As per Maruti Suzuki communication to Bombay Stock Exchange vide letter dated August 01, 2016 it has been communicated that 'in case of newly launched vehicles like vitara brezza and baleno the prices are increased by upto Rs 20, 000 and Rs 10, 000 respectively.

As per communication received from Sales executive of Kalyani Motors - Mysore Road (Nayandalli), the price chart says for vitara brezza zdi+d, the revised price is Rs 1, 259, 446 which is around Rs 55, 000 increase in the price for the this model.

Hence, the company has disclosed wrong information to the shareholders by telling maximum increase is Rs 20, 000 in case of vitara brezza, but in the market it is charging Rs 55, 000 more.

In case o[censored]nsatisfactory response from the company, this issue has to be taken up with 'Sebi COmplaints REdress System'.

Note: I am prospective customer of Maruti, holding a booking for brezza.

    I have booked 2 SWIFT DLX(Booking no. SOB[protected] from Magic Auto Sec 20 Dwarka New Delhi on 20th July 2016. Earlier I was promised to get the delivery on 26th July but they postponed the delivery for few days and the next date allotted to me was 1st Aug. But again the delivery was not done on 1st Aug as both the cars didn't reached their showroom due to some reason.

    Their salesperson forced me to take loan from their own contact on a much higher interest rate (9.5%) whereas if I look for auto loan outside from other banks, I was able to get it on 9.25% as well... Just for their ease and commission purpose they forced me to took loan from them.

    They have already taken 7.5 lacs from me and I am not sure about when I will get the delivery. If this is a kind of pre-sales service which Maruti and its dealers are giving then I don't think I should go ahead and buy this car to bear poor after sales service.

    When I logged a complaints against the dealer in Maruti for the refund, I got a call from dealer with fake promises of several offers which are now denied by them.

    This is really disappointing. I do not expect such services from Maruti when I already own a Maruti car.

        I sunil sharma purchased 2 cars from tr sawhney motors pvt. Ltd, amar colony, lajpat nagar. One vehicle wagon r registration no. Dl8cu8905 registered on my name and 2nd vehicle swift vdi dl8cu8904 on name of sun stone pvt ltd. Both purchased in june 2013.

        I have purchased ciaz zdi+on 2nd june 2015. Last week, my front tyre got burst while driving. On replacement of the burst tyre with stepney, i was shocked to learn that the stepney was of smaller size (15") though other tyres were of 16" size. Moreover, it did not have alloy wheel.

        How can we tolerate such kind of nuisance? If no steps are taken i will move consumer court.

          The number you have mentioned on that no body replies they pick up the phone and they disconnect the phone immediately without talking. We brought vehicle from you and in return your team is nothe helping me.

            I sent my maruti baleno purchased on 1/2/2016 to magic auto, moti nagar. They asked if i want to get rubbing done for my car to which i agreed... They managed to rub off the paint from one of the doors of the car. When i went today in the morning to take my car and complained about the paint which had come off. I was accused by the people there that i might have got the car painted due to which it has come off. On arguing that it is a new car they agreed to their mistake but asked me to take the car and give it later for fixing. I asked them to keep the car and mend their fault and then return my car...
            I am shocked as to how a company workshop could be so lax in delivering it's service... It is my second free service and it has turned out to be a nightmare...

              We are using multiple models of maruti suzuki from last 15 year's and have great faith on brand. we have purchased swift dezire vdi having faith in maruti brand & highly satisfied till last week but now, we are completely disappointed during last week incident.

              In last week, we were going to our relative but my car (swift drizer) suddenly stopped on the road while driving due to engine seized. this was very unfortunate that having a great brand low or sub-quality of material used which is even not able to run 25000 km with out any issue. we checked with maruti authorized service center and they told us car engine has highly defected and gearbox issue's exist as well.

              We have discussed with service advisor mr. manjeet and manager mr. rajeev sharma at siddi vinayak authorized service dealer at bahadurgarh (haryana) but they did not responded well. we want to replace complete engine instead of multiple parts of existing engine as it is problematic engine.

              It is my humble request to you, please consider as a critical case complaint. we are expecting positive feedback from the same.

              Hope, my car engine replacement issue get resolve.

                  I had accident of my Alto800 on 17/7/2016. I had kept my car at popular wheelers vasna under zero depth insuarance claim. The work not satisfactory done as the deskboard not properly shutting and they say me to purchase from market saying that deskboard is not included in insuarance claim !! I had my zero depth insuarance with Royal Sundaram as it's a part of your company !! My car's left side head light was not at all damaged than also they wrote about it in the bill. They charged me Rs 3000/- and they don't give any bifurcation about it !! How they charged me this amount under zero depth insuarance. They giving us wrong feed back and don't do the satisfactory work I have photos of my car when the accident occurs and now I m having the bill they charged to me !! They just painted all the damages and giving big bills to claim !! I will take this issue everywhere if i m not getting my work satisfactorily done !! We have two cars from Hyundai also one is Elantara and another is Verna !! We never heard about charges other than Rs 1000/- file charge !! I have attached unbroken left head light and the bills too !!

                    1. Last year 2015 in monsoon season i had attended water leakage problem in my vehicle that was observed from air inlet exhaust near front glass from excell auto vista santacruz east kalina, as new part not available as per workshop information they had carried welding on damaged portion and done water proofing, but again in this monsoon i observed the leakage form same area my vehicle now in gujrat and i approached closest service centre atul motor's at jamnagar padana for same they also ordered for same part to head office but no confirmation of when part will be recieved is being told and so workshop over here not attending my problem nor getting done some soltuion till new part available (As per me part part shall be opened damged area shall be marked and cut and new plate can be welded on same, full part can be cleaned for anti rusting do sand blasting and paint and get water proofing also done). Concerned person's in padana maruti care manager atul motor's, advisor mr ankit and stores manager. This problem had bothered me seriously leading to my complaint to head office. Ho should look into the matter asap as this is very serious in line with safety and maintaining vehicle in condition.
                    2. In excell autovista this year in jan/feb2016 month i had done body shop work near the wheels and top, later i noticed that back door switches for door opening were not available this came to notice when i tested opening and closing of rear door's. I talked with mr shellar who attended my vehicle he said he will deliver the switches and its cable to my place at bandra east as my vehicle is in gujrat till date i have not received it though i am contiuosly telling maruti care excell auto vista.

                    My vehicle details mh04db4713. Wagon r - lxi-duo.

                    I had full trut on maruti but slowly lossing the same. I ws deciding to purchase one more vehicle from maruti but now will have to change my mind if such problems on decomposition & wear tear frequently coming of material in maruti is coming in 8 -9 years then vehicle manufacturing prcoess is having problem. I[censored] want to see please go through the history and note the investment amount in vehicl repair's is so high as compare to running of vehicle maruti themselves will coe to know.

                      We have purchased premium s-cross in pre-booking having faith in maruti brand. highly disappointed throughout the dealing. in may 2016, hailstorm in gurgaon and it sented new s-cross badly. swift, alto, honda city, duster etc. were also parked besides but this car only got damaged. this is very unfortunate that having a great brand low or sub-quality of material used which is even not able to face small hailstorm. i am using swift and also from last 8 year and have never faced such issues.

                      Hailstorm is normal in north india atleast 2-3 times every year. so, this is not worth of having car which is so vulnerable. this also raise other security and safety concerns.

                      Raised this concern with pasco and maruti. many discussions already happened. they are giving option to repair it with paintless dent removal technique free of cost. but this will not solve the purpose and improve the quality. time being it can be addressed but in future again same thing will happen. no permanent solution being offered. and my request to get refund and replacement have been declined.

                      Finally, i am left with only one option to approach consumer court. my request to get the amount refunded from maruti. looking forward for your kind intervention.

                          Sir, I hv booked one Maruti Ertiga ZDI SHVS through Motorcrafts Maruti Showroom at Sahibabad, GHAZIABAD on 19 Jun 16. I was ensured that the car doesn't hv any waiting period and the same will be made available to me within two weeks of the booking date. The full amount was paid by me to CSD Lucknow which in turns pay the same to the dealer on 01 July 16. Despite a lapse of about almost six weeks, the car has not been delivered to me.

                            Iam Jayaprakash, from coimbatore. I had bought new Maruti Ciaz car from ambal dealer saibaba colony branch coimbatore.., Ciaz impressed me lot, but i had disappointed 1000 times after the purchase of the car.From the beginning itself there was an oil leakage problem.I think that, it might be a normal one and taken my car to show room at that time my car reached just 300 kilometres only.They had tried for two days to rectify the mistakes.Finally they said that oil leakage complaint has been cleared.Still iam not satisfied the issue.Two days back, i taken the car to services, still the oil leakage complaint has informed to them from my side.The first time oil leakage complaint clearance was not satisfied.Its a big disappointed not only to me and to all, who are willing to buy a new ciaz car.I here clearly informing you that, this is a pathetic situation and iam not interested to take back my car from the service.Kindly provide the right solution.Otherwise the issue will be taken to next level within short span of time.

                              My Ciaz automatic Petrol which I purchased last month was due for 2 nd service. It was noticed to have one tyre bulging & while the tyre was replaced & part of the alloy wheel was found chipped off.
                              There seems to be some manufacturing defect.
                              Please follow the matter as it is a serious safety risk.
                              The tyre is kept in the workshop.
                              It seems that the workshop manager thinks that it was due to some impact while driving
                              Although the rim is not having any bend, & it must be due manufacturing defect.
                              I want my alloy rim to be replaced

                                I serviced my 2009 model wagonr on 11.05.2016 at popular service center pachakkil, Malapparambu, kozhikode.I asked them for a full check up.but they didn't .Now my vehicle is not running smoothly, stearing ball joint and balance rad bush is damaged$ some other complaints also noted. I am a differently abled man.I lost my money and time.they cheated me nicely.

                                  I have a alto K10 AMT and before two days it was raining and when the rain stopped then i drove the car 90 km and after that the car suddenly stopped on the road. Everything was okay in car it just not picking up the gear. Then I called service centre and talked about the issue then they came and scanned the car and it was working fine.Then after sometime i faced the same problem and again called them and they resolved the issue with same procedure. After that it occurred again i called them but they didn't come. Then after few minutes car working fine and i took it straight to the service centre and they kept the car for two days they called me after two days saying " we analysed some sensor issue in gear(automatic transmission) and they are demanding 10, 000 rs immediately and my car is new and still in warranty period. Why should I pay 10, 000 rs as it is a technical fault because car stopped on the road as it was working fine. Please revert as soon. Very Disappointed with the procedure and when they need raise they call and asked for good ratings.
                                  They are saying to replace the gear selector switch and why should I pay without my fault.

                                    My name kiran kamble.

                                    I am sorry to say but first time i am disappointed by my car service in these last 4 years. i have purchased the car from my car wakad pune and i am a regular customer for servicing my car.
                                    But first time i am very very very much disappointed with the service provided. the attitude & response of your executive jagdish patil was worst as well as he was very much rude, he use to never provide me the status and also was not able to assist my complains about the car.
                                    I had dropped my car for servicing last week and had given complains about my car but found most of it is not done and also not checked also.
                                    I had complained about horn after the delivery found the horn was not fitted instead it was tied with wire like a bell tied in the neck of bullock.

                                    After the delivery below were the issue

                                    1) my automatic lock and reverse parking alarm was not working.
                                    2) cleaning was not proper
                                    3) he has kept many thing in diggi and also the stepny was not locked with the nut so it is making noise.
                                    4) after telling also the horn was tied with wire so was hitting in the bonnet like a bell, when i opened bonnet i was disappointed by the standard of service provide by jagdish patil from my car wakad pune.

                                    I had paid bill of 14000 (fourteen thousand) for services and this type of service was delivered to me it was really frustrating situation for me.

                                    The executive jagdish patil was not at all professional in his work and was not all serious about the customer complains.

                                    Hope this complain will be considered and i would get a positive feedback for the same and my car issue will get resolved by my car.
                                    Or else i would be moving forward escalating the issue to higher authorities and last to email to mr garg who is owner of my car.

                                      I am the member of our maruti suzuki family.
                                      Purchased "alto800 lxi (red) reg. no - mh-14-ey-4443" form pune
                                      Dealer name - the kothari wheels chinchawad branch.in last july

                                      My car insurace policy is expired on 27th july 2016.
                                      By 1st july insurance excutive name - amruta call me for alert abt policy
                                      I say i will renew it on time..
                                      He call me after 4-5 days again and demand p. d. c cheque but i say i will come at service center and renew it.

                                      But after that she call me again again and force for it.
                                      Even i want to do maruti insurance for my car cause i know its beneficial for me and my car.

                                      Before 2 day she call me again i say i have some problem so i will renew policy after some days. i cant tell u my problem.

                                      He says y u say too me - i will renew that policy argue with me and demad p. d. c cheque. i say please dont call again & again i will renew it after some days.
                                      But still she call me and irritating me, argue with me forcing me for renew policy.

                                      My son is also ex-sales person of kothari wheels

                                      I know she dont have any choice

                                      Actually "the kothari wheels" and its chair persons, hod of all department are responsible for amrutas & other executives unethical behavior.
                                      They all are pressurizes executive for targets for making more profits only nothing more. for completing targets they all use unethical language and insulting them again and again

                                      In sales department, finance department, insurance department all executive feel that pressure and because of this they use rude, unethical behavior while talking with customers.

                                      In sales department this pressure is more than any department.
                                      Because of this more complaint are came from sales department.

                                      I want to complaint against the kothari wheels.
                                      Cause i think customer have his own choice.
                                      Ales person and insurance executive do his work well cause they all are trained person they have art converting customes.
                                      Ales is an art - artist is also fail some time
                                      They cant force customer for purchase new car or renew policy etc
                                      Cause all customers have his own choice...

                                      Dear sir /madam
                                      Please revert me as soon as possible... cause its very dangerous subject.
                                      Cause i feel my sons pressure while he came at home late night and go earlier in morning.
                                      This is not right way too treat your employee

                                      This is my complaint please revert me.
