Subject: unsatisfactory service by maruti suzuki dealer in hyderabad, india.

Based on my recommendation, my mother has purchased a maruti suzuki celerio and has been encountering several problems because of defective service from a maruti dealer in hyderabad, india.

I am listing all the deviations and consequent problems my mother (A senior citizen) has been facing on account of your dealer in hyderabad.
1. The car was delivered on 14th march 2016, and the permanent registration documents (Prd) are supposed to be given to the buyer, along with the vehicle on the same day. The same is also mentioned in the temporary registration document (Trd).
As per govt. Rules, the vehicle must undergo permanent registration (Pr) within 30 days from the date of delivery, and the physical presence of the owner is mandatory, since the owner’s photo will be transposed on the registration card.
2. Driving the vehicle after 30 days from the date of delivery is a direct violation of the law for which, my mother could be imprisoned and heavily fined. Furthermore, in the event of any accident, even if it is the mistake of the other vehicle, my mother’s vehicle stands to lose any insurance claim, despite paying rs.11, 000 (Approx). Also, liability of loss/damage to the other vehicle or persons. And it will be a criminal case against my mother for using an unregistered car and causing accident/damages.
3. Though the vehicle was delivered on 14th march 2016, the registration documents were not handed over, even though my mother and father visited the dealer on 4 consecutive days – 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of march.
My father urged and pleaded with the dealer to deliver the registration documents immediately, regardless of the charges. The dealer charged rs.635 towards services for registration and yet did not deliver those documents.
4. After futile visits to the dealer for documents, my mother had to leave hyderabad due to family emergency on 19th march 2016. (My sister, who lives in bombay, delivered a baby, 40 days prematurely, and because of this, my mother is not in a position to leave my sister and the new born for 4 months. Furthermore, the doctor has strictly advised my sister not to go out for 4 months.) consequently my mother cannot leave the new-born and its mother, just for the sake of permanent registration, which could not be completed, before the emergency occurred. If only the dealer had handed over prd, as mentioned in the tdr, my mother could have completed the permanent registration before the emergency occurred.

While this is the main problem about the complications in completing permanent registration formalities, we suspect the dealer has resorted to the following unethical and maybe even illegal practices:
A. The dealer has mentioned the life time road tax (To be paid to the govt.) as rs.53, 560 in the price list and also charged but has paid only rs.52, 140 to the govt., thus overcharging rs.1, 420 above the listed rate.
B. Further, the dealer has given insurance form that listed a choice of 6 different companies. My mother selected new india assurance company but the dealer has given bajaj insurance.
The price for insurance was listed as rs.11, 201 and was charged accordingly but the amount paid to the insurance company was only rs.10.951, which is again over charged by rs.250.
C. The first invoice date shown in the service manual book was 26th january 2016 by a dealer in nizamabad (Another town in telangana state) but the delivery was made on 14th march 2016 at hyderabad, which causes us to suspect that foul play was involved. January 26th is a national holiday in india, and no govt. Or private office in india is allowed to work on national holidays.
D. The mandatory services and manufacturer’s warranty are accounted from the date of delivery mentioned in the owner’s service manual/book. As per the date mentioned in the book, all these dates become invalid for any claim.

In all probability, the vehicle was sold and invoiced to someone else on 26th january; and sold and invoiced again to my mother on 14th march 2016. Consequently, the delivery of permanent registration documents was delayed by 9 days.

While i realize there could be one or two mistakes, so many cannot be tolerated. On account of my recommendation to buy a maruti suzuki car, my mother is undergoing a lot of trouble and my father (Also a senior citizen) is running from pillar to post, unable to comprehend such legal complications.

I request you to advise maruti suzuki india limited to make necessary amends, by taking back the car for a full refund made to my mother, without any deductions, towards any services, since any service provided has been unsatisfactory, defective and troublesome.

    12.3.2016 we have the car to sahani motor company gokalpuri ..we when have booked the car they told us to wait for 4 to 6 weeks for vitara breeza..the tym is over they are still saying for wait it has been 8 weeks...we had visit to showroom many times they are not giving any satisfaction nd they are not even listening to us..they people you have booked the car before they got it till now ..this is not fair they are giving black money for delivery of car before the car date 50000 to 60000 for immediate delivery of car..the loan is approved nd we have given payment to sahani motor through bank..on phone they are saying i[censored]h want the car they say d colour you have choosen fairy Golden wd white roof they are saying to give black money of40000 if you are regreting den we will got d car aft 12 weeks they told us...manger of d money selling d car on premium mr bhardwaj showroom Mangar .i am request to solve dis problem nd delivry d car as soon as pssible..i[censored]h are nt sold it on time ur company may loose x image

      Subject :- I was Ditched by V.P. Mr. Brij Talwar ( Saya Automobiles ) G.T. Kernal road.
      Myself Mayank Jain owner of Maruti Suzuki Ritz car having no. DL8CAD 2292. I am a user of Maruti Suzuki cars since from last 20 years . This cars is my 6 car purchased from Maruti. I love the way Company Deals with Customers and after sales services . I always got my car serviced from Maruti Genuine Outlets.
      But This time some other story comes and I want to bring in yours kind attention. I had given my car for routine paid service whereas my job card no . JC16001579 and Invoice no . BR16001542. But this time I was Ditched and Insulted by Vice President of Maruti, G. T kernal road. Mr. Brij Talwar.
      At the Time of Insurance renewal I was issued with a free coupon having named “ FREE DRY CLEANING “, I was told that complete dry cleaning of roof, sides, seats will be done free of cost by this coupon. I impressed and leaving my very old insurance agent prefers to continue with them.
      On 2nd May 2016 when I was handling over keys to driver and Coupon. He also confirmed free drycleaning of complete( Roof / Sides / Seates ) will be done under this coupon and same I confirmed on phone by service incharge Mr. Ghanshyam . Around 6:00 pm when I visited the workshop to collect my car, I was found my car not Dry cleaned by Roofs / Sides so confirm through Service incharge . He Replied it was refused by Mr. Brij Talwar.
      Immediately I visited to office of Mr Brij Talwar and he very arrogantly talked with me and insulted me and told me the meaning of Dry cleaning and everything. I never expect this type of behavior from people sitting in such a prestigious position.
      My request is to take immediate action against Mr. Brij Talwar ( V.P. service ) for his arrogant and Fraud Behavior such that he will not able to ditch others in his future.

        It gives me great pain and agony to being to your notice that i the undersigned has purchased the new

        Maruti ciaz rs for rs 10, 40, 814.00 and made the complete payment and was very much happy to buying such

        A good car, which is nowadays maruti new successful venture, with such good facilities feeded in

        Sedan.



        Today i have taken the delivery as auspicious day and obtained the delivery at 10.30 hours on today.

        Engine no 7111197, chassis no 180630. I was very much pleased by and we have travelled further 165 kms

        And while parking the car at home it was found that the gear was not working and we got panicked as we

        Have called the party and have asked our friends to gather and show the new car and facility thereof

        Praising the car.



        You wont believe the car was stuck up and could not move further and we have moved like a bullock cart

        And many friends and relatives made my mockery that how defective things you have got and i was put in

        To the embarrassing situation and which i was having no excuses but to face it as a bad day and my

        Fault of purchasing the car from maruti, who nowadays is habitual of delivering the faulty cars and

        Many defects are being detected and there are so many adverse reviews against maruti and its delaers.



        Please understand when the customer do put his hard money for the better comfort and leisure and costly

        Things, for he has being cheated as fault supply and his bad day continues as on 1 st day and later on

        If continued what else can be seen and worst to follow of my dream car.



        I have also taken up with sales person milind who was a mute listener, that he has spoken to the

        Service manager umesh panachal, who has told that they will replace parts tommorow morning and could

        Not assure of replacement, but he will try.



        If you were in my place dont you will also ask for the replacement of a new car as faulty car is

        Delivered without any delay.



        Please treat this matter as urgent or i will be compelled to take further strict action if not replaced

        Like media, and consumer court etc.



        I do hopefully feel that my agony will be addressed properly as maruti do not want to tarnish their

        Image and reputation.

          I had my first free service done in the month of Aug15 in Bhopal Jeevan Motors Later i got relocated from bhopal to hyderabad in Dec15 i went to your nearest service centre details mentioned above and wanted to get my second free servicing done there is came to know that in the system it is showing as 2nd servicing already done in Feb16 in Bhopal How is that possible when i got relocated in Dec15 itself i had to wait for almost 4 hours in the service centre and the personnel did not get the servicing done and insisted that i had to contact bhopal jeevan motors my question is who is responsible for this miss from Maruti and i want action to be taken on the culprit have my second service coupon untouched that proves that the second servicing is pending i have never had such a bitter experience with Maruti earlier Please get the servicing done at the Uppal RKS motors Hyderabad service centre ASAP

            I am writing this mail with huge grief and unsatisfaction after my service . Following were the major issues :-

            1. Balancing and alignment
            2. Highly expensive labour charges and parts charges
            3. Improper cleaning
            4. Depletion in average and Poor pickup post servicing
            6. Long waiting hours

            These are the common issues which I have faced every time whenever I got my service done from naraina service centre. These people can't get the job done right in one visit, if you can pull out my service records you'll observe that I always have to make a revisit the service centre to get the problem corrected.
            The reputation, esteem and trust which maruti holds in market this service center can contribute in ruining the same.
            This is my humble request that some action should be taken against my request and also keep me informed about the development.

                Unprofessional behaviour of insurance agent ( Arun) of maruti suzuki vipul motors jhotwara.
                I took leave from my office as the agent was to come to my home as per our telcon. He did not come that day and he asked he will come home the other day, so i took leave again from my office and he did not come again to my home inspite of giving all the directions and on asking the reason he uses false language on phone and ask me to bring my car to his office if insurance needs yo be done.
                Please look into the matter as earliest as it may spoil my relationship with maruti suzuki.

                  Hi,

                  My name is nitin tripathi from new delhi & i bought swift dezire(Lxi) from magic autoshowroom on palam dabri road in new delhi on 1/16/2016.

                  Vehicle no- dl1z - 7351

                  It is passed as commercial vehicle & is all india permit.

                  It has a retro cng fitment, which was done by the magic auto showroom itself.

                  On 4/28/2016 i recieved a call from my driver stating that the engine has been ceased.

                  I told my driver to tow the vehicle to magic autowork shop at mayapuri new delhi.

                  When i reached there it was found that the block & head of the engine was cracked, there was no sign of any damage to the chamber & it appears that damage was done by engine burst.

                  The inspectors clicked the photographs for the same & told me that a report will be sent to maruti for further investigation. The inspectors who inspected my vehicle were mr.Tushar, mr naveen & mr. Kuljeet.

                  The vehicle has been run approximately 21000 km so far.

                  Upon confronting tushar told me that the claim will not be settled as cng has been fitted to it & it nullifies the warranty even though it is fitted by the showroom itself.

                  I talked to the showroom people they told me the same thing but at time of buying they told me if i get the cng fitted from showroom the warranty will be there.

                  Request you to please fasten the process & revert as i am bearing immense monetary loss.

                  Also please specify the root cause for the damage.

                    I mr. Prashant kadam living in thane (Mumbai), maharashtra from have purchased maruti celerio vxi mh 04 gz 8192 on my name from spectra motors ltd, thane on 01 st dec, 2015.
                    Recently in the month of 20th march, 2016 my car damaged in an accident. On same day i bought my car to spectra showroom with help of towing service and handover it to them.
                    I provide every detail of how accident took place and document to them for claim process. My car was covered under zero dep policy of icici lombard gen insu co. Policy no 3001/m[protected]/00/000.
                    As per the telephonic conversation spectra motors told me that my claim was registerd on dt.28.03.2016 but still no process has been completed with regard to claim settlment process. Dealer inform me that survey has been took place by surveyer at workshop and even investigation process was completed on 23.04.2016 at my home as the personnel came from icici insu co. He took every detail of incident how accident took place. Showroom inform me that they are also following to my case and done necessary mail to icici with regard to claim process
                    But still my case was not resolved, i personally doing follow up since date of accident took place through telephonic conversation with spectra motors and icic insu co. But still didnt get satisfactory answered and positive reply from them.
                    I dont know whts the exact problem, hope u will go through my case and see into it and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I(Suresh) have booked maruti vitara brezza zdi+ dual(Red&black) on 14.03.1016 at varun motors in vijayawada and my booking number is sob15002853 with an execitive name tarun kumar and has given a waiting period of 8-10 weeks but till now no body has no idea when they are going to deliver my vehicle and no update at all about vehicle allotment. So, kindly help me regarding this issue with quick update.

                          Dear sir/ma'am,
                          I would like to bring your kind notice towards summary of incidence as follows-
                          -booked maruti swift dezire lxi on 9th feb 2016 at marketing times, gk, new delhi.
                          -on 22nd, have made part payments of rs1, 55, 000.
                          -vehicle was suppose to deliver by 26 or27 march 2016.
                          -loan disbursement of rs 3, 98, 000 happened on 31st march from icici bank
                          - first emi was debited by icici bank on 15th april
                          -i am still fighting for the delivery but number of excuses were made by them for failure to delivery.
                          - have written e mail to maruti suzuki @ [protected]@maruti.Co.In, as well as to markeing times @[protected]@gmail.com
                          - now on 27th april, they confirmed that vehicle will be delivered on 30th april but due to authority document, they advised to take it on today, i.E. 1st may 2016.
                          - we made whole the payment today and vehicle was ready for delivery.
                          - but when we look at the condition of the car, it was having number of dents on both the bumper, fender is badly damaged, dent on fuel tank
                          - carpet inside the car is badly filthy/muddy
                          - we have been conformed that the damaged part will be replaced but when we visited their workshop, they immediately started repairing of the damaged parts.
                          - during throughout process, we observed like dealing with a govt office even worse than that.

                          We now request for your intervention on the matter and for fare resolution of the above.

                            I have sent my Maruti eeco DL1LP 9552 to the service center at maruti sales and service C-119 naraina industrial area, phase-I, New Delhi for 6 times for the same problem of the vehicle being faulty that it itself shift from cng to petrol and vice versa.
                            the vehicle has been to the service centre minimum of 2 days each in the following dates with supervisor's name who serviced the vehicle:-

                            03/april/2016 Mr Dharmedra Kumar,
                            10/april/2016 Mr Parmeet Kumar Bill amount Rs 1089/-
                            15/april/2016 Mr Parmeet kumar Bill amount Rs 6113/-
                            25/april/2016 Mr Gagandeep Singh Bill amount Rs 6937/-
                            29/april/2016 Mr Gagandeep Singh Bill amount Rs 4223/-

                            again today they are asking on 01/may/2016 Mr Gagandeep Singh Bill amount Rs 6000/-

                            still the maruti service centre is not taking responsibility the vehicle will not face the same fault.

                            every time the same fault appears in next 2 or 3 days of vehicle on road.

                            the maruti service centre is cheating and changing different spare parts every time and not rectifying the main fault and no one is taking the responsibility of it.

                              Maruti service is very poor no one is response to any complaints.
                              Now days so many peoples advice don't buy maruti cars company should abt it
                              Maruti using so poor quality horn system
                              So many people having same problem but company didn't thinks abt that and company not solving problems. I buy maruti's dezire tour in which get horn problem during first service i complaint to local service manager and adviser 3 times but not geting any response from service support.
                              I recommend many people don't buy maruti its worst in service

                              I hv booked a baleno zeta in December and till now i didn get thevehicle as i m comin abroad to get the vehicle i m in realy difficult situation and upset.
                              I feel like the dealers are trying to fool me with another car iptions which is expensive than I ordered

                                Maruti service is very poor no one is response to any complaints in cumin next day India's wristest company now days...
                                Now days so many peoples advice don't buy maruti cars company should abt it
                                Maruti using so poor quality gears boxes
                                So many people having same problem but company didn't thinks abt that and company not solving problems maruti give me foulty ertiga they not interested yo resolves the problems
                                I recommend many people don't buy maruti its worst in service

                                  I booked my car vitara brezza zdi plus in pagariya auto aurangabad date iz..28_03_2016 when i m booked brezza the sales manager says waiting periods is 5 weeks... And now says 2 mnths...
                                  Please clear this issu.. Now this sales manager are says car is not availabale in zdi plus... Available only vdi models...
                                  Nashik depo are not send the cars in aurangabad the topend model zdi plus... What is this...???...

                                  I recently bought maruthi alto k10 with automatic transmission. I have clocked around 2500 kms. I am disappointed to note i get around 14kms per litre of petrol as against claim of 24kms/litre

                                  Hi,

                                  My name is Nitin Tripathi from New Delhi & I bought Swift Dezire(LXI) from Magic Autoshowroom on Palam Dabri Road in New Delhi on 1/16/2016.

                                  Vehicle no- DL1Z - 7351

                                  It is passed as commercial vehicle & is all India permit.

                                  It has a retro cng fitment, which was done by the magic auto showroom itself.

                                  On 4/28/2016 I recieved a call from my driver stating that the engine has been ceased.

                                  I told my driver to tow the vehicle to Magic autowork shop at Mayapuri New Delhi.

                                  When I reached there It was found that the block & head of the engine was cracked, there was no sign of any damage to the chamber & it appears that damage was done by engine burst.

                                  The inspectors clicked the photographs for the same & told me that a report will be sent to Maruti for further investigation. The inspectors who inspected my vehicle were Mr.Tushar, Mr Naveen & Mr. Kuljeet.

                                  The Vehicle has been run approximately 21000 km so far.

                                  Upon confronting Tushar told me that the claim will not be settled as cng has been fitted to it & it nullifies the warranty even though it is fitted by the showroom itself.

                                  I talked to the showroom people they told me the same thing but at time of buying they told me if I get the cng fitted from showroom the warranty will be there.

                                  Request you to please fasten the process & revert as I am bearing immense monetary loss.

                                  Also please specify the root cause for the damage.

                                    Two days back I purchased s cross from raj sneh automobiles Meerut. It was a total fraud dealing. The moment they received the payment from my end they started blackmailing in form of extra charges under various heads like insurance, Rto, etc. like for insurance they gave us a receipt of 27700 and charges 28500. They charged 2500 extra for Rto above their ex showroom list. Mr Abhishek, Mr. Vinay Solanki and GM of Nexa showroom, Meerut are involved in this. When I asked for this over priced charges and give me in written they started abusing so on the whole it was a horrible experience where as one expects to have a memorable dealing while purchasing a new vehicle. I will never purchase or recommend Maruti vehicle ever because of dealers like Raj Sneh.

                                        Self dhirendra kumar sharma ex itc manager has ordered a swift desire on 20th april. I was assured a delivery after a week. Now week is over and i am getting no satisfactory reply from booking showroom ktl agra as when this vehicle is going to deliver. I am a loyal customer of maruti held zen for good 14 years. The quality of product entails me to be associated with maruti again & again. This time my confidence is shaken as i am unable to findout a person to resolve my problem . Have tried a number[protected] atleast 5-6 times forwarded a massage also but this box is always full. Its a number of your rso agra.
                                        Being a loyal indian i do not want my hard earned money should go to foreign frenchise company. It should help my country's economy and support "make in india". Campaign. My family is holding a little chunk of your company's share, this way we are a close associate and hope to be taken good care o[censored]s.
                                        Self would appreciate a solution to the problem and would suggest a process to arrest the inconvenience at the grass root level.
