I have booked vitara brezza, zdi+, red and black colour model through vipul motors tonk road Jaipur On 27th march 2016, with booking id –SOB15003109, i did the booking with initial amount Rs 21000/- On that day i was told that the number of booking was around 15th in red and black dual tone ZDI+ variant. After a week i inquired, they promised to deliver the vehicle within 12-13 weeks. Now around 15 weeks completed, till date i didn't get any update from vipul motors. When i inquired, they told only 13 vehicles delivered to them till date. They expect next delivery from you by end of july 2016, in that also they don't know whether my vehicle will be addressed or not.
In the news there were around 8350 vehicles produced and delivered by MSIL. Vipul Motors might have delivered atleast 40 brezza vehicles for the last 100 days. In this case i should have received my brezza vehicle.
I strongly believe that either some customer priority changes might happened, or maruti suzuki india limited is delaying the delivery to vipul motors.
Can you please investigate and let me know how many brezza vehicles you had been delivered to Vipul Motors.
