I, d. R. Chauhan purchased alto k-io, vxi personal vehicle on[protected] i. E. About five months back from the show room of ms at taradevi shimla (Goel motors). The vehicle has been used by me covering around 2900 kms. So far. On wednesday[protected] when i tried to start the vehicle, it did not respond at all. On[protected], i registered the complaint with the agency. The complaint was attended on[protected]. The battery of the vehicle was found defective. There was no batter water in the holes mentioned for the purpose. The technical person from the show room added battery water and asked me to the keep the vehicle remain started at least for 1-2 hours. I then drove the vehicle for about 50 kms. And again stopped. The battery of the vehicle seems to be dead. I request your goodself to please get the same replaced by the original one as i am going to take the vehicle to the show room on[protected] for getting thsame checked. You are, therefore requested to kindly ask the authorities of the show room agency (Goel motors) to replace the battery as early as possible.

    I bought a s-cross 200 dds zeta from rks motors
    Jubilee hills, hyderabad on 07th feb 2016. From
    Day-1 i had a problem with my irvm.
    The internal rear view mirror vibrates crazily and
    The image of the vehicle coming behind is fuzzy. I
    Have raised several complaints and several
    Inspections have been made. Problem was also
    Acknowledged by service engineer. The mirror was
    Also replaced once. However the problem persisted.
    Msil also inspected the vehicle and finally said
    That this is an inherent problem with s-cross. I
    Took the car to non maruti authorized repair shop
    And they also refused to correct the problem saying
    This problem has been reported by many owners and
    There is no solution. Only msil can solve this
    Problem.
    There is a serious safety concern in the car as you
    Cannot monitor the vehicles coming behind you and
    Driver has to drive on the guess/estimate. This can
    Lead to major road accident and can lead to loss of
    Life and property. However, maruti suzuki india
    Eems to be taking this carelessly and is not
    Making any efforts to rectify the problem

    Even I'm facing the exact issue in my new Ciaz VDi+ that I bought 2 months back.
    The service people were not able to rectify the same on first complain.
    Please share your experience after you get yours rectified.

      I am trying to get the invoice copy of my car purchased from varun motors vishakapatnam in the year 2005.
      But haven't received any responses when i call to the showroom they will say that they don't have the records, what they meant they don't have i can't understand?? Later they asked me to send the copy of registration certificate to issue a written invoice copy, even though sending i haven't got any responses.
      Will you please talk to them and resolve my issue as i want to pay karnataka state road tax.
      I will be thankfull.

        Dear sir,
        I mr. Nimesh rane owner of maruti wagon r (Regd. No. Mh04gz2707) i really appreciate your customer service as i have already mailed earlier on 10th may 2016 regarding my complain of vehicle under insurance claim at navneet motors, but till date not received any reply from your side. I am really very disappointed from the service of maruti udyog. As being a valued customer of maruti we expect some support from your company regarding our issues. My issue is the same for cashless insurance. When maruti has provided me cashless insurance at the time of vehicle delivery why insurance company is forcing me to pay huge amount for my vehicle repair. I am not able understand what is the policy of maruti by providing cashless insurance to customer’s. Is it a fake deal to harass customer’s. I have heard that maruti has a repo in customer satisfaction, but unluckily i am very much disappointed from the service. I was not at all aware of such service from such a reputed brand.

            Dear team maruti,

            I booked a baleno car from your nexa outlet (M/s premsons motors ranchi, jharkhand) and the car was scheduled to delivered in may'16 as all formalities i. E paper work was done how ever i received the trail mail from one of companies sales representative mr. Ratnesh roshan (Who was dealing with me for delivery notes) that my car delivery has been cancelled and no further reason for cancellation was stated to me and delivery o the car was shown in showroom record as i was reviving call and message from premsons motor that my first service of car is due on 5th june'16 going forward they did not returned back the post dated cheques which they collected from me further they withdrawn inr amount 5250/- without any intimation and misbehaved with me in the showroom when i went for inquiry and even no one was ready to give me any reason that why the withdrawn the money without my knowledge, i was a customer of maruti cars for a very long period of 10years as this would be my third car of maruti but now i have to rethink before choosing maruti suzuki cars anymore in future as i am feeling cheated by the behavior of maruti persons.

            Request you to look into the matter and take neccsary action else i would not have been left with any choice moving to consumer forum as this kind of matter can happened with any of your customer which can harm companies reputation as maruti is well known for its brand value.

              I bought my swift vxi (Ka05mn0606) in 10th may 2013. I had faced lot about the poor braking of swift continuously & experienced the issue of brake pedal going hard at low rpms and suddenly vehicle is not stopping and met with accident 3 times because of this problem in last three years.

              Brake becomes to hard and in effective while turning with ac on & not stopping causing accident

                In maruti suzuki india a manager sels mr. Dhirendra kumar singh of gs motors pvt. Ltd. - maruti suzuki dealer, kapasiya, begusarai, committed me that if i booked maruti swift zxi today (13th june 2016) i delivered after about 10 days he also committed if i fail then returned my fully advance rs. 11000. After 10 days i remind him he ignored, misguide and misbehaved with me. When i threat about consumer farm then he refunded only rs.10500 only in my bank account. Pl. Help the innocet consumer

                  Complaint agnist hercules automobiles international, kowdiar, trivandrum

                  Since i had booked a maruthi brezza zdi+ in their showroom by remitting rs21000/- in their account on 14/3/2016 and collected invoice for the same model (Including insurance and registration) on 26/3/16 on the basis of 45-60 days waiting period. An amount of rs1091400/- sanctioned and transferred to their account on 18th april 2016.
                  But i got a letter on may 4th that vechicle is ready for delivery with model vdi.
                  During this time i communicated to so many officials and their respond was very pathetic. Also they told that minimum 7-8 months i should wait for that model. Finally due to their negligence and ingnorence towards my phone call and mail communication, i forced to cancell the booking (26/5/16).
                  But upto this time they are not revert back the loan amount to bank and not responding my phone call also.
                  Because of their abhorrence towards me i had lost more than rs70000/- by two months installments and interest.
                  I hope maruthi will take care my issues at the earlist

                    I have been using BALENO Alpha and I was the first proud customers of yours to book this car in Surat and I am a good rider as well and rode almost 25000KM within 7 months. I have also undergone regular service as per the guidelines mentioned in your service booklet and as suggested by the dealer authorities.

                    In March, there was a very bad incident when I was travelling with my family out of family and the clutch got failed and the car stopped moving, never the less I got it repaired by paying 10000 Indian rupees locally saying that the clutch got worn out.

                    The similar incident happen a month back when I was travelling with my wife and suddenly the brake stopped working and we were deadly saved from a massive accident at NH8 near Bharuch. I somehow controlled my car using hand brake. I got it repaired from maruti service dealer at Bharuch and they informed me that there is a service circular issued for the same but on the cost of what? Our lives? It could have caused our death. I thought to take this up in national media as well but somehow thought of informing you before taking any big steps.

                    Now I have a fear of driving your BALENO car and do not have confidence over your brand anymore.

I intend to register my as commercial and by myself, but the said staff discouraged me and harassed me on various issues as i was not paying the rto tool (The corruption money). This attitude of the staff is giving bad name to the opmpany.

                        I had use Maruti Ritz vdi DL1YE 2559 since March 2015 1st 2month use as a cab but some reson i have stop cab and use only our personal use . I doing all service in your authorised service station Rana Motors.

                        I had do Last service on dated 20th May 2016 in Rana Motors, Rajasthani udyog Nagar Delhi. I am sorry to say you our very bad experienacen about your service station including body shop. My car stand your work shop in 3 days but your service station in not do service properly and body shop also. He is call me your vehical is ready and you collect upto 5.30pm on dated 21st may 2016. but some reson I am not collect my vehical on said dated than I shall go next day dated 22/05/2016 in your workshop for collect my vehical and I am surprised regarding my vehical is not ok condition than I call body shop advisor Mr Neshat Ahamed and ask about my car than he is told me sir please wait your car is ready within 15 minutes, but I am again surprised I seat there 2.30 hours but my vehical is not ready and I am a fool about I had paid Rs 14, 600/- bill of your work shop and take our vehical as it is your service advisior vikram is not co-oprate with me and delived vehical any test drive and cleaning. So I am ask to you please tell me how can I do service in your athourised work shop in future.

                            I am an ardent fan of maruti products. Bought a ciaz zxi+ day before and was a proud owner till yesterday. To my horror i found out that the stepney tyre provided in the fully loaded vehicle isn't an alloy wheel, but just a steel rim. To add to the insult, they provide a 15 inch tyre as stepney tyre when all other 4 wheels are 16 inch. Previously i owned a zxi dzire whose all 5 tyres where alloy wheels. The local dealer saiservice, kochi says many representations from them to company on this matter before fell in deaf ears. Penny wise pound foolish. Shame on you msil!
                            I have requested the dealer to address the issue. If not resolved will be forced to move to a consumer redressal forum.

                              I bought maruti SUZUKI celerio on April 2015, from 1st date I notice that car has lot of noise in front suspension, I told maruti sai service deccan, but they do not resolve that problem, I went to sai service several times, finally I didn't get anything,
                              I quit going to sai service, because they even do not have sence that how to talk with the customer,
                              I went to Mahalaxmi motors, leave my vehicle several time but still I didn't get solutions for problem,
                              I just want to ask Maruti SUZUKI what is meaning of warranty.
                              Never touch Maruti brand in whole life, or never suggest my friends for maruti brand, very disappointing performance,

                                I have maruti ritz ldi no hr 01 ag 7680. We approached maruti workshop at modern automobiles, g. T. Road, ambala city for repair of accidental damage to my car on 15.5.16 at 8.30 am. On survey we came to know that axle is to be changed, and we have bumper to bumper insurance. Even after 19 days we are misguided by officials there. They are not cooperative. We are not informed about exact situation of repair of damage. We are getting misguided by staff about delivery of our vehicle. They are calling us to take delivery when we reach they ask us to take delivery next day. Its really very harassing. We are sparing time from our busy schedule and they dont value time. Any how after 20 days finally we are being delivered our car today on 2.6.16 at around 7.00pm. At time they charged rs.1300 and on giving delivery they told that inspite of insurance coverage they had just repair old axle and its working great. So we just drive such car and they will get new axle lateron and then they may change. Sir, is this the kind of service you are providing to your customers. Heights of harrasment is even when we agree to cooperate and took the car back home its not in condition to drive on roads, car is very much bubbling on road and an continues noise is being heard. After reaching home we again called officials and requested them to take it back as it is dangerous to drive with such fault.
                                Few question to ask...
                                1. Is this service you are providing to your customers?
                                2. Even it takes time to repair the damage.. Cant you just convey honestly the actual situation to customer so they dont get harrasement in coming again and again?
                                3. Sir, we are working people have our own commitments, just see the weather... Isn't its a harrasment?
                                4. What kind of inefficient workers you keep at your service stations who just cant understand the problem and give delivery of car with lots of faults? Doesnt it prompt a avoidable accident in future?

                                This experience made us not to keep any further relationship with maruti.

                                Pleace give the justice and repair our car properly. Hope to get reply fast.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Reg: Request for Refund of Rs.3300/- on account of purchase of new Luminus Battery due to defective (Panasonic ) battery installed in my Car - Vehicle MARUTI CELERIO - DL12CH2695.

                                  I draw your attention to the following facts for your kind consideration and early necessary action.

                                  The above car was purchased by me from Rana Motors Show room at Safdarjung enclave vide invoice No.VSL 13012904 on 29/03/2014 . Subsequently all the three free servicing had been undertaken by the Rana Motors workshop at Okhla and the latest paid servicing by paying around Rs.6000/- was also undertaken by Rana Motors workshop at Okhla on 29th December 2015.

                                  Thereafter, I found that the vehicle was showing some defective functioning in display of its clock . Immediately I had informed the problem to the Service Centre, Okhla . I had continuously made the complaints with the Okha Centre for over one month. Every time the Workshop Incharge and the lady who attended my phone had promised to send a mechanic to repair the clock but nobody attended my complaint even after two months and finally somehow I corrected the clock timings myself.

                                  On 12th May 2016, while I was returning from my office, again the vehicle had developed sudden problem and stopped its function completely. Immediately I called a nearby mechanic and after checking it is was found that the battery ( Panasonic-34B19L ) fitted in the Car was defective and I had to replace the Battery with a new one(Luminus) by paying a sum of Rs.3300/- on 12.05.2016.

                                  I am very sorry to note that the New Car is only 2 years old, run around 18000 km only, all the regular servicing were undertaken by the above authorized show room, suddenly developed the big problem in its battery. As may please be seen the Maruti as well as the workshop of M/s
                                  Rana Motors Pvt Ltd are fully responsible for the sudden failure of the vehicle . You can very well understand the hardship and agony underwent by me.

                                  Under the circumstances I hereby registering my complaint and request you to refund Rs.3300/- within a week. . I am attaching a copy of the bill of the above new Luminus battery purchased by me from M/s V.K.Batteries, Delhi and photograph of the defective Panasonic battery, which is kept in my custody . .

                                    From the first day workshop create a problem in my car and change or lost my some parts in service center i have a paper from dealer service head who told me to give me a solution or shortout parts replace free of cost.
                                    Accident my car in work shop after re paint my car is look like a accidental. Second charge a biggest amount to service my car
                                    i have a billing of service parts and oil who is not a same prices for customer he gives a different prices in to owr customers and remove a billing after paid a billing.And parts charges is low then service charges .Cheat in parts cheat in total amount calculation. I have papers of ktl pvt ltd total amount calculation.i am contact with marutisuzuki company email address but company cannot give me any responce or reply cause my car is in 4 year extended warranty but i dnt like company service so want to return or cancelled my extended warranty my car is nor around 20 months old

                                      I have purchased Vitara Brezza ZXI+ and have following complains:

                                      1. There is lot of noise in the boot. The dealer says it is because of the spare wheel, tool kit and hardboard cover. While driving even on small bumps there is heavy noise which is not expected from such costly vehicle. It needs to be fixed immediately.

                                      2. The suspension system is not smooth and the vehicle takes a heavy jump on uneven road . The passengers are uprooted.

                                      3. The vehicle has a sluggish pickup. It would have been good if leather seat covers and leather steering wheel would have been provided.
