I booked Baleno on 7th of January 2016 from Nexa central Guwahati (poddar) with MSPIN..493039. But i have nt got the car yet. People who booked after me were delivered their cars.But i'ven't got mine yet.so what is happening.why it is taking so long a time. Why the dealerbunable to give me a proper date of delivery? Please enquire the dealer and take necesary action so that i can get my car soon.

    Given my new swift vxi car bearing reg no tn 68-p9450 for just water wash in pillai and sons who is the maruti suzuki dealer at kumbakonam on 26 th may 2016. Due to negligence water logged into pistons and valves of the engine during water wash and engine was started and they drove my vehicle for few meters. After that engine was totally collapsed and they dismantled the engine without intimation to me.In job card it was clearly mentioned that i gave it only for water wash and suspension check. Even after two days no response from either maruti customer care or from dealer. I was tortured mentally and made my entire family very panic and depressive. My no [protected].

      Complain against RKS Saboo Maruthi servicing Center at IDA Ramanthapur workshop My vehicle number is TS 08 EB 1945 Maruti Swift Diz. I had given my car to above work shop for general servicing and also Air bag light warning indication and also low mailage But vehicle is handed over to me with out done any work and collected labour as well as so called oil and other charges next day I had intimated/complained the same as per their promises again left my car in servicing Center for above complaints. After intimation I took my car from serving Center but they did not done any thing So I therefore request ur self pls visit above servicing Center and check and verify the trained workers are working in their servicing Center They are cheated the public.         I have booked vitara breeza ldi (Premium silver) on the very first day of booking i. E. 9th march'2016 at kataria automobiles, vapi. My allotment no. Is 0104vap10739. My booking serial number at the dealer was 17 only. We have been committed the delivery by 6 to 8 weeks (I. E. Latest by 3rd may'2016)


        Upon repeated enquiry, neither the dealer nor the area/regional sales office, nor the toll free customer service representatives are giving any reason or delivery plan and giving only one reason that “company may not be manufacturing ldi model now. They are producing only premium models now. We do not have any idea of delivery time". They have not even organized test drive even after several enquiries.


        My complaint number at maruti suzuki is [protected] dtd. 3rd may'2016 but till date the complaint is unsolved!!


        On 16th may'16, after a lot many follow ups in customer care, area office & dealer, regarding delivery date, mail was received asking for support & co-operation mentioning feedback has been taken up with the concerned dealer for immediate action. Also, through a copy of communication, they advised their sales manager at regional office in ahmedabad (Phone:[protected]/[protected] to look into the matter and extend necessary assistance at the earliest. (1st phone no. Un-operational & 2nd one not being lifted!!)


        Till date there is no feedback for the above mail neither from maruti nor the regional office/dealer.


        As per my recent in-depth discussion with the dealer and sales area officer, they finally confessed that due to some system error, my booking of 9th march'16 was cancelled and was rebooked on 12th april'16 without any information to me.

        New delivery period would be applicable and the same would be june'16 end (Verbally confirmed). Upon my repeated request also, dealer is not confirming me the same in writing about the delivery date nor he is providing the receipt which mentions exact new delivery period.

        Due to their system error why should the customer suffer.


        Upon telling the dealer that i may cancel my order and buy some another due to urgent need in case of further delay, the dealer immediately & eagerly asked"when shall i come to cancel the order?"!!


        This is really ridiculus and injustifying that though i had booked on the very first day having max. 8 weeks waiting period, neither delivery happened till date (Even after 12 weeks) nor there is written confirmation from anyone from maruti.

          Hello sir

          My self dr rakesh i hav swift car rj 07/cb5015which was given to pratap service centre varanasi up for servicing and painting on 27/4/16. And they asked me, u can get back ur car with in 10 day. I was agree but they people still did not repair even after 1 month has been passed. I m highly frustrated now by giving that such type of servicing by your side and i hav decided that next tim i will never buy a car of maruti suzuki but now i would like to request u to that plz don't giv the licence to that such type of service centre they highly irresponsible do somthing.

            Hp06b4747 ciaz zdi+ shvs purchased from goyal motors shimla on[protected]. Got serviced @ stan autos chandigarh on[protected] after a run of 5000 kms and was felt with an unusual sound from left front wheel since then.
            Then the vehicle was taken to stan autos ludhiana hambra road workshop for diagnosis of the problem and they checked and replaced the left side front bearing with new one under warranty.
            But my question and insecurity is that why this problem arrived in the new car so early?
            Where should i feel secure after purchasing the new car that to be top model from the company?
            What if this type of problem arrives again the what should i do?
            Whom should i blame?

              This is to bring in your kind notice that i aasim ali s/o firasat ali booked a maruti suzuki dezire lxi model in white colour with dd motor's situated at d-194, okhla industrial area, phase -1, new delhi on 13/03/2016.
              My allotment no is 3902152. Tentative waiting period was mentioned 6-8 weeks at the time of booking.
              Further would like to add in the same that till date i haven't got the delivery of my vehicle resulting in rs 1000 per day loss to me.
              I would like to understand that if a dealer is running short of supply of vehicle and is not capable of giving delivery then why that particular dealer do the booking at that time.
              Now today dealer is saying that it will take another 2-3 weeks in delivery.
              I would like to add in this that despite monetary loss of per day iam also mentally harassed due to this wrong commitments made by the dealer.
              Would like to request you to look into this matter seriously.

Now it been more than the tentative dates and i feel considering the demand, the vehicle's delivery are manipulated by the NEXA dealers..

              A Very good opening by NEXA concept of Maruti is acting as money builiding for those Cheap dealers

                I have made a booking in mid jan and was told the vehicle will be dispatched by end of the april month and mid may i will get delivery.

                But the dealer (Popular cars, chennai) is keep postponing the dates and the vehicle is still not delivered. There is no proper response from the dealer and i know a person who booked after me and his vehicle is delivered.

                There is so kind of mishap going around the priortizing of delivery. I request some intervene in this in order avoid any wrong doings. Please respond asap

                  on 1 may i visited as survey inspection scheduled, after inspection they told me that it will take 2 months to get your car repaired means max by 30 jun 2016 we can deliver.

                  just would like to raise a question on maruti service, is this the slandered of your service - 2 months for repair and car which accidented only front side..

                  as per estimate some of the major item to be changed/repaired.

                    I have alto 800 2014 model . DL3CCF0991. When I turn on my car AC the breaks get hardens . one day I was about t hit the car because of break failure. The horn and the headlights of the car lowres down. When ac is turnes on the at idle position or in traffic the car vibrates and switches off.I had my car to maruti authorized service centre naraina. They inspected the breaks told me that break were alright.They tuned the engine . But the problem still exists . The problem started at 10, 000 km on odo and today It is 30, 000km.

                      I gave my car sx4 for oil service about 10 days ago in pl. A motors, tiruchirapalli.
                      Very first day of my drive after servicing, a sensor light in the rpm meter was continuously "on" position. Later it was found oxygen sensor was not functioning. On my return journey, i heard huge gringing noise from engine section. After two days of inspection, it was told noise is either from a/c compressor or exhaust system. Finally it was found to be a bearing noise and said a/c compressor has to bereplaced alongwith condenser etc. So they changed everything and my billing was rs 30000 for a/c compressor alone. Immediately on my second journey, a/c didnot function after 15 minutes of drive. The temp guage was above 50% mark and i was asked to check coolant oil. There was no coolant oil (Remember it was serviced only 10 days ago)
                      And there was a splash of coolant oil on engine parts. I poured some water in radiator and coolant tank on their advice and was asked to drive home slowly at 60km speed. May be i would have driven about 20 kms beyond which i found something hard. So i stopped vehicle and called for towing. Now they say radiator has to be replaced and if the heating still continues, only the engine head has to be changed. Look i am driving the car for the last 8 years and all these problems started only after this oil service which could either be a bad service or purposefully done.

                        I am purchase one maruti alto 800 vxi car no WB04G7421 for commercial purpose suddenly yesterday facing one problem car not running properly then i contact to maruti authorized service center now received one from service station they are suggest me that car have some problem and they will delivered the same with in 2 days but my question is that i m run this car with uber and this month uber give me some offer if your service station will take 3 days for solving the problem then who bear my loss ??? can i go to the consumer forum for the same ? please suggest i m loss around Rs. 20.000 ????

                          My car zen estilo bearing registration number tn 09 ay 5663 is being maintained only by maruthi service masters ever since its purchase either through the free services or through amcs which may please be verified by you from the records. I am having amcs continuously with you so as to have the car in mint condition always. There had been no problem in servicing except from november 2016.

                          Particularly after the flood, your service department is continuously refusing to take the above car for regular servicing citing that there is a heavy load on them with the flood affected cars and even if they take it there would be an inordinate delay in delivery. While, i appreciate msm 's commitment in attending the flood affected vehicles and the load pressure of your service department, but, please note that the same is to be carried out after equipping adequately to meet the additional load in parellel, since the contract is already in force with amc's, as otherwise, the performance of the contact would be in question and it is also against the ethical business practices adopted by a reputed company like msm.

                          Now, please inform how would you compensate the amc for this lapsed 5 months period (November 2015 to march 2016) that you refused to service due to your other new commitments.

                          I thought of bringing this to your knowledge before exploring the other avenues for remedy.

                          Awaiting your rejoinder.

                          And i replied as under:
                          Do you mean that you would wash my car twice in next 25 days? What is the significance on your claim that the extended amc ‎for 2 months? Had you told that it may not be possible for the extension while renewing the amc, i would not have renewed it and such an awkward situation could have been averted. Now, please note that your customers are the beggars and would demand their right with the law of this soil.

                            The worst service received from SKY Automobiles, Cuttack.
                            I have exchanged my old maruti car and against which i have shown interest for new car with 40% of car finance. The dealer has kept my old car value for more than 1 year and the ownership has not been transferred as on date.

                            when I enquired for new car and seek assitance on loan part they have suggest for HDFC bank loan for meeting the criteria of loan sanction. They have provided contact no. on their own without asking my suitable no. for communication. Bank personnel asked for details local reference check against which i have provided my father's no. and the home address. Now my father is receiving loan related messsages from bank instead of me. The bank official enquired at my home address sucessfully. Post the verification my father who is at a age of 80 is receiving calls and messages from the bank on enquiring some or the other information by giving more than 10 calls per day. Is it a mercy on customer for assigning loan. SKY automobiles official are also least bother about the issue. They said this enquiry will be there from bank. If it is there then why not on my number coz you have updated wrong no. my father will suffer. I am urging to cancel all dealing with HDFC bank and return my true value amount so that i can able to purchase my vehicle from other company rather from maruti.

                              Dear sir/madam greetings! I had given my swift dezire zxi ka-03 mw 6623 for 3rd servicing at pratham motors at anekal, bangalore showroom on 11 may 2016. Alongwith routine servicing some problem of whipper not working properly was informed and also the front bumper change, bonnet repainting and rear bumper touch up. The agency promised me to hand over the car on 14 may 2016 as they have to send the vehicle to city branch.

                              I got a call from the city branch stating about the jobs that had been approved by the insurance company on 12 may 2016 to which i agreed. From 12 may 2016 till 17 may 2016 i did not receive any updates from both the dealers.

                              On 17 may 2016 morning when i called the agency they gave a number of city branch and asked me to call them for updates. I called up city branch and one mr kumar told me the car is ready but he does not have driver and he again told me to contact the local dealer and ask them to send the driver. The local dealer was again contacted by me he also named mr kumar said he will come back to me. After few mts mr kumar of local dealer took mr kumar of the city dealer and me on a conference call and they were arguing as to who will provide the driver and ultimately i did not get the car on 17 may 2016.

                              On 18 may 2016 again no updates from both the dealers upto 11 am. I had to personally go to the local dealer and inquired about my car. Then he gives a call to the city dealer and made me wait upto 1:30 pm to get my car.

                              On receiving the car to my surprise the job was incomplete and they had not worked on the rear bumper of the car and local dealer tells me that it the job of city dealer and its not our mistake and we are responsible for only servicing.

                              When i took the car and the same day it was raining and when i put the whipper on to my sorrow they had not worked on the whipper also. So again i had call them on 19 may 2016 for the repairing the whipper.

                              Alongwith the insurance they had charged me rs. 1741/- stating that some polishing was done which is not understood as it was hand written on the insurance claim. Also i did not see any visible polishing being made.

                              I have been having maruti cars from 1996 various models at various places through out india as i was a defence officer. This is the first experience and very sad / bad experience and humiliation for me to keep running behind the dealers wasting my valuable time and had to use cabs for 8 days spending my money. And at the end of the day the job was incomplete even though the car was with them for 8 days for such minor repairs.

                                Sir,
                                Most respectfully, i would like to inform you that i have a maruti suziki swift dzire vdi model car. But unfortunately my vehicle was accident on[protected]. Top, diver site body, three door, front & back glass, bonnet and front bumper was damage in the accident. After one day of accident i handover the car to “grendland maruti works” maruti authorised service station at north lakhimpur, assam – 787001 for repairing and they give me assurance to repairing my vehicle within 2-3 months. To speed up my car repairing process service station want advance and i give 35000.00 rupees on 23/01/2016 (Received no. 643).
                                But sir i am very sorry to inform you that till date my vehicle is not delivered to me. Only minimum works like door, side body are repairing (Only 25% repairing done). But service station delivers other major accident vehicle which are given lately then me.
                                So, sir i request you to take necessary action against the service station to repairing my vehicle as soon as possible.

                                  I own a new maruti swift dzire car purchased from bimal auto whitefield in the month of feb-2013.

                                  Please note that clutch plates were change for 12, 500 km. On 19-may-2016 when we were going to ooty in the ghat section suddenly the car stopped and the gear was not working. With difficulty we hired a private recovery van for which i had to pay rs. 3, 500.00 since there was no network in that area to contact maruti customer care for help and took the vehicle for maruti service station in ooty. There the mechanic informed that the clutch plates are gone and same was replaced by paying rs. 7000.00.

                                  Total distance used is 18000 km. I don't no how come the clutch plates gone so soon (5000 km). I think the product was defective. I use my vehicle only on week ends. I travel long distance very rarely.

                                  I had lot of faith in maruti suzuki. But after this incident i am really

                                    I purchased a new wagon r cng model car from m/s t. R. Sawhney motors pvt ltd, saraswati vihar, pitampura, delhi on 19.03.2016. On the same day when we took the delivery of the car, we told the sales person and others that the car is not functioning well. The sales person and technician of the company assured us that "abhi gadi nai nai hai. Do din chala kar dekho. Bilkul theek ho jaye gee. Koi dikat aye to batana". But there was no improvement in the problem. On contracting again the dealer advised us to go to service centre of t. R. Sawhney motors pvt ltd situated at badli, delhi. The service centre repaired the car and gave us the assurance that they have resolved the problem. But there was no change. Again we contracted the dealer and asked to replace the car with new one. But this time v. P of the company/service centre mr. Verma and works manager mr. Anil dagar
                                    Requested us not to lodge the complaint and insisted upon to visit the service centre again. We again left the car in the service centre for 2 days.
                                    This time also problem could not be resolved and the technical/manufacturing defect in gear box, clutch system, conductor side window glass remained as it was with low millage i. E 10 km per kg of cng (Approx).
                                    In above case you can conclude well that the defected car was delivered to us. Sir, we are the permanent premium customer of your company for last 30 years. At this stage we are shocked with this deal.
                                    Kindly replace my car immediately otherwise i have to take the shelter of legal, social, administrative and public support to safeguard my interest.

                                      I booked a wagonr vxi booking no: sob16002208 on 14/05/2016 from dewars garage topsia. We were told that a less than 1 month old car is available for delivery in 7 days and we readily paid 95% of the amount (4.7 lac). Since then we have been requesting the dealer for vin but they are unable to provide on the context that maruti is delaying a discount approval of rs 5, 000. We have emailed to maruti customer support and smsed the kolkata crm contact but seems maruti is not listening to us.

                                        Sir, my name sanoj gopi, i booked breezavdi (O) model at popular maruthi ernakulam on aparil 1st 2016. They informd me that the waiting period will be 4-6 weeks. So i planned everything for may last week. And at that time dealer told me that mine was the second booking of breeza. But when i called them last day, they repalied me that it will take more than 10 weeks. The one who booked same as me with another agent already issued their vechile. I choosed maruthi because of your good dealings, service and as a trusted brand. I am still expecting such a trusted service from maruthi. Thank you.
