Above mentioned vehicle was purchased from maruti authorised dealer T.R Sawhney Motors Pvt Ltd ( Lajpat nagar ) on 16/11/2015.
I also buy 4th year extended warranty and also done return to invoice insurance of my car with maruti insurance due to good faith in maruti.
My IDV value was shown in insurance cover note was- 6, 60, 000/-.
As my vehicle was theft and i want to settle down my claim the insurance company was not coorporate with me.
They say that invoice value was lower than your IDV value and we settle your claim at 95percent of invoice value.
They also said that talk to maruti company fir this.

Kindly help me out and give me the favorable answer.
I would be very thankfull to you.

    I had purchased a new Maruti Swift car from Indus Ernakulam ( MG Road ) & my temporary registration no is KL07 BY 9497 which is valid upto[protected]
    I had approached the RTO office Kottarakkara on[protected] & subsequently for my permanent registration & unfortunately it was not yet registered due to the above said error in the system. This has been communicated to the Key Persons in the Indus Kottarakkar & Ernakulam ( The actual dealer ) but still there was no any improvement in the matter. The temporary registration is valid upto[protected] & I hereby request a rectification at the earliest

      Myself dr anuj kumar, i brought a wagnor car engine no.- k10bn4736981
      Reg. No - hr 26 cm 4863
      I got this car in march 2015 from rana motors pvt. Ltd, iffco chowk, gurgaon haryana 122002, when i brought this car they said everything vl be covered in your insurance it is zero dep and u don't have to pay for anything accept file charges and we trusted him
      In march 2016 i renewed my insurance and again they said sir everything is covered in insurance
      28 july 2016 i had accident in which my car hit from front and back and due to bad weather my engine chocked due to rainey water on road.
      Then i call kumar automobiles to take my car to service station those guys are so comparative

      Sir my family love ur cars and performance. But when i claimed for insurance. Policy no[protected] of iffko tokio company, now everything changed they said your engine is not covered in this and there is different policy for that and i called every higher authority of this company they said it's dealers fault who sold this car to you
      Even my body parts are covered in my insurance and still i m bagging to them to change it, insurance guy mr. Vikas pri is who only work when i call the company guy

      They want me to bagged for my things but sir what is my fault i paid my insurance without saying a word.
      Maruti suzuki has bond with this iffco tokio and you sold this nonsense insurance to me with your car
      Please sir take some serious action against it because i paid for everything which required and still i m in trouble because you choose this useless insurance company

        I was given a quote of wagon r after which i gave a token amount and file was sent for processing for loan.. Post loan approval i got a call from authorised dealer in mira road stating that price has increased by 5 thousand and will further increase until car delivery... This is unacceptable as per trading standards and the same is not taken care i will have to escalate to consumer court

          Mera nam Hitesh vyas hai mai Raipur chattisgadh se hu maine apki compny ki Wagon R atmt car dec 15 me book ki thi avam 15 jan 2016 ko delivery li thi .Yah kar maine apna sapna pura karne avam apne parivar ki khushoyo ko char chand lagane ke liye li thi.parantu mujhe kya pata yah kar meri jan le legi.pahle to is car ka paint body se alag ho raha tha mere shikayat karne par car ko paint kar ke diya gaya .bhir gadi ka alingment kharab hone laga .had to tab ho gayi jab higway par gadi ka break kam karna band ho gaya bhir kuchdur ja kar break kam karne laga.mere dwara raipur ke showroom sky auto me gadi bheji to unke dwara mere suputra mehul vyas se badsluki ki gai awam kaha gaya ki gadi akdum thik hai ap gadi le jao.is ghatna se mujhe kafi dukh hua hai.Avam maine tay kiya ki ab kabhi maruti ki car nahi lunga.maine car re sale hetu bhi nikal di hai.kafi dukhi man se mai apna sapna bechne nikla hu.mujhe kabhi maruti se bahot lagav avam vishvash tha mai 1998 se maruti chala raha hu mai van.800 avam alto lxi 2012 me liya tha .mujhe kabhi maruti par garv tha parantu is car ne avam showroom ke vyavhar se dukhi ho kar yah kadam utha raha hu avam sada ke liye maruti ko alvida .mujhe kuch logo dwara salah di gai ki mai upbhokta foram ka darvaja khatkhatu parantu mai aisa nahi karna chahta kyoki maruti ki badnami hogi.atah mai apna hi nukshan uthaleta hu aur sada khud avam apne parivar jano .sambandhiyo.mitro ko agah karna apna farj samjunga ki maruti ki car dekh ke shoch ke kharide.

          ka front ka left door ka paint body se ukhad raha hai mai jab gadi apke showroom sky auto awanti vihar me bheja to vaha shri yogesh sahu ji ne to milne se inkar kar diya awam workshop ke member ne majak udate hue ye kaha ki ap car bech do kya roj roj yaha ate ho .mujhe aisa lag raha hai ki mai maruti compnay se car le kar bahot badi galti kar baitha hu .ab mere pas koi rasta nahi hai maine apne dosto se loan lekar awam bank se finance karwa kar car li thi yadi mai car bechta hu to mujhe kafi nukshan hoga sayad mai ab kabhi car nahi le paunga .ye mera inam hai maruti ki car leneka.par mai har nahi manuga mai adalat se nyay ki guhar lagaunga.upbhokta foram bhi jane ka vichar kar raha hu.

            I am priest under syrian orthodox church and serves in aparish in idukki. On 10.02.2016, i purchased a motor vechicle maruthi swift desire zdi, registration no: kl-05 am 1950 from avg dealership kottaym. Unfortunately, iam deeply frustrated as my vehicle has not been satisfactory because on august 1st 2016, while i was going for a church purpose, my newly bought car got stucked in the road several times. I informed the avg motors and got repaired the car back. The dealers have not given me a proper answer behind it. Since i had warranty for the vehicle i didn't need to pay for it. What will i do if i face the similar problem in the future? I guess it is some manufacturing defect. I was using maruthi waganor for last 9 years and was so much satisfied with the service and vehicle.
            I am really in need of a solution. I have only finished 9534 kms and got such a big complaint. If the similar problem arise in the future i don't wish to go for the payment. I would really appreciate it, if you could replace me with a new vehicle. I look forward to setting this issue amicably.

              I own a maruti swift and couple of days before met with minor accident and taken the car to asir maruthi tuticorin for getting estimate and i got the estimate through mail but felt the amount quoted was too high and decided to repair the vehicle with local workshop. The surprise is one of the executive from asir maruti tuticorin called me and demanded rs.1000 as estimate charges. I would like to know is this a standard procedure from marutisuzuki

                Sir,

                This is to bring into your notice that we one of the oldest customer of your company using Maruti Suzuki cars since 1990.

                I bought Wagon R Green in September 2014 from ROHAN MOTORS NOIDA keeping in mind the technolozy, reliability and the service that is being provided by Maruti in collaboration with Suzuki Japan.

                I started problem in car from starting that the car stops/misses while running. I complained about in First Service with Noida. They checked it and gave back.

                After that the problem of Engine getting stopped on CNG was still there which was being checked with the different service dealers on following dates. The details are as below:

                ROHAN Motors Noida - 18/10/2014-Problem Tempoarily Rectified
                Bagga Link, Patparganj - 03/08/2015 - Car stopped and engine not started.

                After that Regular Follow Up with DD Motors Wazirpur on following dates

                08/07/2015 - check up done
                13/07/2015- check up done, Harness Assembly wire changed
                05/08/2015 - check up done
                10/08/2015 - check up done
                31/08/2015- check up done and throttle body changed.

                The car started running fine but after 4th service the problem started again which was also duly being checked from
                Krish Automotors on 04/07/2016 and subsequent visit at our home for check up.

                With all this after facing big risk, i want to lodge my complaint for change of my car DL 7 CT 3236.

                Many a times, i was struck on the road while driving and even on highway. This might would have resulted in some casualty.

                I bring the risk and the consequences to the notice of higher authorities.

                Tha CNG car fiited by MARUTI is either not successful or has a manufacturing defect which is not being accepted by the the various service dealers.

                I being a professional has a very busy life schedule and my one day costs big sum to me. I took new car just because i will not face any problem for few years beacuse of the reliabilty of MARUTI SUZUKI,

                And CNG Green will result in pollution decline in our society.

                I Request MARUTI SUZUKI to take back the Car with immediate effect and compensate me for the loss and the risk we faced.

                  I have purchased ALTO K10B VXI AMT ZIN on 22.12.2015. At the time of purchase your people says that the mileage comes 24 Km per liter, but it is coming 13-14 only. When I complained on 30.7.16 at the time of free service time we will check the same. Now we will charge for the same. I have to wait upto Dec.16 for third service. Hence pl give necessary instructions to the Dealer to check the complaint.

                    As per Maruti Suzuki communication to Bombay Stock Exchange vide letter dated August 01, 2016 it has been communicated that 'in case of newly launched vehicles like vitara brezza and baleno the prices are increased by upto Rs 20, 000 and Rs 10, 000 respectively.

                    As per communication received from Sales executive of Kalyani Motors - Mysore Road (Nayandalli), the price chart says for vitara brezza zdi+d, the revised price is Rs 1, 259, 446 which is around Rs 55, 000 increase in the price for the this model.

                    Hence, the company has disclosed wrong information to the shareholders by telling maximum increase is Rs 20, 000 in case of vitara brezza, but in the market it is charging Rs 55, 000 more.

                    In case o[censored]nsatisfactory response from the company, this issue has to be taken up with 'Sebi COmplaints REdress System'.

                    Note: I am prospective customer of Maruti, holding a booking for brezza.

                      I have booked 2 SWIFT DLX(Booking no. SOB[protected] from Magic Auto Sec 20 Dwarka New Delhi on 20th July 2016. Earlier I was promised to get the delivery on 26th July but they postponed the delivery for few days and the next date allotted to me was 1st Aug. But again the delivery was not done on 1st Aug as both the cars didn't reached their showroom due to some reason.

                      Their salesperson forced me to take loan from their own contact on a much higher interest rate (9.5%) whereas if I look for auto loan outside from other banks, I was able to get it on 9.25% as well... Just for their ease and commission purpose they forced me to took loan from them.

                      They have already taken 7.5 lacs from me and I am not sure about when I will get the delivery. If this is a kind of pre-sales service which Maruti and its dealers are giving then I don't think I should go ahead and buy this car to bear poor after sales service.

                      When I logged a complaints against the dealer in Maruti for the refund, I got a call from dealer with fake promises of several offers which are now denied by them.

                      This is really disappointing. I do not expect such services from Maruti when I already own a Maruti car.

                          I sunil sharma purchased 2 cars from tr sawhney motors pvt. Ltd, amar colony, lajpat nagar. One vehicle wagon r registration no. Dl8cu8905 registered on my name and 2nd vehicle swift vdi dl8cu8904 on name of sun stone pvt ltd. Both purchased in june 2013.
                          At the time of pruchase i was given 4 years warranty in which 2 years was extended warranty which will expire in june 2017, but when i went for wagon r...

                          I have purchased ciaz zdi+on 2nd june 2015. Last week, my front tyre got burst while driving. On replacement of the burst tyre with stepney, i was shocked to learn that the stepney was of smaller size (15") though other tyres were of 16" size. Moreover, it did not have alloy wheel.

                          How can we tolerate such kind of nuisance? If no steps are taken i will move consumer court.

                            I have brought maruti ciaz in January 2016
                            And I want to change the address mentioned on its paper so I gave documents to cm autos industrial area phase 1 chandigarh today it's almost 50 days that I gave documents to them but till no feedback has came.

                            Request you please look into this matter.

                            The number you have mentioned on that no body replies they pick up the phone and they disconnect the phone immediately without talking. We brought vehicle from you and in return your team is nothe helping me.

                              I sent my maruti baleno purchased on 1/2/2016 to magic auto, moti nagar. They asked if i want to get rubbing done for my car to which i agreed... They managed to rub off the paint from one of the doors of the car. When i went today in the morning to take my car and complained about the paint which had come off. I was accused by the people there that i might have got the car painted due to which it has come off. On arguing that it is a new car they agreed to their mistake but asked me to take the car and give it later for fixing. I asked them to keep the car and mend their fault and then return my car...
                              I am shocked as to how a company workshop could be so lax in delivering it's service... It is my second free service and it has turned out to be a nightmare...

                                We are using multiple models of maruti suzuki from last 15 year's and have great faith on brand. we have purchased swift dezire vdi having faith in maruti brand & highly satisfied till last week but now, we are completely disappointed during last week incident.

                                In last week, we were going to our relative but my car (swift drizer) suddenly stopped on the road while driving due to engine seized. this was very unfortunate that having a great brand low or sub-quality of material used which is even not able to run 25000 km with out any issue. we checked with maruti authorized service center and they told us car engine has highly defected and gearbox issue's exist as well.

                                We have discussed with service advisor mr. manjeet and manager mr. rajeev sharma at siddi vinayak authorized service dealer at bahadurgarh (haryana) but they did not responded well. we want to replace complete engine instead of multiple parts of existing engine as it is problematic engine.

                                It is my humble request to you, please consider as a critical case complaint. we are expecting positive feedback from the same.

                                Hope, my car engine replacement issue get resolve.

                                  Mera nam Hitesh vyas hai mai Raipur chattisgadh se hu maine apki compny ki Wagon R atmt car dec 15 me book ki thi avam 15 jan 2016 ko delivery li thi .Yah kar maine apna sapna pura karne avam apne parivar ki khushoyo ko char chand lagane ke liye li thi.parantu mujhe kya pata yah kar meri jan le legi.pahle to is car ka paint body se alag ho raha tha mere shikayat karne par car ko paint kar ke diya gaya .bhir gadi ka alingment kharab hone laga .had to tab ho gayi jab higway par gadi ka break kam karna band ho gaya bhir kuchdur ja kar break kam karne laga.mere dwara raipur ke showroom sky auto me gadi bheji to unke dwara mere suputra mehul vyas se badsluki ki gai awam kaha gaya ki gadi akdum thik hai ap gadi le jao.is ghatna se mujhe kafi dukh hua hai.Avam maine tay kiya ki ab kabhi maruti ki car nahi lunga.maine car re sale hetu bhi nikal di hai.kafi dukhi man se mai apna sapna bechne nikla hu.mujhe kabhi maruti se bahot lagav avam vishvash tha mai 1998 se maruti chala raha hu mai van.800 avam alto lxi 2012 me liya tha .mujhe kabhi maruti par garv tha parantu is car ne avam showroom ke vyavhar se dukhi ho kar yah kadam utha raha hu avam sada ke liye maruti ko alvida .mujhe kuch logo dwara salah di gai ki mai upbhokta foram ka darvaja khatkhatu parantu mai aisa nahi karna chahta kyoki maruti ki badnami hogi.atah mai apna hi nukshan uthaleta hu aur sada khud avam apne parivar jano .sambandhiyo.mitro ko agah karna apna farj samjunga ki maruti ki car dekh ke shoch ke kharide.

                                    I had accident of my Alto800 on 17/7/2016. I had kept my car at popular wheelers vasna under zero depth insuarance claim. The work not satisfactory done as the deskboard not properly shutting and they say me to purchase from market saying that deskboard is not included in insuarance claim !! I had my zero depth insuarance with Royal Sundaram as it's a part of your company !! My car's left side head light was not at all damaged than also they wrote about it in the bill. They charged me Rs 3000/- and they don't give any bifurcation about it !! How they charged me this amount under zero depth insuarance. They giving us wrong feed back and don't do the satisfactory work I have photos of my car when the accident occurs and now I m having the bill they charged to me !! They just painted all the damages and giving big bills to claim !! I will take this issue everywhere if i m not getting my work satisfactorily done !! We have two cars from Hyundai also one is Elantara and another is Verna !! We never heard about charges other than Rs 1000/- file charge !! I have attached unbroken left head light and the bills too !!

                                    Steering Problem In Turning Hard Than Auto Free Turn the Steering Laft Side Than He Right Dirrection Than Body Paint Purpuse The Company Paint Was Remove In All The Side. The Engine Was Vibrate In Running Condition. i am in travelling raipur to nagpur he is brake was failed then few seconds his automatically worked

                                      1. Last year 2015 in monsoon season i had attended water leakage problem in my vehicle that was observed from air inlet exhaust near front glass from excell auto vista santacruz east kalina, as new part not available as per workshop information they had carried welding on damaged portion and done water proofing, but again in this monsoon i observed the leakage form same area my vehicle now in gujrat and i approached closest service centre atul motor's at jamnagar padana for same they also ordered for same part to head office but no confirmation of when part will be recieved is being told and so workshop over here not attending my problem nor getting done some soltuion till new part available (As per me part part shall be opened damged area shall be marked and cut and new plate can be welded on same, full part can be cleaned for anti rusting do sand blasting and paint and get water proofing also done). Concerned person's in padana maruti care manager atul motor's, advisor mr ankit and stores manager. This problem had bothered me seriously leading to my complaint to head office. Ho should look into the matter asap as this is very serious in line with safety and maintaining vehicle in condition.
                                      2. In excell autovista this year in jan/feb2016 month i had done body shop work near the wheels and top, later i noticed that back door switches for door opening were not available this came to notice when i tested opening and closing of rear door's. I talked with mr shellar who attended my vehicle he said he will deliver the switches and its cable to my place at bandra east as my vehicle is in gujrat till date i have not received it though i am contiuosly telling maruti care excell auto vista.

                                      I had full trut on maruti but slowly lossing the same. I ws deciding to purchase one more vehicle from maruti but now will have to change my mind if such problems on decomposition & wear tear frequently coming of material in maruti is coming in 8 -9 years then vehicle manufacturing prcoess is having problem. I[censored] want to see please go through the history and note the investment amount in vehicl repair's is so high as compare to running of vehicle maruti themselves will coe to know.
