On 27th apr 2016, i was travelling with 02 ladies & a new born baby from haldwani to bareilly for an emergency treattment of the baby. Unfortunaltely my car stopped due to fuel pump failure with in 5 km area of maruti authirised service centre named nainital motors pvt ltd. Haldwani. I approached mr sanjay pandey, gm, nainital motors haldwani for repair of the vehicle and briefed the situation. Mr sanjay pandey didn't respond well to me. I went to nearby honda showroom and ask the manager for immediate mechanic and briefed the situation. The honda manager sent a chap with me for inspection of the vehicle. After inspection, the mechanic found irregularity in fuel supply and told that it will only be repaired by the authorised service centre. Then i again approached to mr sanjay pandey requesting immediate help and alternate vehicle as i was going for treatment of the baby. Mr sanjay pandey misbehaved with me and advised to hire a taxi. Ultimately i felt insulted before my relatives and family members. The assurance and services provided by nainital motors pvt ltd and mr sanjay pandey within a area of 5 km are unsatisfactory...     Dear Sir /Madam,
    I self Dr.Amit kumar Jaiswal resident at kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar. I was purchased new maruti suzuki swift zxi car(BR01CK7461)karlo automobile, boring road, patna on 13.06.2015. After 3 months(12.09.2015) my car is break down on highway during running condition. Company (service center ) tochan my car and demand me Rs.70, 000 for repair. I told him vehicle is under warranty so plz. Repair under warranty scheme. I Was complained at company toll free but No one listen me. Now till date my car is on karlo automobile maruti service center. Now they are demanding me Rs. 300/= per day parking charge.
    So, i requested to you please help me what should I do.

        I am regular maruthi suzuki fsn; as I am good follower I booked baleno at rajuhmundry Nexa showroom, they told me to wait for 3 months, I waited and asked them for delivery, they refused and telling that vehicle y doesn't contain any baleno and they postponing day by day as u waited for 4 months, I am planning to go for hundai I 20. This too worst than I expected, hope this will give you an idea about your customer service. Whether production not there tell us directly certain time, don't waste my time and your time by giving wrong commitments

          I have requested you to get my car fully repaired. Through above mention letters i have requested. I that reference i am gating phone call from your executive, mentioning that as soon as we received material we will repair.
          In this summer, i am unable to open both find door power window. Air-condition did not support in noon. It is unbearable to drive during day time.
          Pl. Take matter seriously .

            It is 17 days since I gave complaint to Maruti But no resolution till now . Many mails has exchanged but no [censored]ion . Maruti seems to copvering up there Dealers .

            Below it the detail of my complaint -
            1. I gave my car for repair on 07/11/2015 for front side noise .
            2. Rana motor's technicians took the test drive for 15 mins in rough roads and Advised me that "Jumping Rod and some bush need to be replaced and after that the Noise problem will be resolved as this is the only reason for Noise problem .
            3. I got agreed and gave my car for repair . Rana motors returned the car after repair .
            4. Technician advised me additionally that I should replace the Shockers in future for better performance of the car as Shockers are bit weak, However it has nothing to do with this Noise . (pay your attention on this line). Shocker has nothing to do with Noise problem .
            5. After few days (Approx. 2-3 days) Again Noise started in the car and I gave complaint to Rana motors Customer care and they sent A Technician to My Office to check the Problem .
            6. Technician took the Test Drive and Confirmed that Noise is still there in the car .
            7. Next day Rana Motors sent another Person to Pick my Car for repair . (2nd time for same Problem).
            8. In the Evening Mr. Saini (One of the adviser) told me that some screws were left loose of Jumping Rod hence problem was there now we have repaired it and no problem exists . as per Mr. Saini now problem is resolved .
            9. I asked for Feed back form also so that I can mention my Concern, but It was not provided to me . (This time also on 8th April feed back form was not provided.
            10. Again Next day Noise problem was there in the car and I immediately called Rana Motors and they Again sent a Technician to check the problem (3rd time for same Problem) and he confirmed that problem is still there .
            11. After this Mr. Sainin denied to pick my car and said this may be some other problem .
            12. I contacted Rana Motor's Customer care and explained the issue but I did not get any response .
            13. Then I got call from Rana Motors Customer care for asking regarding Repair quality and I explained them also about the incident but i did not get any reply .
            14. I called couple of more times to Rana Motor's Customer care till Jan end but i did not get any response .
            15. And till now Noise was still there .
            16. After that I was out of town due to death of MY Mother so I could not contact further to Rana Motors. But still the Noise was continuing .
            17. I continue to drive my car with noise during this period as I can not move without my car . Hope you understand this .
            18. But Same Noise continued which was there on first day .
            19. When I came to Rana motors for Service again on 8th April-2016 I again explained the same matter to Customer care and to the Technicians but they refused to repair the problem and asked to Get Some other parts changed .

            20 so Now Rana motors asking to replace some other parts .
            then why previous parts were replaced while it did not resolved my problem?
            It means Rana motors keep changing the New parts without identifying the actual problem?
            Why I should pay for Unnecessary parts every time?
            It means Rana Motors is unable to identify the actual problem and Just DO Hit and Try on my Vehicle and I am wasting my money .

            21. So either Rana motors return the money of my previous repair and change the New parts . Or repair my car Now without any cost As I can not suffer Due to Rana Mootor's Poor Services .

              Hi,
              I m himanshu tyagi customer of maruti suzuki baleno delta petrol granite grey. I booked maruti suzuki baleno on 04 jan 2016 from vipul motors sector 63, noida u.P. I booked car by rs11000/-(Eleven thousand only) cash with mr. Ravi kumar. He promised me to deliver me the car upto 20th feb 2016. This car was to be gifted to my brother in law on his sagai function on 27 feb 2016. I had explained this to mr. Ravi kumar at the time of booking. With reference to the receipt of order no.Sob15001307 dated 04jan 2016 of vipul motors, maruti suzuki baleno delta petrol granite grey was to be delevered by 20 feb 2016. When we contacted him for the delievery of the same around 19 feb they told there are some issues from the maruti plant as they are not getting cars from plant, so they are unable to deliver car on 20 feb 2016 and they would try their best to deliver the car to me before march end. In march when i contacted them they told that the delievery date is shifted to april but car have not delivered till today. And now in april they are telling that the deivery date is n may and dt too not confirmed. The issue confirmed from mr. Ravi kumar is that maruti increased exporting outside india thatsy its delaying. But its a matter of prestige for my family and myelf
              I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from maruti plant and car availability at maruti or nexa. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car since jan 2016. Please make my deliver of car to me before april end. The way the company dealing with their customers is worst and its a mental harrasment for their customers

                Popular kanhangad sales outlet cheated my cousin after collecting the full payment of 9lac and didn't deliver vehicle within the committed date. We were planned to buy honda jazz initially, but, popular sales manager committed that, he can provide the vehicle within a week and forced us to make the full payment then and there itself. We double checked with the manager before making the full payment. He had given 100 percentage assurance and forced us to make the full payment stating that they have excess vehicle in their last allotment, which will be ready for delivery with in a week from the day of booking. We contacted their customer care head mr sujith. He not even bothered to provide the vehicle or refund the money. We are planning to seek a legal recourse for this case now.

                After repeated services from malaparamba popular service the problem has bot been resolved and we havnt been able to use the car for last 3 months
                We have booked baleno car in feb2016 in mohali. Earlier they said u get in 2 months that is may. Now they telling in june may be not sure. I need car urgently.

                  Team leader, mr. Ranjit kalita, from pallavi motors, guwahati, assam, had misbehaved us and dealt with us in a very rude manner and they kept our car's rc and insurance. While discussing about the finance related issues like the loan amount which we decided for exchanging our wagonr lxi with a new wagonr vxi top model. Somehow due to not availability of loan we decided to came back. But mr. Kalita, the sales team leader was rude that he began shouting and refused to give our keys and the documents. But finally some personal came and managed to give the key but they kept oir car's rc and insurance.

                  Please do take right action so that no one can do such harassment to the custome.. This thing happened from around 8.45pm to 9.20pm.

                    I booked a car from 'magic auto dabri showroom' in mid Feb 2016. I was assured vehicle will be delivered before month end.
                    Complaints
                    1. I booked the car at 4.8lk but after sometime I was told price has been hiked, no info was there in the news still I was forced to pay 5lk plus for the same car. When I requested to cancel the car cancellation charges were so high that I was forced to continue with these creatires.

                    2. I didn't heard anything from them till 26 mar, on 26 an insurance certificate was issues in my name so I was but relaxed that now I'll get my car. But till date car has not been delivered.

                    3. They are not giving the car payment has been made in full. They have wasted 1 month of insurance 1 month salary to driver given but no signs of car.

                    4. People at showroom have started disconnecting the calls.

                      Sir i am having maruti astar registered in the year june 2011no mp 28 c 6674.On 12/04/2016 i faced starting trouble in my car . After a gap of 15-20 minutes the car was automatically off. I rushed to kunal motors service station for the servicing .The attendent enquired about the problem and told me "gadi chhodna padegi" 2-3 din lagenge .I left my car on 13/4/2016.On 15/4 16/4 and 18/4 igot same reply 'dekh rahen hain problem samagh men nahi aaraha hai.On 19/4 i personally visited the workshop and seen my car was opened from here and there and stand parked unattended .One mr imran told me please arrange 5 ltr petrol for further investigations .I done it immediately.But i rather surprised that they have not even traced the cause of fault.I stayed there for 6to 8 hours and witness the various experiment was going on with my car but the result was zero.In the meanwhile one of the representative came to me and offered me "to exchange vehicle he filled up a form & took vehicle details.At last he praposed a value of rs 130000. Irefused his praposal & told to mechanic please complete my car at earliest he assured me to complete the work tommorrow.I contacted the mechanic anis on telephone on 20/4 but no result.On 21/4 i again i visited the workshop and shocked to see "the engine was opened and the other parts were scattered abruptly some parts were used for the repairig of other vehicles..I annoyed to see the scene then workshop manager mr pawar came to me and got the details. Idemanded the job card copy for complaint purpose they proide me.Manager has requested me to give me one day more i will do it tommorow on 22/04 i will inform you positively.
                      Sir my problem is still as it was i have no information from there side
                      I presume that the situation is fabricated for the exchange.& that i could be prepare after some more harrasment .This is all the facts of kunal motors chhindwara.
                      Kindly arrange to see the matter & enquire closely the facts try to find the remedy to recover my loss.

                      Today on complaint date Kunal Motors emmployee called me & said Iwant to give you the Status of your vehicle ..There is list of fault & defective parts to be replaced, he said.When I enquired about the charges he told me Appx.Rs 21000/-.I told him give me an estimate. He said please come to the show room.After reaching there Mr.Pawar Work Shop Manager told me your vehicle is started and the problem is traced, after 1/2 an hour you can take test drive.One of the team member took me for test drive for about 20 km.The problem of Heating Engine/auto off was resolved .After came back Mr pawar told me the test has been done by using another vehicle's FUEL PUMP. Give me one weeks time to order to the company &replace.In the meanwhile he offered me one TEST DRIVE DEMO CAR for per use I refused.He gave me Estimate for the work Rs 12400/- including work already done.In my view it was very highsight.The charges for the verious experiment were also included.Kindly look in to the matter at your earliest I have already suffered a lot.
                      I have received a call from kunal motors just now informing me "your car is ready" we have changed the fuel pump, engine oil, coolent etc. The total bill is something rs. 12200/-. This indicates clearly cheating with me . I have already requested them on 23rd apr. "whenever you get the fuel pump & start reparing my car please call me . Show me the spare part, change the oil and coolent in my p[resence, because you people has lost the trust & confidence.Now tell me "hoe can they proove the work has been done sincerely . This is why i am confused, because this position arised only after 15 mts of lodging complaint to you sir'''''''', , , , , , , ?

                          Hello sir,
                          I, suraj ghosh, bought Suzuki gixxer sf(white), from agarpara branch, kolkata.bike reg no. WB26AQ5111.ENG=BGA1234918.CHASIS NO.MB8NG4BBMF8137012., . After ridind it around 1300kms my bike started giving hiccups. Without delay I went to the dealer and told him about it. The mechanic of the showroom said counting that your cylinder piston, valves etc etc needs to get changed. I was astonished that how come a brand new bike needs to change it's engine that too after 1000kms, I enquired and anther mechanic clearly mentioned, "it's a manufacturing fault and we can't help you about it "..Later the senior manager called me up and asked about the incident occurred. I told him everything and asked him for a replacement for the bike as it is actually a manufacturing fault and I'm not going to bear it, .he then took some time called me up and said he'll give a replacement for this bike to me for the same white gixxer sf and I'll get it within 12-15 days.then suddenly the very next day he called me up and said he won't be able to provide me a new one and he can only repair and install new parts, I told him to send me an official mail mentioning whatever he said on call, now instead of sending me the above said mail he sent me another mail mentioning, ' your bike is tested and repaired and ready for delivery ', even after addressing them not to repair.. Everyday I'm being misleaded and misguided.I had to travel 80kms up and down to this showroom but they aren't taking any action and continously saying we cannot help you, we can only provide you with the repairment. For this my work is hampered in a daily basis and I'm being mentally harassed. They are not able to do Anything about it.I've spent more than 1lakh not to change my engine at 1300kms just for manufacturing fault..                           I am in receipt of your email dated 7thApr 2016, we regret for the inconvenience caused to you, However please note that replacement was not possible as your vehicle was in repairable condition under manufacturing Warranty (Oil Seal failure) & Please also note that the replacement was asked by you and I told you clearly that –“After vehicle Registration, it’s not possible to replace by any manufacturer” .

                          so I regret that- if you felt misled by me, but I never said to that replacement will be given by me or by our dealer since its legally not possible.

                          As per my previous mail communication to you, I have informed you that “Your Vehicle is Perfectly ready & check by myself” & further to give you confidence on SUZUKI products & Quality, we have extended your Vehicle warranty to 5 years from the standard 2 year Warranty.

                          Please feel free to contact me in case you come across any technical difficulties any further.

                            Hello sir,

                            I have booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno granite Grey color on 22nd Jan, 2016 in Kataria Showroom Surat, Gujarat.
                            I got the receipt and it shows delivery time is of 12 to 15 week, now after 13 weeks I got new letter showing that delivery time would be more 12 weeks. They have extended from 12 weeks to 25 weeks. This is ridiculous, after waiting for 12 weeks I am getting reply that I need to wait more for 13 weeks.
                            So what's the exactly hidden pictures of Baleno. I haven't seen such long waiting period for any cars in any company. Thus is almost half year.
                            I wanted to take delivery on my dad birthday which is falling in last week of this month.
                            Now I am planning to cancel the booking and will go with other company.

                              Hi,

                              I had booked a baleno car from shivam autozone india pvt ltd, andheri east, mumbai on 21st feb 2016 and the waiting period was told to be 3 months at the time of booking. Now when i have checked with them if i will be able to get my car delivered in may since the 3 months waiting period will be over, i am being told that the delivery is not confirmed and they cant tell when the delivery can be done exactly. This is ridiculous, are the companies just taking initial booking amount to earn interest on it or is it that they are trying to upsell/cross sell their higher priced models, as s-cross is available at next week delivery. The manufacturer is saying that they have started exporting and thus its not available for indian customers, then why launch a car in india if they cant deliver it. I am not looking at a refund, i demand a faster delivery of the car or let the manufacturer pull the model from indian market. This is complete mental harassment as i had been waiting all this while for the car to be delivered and now even if i decide to buy some other manufacturer car i will have to wait for a certain waiting period again.

                              I demand faster delivery of the car or else maruti should pull out baleno from india.

                              I had booked a Baleno on 11th May 2016 at Mithra Nexa, MG Road, Vijayawada and I was told that the waiting period would be approx. 4 months. Can the manufacturer can give me an indication as to when I can get delivery of the car. If the waiting period is nearly 6 months or more, it is ridiculous because exporting the car and keeping long waiting periods for the domestic market is outrageous to say the least. If it cant be delivered on time, let the model be pulled out from the domestic market and the entire production be diverted to export so that we can go in for some other cars viz., Hyundai or Honda.

                                We booked Maruti celerio zxi amt model on last 8/4 through Sai services deccan, Pune, Maharashtra. He committed to deliver before 27/4 now they said that they people not able to deliver in this month due to plant shift to Gujrat what about commitment? What about our wastage of fifteen days? Vaishali madam is sales manager we are not happy with this type of Maruti service station we want now answer for the same

                                  I purchased Alto 800 Lxi on 05/09/2015 at varun motors, hydernagar, hyderabad. IN month of december, 2015 i.e., after to months of purchasing car due to manfacturing defect the petrol pump had stopped working. I Called maruthi road side service people and they came and confirmed this and then i asked road side assitance customer care people what to do. they asked me to tow the vehicle to nearest service center with my money, after that they will replace at free of cost as it is in warranty. at that point i spent money (towing Rs.1100/-+ cab charges in ola 2200/-=Rs.3200/-).

                                  Now Again on[protected], same problem, petrol pump is not working. i called a road side assistance people (Ref No:978159). again they said they will replace freely as in warranty but i need to take my car thru towing. I said as this is manufacturer defect i am not ready to bear towing charges.

                                  I informed same to them, but they simple saying maruti road side service dont have own towing service and only gives third party service they cant offer freely.But i clearly said its not my issue whether it is maruti own service or third party service i am not bother about it, as it is manufacturer defect.

                                  Later they said you didn't buy your car directly from maruti, you please go and contact varun motors(dealer). I am shocked with this answer.

                                  I never believe this local partners, i seen maruti name and purchased the car, when i said the same thing, they said you first pay the towing charges initially, later we will adjust the same charges at delivery time. I didn't understand how can they adjust if my car is in warranty and they do at free of cost.


                                  This complaint i am lodging not to expect any response from maruti, just to spread the worst behavior of maruti suzuki company how they deal with their customers and who's vehicle is under warranty.


                                  Final words: Dont go with any of maruti suzuki brand, they name for service is not their right now.

                                    This is to inform you that mr.Narasimha venkatramana hegde had purchase maruti celerio bearing reg.No.Ka-31 m 8836 through sirsi (North kanara) maruti dealer r n s motors dated[protected] & the same was fainanced by kanara district co.Op.Bank, hulekal br.As a practice the dealer was supposed to handover the duplicate key of the vehicle to k.D.C.C. Bank, hulekal br.& the same was not been done till date. Now since the customer has cleared the loan he is demanding for the duplicate key which is not in our possession as stated above.Meantime the bank officials are in continues communication with the dealer but without getting a satisfactory reply.
                                    Hence we request you to look in to the matter at the earliest at & resolve the customer grievance.

                                      I have booked swift zxi on dated 7th march 2016 in ace kudale car pvt ltd. During booking they said it will deliver before 31st march 2016. Then again said it will deliver before 8th april 2016, then again said 15th april, then again 25th april. Now saying it will deliver 11th may 2016.

                                      I dont know why they are giving such false commitment. Now i am not interested for maruti vehicle, i will cancel and go for some other brand.

                                        Hi I have a breeza on 2 March 16 at vitesse pvt they have told will booking that will get the car first week of April but the not provide any information till now that when I will get the car every time they ar telling we can't say that when will get the car I have already pay all the payment to them how they ar doing with their costume I call to yu regional office 17April they told our member will call yu now one have call I have visit to yu Mumbai off 20 April they told we ar not having any staff to talk with yu pls help me how to be live on this company if yu company have a time just look what should yu can do to how should I contact
