Dear Sir/Madam.

I had booked a Swift Desire Vxi on 6th March 2016 at DD Motors – Mayapuri Delhi.vide booking no-2405045 dated 06.03.16
I had received a mail on 27th March stating that the car is ready for delivery & you can cancel if need be within 5days. Since I was out of station, I went to DD Motors on 31st where they told me that they had given the car to second in line.

Then they confirmed that they will hand over me the car on 9th-10th April 2016. On 11th I again called up DD Motors(Mr. Mudit) enquiring about the delivery which was supposed to happen few days ago. At that time they said you take white desire instead of booked silver, which I refused too.
I then had a word with the sales manager & he said he will confirm the delivery by 15th April 2016. But to this date there is no confirmation from Maruti.

Kindly confirm a firm date when will I get my car or else return my money so that I can look elsewhere. As we cannot followup more. please confirm the desired action taken to resolve the issue else i will look for other option(consumer form).
We are disappointed to state the Iwas satisfied customer of this outlet(DD motors Mayapuri) as I have purchased two cars previously. but never face such harassment

    I have booked maruti vitara brezza zdi+ before launch date ie; on 17.03.1016 at sai service station hyderabad and my booking number is sob15002620 customer id as[protected] with an execitive name hari babu he has given me the waiting period of 4 weeks but till now no body has an idea when they r going to deliver my vehicle and no update at all so kindly help me regarding this issue with quick update they r telling allotments only by maruti company .

      is this very ridiculous service of maruti me and my friends bought 10 swift desire in jan. fab. 2016 and these all cars have problems i am contacting local service center of maruti (prem motors, mr. prakash kumawat and mr. pratik) many times even i don't knew how much time i am vesting at there.and there is still same problem i am facing till date and still you people just making foolish to me.is this final time i want to requesting to you please solve the problem immediately o[censored]s otherwise we don't have any solution except consumer court.
      i want to mention that your service engineers doing many test of these cars every day and every time they told to us is this company process of checking problems..you people vesting our precious time and money.which is i want back.

      here i mention the details of cars which we facing problem:-

      RJ 14 TD 3513
      RJ 14 TD 3764
      RJ 14 TD 3531
      RJ 26 TA 1225
      RJ 14 TD 3431

      these all have problem we are complaining thru e-mail and telephonic but after vesting lots of time still you people not taking seriously.
      so finally is this my final complaint to you sir take action immediately otherwise we are going to media and consumer court we don't need any "ashwasan" from you.because you people giving "ashwasan" to us from last 3 months.

        Booked nexa-baleno on 10th feb 2016 at "kataria automobiles pvt ltd." ahmadabad branch. I have paid 11000/- rs at the time of booking.

        At the time of booking they gave delivery period of 2 months. I called after 2 and half month for inquiry, they replied like delivery will take another 2 months.
        So i spoke to them to deliver it with in time, otherwise i would like to go for hyundai i20, and those people replied me that what ever you will do, we will not deliver with in given time period.

        I am feeling like i am cheated by kataria automobiles.

        Those people are not even want to listen customer requirement even if costumer will decide go for maruti suzuki's competitor.

        Maruti suzuki should have to give a look toward such dealer, otherwise apart from customer's unsatisfactory service it will impact on their business.

          I am baying a Maruthi Suzuki Alto 800 VXI on Jun/12/2015, my problem is car horn is not working properly. I am this problem reported to nearest service center two-three times, they are not responding. one time horn is tuned and fixed but problem is repeated.

            I am Sangita borah From Sonitour Assam .I have booked one white baleno sigma on dec 23 rd in 2015 (in my brothers name Mr.Utpal Borah ) from Poddar Guwahati (Gorchuk ).In spite of my repeated request they have not given my vehicle .All the time they are forcing me to take other color.which i really don't want .They are also saying that manufacturing is slow that is why its difficult for delivery of my vehicle baleno sigma (white)Petrol. but my question is that if there is something like that why they have assured me that i will get my vehicle in Feb .and when is gone .they said i will get it by March and now its April. .I am waiting for such a long time .Now i am loosing faith in Maruti Suzuki .The dealer in which i have booked is a well known and old dealer of, Maruti Suzuki but i am really very shocked to know about its services to the customers like me.Because after making my file on November 11 (When I first booked my vehicle ) when i called to one of a employee he said he don't know about my file .after that in spite of my repeated phone calls he made my file again which was really shocking ...i have already taken the loan from the bank but for these delay i have to apply it again .I am facing lots of problems ..i want a solution immediately .i shall remain always thankful for this.Thank you..

              I, binesh mn, want to bring your attention to a major complaint or a default of your maruti parts on 01feb 2016. I had purchased one maruti swift vxi .One day it's petrol was leaking when i tried to start. I informed the service center, sai service pvt ltd, kochi, kerala, 682040. The irresponsible team without a preparation to take the car to service center even after i clearly explained the fault through phone.Then after i was informed the complaint was with main fuel tank pipe which had a minute hole. It was not expected from a company like maruti using these type of standard less product. It caused lot of problem personally to me.And after their service, my vehicle is not giving the previous smoothness . Here i am attaching all the documents such as bills, photos of the damaged parts. I request for a refund and more good repair of my car as it is not now in a smooth condition.

              I bought Swift Dzire ( petrol) in February 2015, . From the beginning it is giving very poor mileage of 8 kms per litre.
              I bought it from Popular showroom at chennai. At the time of giving for the First free service I pointed out the same. I was told that it will improve after service. But nothing happened. Again at the time of second service the request was made to look into mileage problem. Still nothing has happened. Finally I called up the company GM mr. suresh on his mobile about three months back and informed about the whole matter. I got a call from the dealer after a few days. He advised me to fillup the tank up to brim and I did so . I found that the petrol was overflowing as there was a leakage in the tank. I informed the dealer over the phone and they promised to take the vehicle and attend to leakage first and then see the mileage again. But so far no one has turned up . I am tired and sick of calling them .I am paying twice for the petrol. Please help in attending to repair and pay me for the amount paid for the excess petrol consumed.

                I purchased ertiga zxi+ from bagga motors, patparganj, delhi on january 30, 2016. While delivering the vehicle, no one at the dealership explained even a single feature of the car except how to connect the phone to the car's infotainment system. There are lots of features of the car but the maruti manual is so complicated that one cannot use it practically. Also, my car has a push button start system and doesn't start in one go but after several attempts. I called maruti toll free number several times and each time they give the number of bagga motors. When i contact bagga motors, they transfer the call to technical department which never picks up the phone. I am repenting buying a maruti car when i had so many choices. I just bought the car thinking that maruti has excellent service back up but that is not true. Their executives taking calls on toll free number are not customer-friendly at all.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have booked Baleno Alpha petrol on 4rth of January 2016 and I was given delivery date of 4rth April which is system generated wait period. This is corporate deal as well. My company has tie up as well with Maruti. Whenever I reached out to Nexa, the made stories that we are not getting car to deliver. Now they are saying that they will possibly deliver in the month of May after 15th. Now, they also tell me that you can buy S_Cross and they promise to give this car in just 10 days. If Maruti is not able to deliver the car after promising, then they should not be selling lies to their customer that they will deliver the car on this day and this time.
                  I just wonder, how Maruti is going to sell this car in over 100 countries if they can not keep the supply chain demand in their own country. I suspect malpractice in delivering the car as it has huge demand. I may consider filing petition against company.

                  Wake up Maruti.

                  I have waited more time that you asked for. Can you at least delivery now?

                    This is manish suriya from bhopal. I have booked the baleno zeta model on 8th feb'16 from nexa office located at my wheels pvt ltd. Plot no 6, malviya nagar, bhopal. They have charged the booking amount of 11, 000 and promised me to deliver the car within 1.5 months. Now its about-to 3 months and when ever i call nexa relationship manager mr. Girish shukla (Mob [protected]), he says some story and again give me new dates. Its been happened many times and they are not firm on what they says.

                    This is really frustrating and i am loosing trust on maruti suzuki and nexa for the pathetic customer service they are providing,

                    Request you to please register the complaint and take some necessary action.

                      Sir.i brought a maruti swift dezire car from kd motors bhuj on 31 mar 2016..car fitted with four MRF alloy wheeles...but the spare wheele is not same company.its a jk company tyre..& 1 inch less size...
                      Sir .i expected that the spare also should be MRF...but deler say that your car spare wheele is coming from the maruti company..
                      I think that the spare wheele changed during pdi..at showroom.

                        Sir/mam, i really wonder that i am getting very poor services from audi motors.as i have swift dezire vdi RJ13 cc 2111 and i met with an accident and back bonut n bumper got damage.i took claim n give it to audi service center that was not done in proper manner and whole left in back bonut and temp.make shift arrangement was done instead of doing proper repairing.
                        when rain came water went inside the car.i told lots of time to service center but they have done nothing for me.
                        they only said we will cal u we have heavy rush or we will take your car from home.but its been 15 months and i m getting suffered...there r lots of options in market n i hope u can understand what am i saying...if my problem doesnt resolve i will soo ur company...it will not effect me but atleast i can spoil your ganganagr market...resolve my issue asap else i will take an step

                            This is rounak from Bhopal.
                            i had purchased Swift VXI from My car on[protected] and i have given full payment of Rs6.31 lakh in that amount Extended warranty of Rs7800/- also included.
                            but Today on[protected] i went to near by maruti Suzuki Service station for Free service and checked that Dealer has not punched EW in the system and they had taken charge of EW.

                            Plz look in to my concern.

                              Car price increase after booking

                              I bought a new maruti suzuki ciaz zxi+ from the dealer of b.M autolink, pragpar road, mundra, district-kutch, gujarat, . Pin code 370435.While purchasing the car they gave me a quotation of rs 10.83 lakhs on 15.03.2016 and i booked on same day, but car not delivered in march 2016 and delivered in the 14 th april 2016, they are demanding rs 55000/- extra by saying that the price has increased.So in order to register the vehicle i need to pay...

                              Very bad experiences for service
                              Thife worker worked in service station

                              First servicing
                              They call me and said that your car is ready you can bring it back
                              I went there and saw my car was not ready I was waiting there for
                              2 hrs, and after I checked my car she was not clean inside den I showed them the dirtyness n I wtried to convey them to do your work properly but I was already got late for my next work I took the car as it is n came back to home


                              Next time a big tree fall down on my car I called them n said about the accident they gave an insurance agents number I call that person he told me to send methe images of the car and bring your car to the showroom
                              I done all as he said n bring the I car to the showroom
                              They checked my car and note down all the dameges and told me that u'll get it car in 15 days
                              But I don't got it 15 days
                              But when they call me to take my car again they told me that it car is ready again after checking my car the back door of left side WS damaged n it WS totally fine when I left my car for the reparing I even they had noted down that there WS no damage on left door
                              I showed him and ask about the damage they accepted there mistake
                              And they said it WS worker mistake they are poor they are not able to refund for there mistake then they suggest me to go for another inssurence it ll b just of 1200 RS
                              And the repairing cost for current damage WS 2500 RS
                              Just for it they make me fooland waste d my one claim
                              Again they wasted my 15 days to handover my car to me
                              Again I went to the showroom as they called me again car WS nt clean and window glass WS as it is HW they Were before
                              I went there in the morning and I got my car in the evening
                              Again they wasted my whole day
                              While moving from there I checked my cars navigation was not working
                              Then I told them that it is not working
                              They said let us check they just done little times pass here and there
                              And told me we will check a CCTV footage and let you know
                              Then they told me
                              You can go we will report you on call
                              But don't call me
                              And even inside mirror WS changed and it was reflecting the flashes on drivers eyes
                              I call them but don't got satisfied reply
                              Ans later they started ignoring my calls
                              3rd time
                              In parking some hit my car from backside
                              And der was a damage
                              And as 10000 km was completed o there was servicing time for a car
                              I went there with my car
                              I showed them a damage
                              They said it is not happened in single accident we can't claim you for all cost you have to pay for door damage
                              As I Hd got a bad experience from them before
                              I trried to convence them but they WS not ready to listen me
                              Them I think n told them to go for the repairing they again told me to comeafter 5 days
                              Again I went to take my car
                              Reverse buzzer WS not working
                              I told them about it
                              Again they told me to wait and they wasted my 3 hrs and later told me to come after two days
                              They call me after 3 days
                              And said sensor is not working and we had changed it and you have to pay 1000 RS for it
                              I told dem that you had done the damage in a claim they why you I should pay for it
                              Then they said you have to pay that amount
                              Then I checked my car again car WS nt clean and there was a scrach on a right side of a car
                              They just checked it by hand
                              The scrach WS decreasing then they call rubbing system and they clean that scrach
                              And again there WS a damage on a bonut
                              I showed them it
                              Then they said it WS done from your side n they blame me for it
                              Then I call a Maruti Suzuki customer care
                              Ramkumar received my call I told him a whole problem
                              They told me to talk with manager
                              And i[censored] dint got satisfied from the service you can call me back
                              I talk with manager(Nitin Khanna)
                              He told me to pay the bill now I ll investigate your case and I ll give you the proper output

                              But I dint got his call so I called after 8 days
                              He received my call and said give me 10 min I ll call you back
                              But again he dint call me
                              Again I call him after 2 hrs
                              He dint receive my call
                              Next day again I called him
                              Again he ask me for 10 mins
                              But he dint call me
                              Again I called him after 1 hr bu he dint receive my call
                              Same procedure happened for 3 days
                              Thats why I posting my complaint here that I am not satisfied from there service
                              Today's condition of my car
                              If I off my car autolock stops working
                              Reverse and 2nd gair gets stuck in middle
                              At night time light focus in not sufficient
                              And I checked the oil I am feeling k it's not change by the showroom
                              And still navigation is not working as they told me that that will repair it
                              Even they told me that they will update car tape BT it's not done yet
                              Wheel alignment is satisfiable
                              Please let me know the other service station that is near to me and cooperative to the customer
                              I suggest my three frnds for this car BT they are facing the same problem from the service station
                              I am confused about that k should I again go for the Maruti Suzuki next time
                              Please take this for. grant I am regular user of Maruti Suzuki

                                I bought a CIAZ vxi+ from magic auto Karol bagh. Despite several requests, I have not been given demonstration till date. Can Maruti CO. arrange the demonstration about the functions of the car systems.
                                Still I don't know about system and function of the music system of car.
                                Kindly arrange the demo of car I bought.

                                  So i deposited another ₹ 192000/- on their account. Meanwhile hdfc has sanctioned my loan of ₹ 700000/-
                                  But due to bank holidays on 31& 1 they informed me that the loan amount will transferred on 2 april
                                  On 3 april they (Showroom persons) told me that it's not possible for them to give my car before 15 april as i doesn't deposited whole amount before 31st march
                                  Before that no one has told me about the condition of maruti industry that we have to submit whole amount before 31 march
                                  Today the person from chowgule ind. Handed over me cheque of ₹192000/- except my booking amount, saying that it's not possible for them to give me a car
                                  Its merely a insult as i think
                                  Now i am seriously thinking to approach consumer court
                                  And also i got information that the car which had arrived in my name was given to some other person by taking some on amount from him.
                                  Can anyone seriously look after in this matter

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Today, I visited the service centre of maruti Suzuki at Chougule industries Pvt Ltd., Satara, Maharashtra.

                                    The environment was very poor as the air condition was working inside the office.

                                    Moreover, it was also not working in customer lounge.

                                    Secondly, I came from Bijapur district to Satara after travelling 200 km approx. but the service centre people gave the poor and nonsense response. As I am not satisfied, just because of our response, I am going to approach consumer forum for justice
