I purchased this maruti alto 800 4th june 2015. I have completed three free services in authorised maruti service stations only after that before one year of completion i faced three break downs and i spent more than 10, 000 but service station people are not able to tell the clear issue. Even though i entered in amc with maruti service masters guindy, i spent this amount in vishnu cars. Totally i am not satisfactory with this product. I didn't expect this much faults will come within one year and before 15000 kms.

    I bought a new Celerio Zxi from rohtak showroom on 11 March 2016. I paid for seat covers on the same date. Salesman told me that thay don't have seat covers today and asked me to come after 3 days. I have gone 3 times in showroom for seat covers and have called them on phone for number of times. It's been a month they are still telling me that they are out of stock for seat covers.

      Respected sir,
      I payed 21000 rs. (Chq. No.844451, receipt no. Rec[protected] to book vitara brezza (Vdi) from above mentioned dealer on 8th march 2016. The dealer committed to deliver the car within 4 weeks of it's launch. It's now 4 weeks & 3 days. Till date i haven't got any response from the dealer. Also the dealer refuses to cancel the booking & also refuses to refund my money.

        Sir/madam,
        This is to inform you that on 26th march 2016, i had visited kothari wheels located on pune-solapur road, pune, maharashtra 411039 with my swift lxi (Registration number : mh12ju8238) at 8.45am morning to resolve one problem which i was experiencing for couple of days. Issue which was observed by me was brushing noise coming out from front right wheel. Mr. Vijesh akkawar (+91 [protected]) from kothari wheels attended my vehicle and handed over to his team for repair activity. I had demonstrated issue to technician team. After technician analyzed the issue, vijesh came to me saying that brake pads for front wheels need to be replaced for which i had given go ahead. Vijesh handed over vehicle back to me in approximately one and half hour saying that my issue is completely resolved and vehicle is checked and ready for delivery. I cleared all payments for the service/part replacement done and driven my car to my home.

        I driven my car for almost 8kms at avg speed of 15kmph on same day in bit busy traffic conditions along with my family, while parking vehicle back to my home, i heard some noise from rear side for a while and thought that it could be some stuff in car dicky which made that noise. Next day morning again i started with my family at around 3pm in my car to visit near by place, i was at speed of 35kmph and after driving almost 1km, i heard similar noise again and experienced my car started wobbling and immediately heard some metallic noise from rear right side of my car. Fortunately i could control the car and took it to off road to check the issue. When i hit rear right wheel cap, i heard same metallic noise and then i opened it. I was in big shock looking at that wheel. Wheel was tilted outward with two screws fallen down in wheel cap and other two were about to fall down. My body was shacking for about 1minute and i was not in position to think what should i do next. My wife and my son came out of car and they were also shocked with wheel condition. Somehow i settled down and managed to fit wheel back in position. Immediately we went back to home and later called vijesh to inform him about accident we faced. I told him that i have doubt that your team has not screwed rear right wheel screws and that is why we experienced such fatal situation. He told me that they have cctvs installed in premises which can be checked for any error/mistake happened from their side. Later i called maruti-suzuki customer care also and informed about mishap and registered complaint against it. Registered complaint number is [protected]. I was restless and was not able remove all fatal thoughts from my mind. I decided to go kothari wheels to understand exact error/mistake. I reached kothari wheels at around 6.15pm. Mr. Pramod bendale (+91 [protected]) attended me. We visited shop floor but concern technicians who has repaired my vehicle was not available and also vijesh was also not available. I asked mr. Pramod to show me cctv footage for which he said that their admin is not available and they can provide cctv footage next day only. I asked pramod to share cctv footage next day to my wife mrs. Sangita at her office. Next day, 28th march 2016, morning i called vijesh if he got something in cctv footage, he replied that they didn’t observed anything wrong in cctv footage and even claimed that they didn’t open rear wheel caps. As per him only front wheels were removed and repaired for brake pads. He was so confident at that point of time. Later evening my wife got cctv footage for channel 15. I could not watch footage on same day as i was busy in my office work and next day, 29th march 2016, morning i called again to vijesh asking for other channels cctv footage. He again claimed that no other channel captured my vehicle and only channel 15 captured my vehicle footage and they rechecked it and didn’t observed anything wrong. Later evening i played cctv footage received in my laptop and again got shocked after watching video carefully. As per video, technician removed all wheel caps during 09:07:55 am to 09:09:05 am, at 09:09:37 am to 09:09:50 am technician tried to unscrew wheel with help of electric screw driver but as screws were too tightened that he could not open. Then he went to get manual tool at 09:10:26 am. He got manual tool at 09:11:10 am to open screws and started loosening screws manually. He first loosen front left wheel screws at 09:11:22 am, then front right wheel at 09:11:48 am, then at 09:12:14am he moved to rear right wheel to loosen rear right wheel screws and he loosen screw till 09:12:42 am. He was about to loosen rear left wheel screws 09:12:48am, but he was called by some other teammate seating in car mh-12-hv-4871 to whom he handed over some documents 09:12:58 am. During this he just loosen the wheel screws and didn't removed wheels actually. At the same time, he forgot to loosen rear left wheel. Later he stopped working on my vehicle and job was assigned to some other technicians (Team of 2) by shop floor supervisor at 09:13:12 am. Later new technicians came on job and removed only front wheels between 09:15:10 am to 09:15:55 am with help of electric screw driver. Later all technician gathered for exercise session and joint meeting. Technician working on my car started working back at 09:32:38am. Vijesh and technician checked for the issue and later vijesh came to me with faulty parts asking for replacement. They replaced brake pads and started re-fitting front wheels back at 09:45:05am. One of the technician placed rear wheel caps at 09:49:58am assuming rear wheels were not touched. Then technician offloaded vehicle from workstation at 09:51:08am without putting front wheel caps. Later vehicle was taken out of shop floor by technician 09:52:40am. While vehicle was moving out of the shop floor, supervisor checked front wheel asking technician to rotate steering wheels to check repair work. All above activities can be clearly identified from cctv footage. I was surprised with response received from maruti suzuki dealers team. Also surprised that how come they could not see all the things which i have described above. I was sure that wheel screws will not come out automatically in any condition until and unless it was removed by some one. But the way mr. Vijesh replied me both time confidently that it was not happened by them, it gave me further more sleepless nights. Till the time i did not watched the cctv footage by myself and confirmed that it was kothari wheels team's mistake, i was restless in every moment thinking that who could have done this to me. Either they are really inefficient & careless or they deliberately tried to hide and avoid further consequences. Question came to mind was, how can they be so careless, inefficient and incompetent from start to end of this episode, even in investigating such life threatening issue.

        It was our luck that we got saved in that accident on 26th march 2016, otherwise if i would have taken my car to higher speed and that too on highway with family, i would have met a fatal accident which could have taken mine and my families life. Psychological trauma which me and my family has gone through in whole episode cannot be expressed in words. I tried driving my car again but i have lost all confidence and scared of increasing speed. Now the situation is, even if i experience simple bumps due to potholes, it makes me feel like my car wheels will come out. I hardly driven my car after this event. My wife and my kid are so scared with above incident that they are not ready to seat in the car. My parents are forcing me to stop driving same car.

        In all of this situation for which maruti suzuki is responsible, i cannot continue my car. Being a maruti suzuki customer from past 3 years, i was having a faith which is now all shattered. I have completely lost the confidence on maruti-suzuki vehicles and kothari wheels team. I don't want to drive same vehicle again, hence returning my swift to kothari wheels and expecting my money back along with compensation for all mental and physical trauma me and my family went through. Also expecting all reimbursement hereafter which i will be spending for my local/outstation travel in absence of vehicle. Also want to revive my customer feedback form which i had submitted during repair of my vehicle expecting maruti-suzuki to take strict action against such incompetent and careless employees. Also i am very much disappointed with maruti suzuki customer care team which has take my complaint on 27th march 2016 but till date (09th april 2016) no body taken any action on it.

        Along with this complaint letter, i am providing disk which has all call recordings and cctv footage provided to me. I shall look forward to hearing from you within a two day's time to confirm receipt of my complaint. Also expecting response on my complaint with week's time.

          Hi I brought my Suzuki access 125 on 8 April 2016 and It was fine till I brought it home..but the next morning my bike was not string with the button..then it started with usinnng kick ..later in afternoon also I experienced the same problem .. On 10 April it satred propely till evening..and now too it is not starting with the button .. The button staring is making only some crickcrick noise but the vehile doesn't starts ...i m sooo mmuch disappointed with it

            Hi,

            I submitted my maruti suzuki dzire (Vdi) up14 cq 8412 on 3rd april2016 under claim for broken front glass due to stone hit while driving and got side brushed by back car. They told me it will be completed in 3-4 days time, but after 1 week gone, still they are searching for the glass. Still no update on when this will get fixed. I informed this to the general manager of the site, but no response recieved from him till now.

            Due to this problem i missed a family function, a important college issue class and would be left with no option to commute for the week starting tomorrow.

            I request the authority to please look into this and please get this resolved asap.

              We had booked one eco flexi green with ur dealer autofin ltd at hydrabad on 29/02/2016 with the confirmation from thr sales exective mr y mohan to get the delivery withing 20 days to one month
              now its been 40 days that no concrete status is being provided and my work is suffering for which i had planned to take this vehicle

                Your new showroom of nexa in dehradun of rohan motors is totaly useless they treat customers with no respect they treat as if they dont care about the customer's feedback... I was neither treated nicely at the time of purchasing my car nor at the time of first free service ... I didnt give any feedback about the service instead of that i received a message from them that said thank you for your feedback .

                  1.I purchased a new wagon r vxi which was delivered on 4/4/2016 from Herculese Automobiles, Kallambalm in Thiruvananthapuram Dist.
                  2. Its Steering wheel (power) is very hard to turn. Though I have pointed out to the dealer on the same day, they are not willing to admit my complaint. They are repeatedly telling that there is not such complaint.
                  3. No polythene packing was seen at the driver seat, which was seen stained and looked old..
                  4. All the four tyres looked not new, but it looked used for running a[protected] km.
                  5. The vehicle was full of mud and dust stained, which they washed out just before delivery and black paint was pasted on the sides of all the four tyres to make them look new.
                  6. Clutch and brake pedals are obviously seen used a lot. These are also having a lot of play and less effective as far as a new vehicle is concerned.
                  (It is my second new New wagon R vxi).
                  Based upon the above facts, it is crystal clear that the vehicle have already been used extensively by the dealership for different trade purposes before delivery.
                  Hence I kindly request to take urgent steps to replace my vehicle with a new wagan R vxi.

                    I Philip John purchased Cilerio Auto Car from RNS motors bangalore. Every day I use car for 60 km. Till recently I was getting an average mileage of 16.8km/ltr. against 23.1 as per company advertisement. I requested RNS motors service center to check the car for low mileage. After there check they informed the mileage is correct and gave me a report also. But after their check the average mileage came down to 13.8 km/ltr.

                      Recently i have made my car No AP 09 YVA 3617 Mfg 2013 got Paid service for AC car in month of Feb for Repair work.I have three Major Complain for my repair at Varun Work Shop, Begumpet.
                      1. My car operate under Taxi Service and perfome 115000 Km, Have second time problem for Siclize Bearing for which i have change my cluch plate and presure plate as per your service adviser which cost me First time At 50000 KM for 14000 and now again at 115000 km for 10800.which is a technically a problem for original design of gear shifting system, chargen me at Varun for Labour 2800 in acutal job for4-5 hrs, my ask is for refund of 10800 second bill charge for same repitaed problem for siclize bearing for gear sifting of Ertiga Vehicles in origin.
                      2.i have paid for paid services charge for paid service, were replaced A C filter was not giving good cooling have call me back for servicing AC Motor Coil and charge me for Repair of 3 Actual Working Hrs for 2000 and gas charges 900 for total 2900 which i object ac i have paid service charges for paid service for AC vehicles and cleaning AC coil is a part of service for workshop which should not charge again sepratlly.

                        Delay in delivery of baleno car after committing for 10-12 weeks.
                        I booked baleno sigma in december on 31.12.2015 (Which makes it 3 month 7 days today). Till date i haven't got any updates about my booking status from nexa.
                        However, i observed that it's client duty to check the status and ask the dealer about the delivery status of the booked vehicle. Though they are very polite and saying “sir, please share you’re booking details and will get back to you in few minutes. After that you should wait at least one or two days to get the status.
                        After no response i discuss with the branch sales head. He told me that nexa company is not providing them the vehicle as per their booking. The dealer committed me that he will share my vehicle delivery status on 4th april and will allocate some sales representative to discuss about this but unfortunately one call arrive from branch sales head’s phone but my bad luck he was talking to somebody else and wasn’t aware about this . After that i tried to reach them and number was busy or no response. They always say will tell you shortly but never call back.
                        Today, luckily branch sales head picked up my call but again it was my bad luck that i called up @ 6:55 pm when they were leaving for the day. In spite of saying no to me he was talking to me very casually when i shared my booking details and reminded him that you had committed call back on 4th april to share the status then he shared that he was on training and forgot his deliverables. I requested him can i come right now to discuss about this than answer was sorry we are close for today .
                        After this, luckily i got one call @ 7:20 pm where someone from sales team requesting about my booking and apologizing on sales head behalf. I requested them to talk about this tomorrow because you are already close for the day.
                        I observed they are lacking in client communication and client dealing. It’s very worst practice by the nexa where the dealer is taking the booking and nexa group doesn’t have any visibility that who & when booked the vehicle and when the vehicle delivered to the client. I called up the nexa customer care they told me that they can’t see my booking details.
                        There are really better options in market, people will be forced to drift and opt for them if not delivered soon.

                          My above car has an inherent problem that the brake becomes hard at low speeds of 10 to 15 km/ hr, suddenly, at traffic hold ups. I have reported this to the Maruti Suzuki authorized service center, M/S Kalyani Motors Pvt. Ltd, Mysore road. They have investigated and replaced the brake master. But the problem remains. I feel very concerned and worried when driving at slow speeds. Mariti Suzuki southern regional customer care office in Bangalore, ph[protected] and[protected] are not responding though I lodged my complaint on 30-3-16 and tried reminding them today also.

                              Bought a Maruti K10. While Purchasing they said if the car is covered under warranty period any problem with engine they will replace it, on believing it gone for extend warranty period also.

                              Yesterday gone for a service thry charged me 11 k for full service. they intimated that the clutch is weak we need to replace it .Enquired whether i can be covered under warranty period but poor response written mail to contact @ maruti.co.in.

                              Totally annoyed trusting Maruti we pay for all but nothing they cover.

                              Clutch replacement is covered during warranty period ?????????????????????????????????????????????

                                I paid rs.7600/that time i notice that work was not done as per my reqirment.
                                Remote of central lock was not changed
                                Mud flap was not changed
                                Told that i purchase from outside.

                                  Respected sir/Madam,
                                  by profession i am a Professor at Hinduja College of Commerce, New Charni Road, Mumbai. I have purchased the said car to facilitate my family and service. The car is also being used by my elder brother for his profession as an advocate.
                                  That on 17th Oct.2015 at 2:30 AM (mid night) the car met with an accident( lower part of the car was hit due to the road side stone)
                                  That as the same day i.e 17/10/2015 the car was taken to S.K. Wheels, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai at your authorized service center (photos are attached herewith)
                                  Mr. Rajesh, an attendant in the authorized service center very casually checked the car at the parking place of service center and issued an estimate the copy attached herewith.
                                  Mr.Rajesh, instead of admitting the car very casually and without thorough examination of it advised the driver to take back the car as it is not insured with the Maruti Company.
                                  So the car was taken back and it was being driven smoothly and without indication of any damage in engine.
                                  since the car was running smoothly driver drove it for 150km. (while coming back to Bhiwandi to Wada, the car all of sudden stopped on road itself, dated 21 Oct 2015.)
                                  That on 21 Oct 2015, the car was with the help of towing van again shifted to S.K. Wheels, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
                                  That on 21 Oct 2015 the surveyor visited the workshop and assessed the car and estimate issued by S.K. Wheels dated 17 Oct 2015 and also re-examined the car.
                                  That after dismentaling the engine your dealer issued second estimate. The copy is attached.
                                  After inspection of the engine by surveyor, he found that the engine is damaged as the car was driven even after the accident. And as such the damage is of consequential nature, insurance company is not liable. and as such the said amount is to be paid by me.
                                  In fact it was the duty of your dealer to inspect the car and get admitted on the same day but he rejected to admit the car only because the car was not insured with Maruti Company insurance policy as it was previously insured.
                                  It is fault of your dealer, who asked to take back the car without inspection.
                                  that when I personally visited the workshop (s.k.wheels)
                                  the dealer issued me third estimate the copy is attached herewith.
                                  That again the dealer has issued the fourth estimate the copy is attached herewith.
                                  That on 22 Feb 2016 a letter from dealer (s.k. Wheels) received
                                  the letter was for the advance payment of Rs. 50000 to 55000 along with Rs. 250 per day as parking charges from the day of admitting the car, thus the amount is around Rs(37500) the copy of letter is attached herewith.
                                  the dealer continuously demanding the said charges which was out of my reach so out of continuous harassment and frustration I decided to get back the car and repair with local garage.
                                  In our local garage at Bhiwandi again the same surveyor visited and inspected the car and found that the fender part of the car was replaced with the other car (photos are attached herewith) As well as the Turbo Charger is also damaged. Your dealer has replaced the fender part and might have damaged the Turbo Charger, as it was nowhere mentioned in any of the previous estimations issued by the s.k. wheels.
                                  Hence it is prayed that the entire car be repaired at the cost of mental harassment and extreme inconvenience of the owner till then a substitute car may be provided as early as possible otherwise i will take necessary legal steps for compensation.

                                    Sir/Madam, I submitted original bill issued by CSD Hissar for celerio zxi(O), at Jagmohan motors Rohtak on 26Mar, 2016, after a delay of 13 days today I received a SMS from MSILDL regarding my booking of celerio today on 7th april 2016. Why this much lapse of 13 days after depositing original bill from CSD hissar, . Is this the negligence from M/S Jagmohan Dealer at Rohtak or from maruti suzuki ltd. still I haven't got any confirm information from dealer at rohtak, when I will get my vehicle.

                                      Hi my name is Mr.Devendra, from Sringeri, i have booked the Baleno car in December 2015 and they told us that the waiting period is 2 months, later when we enquired they asked us to pay Rs.11, 000/- cash which we have given, then in February they asked to give the complete amount DD, which we have done but our car was booked on March 9th till then it was not at all booked, finally they told us that they would give the car on 7th April at 4 PM, and send us the mail also, but now Mr.Vinod who is handling our booking is saying he cant give for various reasons.

                                      We will take this to consumer court as we have paid the cash, DD waited for 4 months and still we are waiting and we dont know that we will get our car or not.

                                        I Purchased new Baleno (Zeta 1.3) in the month of Feb-16 from Museum Road, Nexa show room at Bangalore (Pratham Motors). But I was getting one vissile sound when I dot accelerate. I checked with Pratham Motor about this, they identified that Turbo charger has a defect. They replaced the same on 6th Apr-2016.

                                        But I wanted to know why Maruthi has assembled Baleno with defected parts? Let us know what kind quality system you have. Your system has not identified the defected parts.

                                        I understand from this defect that engine life will be reduced as it got more load when Turbo Charger was not working.

                                        I want Maruthi Should take complete responsibility in future if anything happened to engine.
