As per Maruti Suzuki communication to Bombay Stock Exchange vide letter dated August 01, 2016 it has been communicated that 'in case of newly launched vehicles like vitara brezza and baleno the prices are increased by upto Rs 20, 000 and Rs 10, 000 respectively.
As per communication received from Sales executive of Kalyani Motors - Mysore Road (Nayandalli), the price chart says for vitara brezza zdi+d, the revised price is Rs 1, 259, 446 which is around Rs 55, 000 increase in the price for the this model.
Hence, the company has disclosed wrong information to the shareholders by telling maximum increase is Rs 20, 000 in case of vitara brezza, but in the market it is charging Rs 55, 000 more.
In case o[censored]nsatisfactory response from the company, this issue has to be taken up with 'Sebi COmplaints REdress System'.
Note: I am prospective customer of Maruti, holding a booking for brezza.
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I sunil sharma purchased 2 cars from tr sawhney motors pvt. Ltd, amar colony, lajpat nagar. One vehicle wagon r registration no. Dl8cu8905 registered on my name and 2nd vehicle swift vdi dl8cu8904 on name of sun stone pvt ltd. Both purchased in june 2013.
At the time of pruchase i was given 4 years warranty in which 2 years was extended warranty which will expire in june 2017, but when i went for wagon r car repair on 27 july 2016 to company authorised dealer name magic auto, mayapuri for wheel barring problem which comes in warranty.
They told me that car warranty had expired and extended warranty is not there but as per papers certificate with proper company name and authorised stamp issued to me its under extended warranty.
But company is denying it as false paper certificate.
I have been cheated by company and i urge you to take some action or solve my problem.
