I gave my car to the banikeit branch of maruti for the service and repair . My car was not even attended for 1 weak . When i came back to take away my car the car was standing on the same spot it was not even opened for that day.The head made execuse that there was no driver to take it to the workshop.I contacted the workshop they said the car was not even informed to them for the repair

    To utilise free coupon for washing and gerenal check up i left my alto lx car at one up motors, channilal chauraha, mandir marg, lucknow, on 7816. It was said that 25% clutch plate is gone and the rest is ok. On next morning i found thatull refund clutch system has noticeably deteriorated and coolant has leaked out. Again the car was left on 9816.in the evening i was surprised to to hear that complete radiator is to be replaced to check leakage. Such type of repairs is beyond any body, s expectation.
    Resolution — full refund of cost and labour of radiator.

      I bought a ciaz vxi+ 2 weeks back from mandovi motors yelahanka and have a problem with the steering wheel. It does not come back to the normal position ones you turn. The a/c vent on the left side was broken, there's also a sound that comes from the front suspension everytime it is driven on a uneven surface. The other main issue was the right side back door was repainted before it was delivered to me and there is a obvious color change that can be easily recognizable.

      My car has been serviced from maruri suzuki servicecenter and after service when i checked my car coolant it is at low level and engine oil is not changed and one of the power window switch is not working and driver side window's locks are open from inside. This is the pathetic service I ever experienced.
      We are also having the same problem with the steering. It does not self-center. This is a fault with the Maruti Ciaz. Ideally they should recall all the cars and fix this problem. If they do not do that, we should take up the issue in consumer court.

        I am writing this after a lot of inconvenience from suzuki motors. Jsr suzuki workshop located in karol bagh. The staff present there don't know their duty. Generally when a vehicle is brought in an expection is done on it. However there was nothing done, i needed to get a part replaced and get the servicing done.
        Forget replacing the part they even lost the key to my vehicle. I had to go all the way from noida to karol bagh to give them a key. Moreover the vehicle was in a perfect working condition before going to the workshop and since it has come back, a lot of problems have come up in the vehicle. It doesn't run which seems to me like a major problem and that too just for changing the oil.
        I have sent them a complaint on the website but it seems as if the company doesn't care.

          I have recent purchased the new baleno in Jan and have been facing many technical problems and after visiting to the service centers they are not ready to resolve my problem . The biggest problem with my vehicle is the average part it gives an average of 9 kmpl which is disturbing me a lot there are many other faults like voice in breaks and many other the driving has become verry difficult please resolve my problem as soon as possible and take action at the earliest . the car has been purchased from krish automobiles pitampura .

              It is very difficult to drive at night and monsoon weather for vapour problem outside wind shield.ac or heater cannot correct it. I think it is manufacturing defect. I drove many cars with ac but did not got this kind of problem. I tried side screen down, heater on with wind shield mode but nor worked.
              What should i do, can anyone help?

              I am also suffering with same problem with my new swift vxi Reg no. PY01CL 0470 which was purchased in Oct 15 from Atul Motors pvt ltd Jamnagar. I complained to my nearest Bimal maruti workshop but they had no solution other than to change the windshield and finally it was changed under my insurance cover. But problem is more severe with new windshield and night driving is just like a suicidal for me and my family. I discussed with some of my friends who own a car but yes this problem is only with new Maruti branded cars only.                 I have SX4 which is always got service at Naraina Delhi service station. In last service I complained about Ac and Wiper blades in May 2016. Both issues were not resolved and now when I again gave my car for servicing. Service Manager is informed me that the they need to open the dash board to service the AC and even some of the condenser are also blocked. Total charges for AC repair is now more than RS 8000/-. Since my car have same problem again and again how would you charge me. It's a Maruti responsibility to take care of issues. Or else please suggest us the right service center who gives a genuine estimate not like the way I am getting shocks

                  Sir,
                  i had booked a maruti k10 on 12/6/2016 with KVR AUTOCARS, Perinthalmanna, Kerala. There was inordinate delay of two months for delivery folowing which I had put a query,
                  ( Case Number[protected] Title-Sales Complaint Region-South ) and I was assured of delivery in 15 days. One week back the dealers asked for Rs 100, 000 to block the car in my name which I paid by cheque, but no receipt was given. Now the KVR AUTOCARS have informed me that the vehicle has been shipped and reached Bangalore, but i should pay full amount, then only it will be sent to my dealers in Kerala. Sir this is my third vehicle and I never faced this kind of procedures when I bought my previous two vehicles. I wanted to know if this is the standard procedure for buying vehicles and if it is possible to change my dealers.

                    Sir i m using this car(swift dzire vxi reg. No -up14bh8599) from last 5-6 years.from last 1-1.5 months i am facing a problem ie whenever the weather is rainy or cloudy i face problem in my windshield.i switch on the ac blower for the windshield to clean but then too the fog on the windshield dont clear.the visibility is totally lost while driving the car.earlier i never faced this problem.during this period when i face this problem i have to continuously use the wiper in the interval of 2secs in order to remove the fog or watever u can say which is making the windshield opaque.it is very uncomfortable to drive.i have also changed the wiper blades from the maruti authorized service centre then also the problem persists.i showed the car at motorcraft vaishali sahibabad Ghaziabad service centre from where i purchased the car, there they are saying tht there is no problm in the car and the problem is due to the weather change.and the problem starts whenver there is rain or whn there had been rain but earlier never i faced this problm.i m not getting any solution from your service centre.please check and try to solve the problm as soon as possble because in these rainy days i am nt able to drive due to loss of visibility.i hope i get a proper solution from your side. I have attached the images of the problem please have a look at it.u can imagine hw difficult it will be to drive in such a situation

                      I booked vitara brezza zdi+ (d) on dated 19/04/2016 with recipt no 1913 of rupees 21, 000/- to comet motors my booking date is 21/04/2016 &booking sob no.16000017. now on dated 09/08/2016 i recived a greeting latter from your dealer that alloted vitara brezza against my booking. my complaint is that your dealer is forced me to take extended warranty (optional) of rs 14037/- is compulsary and you have to pay othervise i can't diliver vitara brezza to you. as per my knowledge & order booking latter & quatation given by dealer on dated 09/08/2016, it is optional but dealer forced me & said it is compulsary not optional. now i want to know why it should be written optional. so i don't want to pay this extended warranty (optional) amount of rs 14037/-. please inform your dealer n make correction n give me justice. thanks. reply as soon as possible.

                        I purchased a Vehicle Maruti ECO on 08.04.2016 from your Authorized dealer i.e.f M/s DINCO 4 WHEELS LLP, Rewari. I have found some major defect in both front tyres. I have visited and informed three times in the office of the Dealer. The dealer has also informed to the tyre company M/s BRIDGESTONE for the solution but no response has been taken from tyre Company. The other details of the Vehicle is as follows:

                          I, sujon pal have purchased a maruti wagnor vxi on 31/3/2014 from premier car wrold pvt. ltd. fan belt of my car had tear off during returning home towards kolkata on 12/08/2016 at 8.30 pm approach to vidyasaragar setu and the car stop functioning. i had call your 24 hours on road service number[protected] at 9.05 pm. the customer care executive provided me a phone number [protected]. i had made a call which is not in service. again i had made a call on[protected], your 24 hours road service executive provided me a phone number [protected] of mr. pappu jadav of dewar's garriage taratala office at 9.11 pm. i have made a telephonic contact with mr. pappu jadav at 9.13 pm and told my car problem and given him my car details/specification and assured me to come my place within 40 minutes to fit the fan belt. he had come with his colleague with a maruti 800 white colour service car and reached around 10.10 pm. he admit a few steps to fit with a own fan belt but failed and left us on the road side at 10.20 pm by saying i have no more fan belt of your car engine size. i am surprised that after giving all details of car specification, he had come without proper size of fan belt which is a minimum work.
                          Is this your so called 24 hours road service provided by company? or careless attitude leave people road side at night.
                          This is horrible and painful that i am a customer of maruti suzuki india ltd.

                              After giving vehicle for servicing at right time after that also below problems occur, Heating problem on back side tire
                              Head light not work in right angle
                              Vehicle's steerining is not in proper alignment.
                              Exilater is sticking/jam.
                              In running condition vehicle's engine stopped at any time.
                              Horn is not working.
                              There is a problem of sound at the time of break to vehicle.
                              These problems are in vehicle continue till now from the date after one month of purchasing it.i.e[protected] purchasing date).

                              After servicing by service center of this vehicle steering there is problem of steering is as it is.
                              We have also complain to customer care of it but we are not getting satisfied response till now & also from both service center, Surat & kosamba
                              Now we are thinking that we become fool by this centers or this vehicle company.

                              Last service date: Approximately 10 to14 days of today's date.

                              So what we can do after this all ways we are tried and not get any final result.

                              What u can suggest us u can solve it or we have go in customer court.

                              We are now fedup from this all.

                                I have a Ritz Vxi car. REG NO KL 69 7820. 2015 model.Chassis no 527486. I gave my car to Indus motors Kattappana for service on 01/08/2016. When i gave them my car have 16 litre petrol. When i get it back it only have a low level petrol. i lost 12 litre petrol. When i complained to them they give only 5 litre i lost 7 litre of petrol. I gave my car to Indus motor service executive Mr.SAHIL LATHEEF. He didn't give enough care to my car.CAN YOU TAKE ANY ACTION AGANIST THEM?

                                  Maruti suzuki alto 800, was picked by the hare krishna maruti service center at nahur, they met with small accident, in which our car was damage on july 25th for which they were forcing us to clam the insurance, we have not done so because it was their fault. Now they are not returning the car.
                                  When we gave them the car, it was in good position, the service people met with a accident, where the bonate cover, lights and other part of car was totally damage, all this part should be newly fitted but the people are just trying to repair it, which is wrong.

                                  Hare krishna phone no. Is[protected], one service center is at nahur and other is at thane.
                                  We want a good engineer from maruti to inspect the car and need all new parts to be installed, instead of just repairing it.

                                    I have given my car to your dealer m/s magic auto pvt. ltd situated at sector 24' dwarka new delhi-110078 for servicing. they have picked up my car from my residence at 11 am on 09.08.2016. at 2 pm they told me that there are some parts to be changed and expenditure of which will be rs.15000/-approx. i told him to go ahead. now today evening they told me that total bill will be rs.34000/-approx.. i told him to give some some discount. he has agreed for giving 15% discount on labour charges i. e 15% of rs.11000/-and you have to collect vehicle from service centre. i told them that i can not come as i come from my office at 8 pm and leave for office at 8.30 am. mr. naveen kumar, manager is refusing for delivery of vehicle at residence i. e in sector 12, dwarka and saying that i will get you check old parts. i said your bill is sufficient as it is showing that following parts has been changed in the vehicle. i dont need to check at your service station. he is refusing delivery of vehicle at my residence. kindly get my car delivered at my residence before 8.30 am or after 7.30 pm as i am not able to come at service station at 9 a. m. kindly get my car delivered at my residence am am ready to apy the bill. it is very rude and poor customer service if i dont get delivery of vehicle even after spending 340000/-for servicing. pl look into the matter and resolve by tommorrow evening,

                                      My vehicle no dl9cag9666 got starting trouble and i approached maruti online service at [protected] having complaint no 1018263 dt. 10/08/2016. The technician came to my house where my vehicle was parked and got it started and accordingly was paid rs 505 as charges vide slip no 1233 dt.10/08/2016 of m/s galaxy automobiles, tilak nagar who was assigned the job by m/s maruti online. The vehicle was kept stationed at the same spot. Today, when i started the vehicle, it got started but on my dashboard "malfunction" icon was constantly displayed. I immediately switched off my vehicle and contacted the maruti online service and complained about the malfunction icon displaying at my dashboard. To my horror i was asked to pay again for the problem that occured due to the negligence of the technician. I had to take leave form my office. I was asked to bring the vehicle at the service centre. Can i run the vehicle when malfunction sign is visible at my dashboard. The mileage shown on the receipt is 33616 and the same reading is there, as i complaint. I am stuck up because of the negligence of the reputed online service rendered by maruti. Whom you could trust. My details are avinash vasisht, m-154, vikas puri, new delhi-110018. Mob no.                                         This massage has been received just now where as I have hand over my old cars registration paper and Rs.4000/- (paid by the buyer of my car)on dated 16/06/2016 till not get back.Yesterday a call received from Premsons motor Ranchi that your paper is not submitted for name transfer yet if you wish your documents along with money paid will be return to you.After expiry of 57 days they tell such things.
                                        It is requested to take n/a in the matter.
