Hai sir, my name is gangishetty raju, from warangal dist state of telangana, i purchased a vitara brezza car last month may 2016 in adarsha motors warangal, but am not satisfied for that car, when i was 100 above speed, at that time i was apply the break the vihicle is shaking back portion, when i was climing a even big speed breaker, applied the break again the vehicle is shaking, and when i was taking long turning minmum speed 80 kmph at that time the two rear tyres are hanged one after one so please give the engineer assistnce for my vehicle as soon as possible...

    When i purchased my car from pasco on 15th June 2016 i had a problem with abnormal noise in fuel pump and also abnormal noise from front suspension I reported the same to the sales executive and he asked me to come to the service station to get it checked later in the week I went to service station Pasco on 19th June at 10 am as it was my off day Spent the complete day there to get my new car repaired They changed the fuel pump and also changed stabeliser rods in front suspension as they said that it was faulty The problem waz not resolved then again did some repairz on my new car by changing some bushes In evening they took me for at test drive and the problem seemed to be resolved After a painful stressful day of getting my 2 days old Ciaz repaired I felt relieved a bit that now issues have been resolved and what do I see next that my rear bumper has got damaged in the service station I got really irritated and reported this to the sales executive and also the works manager They said that they will get it repaired during my first service I said what the hell so much repairs in my 2 days old car I left very disaapointed from there but I waz not aware about what waz in store for me in the next days to come The car ran Ok when i was going to my work in next morning but while coming back in evening the suspension noise started again I got very irritated that was it a mistake which I made by going for Maruti car I called up the sales executive next morning 21st June and reported the problem He asked me again to come for repairs during the first service My question to Maruti Suzuki is that is this the way a customer has to pay for his new car which is carrying such manufacturing defects and have been transferred to me for bearing them Now I am escalating this to MSIL and would escalate even further as I have been duped by giving me a defective piece Need an immediate resolution for my problem

    Hi Ruchir, has the suspension noise problem been identified. i also bought a ciaz zdi+ from Pasco this august and it makes strange noises on rough roads. Have they resolved the issue in your car, if so what exactly was it as the works manager at Pasco doesnt seem to have any clue. He also tried something on my car, it went away and the noise was back in two days and is increasing. Your response would help.

    I have underwent my worst nightmares having purchased a CIAZ from you with my hard earned money of 14 years.

    I want my entire money refunded within a week and I don't want a new replacement for this defective car.

    I intend to end my 11 year blossoming relationship with Maruti Corp once and forever also with an additional caution that I won't recommend any product of Maruti to anyone from my family, friends, relatives, colleagues or any social circle that I am part of.

    My Next Step would be reaching your CMD's office with cc to PMO, Transport Minister, Consumer Forum, Niti Aayog, and all Concerned Legal Bodies with Copies of my entire correspondences with your local offices regarding the Purchase of Maruti CIAZ Car.

      I had booked Maruti Vitara Breeza via Prem Motors, Jaipur, I called Executive Ashish Chabra on Dated 28th March, 2016 and paid booking Amount Rs. 21, 000/- Cash to him and took Cash Receipt. But as i come to know now that he booked my Car on Dated 7th April, 2016.

      Booking Sr No. SOB16000057 in the name of Rajni Ahuja

      As i come to know that person who booked car on 29th got delivered Car and i have not getting satisfactory answer from them.

      This type of irregularity in system harnessing me, If my car not delivered i will be forced to file a case in Consumer Court.

        I have a complaint about inconvenience at the showroom and very uncooperative behavior of staff. I went to buy a new wagon r car to the showroom. I wanted to take loan for that. I have given all my details for that and they borrowed all the required documents from me. They promised me about loan and said to pay booking amount. I booked my car by paying booking amount of inr 21000/- +1500/- it's been a month but still my loan process hadn't been done and they called me and said that your loan hasn't been passed. They are asking for a guarantor even if i had submitted all my documents what they asked. I fed up with all these things because everyday they asked for a new document and i managed them. But now even if i have done with my all the documents they are asking for more. Nothing is mentioned in the loan procedures which they are asking now. After all these, i asked for return of my booking amount urgently because i am not going to buy your car now. They said that we will not give a full booking amount and it will take around 20 days to return your money even if they promised me to give a full amount on time while u cancel your booking. And the thing is i am not cancelling my booking. They cancelled due to a failure try of my loan.

        So my question is that why they booked my car if they were not sure about my loan will be sanctioned or not? And why they borrowed my money for a long time as a booking amount.

        Second, why they made fake promises about my loan and all.

        Third why they are not giving me full amount return on time as per promise?

        Fourth why they led to the wrong directions and after a month they denied to sanctioned a loan for car?

        Sir i belongs to a good family and i am not taking this loan to do fraud with maruti suzuki or a bank. They are behaving me like i am a criminal.

        I don't want maruti suzuki car anymore. And i will never recommend to others also.

          Purchased new Swift car on 07/06/2016 but faced problem in its lights system from the very first day. Called the concerned authority and also visited Autopace, Chandigarh on 22/06/2016 from where we purchased car. They said Leave the car as today the cocerned person is not available who can tell us about the fault.So when I called Yesterday i.e. on 23/06/2016 I was told to take back car as there is major problem in its wiring system.Its wiring will be changed.Which is not possible this week as wiring is not available. So you have to come back next week. You can take your car back.Its a great surprise that such a big company is giving such response, As we keep on moving outstations and which is very difficult with such fault, so please take the necessary action immediately to avoid inconvenience Thanks.

          Further I would like to tell that along with previous I have started facing new problems like fault in reading meter, music system not functioning etc. So I would like to request you to please change the car as I don't want a car with lots of manufacturing faults right from the beginning. It's not acceptable to have new car to be there in your service centre every all the time. I purchased it for my comfort and not for discomfort. Till today received no reply from Maruti Suzuki Company.

            Resp.Sir,
            I have purched Suzuki Access 125 on 26-Aug-2013 on cash payment from Malik Motors, Ballarpur (M.S).

            1. He gave me wrong vehicle number on 2013, without doing registration in RTO.
            2. When I didn’t receive my RC book I came to know that he has not done registration process.
            3. I have visited nearly 50 times at his showroom and also kept my vehicle at his showroom to carry it to the RTO for registration, but still he is not taking seriously my problem.
            4. Also he has taken 1200 Rs from me for vehicle insurance on Jan’16 on the name of repassing of my vehicle again but still not gave me insurance paper & Vehicle number also.
            5. On my every visiting at his showroom for this matter, he always tell me to come after 5 to 10 days, which is very difficult for me as I am doing job in research lab and not have much time.
            Was I wrong Sir as I have purched Suzuki Access or the company has done mistake by giving dealership to such person?
            Now I realize that he is lying with me again. I request you sir to do something against his harass mental process with customer. And ask him to resistrate my vehicle soon.

                My maruti car modle 2008 mpfi engine damaged the petrol pipe.i tried my best but petrol pipe of mpfi engine high presure not avalable. kindly provide me this one urgently.the main petrol pipe that situated inside the bonut of car. the length of this pipe approx.6-8 inches.i tried your authorised part dealar m/s india automotives at jaipur.i fit local pipe but after fitting local petrol pipe became damaged immigiatly. kindly provide me genuine petrol pipe.

                  I bought swift car from maruti suzuki in 14 august 2014. There was an unpleasant sound coming from tyres after 7000 kms. Both the rear tyres were facing irregular wear and tear. Firslty I told the service executive about the problem at my first service after running 10000 km. But he told me that there are few little damps in the tyre due to which the noise is coming but will stop after few kms.
                  Then after few days I went to maruti suzuki about the same problem but didnot get any positive response from them. At my second service after 20000 kms, I visited the maruti suzuki again but they told me there is manufacturing defect in the tyres. Then I visited the tyre company (jk tyres chd) but they told me that this is due to manufacturing defect in the swift and showed me the pictures of the other swift cars with other company's tyres (mrf, bridgestone, etc.) Suffering from the same problem of irregular wear and tear of the rear tyres. Then I visited again maruti suzuki and then they agreed to the problem of manufacturing defects in the swift car. But after so many complaints they are just agreeing to give me 50% discount if I purchase new tyres from them.
                  But why should I pay 50%, its manufacturing defect of maruti suzuki swift they should solve the problem permanently. Also same problem is within many cars of maruti suzuki like swift dezire, swift, etc. A very negative response from maruti suzuki company, did not expected this from such an indian trusted brand. Still in a wait of positive response to solve this problem permanently from maruti suzuki company.

                    I got a message from shine.com that i was recruited as a junior engineer in maruthi suzuki company in gurgoan .i accepted their msg and call to the num [protected] and her name is saroj and receoved my call and after talking to her she inbox me a form and said to fill that form and to pay 999 rs for registration and i did it and i filled that form and send my scanned docuents and bank slip to her after that she send me the offer later and i again called her and asked about job location and she said topayagain 5999 for the conformation of job and i paid money in the favour of SHINE GLOBE and later i called her about my job conformation and location details till that moment they are not available to me .they are not receiving my calls but their numbers are in use am trying to contact them woth differnt numbers they are answering the call and ghey are saying ghat they will send the mail within 2 minutes but till today 2days was finished but i diidnt received the mail from them.i think i was betrayed by their words they are making peoples as fools and playing with job seekers life so have to stop this fraud.i dont bother about job pls return my money and i hope this complaint will definetly help me if any one facing the same problem inform me guys and the job hr details are saroj -[protected] and monika -[protected] pls try to help me friends these people playing with our lives.Hope everyone will respond to this mail if anyone wants to support and solve my problem pls inbox to my mail [protected]@gmail.com

                      Dear sir am s devapriyam i got an offer letter from maruthi suzuki dat i was recruited as a junior engineer and i accepted their request and received their call and i paid 999 rs as registration fees after that they send me the offer letter and they said to pay 5999 to conform the job as per their rules i paid from that moment they stopped receiving my calls and they are not in unavailable. I did not know what to do now pls help me if anyone is placing the same problem i will be happy if my money will be back.                         I guess you get mixed reviews on any product. Unfortunately my experience with Bimal Auto, old Airport has been horrendous to say the least.
                        Being a satisfied previous Maruti owner for close to 12+ years I have been closely watching the launch of Maruti Brezza. I grabbed the first opportunity and booked the car from Bimal airport road. As per the docket number it shows as[protected], this was even before the first batch was released into the market.
                        As my luck would have it the sales person (Dinesh) promised me that I would get the delivery in the first batch provided I pay one lakh extra, which I did promptly. Today its been more than 3 months and I do not have the visibility of the delivery. On further inquiry I find the sales person has quite and there is no booking in my name. Now I’m stuck with the extra money I paid and without a car.
                        I have provided all the proofs (Deposit and booking receipt and the docket) to the showroom.
                        Awaiting for the response, my initial meetings has not been fruitful with no dates on the return nor the car. I’m now taking up the matter directly with Maruti .
                        So lesson learnt is not to trust any sales persons how much every they sweet talk, more importantly you are left to your own in cases like these no matter how big the dealer is.

                          I bought a celerio in july 2015 from bimal showroom bangalore. Second day of delivery itself it had problems, they tried to address but still the noise persists and now the mileage has considerably come down to 9.5 km/litre. Each time the complaint made to the dealer it is not getting rectified. What should be done. Many times told them to take back the vehicle, no proper response.

                            I bought lets in tirupur showroom on 30.11.2015. From 1 km to 559 kms there is no any problem i had faced. After 560 km's vehicle suddenly stopped/offed while running. 2 days once i had faced this problem. Break also not working properly. Daily morning i start my vehicle using kiker, 7 to 8 times i tried only it worked even i used choke. I told this problems to your (Nava india, coimbatore) service center persons. But till this time they had not cleared and corrected all the problems i had faced. They told only the silly explanations. They broken my silencer cover due to the second time service. That is also not changed still. For your kind information i drive my vehicle in nh roads (Busy roads). Kindly rectify all my problems. Otherwise you will take this vehicle and give me new one.

                                My car swift lxi 2010 model with number hr 26 bh 0562, bought on the name of subhash chand nagpal ([protected]), suffered a tyre burst while on the run on national highway nh8 on 21st june 2016, (Yesterday)

                                The consequences could have been dangerous for my life if i wouldn't have been able to control the car which disbalanced after the tyre blast.

                                Till now the total running kilometres of car is 39, 294km.

                                I request maruti suzuki to take strict action against the cheating done to me by providing me a manufacturing fault tyre and compensate me for the loss.

                                I want the action to be stringent and speedy otherwise i would be left with no option then to knock the door of the court.

                                  I had booked maruti baleno delta model at gwalior nexa on 30.05.2016. The sales team committed that they
                                  Will give delivery of vehicle by june end. I have got sanctioned the auto loan and got demand draft today
                                  From bank. Now sales team (Mr. Bedish shrivastava) is saying we have not got allocation of vehicles,
                                  O we can not deliver the vehicle. Since bank has disbursed the loan, they started charging interest.
                                  Now please let me know what to do?

                                  Sales team is just doing mis-selling and cheating the customers.

                                    I have purchased a ciaz zdi plus on dated 10 april 2016 from vipul motor faridabad. I have face a problem in nevigation system which is installed by company is not update. I have repeatedly complained to vipul motor for updation of nevigation system but they are helpless due to not respond by maruti in this regarding.nevigation system not show most of place which are developed before two years in faridabad and gurgaon or other city. Vipul motor reply that maruti not provide any type updated chip for this system. I am saying that when maruti not provide updated map so why maruti charge one lakh for this system.

                                    Maruti company neighter contact me nor email me regard ing my complaint. I think maruti not want to provide any help in this regard.

                                      I purchased a maruthi suzuki ritz vxi from popular vehicles and services ltd, kozhikode, kerala on[protected]. My vehicle no. Is kl 11 az 3962 and i have taken my first service on[protected] and second service on[protected]. I drove my vehicle 3800kms only. On[protected], at about 10:30 pm, when i was returning to my house with family, my vehicle broke down on the road and it was not moving. Then i intimated it to popular vehicles and they took it to the service centre and on[protected], they intimated that the clutch plate of my vehicle has worn out and they said that they could not give warranty for the clutch plate. My third service due only on[protected]. Is it justifiable if a clutch plate being worn out for such a vehicle which has moved just 3800 km? I have been using cars including maruthi omni, maruthi alto and maruthi zen since last 25 years and no such complaints were found. So please direct the company to change the clutch plate or other complaints at your expenses.
