      I mr. Sube singh yadav purchased a wagon r vxi through csd canteen from dinco 4 wheels rewari on 17.07.2016. Now i went to rto office of kanina authority for registration of the same. The rto office demanding road tax on the ex showroom price in normal category instead of actual invoice on csd rate. However in rewari and gurgaon of the same state accepting road tax on the actual invoice of csd price. Please clarify about the same at the earliest because due to this i have to paid approx rs 2500/- more than the actual tax.

        I have booked maruti brezza on 21st April in motodrive wagholi Pune, while booking got a time of 15/20 days from the owner of the showroom for delivery.that means some wot around 15/20 May and was said that u keep ur loan process complete.so as per them have completed all bank process and was ready but they fail to give the car on said date.again they gave me a date of 6th June for the car so have done the payments.but this time also they failed to commit there promise and till date m just getting dates n nothing else and great thing is that now they are not giving any response and its my second EMI and not get the car.its was really bad experience with maruti as first time thought for maruti cars in my life and that also was sad.

          Under a great disappointment i am writing this letter to you.

          I’m sarathy, purchased swift zdi baring registration number (Tn59bh1406) from solamalai maruti. Present kms 31000. Dop 02.08.2016

          My car get accident on 27th june (Monday) night so taken car to madurai siva maruthi work shop on 28 th morning (Tuesday). Due to non availability of solamalai maruthi we given over to sivamaruthi. We complete the formalities around 12 pm on the same day. They committed to deliver the car on 2nd aug (Saturday). My car is in bumper to bumper insurance it is not even one year old car.

          They given my car to me on tuesday 4th august they given me even late but the problems are not rectified. They deliver the car without proper document. So not paid the money on 4th to the guy who delivered to me, on the next day 5th august that guy come and collect rs 4200 from me. He said there is pressure pls help m sir otherwise they will sack from job like that, due to concern on his job given rs 4200 to him. After that i complained about the service quality then after one week they rectified the problems litte bit. Not cleared the problem fully.

          Every time how i’m not able to visit the dealer 2 times. One week time is not at all acceptable. Even my last time 20000 service also same thing happened ac not worked properly so came second time.In the bill mentioned works are not done, like wheel alignment & balancing, washing, ac cleaning these are the things we are to from out side then how i’m able to belive other parts also replaced under the service.. This is not only happening for my swift car for our swift desire also u can check your track record. Now but as on date i’m not get any proper bill, i’m not able to what are works done. Replace parts also not hand over to me.
          My questions are
          Why i have to pay for bumper to bumper insurance claim for parts
          Why there is no bill
          Why should i visit or why should i give my car for 2 times
          Why there is a delay in delivery time
          Why there no customer friendly in service
          Why this hide and seek games in claims.
          Why proper reporting

          For your reference attached the bill which is given to for payment.

          This is the third maruti vehicle vehicle in my family, the fist one is wagonr (Tn 59aj[protected], second one swift dezire (Tn 59bc4603)& now replaced the wagonr and purchased swift (Tn59bh1406) these vehicle are with our family of five only. Very much disappointed in maruti service. Is this any fault in me to purchased the same make car.

            Dear sir,

            This is to bring to your kind notice the details of my plight/suffering at maruti service masters (msm) gt karnal road delhi.
            I had given my car sx4 zxi bearing registration no. dl 2cal 9956 on 10th july '2016 to maruti masters for the following work:

            1) noise from dash board
            2) rpm check
            3) throttle body cleaning

            Day 1- i received a call from service engineer stating that the voice is coming from "actuator motor", and this can only be rectified after changing the complete a/c assembly. however we will try and isolate the actuator motor by removing the couplings for now, and rest of the functionality will work smoothly except of air rotation system.

            Day 2- there was another call in the morning i was informed that after removing the couplings, a/c is functioning erractially and they are checking if they could arrange the actuator motor, then there will be no problem.

            I called maruti company at their okhla office and spoke with mr rahul verma, explained him that since the very day of purchase of the vehicle it is been sent for maintenance and repairs at msm only, however despite my repeated complains to msm i have been experiencing few problems never been rectified from the second month of purchase of the above said vehicle.
            A) defogger not working
            B) coolant evaporating after every 1500 to 2000 km.
            And now a third problem related to noise from the dashboard.
            Mr. rahul verma took mr. chawla (gm) from msm online and asked him to look into the matter more seriously.

            Day 3- somebody from msm calls me up and confirm that the child part which is actuator motor has been arranged and fitted, the vehicle now has no noise from dashboard, issue related to coolant has also been taken care as there was some leakage from core heater.

            Day 4- i spoke to mr. chawla and asked him to kindly look throughly with the ac part as it was reported by your service engineer that it has some erratic behaviour after removing the couplings, i was assured by the respective gm mr. chawla that he has checked the vehicle and everything is perfect, for issue related to defogger it was found that the rear glass is faulty hence needs replacement for which the matter has already been escalated with mr. rahul verma.

            Day 5- i spoke to mr. rahul verma and was assured that the necessary approval has been given to msm to replace the rear glass as it is more of manufacturing fault.
            I spoke to mr. chawla again and was told that the rear glass is not available and shall be changed in a day or so.

            Day 10- vehicle was sent back with an invoice of inr 6543/-, no sooner i turned on the vehicle found that the ac and the blower is constantly working even after switching them off, i called up mr. chawla and mr. rahul verma, reported this matter and was told to return the vehicle.

            Day 11- despite my repeated calls there was no update.

            Day 12- i spoke to mr. rahul verma and he asked me to give 2 days to mr. chawla to throughly check the vehicle and do the needful.
            At around 1630 hrs service advisor mr. susheel and an ac technician mr. satbir visit my house and told me that the problem has been rectified, once i got in the car realised that the problem has even worsened up, i called up mr. chawla and reported this matter to him for which i was challenged that the vehicle is absolutely fine and i may call upon maruti company for a second opinion, after making mr rahul verma and mr. chawla speak to the representatives who had come to deliver me the vehicle i was asked by mr. rahul verma to resend the vehicle, which i did.

            Day 13- received a text message from msm about the etd of vehicle on 22 aug 2016.

            Day 14- no response

            Day 15- i called up mr. rahul verma who took me on conference with mr. chawla whereby it was informed to me by mr. chawla that now the complete ac panel has to be changed, this came as a shock to me since from day 3 i was reported that the problem has been resolved as the actuator motor which was causing the noise has been changed.
            When i asked them that this problem of ac working even in off mode was never there till the time the vehicle was sent on 10th july i was told clearly by mr. chawla in presence of mr. rahul verma that even if the fault has come up at the service centre they are not responsible for the same, i even debated if the problem was actually there then why was i being challenged by such a senior person mr. chawla (gm) on day 12 that the vehicle has no such problem and i should report the matter to maruti company for a second opinion whereby forcing me to take the delivery of vehicle with a new fault due to experimental negligence by the service engineer at msm.
            The conversation was concluded by mr. rahul verma that i should bear the cost for the rectification of the faulty part caused by their negligence as the vehicle is no longer in warranty, i was also reported the cost of the part is around inr 23, 000/-+

            The vehicle till date has a milage of 38172 km, i am a regular customer of msm for last nine years with 2 other maruti vehicles and had always trusted them under the impression that they are being observed by the respective company itself.
            This incident whereby i am made to believe that even if a fault has occurred due to the negligence of msm it is a complete responsibility of the owner himself, even if it gets stolen from msm premise they can only lodge the fir and are not responsible for such incidents too.. the above statement was quoted by mr. chawla gm msm while on conference with mr. rahul verma an employee of maruti suzuki india ltd.

            I request your concerned authorities to intervene and help me get justice and regain my faith in the esteem company.
            Look forward for an immediate solution as the vehicle is still at msm since 10th july and my work is suffering now.
            I have the images o[censored]npaid invoice confirming the cost of actuator motor and other charges and can produce the same if required for your ready reference.

              I mr mohan ram s/o mr rana ram ji ress. of purani basti mandore jodhpur rajasthan.

              I purchased a maruti suzuki swift vdi in month of february 2016 form your company lmj jodhpur and there rc no rj 19 cf 7870. i have submit the all relevent document at a time. but the compnay coud't issue the rc of these no. i get contect more time of last six months. but the compnay respossible perssion will not to do proper response to me. plz issue direction to responsible perrssion for solve the my problems. there is no any document and amount due in fevour of company

                This is to inform you that i had booked your company’s vitara breza on 11th of april 2016 (considering 18 weeks waiting period for the delivery of the car) from one of your dealers in vadodara named amar cars.

                Sir the thing is like that on the booking date & time i have booked ldi model of the car, but as i came back to my home & done the calculations & comparison of price & features between ldi & ldi (o) model of breza i come to know that there is only few rupees difference & i am getting all the safety features in ldi (o) model of breza. so on the very next day i called amar car’s sales executive who has taken my booking & i confirmed him that i want ldi (o) instead of ldi model of breza. he also confirm me that there is no problem they will do all the changes & i will get ldi (o) only.

                From that day i am in continuous touch with amar car’s sales executive & every time i have asked for the status of my car & confirm him my ldi (o) model & he had also confirmed me that you will get the same soon.
                In addition of that i had also received one call from amar car representative that if they will give me my car before my waiting period so would i like to take it or not, in that call also i have confirmed them for my ldi (o) model & she had also confirmed me for the same.

                But now when my waiting period is going to over & i am asking for the car, this amar car people are asking me to take ldi model of vitara breza. from last one week i am doing follow up with them for my issue but they are saying they can’t do anything in that i have to take ldi model only or i have to cancel this booking of ldi & i have to do the booking for ldi (o) again & i have to wait for 4 to 5 months for the same which i really can’t afford because i had already planned when i want my car & made necessary arrangements for the same. so i request you to please do some arrangement of this model in your next lot despatch of the vitara breza in vadodara city to amar car.

                I request you to please look into the same & resolve my issue and help me to get my dream car on my required time.

                  Next morning when i drove this car i felt some clear double noise from the front left side of the car and it was so annoying and i felt cheated after spending almost 11 lakhs on a car which has a poor noise and even my old car wasn't having such noise even after being used for more then 115000 kms.

                  That time i took all this very calmly and reported this issue to mr. Jitender who then fixed my appointment in mayapuri service station with mr. Ashutosh.

                  The next disappointment started, i took half day leave from office and called mr. Ashutosh. He was so arrogant & rigid with his approach that he said "ok you bring the car to us, we will get test drive done but not the repair work if situation arises," is it something that i am requesting for my fault". It is maruti's fault that a faulty/defective car was given to me.

                  Moving ahead, i went to mayapuri workshop and there someone test drove it for the fault but no noise was felt at that time. So, i came back with the perception that probably the issue got sorted on it own and it is perfectly fine.

                  But the next morning i felt the same noise again and luckily that evening jitender called me to ask if everything is fine (Which was a good gesture). I then told him the iss ue and he then suggested me to get it checked by sending someone to my house on saturday (23rd july'16). But saturday morning he told me that the technical person who could come to my home is on leave due to some unfortunate reason so now there is no one who could visit to inspect the problem.

                  Again, i called mr. Ashutosh to send other technical person to visit home but he told me that"agar aise 2-3 customer roz mujhse kahenge to sabke ghar to nahin jaayenge na". I repeatedly kept on saying that if i got the car myself noise would disappear by then, as i had noticed that the noise disappears after the car is driven for 10-15 kms, still he refused my valid reason and"ordered me"to take the car to workshop if i want to get the issue sorted.

                  Then i approached mr. Jitender again and decided to leave the car overnight in competent mahrauli as guided by him.

                  Today (24th july'16), i waited till 11:30 am for the response from mehrauli and then i called there. To my surprise the response i got was"aaj humne car chalaayi hai aur car mein noise hai. Koi problem wali baat nahin hai aap isse 2000 km chalaaiye, awaaz chali jaayegi". Is it a joke? It seems like i have purchased a second hand car at the cost of new car.

                  Do all your car have noise problem and they have to be driven by the customer for 2000 km to resolve such problems? If no then treat it as manufacturing defect and replace the part but he shows the risk of touching it for some further uncertain problems which might occur as the technology is new. Are you selling a product with such level o[censored]ncertainty & risk in touching and replacing the part?

                  Now in the evening, i got a call from competent mehrauli that problem has been fixed, but when i enquired deeply about how and what part has been replaced and is that mentioned anywhere, he said it is foc (Free of cost) so we don't tell what exactly has been done to fix this problem.In this way if further any problem occurs and i take it to the workshop then i cannot prove what previously has been done because i don't have anything on record. He then called me again and said only lubrication has been done to shocker (The same detail that i got in the morning with the further information that 2000 km chalaaiye awaaz chali jaayegi).

                  Now, my concern is, that currently this noise is a defect which we could identify, but what if there are some more unidentifiable faults in the car, who will take the responsibility?

                  I need record of any & every repair work done till now and secondly, if i find the noise or any other problem again then you will have to take this car back as i don't want second hand conditioned car at the cost of new car.

                  Looking forward to a quick & positive response from maruti as i have invested hard earned money in it.

                  We also faced a similar problem of noise coming from inside the car. Somewhere from the dashboard. Our 10 year old car also would not make so much noise. We were also told this same non-sense of driving it for 2000k and it will go away. It is only getting worse and worse. We are planning to take up the issue in consumer court as there are many issues with the car and the Maruti guys are aware of that. Ciaz is a very cheaply produced car and they are trying to fool people. Their staff gives the same standard answers. Even for the lack of auto-centering of the steering wheel, all their staff knows that this problem is there. But they all just say no no, we can't make out any issue.
                  Someone needs to teach them a lesson.

                    I am nilavva s baligar my vehical no ka49 m2427 on this vehical spend lots of money in this july 2016 month i am not satisfied your service and i am compaliant against bad service and taking lots of amount without take care of our vehical. Before the service my car was in good condiation and when we let for servicing the problem was again arrising as same before
                    1) this month we paid more than 1, 20, 000 thousand
                    Ur company is most reputed so by having faith on you we let our car for servicing this is the condiaon of your gokak maruti suzaki service center and gokak service center consentrating only selling new cars.. Care less of old coustemer and old car. Please cheque my car bill deatils at your account department.

                    So please send understand the custemor situvation and slove my problems as possible other wise i will complaint against local police station and i will send notice gokak baranch maruti suzaki show room

                      My new celerio car is giving an accelerating problem which can't be rectified by the dealers and they have told me that only after engineers from the company comes they will call me for solution.
                      But I am facing extreme hardship while driving as time to time it stops and accelerate more than I press accelerator.
                      So I am writing this complain letter for early solution.

                        Mr rc bhargava/ceo and mds of maruti udyog limited,
                        I had purchased maruti ceelrio only because i was handicapped from my left leg and wanted to buy a at car; but just see how maruti cheat a handicapped person (Read my review below);
                        Years after years, maruti is piling up profits; but do you want to pile up profit on hard earned money of a handicapped and so many innocent people of india so that he si left nothing to spend on his health and maintainenec as a bad decision to buy a maruti car makes him suffer…

                        I purchased my new maruti celerio vxi from competent automobiles; islampur at gurgaon on 5th may 2016;
                        I was told that celerio gives running average of 20 plus in city though maruti claims this above 23.5 kms/per litre of petrol;
                        But i am shocked that in 31 liters of petrol which i have filled in my celerio it has been able to run less than 290 kms, which gives average of around 8-9 kms per liter.
                        The maruti meters are also wrong as they show it as 11 plus which is completely wrong.
                        So i am not happy and will not recommend maruti celerio to anyone.
                        5 negatives of celerio
                        - poor quality and defective electronic meters in celerio
                        - poor average of the car (To no one in our forum does this gives average of above 12) and for me it gives average of 8 kms per litre
                        - in ethical approach by maruti to sell cars and giving wrong promises to customers;
                        - poor interiors and fragile body fo celerio
                        - poor pick up
                        I was called by maruti to get my vehicle checked in heat of may where i was asked to stand and wait outside workshop where maruti tested the celerio; the maruti checked my engine and told me all is ok; but meanwhile i got chance to connect with other customers who told me that even their celerio is giving fuel average of below 10, a (Some even said 7 kms/per litre);
                        Since i am maruti user for last 9 years …i found this difficult to believe that maruti suzuki can manufacture such useless vehicles and fought a lot and approached senior managers in maruti including rishabh kakkar; and other senior managers of maruti udyog limited… and made it a resolution to publish my story as blog and review on various national websites;

                        I heard this poor junk of celerio is also sold internationally and maruti suzuki continue to fool people.

                        So we as a forum o[censored]sers have insured to mention on various websites;
                        Maruti has recently degraded its quality and celerio is a total junk;

                        When i wrote this blog on internet, i was approached by below friends who confirmed that even theit average is pathetic and they are also facing same issues from maruti..

                        We all with same concerns have decided that since maruti has cheated us;
                        To all o[censored]s maruti called us individually and wasted out fuel and time and harassed us and till date did not resolved our problem as for all fo us it is giving an extremely poor average and very poor performace and multiple sisues..

                        Which also proved maruti suzuki is highly inethical and cheat organisation in free india..
                        We had grouped together to write blogs in southasian and europena markets to tell truth about poor performance fo amruti celerio and suzuki car…and so that no one else suffers like we did..

                        This is not a one off incident but we know that maruti celerio is bad and maruti suzuki is making blunders in testing and quality of its manufacturing..
                        I appeal to reader that like us please make resolution of not buyimng maruti cars and get cheated at hands of amruti suzuki…

                            We have booked two maruti wagonr from "paramount wheels pvt. ltd.in mira road."in the name of"vivek tours and travels"&"prathamesh tours and travels" through a sub dealer. we got proforma invoice in the name of paramount wheels pvt ltd. by the sub dealer which whicrs.548093. we made the payment of rs 520093/_ in the name of the dealer_ and balance through cash of rs. 34000/- to the sub dealer. we are allowed the vehicles after full payment been made by us but the dealer. and now dealer is not in a mood of passing on the company discount to us and asking us to talk to the sub dealer which says that once the booking is done, you are not eligible for any discount from the company. so, please do the needful and help the customer been cheated by those authorized dealer in the name of some agents (sub dealer)

                              Sir, my family had a long cherished dream of owning a suv car & in auto expo 2016 our dreamed of owning suv seemed to be true when maruti launched ….. Vitara breeza. We were so fascinated & over thrilled, that we started enquiring about this car from authorized dealers & kept an eye on its launch date.

                              As my parents grew very old & finds it difficult to sit in car having a low ground clearance & my family decided to give our parents, “a big surprise” by gifting them vitara breeza on their golden marriage anniversary which was coming in april 29 2016 rather than spending the money on partying.

                              This was the most important & auspicious day in our lives.

                              Finally, we were able to book this car after a long wait on 07.03.2016 through m/s magic auto pvt ltd. Karol bagh delhi seemed to be a big dealer of maruti with a good sales network all over delhi & gave rs 11000/ cheque no.184366 dtd 07.03.2016 as booking amount as demanded by their sales executive mr vinay, vide receipt no. B 02584 dtd 08.03.2016. On the assurance of delivering this car in coming three to four weeks.
                              When i requested regarding delivery date in writing, mr vinay refused & told that he cannot give in writing but gave a verbal commitment on behalf of his co. M/s magic auto, of delivering vitaara breeza by end of march 2016 or maximum by first week of april 2016. So we trusted him as he committed on behalf of m/s magic auto pvt ltd.
                              As we had sufficient time approx. 7 weeks in hand for our anniversary auspicious day so we opined to get this car by mid of april 2016. Before booking i enquired about changing the name of car owner at the time of registration, i was assured by mr vinay from magic auto that the booking name could be changed & transferred at the time of registration of car in blood relation or company, so i booked vitaara breeza in name of my wife mrs manisha goel.

                              On next day ie. March 08 2016 vitara breeza was launched & i got a call from mr vinay from m/s magic auto pvt ltd. That the booking amount has been increased to rs 21000/ & without a second thought, i immediately send the balance 10000/ cheque to magic auto to reconfirm our booking of vitara breeza (Ldi optional) model. Before booking i enquired about changing the name of car owner at the time of registration, i was assured by mr vinay from magic auto that the booking name could be changed & transferred at the time of registration of car in blood relation or company.

                              . My family started dreaming of joy & happiness which my dad would get on a long drive with mom in his new suv vitara breeaza on their 50th golden anniversary.

                              After almost two weeks of booking when i did not received any the booking no. & delivery schedule, i reminded m/s magic auto by mails, over phone & then personally visited at their karol bagh delhi showroom met the team leader mr ramesh & gm mr gagan many times …. But no one gave a satisfactorily reply. Only false comforts. Then i approached your customer care & vasant kunj office & sent mails many times but again found helpless as nobody reverted even after running from pillar to post. Finally the most important & auspicious day of our lives came & we all broke down as our long awaited dream of seeing my dad driving his new suv with mom on his golden anniversary shattered & we could not celebrate their golden anniversary.

                              The charm of buying vitara breeza faded & we stopped enquiring the delivery date of same.In july i got a call from magic auto that our vehicle is ready for delivery. We once again got excited & thought of gifting this car to my son on his 18th birthday which comes in july itself. We requested magic auto to register the car in my father in law name but they refused & delayed this matter.

                              We hurriedly thought to take car in (Originally booked) my wife name mrs manisha as my son was going out of delhi for four years for pursuing his btech course & we approached punjab & sind bank kirti nagar & got the full amount payment bankers cheque as per quotation given by magic auto in my wife’s name on 12 july & handed over to mr vinay from magic auto with a commitment same day of delivery of vehicle by late evening.
                              We came to know the same day that our next door neighbours (Business) are very close relatives of one of the of magic auto owners.
                              On 12th magic auto failed to deliver car in evening as some formalities were not completed & we were promised the delivery for next day july 13th by 11.00am at their karol baugh showroom.
                              I along with my wife & kids reached their showroom by 11.15 am with once again full of joy & excitement & in high spirits, as finally we could gift my son his 18th birthday gift & share a drive with him as he was going for further studies, the very next day ie july14 2016.

                              We waited anxiously at their showroom in spite of their air-conditioning system was not working & there was lot of suffocation. My wife suffered from acute bronchitis because of traffic congestion & air-pollution from our gurgaon residence to their karol baugh showroom. After about one hour of waiting we were told by mrs pooja, probably customer care manager of magic auto that they cannot give the delivery of breeza today. We were all shocked & traumatized when they mentioned that if we want to take delivery of vehicle then we have to arrange a phone call from their close relative who is our business neighbour to their directors & only after his consent they can handover the vehicle to us. I asked for their directors no. But they refused. I never wanted to take obligation of anyone though we had good relations with our neighbours. I found it very strange & i enquired if relative is above law. We asked the reason for not giving the vehicle; we were told that the high security number plate is not ready.
                              I along with my family including my wife & kids were insulted & harassed in front of their whole staff.
                              We all broke down & in the fit of anger i wrote for cancellation & came back once again dishearten full of tears in eyes of my family with shattered dreams as we were repeatedly traumatized & deeply hurt so many times by magic auto.

                                According to company car deliver within 45-60 days. But still my car not delivered.
                                Ir an take action on behalf my request. I hope you will delivered my car.

                                  Hi myself harish kumar. Im from chennai, tamilnadu. I'm a maruti swift user since 2011. I exchanged my old swift and bought new maruti swift 2 months ago. I'm currently facing a really bad experience with my new car. The mileage of my new swift is very poor. I'm getting 12.5 kmpl in city and 13.5kmpl in highway. Which is equal to my xuv500. The main purpose that i bought swift is for mileage only. But i'm very much disappointed. I complained about this issue in my first service. But no action took place. My old swift gave me very good mileage of 18.5kmpl in city and 21 average in highway. I need maruti to take action on my case. I need this to be fixed or i need the replacement.                                     Hi i had booked the vehicle at borivali sai service commitment was 3months. Now 3 months have passed there is no proper response no time given by when it will be delivered. I was on with 3monthsas wanted on my daughter birthday. I have been calling them time n again just keep getting information that maruti is not providing us with the vehicle so we cannot supply. When u book a car u book post looking at various things. Really unhappy the way the whole thing had been handled. I have kept calling them again and again but really unhappy with the whole process.. Looks like dealers and maruti is not interested as they think there is no player as big as them.

                                      I had booked a vehicle -Brezza on 4th April'16 and due to delay in delivery i had to cancel the booking on 6th June'16. The cancellation information was given at least one month before the written information. But the refund of amount was not done till date. Whenever contacted they were telling the reason that the director is not available in India to sign the cheque. Mr Tapas Kumar Sahu (dealer in Jyote M.No. [protected]) and Ms. Sarmishta Patnaik, Customer care Manager (M.No.[protected]) are always making some excuses and not telling when the amount will be refunded. We do not expect such kind of attitude and negligence from big brand like Maruti. Therefor, You are requested to look into the matter and do the immediate steps to refund the amount at the earliest.

                                        I have purchased my vdi plus ciaz on 7th july and it has bonnet problem, i have all proofs to prove it as a manufacturing defect.

                                        And lots of noise under car from the frist day, the show room people response is good this is out of their hands, so i want my car to replaced immediately.
