Audio deck is maruti is really bad... I am facing issue wherein some times the buttons do not work or there is late response... I am a loyal customer but having bought my third vehicle from maruti now i am regretting the quality... I bought my third vehicle which is ertiga lxi... Pls help as this is not right as a good organisation... Sad....

This is to bring to your notice that I’m very dissatisfied with the poor service received while I was stranded in Madhya Pradesh on 25th April’2016 along with my family.

First of all, I didn’t receive Road Side Assistance from your service provider – AXA Assistance. Fortunately I received help from my company’s vendor for towing the vehicle.

Then on 26th your service dealer – Citi Cars in Rewa didn’t have Thermostat part for diagnosis purpose. On 27th April, somehow they arranged for the part & found that head gasket may have gone.

The vehicle is still in Citi Cars workshop for repairs under standard warranty as vehicle has not even completed one year. As per dealer, it would take 12 to 15 days which is not acceptable to me.

Please note that I’m not at all satisfied by your overall service & parts availability in Madhya Pradesh region.

I want the following to be done at the earliest:

1) Vehicle to be repaired completely on Free of Cost basis as its still under warranty period
2) Hotel expenses of Rs.3000/- for 3 days from 25th to 28th April
3) Car towing charges Rs.3000/-

I want your intervention to expedite the repairs & contact me as soon as the vehicle is ready.

If I do not hear from 2 working days, I’ll be forced to further escalate this.

Anticipating an early & positive response at the earliest.

    I had submitted my car on service centre for damage repair on 29th April 2016.. But after calling on 11th May 2016 service centre can't able do gave me satisfied answer abut completed my car... How much time they will take into repairing they don't know & told about shortage of part... Please help me to come out from this emotional blackmailing... Please please please...

      Sir i have maruti swift zdi rj 22 ca 4851 and given accidental car for repair on 22.02.2016 and delivered me on 06.05.2016. First of all i gave a cheque of bill but it has been told that without cleared delivery is not possible. However i neft on same day and took delivery. I am regularly using maruti brand since 8-10 years. After taking delivery i shocked that work is very poor and not to the grade of maruti. I again send car to the show room and not found satisfactory results. Please check.

        Dear sir

        We make one booking under our firm name : m/s narula tools international on 18.03.2016 of zdi plus, on 17.03 me & my father finally booked the car & confirms (Satpal singh) to take the booking amount tommorrow

        At the time of signing documents & collection of cheque, my father was available & your executive (Mr ashish) did the misspelling & get signed the documents of zdi


        After awaiting of 2 months now they are using rough language & blaming us wrong

        You are requested to provide us the zdi plus immediately otherwise we will move to consumer court for justice

          Booked a wagonr in atilier saharanpur up.
          Mr. Subodh rawat as a branch manager is forcing my brother mr ashish nanda to purchase insurance, to get the registration done by his person and forcing to purchase mga, although all the money including margin money and registration money is deposited in the agency.

          Sent the pics of the receipt and tax invoice respectively.
          Please look into this matter and mark this man who is manipulating and disturbing the good image of maruti suzuki.

            We have given our car in bhiwadi for repair under insurance for replacment of front mirror and diggi but their behaviour was so rude so we took it back and given to vipul motors faridabad they taken the car and told us that they will repair it but on same day they said they have checked with insurance compant and they are saying that it repaired earlier so we cant repair it but the truth is it was never repaired.

            Please help as we have paid 25000/- hard earned money for the insurance and not getting any support.

            Maruti is sitting silent.

              Car was bought three days back from pasco automobiles, golf course extension, gurgaon. The reverse gear gets stuck every now and then. I have showed the car to their engeener a few times. First they said i didn't know the technique to put my car in the reverse gear, when i threatened that i would complaint then they sent their engeener and even he said that if it gets stuck then it's not a big issue as all the cars are like this. I was taken aback when i heard this statement.

              It's just been two days since i purchased this car. They say they will get this rectified but i don't want to keep a new defective car which has been repaired. I would like it to be replaced as i have driven it for less than 100 km.

              Is it possible to get any help on this matter?

                Hi,

                I booked the car suzuki baleno in january end and they promised me to delivered in april, but still they are not delivering and just saying some bull reasons as they are delaying for delivery.

                I called and tried many times to get delivery but they are saying like, due to some reasons its not postponed. Am still waiting for their calls even do follow up, they said, same no in waiting list, which was there at the time of booking.

                I want to check there bookings and deliveries, how come my no.In waiting list is still on same level.
                It is false promise they are doing to customers.

                  I have purchased swift Dzire from AutoPace Chandigarh on[protected]
                  Today i found one wheel cover of back side wheel missing.This is due to poor workmanship.I contacted auto pace they demanding Rs 490.00 for replacement.If it is fixed properly how it can detached.pl arrange to provide it as it is missing during normal operation of vehicular.

                    Sir, reminder to my previous complaint with regard to faulty gear with my above new vehicle from the date of purchase, in spite of my repeated request and efforts your service center, they had not solved/replaced the faulted gear system. Model code. Avb, chase no. 114621, engine no. 7054095. My vehicle reg. No. Mh 48 s 9453, service deler v901. I hope you will look into it and get back to me immediately to solve the problem by replacing the entire gear box other wise the problem will prevail and it will be casing great loss and damage or lose of life who will use the vehicle. Your afore said servicing center has not rectified the above problem promptly/permanently. The said vehicle's reverse and fifth gear is not functional. There for you have to look in to the my genuine problem with immediate effect. I hope you will do the needful as requested here in above.

                      I am Manish Gupta from Nahan. I purchased a vehicle of maruti omni van five seater on the date of 21/04/2016 from your Maruti Authorised dealer ship Tricity Automobile ZIRAKPUR. On the time of purchase the dealer ship and their executive Mr bhanu (Intruduse as a sales manager) And miss Rupinder gill said that this vehicle is manufactured december 2015 i. e this is december 2015 model and for that i sign undertaking letter that the model belong to december 2015 model. But on 04/05/2016 i received origanal documents of the vehicle but on that it was written that the model was April 2015...????????? What is this... I shocked... I talk at the dealer ship what they refused to solve this matter and use abusive language to talk me.
                      Kindly solve this matter at earliest.

                          Six months back we have purchased a new beleno car but after 5 months the right side of tyre has been gone burst automatically. When we have register a complaint about it they just provided a complaint numbers and guided towards Apollo tyre company . People were their refused and denied to replace it . Even did not check it properly. Now tell me what is benefit to purchased a car like baleno and spend a huge a amount on it. How could company react like this ?
                          Tyre bursting cause accident . Need your action on it .

                            I am new customer of your above mentioned car, from the date of purchase it has a problem with the gear, sai service center assured me that problem will be solved during the service time however they failed to do so, still i am having the gear problem, it was told me by the service center on 05.01.16 at the time service, they assured that the part will be replace i.E., entire gear how-ever they fooled me nothing has been replaced they put some temporary arrangement, now the gear problem still prevail. If your service is in casual manner we have no other option but take appropriate action against your company and the service center for deficiency in service of your above faulty product. It is a serious nature that such vehicle will cause not only damage but also the life of my entire family who use such vehicle. Chase no.114621, engine no. 7054095, sai dealer: vg01, vehicle no.                               Hi - i had a very worst experience with maruti aie cars show room at... Chennai east coast road show room.
                              They are really thking that customers are fools and cehating them just like that. Here is the history... Jan 29' 2016 - booked for a ertiga automatic witha down payment of rs.10, 000/- with a false promise that car will be delivered in 30 days.
                              After that no communication from the show room and i only need to follow up and chase the every time. One poor sales executive ranjit will only try to fool me every time with his false promies and his manager nethaji never came in to picture till date (May 05' 2016) who is getting only salary from the employer and not work. Meanwhile great maruti has increased the cost of the car during mar' 2016 thinking that customers are scape goats for the budget efect (Actualy only from apr' 2016).
                              Hdfc also disbursed the loan amount to the dealer (In fact had 0.15 percentage interest difference due the dealy tme in delivery) post that also i had several conversation with ranjit and he promised that he will deliver the car for the old price only. Now that its almost 3.5 months from the date of booking and fianlly the car has arrived at chennai yard on may 04' 2016
                              . Today (May 05' 2016), i went to the show room to pay the balance amount. Again nethaji and ranjit tried to fool me with their marketing speech (Confusing the customers) and finaly i got irritated and cancelled the booking for which they never regret and seems to be they are happy indeed (Of course some other customers may be in need with a higher price). I have alsore registered a complaint with maruti toll number.

                              I own a santro for the past 10 years and always feel proud to be part of hyundai family and feeling bad to choose maruti and downgrading myself from hyundai experince to maruti cheating environment. Dealer details - aie cars, east coast road, neelankari, chennai - 600 115. Would like to speak to any maruti higher officials to escalate and seek necessary support to ensure no other customer is cheated.

                                There was on 13 April 16 I had gave my car for damage maintain in S.B cars fazalganj Kanpur uttar Pradesh but they are not giving facalities as well as they were promising and no one is listening problems there if I use to say any thing no one is listening. They were not working as the company owned persons work.today I visited and I found the all luggage relate to the car is mixed like garbage I help your person to find all the things after than I ask its new door they said yess i said but it's mold by lower side they take is easy and put a hammer gave some strokes Mk try to make it well. I'm fed up by your services try to make it good as I can feel I had given my car to a company owned maruti suzki workshop.

                                  I have purchased one Maruti Swift VXI from Becaky Automobiles, Asansol in the month of March 2016. They have charged altogether 15000/- more in the head of insurance and registration charge.
                                  1. Rs. 35500/- was charged as 5 years tax and registration fees and assured me to get it done from transport authority but handed over the car with registration and 5 years tax and returned back only 29000/- to my account asked me to do the registration on my own
                                  2. Rs. 13500/- was charged as insurance fee and paid of Rs. 7800/- to insurance company rest of the amount did not return back to me.
                                  3. I was assured of Rs. 70000/- for the valuation of my old car but deducted only Rs. 67000/- from the total cost of the new car

                                  By mistake it is written that they have handed over the car with registration and 5 years tax instead of it should be "handed over the car with out registration"

I purchased a new maruti suzuki company ertiga -vdi car on 2015 -june month at sai service inchalakarnji. Our car registration no ka-49-m-4704 . I kindly requested to you in your compny ertiga -vdi vechical many problems are there . Thermostat problem : in running our car suddnely stopped .After we shown the shantesha showroom in gokak.They say to me in your vehicle thermostat problem. After two days joint a new maruti suzuki company thermostat. After one day that thermostat is coolant leakaged problem continued. Later i tesed in showroom they were agreed company thermostat problem.In sai service and shantesha showroom, all thermostats are leakaged problems.

                                    Request: later few days in our vehicle any one problem will be came. Your company and showrooms are must take response.
