My car swift dezre vdi hr-01-ag-1000 was met with an accident on 01.02.2016 and was handed over to modern automobiles, ambala city on next day, but they started harassing me during the first day, they started the repairing after one and half month, and take more than three months after that to repair, in the meantime i visit the agency more than 29 times but their work is not satisfactory, i requested them everytime to complete their work and handed over the car to me as soon as possible, on april 2016 they promised me to handover my car in 10 days, after 10 days they requested to extend the time for 5 days, after 5 days they requested again for 5 to 7 days as they said their is problem in injuctors as when they tried road test the car got missing and told me to pay for that parts, i refused to pay as i got bumper to bumper insurance from agency, after one week they got ready to repair them and after repairing the same after 3 days they their is some sound from engine and they have to check it and for that they said if their is problem in engine them i should pay for that, after 5 days when i call the agency they said the engine got seized, and they couldn't repair that without the consent of insurance company now they got approval from insurance company after 15 days.., so kindly take strict action against them. And kindly told them to deliver my car as soon as possible with full and final condition.

requested us not to lodge the complaint and insisted upon to visit the service centre again. We again left the car in the service centre for 2 days.
This time also problem could not be resolved and the technical/manufacturing defect in Gear Box, clutch system, conductor side window glass remained as it was with low millage i.e 10 km per kg of CNG (approx).
In above case you can conclude well that the defected car was delivered to us. Sir, we are the permanent premium customer of your company for last 30 years. At this stage we are shocked with this deal.
Kindly replace my car immediately otherwise I have to take the shelter of legal, social, administrative and public support to safeguard my interest.
