Dear sir,

Sir i booked a car swift dzire vxi (O) on 13.03.16 from sumitra d.S. Motors, lakhimpur kheri utter pardesh, name - vipin kumar, booking amount given 5000 rupee.I told him taht if agency able to deliver the car before holi then i will book other wise i will not book the car, they comitted to deliver car before holi (24.03.16), but they failed to deliver again they comitted to deliver car on 28.03.16, but today i called agency, agency told me that, can not deĺiver car today, and it will take 10 more days.Its a second time agency made false comittment to me and lied to me. Now i dont know what shoul i do.
Pls look i to the matter & do the needful

I m complaining against sumitra ds motors, lakhimpur kheri utter pardesh, i booked a car on 13.03.15, swift dzire vxi (O) name- vipin verma, i given a 5000 rupees as a booking amount. They promissed me will deliver car before 24.03.15, but they didnt deliver, then he commited to deliver car on 28.03.15., but today i called agency, then he said it will take more time, sumitra d.S. Motors lied to me, and made a false commitment to me, now what should i do, now they are not picking my phone. Pls take a strong action against him.

    I have bought a dzire car on June 2015, Till then it was fine but yesterday when I open the garage I saw one "L" type straight line crack is found on the front glass then I go to my Bhandari automobile workshop at serampore, hooghly and they told it's a air crack and they asked 4700. Now my question is what is the meaning of warranty. One parts of Your car has been broken automatically then why should I pay for this. Please resolve

          Dear Suzuki team,

          I am writing this complain with utmost frustration caused to me and my family due to purchase of Suzuki vehicle access 125.

          Let me tell you incidents.

          1: I purchased Suzuki access 125 in february 2015 from Shiv Auto Riders Pvt Ltd, Kalewadi Pune.

          2: After 10-15 days only of purchase, vehicle started giving problem. Its engine started getting stopped while vehicle is running. Firstly I thought it could be due to low speed but same thing started repeating again.

          3: So I did show vehicle immediately to dealer Shiv Auto Riders. I got reply from them that this will be solved during first servicing. After this I handed over vehicle to service centre for first servicing. After doing servicing, service centre people said that they have fixed problem and it will not happen again.

          4: I drove vehicle for few days and same problem happened. Again service centre people took it for some hours and said they have fixed problem and won’t be happening again. But it again happened after few days.

          5: Likewise this I almost completed 4-5 servicing at Shiv Auto Riders kalewadi with same problem mentioned at job card every time. Till time this was clear to all that this vehicle has manufacture fault.

          6: As problem occurred again, I asked Shiv Auto Riders’ people to arrange my meeting with some senior authorities of Suzuki who can solve problem permanently. So they advised me to show vehicle at their head branch at Shiv Auto Riders Chinchwad.

          7: I met Mr. Mehmood (mob: [protected]) at head branch. He assured me to solve issue and asked me to drop vehicle for servicing. This was my first paid servicing. Mr. Mehmood billed me 1000+ rs and said he has cleaned petrol tank and checked engine to solve problem. And assured me that vehicle won’t stop again while running.

          8: Unfortunately problem occurred again. This time I forcibly asked to meet some senior authority. So Shiv Auto Riders chinchwad met me to Mr Jeetendra Sharma(mob: [protected]). Mr. Sharma listened my problem and said he will ask senior engineer Mr Sandeep Rajpali(mob: [protected]) to check this vehicle.

          9: On same day in front of Mr. Sharma, in front of Shiv Auto Riders chinchwad only, my vehicle which my wife was driving stopped suddenly in front of running truck. Truck also applied break suddenly which saved me and my wife from accident fortunately.
          Similar accident happened few days ago when my wife was driving vehicle alone, vehicle access stopped suddenly on signal and due to such stop car almost hit access from behind.

          10: After that also problem is not solved. Recently I took vehicle at Shiv Auto Riders kalewadi in March 2016, mechanic at which did same thing as they did when I show vehicle in February 2015. He prepared job card, noted my problem about stopping of vehicle. Solved it and handed bike to me, with assurance that t problem won’t occur again. But again same thing is happening; vehicle is still getting stopped while running.

          Now, I am mailing this story because I want to know answers for below points from Suzuki management.

          1: Who will be responsible for me or my family’s life if suzuki’s faulty engine vehicle again stopped while running and accident occurs? I want Suzuki to take responsibility as they had not solved problem since last 1 year and me and my family are suffering for this.

          2: Who is responsible for mental harassment to me and my wife caused due to this vehicle?

          3: Who is responsible for time that I wasted in visiting and explaining same issue of newly made vehicle to service centre people?

          4: Shall I go for consumer case?

          5: I want replacement of complete vehicle as it is manufacture fault. Please let me know how you are proceeding for it?

            I have received pathetic service from Spectra Motors -

            1. Delay in delivery of the vehicle- despite giving mail confirmation

            2. Wrong confirmation of chasis no and Engine no - I had taken Insurance policy on wrong chasis and Engine no.

            3. No ethics and Morality from Dealer - I wasnt informed that they have given vehicle of different chasis no. Now the Insurance is on different vehicle. I cannot drive the vehicle without the Insurance policy

            4. No technical info shared by Dealer

            5. Vehicle had no petrol at the time of delivery - Even dealer's engineer couldn't drive the vehicle

            6 Dealer's sales manager doesnt respond timely

            7. They havent provided any email address of Maruti Suzuki - Despite asking them for 3 times
            8. Dealer's executives are very rude and impolite.

              Pathetic service from my car indore
              We got very bad experience to buy a car (wagonr vxi) from my car indore.
              They are not solving my problems and every time when rush to thier office, they give me new surprises like two days before I called them for the status of car RTO REGISTRATION. One of the company's customer service person told me that your RTO PROCESS did not complete because of you did not paid interest/penalty rs. 1500 by the way of late payment fees. What is late payment fess you are charging from me?
              Your DSE (MR. HARSHIT CHOUBEY) IS NOT answerig my call and provide all details so, from where I will get proper information? He is very irresponsible person of your company.
              I have some following issues:-
              1. If the full amount not paid by us, so why have you handed over the car to us. After delivery of car you did not done RTO Registration Process and said my full amount is unpaid.
              2. As per the policy of RTO authority every car should be completed RTO registration within a week So why did you not filled RTO FORMALITY. .it has completed more than 2 months. I had told you that I will get registered the car for RTO by myself only but you told that sorry madam your registration process and insurance are almost done. I said ok NO problem. After I would GET to know, you did not filled RTO process. You have taken all money for registration but you did not complete it till now.
              3 . When we were interested to buy a car you have called me so many times but a after purchasing car your DSE (mr. Harshit choubey) is not attending my calls. And if I call to your office, your manager (mr. Sumeet rathore) tells me to call only DSE, the DSE will answer your all queries. tell who is responsible person in your office?
              4. For just only rs.1500, you are not filling RTO registration, this is my major concern, I told them I will pay all interest/penalty but you have to provide me a written letter in which it is mentioned that you charging 1500 rs. By the way of interest/late payment fees.
              First time I purchased a car with very bad experience. solve all issues and RTO process. Otherwise I will complaint to RTO authority for not completing RTO registration of car on time in spite of this we made all payment to you. I will also complaint to consumer court for your unethical acts. You have taken responsibility for completing all legal formalities of the car so why are not performing your job?

                I purchased a new Alto K10 car from maruthi (KA-51-MH-2542) on 23-Oct-2015 but due to poor build quality steering controls are broken under normal usage. raised a complaint in maruthi website also no response from them. i fedup with both maruthi and dealer kalyani motors mysore road branch bangalore. they are not ready to replace broken item under warranty.

                Poor customer care and poor product.

                  Third service of my car(mp09 cr0895)
                  held at patel motor vijay nagar indore.In that service they changed the engine oil and in my deisal car they put petrol car engine oil I.e (MGO-5W30)-IOCL.I already put telephonic complaint but didn't get any satisfactory feedback.in future if car met with any kind of technical error only u will be the responsible .kindly take that issue seriously and get back me revert other I will take serious action against that

                      I have purchased a new Alto car having Reg.no.WB30U0494 from Bhandari Automobile, Haldia on 29.02.16 and delivery on 17.03.16.Why during delivery of new car the original proforma Invoice not providing to me and the excuse shown that ledger not made ready.Is the way of business. I am unable to know about the money I already paid as the credit -debit statement not given.It is supposed to be ready and handover to customer during delivery of car.Request to Maruthi to take action and tell their dealer to follow the rule of giving bill to customer.

                        I have booked a Maruti celerio on 15 feb 2016 but still not received it as from Dealer "ACE Kudale" got know that they themselves dint receive
                        it from Car company. I was told that Car will be delivered on 5th March and when contacted got to know that there is some strike going on so
                        issues to send Car to their showroom, So now even changed date as 25th March is not sure.When will I get my Car, I have payed booking amount
                        and also applied for loan which is processed.Waiting for favorable reply.

                                I writing this letter to bring to your attention,
                                I bought my maruti suzuki swift car from your polular deler calicut .my car given for repair in popular vehicle services pachikkil calicut on 02 oct 2015 repair job was front bumper replacement and left side door frame roof dent removal the bill for this work was RS4000. service center boody work shop manager promise me that they can deliver this vehicle after two days I went their for deliver my car, the car was tottaly damaged by poor knowledge of body repair and painting.

                                  We have booked a Baleno petrol by 4th of Nov'15 at Ludhiana dealer Stan auto. Then delivery time was 15 days or 1month maximum, but till date not get the same. I have done to much calls & Complaints at maruti customer care but not get any solution only getting complaints no. As following

                                  2nd comp. Ref. No.NX[protected]/ 8JAN'16.

                                  3rd comp. Ref. No. NX[protected]/ 27feb16.

                                  Till date not get any solution.

                                    Lots of issues from the day of delivery
                                    1. Gear liver weird shake (fixed on second service) but noise inside the car really pissing me
                                    2. Steering wheel not aligned from secon service
                                    3. Very poor milege jus 7 which is really bad 35ltrs of petrol gives only 451km checked many times no proper reply for this complaint from the dealers
                                    4.Shifting to Reverse gear gives a strange noise as if not on the clutch

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have booked swift dzire tour from popular showroom mamangalam on 10th of March by confirmation that I will get the vehicle in old price and have to pay in old price, according to that I arranged the finance by bank which was arranged on 14th but lately came to know that the invoice was raised on 16th only. The sales executive promised that the vehicle will be delivered within five days from booking date. On 17th the executive called up and said that I have to pay the difference amount between the new price and the old price of amount 7500 and I agreed to that. At the time of booking Two door power window was offered and confirmed by the executive and team leader but it was cancelled saying that it can't be done as they don't have the permission to do, as the tour kit is done on the basis of the consumer offer. Firstly they agreed to do and later without informing me they are cancelling, it's not the right way to do after the sales booking is done. Again I reconfirm about the delivery as the next week government holidays are coming and before that vehicle has to take temporary registration and after that permanent registration and after three days only the vehicle can be done for fitness test and this whole things will be done if the vehicle was taken for temporary registration on 16th. On 18th morning the accessories section called me for the confirmation of tour kit fitting in the vehicle and i was agreed but within time executive called me out for some amount dispute and i told him to stop everything and after the talk and confirmation we can proceed. I went to the showroom at 11 30 am and there was a dispute in the delivery time and amount clarification, he told me that he will speak to his team leader and sales manager and will get the confirmation by the evening. I told the executive that I will pay the balance payment at the time of delivery because I was lost the hope from them and he agreed and told him no tour kit has to be done till i get confirmation reply from your side but as i went out of the showroom he given confirmation to accessories section for kit to install which i came to know in this morning. Now the issue is that the finance which was ready on 15th and the first due date is coming on 7th of April 2016 and by this time only vehicle will be ready for running. Due to the careless and communication gap made by the executive and team from popular i will be suffering. I was really cleared to the executive that if i am getting the vehicle in old price payment only the vehicle has to be billed. This booking was done by refusing the indus motor by saying that vehicle will be delivered in five days. Now it's been 9 days passed vehicle is still in the showroom by committing wrong assurance. At last they are saying that everything will be done by 22nd of March if I pay the balance amount. On what guarantee will I have to pay. I request you take necessary action and implementation for like this issue and now i decided to cancel the vehicle for the behavioural attitude from popular team because it made me financial loss and time loss. This is my 2nd issue from this dealer. Hoping that a positive reply and steps will be taken from your side for the attitude and delay they have done to me.

                                        This letter is being send in regard with the improper service provided from the AVG Motors Ltd Kottayam for my Maruti Alto Lxi 2008 Sept model with reg no KL 05 Z 1357.

                                        I have taken my car to the above mentioned workshop for checking the sound due to vibration from the steering column. The adviser inspected and informed over phone that some of its parts has to replaced, as i am not well aware about the terms for each parts he mentioned i am not mentioning it here.

                                        Its really astonishing to found when i went to take my car that the said complaint was not rectified and the person informed me that their is no evidence to show you for the wheel alignment check, when i asked him that their is alignment problem with the car. And the reply was most terrific as it is the problem with road, not the car.

                                        Moreover the way they have treated my car in their workshop was par below the said standard. They have made scratches in the back side of my car, it shows that something has dragged over the body.

                                        I am not mentioning here the price they charged me for their so called service.

                                        Anyway, i will be taking the car to same workshop for rectifying the issue.For professional like us its really a matter of time and money to spent time in your workshop by taking leave from our routine work, as for a banker its crucial time a the financial year has just about to end merely because a wilful default from your side is quiet unacceptable.


                                        Looking forward for a minimum standard of work from your dealer.
