We have purchased premium s-cross in pre-booking having faith in maruti brand. highly disappointed throughout the dealing. in may 2016, hailstorm in gurgaon and it sented new s-cross badly. swift, alto, honda city, duster etc. were also parked besides but this car only got damaged. this is very unfortunate that having a great brand low or sub-quality of material used which is even not able to face small hailstorm. i am using swift and also from last 8 year and have never faced such issues.

Hailstorm is normal in north india atleast 2-3 times every year. so, this is not worth of having car which is so vulnerable. this also raise other security and safety concerns.

Raised this concern with pasco and maruti. many discussions already happened. they are giving option to repair it with paintless dent removal technique free of cost. but this will not solve the purpose and improve the quality. time being it can be addressed but in future again same thing will happen. no permanent solution being offered. and my request to get refund and replacement have been declined.

Finally, i am left with only one option to approach consumer court. my request to get the amount refunded from maruti. looking forward for your kind intervention.

Details of car: hr 26cr 2770 and registered on the name of my wife.

    I am felling greatfull thanx for yours for poor service. I give my car alto K10 HP34D1821 for repair in your agency before 10 days. But its not repair goodly.
    I paid total amount of repairing. Today i again go to check the my car in your agency he told me some part required for car. And its paid by me for car. But my car in warranty so why i should pay for it.
    Its very too much service provide by yours authorised center.

      Sir, I hv booked one Maruti Ertiga ZDI SHVS through Motorcrafts Maruti Showroom at Sahibabad, GHAZIABAD on 19 Jun 16. I was ensured that the car doesn't hv any waiting period and the same will be made available to me within two weeks of the booking date. The full amount was paid by me to CSD Lucknow which in turns pay the same to the dealer on 01 July 16. Despite a lapse of about almost six weeks, the car has not been delivered to me.

        Iam Jayaprakash, from coimbatore. I had bought new Maruti Ciaz car from ambal dealer saibaba colony branch coimbatore.., Ciaz impressed me lot, but i had disappointed 1000 times after the purchase of the car.From the beginning itself there was an oil leakage problem.I think that, it might be a normal one and taken my car to show room at that time my car reached just 300 kilometres only.They had tried for two days to rectify the mistakes.Finally they said that oil leakage complaint has been cleared.Still iam not satisfied the issue.Two days back, i taken the car to services, still the oil leakage complaint has informed to them from my side.The first time oil leakage complaint clearance was not satisfied.Its a big disappointed not only to me and to all, who are willing to buy a new ciaz car.I here clearly informing you that, this is a pathetic situation and iam not interested to take back my car from the service.Kindly provide the right solution.Otherwise the issue will be taken to next level within short span of time.

          My Ciaz automatic Petrol which I purchased last month was due for 2 nd service. It was noticed to have one tyre bulging & while the tyre was replaced & part of the alloy wheel was found chipped off.
          There seems to be some manufacturing defect.
          Please follow the matter as it is a serious safety risk.
          The tyre is kept in the workshop.
          It seems that the workshop manager thinks that it was due to some impact while driving
          Although the rim is not having any bend, & it must be due manufacturing defect.
          I want my alloy rim to be replaced

            I serviced my 2009 model wagonr on 11.05.2016 at popular service center pachakkil, Malapparambu, kozhikode.I asked them for a full check up.but they didn't .Now my vehicle is not running smoothly, stearing ball joint and balance rad bush is damaged$ some other complaints also noted. I am a differently abled man.I lost my money and time.they cheated me nicely.

              I have a alto K10 AMT and before two days it was raining and when the rain stopped then i drove the car 90 km and after that the car suddenly stopped on the road. Everything was okay in car it just not picking up the gear. Then I called service centre and talked about the issue then they came and scanned the car and it was working fine.Then after sometime i faced the same problem and again called them and they resolved the issue with same procedure. After that it occurred again i called them but they didn't come. Then after few minutes car working fine and i took it straight to the service centre and they kept the car for two days they called me after two days saying " we analysed some sensor issue in gear(automatic transmission) and they are demanding 10, 000 rs immediately and my car is new and still in warranty period. Why should I pay 10, 000 rs as it is a technical fault because car stopped on the road as it was working fine. Please revert as soon. Very Disappointed with the procedure and when they need raise they call and asked for good ratings.
              They are saying to replace the gear selector switch and why should I pay without my fault.

                My name kiran kamble.

                I am sorry to say but first time i am disappointed by my car service in these last 4 years. i have purchased the car from my car wakad pune and i am a regular customer for servicing my car.
                But first time i am very very very much disappointed with the service provided. the attitude & response of your executive jagdish patil was worst as well as he was very much rude, he use to never provide me the status and also was not able to assist my complains about the car.
                I had dropped my car for servicing last week and had given complains about my car but found most of it is not done and also not checked also.
                I had complained about horn after the delivery found the horn was not fitted instead it was tied with wire like a bell tied in the neck of bullock.

                After the delivery below were the issue

                1) my automatic lock and reverse parking alarm was not working.
                2) cleaning was not proper
                3) he has kept many thing in diggi and also the stepny was not locked with the nut so it is making noise.
                4) after telling also the horn was tied with wire so was hitting in the bonnet like a bell, when i opened bonnet i was disappointed by the standard of service provide by jagdish patil from my car wakad pune.

                I had paid bill of 14000 (fourteen thousand) for services and this type of service was delivered to me it was really frustrating situation for me.

                The executive jagdish patil was not at all professional in his work and was not all serious about the customer complains.

                Hope this complain will be considered and i would get a positive feedback for the same and my car issue will get resolved by my car.
                Or else i would be moving forward escalating the issue to higher authorities and last to email to mr garg who is owner of my car.

                  My car insurace policy is expired on 27th july 2016.
                  By 1st july insurance excutive name - amruta call me for alert abt policy
                  I say i will renew it on time..
                  He call me after 4-5 days again and demand p. d. c cheque but i say i will come at service center and renew it.

                  But after that she call me again again and force for it.
                  Even i want to do maruti insurance for my car cause i know its beneficial for me and my car.

                  Before 2 day she call me again i say i have some problem so i will renew policy after some days. i cant tell u my problem.

                  He says y u say too me - i will renew that policy argue with me and demad p. d. c cheque. i say please dont call again & again i will renew it after some days.
                  But still she call me and irritating me, argue with me forcing me for renew policy.

                  My son is also ex-sales person of kothari wheels

                  I know she dont have any choice

                  Actually "the kothari wheels" and its chair persons, hod of all department are responsible for amrutas & other executives unethical behavior.
                  They all are pressurizes executive for targets for making more profits only nothing more. for completing targets they all use unethical language and insulting them again and again

                  In sales department, finance department, insurance department all executive feel that pressure and because of this they use rude, unethical behavior while talking with customers.

                  In sales department this pressure is more than any department.
                  Because of this more complaint are came from sales department.

                  I want to complaint against the kothari wheels.
                  Cause i think customer have his own choice.
                  Ales person and insurance executive do his work well cause they all are trained person they have art converting customes.
                  Ales is an art - artist is also fail some time
                  They cant force customer for purchase new car or renew policy etc
                  Cause all customers have his own choice...

                  Please revert me as soon as possible... cause its very dangerous subject.
                  Cause i feel my sons pressure while he came at home late night and go earlier in morning.
                  This is not right way too treat your employee

When i starting in first time it start wth normally but in second time attempt failing and if started warning lights on.. Photo attached. I went to sai service edappilly they said that ecm complaint and it wil be replaced with cost of rs.23000. My car is only43000km is ther any warranty with ecm?                             I mr. Sube singh yadav purchased a wagon r vxi through csd canteen from dinco 4 wheels rewari on 17.07.2016. Now i went to rto office of kanina authority for registration of the same. The rto office demanding road tax on the ex showroom price in normal category instead of actual invoice on csd rate. However in rewari and gurgaon of the same state accepting road tax on the actual invoice of csd price. Please clarify about the same at the earliest because due to this i have to paid approx rs 2500/- more than the actual tax.

                              I have booked maruti brezza on 21st April in motodrive wagholi Pune, while booking got a time of 15/20 days from the owner of the showroom for delivery.that means some wot around 15/20 May and was said that u keep ur loan process complete.so as per them have completed all bank process and was ready but they fail to give the car on said date.again they gave me a date of 6th June for the car so have done the payments.but this time also they failed to commit there promise and till date m just getting dates n nothing else and great thing is that now they are not giving any response and its my second EMI and not get the car.its was really bad experience with maruti as first time thought for maruti cars in my life and that also was sad.

                                Dear sir’s

                                Under a great disappointment i am writing this letter to you.

                                I’m sarathy, purchased swift zdi baring registration number (Tn59bh1406) from solamalai maruti. Present kms 31000. Dop 02.08.2016

                                My car get accident on 27th june (Monday) night so taken car to madurai siva maruthi work shop on 28 th morning (Tuesday). Due to non availability of solamalai maruthi we given over to sivamaruthi. We complete the formalities around 12 pm on the same day. They committed to deliver the car on 2nd aug (Saturday). My car is in bumper to bumper insurance it is not even one year old car.

                                They given my car to me on tuesday 4th august they given me even late but the problems are not rectified. They deliver the car without proper document. So not paid the money on 4th to the guy who delivered to me, on the next day 5th august that guy come and collect rs 4200 from me. He said there is pressure pls help m sir otherwise they will sack from job like that, due to concern on his job given rs 4200 to him. After that i complained about the service quality then after one week they rectified the problems litte bit. Not cleared the problem fully.

                                Every time how i’m not able to visit the dealer 2 times. One week time is not at all acceptable. Even my last time 20000 service also same thing happened ac not worked properly so came second time.In the bill mentioned works are not done, like wheel alignment & balancing, washing, ac cleaning these are the things we are to from out side then how i’m able to belive other parts also replaced under the service.. This is not only happening for my swift car for our swift desire also u can check your track record. Now but as on date i’m not get any proper bill, i’m not able to what are works done. Replace parts also not hand over to me.
                                My questions are
                                Why i have to pay for bumper to bumper insurance claim for parts
                                Why there is no bill
                                Why should i visit or why should i give my car for 2 times
                                Why there is a delay in delivery time
                                Why there no customer friendly in service
                                Why this hide and seek games in claims.
                                Why proper reporting

                                For your reference attached the bill which is given to for payment.

                                This is the third maruti vehicle vehicle in my family, the fist one is wagonr (Tn 59aj[protected], second one swift dezire (Tn 59bc4603)& now replaced the wagonr and purchased swift (Tn59bh1406) these vehicle are with our family of five only. Very much disappointed in maruti service. Is this any fault in me to purchased the same make car.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice the details of my plight/suffering at maruti service masters (msm) gt karnal road delhi.
                                  I had given my car sx4 zxi bearing registration no. dl 2cal 9956 on 10th july '2016 to maruti masters for the following work:

                                  1) noise from dash board
                                  2) rpm check
                                  3) throttle body cleaning

                                  Day 1- i received a call from service engineer stating that the voice is coming from "actuator motor", and this can only be rectified after changing the complete a/c assembly. however we will try and isolate the actuator motor by removing the couplings for now, and rest of the functionality will work smoothly except of air rotation system.

                                  Day 2- there was another call in the morning i was informed that after removing the couplings, a/c is functioning erractially and they are checking if they could arrange the actuator motor, then there will be no problem.

                                  I called maruti company at their okhla office and spoke with mr rahul verma, explained him that since the very day of purchase of the vehicle it is been sent for maintenance and repairs at msm only, however despite my repeated complains to msm i have been experiencing few problems never been rectified from the second month of purchase of the above said vehicle.
                                  A) defogger not working
                                  B) coolant evaporating after every 1500 to 2000 km.
                                  And now a third problem related to noise from the dashboard.
                                  Mr. rahul verma took mr. chawla (gm) from msm online and asked him to look into the matter more seriously.

                                  Day 3- somebody from msm calls me up and confirm that the child part which is actuator motor has been arranged and fitted, the vehicle now has no noise from dashboard, issue related to coolant has also been taken care as there was some leakage from core heater.

                                  Day 4- i spoke to mr. chawla and asked him to kindly look throughly with the ac part as it was reported by your service engineer that it has some erratic behaviour after removing the couplings, i was assured by the respective gm mr. chawla that he has checked the vehicle and everything is perfect, for issue related to defogger it was found that the rear glass is faulty hence needs replacement for which the matter has already been escalated with mr. rahul verma.

                                  Day 5- i spoke to mr. rahul verma and was assured that the necessary approval has been given to msm to replace the rear glass as it is more of manufacturing fault.
                                  I spoke to mr. chawla again and was told that the rear glass is not available and shall be changed in a day or so.

                                  Day 10- vehicle was sent back with an invoice of inr 6543/-, no sooner i turned on the vehicle found that the ac and the blower is constantly working even after switching them off, i called up mr. chawla and mr. rahul verma, reported this matter and was told to return the vehicle.

                                  Day 11- despite my repeated calls there was no update.

                                  Day 12- i spoke to mr. rahul verma and he asked me to give 2 days to mr. chawla to throughly check the vehicle and do the needful.
                                  At around 1630 hrs service advisor mr. susheel and an ac technician mr. satbir visit my house and told me that the problem has been rectified, once i got in the car realised that the problem has even worsened up, i called up mr. chawla and reported this matter to him for which i was challenged that the vehicle is absolutely fine and i may call upon maruti company for a second opinion, after making mr rahul verma and mr. chawla speak to the representatives who had come to deliver me the vehicle i was asked by mr. rahul verma to resend the vehicle, which i did.

                                  Day 13- received a text message from msm about the etd of vehicle on 22 aug 2016.

                                  Day 14- no response

                                  Day 15- i called up mr. rahul verma who took me on conference with mr. chawla whereby it was informed to me by mr. chawla that now the complete ac panel has to be changed, this came as a shock to me since from day 3 i was reported that the problem has been resolved as the actuator motor which was causing the noise has been changed.
                                  When i asked them that this problem of ac working even in off mode was never there till the time the vehicle was sent on 10th july i was told clearly by mr. chawla in presence of mr. rahul verma that even if the fault has come up at the service centre they are not responsible for the same, i even debated if the problem was actually there then why was i being challenged by such a senior person mr. chawla (gm) on day 12 that the vehicle has no such problem and i should report the matter to maruti company for a second opinion whereby forcing me to take the delivery of vehicle with a new fault due to experimental negligence by the service engineer at msm.
                                  The conversation was concluded by mr. rahul verma that i should bear the cost for the rectification of the faulty part caused by their negligence as the vehicle is no longer in warranty, i was also reported the cost of the part is around inr 23, 000/-+

                                  The vehicle till date has a milage of 38172 km, i am a regular customer of msm for last nine years with 2 other maruti vehicles and had always trusted them under the impression that they are being observed by the respective company itself.
                                  This incident whereby i am made to believe that even if a fault has occurred due to the negligence of msm it is a complete responsibility of the owner himself, even if it gets stolen from msm premise they can only lodge the fir and are not responsible for such incidents too.. the above statement was quoted by mr. chawla gm msm while on conference with mr. rahul verma an employee of maruti suzuki india ltd.

                                  I request your concerned authorities to intervene and help me get justice and regain my faith in the esteem company.
                                  Look forward for an immediate solution as the vehicle is still at msm since 10th july and my work is suffering now.
                                  I have the images o[censored]npaid invoice confirming the cost of actuator motor and other charges and can produce the same if required for your ready reference.

                                    I purchased a maruti suzuki swift vdi in month of february 2016 form your company lmj jodhpur and there rc no rj 19 cf 7870. i have submit the all relevent document at a time. but the compnay coud't issue the rc of these no. i get contect more time of last six months. but the compnay respossible perssion will not to do proper response to me. plz issue direction to responsible perrssion for solve the my problems. there is no any document and amount due in fevour of company

                                      This is to inform you that i had booked your company’s vitara breza on 11th of april 2016 (considering 18 weeks waiting period for the delivery of the car) from one of your dealers in vadodara named amar cars.

                                      Sir the thing is like that on the booking date & time i have booked ldi model of the car, but as i came back to my home & done the calculations & comparison of price & features between ldi & ldi (o) model of breza i come to know that there is only few rupees difference & i am getting all the safety features in ldi (o) model of breza. so on the very next day i called amar car’s sales executive who has taken my booking & i confirmed him that i want ldi (o) instead of ldi model of breza. he also confirm me that there is no problem they will do all the changes & i will get ldi (o) only.

                                      From that day i am in continuous touch with amar car’s sales executive & every time i have asked for the status of my car & confirm him my ldi (o) model & he had also confirmed me that you will get the same soon.
                                      In addition of that i had also received one call from amar car representative that if they will give me my car before my waiting period so would i like to take it or not, in that call also i have confirmed them for my ldi (o) model & she had also confirmed me for the same.

                                      But now when my waiting period is going to over & i am asking for the car, this amar car people are asking me to take ldi model of vitara breza. from last one week i am doing follow up with them for my issue but they are saying they can’t do anything in that i have to take ldi model only or i have to cancel this booking of ldi & i have to do the booking for ldi (o) again & i have to wait for 4 to 5 months for the same which i really can’t afford because i had already planned when i want my car & made necessary arrangements for the same. so i request you to please do some arrangement of this model in your next lot despatch of the vitara breza in vadodara city to amar car.

                                      I request you to please look into the same & resolve my issue and help me to get my dream car on my required time.

                                        Next morning when i drove this car i felt some clear double noise from the front left side of the car and it was so annoying and i felt cheated after spending almost 11 lakhs on a car which has a poor noise and even my old car wasn't having such noise even after being used for more then 115000 kms.

                                        That time i took all this very calmly and reported this issue to mr. Jitender who then fixed my appointment in mayapuri service station with mr. Ashutosh.

                                        The next disappointment started, i took half day leave from office and called mr. Ashutosh. He was so arrogant & rigid with his approach that he said "ok you bring the car to us, we will get test drive done but not the repair work if situation arises," is it something that i am requesting for my fault". It is maruti's fault that a faulty/defective car was given to me.

                                        Moving ahead, i went to mayapuri workshop and there someone test drove it for the fault but no noise was felt at that time. So, i came back with the perception that probably the issue got sorted on it own and it is perfectly fine.

                                        But the next morning i felt the same noise again and luckily that evening jitender called me to ask if everything is fine (Which was a good gesture). I then told him the iss ue and he then suggested me to get it checked by sending someone to my house on saturday (23rd july'16). But saturday morning he told me that the technical person who could come to my home is on leave due to some unfortunate reason so now there is no one who could visit to inspect the problem.

                                        Again, i called mr. Ashutosh to send other technical person to visit home but he told me that"agar aise 2-3 customer roz mujhse kahenge to sabke ghar to nahin jaayenge na". I repeatedly kept on saying that if i got the car myself noise would disappear by then, as i had noticed that the noise disappears after the car is driven for 10-15 kms, still he refused my valid reason and"ordered me"to take the car to workshop if i want to get the issue sorted.

                                        Then i approached mr. Jitender again and decided to leave the car overnight in competent mahrauli as guided by him.

                                        Today (24th july'16), i waited till 11:30 am for the response from mehrauli and then i called there. To my surprise the response i got was"aaj humne car chalaayi hai aur car mein noise hai. Koi problem wali baat nahin hai aap isse 2000 km chalaaiye, awaaz chali jaayegi". Is it a joke? It seems like i have purchased a second hand car at the cost of new car.

                                        Do all your car have noise problem and they have to be driven by the customer for 2000 km to resolve such problems? If no then treat it as manufacturing defect and replace the part but he shows the risk of touching it for some further uncertain problems which might occur as the technology is new. Are you selling a product with such level o[censored]ncertainty & risk in touching and replacing the part?

                                        Now in the evening, i got a call from competent mehrauli that problem has been fixed, but when i enquired deeply about how and what part has been replaced and is that mentioned anywhere, he said it is foc (Free of cost) so we don't tell what exactly has been done to fix this problem.In this way if further any problem occurs and i take it to the workshop then i cannot prove what previously has been done because i don't have anything on record. He then called me again and said only lubrication has been done to shocker (The same detail that i got in the morning with the further information that 2000 km chalaaiye awaaz chali jaayegi).

                                        Now, my concern is, that currently this noise is a defect which we could identify, but what if there are some more unidentifiable faults in the car, who will take the responsibility?

                                        I need record of any & every repair work done till now and secondly, if i find the noise or any other problem again then you will have to take this car back as i don't want second hand conditioned car at the cost of new car.

                                        Looking forward to a quick & positive response from maruti as i have invested hard earned money in it.

                                        We also faced a similar problem of noise coming from inside the car. Somewhere from the dashboard. Our 10 year old car also would not make so much noise. We were also told this same non-sense of driving it for 2000k and it will go away. It is only getting worse and worse. We are planning to take up the issue in consumer court as there are many issues with the car and the Maruti guys are aware of that. Ciaz is a very cheaply produced car and they are trying to fool people. Their staff gives the same standard answers. Even for the lack of auto-centering of the steering wheel, all their staff knows that this problem is there. But they all just say no no, we can't make out any issue.
                                        Someone needs to teach them a lesson.
