Hi my name is Mr.Devendra, from Sringeri, i have booked the Baleno car in December 2015 and they told us that the waiting period is 2 months, later when we enquired they asked us to pay Rs.11, 000/- cash which we have given, then in February they asked to give the complete amount DD, which we have done but our car was booked on March 9th till then it was not at all booked, finally they told us that they would give the car on 7th April at 4 PM, and send us the mail also, but now Mr.Vinod who is handling our booking is saying he cant give for various reasons.

We will take this to consumer court as we have paid the cash, DD waited for 4 months and still we are waiting and we dont know that we will get our car or not.

    I Purchased new Baleno (Zeta 1.3) in the month of Feb-16 from Museum Road, Nexa show room at Bangalore (Pratham Motors). But I was getting one vissile sound when I dot accelerate. I checked with Pratham Motor about this, they identified that Turbo charger has a defect. They replaced the same on 6th Apr-2016.

    But I wanted to know why Maruthi has assembled Baleno with defected parts? Let us know what kind quality system you have. Your system has not identified the defected parts.

    I understand from this defect that engine life will be reduced as it got more load when Turbo Charger was not working.

    I want Maruthi Should take complete responsibility in future if anything happened to engine.

      I have booked a Baleno Alpha 1.2 Model dated on 8/9th December, Still now i didn't received the car . The waiting period was 2 months, every time dealer Rohan Motor Nexus is giving assurance that you will get the car within 10 days . According to them my name is in the top list of the booking queue since month of February 2016 but it is due to colour of the car what i have choice i am not getting the car. I want to check it's validity . My booking no is SOB15000958.

        I had recently purchased one maruti celerio zxi auto gear shift and today i had send my vehicle for first service to dealer vipul motors old faridabad. At that time i had received a call from service executive from vipul motors saying that we had to put air conditioner filter in your vehicle.But i said that it is merely 350 kms run so it does'nt need to be changed but he replied that from maruti end air conditioner filter is not provided in the vehicle.After listening his words i was very astonished that how is it possible that company is providing ac but not its filter.I had said that guy that i will complain related to the same and then he replied go ahead and do as your wish. I felt very bad on this part and i need clarification related to this cause whether maruti don't provide this filter or at dealer end these type of cheating are performed.

          I had written the following query to corp.[protected]@maruti.Co.In and [protected]@maruti.Co.In but received no response even after 2 weeks.

          I had purchased my scorss 1.3 zeta on 9th oct 2015 from sai service, edappally (Kl 07 ce 5524)

          I came to know from team bhp site that users are provided cash back o[censored]pto rs.90000 for 1.6 versions and maintenance package of 20000km/ 2 years for 1.3 versions due to the recent price cut on various models
          I checked with my advisor in nexa-sai service, edappally but he is completely unaware of this.

            Hi,

            Today i got my Maruti swift serviced at Nanda Motors, Address: Block B, Phase 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305 . I am totally dissatisfied by their service.
            They told service amount will be around 7, 000 but at end of the day they gave bill of 12, 000 and when i said that i am not satisfied they said that they will take my car and not return.

            Service is not at all proper and amount which they have charged is not correct and I cannot do anything because i want to keep my car with me.. Please help

              I name is amanpreet singh. I have purchased swift dezire vdi on 2nd april 16 from stan auto mohali. Sales team and dealer higher management is so poor that we have asked to come to showroom for delivery and there when we reached the showroom there was no staff except one sales guy and on sales manager. Then we have been told that your cheque is still not credited in our account so we cannot deliver the car and your loan is also under process. That moment was so insulting form that we have decided not buy the car. Then sales manager told us that its our mistake that we came for delivery and said let me talk to our head form some resolution. Then he again came and said me to for a mini statement of my account showing the sufficient balance in account (I felt like that i am beggar and i have to justify my credibility in front of maruti). Ok i arranged the mini statement for that guy then again he came and asked me to write a self declaration mentioning that i have responsible for any payment and bla bla. Ok i have written that letter and gave it to that guy. I and my family was insulted so much that i cannot write. The reason behind is only the communication gap by your sales team. Still no one from stan auto has provided me the service book, information related to service. They have charged the cost accessories but still i have not got the accessories. Still your sales and finance team is not able to finalize the loan and loan formalities and lot more.

                This is to bring to your notice that i have booked the maruti vitara brezza and i have booked it on 1st number and despite of it ur dealer m/s deep motors has not been able to deliver my car and the booking model of the car is zdi+ and your dealer is saying that when the car will be dispatched at my agency then i will deliver you and they are your maruti company is dispatching all other models to the agency except my 1st booked car and they are telling to me that you have to wait for it and so sir please tell me how much i shall wait now and i am the very old customer of the maruti of deep motors, azamgarh and my contact no.[protected] is already registered there since i have purchased the very first car from the deep motors
                Please investigate into the matter as soon as possible
                I shall be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness

                  I have purchased a car in 2015 is having automatic accelerator(Engin rmp veration )problem from the time of purchase of my alto 800 vxi, vehicle no ga 08 m 2637 wide engine no 5370715, chassis no. 586357(Purchased dt: 16/03/2015).Before this i had complained so many times, but sai service & maruti suzuki didnt take it seriously. I didnt get the proper feedback from sai service and maruti suzuki .I have already complained with (National consumer helpline complain. Reference no-671681date 29. 03. 2016).But i didn't gate any reply till date. They are not taking it seriously. Also have sent the final reminder letter to sai service and maruti suzuki through post on 29th of march 2016 but still i didn't get any reply or call from them

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I am a (Proud ?)owner of maruti suzuki s cross 1.3 zeta, this car i had booked even before the company had declared the price i.E. On 5th august 2015,
                    Booking no.: [protected] & the delivery was taken on 6th september.
                    Having an understanding that the car would be reasonably priced, where i was disappointed, inspite i preferred to buy the s cross. The sole reason was that, i am a loyal customer of maruti suzuki, i had an omni & later swift dzire.
                    Now after 7 months i am feeling more offended when i see that the price of the car instead of increasing it has been reduced. Anyone (Friends) who see my car say, the car is good but you have paid more, just because you are an early bird buyer, this hurts.
                    One more complaint, when we had gone to book the car, my daughter was very much impressed with the touch screen infotainment system. But in this there is a feature of smartphone linking, where it was informed that the smartphone linking has not been started but will be functional shortly. My daughter who had fell for this feature is now pestering me to make it functional. I checked with the dealer but he mentioned that only particular smartphone gets linked with it, to buy this again i have to purchase that particular phone and shell out money.
                    Request to look into both these issues and help me in becoming a delighted customer.

                      its my 5 comlaints and i did not get satisfactory reply from your side. ime and my friend purchase 5 maruti swift desire in january 2016 and all these have a same kind of problem after driving 60km per hour all these unbalencing and your engineers also checked it 4/5 time but they did not found the solution till date. it is very frustating and rediclous. please provide the right solution ltherwise i want my money back.. any how..

                        Just bought a new new baleno automatic from krish automobiles delhi

                        Sad to say quite disappointed with it for the following reasons

                        1. The car is well loaded but am surprised that it does not have a basic accessory like a fog lamp

                        2. Suspension is quite bad

                        3 music system included is atrocious with speakers vibrating on high notes

                        4. Usb port given does not play music. Have to connect to aux

                        5 difficult to connect phone thru blue tooth.

                        6. Boot lid difficult to operate. Have to get off to open it for people who dont know how to open it as in places where they want you to open the boot to check. Very poor plan of not giving a latch inside to open the boot.

                          I am Amit Sharma. I have Nexa baleno bocked since 20-nov-2015 and as of today they are not sure about the delivery. I am very much uspet with all this and was thinking to raise this complaint to consumer firm as its not only car delivery but also playing with the feeling of the one who is eagerly waiting for the car. I got wrong info which caused me with less accessories and now that accessories can not be added as well. Now as per your policy I have to pay the increased amount due to your inconvenience. Please have someone to work on this because I need helping hand to resolve this.

                            I have purchased maruti celerio in month of jan 2016
                            During its first service i have been charged towards introducing the ac cabin filter.
                            I was not convince about the scheme " how ac cabin comes under standard accessories - opt to have?" it must be a integral spare part supplied along with new vehicle.
                            Not sure about whether maruti is not providing or dealer (Auto motive) removing it for his own interest?

                            Asked concern to revert with simple statement
                            " yes, maruti sell the celerio model with out ac cabin filter"
                            Its about 2.5 month to receive any reply

                            Not aware to whom to address this issue and get satisfying answer on all above

                              Sir i have booked baleno car in the end of december2015. At the time of booking manager of kataria told me that you will get your car within 15 weeks.
                              Now april started, after taking booking amount we are not getting any response for waiting numbers and how long we need to wait . They even don't sense to inform customer to update about status. I would suggest that they need to get more train how to retain customer.
                              As a customer we expect that they should inform once in month but all in vain.
                              This things expected to resolve asap.

                                I'm JABBAR . I'm a new customer of your new ciaz car.yesterday (1&4-2016) I'm delivered the car from am motors Malapuram (branch:Mannarkkad).I have a problem of your car about aligh wheel and tire.before this buying I'm buyed some cars (eg: cheverlet, tata).all cars get five align wheel include step in tire) but your car I'm get only 4 aligh week, one is only ordinary wheel .not only this problem but also 4 tire size is 16 one is 15 and tire diskbis ordinary .your sales man from Mannarkkad branch are told : " all cars of maruthi the 4 tire is 16 and one is 15". What nonsence are this doing ?

                                Before this buying in the quotation of Honda city they are told 5:alighwheel ..but I will canceled becoz your your faith..but now I'm is shamed of you..

                                So immediately I hv get the solution and suddenly resolve this problem.if not I'm avoid the car

                                  24/03/2016 car submitted to sk wheels .
                                  Mr harish was the service advisor of my car (Grand vitara xl7)
                                  (Vehical number mh03ab0009)
                                  Car was given there for general basic service and had some horse pipe problem (That was according to sk wheels). While delivering my car at sk wheels mr.Harish had taken a trial drive where car had no problem.
                                  Its today 12 days still my car work is not done where by i get a call from mr.Harish stating my car has some piston problem. Again as i said car was in perfect condition except the horse pipe thing which they had to replace. They are saying the head opeaning and refitting charges would be 15000rs. The pistons were in perfect conditions all was working fine by suddenly it stopped working according to sk wheels. This is perthatic, totally fine condition car had piston problem after servicing this is totally cheating thing with us. On telephone mr.Harish agree's on thing that car was perfect when was bought to them just the horse pipe thing needed to replace then suddenly my poston's stopped working and had to work on it this is ridiculious sk wheels is just cheating on us.

                                    I, Kameshwar Singh, have purchased swift dezire vdi model in november 2015 and at that time corporate discount was offered to me on submission of the required papers.But after submission of papers I was not given that money from the dealer.they told me that falsely many times that money is transferred to my account.till now they haven't transferred it. Sr. Sales executive Hemant Kumar Singh was the sales executive dealing with me. He was very manipulative with his words.

                                      Battery of my car was not functioning. I went to sanei motors pvt. Ltd. On 29.03.16. They confirmed that the battery needs to be replaced, but refused to do this citing that the warranty has been expired according to the invoice date.
                                      I have gone to your site and there it has been clearly mentioned that the warranty starts from the date of handover to the first owner.
                                      I repeatedly requested, but they refused to do it harassing me for 7 hours.
                                      If you need, i can provide the written statement of sanei motors.

                                      On the next day, i went to premier car world, and they replaced the battery on 31.03.2016.
                                      I, therefore, request you to take immediate and stern action against sanei motors.

                                        Already I was complaint given against this dealer to customer care of Maruti Suzuki, but they don't replied me . see below what I have written dirwctl to the GM .

                                        again i went this dealers showrooms "ceo " mr abishek to meet personally to con vice on dt 22.3.16 & he said, sure i replace your car but give me 2-3 days after that i call you & settle the matter as possible . so after 4 day later i went their on 28 th 03.16, totally he denying to do positive & he blamed me that i have damaged the car & claming towardas with them, tottaly they were insulted me .not only that they have done another fraud things is they have written some wron receipts above my signature whih i given feedback chart . their i have seen written car was running good no problem everthing is ok ! while i was suffering from 23.02.16 buying thebrand new car .

                                        i had purchased one brand new car maruti ertiga vxi bsiv –r3r4cd5 from,
                                        “ premier car world pvt.ltd ”

                                        since 2006 i had purchased car only at maruti suzuki .from “mohan motors “ .
                                        but in year 2014 dec one of my friend suggested to purchase from premier car world so i exchanged my old car swift & purchased alto 800 … some of my family problem to travell in small car, & i decided to purchase big vehicle so i went same showroom & changed my alto800 & purchased ertiga new .
                                        i booked dec 2015 in same shoroom ( premier car world ) … the sale executive mr soumendu mallick told me that at moment car is not in the stock, so you have to wait for atleast 20days .. so i agreed & paid advance for booking rs 10000/-,
                                        20days pasted, i had phoned to sales executive for my car to delivery on jan 22nd 2016 … he told that still car was not at stock its coming from delhi …. any how month was pasted …….
                                        forcely again i phoned in feb 2nd 2016 & i told him “ i want car as soon as possible ” so sales executive told me car was in my showroom after week i will delivery it by all completeing documents & regiestration . as per rules when car was in their showroom they have show me the car before registration, that i can see it . but they dint do & they send it to registration ….. anyhow theu delivered the car on 23rd feb .
                                        but they have done billing on dated 08/02/2016 … i don’t know why they delevered my car on 23rd feb 2016 .
                                        i inform you the main & important case of this letter :
                                        while iam taking delivery on 23rd feb 2016 …. i found re-painted on the brand new car from back to right side bumper to rear door & some dust of paint in windom glasses … & i informed the sales executeve & customer care manager … they are not ready to hear anything & just they saying everythings is ok ! after arguing about 3hrs they finally agreed with me & replaced only the back side new bumper … & i taken delivery on that day but after 2 week i took my car to one accessory shop to fit a seat covers carrier & bumper gaurds …. while iam fitting seat covers i had seen, same side from back bumper to rear door their was huge roughness & re-painted that side i found that some things may be held that’s, accidentel or damaged . bcoz totally that side no desings like another side it was was totally top to bottom its founded plain .
                                        next day i took my car to the showroom & informed & shown to sales manager, sales executive & customer care manager too, again same as they are arguing, after 3… 4hrs they finally agreed with me and they said ….
                                        “ what you want”
                                        simply i said i have given price for the new car & not for the accidented car, i want brand new car . but said we are not able to give you new car but we will make this car same as a brand new & taken 3 days to rectification . no
                                        now the question raised that why should i take accidentel car while i given for brand new …??? & why should i compromise??? with them what was my fault ???
                                        why they have cheated me ???
                                        pls verify or ask your person what means pdi ???
                                        bcoz statement given by sales executive mr somendu mallick, he said that …
                                        while the car who bought us from duck area to our showroom ..may be he had accidented on the way. so our driver had done some repaired & re-painted works on the car, but he dint informed us …… & our pdi people also careless to do their job just they had send it our showroom without any checking the car, which seems damage .

                                        problems in my car is from back bumper to rear door total area damaged & re-painted.
                                        1. roughness 2. repainted 3.no desings compare to left side .
                                        so my request is .
                                        1.replace my car or
                                        2. refund my car price with out fitting charges, which i done in my car for rs 32000/- ….so sir ! pls go forward seriously in my case & do postivily which is good .
