I own a new maruti swift dzire car purchased from bimal auto whitefield in the month of feb-2013.

Please note that clutch plates were change for 12, 500 km. On 19-may-2016 when we were going to ooty in the ghat section suddenly the car stopped and the gear was not working. With difficulty we hired a private recovery van for which i had to pay rs. 3, 500.00 since there was no network in that area to contact maruti customer care for help and took the vehicle for maruti service station in ooty. There the mechanic informed that the clutch plates are gone and same was replaced by paying rs. 7000.00.

Total distance used is 18000 km. I don't no how come the clutch plates gone so soon (5000 km). I think the product was defective. I use my vehicle only on week ends. I travel long distance very rarely.

I had lot of faith in maruti suzuki. But after this incident i am really

    I purchased a new wagon r cng model car from m/s t. R. Sawhney motors pvt ltd, saraswati vihar, pitampura, delhi on 19.03.2016. On the same day when we took the delivery of the car, we told the sales person and others that the car is not functioning well. The sales person and technician of the company assured us that "abhi gadi nai nai hai. Do din chala kar dekho. Bilkul theek ho jaye gee. Koi dikat aye to batana". But there was no improvement in the problem. On contracting again the dealer advised us to go to service centre of t. R. Sawhney motors pvt ltd situated at badli, delhi. The service centre repaired the car and gave us the assurance that they have resolved the problem. But there was no change. Again we contracted the dealer and asked to replace the car with new one. But this time v. P of the company/service centre mr. Verma and works manager mr. Anil dagar
    Requested us not to lodge the complaint and insisted upon to visit the service centre again. We again left the car in the service centre for 2 days.
    This time also problem could not be resolved and the technical/manufacturing defect in gear box, clutch system, conductor side window glass remained as it was with low millage i. E 10 km per kg of cng (Approx).
    In above case you can conclude well that the defected car was delivered to us. Sir, we are the permanent premium customer of your company for last 30 years. At this stage we are shocked with this deal.
    Kindly replace my car immediately otherwise i have to take the shelter of legal, social, administrative and public support to safeguard my interest.

      I booked a wagonr vxi booking no: sob16002208 on 14/05/2016 from dewars garage topsia. We were told that a less than 1 month old car is available for delivery in 7 days and we readily paid 95% of the amount (4.7 lac). Since then we have been requesting the dealer for vin but they are unable to provide on the context that maruti is delaying a discount approval of rs 5, 000. We have emailed to maruti customer support and smsed the kolkata crm contact but seems maruti is not listening to us.

        Sir, my name sanoj gopi, i booked breezavdi (O) model at popular maruthi ernakulam on aparil 1st 2016. They informd me that the waiting period will be 4-6 weeks. So i planned everything for may last week. And at that time dealer told me that mine was the second booking of breeza. But when i called them last day, they repalied me that it will take more than 10 weeks. The one who booked same as me with another agent already issued their vechile. I choosed maruthi because of your good dealings, service and as a trusted brand. I am still expecting such a trusted service from maruthi. Thank you.

          It is to be inform you that i have purchased new maruti dzire car model 2011 on dater 30.12.2015. Sir regretfully it is to inform you that from few day of purchasing of car we observed some abnormality in car like dicky cover colour is change and back side bumfer (Guard) is damaged and its seems to be repainted and car key damaged. I have complained several time to customer care manager mr sharma my car pvt ltd indore but always he refused and he told me before purchasing it is your duty to see all aspect of car, sir being a customer i have requested the same matter to my car pvt ltd indore other officials but no one has understand my problem.

          Lastly i am writing the complain to maruti customer care please understand my problem and resolve it because maruti is company that take care of every complain of customer.

            I did the servicing of the swift desire vxi mh42 k 5067, chassis no 432946 at simran motors at new panvel (New mumbai) on 03/05/16, (Paid service group ii). Job card no :jc16074563.
            Servicing of the care is totally unsatisfied car was delivered to me without washing - just cleaned by the clothe, no greasing was applied to the hinges, no vacuum cleaning is done inside of the car.
            This is the prime facia that i was observed i doubt what really the other services did by this centre.
            This is the cheating in the service and with the customer.

            Need to look in to the matter to avoid the cheating.

              My car engine was fail at 21009 km at fatepur. At 12th may i was given at ktl service station still no response from them after ten days.
              We need new engine with guarantee from that days.
              Why we will take defective engine.
              We need as soon as possible else we will go to consumer court.
              Every day i am expending more than two thousand for my traveling in mumbai because of that. Who will pay this amount.
              Please look positively and maintain brand image.

After two month of car purchase this problem occurred and I complaint many times and they repair many times but problem is till present.due to this problem my father is not driving a car because many times they face problems in traffic.sir please consider my problem and for arrange to meet out this problem.                   This is to inform you that in each and every showroom when we go for booking of maruti baleno, they told us the availability of the car will be in approximately 6 months. As well as fro the review of buyers on their site we can see that there is no certainty of this time too.
                  Its okay if the 6 month is fixed, but where would the customer be able to track the availability of this car. Atleast the company should give a no. Of the car to buyer so that he would be able to track the status of the car he or she have booked and relieved. But now nobody knows that whether the given time frame to wait is actual or there is some bribing going on. There is no transparecy in the delivery of cars, as some people got their car earlier and some are waiting wor uncertain period of time.
                  Please do something that a customer can get actual idea that when he will be able to get his car key in his hands as there are many arrangements to be made prior.

                  Yes, there shouldn't be any ambiguity on the waiting status. Maruti should place a portal where a customers can check the exact status of their car and can take appropriate action or alternation option to buy other car if they are not satisfied with the current status of the booking. I will also stop the black marketing and give more peace of mind to the customers who consider the Maruti a valuable brand.

                    Am send my car for 3rd service on 4th may 2016 at swani motor workshop there employee call me to change some parts of car after service they send back my car after next day am check my car from outside they said my cars parts is older not new the swani motor workshop cant change my car parts but send mr rs 2450 bill i pay them they cheat me if i dont get proper justification for this i will escalate to higher levels

                      I have swift vdi car bearing no: gj 1 kq 1874 in ahmedabad. And in september 2015 we put our car in katariya automobile workshop of dariyapur branch in ahmedabad for front mirror (Wind shield) replacement. They did the work and deliver our car but we are not sattisfied with the quality of glass they have given to us, because in the night reflection of light of other vehicle is spreading in full glass, and it very difficult to take decision that which vehicle is coming in our side. We complaint so many time in body work shop for the lower quality of glass they has given to us but we have not received proper answer and satisfaction.

                        I have sent email to your dealer T R Sahni pvt. Ltd. which is reproduce below. No reply to this email as been received so far. I am advised that delivery of car has been delayed due to failure of maruti to issue form no.22.
                        Please inquire into the matter and advised who is responsible for suffering and harassment met with me. Such type of harassment is a serious violations of consumer protection act under which maruti as well as its dealer for compensation of suffering.

                        (Dear sir references invited to my email dated 18.05.16 reply to which is still awaited. I can not understand as to how customer are dealt with by your company.
                        Please note that due to your failure to deliver a car with all formalities as per law is putting me to heavy losses. Financial transactions can not be dealt with So carelessly. If no reply is received by 4pm today I will go for dharna in maruti office and my father will go for dharna in front of your office with intimation to police on friday 4pm, dated 20.05.16. My father is 86 years old and if anything happened to him, then your company will be responsible.)

                          My car swift dezre vdi hr-01-ag-1000 was met with an accident on 01.02.2016 and was handed over to modern automobiles, ambala city on next day, but they started harassing me during the first day, they started the repairing after one and half month, and take more than three months after that to repair, in the meantime i visit the agency more than 29 times but their work is not satisfactory, i requested them everytime to complete their work and handed over the car to me as soon as possible, on april 2016 they promised me to handover my car in 10 days, after 10 days they requested to extend the time for 5 days, after 5 days they requested again for 5 to 7 days as they said their is problem in injuctors as when they tried road test the car got missing and told me to pay for that parts, i refused to pay as i got bumper to bumper insurance from agency, after one week they got ready to repair them and after repairing the same after 3 days they their is some sound from engine and they have to check it and for that they said if their is problem in engine them i should pay for that, after 5 days when i call the agency they said the engine got seized, and they couldn't repair that without the consent of insurance company now they got approval from insurance company after 15 days.., so kindly take strict action against them. And kindly told them to deliver my car as soon as possible with full and final condition.

                            Sir,

                            My car was sent for 2nd free servicing to borivali east service center on 09.03.2016 and there was some damage repairing to be done (Under insurance). The work was completed on 24.03.2016 and i have picked up my car on 25.03.2016. At that time we have noticed one wheel cap was missing, on inquiry the person handing over the car promised to deliver the cap within two days at my residence. I have called several times to inquire and mr nayan had quoted me various reasons and every time promised me to deliver it within two days.

                            Till today i have not received it.

                            Secondly, i have paid total rs.5727/- (Scan copy enclosed)

                            I have been given two invoices one for rs.727/- as service charges and the other one for repairing for rs.19949.82 (Insurance claim was submitted), against these invoices i have paid rs.5727/-. (Scan copies of both invoices enclosed)
                            It seems i have been charged 5000/- towards repairing (25% of the invoice), but i have not received the copy of insurance settlement. If the insurance is not settled for 100%, reasons for that are unknown. The customer care executive for insurance claims had quoted for the amount to be paid by me for repairing, reasons known to him.
                            As you can see it has b almost two months since the service,
                            I have called several times and sent several emails to inquire about the issue but i have not received any reply.
                            Please look into to the matter as soon as possible or i will have to take further action

                              Dear sir i am lakshmi wife of mr gopala krishna we booked dzire at sangria red car on january 2016 your dealer jayabheri automotives pvt ltd sales team promised me to give delivery on 14th february 2016 my sales coordinator miss moulika they are not delivered that day after huge follow up they simply said maruthi stopped to manufacture the dzire cars and they are concentrate on other new vehicles i spoke to mr rohan maruthi south sales manager also regarding the delay of the delivery of my vehicle after many many calls and huge followup at last in april 2016 mr rohan is requested me to compromise the color to magma grey and to commit the delivery in the may 2016 i was paid full payment yesterday it seif today 11 30am auspicious time i request to give delivery sentimentally and i went to showroom with my full family members with my elder inlaws they are neglected my sentiment and not delivered me in time and they are left my car in heavy rain in front of the showroom this is my second complaint against my delivery of my car

                                I have received a mail from nexa, park street kolkata saying i will receive the car in feb '17.
                                One person needs a car today and you are saying that he has to wait till feb’17 i. E. For 10 months?
                                There was a time when one had no option but to go for maruti 800 or omni and had to wait for uncertain period but today?
                                We are constant maruti users and request you to look into this seriously so that clients are retained.

                                    Sir, I want to inform u that one of your authorised dealer in dholpur city misguide me.they said there is a problem in ur engine in crankshaft but how can it is possible, I serviced my waganor lxi on every 5000 km so how can it is poosible but I was in shock that time so I said solve this problem and I leave my car in the workshop of narayan motors dholpur.after 3-4 days when I reached to get delivery of my car after the engine work they said there is no problem in engine everything is good and they charged 3000 rs for without any work from that period of time I am facing many problems in my car like suddenly engine will off when I on AC of my car so I am requesting u plzzz help me in this problem as soon as possible

                                      I have purchased Swift Petrol car on[protected] from DDD moters Peera garhi Delhi, I have atransfer able job and now im posted at Bahadurgarh Haryana, recently I service my car from Sidhi Vinayk Bahadurgarh in which service eng assured me regarding change of Amaron battery which is not working and is under warranty and the same will be replaced by Amaron dealer.
                                      On[protected] I deposited battery alosng with required paper to Ms shiv gaurav agencey at bahadurgarfh and complaint No 170654 provided to me and assured me to replace the same upto[protected]Amaron Servic e Engg Sh VBijay Saini M No [protected]) starting sh vijay saini told me to replace my battery upto[protected] but after that he hardly pick my phone and now he told that particular this battery is not available & i am not sure howmany time it will take,

                                        I have booked a Vitara Brezza LDi option on date[protected], the car was booked by sales executive 1. And the delivery date was given as 2nd July.

                                        After 10-15 days I changed the variant from LDi to Vdi option. This time the sales executive-1 was on leave, so I was greeted by sales executive -2. He noted down the changes I want and took signature on the papers where he written updated variant details. And informed me that the new waiting period will get applied (somewhere August will be the new delivery date)
                                        I asked him about the new receipt but he told it is not required and assured me that he will submit those papers to sales executive1.

                                        After this I tried calling sales executive 1 for couple of times to enquire about the status, but most of the time she was on leave.

                                        Today morning I got call from sales executive1 to inform that my car (LDi option) will be delivered in this month

                                        Shocked to here same from her, I said I changed the variant to Vdi option, and started arguing with me for not informing her about the change.

                                        And now my new delivery date is in November. 2016..lol

                                        My question:
                                        Do you really think this is my mistake that I trust on Maruti and booked a car.
                                        I really needed to have a car before rain starts. I sold my Mahindra Scorpio to arrange finance.

                                        I and my whole family was mentally prepared for welcoming car before rainy season.

                                        Kindly help me and my family to get out of this situation.
