloy wheel, seat height adj and security. These features were clearly briefed to us and then demonstrated on zxi demo car while purchase and also shared with product leaflet. After 20 days they come up with new product leaflet by deleting above features. The sales team were promising to cover loss and delivered the vehicle with color peel off. It seems maruti and spectra motor are making fake commitments to customer to make sale numbers and cheating customer.

                        I am loyal customer of maruti vehicles and already purchase models 800, waganr, sx4 and ertiga in last 15 years most of the time from vittese and issue found. I am extremely dissatisfied with spectra motors during this sale.

                            I wish to purchase a swift LXI (Optional) - Patrol variant Car immediately. However from the website I find that the company offers general discount of Rs.20, 000/- on such model/variant. In market at Jaipur all the three authorized dealers viz. Vipul Motors, K P Automotives and Prem motors offering a general discount of Rs.10, 000/-, thus keeping 10, 000/- as extra profit in their pocket. Please therefore clarify the position the exact amount of general discount offered by the company on above varient. Also please let me know corporate discount allowed by the company.

                            I am writing regularly since last about 10 days, but not getting proper reply from the company. In case the company is not interested in sell of the cars, I will shift to other products viz. Hyndai, Honda or else.

                              I gave my car to the banikeit branch of maruti for the service and repair . My car was not even attended for 1 weak . When i came back to take away my car the car was standing on the same spot it was not even opened for that day.The head made execuse that there was no driver to take it to the workshop.I contacted the workshop they said the car was not even informed to them for the repair

                                To utilise free coupon for washing and gerenal check up i left my alto lx car at one up motors, channilal chauraha, mandir marg, lucknow, on 7\8\16. It was said that 25% clutch plate is gone and the rest is ok. On next morning i found thatull refund clutch system has noticeably deteriorated and coolant has leaked out. Again the car was left on 9\8\16.in the evening i was surprised to to hear that complete radiator is to be replaced to check leakage. Such type of repairs is beyond any body, s expectation.
                                Resolution — full refund of cost and labour of radiator.

                                  I bought a ciaz vxi+ 2 weeks back from mandovi motors yelahanka and have a problem with the steering wheel. It does not come back to the normal position ones you turn. The a/c vent on the left side was broken, there's also a sound that comes from the front suspension everytime it is driven on a uneven surface. The other main issue was the right side back door was repainted before it was delivered to me and there is a obvious color change that can be easily recognizable.

                                  My car has been serviced from maruri suzuki servicecenter and after service when i checked my car coolant it is at low level and engine oil is not changed and one of the power window switch is not working and driver side window's locks are open from inside. This is the pathetic service I ever experienced.
                                  We are also having the same problem with the steering. It does not self-center. This is a fault with the Maruti Ciaz. Ideally they should recall all the cars and fix this problem. If they do not do that, we should take up the issue in consumer court.

                                    I am writing this after a lot of inconvenience from suzuki motors. Jsr suzuki workshop located in karol bagh. The staff present there don't know their duty. Generally when a vehicle is brought in an expection is done on it. However there was nothing done, i needed to get a part replaced and get the servicing done.
                                    Forget replacing the part they even lost the key to my vehicle. I had to go all the way from noida to karol bagh to give them a key. Moreover the vehicle was in a perfect working condition before going to the workshop and since it has come back, a lot of problems have come up in the vehicle. It doesn't run which seems to me like a major problem and that too just for changing the oil.

                                      I have recent purchased the new baleno in Jan and have been facing many technical problems and after visiting to the service centers they are not ready to resolve my problem . The biggest problem with my vehicle is the average part it gives an average of 9 kmpl which is disturbing me a lot there are many other faults like voice in breaks and many other the driving has become verry difficult please resolve my problem as soon as possible and take action at the earliest . the car has been purchased from krish automobiles pitampura .
