आनंद मोटर्स barlington चौराहा लखनऊ में मैंने श्रीमती बीना अधिकारी सेल्स एक्सेक्यूटिव्व के माध्यम से मारुती ब्रीजा दिनाक 01 अप्रैल 2016 को 21000 रुपए देकर बुक करायी थी और आस्वासन दिया गया कि एक माह में आपको गाड़ी मिल जायेगी लेकिन मेरी बुकिंग के आज पूरे चार महीने हो गये न तो आनंद मोटर्स द्वारा मुझे प्राथमिकता दी गयी न तो फ़ोन किया गया और न तो गाड़ी दी गयी । अगर इस तरह के कर्मचारी आनंद मोटर्स में रहे गे तो मुझे नहीं लगता कि आनंद मोटर्स एक अच्छी एजेंसी साबित होंगी और मेरे द्वारा अपने दोस्तों और पडोसी को और सभी को यही बताया जायेगा की कोई भी मारुती की गाडी आनंद मोटर्स न तो बुक कराये और न तो खरीदे क्योंकि आनन्द मोटर्स की सर्विस बेहद घटिया स्तर की है।

    I purchased my car on 25 july 2015 and after 2 months of purchase i unfortunately undergone a tragedic thing that while i was n my way driving steering wheel got suddenly stuck nd ws hard to move because of that i met with a major accident
    aftr this my car ws been towed yo workshop in ludhiana where my car ws nt even touched aftr completion of inquiry of insurance comp nd they took around 3 mnths to get my car ready again . And aftr when they hand over me my car i have visit around 4 to 5 times again to workshop as sometimes sensors are nt working, airbag sensor is nt geting off .means car ws not satisfactory at all And now few days back again when car ws been on road brake pedal stop working it ws totally stuckk car is been send again to workshop they tested it nd said "srry sir brakes parts problem is there we orderd new brakes and we will replace all o[censored]r brakes as it is in warranty" it ws the second time when i was to face an another accident

      I have booked vitara brezza, zdi+, red and black colour model through vipul motors tonk road Jaipur On 27th march 2016, with booking id –SOB15003109, i did the booking with initial amount Rs 21000/- On that day i was told that the number of booking was around 15th in red and black dual tone ZDI+ variant. After a week i inquired, they promised to deliver the vehicle within 12-13 weeks. Now around 15 weeks completed, till date i didn't get any update from vipul motors. When i inquired, they told only 13 vehicles delivered to them till date. They expect next delivery from you by end of july 2016, in that also they don't know whether my vehicle will be addressed or not.

      In the news there were around 8350 vehicles produced and delivered by MSIL. Vipul Motors might have delivered atleast 40 brezza vehicles for the last 100 days. In this case i should have received my brezza vehicle.

      I strongly believe that either some customer priority changes might happened, or maruti suzuki india limited is delaying the delivery to vipul motors.
      Can you please investigate and let me know how many brezza vehicles you had been delivered to Vipul Motors.

      When my booking of brezza zdi+ red and black colour will be delivered

        On 18.04.2016 I have paid an amount of Rs.21000/- towards advance booking of VITARA BREEZA VDI vide rt.No.93 at Mithra Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Khammam(Main Dealer: Mithra Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Vijayawada). I have submitted written request to change the model to ZDI PLUS DUAL TONE on 18.05.2016. When recently I visited Vijayawada I understand from them that they have not received such request. Please look into the matter.

          I have booked a swift dzire on apr 23rd 2016 and till date (30th jun 2016) i didn't get any updates regarding the car or allocation. The service person promised me that car will be delivered in 30-45 days. But its been more than 2 whole months and didn't get even a single call from him. Each time i call him up to get any updates, he is either on leave or had gone for some training.

          Please don't buy car from vishnu maruti suzuki showroom chennai. The people over there will call only before u pay the booking fee. Once that is done, then u will be total clueless of how is happening to your booking

          Worst service ever! This is their behavior even before getting the car in hand. Imagine the way they would answer if i give for service in future.

              Dear Sir,

              I had purchased new car with registration number mentioned in the subject and to be very honest I am very much disappointed. The reasons being as follows

              1. The car does not have a pickup as all the new cars have. I had complained about it in my first servicing and they said that your car needs tuning which they probably did but still the problem remains


              2. On what basis you have announced that it will give an average of 21 km per litre. It is not giving more then 11 kms. per litre.

              3. The air conditioner is not working properly as after 30-45 minutes AC on it at times start emitting hot air and after some time it starts giving cool air.

              4. The car I purchased ON 11TH MARCH 2016 and in your scheme of scratch a card I won vaccum cleaner and car sterio and I was beed told that the same will be delivered in a months time but almost 4 months have passed by and I have neither received the items nor any intimation from your office.
              You being such a big company I did not expect such a negligence on your part.

              5. At the time of purchase of car I was been told that as soon as the RC is received we will intimate you but I was not informed and after almost one and a half month I visited the showroom to collect the same.

              These are very small things to win customers confidence in case you agree with me.

              I would like you to reply to me at the earliest possible.

                I have booked baleno delta petrol with shivam automobiles - santacruz - mumbai.
                Their order no is so 13693 and sob 16000005.

                At the time of booking i was informed there were just 5 bookings of the color in delta model - after the form was received on[protected] i was informed by wait list was 22. Last week i was informed by wait list is 20.

                You mean maruti has just delivered just 2 cars to shivam auto in delta petrol ray blue from april to june? I am being informed that i will be delivered a car by august : you mean between july and august you will deliver 20 delta ray blue cars?

                I have sent this query to maruti and nexa but they are silent on this.
                Do you want to go the ambassador and premiere way? Where dealers were the front? Because of which fiat is today in a difficult situation to enter the market.
                I want a reply from maruti - nexa and not from dealer who can be playing hanky panky with deliveries.

                  I have booked ciaz diesel zdi model glistening grey) on 27th may 2016 with pla motors tiruchirapalli, tamilnadu
                  My booing id is :sob16000326.

                  The above booking was made on exchange of my old vehicle with assurance from the dealer that vehicle will be handed over in 3 weeks time.
                  But now one month has gone, neither the dealer nor chennai regional office could able to tell the status of my booking.

                  Today i understood from maruti customer care that there are enough stocks for the above model which is contradicting dealer's reply, and they fail to understand the reason behind this delay.
                  Both customer care and maruti corporate office have requested me to raise complaint for immediate attention on this matter.

                  I have raised complaint but no response from maruti.

                  I am literally harrassed with this delay in delivery of my vehicle.

Today i need to change one of my tyre as it was damaged and after some preliminary enquiry i found out that the stepney tyre which was provided with the car is of different size than those 4 tyres which were fitted with the car, not only this but the stepney...

                    Hello,
                    This is Prasad T my vechicle number is KA 03 HL 6659 which was serviced on June 25th at Avanish Motor Services Vijyanagar Banglore. After service i am getting many problems like Smoke is coming out near silencer, Vechicle is not moving even when full accelarator is applied.

                    During service they charged about 2800.00 and replaced many parts even after that i am finding so many issues.
                    This is second time i am getting this issue.
                    Please rectify the issue immedietly and take appropriate action.

                      Hai sir, my name is gangishetty raju, from warangal dist state of telangana, i purchased a vitara brezza car last month may 2016 in adarsha motors warangal, but am not satisfied for that car, when i was 100 above speed, at that time i was apply the break the vihicle is shaking back portion, when i was climing a even big speed breaker, applied the break again the vehicle is shaking, and when i was taking long turning minmum speed 80 kmph at that time the two rear tyres are hanged one after one so please give the engineer assistnce for my vehicle as soon as possible...

                        When i purchased my car from pasco on 15th June 2016 i had a problem with abnormal noise in fuel pump and also abnormal noise from front suspension I reported the same to the sales executive and he asked me to come to the service station to get it checked later in the week I went to service station Pasco on 19th June at 10 am as it was my off day Spent the complete day there to get my new car repaired They changed the fuel pump and also changed stabeliser rods in front suspension as they said that it was faulty The problem waz not resolved then again did some repairz on my new car by changing some bushes In evening they took me for at test drive and the problem seemed to be resolved After a painful stressful day of getting my 2 days old Ciaz repaired I felt relieved a bit that now issues have been resolved and what do I see next that my rear bumper has got damaged in the service station I got really irritated and reported this to the sales executive and also the works manager They said that they will get it repaired during my first service I said what the hell so much repairs in my 2 days old car I left very disaapointed from there but I waz not aware about what waz in store for me in the next days to come The car ran Ok when i was going to my work in next morning but while coming back in evening the suspension noise started again I got very irritated that was it a mistake which I made by going for Maruti car I called up the sales executive next morning 21st June and reported the problem He asked me again to come for repairs during the first service My question to Maruti Suzuki is that is this the way a customer has to pay for his new car which is carrying such manufacturing defects and have been transferred to me for bearing them Now I am escalating this to MSIL and would escalate even further as I have been duped by giving me a defective piece Need an immediate resolution for my problem

                        Hi Ruchir, has the suspension noise problem been identified. i also bought a ciaz zdi+ from Pasco this august and it makes strange noises on rough roads. Have they resolved the issue in your car, if so what exactly was it as the works manager at Pasco doesnt seem to have any clue. He also tried something on my car, it went away and the noise was back in two days and is increasing. Your response would help.

                        I have underwent my worst nightmares having purchased a CIAZ from you with my hard earned money of 14 years.

                        I want my entire money refunded within a week and I don't want a new replacement for this defective car.

                        I intend to end my 11 year blossoming relationship with Maruti Corp once and forever also with an additional caution that I won't recommend any product of Maruti to anyone from my family, friends, relatives, colleagues or any social circle that I am part of.

                        My Next Step would be reaching your CMD's office with cc to PMO, Transport Minister, Consumer Forum, Niti Aayog, and all Concerned Legal Bodies with Copies of my entire correspondences with your local offices regarding the Purchase of Maruti CIAZ Car.

                          I had booked Maruti Vitara Breeza via Prem Motors, Jaipur, I called Executive Ashish Chabra on Dated 28th March, 2016 and paid booking Amount Rs. 21, 000/- Cash to him and took Cash Receipt. But as i come to know now that he booked my Car on Dated 7th April, 2016.

                          As i come to know that person who booked car on 29th got delivered Car and i have not getting satisfactory answer from them.

                          This type of irregularity in system harnessing me, If my car not delivered i will be forced to file a case in Consumer Court.

                            I have a complaint about inconvenience at the showroom and very uncooperative behavior of staff. I went to buy a new wagon r car to the showroom. I wanted to take loan for that. I have given all my details for that and they borrowed all the required documents from me. They promised me about loan and said to pay booking amount. I booked my car by paying booking amount of inr 21000/- +1500/- it's been a month but still my loan process hadn't been done and they called me and said that your loan hasn't been passed. They are asking for a guarantor even if i had submitted all my documents what they asked. I fed up with all these things because everyday they asked for a new document and i managed them. But now even if i have done with my all the documents they are asking for more. Nothing is mentioned in the loan procedures which they are asking now. After all these, i asked for return of my booking amount urgently because i am not going to buy your car now. They said that we will not give a full booking amount and it will take around 20 days to return your money even if they promised me to give a full amount on time while u cancel your booking. And the thing is i am not cancelling my booking. They cancelled due to a failure try of my loan.

                            So my question is that why they booked my car if they were not sure about my loan will be sanctioned or not? And why they borrowed my money for a long time as a booking amount.

                            Second, why they made fake promises about my loan and all.

                            Third why they are not giving me full amount return on time as per promise?

                            Fourth why they led to the wrong directions and after a month they denied to sanctioned a loan for car?

                            Sir i belongs to a good family and i am not taking this loan to do fraud with maruti suzuki or a bank. They are behaving me like i am a criminal.

                            I don't want maruti suzuki car anymore. And i will never recommend to others also.

                              Purchased new Swift car on 07/06/2016 but faced problem in its lights system from the very first day. Called the concerned authority and also visited Autopace, Chandigarh on 22/06/2016 from where we purchased car. They said Leave the car as today the cocerned person is not available who can tell us about the fault.So when I called Yesterday i.e. on 23/06/2016 I was told to take back car as there is major problem in its wiring system.Its wiring will be changed.Which is not possible this week as wiring is not available. So you have to come back next week. You can take your car back.Its a great surprise that such a big company is giving such response, As we keep on moving outstations and which is very difficult with such fault, so please take the necessary action immediately to avoid inconvenience Thanks.

It's not acceptable to have new car to be there in your service centre every all the time. I purchased it for my comfort and not for discomfort. Till today received no reply from Maruti Suzuki Company.

                                I have purched Suzuki Access 125 on 26-Aug-2013 on cash payment from Malik Motors, Ballarpur (M.S).

                                1. He gave me wrong vehicle number on 2013, without doing registration in RTO.
                                2. When I didn’t receive my RC book I came to know that he has not done registration process.
                                3. I have visited nearly 50 times at his showroom and also kept my vehicle at his showroom to carry it to the RTO for registration, but still he is not taking seriously my problem.
                                4. Also he has taken 1200 Rs from me for vehicle insurance on Jan’16 on the name of repassing of my vehicle again but still not gave me insurance paper & Vehicle number also.
                                5. On my every visiting at his showroom for this matter, he always tell me to come after 5 to 10 days, which is very difficult for me as I am doing job in research lab and not have much time.
                                Was I wrong Sir as I have purched Suzuki Access or the company has done mistake by giving dealership to such person?
                                Now I realize that he is lying with me again. I request you sir to do something against his harass mental process with customer. And ask him to resistrate my vehicle soon.

                                  We are planning to purchase a alto 800, for that we are visit friendly motor's mysore, thn we book the vehicle and we are planning to go for loan, so am going loan through Hdfc direct team and I ask quotation for that. For that they appose to give quotation and simply giving truble and finaly they give quotation without any customer detail and lot of additional things it will carry this way definitely use will lose customers becose of dealers part

                                    My maruti car modle 2008 mpfi engine damaged the petrol pipe.i tried my best but petrol pipe of mpfi engine high presure not avalable. kindly provide me this one urgently.the main petrol pipe that situated inside the bonut of car. the length of this pipe approx.6-8 inches.i tried your authorised part dealar m/s india automotives at jaipur.i fit local pipe but after fitting local petrol pipe became damaged immigiatly. kindly provide me genuine petrol pipe.
